HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
Senior Customer Solutions Architect
About the role
The Senior Customer Solutions Architect (Sr. CSA) owns the technical relationship for our most complex and strategic customers, helping them get the most value from the combined Fivetran and dbt platform. Working alongside Account Executives (AEs) and Solutions Engineers (SEs), the Sr. CSA makes sure these customers not only deploy successfully, but keep scaling and expanding their usage over time.
This role operates as a technical account manager and strategic advisor to some of our largest customers. The Sr. CSA owns the technical narrative after go-live: leading architecture strategy, running executive-level technical conversations, uncovering new data challenges, and guiding customers through architecture evolution, adoption, and expansion.
The Sr. CSA is accountable for both retention and growth, and is measured on incremental ARR, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) across a book of larger, more strategic accounts. Beyond their own accounts, the Sr. CSA sets the standard for the CSA team by mentoring teammates, building repeatable playbooks, and shaping how the team works. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports.
Location:
Austin, TX / Denver, CO / New York City, NY (hybrid). This is a full-time position, and candidates must be located in Austin, Denver or NYC and able to work in the office two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday).
What you'll do
Customer Adoption and Value Realization
Own the post-sales technical relationship for a portfolio of our most complex, strategic Enterprise accounts, including multi-business-unit and multi-region customers
Set the adoption strategy for each account, and drive optimization and sustained usage of the platform at scale
Introduce new products and features to customer leaders and architects, and shape how they fit into the customer's roadmap
Design enablement programs and workshops for large, distributed customer teams, and turn the best ones into reusable programs for the CSA team
Anticipate churn or contraction risks well before they surface, and lead recovery plans for at-risk strategic accounts, including implementation reviews and healthcheck sessions
Expansion and Growth
Co-lead multi-quarter expansion strategy with the AE across business units, regions, and use cases, including opportunities to bring both Fivetran and dbt into an account
Shape the account plan and own the technical side of the expansion pipeline, translating executive-level customer initiatives into scalable data workloads and solutions
Lead technical validation of the most complex new workloads, including workshops and, where necessary, proofs of concept (POCs)
Turn successful use cases into repeatable expansion plays that other CSAs can run in their own accounts
Advise on the customer lifecycle, renewals, and commercial structure of large accounts
Technical Strategy and Architecture
Act as the chief technical stakeholder for your accounts after go-live, and the escalation point for the hardest technical questions
Set architecture direction across your accounts, and design cross-product Fivetran and dbt reference architectures that other CSAs reuse
Advise customers' senior architects and data leaders on pipelines, transformation, automation, governance, security, and platform adoption at scale
Maintain technical artifacts such as architecture documentation, design patterns, and knowledge bases, and raise the quality bar for the team's shared assets
Stakeholder Engagement and Account Planning
Serve as the company's technical voice with senior executives (VP and C-level), while building multi-threaded relationships across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders
Run regular technical cadence calls, executive business reviews, and roadmap sessions
Own Mutual Success Plans and shape Mutual Account Plans with the AE, mapping whitespace across business units, subsidiaries, and use cases
Align customer technical strategy with business objectives and commercial plans, and represent the technical view in account strategy discussions
Internal and Partner Collaboration
Act as the technical orchestrator across Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering, resolving cross-team issues on strategic accounts with minimal direction
Advocate for customer needs internally, and influence the product roadmap and priorities with well-supported customer evidence
Collaborate with technology partners and system integrators (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, GCP) to drive joint value on strategic accounts
Partner with CSA leadership to improve team processes, refine assets, and strengthen the knowledge-sharing loop
Technical Leadership Without Direct Reports
Mentor and coach CSAs on technical depth, account strategy, and customer conversations
Take on the most ambiguous and high-stakes customer situations, and bring structure that others can follow
Serve as a go-to expert and sounding board for complex accounts, architecture reviews, and executive-level presentations
Help onboard new CSAs and contribute to hiring by interviewing candidates
Build and share playbooks, reference architectures, and demo assets that raise the performance of the whole team
Thought Leadership
Create and deliver external-facing content through live events, speaking engagements, blog posts, recorded tutorials, or other educational resources
Represent the company as a technical speaker at customer, partner, and industry events
Work closely with Regional and Product Marketing to support field and industry events, and align field and industry requirements with the product roadmap
What you bring
5+ years of experience in a post-sales, customer-facing technical role, such as Solution Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Success Engineer, with a track record on large Enterprise accounts
Proven record of owning customer outcomes after the sale, including adoption, renewal, and expansion, with results you can quantify (such as NRR, GRR, or incremental ARR)
Deep technical background, with experience designing scalable data architectures, a strong understanding of modern data warehousing and the analytics stack, and advanced SQL proficiency
Ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions and measurable outcomes for complex, multi-team organizations
Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences, and credibility presenting to senior executives
Experience mentoring or coaching peers, and influencing teams and processes without formal authority
A proactive, self-sufficient, and highly organized approach to managing multiple strategic accounts
Comfort operating strategically while also engaging in deep technical discussions
Ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, think on your feet in customer conversations, and bring structure to unclear situations
A team-player mindset, both within the CSA team as we evolve our ways of working and in daily collaboration with AEs and SEs
Openness to travel: we value in-person relationship building, both internally and externally, and expect willingness to travel to customers and events as needed
What Will Make You Stand Out
Hands-on experience with dbt, including large-scale project design; dbt certification is a bonus
Python competency and advanced SQL knowledge

Customer Solutions Architect
About the role
The Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) is the primary post-sales technical owner for our existing customers, helping them get the most value from the combined Fivetran and dbt platform.
Customer Solutions Architect
About the role
The Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) is the primary post-sales technical owner for our existing customers, helping them get the most value from the combined Fivetran and dbt platform. Working alongside Account Executives (AEs) and Solutions Engineers (SEs), the CSA makes sure customers not only deploy successfully, but keep scaling and expanding their usage over time.
This role operates as a technical account manager and strategic advisor, bridging the gap between onboarding success and long-term growth. The CSA owns the technical narrative after go-live: monitoring an existing book of business, leading technical discussions, uncovering new data challenges, and guiding customers through architecture evolution, adoption, and expansion through live demos and technical workshops.
Unlike implementation-focused roles, the CSA is accountable for both retention and growth, and is measured on incremental ARR, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR). You will act as a trusted advisor, advocate, and accelerator, ensuring customers derive maximum value from their data investments while aligning their technical roadmap with the platform's capabilities.

500M+ downloads. 80M+ monthly users. A decade of building – and we’re still accelerating.
Flo is the world’s #1 health & fitness app worldwide on a mission to build a better future for female health. Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down.
With 7M paid subscribers and the highest-rated experience in the App Store’s health category, we’ve spent 10 years earning trust at scale. Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better.
The job
Principal Infrastructure Engineer
More than 80 million women open Flo every month to understand their bodies and their health. Every one of those sessions runs on infrastructure we build, and the data behind it is as personal as data gets. Keeping that fast and private at this scale is the job.
Velocity runs the platform that every Flo engineer builds on: Kubernetes on AWS, the data stores behind our services, and the golden paths that let product teams ship without needing to be infrastructure experts. We treat our internal developers as our customers. You will:
Own the foundations:
Design and run the Kubernetes and data infrastructure behind 80 million monthly active users, and make it boring in the best sense.
Turn expertise into self-service:
Take what you know about running clusters and databases well, and build it into the defaults so product teams get it for free.
What You Will Do
Kubernetes at scale:
Architect and evolve our EKS estate: cluster lifecycle and upgrades, networking, autoscaling, workload isolation, and the Helm and Terraform that deploy onto it.
Data infrastructure:
Shape how our services use PostgreSQL, DynamoDB and Kafka. Set the patterns for provisioning, access, backup, failover and capacity, so teams aren't solving these problems one service at a time.
Golden paths:
Build self-service tooling and Terraform modules that give product teams autonomy without sacrificing stability or security.
Reliability:
Lead resilience work, including business continuity planning, disaster recovery testing and a sustainable on-call rotation.
Privacy at scale:
Support the infrastructure behind privacy features such as our TIME-recognised "Anonymous Mode", and keep us SOC2, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certified while handling some of the most sensitive data there is.
Observability:
Make sure metrics, logs and traces tell us something is wrong before our users do.
What You Bring
Experience:
Many years in infrastructure, platform, SRE or DevOps roles running high-traffic, distributed systems in production. You have operated at Principal or Staff scope, setting direction across teams as well as delivering.
Kubernetes depth:
You have run Kubernetes in production for real workloads, ideally EKS. You can explain what happens between kubectl apply and a pod serving traffic, and you have debugged it when it didn't.
Data infrastructure awareness:
You understand how PostgreSQL, DynamoDB and Kafka behave under load and when they fail: connection limits, replication lag, hot partitions, consumer lag, retention. You don't need to have been a DBA, but you know what good looks like and when to ask for help.
AWS and infrastructure as code:
Strong AWS knowledge and fluent Terraform. Coding experience in Go or Python is a plus.
Communication:
A doc-first habit, and the ability to bring distributed product teams with you.
AI first: you will have seen the impact AI automation is having on development teams and the software delivery lifecycle, and have strong ideas on how infrastructure should support it.
Bonus Points
Hardening infrastructure for high-compliance or security-sensitive environments (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI).
Running managed data services in AWS (RDS, Aurora, MSK, DynamoDB) at scale, including migrations and major version upgrades.
Scaling consumer platforms with millions of concurrent users.
Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, CKA or CKS.
Why Join Flo?
High impact:
Flo is used by 1 in 4 women aged 18–44 in the US, and has raised $200M to build what comes next.
Autonomy:
We hire experts and trust them to deliver.
Modern stack at scale:
EKS, Terraform, Kafka, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB and Sentry, serving more than 80 million people a month.
Annual Salary Range (ranges may vary based on skills and experience)
£130,000
—
£150,000 GBP
How we work
We’re a mission-led, product-driven team. We move fast, stay focused and take ownership – from brief to build to impact. Debate is encouraged. Decisions are shared. We care about craft, ship with purpose, and always raise the bar.
You’ll be working with people who take their work seriously, not themselves. It takes commitment, resilience, and the drive to keep going when things get tough. Because better health outcomes are worth it.
What you'll get
We support impact with meaningful reward. Here’s what that looks like:
Competitive salary and annual reviews
Opportunity to participate in Flo’s performance incentive scheme
Paid holiday, sick leave, and female health leave
Enhanced parental leave and pay for maternity, paternity, same-sex and adoptive parents
Accelerated professional growth through world-changing work and learning support
In-person collaboration and work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week spent in the office
5-week fully paid sabbatical at 5-year Floversary
Flo Premium for friends & family, plus more health, pension and wellbeing perks
Diversity, equity and inclusion
Our strength is in our differences. At Flo, hiring is based on merit, skill and what you bring to the role – nothing else. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds, communities and identities. Read our
privacy notice for job applicants

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ ALAN PRECISION: WHY THIS EXISTS
Your body knows before you do. The signals are there years before symptoms. And yet, in 2026, the system around us isn't catching them.
50% of non-communicable diseases (cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, many cancers) are preventable with lifestyle changes, and we're not capturing them. Western countries have seen healthspan flatline for years, meaning we live longer, but not better. 46% of Europeans report mental health issues. The kind of deep, personalised health reading that could change this has been reserved for the few who could afford a 3,000€ check-up, and built for filing reports rather than changing lives.
We don't accept that.
Alan Precision is our bet on advanced prevention as the new norm of care. We combine biology, wearables, medical history, and lifestyle context, read it all as a connected system with AI supervised by physicians, and turn the result into a personalised protocol the member actually executes across sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, and supplementation. Then we retest, learn, and adapt. Health is a moving target. We move with it.
Our ambition: make Alan Precision the reference for advanced prevention in Europe by 2030.
⭐ THE FOUNDING GROWTH OPPORTUNITY
Alan Precision is live, with fast week-over-week growth. Now we need to turn a new category into a habit: hundreds of thousands of customers in the coming years, and a measurable impact on their health. You will be the first growth and go-to-market person on the crew, accountable for two numbers: how many members subscribe to Precision, and how many stay, retest and renew.
The crew was launched by the founding team of ARO, acquired by Alan in 2026, to move fast and apply their learnings from building a preventive health company.
It is a unique playground. You get the means of one of France's biggest scale-ups (1M+ members reachable from day one, an ecosystem of products like Mo, Play and Clinic, and a brand carried by ambassadors like Kylian Mbappé) with the culture and pace of a fast-growing startup: small crew, short loops, everything still to invent.
🔭 SCOPE: THREE GO-TO-MARKET ENGINES
1. Direct-to-member: turn Alan's 1M+ members into Precision subscribers.
Offering paid services that members subscribe to by themselves inside Alan is a pretty new go-to-market for us, and you invent it.
- Build the CRM and lifecycle engine: segments, triggers, sequences, in-app moments.
- Use product data to decide who to push Precision to, when and where: which actions, traits or life moments make it relevant, and which do not.
- Position Precision inside the surfaces of other product crews (Mo, Play, Clinic, Shop), with their teams and push the right message at the right time.
- Own recurrence: activation after the first check-up, retests, renewals, reactivation. Acquisition without retention does not count.
2. B2B: get Alan's client companies to offer Precision to their employees.
Almost everything is to define: business model, offer format, pricing logic, sales motion.
- Work with our B2B Marketing team to understand the constraints of our Sales and Account Management teams, give them the right pitch and materials, and set the right targets with them.
- Meet HR buyers yourself to learn what makes them pay.
3. Beyond Alan: take Precision to the open market.
Once the internal engine runs:
- Apply the full B2C health and e-commerce playbook to acquire users that are not insured by Alan
- Your levers will be numerous, across paid acquisition, influence, partnerships, brand.
Across all three:
- Create demand in a market that is still being created. Talk to members every week, define the value proposition and the messages that make people want advanced prevention, and push for the product changes that go with them.
- Build a brand people want, and explain it simply. Make advanced prevention desirable and easy to understand, with our Brand team, without overpromising.
- Say what can be said. Health communication is regulated: medical biology, health claims, influencer rules, use of health data for targeting. You work with our medical and legal teams and turn these constraints into sharper, more credible messages.
- Measure and decide. Funnels, cohorts, holdouts, channel performance. Pick the next bet, cut what does not work, share what we learned.
- Own it end to end. From the idea of a strategy to the campaign live in production: you design it, write it, build it, ship it and iterate on it yourself. Sharp copywriting is a core part of the job.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
- Fluent in French and English.
- You have grown a B2C product from its early days. Ideally as the first growth or go-to-market person, on a subscription in health, wellbeing or e-commerce. You can tell us which channels you picked, which ones you cut, and why.
- A creative Swiss army knife who prioritises. You can do a bit of everything and you find channels and angles nobody has thought of yet. You know the job is to pick the right one, execute it, measure it and move to the next.
- Lifecycle and CRM at scale. Customer.io http://Customer.io, Braze or equivalent: segmentation, behavioural triggers, in-app moments.
- Analytical rigour. You read a funnel, build a cohort, set up a holdout and call a result. You measure success in subscribers, retention and revenue.
- Hands-on, and a great writer. You love taking an idea all the way to production yourself: the strategy, the copy, the campaign, the dashboard. You write well and fast, and you turn a complex medical topic into a clear, desirable promise.
- Customer-obsessed. You talk to members every week and you are just as comfortable in front of an HR director.
- Fluent with AI. You build with AI every day: assets, copy variants, segments, analyses and even building your own tools. You use it to go faster, and you keep your judgment on what ships.
- Driven by health, and rigorous about it. Health matters to you, and when something blocks, you find a way. You make people want to act with messages that hold up in front of a physician.
Nice to haves
- Experience with regulated health communication (claims, health data, medical services).
- B2B2C, employee benefits or HR tech.
- Paid acquisition and influencer marketing in B2C.
- Pricing and packaging of subscription offers.
- You own your own health: Whoop, Oura, blood tests, supplements are no secret for you.

Fin
, now part of Salesforce, is on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences.
Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system.
Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
In AI, proximity to customer reality is the moat. Even the best model doesn't run itself: it takes someone who gets close enough to a customer's business to make it work, and that closeness doesn't happen on its own.
That's where the
Forward Deployed Product Manager
comes in. You'll work directly with our biggest customers at the moments that matter most in their journey with Fin, whether that's proving out value in an evaluation, getting a deployment live, or expanding what's possible once it's working, and get them to real, measurable success with Fin faster than they'd get there on their own. What you learn with them feeds back into the product, so every customer after them gets there faster and better too.
This is a very novel role in the industry, still being shaped, and you'll help sharpen what great looks like at Fin: evolving the playbooks, and shaping how we win and deliver on our biggest, highest-stakes deals.
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for a PM who wants real time with customers and hands-on time with the product, and who's comfortable making progress before every answer is known.
What will I be doing?
Own outcomes for a portfolio of strategic customers deploying Fin.
Understand their business, their support operation, and their technical environment well enough that the deployment plan you propose earns trust immediately.
Run the full arc yourself.
Pitch and demo Fin, scope the solution, hands-on configure it (including custom development if required), and unblock whatever gets in the way, whether that's a product gap, a technical integration, or a cross-functional snag.
Be the AI expert in the room.
Customers should leave every conversation with you knowing more about how to get outstanding results from Fin.
Partner tightly with Sales, Success, and R&D
so each deployment feels like one team to the customer, not a relay race.
Turn what you learn in the field into product.
Bring specific, evidence-backed input, not just feature requests, to shape the roadmap.
Build the playbook as you go:
the deployment patterns, templates, and best practices that make the next ten deployments faster than the first.
Help define what Forward Deployed PM means at Fin
. It's a very novel role across the industry, still being shaped, and you'll help sharpen what it looks like here.
Success in this role looks like your customers thriving with Fin, and the product getting sharper because of what you learned from them. It's product management at its core, not solutions engineering, customer success, or professional services.
What skills do I need?
Experience:
No minimum years required. We care about impact, drive, and potential, evidenced through the skills below, not tenure.
Customer obsession:
Deep empathy paired with a bias for action. You're motivated by solving the real problem and delivering measurable results.
Communication & storytelling:
You can pitch Fin to a room of executives, then get into the technical weeds with their engineers, adjusting depth and tone without losing either audience.
Technical fluency:
You're able to talk to engineers and customers about modern tech stack, from APIs and SaaS infrastructure to LLMs and low-code tooling. You're comfortable onboarding a customer into more technical product setups.
Evidence-based thinking:
You use data, not anecdotes, to make the case for a deployment plan or a roadmap bet, and you're comfortable pulling and interpreting data (conversation logs, usage, CX metrics) to find the story.
Cross-functional influence:
You navigate organizational boundaries easily, and bring people together to get the best outcome for customers and Fin.
Comfort with ambiguity:
You thrive in fast-changing, undefined environments, switching fluidly between big-picture strategy and in-the-weeds execution.
Operational rigor:
Operational rigor: You're highly organized and structured, managing multiple deployments and priorities without becoming reactive, and you know when a moment calls for speed versus polish.
Even better if you have:
Experience building product for enterprise customers
Startup or B2B SaaS experience
Background in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or customer success

Responsibilities
Track engine work across sprints and releases, keeping issues, milestones, and roadmaps current
Run or support stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives across time zones (mostly async)
Coordinate between the engine team, Keet app/UI developers, and QA so dependencies are visible early
Write clear status updates, release notes, and meeting summaries
Help triage bug reports and user feedback, and route them to the right engineers
Spot risks and blockers early and help the team resolve them
Keep internal documentation and processes tidy and easy to follow
Mandatory:

Excellent written English communication; you can explain technical progress clearly and concisely

Self-starter who thrives in a fully remote, async-first team
Preferred:
Basic understanding of networking or distributed systems concepts (P2P, DHTs, NAT traversal, replication)
Familiarity with software development lifecycles, Git, and release processes
Some exposure to JavaScript/
Node.js
or experience working alongside a dev team
Interest in privacy, decentralization, or open-source software
Agile/Scrum knowledge or a certification (PSM, CAPM, etc.)
Experience working across many time zones

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
Disclaimer: We're open to hire Account Executives across our Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes and Biarritz offices.
⭐️ THE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (MID-MARKET) JOB
We’re expanding our Sales team in France and are looking for ‘full-stack’ Sales to engage with prospects and turn them into happy Alan customers.
