We are actively recruiting for this role to fill an existing vacancy. This position will be responsible for working constructively with our customers and partners to resolve billing issues and fraudulent misuse of services.
We are seeking a sharp, highly data-oriented, and tenacious Fraud Specialist to join our team. Unlike a traditional billing or collections role focused on routine outreach or simple invoice review, this position is a hybrid of financial investigation, root cause analysis, and strategic dispute negotiation. You will be part of a company that is the category leader in Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS), an organization working with the largest customers and partners, and a team of operators and former consultants that have delivered exceptional impact. If you have an extreme owner / founder mindset and a desire to solve big challenges, you’ll find yourself at home.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Advise account managers, accounting, and management on best practices to handle billing disputes
Negotiate with customers and carriers with an understanding of resolution levers available as per contractual terms and industry norms
Identify, analyze, and handle fraudulent misuse (such as Artificially Inflated Traffic) and billing errors (such as rate differences) with both vendors and customers
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of customer and vendor disputes from intake of disputes to initiating disputes, tracking progress, and ensuring timely, documented resolution
Uncover and resolve discrepancies, overcharges, and unpaid balances with carriers and customers due to quantities, rates, currency, and other root causes
Dig into call and messaging data to identify why bills don’t match or find evidence of fraud
Build dashboards that communicate key metrics related to the lifecycle of disputes
Read contracts and interpret what should be the invoice versus what it is
Act as the primary point of contact to negotiate dispute resolutions, settlements, and payment terms in accordance with company practices
Partner closely with data analytics, engineering, and accounting to reconcile accounts
Qualifications
Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!

Experience in project management.
Experience wrangling data with Excel / Google Sheets, Looker or SQL.
Desired:
Understanding of the A2P SMS ecosystem, international traffic routing, international revenue share fraud (IRSF), artificially inflated traffic (AIT) and the ecosystem profit chains.
Understanding of industry standards with respect to AIT and fraud handling such as frameworks from i3forum, GSMA, MEF or ITW Global Leaders’ Forum.
Understanding of Call Detail Records (CDRs) and ability to build strong dispute case files.
Experience working with workflow platforms like Airtable or building dashboards.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is hiring a Lead Recruiter to own Director-level and above hiring across our G&A and business functions. You will lead some of the company’s most critical leadership searches, partnering directly with senior stakeholders to identify and hire leaders who will shape Ramp’s next stage of growth.
You will own searches from initial scoping through close, partnering directly with executives and senior leaders across the business. You will be expected to develop real fluency in each area you support, translate ambiguous business needs into clear hiring strategies, and bring an independent point of view on talent.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally strong at research, assessment, stakeholder partnership, and closing. You should be comfortable challenging assumptions, navigating sensitive and confidential searches, and creating structure without slowing the business down. You should be a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, builds pipelines from scratch, and takes ownership of moving searches forward even when the role, target profile, or process is still taking shape.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Director-level and above roles across G&A and business functions, from intake and market mapping through offer and close.
- Develop real fluency in the functions you support and quickly build context when taking on a new area, so you can identify the signals that distinguish exceptional leaders beyond title, company, and tenure.
- Build proactive pipelines through market research, targeted sourcing, referrals, and thoughtful engagement with passive candidates. Independently build momentum on confidential searches where broad outreach or an existing pipeline may not be available.
- Develop assessment approaches that surface a candidate’s leadership effectiveness, functional expertise, and ability to operate at Ramp’s pace and scale.
- Move fluidly across functions, evolving role definitions, and competing priorities while maintaining a consistently high bar for talent, execution, and candidate experience.
- Exercise discretion throughout sensitive searches, managing candidate information and stakeholder communication with sound judgment.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- A track record of independently leading complex senior-level searches from initial scoping through accepted offer.
- Ability to advise senior leaders, challenge requirements, and influence hiring decisions through clear communication, market insight, and data.
- Demonstrated ability to build fluency in unfamiliar functions, context-switch across very different searches, and maintain strong judgment as priorities and scope change.
- A high level of ownership and comfort with ambiguity. You can turn an open-ended business need into an actionable search, build a pipeline from scratch, and drive progress without waiting for direction.
- Strong closing skills, including experience navigating competing offers, senior candidates, and sensitive searches.
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Prior experience in executive search or a dedicated leadership recruiting role, particularly across G&A or business functions.
- Experience partnering directly with CEOs or other C-suite leaders on critical hires.
- Experience improving interview architecture, scorecards, market maps, or recruiting processes where structure was limited or still being built.
- Experience developing AI-enabled recruiting workflows that were adopted beyond your own individual searches.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

About the Team
Research & Insights is the team that helps Salmon understand its customers, market, and business opportunities. The CX/UX Research team sits within it and works side by side with Product and Design, turning customer evidence into better product decisions.
As Salmon continues to scale, the need for hands-on, in-depth customer understanding grows with it. This team works closely with Product, Design, Marketing, Strategy, and Operations to make sure decisions are informed by real user behavior, not assumptions.
We're looking for curious, hands-on researchers who enjoy getting close to users, uncovering insights, and helping teams act on them.
About the Role
As a CX/UX Researcher, you will expand hands-on research capacity across Salmon's product portfolio. You'll work closely with product designers and PMs to run studies from kickoff to readout, including interviews, usability tests, and journey mapping, and help teams make decisions based on evidence.
This is a hands-on role. You'll run your own fieldwork, recruit participants, moderate sessions, and write reports. You'll also help build the research infrastructure: intake standards, a methods library, and a research repository the whole product team can use.
This is an excellent opportunity for a researcher who wants to see their work shape products used by real customers, and to help build a research function from an early stage.
What You'll Do
Research Planning & Execution
- Plan and run moderated usability tests, in-depth interviews, and quantitative/unmoderated studies
- Own assigned studies end-to-end: recruitment, moderation, analysis, and reporting
- Maintain a research backlog together with the research lead, and align priorities with product and design teams
Participant Recruitment & Fieldwork
- Recruit and screen participants, and manage logistics including panel vendors, screeners, and incentives
- Run virtual and in-person fieldwork and ensure a positive participant experience
- Conduct field research directly with users, which is expected and resourced
Collaboration with Product & Design
- Work closely with product designers and PMs: participate in team rituals, discuss research priorities, and align on study scope and timing
- Facilitate synthesis workshops, insight reviews, and journey mapping sessions with design and product teams
- Negotiate research priorities with stakeholders, and push back when needed
Journey Mapping & Insights Reporting
- Build and maintain customer journey maps for prioritized product areas
- Write clear, decision-ready reports and present findings to product teams
- Drive change based on research: track whether insights are actioned, follow up with teams, and escalate blockers to the research lead
Research Operations
- Contribute to research repository standards, the intake process, and the methods guild
- Help build the processes and tools that make research faster and more reusable across the product team
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- 2+ years in UX research for consumer products
- Track record of running moderated tests and in-depth interviews independently
- Experience facilitating workshops and collaborative sessions with design and product teams
- Ability to discuss and negotiate research priorities with PMs and designers, and comfort pushing back when needed
- Experience creating journey maps, personas, or service blueprints
- Proven ability to drive change based on research: you track whether findings are actioned, not just delivered
- Comfortable operating with limited process; you help build it rather than wait for it
- Clear, concise writing for non-research audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino/Tagalog
Knowledge & Domain Expertise
Interest or familiarity with:
- UX and customer experience research
- Qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Customer journey mapping and service design
- Research operations and repository management
- Evidence-based product decision-making
Bonus
- Experience in credit, lending, payments, or fintech
- Exposure to banking, technology, or consumer-focused industries
- Experience working with panel vendors and research recruitment platforms

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic's Executive Briefing program brings senior leaders from our most strategic customers together with our spokespeople, product leaders, and researchers. As a Program Manager, Executive Briefings, you will run the program at one of our briefing centers and help build the global operating model that ensures an exceptional and consistent experience across the globe.
You will be the main program lead for your location and own briefings end to end: qualification and intake, agenda design, speaker selection, and day-of execution. You will set the objectives and design for each agenda and develop it jointly with Sales. You will also be the local account teams' go-to partner on how to use a briefing to move their most important opportunities forward.
You will manage the global workstream and set the standard every center follows, so customers get the same quality of briefing wherever they meet us. This is a highly cross-functional role. You will work with regional GTM leadership and the Office of the CCO on account selection and program strategy, with Product Marketing on content, with Solutions on technical deep-dives and demos, with Anthropic's executive bench on sponsorship and participation, and with Workplace, Security, and Revenue Operations on the experience and systems behind every briefing. You will be comfortable running every part of a briefing yourself and maintaining tight alignment with internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Own the Executive Briefing program at your location: the local calendar, capacity planning, the request and intake process from Sales, and operating SLAs, applied against global criteria and regional allocation
Work with regional GTM leadership to decide which strategic accounts receive a briefing each quarter, hold the qualification bar, and proactively surface accounts that should be engaged
Lead discovery with account teams before each briefing to understand the customer's objectives, business context, and stage of evaluation, and turn that into a tailored agenda
Own agenda design and co-own agenda development with Sales for every briefing, including the narrative arc, discussion topics, speakers, and demos
Build and manage the speaker bench for your location: identify, source, and match speakers to briefings, run prep, and manage capacity so no one is over-asked
Own day-of orchestration and the customer experience standard at your center, in partnership with Workplace on logistics
Contribute to the playbooks, tooling, and best practices that let the program scale consistently across centers while allowing for regional nuance
Share intake and triage on a rotation across time zones so every request gets a decision within the defined SLA
Maintain one source of truth for criteria, lead times, and process so account teams get one answer
Own measurement and reporting for your center and contribute to global reporting on briefing volume, capacity and allocation, strategic-account coverage, and program-influenced pipeline and expansion
Onboard and coach briefing team members and contractors across locations
Minimum qualifications
Experience running executive briefings, customer events, or a comparable program for senior external audiences
Program management skills, including intake and prioritization, capacity planning, and managing multiple concurrent programs against SLAs
Experience designing agendas and facilitating discussions with C-level or other senior customer audiences
Experience building processes, playbooks, or tooling that help a program operate consistently
Ability to track, report on, and communicate program metrics such as volume, coverage, and pipeline influence
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to partner credibly with field leadership, executives, and internal subject matter experts
Work on site at your briefing center when briefings take place
Preferred qualifications
6+ years of experience building or scaling an executive briefing program, or a similar customer-facing program, at an enterprise technology company
Experience in a high-volume briefing environment
Experience with CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce, and with connecting program activity to pipeline and expansion outcomes
Experience identifying and surfacing speakers for the speaker bench and managing speaker capacity across product, research, and executive teams
Experience working across time zones or across multiple sites to set one global standard
Experience onboarding or coaching new team members or contractors
Familiarity with AI products and how enterprises evaluate and adopt them
Interest in Anthropic's mission to build AI that is safe and beneficial

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.

About the Team
The People Strategy & Transformation (PST) is PointClickCare's HR strategy, organizational design, and portfolio management pillar. The team includes HR Business Partners, Organizational Design & Effectiveness, People Experience, and the HR Strategy & Enablement function, with a dotted-line partnership to Internal Communications. PST is responsible for ensuring HR's work across every Center of Excellence is planned, resourced, sequenced, and tracked against business outcomes — spanning a portfolio of Pillar Initiatives, Cross-Pillar Projects, and Program Roll-Ups delivered across all four HR solution groups.
Position Summary:
The Director, People Strategy and HR Portfolio (Project) Management s is the VP, People Strategy & Transformation's strategic thought partner in building and running PointClickCare's HR Portfolio Management Office (HR PMO) — co-designing the strategy, governance model, capacity methodology, and dashboard reporting that let HR plan, resource, and track its work against business outcomes. This is a net-new function: no HR PMO currently exists at PointClickCare, and this role will design these mechanics in partnership with the VP rather than operate a system someone else has already built.
Operating with significant design authority but without direct reports or final decision rights on cross-functional trade-offs, this role earns influence through the credibility of the mechanics it builds and runs. It operates across all four HR solution groups without formal authority over any of them, serves as the VP's thought partner on HR strategy and the HR SLT prioritization process, and convenes HR initiative stakeholders and Internal Communications to coordinate how HR's work reaches the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and run the HR Portfolio Management Office’s core operating mechanics
Design and maintain the capacity management methodology, including the heat map model and the oversubscription thresholds used to flag resourcing conflicts across HR COEs
Own and run the Portfolio Council governance cadence end to end — intake, capacity check, tier assignment, publish, mid-quarter check, and close-out
Build and maintain the integrated HR initiative dashboard, ensuring data currency and accuracy across every active Pillar Initiative, Cross-Pillar Project, and Program Roll-Up
Example deliverable: a quarterly Portfolio Council capacity heat map showing every HR COE’s current initiative load, used to approve or defer new initiative intake
Serve as strategic thought partner to the VP, People Strategy & Transformation
Co-design the HR SLT prioritization process and criteria used to evaluate and sequence HR initiatives each planning cycle
Co-design the OKR and scorecard measurement architecture — what gets measured, how it rolls up, and the cadence it runs on
Co-author and stress-test the HR Strategy on a Page, contributing independent analysis before it is finalized by the VP
Example deliverable: a documented HR SLT prioritization framework — criteria, weighting, and process — adopted for the FY28 planning cycle
Own capacity management and project plan oversight across the full HR initiative portfolio
Track progress against committed business outcomes, not activity completion alone, across every active HR initiative
Maintain consistent project plan structure, milestone tracking, and dependency mapping in partnership with each initiative’s named Delivery Lead
Proactively surface cross-COE capacity collisions and resourcing conflicts before they reach Portfolio Council
Example deliverable: a consolidated project plan view across all active Program Roll-Ups, flagging dependency risk before it affects a committed milestone
Convene HR initiative stakeholders and Internal Communications on a recurring cadence
Establish and run a recurring go-to-market coordination cadence bringing together initiative Delivery Leads and Internal Communications
Sequence the timing and stakeholder readiness of HR initiative rollouts to the business, avoiding duplicate or conflicting messages landing in the same window
Maintain a shared go-to-market calendar visible to HR SLT, showing what is launching, when, and to whom
Example deliverable: a quarterly HR go-to-market calendar sequencing every planned initiative rollout to the business, reviewed and approved by HR SLT before the quarter begins
Represent HR in enterprise planning and governance forums
Serve as the primary operational liaison to the Strategic Delivery Office, aligning HR’s initiative classification and intake practices to enterprise taxonomy
Represent HR’s initiative portfolio and capacity picture in the Corporate Strategy Group’s quarterly planning cadence
Flag enterprise-level dependencies or conflicts affecting HR’s ability to deliver against committed priorities
Example deliverable: HR’s consolidated initiative and capacity submission into the Corporate Strategy Group’s quarterly planning sprint, reflecting current Portfolio Council status
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10–15 years of experience in program/portfolio management, management consulting, or a PMO leadership capacity, including demonstrated experience designing — not only operating — portfolio governance, capacity management, or OKR measurement systems
A track record serving as a strategic thought partner to a senior leader, with evidence of shaping that leader's thinking rather than only executing direction
Demonstrated experience operating in matrixed, cross-functional environments without formal authority over the teams being coordinated
Strong data and dashboard fluency — comfortable architecting reporting tools and the metrics model behind them, not just maintaining an existing build
Executive-level communication skills — this role prepares materials for and interacts directly with VP-level stakeholders across every HR pillar
Experience convening cross-functional stakeholder groups to coordinate sequencing and alignment on complex, multi-team initiatives
Preferred Experience:
Experience building a PMO or governance function from scratch, in a design capacity, rather than operating within an already-mature one
HR domain experience, including familiarity with COE structures and business-outcome-linked workforce initiatives
Experience partnering with internal communications or marketing functions on coordinated, multi-stakeholder rollouts

Ability to work autonomously and asynchronously in a fully remote environment while staying aligned to shared goals and processes.
Comfort defining and reporting on program performance, including customer participation, reference support, pipeline influence, and other measures tied to regional objectives.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The ways customers buy from us are multiplying as fast as the business is growing. Enterprise order forms. Private offers through AWS, GCP, and Azure. A self-serve business running on usage-based pricing, with commits, drawdowns, and true-ups behind it. Each one is a distinct path from signature to cash, and each one runs today on some mix of manual steps and automation that grew up with the business.
This role owns what comes next. You'll run order operations end to end - booking, provisioning, invoicing, amendments, and renewals - on a stack we picked deliberately and recently: Salesforce, Metronome for metering and billing, Rillet for ERP. The stack is modern, but the processes on top of it were built to keep up with growth, not designed to scale. Your job is to decide what each one should become: keep it, rebuild it, automate it, or retire it.
Our bias is to invest in systems rather than in a growing queue of manual work, so you'll be setting the automation roadmap at the same time you're operating the function - deciding what a person should touch, what a workflow should handle, and what should never have been a step in the first place. Getting that right is what lets order volume grow by an order of magnitude without ops growing with it.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You'll own order operations, working closely with Deal Strategy and Operations, GTM Systems, Finance and Accounting, and Enterprise Engineering. Those teams are your partners and much of your build capacity. Bringing them onto one shared order-to-cash roadmap is a core part of the job, and the reason we're hiring someone senior to do it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the order-to-cash path end to end: order form intake from Deal Desk, booking in Salesforce, plan and entitlement setup in Metronome, invoicing and revenue recognition through Rillet, and the amendments, true-ups, and renewals that follow
- Build out cloud marketplace operations across AWS, GCP, and Azure: private offer setup, usage reporting to each marketplace, and reconciling marketplace disbursements back to what we billed. Every new channel launches against defined readiness criteria, so marketplace deals run on the same clean path as direct ones
- Own self-serve billing operations: usage metering, plan changes, dunning, credits, rebills, refunds, and the escalations behind them
- Own billing and usage completeness at month-end close. Every order, credit, and metered event is reconciled between Metronome and Rillet before revenue is recognized, not after
- Partner with Deal Strategy and Product as our pricing evolves. Bring the billing view into pricing and deal-structure decisions early, so new models and non-standard terms can be billed accurately and automated, not handled by hand
- Set the automation roadmap. Instrument the path, put a number on every place a human touches an order, and decide what gets automated, what gets designed away, and what stays manual on purpose
- Treat every billing error as a defect: find the root cause and fix the class of problem, not just the one invoice
- Ship automations yourself where that's fastest, and partner with GTM Systems and Enterprise Engineering where the work belongs in core systems or the product
- Write the playbook and the controls behind it: approvals, segregation of duties, reconciliations, and exception handling, built so order ops scales through systems rather than headcount and holds up under audit
- Own three numbers and move them: touchless order rate, signature-to-provisioned cycle time, and billing accuracy
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6+ years in order management, order-to-cash, billing operations, or revenue operations at a B2B SaaS company, including time building the function at an early-stage or fast-scaling one
- Hands-on fluency with a modern billing and ERP stack. We run Salesforce, Metronome, and Rillet - you should know something comparable well enough to have opinions, and get to depth on ours quickly
- Real experience with usage-based pricing. Per-seat is straightforward; metered consumption, commits, drawdowns, overages, and true-ups are where order ops gets interesting, and that's most of our business
- Working knowledge of ASC 606 and month-end close. You don't need to be an accountant, but you should know what Revenue Accounting needs from billing data and why
- Cloud marketplace experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure private offers), or a track record of getting deep on a system like that fast
- A history of automating your own job. We'll ask you to walk us through a manual process you deleted: what it cost before, what you built, and what it costs now
- The ability to build alignment across teams with different priorities and get to a decision, without relying on org authority
- Comfort shipping a v0 earlier than feels comfortable, then iterating with real feedback
NICE TO HAVE
- SQL, Python, or low-code tooling in your own hands rather than on someone else's backlog
- Experience building agents or LLM workflows for internal operations. We'd like to run more of our own back office on the LangSmith Platform, wherever it's the right tool and meets the same accuracy bar as the rest of order-to-cash
- Audit prep or SOX readiness experience
Compensation: $155,000 - $185,000 salary + options
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.

Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

We deliver results that exceed expectations and we win together!
Your Role:
Tenable's InfoSec team is looking for a Security Engineer to join our Security Engineering & Architecture group. This role was built deliberately to span disciplines rather than specialize in one: you'll split your time between securing our cloud environments and supporting general security engineering disciplines across the business — covering cloud and non-cloud systems alike. If you're early-career but curious across the breadth of InfoSec rather than narrowly focused on one domain, this role is built for you.
Your Opportunity:
Support day-to-day cloud security operations — monitoring, triage, and remediation of findings across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP environments using CNAPP/CSPM tooling.
Contribute to Security Architecture Reviews for new systems, integrations, and vendor onboarding — regardless of whether the system in question is cloud-hosted, on-prem, or SaaS. You'll work directly with the architects and engineers who own this process today, learning the methodology and eventually taking reviews from intake to sign-off.
Help identify and document misconfigurations, excessive permissions, and insecure IaC patterns (Terraform/CloudFormation), and help track remediation through to closure.
Participate in risk assessments and threat modeling exercises for new projects — applying the same core analysis skills whether the subject is a cloud workload, an internal application, or a third-party integration.
Assist with IAM/RBAC reviews and least-privilege efforts; flag static credentials, over-broad roles, and gaps in audit logging wherever they appear in the environment.
Build foundational familiarity with how AI/agentic systems intersect with our environment — cloud-hosted LLM services (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI), the Model Context Protocol (MCP), and the basic risk surface of agent/tool-calling architectures and apply that awareness during reviews when these systems show up in scope.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, GRC, and TPRM to keep architecture reviews and cloud findings moving — this role is a connective thread between teams, not a silo.
What You'll Need:
2–3 years of experience in a security engineering, cloud security, IT security, or related technical role (internships and adjacent IT/ops experience count).
Working knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) — IAM fundamentals, networking basics, and common misconfiguration patterns.
Basic understanding of security architecture review or threat modeling concepts (e.g., STRIDE, data flow diagrams) — or clear aptitude and interest in learning them.
Familiarity with core security engineering practices: least-privilege access, audit logging, secrets management (no static credentials), and secure configuration baselines.
Comfort reading documentation and asking good questions across unfamiliar systems — this role touches a lot of different architectures, so curiosity matters more than deep specialization in any one of them.
Strong written communication — you'll be documenting review findings and cloud remediation guidance for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
And Ideally:
Exposure to IaC security scanning (Terraform/CloudFormation) or CNAPP/CSPM/CIEM platforms.
Some hands-on exposure to a formal architecture/design review process, even informally (e.g., reviewing a peer's system design for security gaps).
Basic familiarity with AI/LLM concepts — prompts, context windows, tool/function calling, RAG — and awareness of frameworks like the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications or the NIST AI RMF.
A relevant certification (Security+, AWS/Azure/GCP security certs, or similar) or equivalent self-directed learning.
Prior exposure to compliance frameworks (SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO 27001) relevant to architecture review sign-off
#LI-Hybrid #LI-MS1
This is the base pay range for this position. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. Employees are also eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay (commission for sales roles, bonus for non-sales roles), depending on company and individual performance. Tenable also offers a variety of comprehensive and competitive benefits which include: medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance; 401(k) retirement savings with company match; an employee stock purchase plan; an employee referral program; flexible spending accounts; an Employee Assistance Program (EAP); education assistance; parental leave; paid time off (PTO); company-paid holidays; health and wellness events; and community programs.

ABOUT THE ROLE
LangChain is looking for a GTM Enablement Program Manager to help keep our growing go-to-market organization informed, enabled, and ready to execute as our products and company evolve.
We operate in one of the fastest-moving areas of technology. Our products evolve quickly, new capabilities launch frequently, and the knowledge our GTM teams rely on is constantly changing. As we scale, we need a strong operating system that ensures sellers understand what we're building, why it matters, how to talk about it, and where to find the information they need.
This role will own three critical areas of our enablement engine: Product Enablement, GTM Knowledge & Content, and Enablement Communications.
You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to turn product changes and company knowledge into scalable training, resources, communications, and systems for GTM.
Working with cross funtional subject matter experts, your job is to turn messaging, trainings, and artifacts into field readiness—making sure GTM can learn it, find it, understand it, and use it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
OWN PRODUCT ENABLEMENT
- Own the product enablement engine. Stay closely connected to Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing to understand what's changing, determine the impact to GTM, and partner with these SMEs to build practical field enablement.
- Own GTM readiness for product launches and major changes. Build the enablement plan from initial intake through launch, including training, communications, resource publication, reinforcement, and ongoing maintenance.
- Build and maintain product training. Create and continuously improve product curriculum in our LMS and Content Hub so sellers have a clear learning path across our platform, products, use cases, positioning, and value.
- Run live product enablement. Determine when asynchronous learning isn't enough, coordinate the right SMEs, and facilitate live sessions, workshops, demos, and deeper product training.
- Measure readiness and close gaps. Use feedback, participation, knowledge checks, field questions, and other signals to understand where GTM needs additional reinforcement.
OWN GTM KNOWLEDGE & CONTENT
- Own the GTM knowledge system. Make it easy for sellers to quickly find accurate, relevant, and current information across our Content Hub, LMS, and other GTM systems.
- Build scalable information architecture and governance. Establish clear taxonomy, templates, ownership, review cadences, freshness standards, and archival processes that keep GTM knowledge organized and current.
- Manage the content lifecycle. Ensure training, product resources, competitive guidance, FAQs, recordings, and other enablement materials stay current as the business changes—and remove or archive information that is no longer relevant.
- Operationalize canonical GTM content. Partner with Product Marketing and other subject matter experts to ensure approved messaging, competitive guidance, objection handling, and other core GTM knowledge is consistently structured, maintained, and accessible.
- Build for humans and AI. Structure GTM knowledge so both sellers and AI-powered tools can reliably retrieve and use accurate context. Explore ways AI can improve content discovery, maintenance, gap detection, and enablement workflows.
OWN ENABLEMENT COMMUNICATIONS & CADENCE
- Own the GTM enablement communications engine. Manage Weekly Trace and other recurring enablement communications, consolidating product, program, and company updates into clear guidance for the field: What changed? Why does it matter? Where can I learn more? What do I need to do?
- Run our recurring enablement cadence. Own the operational execution behind weekly enablement, including the calendar, SME coordination, materials, recordings, recaps, and follow-through.
- Create signal from noise. Build predictable ways for GTM to stay current without requiring sellers to monitor dozens of Slack channels, documents, and product updates.
- Improve the enablement operating system. Identify breakdowns in how information moves from Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, and other teams into GTM—and build scalable systems rather than continually working around them.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of experience in GTM enablement, product enablement, sales enablement, enablement operations, or a related role in a B2B technology company.
- Experience owning product enablement programs, including product launches, training, ongoing curriculum, and field communications.
- Experience building or managing product training for Sales or broader GTM audiences.
- Strong technical curiosity. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should want to understand technical products deeply enough to explain them clearly and accurately.
- Ability to translate complex product information into practical seller guidance: what it is, why it matters, who it's for, how to position it, and when to use it.
- Experience organizing and maintaining a GTM knowledge or content system—not just creating individual pieces of content.
- Strong understanding of content governance, information architecture, taxonomy, and knowledge lifecycle management.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to turn a large volume of information into clear, concise, actionable guidance.
- Strong program management skills. You can manage multiple workstreams, SMEs, launches, deadlines, and recurring programs without losing the details.
- High ownership and follow-through. You don't wait for someone to tell you that a launch isn't ready, information is outdated, or a process is broken—you proactively drive it to resolution.
- A builder mentality. You're comfortable starting with an imperfect system, creating a V1, learning from users, and continuously improving it.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
- AI fluency and curiosity about how structured knowledge can power agents, search, content generation, and internal GTM workflows.
- Experience with knowledge-management platforms such as Notion and learning-management systems such as WorkRamp is a plus.
- Familiarity with developer tools, AI/ML infrastructure, LLM applications, or agentic AI is a plus.
Compensation: $150,000-180,000 base salary + options
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.
Location: New York City Office
COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, "They'll be in touch soon." So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Director of Growth, you'll own the plan for how Tennr generates pipeline: where we invest, what we stop doing, and how we know it's working. Our buyers run DME suppliers, infusion centers, specialty pharmacies, and other provider organizations. They're operators, not software buyers. They search for specific problems, not product categories, and more of them now ask AI assistants which vendors to consider. We sell several products into each of them, including referral intake, prior auth, AI voice, and patient onboarding, and every new vertical, product, and channel multiplies the ways we could spend the next dollar. Your job is to pick the few that matter most and make sure the team executes on them.
You'll lead Growth Marketing and work closely with Sales, Product, and Finance. You'll set the targets, work backwards from them to operating milestones, and run the cadence that keeps the team accountable to the number. This role suits someone who thinks like a general manager: you'll act as strategist, analyst, systems builder, and partner to Sales in the same week. The scope will grow to cover new problems as Tennr grows.
You'll know you're right for this if you've been the person leadership hands its hardest growth problem, you're as comfortable building the model as running the review, and you want to build a team around this work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Goals & Metrics: Own Tennr's marketing-sourced pipeline target and set the channel goals that roll up into it. Break it into its drivers: CPL, CPQL, conversion to opportunity, and pipeline contribution by segment and channel. Own the model that explains what moves each one, and make sure progress is measured the same way every week.
- Roadmap: Diagnose the biggest opportunities and constraints across verticals, products, and channels. Form a clear point of view on where Growth should invest and what it should deprioritize, and defend that call with data.
- Planning: Turn the roadmap into a short list of initiatives with owners, success metrics, budget, and headcount. Run annual and quarterly planning for Growth, allocate budget across channels, including direct programs, and partner with Finance on spend and payback.
- Operating System: Design the cadences, dashboards, and decision forums that surface performance gaps early and turn them into action. Partner with Sales on pipeline reviews, keep conversion signal clean from first touch to closed deal, and make changes in our systems of record yourself rather than filing a ticket.
- Strategic Projects: Lead the high-stakes growth questions as they come up, such as how to enter a new vertical, how to take a new product to market, or how to position against a competitor, and bring the analysis that settles them.
- Direct Programs: Own the programs that put Tennr in front of buyers and customers directly. Decide which ones earn investment, run them against a fixed budget and date, and hold them to the same pipeline standard as every other channel.
- Experimentation: Set the bar for which experiments get run, funded, and scaled across new channels, AI tools, and Clay workflows, and cut the ones that don't earn their spend.
- Team: Lead Growth Marketing across paid, search, AEO, and direct programs. Hire and develop the team as it scales, while staying hands-on in the work yourself.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with Sales on target segments and pipeline, Content Marketing on offers, Brand and Design on creative, Product on launches, and Finance on budget. Create clarity and drive decisions across teams you don't manage directly.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of experience, mixing strategy work (management consulting at MBB or similar, investment banking, or private equity) with at least 3 years at a high-growth startup in strategy, business operations, growth, or revenue operations. At least 1 year personally owning a business outcome, such as a P&L, quota, pipeline, or retention number.
- First-principles thinking. You can take an ambiguous problem, identify the outcome that matters, break it into its drivers, and design a practical path forward.
- Quantitative fluency. You build your own models, write your own SQL. and can use imperfect data to find performance gaps, make tradeoffs, and tell whether a strategy is working.
- Operator instincts. You move between setting direction and getting into the details required to make something work, and you keep multiple workstreams moving without losing the important details.
- Program execution. You've delivered high-stakes programs with hard dates, outside partners, and fixed budgets, and you know what has to be true weeks before the day.
- Presence. You can represent Tennr with senior operators and customers, and earn their trust quickly.
- Cross-functional leadership. You create clarity, establish accountability, and drive decisions across teams you don't manage.
- Ownership. You own the outcome, not just the inputs, and you follow up until the work is done. You've rebuilt a playbook from first principles before and want to do it again.
- Clear writing. You can put a recommendation, the reasoning, and the tradeoffs on one page and get a room to a decision.
- Judgment you can show. You can walk us through growth plans you've built, the bets you made, and what happened to pipeline.
- An informed view on AI, backed by real examples of how you've applied it to your own workflows or a team's, and a clear sense of where it helps and where it doesn't.
- Experience managing people, or a track record that shows you're ready to build and lead a team.
A PLUS IF YOU…
- Have healthcare or healthtech experience, especially selling to provider organizations.
- Have worked at a vertical SaaS company that sells to operators rather than software buyers.
- Have built a customer community or advisory board.
- Have taken a new product or a new vertical to market.
- Have built go-to-market workflows in Clay, Salesforce, or similar tools yourself.
