At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
Engagement Management is a new and fast-growing practice at ClickUp, and it's quickly becoming central to how we serve our enterprise customers. Our EMs bring program leadership, service delivery and change management together in one role. As a ClickUp Senior Engagement Manager you will lead the formation and orchestration of post-sale strategy and execution for the company’s largest and most strategic clients. We're looking for someone hungry, who excels in building, and who takes genuine pride in the quality of their work.
Here, Engagement Managers are the single point of accountability for outcomes. You own everything between the contract being signed and the client seeing measurable results: what was sold gets delivered, on time and on margin, and we can prove it worked.
You'll lead enterprise SaaS implementations across the full engagement lifecycle, from shaping scope in pre-sales, mobilizing the team and delivery, go-live, stabilization and a clean handover to the account team. You'll run work-stream programs with Paid TAMs, AI specialists, Product and Engineering, and the client's own project team, and you'll be the trusted advisor to the client's executive sponsor.
Simply put: you are the single point of accountability for delivery, the client's partner in getting value from ClickUp, and a thought leader for how we deliver.
YOUR ROLE
- Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary client contact for delivery
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders while ensuring delivery remains aligned to client objectives and contractual commitments.
- Build trusted relationships with client executive sponsors and program leads at VP and C-level, acting as their primary point of contact for delivery.
- Navigate complex enterprise stakeholder environments and competing priorities across client functions (IT, PMO, business sponsors, procurement) and broker alignment when they conflict.
- Project Delivery Oversight
- Deliver engagements against agreed scope, schedule, hours budget and quality, using rigorous change control to protect timelines and delivery margin.
- Translate customer business requirements into internal deliverables and milestones
- Own engagement governance, including kickoffs, weekly working sessions, sponsor check-ins and SteerCos, and provide clear, concise status reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative, accountable and high-performing delivery culture while providing coaching, direction and support.
- Proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies through the RAID log, and act as the primary escalation point.
- Manage engagement financials, including hours burn, forecasting, utilisation and margin, flagging overrun risk early and agreeing recovery plans.
- Drive AI adoption
- Guide clients from manual workflows to AI-assisted and agent-driven operations, and own post-go-live adoption outcomes.
- Drive Value and Business Outcomes
- Identify expansion opportunities through delivery and co-sell with Account Executives, bringing the delivery credibility that secures follow-on work.
- Establish a value baseline before configuration begins, track benefits through go-live, and produce the value assessment that underpins renewal and expansion.
- Governance
- Design and run governance mechanisms
- Track delivery efficacy, timelines, value realization and customer experience
- Create continuous-improvement mechanisms
- Change Management & Communication
- Own communications around delivery status, risks and outcomes
- Manage escalation and communication across customer/internal teams
- Assess change readiness and resistance across impacted teams; build sponsor and champion networks to carry the rollout.
- Design the communications and enablement plan with the client, and sequence go-live to match the organization's capacity for change.
- Role Development
- Contribute to building the Engagement Management practice by iterating on templates, playbooks and AI workflows that make every engagement faster and more consistent.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of software and/or services delivery experience, with at least 2 years as the accountable project, program or engagement lead.
- Proven track record taking enterprise SaaS deployments from kickoff through go-live and into adoption, ideally in work management, PSA, CRM, ITSM or collaboration platforms.
- Strong grasp of SaaS implementation fundamentals: workspace and data architecture, permissions and SSO, integrations, data migration, change management and enablement. No coding required, but you can challenge an unrealistic technical scope.
- Comfortable with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery, and knowing which one the client actually needs.
- Commercial acumen: you've managed engagement budgets, SoWs, change requests and margin, and you know when to push for expansion vs when to stabilize.
- Executive presence: you can run a SteerCo, deliver bad news early with a recovery plan, and hold a line on scope with a CIO in the room.
- Experience leading cross-functional and distributed teams you don't directly manage, across client, partner and internal resources.
- Strategic judgment to separate genuine product gaps from client process or training gaps.
- Hands-on with AI: you already use AI to work faster, and you can credibly advise clients on where agents and automation fit.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. Status reports people actually read.
Nice to have: Experience in work management or SaaS software, professional services firms, agencies or regulated industries. PMP Certification.
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE
- Impact: Lead high-visibility enterprise engagements with global brands, and see the result in their day-to-day work.
- Build something: Engagement Management is a new function. You'll help define the methodology, tooling and AI workflows that become the standard.
- AI at the centre: Work on the frontier of AI-driven work management, with ClickUp Brain and Super Agents in your own delivery toolkit.
- Career growth: A clear path from Engagement Manager to Senior or Principal Engagement Manager.
- Community: Learn alongside Paid TAMs, AI specialists and delivery leaders across EMEA and NA.

About the Company:
Our client is a global education group bringing together a growing network of more than 20 schools across Europe, Asia and Latin America. The group operates physical schools offering education from kindergarten through to secondary education, combining international schools with local institutions while preserving their individual identities.
They are building a global platform focused on supporting its schools, strengthening operational capabilities and driving sustainable growth. With its headquarters in Madrid, the group is expanding its central finance function to support its growing international portfolio and is looking for a
Management Accountant
to join its FP&A team.
About the Role
The Management Accountant will support the preparation and consolidation of monthly management accounts, analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts, and ensure accurate, consistent reporting across the group's international school portfolio.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY AND BUSINESS SUPPORT
• Support the central finance function through the group management accounts cycle, working as part of a small team being built from scratch.
• Report to the Head of FP&A, playing a central role in the preparation and review of the group’s monthly management accounts as the function continues to be built out.
• Build strong working relationships with school finance leads across the portfolio as a key contributor across the management reporting cycle, alongside significant exposure to the Madrid head office team.
• Help establish robust, well-documented management accounts processes, controls, and ways of working that can scale as the group grows, ensuring continuity and consistency as the team and portfolio expand.
PREPARATION OF MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTS
• Prepare the consolidated monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow and supporting schedules, drawing together submissions from across the school portfolio into a single group view.
• Apply agreed group conventions consistently, including FX rates, consolidation adjustments, and presentation formats, ensuring outputs are comparable across schools and over time.
• Prepare variance analysis comparing actuals to budget, forecast and prior periods, with clear commentary on the key drivers of movements for review by the Head of FP&A.
• Maintain clear, well-documented working files and supporting schedules for each reporting cycle, so that the basis for every figure in the management accounts is transparent and can be traced and understood.
MONTH-END REVIEWS
• Carry out structured month-end reviews of school-level submissions, checking arithmetic accuracy, internal consistency, and alignment with group reporting conventions before consolidation.
• Identify and follow up on anomalies, unusual movements, or inconsistencies in school submissions, working with school finance leads to resolve queries ahead of the reporting deadline.
• Support the Head of FP&A in reviewing the consolidated management accounts prior to distribution, flagging any areas requiring further explanation or correction.
• Help embed a consistent month-end review checklist and timetable across the portfolio, contributing to its ongoing refinement, controls, and documentation as the function develops.
DATA, SYSTEMS, AND INTEGRITY
• Own the integrity of management accounts outputs, including consolidation, reporting, and supporting files, ensuring formulas, links, and consolidation logic are accurate and free of errors.
• Take ownership and maintain clear, well-organised documentation of management accounts processes, templates, data conventions, and reporting logic, so that methodologies are transparent and repeatable across the team.
• Implement and maintain quality control checks across the management accounts and reporting outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency before submission to senior stakeholders.
BUSINESS PARTNERING
• Act as the first point of contact for schools on any management accounts queries, providing timely and clear responses or escalating to the Head of FP&A where required.
• Work closely with the Financial Accountant and wider accounting team, who are responsible for the underlying statutory accounts that feed into the management accounts, ensuring a clear handover, shared understanding of account structures, and timely resolution of queries between the two functions.
• Support the Head of FP&A in preparing materials for the CFO and other senior stakeholders, ensuring outputs are accurate, well-documented, and clearly presented.
Requirements
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Qualified accountant or finalist (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with experience in a management accounting or financial reporting role, ideally in a multi-entity or international environment.
• Sound understanding of management accounting principles, including P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow preparation, variance analysis, and consolidation.
• Competent Excel skills, with experience working with templates and processes across multiple teams or entities.

By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
About the Position
The Senior Health Systems Advisor will provide strategic and technical assistance to the Department of Health (DOH) in the development and implementation of the One Hospital Command as a regional patient navigation and referral system connecting primary care with appropriate diagnostic, hospital, and specialty services across public and private providers.
The Advisor will support DOH in developing a common operating model that can respond to regional differences in health facilities, geography, workforce, financing, and service capacity. The position will support both urgent and planned referrals and strengthen coordination across levels of care to help ensure that patients are appropriately accepted, referred, provided needed services, and linked back to the originating provider for continued care.
The Advisor will also support the application of strengthened referral and patient navigation systems to priority public health needs, including tuberculosis (TB), particularly where improved linkages between primary care, diagnostic services, treatment facilities, hospitals, and specialty services can strengthen continuity of care.
The Advisor will provide technical expertise to design the regional care and referral model, establish necessary operating processes and agreements, assess financing pathways, develop options for a professionally managed command center, identify opportunities to activate priority facility capacity, and support pilot implementation.
The Advisor will work closely with the designated DOH Hospital Cluster lead, Centers for Health Development (CHDs), DOH hospitals, Local Government Units (LGUs), PhilHealth, participating private providers, and other relevant stakeholders. The position will provide technical advice and implementation support. Final decisions on policy, financing, staffing, procurement, contracting, and facility operations shall remain with the appropriate authorized government and institutional officials.
The Advisor will support the DOH in carrying out life-saving humanitarian assistance (LHA) service delivery in full alignment with the new Presidential Executive Order (EO) directives.
Responsibilities
The Senior Health Systems Advisor will support the conceptualization, operationalization, and pilot implementation of One Hospital Command as a regional referral and patient navigation system.
Key responsibilities include:
Assess existing referral pathways, patient navigation arrangements, service capacity, demand, and gaps across proposed pilot regions.
Develop a regional care and referral model defining roles, referral pathways, acceptance and escalation processes, feedback mechanisms, transfer arrangements, and back-referral processes across public and private providers.
Support the development of regional network maps, service directories, referral criteria, standard operating procedures, and agreements with participating providers.
Support the application of strengthened referral and patient navigation systems to priority health programs, including TB, to improve linkages across appropriate levels of care.
Assess financing pathways and barriers affecting completion of referrals, including applicable PhilHealth benefits, LGU and other lawful financing arrangements, and costs associated with transport, diagnostics, medicines, and professional services.
Develop and assess options for the One Hospital Command operating model, including in-house, outsourced, and hybrid arrangements for appropriate command center and coordination functions.
Identify opportunities to activate priority facility and service capacity through targeted investments, shared services, private provider participation, management or service contracts, or public-private partnership options.
Support selection, preparation, implementation, and monitoring of pilot regions and patient referral pathways.
Develop recommendations and a phased approach for expansion of the model based on pilot implementation, lessons learned, costs, readiness requirements, and financing and staffing implications.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Regional Care and Referral Model
Map existing referral pathways, demand, service gaps, patient travel patterns, provider capabilities, and patient navigation arrangements in proposed pilot regions.
Differentiate appropriate pathways for cases suitable for primary care, direct specialty consultation, diagnostic referral, hospital admission, emergency transfer, and return to primary care.
Define the roles of referring providers, receiving facilities, regional command centers, CHDs, DOH hospitals, LGU health systems, PhilHealth, and the national coordination function.
Establish proposed acceptance, escalation, feedback, transfer, and back-referral rules, including pathways across public and private facilities and regional boundaries, where needed.
Develop regional network maps, service directories, referral criteria, standard operating procedures, and proposed agreements with participating providers, using existing networks and platforms where feasible.
Ensure that the design of regional referral pathways considers priority public health programs, including TB, where relevant to diagnostic, treatment, hospital, and specialty care referrals.
Network Financing
Map applicable PhilHealth benefits, provider contracting and payment arrangements, approved Special Health Fund uses where available, and other lawful financing sources for priority patient pathways.
Identify financing gaps that could prevent referrals from being accepted or completed, including costs related to transport, diagnostics, medicines, and professional services.
Develop practical financing and agreement options with PhilHealth, LGUs, health boards, and participating facilities.
Clarify proposed payment responsibilities, contracting or disbursement arrangements, required approvals, and approaches for tracking cases and payments, subject to applicable laws, regulations, and approval of the responsible authorities.
Command Center Operating Model
Define the proposed operating model for a regional patient navigation and referral center, including hours of operation, clinical triage and escalation, nonclinical call handling, case ownership, quality assurance, workforce requirements, supervision, training, data protection, and continuity arrangements.
Define interfaces between the command center, health facilities, patient navigation mechanisms, and emergency response systems.
Compare in-house, outsourced, and hybrid models for appropriate call center and coordination functions.
Develop recommendations including cost estimates, performance standards, clinical governance safeguards, data and system requirements, and draft specifications or terms for proposed service arrangements.
Define a minimum information set and reporting process covering bed availability, operating service capacity, specialists and other personnel, equipment, diagnostics, critical supplies, and service interruptions.
Link current capacity gaps with approved facility development plans and milestones to support appropriate assignment and monitoring of actions.
Priority Facility Capacity
Identify facilities and services that could be made functional through targeted investments, shared services, private provider participation, management or service contracts, or public-private partnership options.
Assess demand, readiness, staffing, operating costs, financing requirements, procurement routes, and time to service for identified priority opportunities.
Develop a shortlist of potential investable or contractable opportunities and prepare decision briefs for DOH and relevant LGUs.
Distinguish immediate operational improvements from projects requiring formal feasibility studies, procurement processes, or PPP approval.
Coordinate with relevant technical, finance, legal, and procurement offices in developing recommendations.

Support participating offices in establishing agreed workflows, preparing staff, developing baseline information, and launching pilot implementation.
Facilitate regular case reviews and support rapid identification and correction of failed referral handoffs.
Monitor referral completion, time to acceptance and service, failed and repeated referrals, patient follow-up, capacity data completeness, financing barriers, and service gaps.
Track both operating performance and progress of actions intended to activate missing facility and service capacity.
Document implementation lessons, costs, decisions required, and minimum readiness conditions for expansion.
Develop a phased plan for extension to additional regions, including accountable offices, financing and staffing implications, and national-level support requirements.

- Build strong candidate experiences throughout the internship recruitment process.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees, including schedules, documentation, equipment and internal coordination.
- Support employee data administration and other People Operations activities when internship hiring demand is lower.
- Help maintain People documentation, trackers and internal process guides.
- Support additional People projects depending on team priorities and capacity.

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our new New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to own the systems, data, and rhythm behind Peec's global revenue engine. We've grown from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months on a motion that combines product-led signups with a fast-scaling sales team across Berlin and New York, and the operational layer now needs a single owner: one source of truth in the CRM, a forecast leadership can trust across both regions, and automation that lets a lean GTM team punch far above its weight.
You'll report to our CRO and own revenue operations globally from our New York office, working daily with sales leadership in both regions and partnering closely with Growth and Finance. In your first quarter you'll take over the global HubSpot instance, stand up a forecasting cadence that covers North America and EMEA, and ship the funnel reporting that shows us where deals are won, stall, and die. This is a builder role with real ownership: the systems you design become how Peec sells.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- How the revenue team works: territories, account ownership, lead routing and attribution. For example, deciding when an account belongs to a rep and when it goes back to the pool, then making the CRM enforce it
- Reporting: pipeline, forecast and numbers per rep. For example, an outbound pipeline number the sales team can be measured and paid on, without arguments
- Comp and commissions: plans set up in the tooling, monthly runs that match the CRM, and clear answers for reps
- Quote-to-cash: offer, signature, billing and the handover to Customer Success
- Data model: one source of truth across CRM, billing and product
- Tools and roadmap: you choose, run and simplify the revenue tools, and keep a roadmap with owners and dates
- Launch discipline: every change ships with a clear rule, a test, an owner and communication to the people it affects
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You've built or led a RevOps function at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, ideally with both self-serve and sales-led motions, and can teach us how it's done
- You've owned a function, not just worked through a backlog
- Deep, hands-on HubSpot: workflows, data model, reporting, and you still build things yourself
- Strong project management: you turn a loose brief into a plan, bring the right people together and deliver
- Commercial judgment: you understand the sales problem behind a request, not just the ticket
- Comfortable with data: SQL or a BI tool, plus a working understanding of APIs and automations
- Based in New York, or ready to relocate, and excited to be in the office five days a week
HOW YOU WORK
- You finish what you start, without being chased
- High rigor: you check your own work, especially AI-assisted work, and say what you're unsure about
- You propose rather than ask: you find answers yourself and bring structure instead of waiting for it
- You raise problems early, before others find them
- You close loops: a short weekly written update, and every missed deadline gets a new date or is dropped with a reason
- You stand behind your numbers: you present to leadership and finance yourself and can explain every figure
- You build relationships with sales leaders, CX and finance unprompted
- You take fast feedback well and act on it
BONUS POINTS
- Experience building a RevOps function from scratch, or owning a remit that spans regions
- Experience working across time zones with a European HQ
- Exposure to PLG funnels and product usage data in a sales-assist motion
- Familiarity with Stripe, billing, or CPQ workflows and deal desk operations
- SQL skills for pulling your own answers out of the data
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category
EEOC STATEMENT:
Peec AI is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $240,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors including the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, in accordance with applicable New York law.

OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Taxfix recently launched its first products and services for self-employed people and
small and medium businesses in Germany. The B2B motions these products
need to scale have to be built from the ground up, with support from central
growth and channel experts: acquisition and onboarding, lead generation and
nurturing, sales, retention and expansion. In this role, your mandate is to
find, test and scale what works.
You own SE and SMB growth marketing end to end for Germany. You start from an
insight you found yourself and pick the few opportunities worth the time and
money. Before launch you set the success, kill and scale criteria and what done
means. Then you run the work yourself, or hand it to the expert best placed to
run it, read the result and decide whether to scale, iterate or kill.
Central specialist teams carry the established work, and you collaborate with
them: paid acquisition, CRM, marketing data and MarTech. You decide which
channels, segments and messages to test, and you build the growth loops nobody
at Taxfix has run yet. You work with the B2B product team, the B2B commercial
lead, Product Marketing and our Creative Studio.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Find the opportunities worth running. Turn customer conversations, sales
calls, funnel data and what you observe in the market into hypotheses and
experiments for SE and SMB growth. Rank them and run them. Pivot when an
experiment fails, and scale quickly when it works.
- Build multi-channel strategies. Build an experimentation engine, and use
its results to shape the multi-channel strategy for awareness and demand
capture across Taxfix's new B2B products. Central growth teams and channel
experts carry parts of the mix.
- Design how each product reaches its customers. For each growth loop,
decide the ICP segment to focus on, the channel and the message to test, how
the user flow and experience fit the loop, and the plan for scaling after the
first positive signals.
- Plan it, then run it yourself. Set success, kill and scale criteria before
launch. Build the prototype, landing page, content, onboarding flow or nurture
sequence with your own hands where that is fastest, and bring in central
experts where they do it better.
- Build B2B motions from zero to one. Acquisition and onboarding flows, lead
generation and nurturing, the handover to inbound sales, retention and
expansion loops. Several of these exist nowhere at Taxfix today.
- Read the results and make the call. Separate signal from noise at B2B
volumes, where samples start small. Decide to scale, iterate or kill, and turn
the read into recommendations for Product and commercial leadership.
- Use AI as an operating and growth advantage. Use AI to 10x your
effectiveness and your outcomes. Build your own prototypes, applets and tools
for the opportunities you run, and apply AI to discovery, analysis, content,
experimentation and repeating workflows.
- Steer budget where the evidence is thin. You hold the mandate to plan and
allocate budget for new B2B motions and growth loops.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Strategist and operator in one person. You pick the opportunities and you
run them, to the standard you planned them to. Given the choice, you ship a
first version this week over polishing a plan for a month.
- 5+ years in B2B go-to-market. 5+ years of experience in B2B
go-to-market, growth, strategy or another go-to-market function, including
ownership of a product or business outcome.
- Zero-to-one experience. You took a new product, category, platform or
business line from the first growth-loop tests, through scaling, to a
multi-channel playbook.
- Close to the customer. You naturally stay close to our customers, talk to them, listen to sales calls and use customer insights to inform your decisions.
- Data literacy. You can define and interpret acquisition, activation, adoption,
retention, pipeline, conversion, revenue and product-usage metrics, and you
turn what you find into a decision.
- Agility and speed. You try new ideas all the time. When one fails, you
pivot. When one works, you move to scale it. Shifting priorities and tight
deadlines don't throw you off.
- Curious about B2B growth and AI. You follow the people and sources moving
both fields, and you can name what you took from them into your own work.
- Knowledge of the German market, ideally of how self-employed people and
small businesses buy. Fluent German is a big plus, not a must.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.
Excited? So are we. Check out our Life at Taxfix https://www.linkedin.com/company/taxfix/life/8684512c-424f-44de-8d07-6e6b516e3319/?viewAsMember=true page on LinkedIn to get a glimpse of our culture.
At Taxfix, we believe that incredible things happen when you have a wealth of perspectives and experiences. We're proudly committed to equal employment and development opportunities no matter your gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, colour, disability, or place of origin. To help mitigate any potential unconscious biases, we ask that you refrain from including your picture, age, or marital status on your CV. Let your experiences speak for themselves.
Not sure if you meet all the requirements for this role? Please apply anyway. You might bring something special to the team that we hadn't considered previously.

- Experience scaling a Solutions Engineering or technical pre-sales function in a high-growth technology company.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and work closely with teams and customers across the UK/EU, US and MENA.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

About the role
We are looking for an AI Product & Transformation Lead to build the next generation of AI-enabled ways of working across Legal and Enterprise Risk. Please, note experience within Legal or Risk would be useful, but it is not essential. We are particularly interested in people who combine strong AI product, technical, operational or design instincts with enough domain empathy to build trusted solutions.
This is a hands-on AI role for someone who enjoys turning emerging technology into products and capabilities that people genuinely use. You will lead discovery with lawyers, risk professionals, legal operations and business stakeholders, identify high-value opportunities, and turn them into practical AI solutions.
You will not be working only at the level of strategy. You will build and ship AI products, agents, automations, workflows and playbooks; test what works with end users; learn quickly; and create the conditions for other people across Legal and Enterprise Risk to build as well.
You will be embedded in the Legal and Enterprise Risk organisation and partner closely with Compliance, Technology, Data, Information Security and other enabling functions to scale AI capabilities safely across the business.
What you will do
Build and scale AI products:
- Lead structured discovery with Legal and Enterprise Risk teams to identify high-value AI opportunities, recurring friction, manual work and decision bottlenecks.
- Turn real user problems into clear use cases, lightweight prototypes and scalable solutions.
- Build, configure or product-manage AI-enabled tools, agents, workflow automations, self-service experiences and knowledge systems.
- Take solutions from idea to pilot to adoption, including testing, iteration, documentation and handover.
- Balance speed and experimentation with appropriate controls for confidentiality, privilege, data protection, security and legal risk.
Help others build products:
- Make practical AI-building skills accessible to lawyers, risk professionals and Legal Operations colleagues through hands-on sessions, guides and coaching.
- Establish an AI builder community or similar forum for sharing use cases, prompts, prototypes, lessons and reusable components across Legal and Enterprise Risk.
Apply AI to improve how work gets done:
- Map and redesign workflows across Legal and Enterprise Risk, using AI to improve speed, quality, consistency and capacity.
- Create repeatable processes, templates, playbooks and operating rhythms that reduce unnecessary manual effort.
- Design better ways to capture, organise, retrieve and reuse organisational knowledge through AI-enabled search, summarisation and assistance.
- Identify opportunities to improve intake, triage, matter management, contract workflows, reporting and business self-service.
- Establish simple measures of impact, such as time saved, cycle-time reduction, quality improvements, user satisfaction and adoption.
Build alignment and momentum
- Own a prioritised AI product and use-case pipeline based on user need, value, feasibility, adoption potential and risk.
- Bring stakeholders together around clear problems and decisions rather than abstract technology discussions.
- Communicate progress, learnings and trade-offs in a way that works for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Build strong relationships with Technology, Data, Information Security, Procurement and other partners needed to deliver safely at scale.
- Help Legal and Enterprise Risk leadership make informed choices about AI tools, investment, capability, governance and ways of working.
What we are looking for:
- Experience building AI products, automation, digital capabilities or technology-enabled ways of working in a complex organisation.
- A track record of taking ambiguous problems from discovery through to a practical outcome that people actually use.
- Deep practical experience with generative AI, AI agents, workflow automation, knowledge management, no-code or low-code tools, or similar technologies.
- Strong user-centred instincts: you listen carefully, understand how work is really done and design for adoption rather than theoretical capability.
- Strong judgement about confidentiality, privilege, data protection, security, accuracy and responsible use of AI.
- A coaching mindset and the ability to help others become more confident and capable builders.
- Curiosity, pragmatism and a bias towards learning by doing.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Mechanical)
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Global Supply Chain
- Reports to: R&D Supply Chain Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office/On-site
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
THE MISSION OF THE ENGINEERING SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (MECHANICAL)
As our Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Mechanical), you'll join our fast-moving Global Supply Chain organization and work closely with our hardware engineering teams as they design and build mechanical systems and structures on tight and shifting timelines.
You'll be an active part of our engineering projects, helping to execute them and staying ahead of supply. That means identifying long lead items, critical materials and complex parts as early as possible in the process, and securing them before they become bottlenecks for testing and builds. When machining capacity, material availability, special process queues or a late design change threaten a prototype schedule, we need you to act. Our development cycles are fast and iterations are constantly occurring since we thrive on pushing the technology for the best.
You'll also be a key link between Engineering and Production. You'll communicate R&D supply chain risks and the critical parts and materials you've identified to Production, so nothing comes as a surprise at handover. Your work supports the success of every engineering prototype iteration and at the same time prepares Production for rollout and mass production.
This role suits someone who is proactive by nature, with a solution driven mindset and a deep understanding of mechanical manufacturing processes, materials and hardware prototyping, who is comfortable with ambiguity and acts before problems arrive rather than waiting for them. How quickly we get from concept to working hardware in orbit, and then into production, depends on how well this role is done.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
HIGH-VELOCITY ENGINEERING SUPPORT
- Serve as the hands-on supply chain counterpart for fast-paced mechanical engineering teams working on multiple, rapidly evolving hardware projects.
- Identify long lead items, critical raw materials and complex parts as early as possible, and secure them proactively (early orders, material reservation, capacity booking, buffer stock, coating readiness, securing helicoils) before they can delay a project.
- Translate early-stage concepts, evolving BOMs, and mid-design changes into actionable sourcing steps with minimal delay.
- Provide engineers with real-time insights on material availability, components availability and quick-turn manufacturing options.
- Identify supply issues before they become blockers and propose workaround paths immediately.
RAPID SOURCING & PROCUREMENT EXECUTION
- Own project procurement of CNC machined parts, structural elements and composite parts, mechanisms, motors, fasteners, bearings, thermal hardware and raw materials, including related special processes such as heat treatment, surface treatments and coatings.
- Run fast quoting and supplier selection so prototype and builds get their parts and materials on the dates engineering committed to.
- Lead efforts to find alternative suppliers, processes or materials within hours, not weeks, when capacity or material shortages occur.
- Set stock levels and material availability plans for development and prototype builds.
SUPPLIER INTERACTION & TECHNICAL ENGAGEMENT
- Worked closely with machine shops and composite fabricators, special process providers and material distributors, and worked with them to understand lead time constraints, manufacturing capabilities, DFM implications and fast-track build options.
- Support technical capability assessments of machining, special process suppliers, and material distributors.
- Negotiate priority machine time, expedited processing and shipments, and secure prototypes under compressed timelines.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL START-UP COLLABORATION
- Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, program management, and operations to remove obstacles and maintain build readiness.
- Maintain complete visibility into prototype schedules, engineering changes, and material risks, communicating clearly and frequently.
- Operate with a bias for action: if something is unclear, you chase it; if something breaks, you fix it; if something is missing, you find it.
AGILITY, RISK MANAGEMENT & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Build and maintain a living view of supply risks across all active projects, including capacity constraints, raw material availability, single-source suppliers, special process bottlenecks and export restrictions and qualify alternatives early.
- Keep purchasing details accurate in the ERP system, with clean traceability and build readiness status that the organisation can rely on, even under fast-moving conditions.
- Bring an experimentation mindset: test new suppliers, new sourcing channels, new manufacturing partners, and new tools to reduce lead times and cost.
R&D TO PRODUCTION READINESS
- Communicate R&D supply chain risks and identified critical parts and materials to Production early and clearly, so they are known well before handover.
- Support the success and rapid iteration of engineering prototypes while preparing Production for rollout and mass production.
- Make sure critical and long lead parts, qualified suppliers and special processes, and realistic lead times and capacity are in place before a design moves into series production.
- Help build the sourcing foundations that will carry a design from prototype into repeatable production.
