About Onedome
We're a UK fintech building high-throughput digital infrastructure for the mortgage and property space. Recently acquired Trussle. We're taking our platform to the next level: fully automated, self-healing, observable, and built to handle real traffic spikes (we have a TV launch coming up).
The role
You'll be our senior platform engineer. Not a traditional ops role. You'll treat infrastructure as a product, build the internal developer platform our engineers deploy through, and bring SRE discipline into the application tier when it's needed.
You won't have a platform team to lean on. You'll be building that capability. We know exactly what we need.
What you'll do
Own 5 AWS accounts across the organisation (QA, Prod, Infra, plus two others)
Architect and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform. Replace the click-ops that's still around
Stand up CI/CD pipelines engineers actually want to use. Blue/green and canary where it makes sense
Run releases reliably and reduce key-person risk on the deploy process
Set up monitoring, alerting, and incident response so we catch issues before customers do. Define SLIs and SLOs that map to real user journeys
Lead incident response as the primary infra responder. Run blameless post-mortems
Patch and harden the platform. We're a fintech, this matters. IAM least privilege, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, MFA enforcement
Lead infrastructure work for the TV launch: traffic spikes, autoscaling, capacity planning, runbooks
Partner with backend engineers when production issues cross into the app tier. JVM tuning, connection pools, async patterns, memory leaks
Architect multi-region DR. Drive the platform toward self-healing
Optimise cost across DynamoDB, Lambda, and the wider AWS footprint
Set architectural guardrails with tech leads and SWEs. Mentor engineers as the platform capability grows
You must have
6+ years hands-on AWS in production (VPC, IAM, EC2/ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, Route53, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS)
Production Terraform (Terragrunt a plus). Multi-environment state management
Production Kubernetes and Docker. EKS specifically
Strong CI/CD experience: GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, or ArgoCD. GitOps practices
Strong infrastructure security: IAM least privilege, secrets, patching, vulnerability scanning, MFA enforcement
Observability from scratch: CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, or ELK
Solid backend competency in Java (Spring Boot), Python, or Node. Understanding of JVM, concurrency, async systems
Comfort being the senior infrastructure person. Self-directed, opinionated, disciplined about documentation
B2/C1 Level English
Nice to have
Fintech or other regulated industry experience
DynamoDB at scale (we run many tables with PITR and S3 exports, Lambda-driven daily incrementals)
AWS cost optimisation track record
Past experience as a first infrastructure hire at a small team
Building internal developer platforms or self-service tooling
AWS DevOps Pro, Solutions Architect Pro, or CKA
Service mesh experience (Istio, Linkerd) and DevSecOps practices
Firebase or GCP exposure (we have a small footprint there)
What you won't get from us
A platform team to lean on. You'll be building that capability
Click-ops everywhere. You'll be replacing what exists with IaC
Ambiguity about the work. We know exactly what we need
Working setup
UK working hours.
Fully remote across the EU
Tooling: Microsoft 365, Teams, Planner, Nuclino, GitHub
aws-vault with MFA enforcement on all accounts
Sustainable on-call rotation
Salary: $4,000 – $5,000 / month

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Data Center Security Engineering (DCSE) owns physical security across Anthropic's data center footprint: the sites, the hardware inside them, and the supply chain that delivers it. The Security Fusion Platform is where physical security signals from across that footprint are correlated and put in front of the analysts who act on them. It carries continuous monitoring, audit evidence, metrics, and analyst response, along with the classification and analytics pipelines that turn sensor data into events. You'll build and own the platform analysts work from.
This is a foundational role. You'll build the software platform that carries a signal from source to analyst decision, ship its first versions, and keep them running in production. The sensors and systems at each site belong to other DCSE engineers; you define the event contract their owners deliver to, and you build the classification and analytics pipelines that run over what those sources produce. Physical security systems engineers own the operations spaces; you own the software that runs in them. You'll work alongside engineers focused on the sites themselves. What you lead, you own end to end: the design, the technical approach, and the result in production.
You'll work with external vendors and integrators, setting requirements and acceptance criteria for what you own and deciding what the team builds itself. We use Claude throughout our engineering workflow and expect you to as well.
This role involves regular travel to data center sites. No security clearance is required. These are critical services, and you'll take part in on-call for them.
Key responsibilities
Design and build the event bus and normalized event schema:
source identity, sequencing, health state, and the adapter contract that owners of each sensor and system feed build to, plus adapters where needed
Build correlation and alerting:
the rules and services that turn events from independent sources into alerts an analyst can act on
Build the classification and analytics pipelines:
computer vision and multi-sensor fusion, with results landing on the event bus
Build analyst surfaces:
the queue, escalation tooling, dashboards, camera viewers, and video wall content a 24/7 watch works from, plus video analytics integration so camera streams arrive on the bus as events
Deliver audit evidence:
durable, tamper-evident event history, evidence exports, and the retention and access controls around them
Instrument metrics and self-monitoring:
detection rates, nuisance ratios, alert aging, time to resolve; heartbeats and loss-of-telemetry alarms on every feed, tested fail-secure behavior, and change audit on every rule
Deploy across sites:
site-local components, central services, and the sync that keeps configuration, rules, and state consistent, then commission each site and hand over to the analysts
Specify the compute the platform runs on
(servers, storage, and the platform's network segment) to the team's segmentation and hardening baseline
Write requirements and acceptance criteria
for what vendors and integrators deliver, review deliverables against them, and make the call on accepting or rejecting the work
Minimum qualifications
Have built and run event-driven backend systems in production
Are proficient in at least one backend language such as Python, Go, or Rust, and have worked with a message bus or event streaming system such as Kafka
Have owned a system end to end: set the design, made the tradeoffs, shipped it, and answered for it in production
Have integrated with external systems you did not control (vendor APIs, on-prem appliances, video platforms, building systems) and designed for a life beyond any one vendor
Have directed vendor or integrator work: written requirements and acceptance criteria, reviewed deliverables against them, and decided what gets accepted
Design for the failure you won't see coming (a silent feed, a lost network path, a replayed event, a de-tuned rule), know how your system behaves when a source lies or goes quiet, and test for it
Build tools for people who use them under pressure and iterate with those operators
Preferred qualifications
Experience building or operating a security operations platform (SOC, physical security operations, or the detection engineering behind one)
Experience building ML or computer vision inference pipelines over video and sensor streams
PSIM (physical security information management) or VMS (video management system) integration experience, or familiarity with physical access control and building systems data
Experience producing evidence for auditors or assessors: log integrity, retention, chain of custody
Experience using AI-assisted development tooling as a core part of your workflow
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$405,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the Role
We are hiring a Staff Software Engineer to own the smart wallet and account abstraction layer of XsollaZK, Xsolla's Web3 platform on a zkSync-based L2. This is an individual contributor role with a large technical scope. You are the technical anchor for how millions of players get an on-chain account they never have to think about.
The product. Every player who signs in with Xsolla ID receives a deterministic, non-custodial smart account. The account is derived from their identity claim, is identical on every device, and its private keys never leave the client. It is not a separate wallet screen: it is the player's inventory. It backs:
minting and gifting;
trading on our Bazaar marketplace;
Merkle-based reward airdrops;
gas sponsorship;
an in-app dApp browser that exposes the same signer to third-party applications through an EIP-1193 provider.
Responsibilities
The technical strategy and architecture of the smart wallet platform: account model, signing, session management and gas abstraction at scale
The smart account and permissioning model, evolved to meet both product and compliance needs
The security model where our signer meets third-party applications: what a player is actually approving, and proof that the UI shows it
The custody and recovery roadmap, from today's interim mechanisms (including raw key export) to
MPC
-based custody
Cross-team technical decisions on account architecture, SDK contracts, data modeling and platform reliability, with buy-in from the wallet, marketplace, SDK, mobile and security teams
Engineering standards in the Web3 domain
Production escalations in the wallet and account abstraction domain
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design and evolve the
ERC
-4337 user operation lifecycle (prepare → sign → submit → confirm),
EIP
-7702 delegation, deterministic address derivation from identity, and the session-key and permission primitives (including origin-bound Smart Sessions) that let players act without a prompt on every transaction
Set the paymaster and gas-sponsorship strategy: what we sponsor, how we meter and cap it, how we defend it from abuse, and how it degrades when sponsorship is unavailable
Define
EIP

Design recovery paths (passkeys, guardians, social recovery) that a non-crypto-native player can complete without losing assets
Identify systemic risks (key management, signature phishing, reorgs and indexer staleness, bundler and
RPC
dependencies, contract upgrade paths) and lead initiatives that resolve them before they become incidents
Write RFCs and design docs; review critical code, contracts and designs
Work with product, security, legal and infra teams to align on the roadmap and turn business and regulatory needs into well-scoped technical plans
Create leverage for the engineering org through documentation, tooling and mentorship
Serve as the escalation point for complex production issues: a stuck user operation, a drained paymaster, a signing prompt a player didn't understand
Set up and maintain AI tooling in the repositories (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor: rules, context, harness) so the team uses it effectively
REQUIRED
Experience
8+ years of engineering in the Ethereum ecosystem working with crypto wallets and smart wallets
Designing or operating a production smart wallet or account abstraction system serving real users and real value
Shipping and operating systems where a bug meant lost funds. You can talk concretely about the guardrails, reviews and rollback paths you put in place

Decisions in writing. Significant technical decisions are written up as an RFC or ADR that lays out the options and trade-offs. We work across time zones, so a design has to stand on its own.
AI is part of everyday engineering. We use AI coding tools for development and review, and we treat configuring them for a codebase as real engineering work.
HOW WE HIRE
Intro call. Your background, your motivation and the role.
Technical interview. Built directly on the What you will own and Required sections above. We won't ask about anything this posting doesn't promise.
System design. You design part of a wallet or account abstraction platform end to end and walk us through the trade-offs.
Bar raiser. An engineer from outside the hiring team checks that you raise the overall engineering bar.
Benefits
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes medical, dental, and vision, PTO, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally. Together, we're not just building a business; we're cultivating a community that values creativity, collaboration, and the transformative power of play.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Director & Associate General Counsel at Humanoid, you will lead legal operations across the U.S. and Canada as we scale our footprint in the region. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel, you'll serve as our senior legal representative and principal point of contact here — spanning regulatory support for production and R&D, IP across the research and manufacturing lifecycle, dispute resolution and pre-litigation matters, and the corporate and financing work that comes with our growth. You'll also partner closely with compliance leadership to track regulatory obligations, support public policy engagement, and own the region's legal infrastructure: entity management, governance, policies, templates, outside counsel, tooling, and reporting.
If you're excited to help shape a growing legal function, want real ownership over how law and compliance guide the deployment of real-world robots, and are ready to be the senior legal voice for a fast-growing region, we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own legal operations for North America across the United States and Canada, acting as an extension of the Office of the General Counsel in the region.
- Provide regulatory support to our production and R&D functions as HMND‑01 is deployed into industrial environments, working with compliance leadership to translate requirements into workable processes.
- Advise on IP rights across R&D and production, including invention capture, ownership, licensing, and protection.
- Manage disputes and pre-litigation matters across the region.
- Support commercial contracting in North America in partnership with our global contracts function.
- Drive legal support for public policy and government engagement in the United States and Canada, in partnership with our government relations and commercial leadership.
- Support corporate and financing workstreams in the region.
- Engage and manage outside counsel across the United States and Canada, with a clear view of cost and value.
- Own the legal operations infrastructure for the region, including entity management, policies, templates, tooling, and reporting.
- Build, manage, and develop the North American legal team as headcount grows, while remaining close to the work yourself.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years of legal experience following bar admission, including 5+ years in-house in regulated industries.
- Licensed US attorney in good standing.
- 5+ years of people management experience, with the ability to build and scale a team as the region grows.
- Regulatory support experience across production and R&D functions.
- Substantive IP experience.
- Dispute resolution experience.
- A hands-on, execution-oriented approach: you do the work yourself as well as overseeing others.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating clarity in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to work from our Boston office five days per week.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Canadian law, or experience running a cross-border US–Canada remit.
- Experience in robotics, artificial intelligence (AI), automotive, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing.
- Experience supporting a venture financing round in-house.
- Exposure to product safety, export controls, or trade compliance.
- Experience supporting government relations or public policy work.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Comprehensive health coverage for US‑based employees, including fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, with virtual care and employee assistance resources.
- Time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of PTO (accrued), separate sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- 401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer match.
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- Free daily catered lunch, snacks, and drinks in‑office.
- Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.
For this role in Massachusetts, the expected base salary range is $220K–$300K USD per year; your placement in that range depends on how your experience maps to our internal leveling.

Working at Bitso
Bitso is Latin America's largest crypto-powered financial services platform. Bitso Business serves corporates,
liquidity providers, importers and exporters, credit companies and payment firms that move money across
borders and settle at scale. We are building the most recognized FX franchise for corporates in the region, on
rails that are faster and more transparent than the correspondent banking system they replace.
Your Purpose
The Senior Sales Executive owns a corporate portfolio end to end: sourcing, structuring, closing and growing FX
and cross-border payment relationships. This is a quota-carrying, individual-contributor role for someone who
has sold spot and forward FX, SPEI and mass-payment flows to treasurers and CFOs, and who is comfortable
explaining stablecoin settlement rails to a compliance committee the same week they quote a USD/MXN
spread to a trading desk.
Reports To
Head of Sales
Who You Are
Must have
10+ years of B2B sales experience in fintech, payments, FX or banking institutions, with a consistent record
of carrying and beating quota.
Demonstrable experience selling FX - spot and forward - to corporate clients, including pricing
conversations with treasurers and trading desks.
Demonstrable experience selling SPEI and Mexican domestic payment flows, including mass payments and
collections.
Strong network among corporates, financial institutions or payment companies in Mexico.
Ability to structure complex, multi-product deals and navigate procurement, treasury, legal and compliance
in parallel.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
Fluency with CRM discipline and data-driven pipeline management.
Strongly desirable
Prior experience at a crypto exchange, digital-asset platform or blockchain-native company.
Working knowledge of Bitcoin, stablecoins and on-chain settlement, and the ability to explain them credibly
to a non-crypto CFO.
Experience with cross-border corridors involving the US, LatAm, Europe or Asia.
Exposure to regulated environments - IFPE, SOFIPO, VASP or equivalent licensing regimes.
Soft skills
Collaboration: works naturally with Trading, Compliance, Product, Operations and Legal - treats them as
partners in the deal, not obstacles to it.
Teamwork: shares intelligence, mentors less experienced sellers and contributes to team targets beyond
personal quota.
Performance under pressure: stays composed in volatile markets, live pricing situations and tight
settlement windows.
Ownership: operates autonomously, commits to numbers and reports honestly when they are at risk.
Clarity: communicates with precision in front of a CFO, a regulator or an internal committee.
What You Will Do
Commercial ownership
Carry and exceed an individual quota for FX volume, payment volume and net revenue across an assigned
corporate portfolio.
Build and maintain a disciplined pipeline in the CRM - accurate stages, next steps, close dates and a monthly
forecast within plus or minus 10%.
Originate new logos through outbound prospecting, industry networks, chambers of commerce, brokers and
referral partners.
Negotiate pricing, spreads, credit terms and commercial agreements in coordination with Trading, Treasury
and Legal.
Client management and structuring
Act as the trusted commercial counterpart to CFOs, treasurers, controllers and heads of payments at
corporates and financial institutions.
Diagnose client flows - currency pairs, corridors, volumes, timing, settlement constraints - and structure the
right combination of FX, SPEI, cross-border payments and stablecoin settlement.
Grow existing accounts through wallet-share expansion, new corridors and additional products; own
quarterly business reviews with top clients.
Coordinate onboarding with Compliance, Operations and Implementation so time-to-first-transaction is
measured in days, not months.
Market and product
Bring structured market intelligence back to the business: competitor pricing, bank behaviour, corridor
dynamics and regulatory shifts.
Work with Product to translate recurring client needs into roadmap input, and be an early voice on new FX
and payment capabilities.
Represent Bitso Business at industry events, panels and client forums in Mexico and the region.
Compliance and risk
Sell within Bitso's regulatory perimeter at all times; partner with Compliance on KYB, onboarding and ongoing
due diligence rather than working around it.
Escalate risk signals early and maintain complete, auditable records of client interactions and commercial
terms.
What we offer
A category-defining seat: Bitso is the largest crypto-powered financial platform in Latin America, and the
corporate franchise is the fastest-growing part of it.
Competitive base salary plus uncapped variable compensation tied to revenue and volume.
Direct access to the Head of Sales and FX business leadership, and real influence on product direction.
A regulated, compliance-first operating environment - you sell on solid ground.

Job Overview
Welo Global is hiring an SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) to bring deep technical rigor to middleware-layer testing. This role requires strong technical expertise across gRPC-Web, Proto3, HTTP/2, JSON-RPC/REST, proxy-based traffic inspection, and API scripting. The primary responsibility is to observe and reconstruct the network interactions generated by the onboarding UI, including request/response structures, schemas, headers, identifiers, Enums, and client-injected parameters. This is primarily an API/network analysis and evidence-generation role rather than a conventional UI automation or regression-testing role. The resource will produce sanitized network evidence and controlled, benign tracer replay scripts for downstream backend validation.
Project Details
Title: SDET - API/Middleware
Rate: $9.50/hr
Start Date: 26th October
Duration: 5 Weeks
Commitment: 35 Hours per Week
Location: India (Remote)
Job Type:Freelance (with the possibility of full time employment based on performance and project needs in all opportunity)
Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain automated API test suites covering gRPC-Web, Proto3, HTTP/2, and JSON-RPC/REST-based services
• Export clean, sanitized HAR/network evidence while maintaining traceability between UI actions and corresponding network requests
• Map relevant schemas, headers, identifiers, routing information, and client-injected parameters
• Use proxy tools such as Mitmproxy, Charles Proxy, and browser DevTools to inspect, intercept, and validate network traffic between client and server
• Develop and maintain API automation scripts using Python, Postman, and cURL for functional and regression testing
• Analyze protocol-level request/response behavior to identify defects related to serialization, encoding, and transport
• Inspect and validate request payload structure, including system-level headers (e.g., auth tokens, routing identifiers) and internal/hidden parameters, ensuring correct handling under both valid and malformed conditions
• Collaborate with backend and middleware engineers to define testable contracts and edge-case scenarios
• Continuously improve test automation frameworks for reliability, speed, and maintainability
• Document technical findings, automation coverage, and known protocol-level limitations
Required Qualifications
• Strong hands-on expertise of 3-5+ years with gRPC-Web, Proto3, HTTP/2, and JSON-RPC/REST protocols
• Proficiency with proxy/traffic inspection tools including Mitmproxy, Charles Proxy, and browser DevTools
• Solid scripting/programming skills in Python, with practical use of Postman and cURL for API automation
• Experience designing and maintaining automated test suites for middleware or API-layer services
• Working understanding of API request structure, including headers, auth tokens, and internal/system parameters, and how to test for their correct handling
• Understanding of software engineering practices as applied to test automation (version control, CI integration, code review)
• Strong debugging skills at the network/protocol level
• Experience analysing browser-generated network traffic and reconstructing API behaviour is strongly preferred
• Experience with HAR analysis, API schema reconstruction, or controlled API replay is strongly preferred
• Ability to work within approved staging/test environments and follow defined data-handling and test-authorization requirements is required

About us
Carazo Enterprise SL is a luxury brand distribution company established in 2012, known for high-quality service and best-in-class distribution channels for the brands we represent. Our success is built on modern infrastructure and smart organizational and technological solutions.
We currently operate multiple legal entities across multiple jurisdictions across the EU, Latam, and the USA — and are looking for an experienced professional to take ownership of our Shopify, HubSpot, integrations, and related technical projects.
About the role
Our online store runs on Shopify, and our sales and customer-service processes run on HubSpot. Development and integration work is handled by external agencies and freelancers.
We are creating a dedicated internal role for one person who will own the technical side of Shopify, HubSpot, and the integrations between them, while also managing the external technical resources responsible for more complex work.
You will combine hands-on technical knowledge with strong project and vendor management skills. You should be comfortable making minor technical adjustments, configurations, troubleshooting issues, and handling routine system administration independently.
For larger or more complex configurations, automations, integrations, or development work, your role will be to understand the business and technical requirements, define the scope, prepare clear specifications, coordinate the appropriate external specialists, oversee implementation, and verify the completed work before it goes live.
You will report directly to the CEO and have clear ownership of the systems, projects, and technical coordination within your area.
What you will do
Shopify and catalogue
• Configure and maintain the store, including products, variants, prices, collections, and metafields.
• Manage bulk imports and exports and support B2B price lists and customer accounts.
• Manage apps and checkout settings, including rules for regulated products.
• Make minor configuration and technical adjustments independently where appropriate.
• Troubleshoot routine Shopify issues and identify when external technical support is required.
Integrations and automation
• Own the Shopify-HubSpot integration and ensure accurate synchronization of customers, companies, and orders.
• Understand and oversee integrations with payments, shipping, WhatsApp (Wati), and other tools through apps, APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, or similar technologies.
• Maintain Shopify Flow and HubSpot Workflows and make routine adjustments where appropriate.
• For more complex integrations and automations, assess requirements, define the technical scope, coordinate external specialists, and oversee implementation.
• Monitor integrations, identify errors or failed processes, and coordinate resolution where external technical support is required.
HubSpot / CRM
• Manage pipelines, deal stages, properties, tags, and customer tiers.
• Set up and maintain user roles, permissions, reports, and dashboards.
• Maintain data quality, including duplicate management, merges, and consistent records.
• Handle routine CRM configuration and administration independently.
• Coordinate more complex CRM changes or development work with external specialists when required.
Technical project and vendor management
• Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements and specifications.
• Assess whether a task can be handled internally or requires external technical expertise.
• Identify and coordinate external developers, agencies, freelancers, or other technical specialists.
• Obtain estimates, implementation plans, and timelines from external providers.
• Track project scope, deadlines, budgets, dependencies, and changes.
• Review and test completed work against the agreed requirements.
• Formally verify and accept deliveries before go-live.
• Ensure that external technical work is properly documented and maintainable.
Control and documentation
• Maintain documentation of systems, integrations, configurations, workflows, and access rights.
• Control administrative permissions and external vendor access.
• Monitor system performance, synchronization issues, and errors.
• Ensure that technical changes are documented and properly handed over.
• Maintain a clear overview of the Shopify, HubSpot, and broader e-commerce technology environment.
Your first 90 days
• Consolidate our HubSpot environment into one working system.
• Ensure every Shopify order, customer, and company is recorded correctly in HubSpot, with no duplicates.
• Implement market and tier tags and B2B pricing consistently across Shopify and HubSpot.
• Integrate WhatsApp (Wati) with HubSpot.
• Audit and clean the product catalogue and establish one standard for product changes.
• Map all systems, apps, and integrations and establish role-based access and documented handover.
• Review existing technical processes and external vendor arrangements and establish clear ownership, documentation, and working processes.
Requirements
We verify these requirements. Please read them carefully before applying.
• 3+ years of hands-on technical Shopify experience. You can demonstrate live stores and clearly explain your exact contribution to each.
• Experience with Shopify integrations with CRM, ERP, or third-party systems. You can explain at least one integration step by step, including the systems involved, implementation method, challenges, and outcome.
• Strong technical fluency: you can read and make basic edits to Liquid and JSON and understand metafields/metaobjects, Shopify Flow, and the Shopify app ecosystem.
• Strong project and vendor management experience: you have written technical specifications, gathered estimates, coordinated external developers or agencies, tested deliveries, managed deadlines and budgets, and overseen implementation.
• Hands-on experience with bulk catalogue operations using Matrixify or CSV.
• English B2+ with clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to distinguish between technical work you can handle independently and work that requires specialized external expertise.
Strong advantages
• Hands-on HubSpot experience (Sales/Service Hub, pipelines, workflows, permissions).
• Shopify Plus and/or Shopify B2B.
• Experience in regulated or age-restricted e-commerce.
• Multi-market experience (US and EU).
• Russian and/or Spanish.
This role is not a fit if you are:
• A pure developer who is primarily focused on writing code and has limited project or vendor management experience.
• A pure project manager without strong, hands-on Shopify technical knowledge.
• A theme/design or marketing-focused Shopify profile without broader technical and systems experience.
• Experienced only in WordPress/WooCommerce or local CRMs, with no substantial Shopify experience.
• Someone who expects external developers to handle all technical troubleshooting and routine system administration without being able to understand or manage the underlying systems.
Benefits
• Format: Remote, full-time, contractor (B2B) agreement.
• Compensation: €2,500–€3,000 gross per month.
• Probation: 3 months.
• Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Madrid time (daily overlap with Spain/CET and teams in the Americas)
What to send us
• CV and LinkedIn profile.
• Links to live Shopify projects and a description of your exact contribution to each.
How we hire
1. Application review
2. Recruiter interview – motivation, communication, English, technical ownership, and overall fit.
3. Portfolio and experience verification, plus a practical case based on a real task from our business.
4. Interview with the hiring manager.
5. References from at least two previous employers or clients (B2B).
If you meet the requirements and believe your experience is a strong match for this role, we would be happy to hear from you. We look forward to receiving your application!

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Hardware is becoming critical to how AI gets built, and the legal questions are as new as the technology. We're hiring a Commercial Counsel, Hardware to help Anthropic's product teams move fast, build safely, and get the legal calls right.
In this role, you'll negotiate a high volume of fast-moving deals for hardware, components, software, and emerging technology procurement needs. This role will also lead multifaceted technology, data, and partnership deals, many of them the first of their kind at Anthropic.
You'll be the legal and risk partner that technical and business leaders turn to when they need a fast, practical read on a deal or purchase. You'll clear low risk transactions quickly, spot the ones that deserve a closer look, and build scalable solutions as new complexities come up, all while working alongside Procurement and Finance and Legal colleagues in areas like privacy, IP, and trade. Along the way, you'll also support partnerships with major tech companies, universities, and media organizations, which gives you a view across much of the business.
Key responsibilities
Negotiate and close a high volume of agreements for hardware and components, including review of embedded firmware and companion software licenses
Structure and negotiate complex technology, data, and partnership agreements
Track legal and regulatory changes that affect hardware products and components, such as product safety rules and restrictions on foreign-made components, and explain what they mean for our plans
Identify trade, export control, sanctions, and supply chain concerns in cross-border sourcing, and work with our national security and compliance teams to resolve them
Build and maintain self-serve guidance, templates, and AI-assisted review tools so routine purchases don't wait on Legal
Manage outside counsel for specialist questions and overflow volume
Cover other technology or hardware transactions on the Legal team as needed
Minimum qualifications
JD and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar (California preferred)
Hands-on experience buying hardware and firmware, components, and software in high volume, fast-paced environments
Deep experience leading complex deals, such as technology or data licensing, joint development, or supply partnerships
Working knowledge of international supply chains and how sourcing choices (and their associated risks) show up in contracts (lead times, single-source risk, warranties, country of origin, higher risk jurisdictions)
Working knowledge of trade and regulatory compliance for hardware, including export controls, sanctions, tariffs and customs
Clear, plain communication with scientists, engineers, and operators, so legal risk turns into a decision they can act on
A low-ego, "doer" attitude and real interest in taking on work outside your core practice area
Intense curiosity about AI and emerging hardware, and a commitment to responsible AI development
Preferred qualifications
At least 8 years of legal experience in hardware or a closely related technical space, with the judgment to run risk assessments and deals on your own from day one
In-house time at a hardware-intensive technology company (such as electronics, industrial automation, or complex devices) while it was scaling quickly
Experience supporting product or engineering teams as a dedicated counsel
Experience with facilities or on-site vendor services, including the insurance and safety questions
An engineering, product, or other technical background
Experience using AI tools to speed up your own legal work

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience

A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:

This is a builder-and-gatekeeper role: you'll work hand-in-hand with designers to turn varied, often fast-turnaround requests into flawless deliverables, including booth graphics, signage, decks, digital assets, swag, and invites, while proactively spotting risks (timeline, brand, print spec, or logistical) before they become problems.
We are not looking for someone who simply routes tickets. We're looking for someone who understands both the creative process and the operational realities of live events well enough to catch a misaligned bleed line, a missing dieline, or a vendor deadline that's about to slip, and to fix it before anyone else notices.
Responsibilities
Request Intake & Triage
Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related creative requests coming from varied teams across Tether.
Scope each request clearly: deliverable type, format (print vs. digital), quantity, deadline, dimension, venue/vendor constraints, and brand requirements.
Flag conflicting timelines, unrealistic turnarounds, or missing information immediately, and propose a workable plan rather than waiting to be asked.
Design Collaboration & Project Management
Brief designers with complete, unambiguous specs so work is right the first time.
Manage multiple concurrent event workstreams across different teams and deadlines without dropping details.
Track status across all active requests and proactively surface bottlenecks before they affect the event date.
Quality Assurance (Print & Digital)
Review every designer deliverable before it goes back to the requesting team, checking brand consistency, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode (CMYK vs. RGB), bleed/trim/safe zones, file formats, and platform specs (e.g., booth panel dimensions, social crop ratios, slide aspect ratios).
Catch errors that would be costly or embarrassing to fix on-site or post-launch (typos, wrong sizing, low-res exports, broken links, outdated logos).
Maintain a QA checklist/process that scales across event types and gets sharper over time.
Event Documentation & Knowledge Management
Document and file all assets, briefs, and final deliverables for each event in a shared drive, using a clear, consistent structure.
Organize files so the wider team can easily find past work, reuse assets, and cross-reference specs, timelines, or creative direction from previous events.
Keep a running record of vendor details, production specs, and lessons learned per event to speed up planning for future ones.
Risk & Logistics Ownership
Anticipate what can go wrong, such as vendor lead times, print production windows, last-minute scope changes, and shipping delays, and build buffer and contingency plans into every project timeline.
Coordinate with vendors and print/production partners as needed to confirm specs and delivery windows.
Keep stakeholders across requesting teams and design aligned with clear, proactive status updates rather than reactive fire drills.
Cross-Team Partnership
Act as a trusted liaison between business requesters and the design team, protecting designers' time from ambiguous briefs while protecting requesters from missed deadlines.
Continuously improve the intake and review process based on what goes wrong (or almost goes wrong) on each event.
5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong events component.
Proven experience managing print and digital production processes; you know what a dieline is, what "safe area" means, and why RGB assets can't go straight to print.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills: demonstrated ability to manage several concurrent, cross-functional requests with competing deadlines.
Sharp attention to detail, comfortable being the last line of defense before a deliverable ships.
Experience reviewing and giving actionable feedback on creative work from designers, without needing to be a designer yourself.
A proactive, risk-first mindset: you naturally ask "what could go wrong here?" and build a plan around the answer.
Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable managing stakeholders across different teams with different priorities.
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, or similar) and design review tools like Figma
Experience setting up shared drive structures or asset libraries for teams.
Fluent in English and Spanish / Italian is a plus.
