Who You Are:
You are a crypto-native operations professional with genuine hands-on experience in the onchain economy; you have deployed capital into onchian lending protocols, managed leveraged positions, navigated liquidation risk, and executed transactions across multiple chains. You are equally comfortable operating within an institutional custody environment as you are diligencing a new protocol and automating different workflows. You thrive in fast-moving environments, take ownership during your time zone's hours, and treat operational gaps as problems to be solved rather than escalated
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the IT Support Lead for our Hong Kong office, owning day-to-day local IT support operations and the overall end-user technology experience. This is an onsite role requiring presence in our Hong Kong office five days per week.
Provide high-quality deskside and remote support across hardware, software, identity, access, networking, mobile devices, and enterprise applications.
Deliver white-glove support to executive users and responsive, high-performance support to trading and other business-critical teams.
Act as the primary local escalation point for complex support issues, taking ownership through resolution and coordinating with global IT, Security, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams when needed.
Oversee and help develop a Level 1 / junior support engineer, providing guidance, prioritization, coaching, and quality oversight while maintaining a hands-on role yourself.
Manage and prioritize the local support ticket queue, ensuring issues are handled with appropriate urgency, SLAs are met, and service quality remains consistently high.
Monitor recurring issues and ticket trends, identify root causes, and drive permanent fixes, documentation, automation, or process changes rather than repeatedly treating symptoms.
Lead local onboarding and offboarding, device provisioning, laptop and mobile device configuration, and manage the hardware lifecycle end to end, including purchasing and receiving, provisioning, inventory and asset tracking, repair and replacement, and secure wipe and disposal of retired equipment.
Administer and support managed endpoints through MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf, including device enrollment, configuration, compliance, policy deployment, and troubleshooting.
Act as a first-line responder for local security matters, including phishing reports, lost or stolen devices, suspicious activity, and account lockouts or compromises, escalating promptly to the global Security team as appropriate.
Help maintain endpoint security and compliance standards, including EDR, disk encryption (BitLocker / FileVault), patch compliance, MFA, and support for audit or compliance requests as needed.
Support and troubleshoot macOS, Windows, and iOS devices, including imaging, configuration, deployment, patching, and application-related issues.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, proxy behavior, and the impact of enterprise security controls on user applications.
Own the reliability of local conference rooms and AV technology, proactively checking meeting spaces and ensuring executive and business-critical calls run without friction.
Act as a local point of contact for IT-related vendors and service providers, including ISPs, hardware suppliers, mobile carriers, and building management where technology services are involved.
Support Hong Kong office moves, expansions, build-outs, and other local technology initiatives, coordinating with global IT teams, Facilities, vendors, and other stakeholders as needed.
Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing for the Hong Kong office, including readiness for local disruptions such as typhoons, power outages, and ISP or connectivity failures.
Support local mobile and communications requirements, including carrier management and relevant compliance tooling where applicable.
Partner closely with global Desktop Support and Helpdesk teams to align on standards, documentation, processes, tooling, and escalation paths.
Maintain clear local documentation, runbooks, support procedures, and knowledge articles so common issues can be resolved consistently and efficiently.
Identify opportunities to improve support workflows and reduce repetitive work through scripting, automation, self-service, or better tooling.
Communicate clearly with local office leadership and key stakeholders during incidents, major changes, office initiatives, and recurring problem areas.
Participate in the global IT Support 24/7 emergency on-call rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays, responding to critical incidents and urgent support needs by phone or remote access as required, as well as planned maintenance or project work.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in technical support, including significant deskside support experience in a professional, financial services, trading, or similarly high-performance environment.
Demonstrated experience acting as a senior escalation point, local IT owner, team lead, or equivalent role with responsibility beyond individual ticket resolution.
Proven ability to deliver white-glove support to executives and responsive support to business-critical users in fast-paced environments.
Strong working knowledge of both macOS and Windows operating systems at an administrative level, with hands-on experience supporting iOS/mobile devices.
Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf, including device management, configuration profiles, policy enforcement, compliance, and provisioning.
Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments, including Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and related productivity tooling.
Experience with identity and directory services, including user provisioning, group management, permissions, access control, and troubleshooting authentication-related issues.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, and how enterprise network and security tools can affect application behavior.
Experience with hardware deployment, laptop and mobile device lifecycle management, asset tracking, and enterprise software troubleshooting.
Experience using ITSM or ticketing platforms and working within SLA-driven support processes; able to prioritize effectively across competing requests.
Strong ownership mindset with a track record of seeing issues through end-to-end and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Proactive approach to support: able to identify patterns, improve processes, prevent recurring issues, and raise the quality of the overall support environment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with the judgment and professionalism required to support executives and senior stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and take ownership of local IT operations while remaining closely aligned with global standards and teams.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Have:
Experience supporting trading floors or other low-tolerance, high-availability user populations.
Experience mentoring, coaching, or informally managing junior IT support staff.
Exposure to scripting or automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, APIs, RESTful services, Git, or similar tools.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

You will thrive in our remote-first, asynchronous organization, where clear written communication and self-direction are the pillars of success.
User-Centric Collaboration:
You’ll partner closely with PMs and designers to shape requirements, ensuring every technical decision delivers genuine value to our users.
What you’ll do
Drive Technical Direction:
Design and ship moderate to complex backend features with minimal guidance, making pragmatic choices between modular-monolith code, shared components, or independently operated services.
Raise the Bar:
Advocate for product quality, security, availability, and performance. You will define backend standards for style, maintainability, testing, APIs, and operational readiness.
Mentor & Lead:
Mentor associate and intermediate engineers, remove technical blockers, and improve team delivery practices through code and design reviews.

About Anthropic

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are seeking a Director, Technical Accounting – Investments and M&A to join our Finance team at Anthropic. In this role, you will own the company's accounting for strategic investments, partnerships with investment components, and related capital transactions, and support mergers and acquisitions when deal volume requires. You will report to the Senior Director, Technical Accounting – M&A and Investments.
As Anthropic continues to scale rapidly and deploy capital into strategic investments, joint ventures, and novel commercial structures, including compute arrangements that carry warrants and other investment features, you will be a key technical resource on classification, consolidation outcomes, fair value, and financial statement impact across the portfolio. You will partner closely with Corporate Development, Legal, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and leadership to ensure that investment economics are accurately reflected under US GAAP and that positions are defensible to external auditors, valuation specialists, and future regulators.
This is a builder role: you'll help stand up and continuously sharpen the portfolio accounting process, controls, and valuation governance expected of a world class finance organization, working alongside the Senior Director as the function takes shape. If you want to own a portfolio end to end — and still be in the room when deals are shaped — we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Execute technical accounting for strategic investments, joint ventures, partnership structures, and related financing/equity instruments from entry through exit
Partner with and influence Corporate Development to steer investment structures toward preferred terms and outcomes, reviewing term sheets and deal documents before signing
Own entry accounting for each new investment — classification under ASC 321, 323, or 810, VIE/primary-beneficiary analysis, basis differences, and the initial measurement memo
Run the quarterly portfolio review — reconsideration events, impairment indicators, observable price changes, and equity method pick-ups — and account for follow-on investments, conversions, down rounds, and exits
Own the investment rollforward, its reconciliation to the general ledger, and the portfolio reporting that supports close, FP&A, and leadership, including review of portfolio company financial statements
Manage third-party valuation specialists; review fair values of investments, warrants, and derivative features, including Level 3 inputs and impairment analyses
Assess warrants, equity rights, and other investment components embedded in partnerships and compute arrangements, partnering with Accounting Policy on how consideration is allocated
Support M&A transactions alongside the M&A lead when deal volume requires — accounting due diligence, purchase accounting (consideration measurement, PPA review, opening balance sheet), and measurement-period adjustments
Author and defend technical accounting policies & memoranda; partner closely with external auditors on investment, consolidation, and M&A matters
Help build the investments operating model — intake form and approval gates, memo templates, quarterly checklists, and SOX-ready controls — designed to scale as the portfolio grows including utilizing Claude, ERP systems and third party applications (as applicable)
Prepare and review investment and transaction disclosures for quarterly and annual filings, including fair value, equity method, and VIE disclosures
Present investment accounting conclusions and financial statement impacts to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in clear, decision-ready terms
Monitor standard-setting and SEC developments affecting investments, consolidation, and business combinations; support adoption and cross-functional education
Minimum qualifications
Bring significant Big 4 experience — ideally in a National Office, Transaction/Deal Advisory, or Capital Markets/Accounting Advisory group — paired with in-house experience at a technology company and public accounting or advisory experience
Proven experience leading complex valuations (e.g., business combinations, equity and debt investments, warrants and other Level 3 instruments), including directing and challenging the work of third-party valuation specialists
Have owned the accounting for a portfolio of minority/strategic investments, including quarterly impairment and fair value monitoring and at least one investment of meaningful scale or complexity
Possess deep command of US GAAP for investments in equity securities, equity method, consolidation and VIEs, fair value measurement, and business combinations, with a track record of positions that withstand auditor and regulator scrutiny
Are fluent in valuation concepts and can direct and challenge third-party specialists on private company fair value, warrant/option pricing, impairment, and PPA models
Have operated within an investments-accounting or deal-accounting function, contributing to playbook and controls design
Communicate effectively with Corporate Development, Legal, and Tax on structuring trade-offs, translating technical conclusions for cross-functional and senior stakeholders
Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication, translating complex investment and deal accounting into clear business implications
Excel at hands-on technical execution in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, shifting between portfolio work and live deals as priorities change
Are proficient with accounting systems (Workday preferred), consolidation tools, and advanced Excel/modeling
Curious about and quick to adopt new AI tools, including Claude and Claude for Finance
Preferred qualifications
Have 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 4+ years owning strategic investment, equity method, or consolidation accounting end-to-end
Have deep, practitioner-level expertise in one or more of the following:
Investments in equity securities, equity method, and consolidation (ASC 321, 323, 810), including VIE/primary-beneficiary analysis, basis differences, and the measurement alternative
Fair value measurement, derivatives, and embedded features (ASC 820, 815, 825), including warrants and Level 3 inputs for private company investments
Business combinations and asset acquisitions (ASC 805), including contingent consideration and step acquisitions
Collaborative arrangements and consideration exchanged in commercial deals (ASC 808, 606)
Hold an active CPA license
Have built an investment accounting process from the ground up, including intake, quarterly monitoring, and SOX-compliant controls over non-routine/complex transactions
Have prepared or reviewed investment disclosures in SEC filings, including fair value hierarchy, equity method, and VIE disclosures
Have experience with novel AI/technology structures — investments bundled with compute or commercial agreements, warrants received from customers or vendors, revenue-share partnerships, and strategic investor rights — and are passionate about leveraging AI to automate portfolio monitoring, memo drafting, and close

Engineer, Search
The role & impact
As an Engineer on our Search team, you’ll own the infrastructure, CI/CD and data pipelines that keep one of the largest search clusters in the southern hemisphere healthy and growing. You’ll design and run the infrastructure automation and Terraform that underpin the cluster, build pipelines that move and index data at scale, and keep the platform fast, resilient and cost effective as demand grows. You’ll Go Bold by leading design decisions on scaling, reliability and capacity for a system holding hundreds of terabytes.
In your first 90 days, you’ll get up to speed on the cluster, the team and our platform rebuild, then start reviewing pull requests and making your first meaningful changes. Within 12 months, you’ll Go Further by owning a major project, contributing across both search and generalist work, and helping to shape how the team works.
The team & how they connect
Our Search team looks after one of the largest search clusters in the southern hemisphere, indexing more than 50 million documents a day, for around 200,000 daily active users at 99.9% uptime. We’re rebuilding and expanding the platform for Xero’s next stage of growth, working closely with the streaming data team, our product manager and Catalyst to plan and release changes safely. We’re remote-first across Melbourne, New South Wales and New Zealand, and we get together in Melbourne roughly every six months.
The team is currently working on
- Tech stack: Github Actions and Terraform for infrastructure as code, with large-scale data pipelines feeding our search indexes.
- Current project: Rebuilding and expanding the search platform, including ingestion for our new platform alongside the streaming data team.
- Current project: Keeping the cluster highly available, owning monitoring, alerting and incident response to protect our 99.9% uptime.
- Future project: Owning and shaping a major platform project within your first year, spanning both search and generalist work.
Where and how you can work
This is a permanent, remote-first role across Melbourne, New South Wales and New Zealand, so you can work from wherever you’re based. We get together in Melbourne roughly every six months, giving you time to connect with the team in person.
Here are some of the things we are looking for
- You bring your experience running production infrastructure in the cloud, with hands-on skills in Github Actions and Terraform.
- You’ve designed and operated infrastructure pipelines that support complex platform scale environments and know how to keep them reliable under heavy demand.
- Solid software engineering skills and a high-quality mindset sit at the heart of how you work.
- Search or information retrieval experience, or a clear path to applying it, will help you hit the ground running.
- You communicate clearly, work well across remote teams and can explain trade-offs to people outside engineering.
Apply even if your experience isn’t a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
About the Role
We're hiring a Product Manager for Supabase Realtime https://supabase.com/docs/guides/realtime. You'll own the surface area developers use to build live, collaborative and event-driven apps on Supabase: Broadcast https://supabase.com/docs/guides/realtime/broadcast, Presence https://supabase.com/docs/guides/realtime/presence, Postgres Changes https://supabase.com/docs/guides/realtime/postgres-changes, and the capabilities we build next.
You'll work closely with the Realtime Engineering team and with partners across Product Management, Design and GTM.
This role is ideal for someone who's excited about building tools for millions of developers and who has a passion for the types of user experiences unlocked by simple, scalable real-time channels. You should have a nuanced understanding of full-stack application development, including existing and emerging real-time and sync patterns.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- You'll collaborate with customers of all sizes and expertise levels: from an indie developer adding live updates to a side project, to startups building collaborative SaaS, to enterprise teams streaming live data to dashboards.
- You'll own the problem statements and solution rationale behind the Realtime roadmap. This means working with Engineering and Design to shape how Supabase crafts the developer experience for the problems you’ve prioritized solving.
- You'll shape how Realtime evolves to enable future application experiences, including its role in AI apps and alongside other Supabase products.
- You'll own Realtime packaging and pricing, working with Pricing, Finance and Billing.
- You'll use data to understand how Supabase developers are using Realtime features: where they succeed, where they get stuck, and what to tackle first.
- You'll keep Engineering, Design and GTM aligned. You'll own the plan of record for what's coming, why, and in what order.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of Product Management experience on developer tools, or are an ex-founder with equivalent depth. You're comfortable commenting on an architecture doc, following a design discussion, and advocating for the user when trade-offs are required.
- Have owned an app development platform, feature or framework where real-time was core to the developer experience.
- Get your own answers from data. You know what you care about in terms of product instrumentation and are comfortable querying and cleaning your own findings.
- Are comfortable with Postgres and familiar with logical replication.
- Work async by default. Supabase is fully remote. You make decisions in writing and move work forward without meetings.
STRONG SIGNAL
- You have an existing audience among developers, through social media, open source or developer advocacy.
- Worked on a sync engine, local-first or live-query product.
- Worked with gaming, AR or collaborative-tool customers.
- Shipped something using Supabase.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our growing Consumer team. The Consumer team at Kraken focuses on building applications that expose Kraken's product offering to the mass market. Trying to onboard the next 100 million people to the benefits of crypto.
This role involves setting the technical direction for our "Consumer" applications — a suite of products aimed at offering the simplest way for our customers to interact with Kraken — and delivering the hardest parts of it yourself. We expect anyone applying for this role to have an extreme eye for detail, a passion for building genuinely world class user experiences, a "ship fast but don't ship shit" attitude, and the judgment to know which is which without being told.
The opportunity
- Own the architecture and delivery of customer-facing Rust backend services powering trading, payments, and crypto experiences — making the design calls on systems that will outlive the feature you built them for
- Take ambiguous, multi-quarter problems from "we think this matters" to shipped and measured, breaking them down so the rest of the team can move in parallel with you
- Own features end-to-end rather than stopping at the API/backend boundary, and raise the bar on what "end-to-end" means for everyone around you — customer experience, frontend impact, and the product problem behind what you're building
- Partner with product leadership to shape the roadmap for a product area, not just execute against it. You'll bring engineering insight that changes what gets built, and own the outcomes and metrics that follow
- Drive initiatives that cross team boundaries — Kraken's trading infrastructure, platform, and other product teams — building the relationships and technical alignment needed to land them
- Multiply the team: mentor mid-level engineers, review designs before code exists, unblock people quickly, and leave behind patterns and standards that make the next feature easier than the last
- Use AI extensively to amplify scope and speed, moving from manually writing code toward orchestrating AI and validating implementation — and help the team do the same, defining what good AI-assisted engineering looks like here
What you bring
- 6+ years of backend engineering experience, with deep Rust proficiency across network services, asynchronous code, and distributed systems design (RPC protocols, Kafka, event-driven architectures)
- A track record of owning systems, not just features. You've made architectural decisions in production, lived with the consequences, and can explain the tradeoffs you'd make differently now
- Product engineering mindset. You've shipped features from problem → implementation → launch → user impact, with deep understanding of customer experience and product metrics, and you've influenced what got built and what got cut
- Demonstrated impact through others: mentoring, design review, technical writing, or setting standards that changed how a team worked
- Experience driving work that spans teams or orgs, where the hard part was alignment and sequencing as much as the code
- AI-first development approach where AI is already meaningfully incorporated into your workflow; you actively use AI for coding, understanding unfamiliar codebases, crossing technical boundaries, and validating implementations
- Ownership mindset with collaborative spirit. You personally drive features end-to-end, work across backend/frontend boundaries, and operate outside technical silos
- Openness to how the engineering profession is evolving because of AI, prioritizing shipping valuable products over manual code writing
Nice to haves
- Full-stack experience including React/TypeScript or other frontend frameworks — valuable for demonstrating cross-boundary collaboration mindset
- Cryptocurrency or blockchain domain knowledge
- Experience building and scaling products at consumer-focused technology companies, ideally at meaningful user scale
- Experience introducing AI tooling or workflows to an engineering team
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Senior Data Center Capacity Delivery Manager at Anthropic, you'll embed with project teams responsible for delivery of leased and partnered data center capacity. Your primary role will be to lead these partners to deliver on the fastest possible schedule while maintaining a safe construction site and protecting the finished quality of the data center.
Additionally, you'll validate deal readiness, coordinate complex stakeholder relationships, maintain regular reporting and status tracking, and ensure seamless transitions from project inception through operational readiness.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how Anthropic secures and activates the compute infrastructure needed to train and deploy frontier AI systems, working at the intersection of real estate, construction, and cutting-edge AI infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Lead. This is a role where leadership trumps management and process. You will be at one or more project sites 60% of the time or more and expected to shape the culture, approach, and aggressiveness that define those extended site teams. The goal is to impact outcomes in a favorable manner.
You are expected to be a force multiplier that develops and enhances the skillset that development partners, general contractors, and key trades bring to the project(s) you are overseeing. That means being a subject matter expert in the various cross functional elements of data center delivery and increasing the team's performance with that knowledge and commitment to alignment.
Confirm deal readiness and serve as the gatekeeper to validate transaction viability from Letter of Intent (LOI) through lease execution, ensuring all predevelopment, planning, technical and business requirements are met before commitment
Partner with landlords and developers post-deal to serve as Anthropic's primary point of contact, coordinating across internal stakeholders, tracking construction progress, and facilitating critical information exchange between development partners and Anthropic stakeholders
Represent Anthropic in key technical and operational decisions required by partners during the development process, ensuring our infrastructure requirements are met while maintaining strong partnerships
Drive seamless handoffs to operational state with heavy focus on engagement across networking and deployment teams, enabling rapid workload turn-ups and minimizing time-to-production
Prepare and present regular executive reporting on progress versus plan for facility development, supporting forward capacity planning and strategic decision-making
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the delivery lifecycle, proactively addressing blockers that could impact timeline, cost, or technical requirements
Develop and refine standardized processes and playbooks for facility delivery, driving continuous improvement as Anthropic scales its infrastructure footprint
You may be a good fit if you
Have 10+ years of experience in the highest level of site leadership managing data center delivery, construction projects, or infrastructure deployment at scale. You won’t have a big direct team to delegate too but will instead be able to treat the entire cross functional organizations at a jobsite as your team.
Have a strong understanding of the end to end (dirt to delivery) data center development process to include entitlements and permitting, planning and supply chain, execution, commissioning, and handover. You are not an administrator but an active player in the arena comfortable making decisions and guiding delivery execution without the need to consult across multiple external parties.
You should understand data center design and construction as a simple and repeatable process that allows you to build and optimize delivery without a playbook and with minimal processes and tools handed to you. If you can think about building a data center the way kids might build a tree fort or construct a lego set, we want to talk.
In this role you will often be on an island and responsible for your own destiny. You will have free reign to develop your own approaches with the mission guidance being your only bounds. No one will be there to empower your efforts; you will create your own influence by building relationships at the site and diving in at all phases to deliver success.
You must thrive operating with ambiguity and have a willingness to own project outcomes, knowing that the buck stops with you.
In this role, it is imperative that you are as comfortable in boots on a job site working to solve productivity issues with a group of blue collar trades as you are working across executives at development and contractor partners to optimize contract and commercial structures that incentivize delivery speed.
It's a bonus if you
Understand AI/ML infrastructure requirements, including high-density power and advanced cooling systems
Have had leadership positions (General Superintendent, Project Manager) within a GC or EPC on hyperscale data center projects or in self performance of hyperscale data center development projects.
Prioritize extreme ownership and have the ability to create winning cultures across diverse job sites.
Are deeply familiar with lease negotiations, construction contracts, or real estate development processes and have strategies to move those arrangements from traditionally transaction and risk managed arrangements to collaborative efforts that align incentives around accelerated delivery of facilities
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our Payments Team, based in the Hong Kong. Payments is where OKX meets the real financial world. Our team has built and operates the infrastructure connecting OKX to dozens of payment channels across global markets, giving users deposit and withdrawal options that are fast, convenient, and — most importantly — trustworthy. That platform moves and safeguards user assets at institutional scale, continuously, across time zones and regulatory environments.
This is not a greenfield team looking for its footing. The team is established, the platform is in production at scale, and we are actively expanding — both in scope and in headcount. That combination is rare: you get the leverage of joining a growing team where your work visibly shifts the roadmap, along with the discipline that comes from a system already trusted with real money.
It's also an unusually good place to learn. Payments is a domain that's hard to pick up from the outside — every market has its own rails, its own settlement behavior, its own failure modes, its own compliance expectations. Here you'll work across a wide range of payment methods and channels, and you'll build the judgment that comes from operating financial systems where the stakes are real: how to design for correctness when money is on the line, how to reconcile, how to recover, how to keep a platform observable enough that you find problems before your users do.
You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and partner-facing teams, and you'll set the technical bar for the engineers around you — through design docs, code reviews, and the everyday habit of doing things properly when nobody's watching.
If you like the sound of a team where the problems are genuinely hard, the standard is high, and your opinion changes the outcome, we'd like to talk.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design and build the core. Develop high-scale, 24/7 APIs and distributed payment services across multiple cloud providers, using Java and Spring Boot as the primary stack. Own systems end to end — from design doc through production ownership.
Expand our global reach. Help integrate and scale new payment channels and methods across markets, each with its own technical, operational, and reliability characteristics.
Protect user assets. Build for correctness first: consistency, idempotency, reconciliation, failure recovery, and the operational tooling that lets us stand behind every transaction.
Set the technical bar. Participate actively in design and code reviews, giving and receiving direct, constructive feedback. Help evolve the standards a growing team builds on.
Solve the hard problems. Investigate complex distributed-systems challenges and drive them to resolution rather than handing them off.
Partner across functions. Work with product, design, and partner teams across regions to turn ambiguous requirements into shipped systems, and to unblock dependencies before they become delays.
Grow the team's capability. Mentor engineers and share what you learn. Seniority here is measured in leverage, not just output.
Stay curious. Keep pace with a fast-moving industry and bring the good ideas back.
What you'll take away from this role
Deep, practical fluency across a wide range of global payment methods and channels — knowledge that is genuinely hard to acquire anywhere else
Experience designing and operating systems entrusted with substantial user assets, where correctness and recoverability are non-negotiable
A track record of shipping in a regulated, high-stakes domain at real scale
What We Look For In You
8+ years of backend software development experience, with a proven track record of building and operating high-availability, large-scale applications.
Strong engineering fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and software design patterns — and the judgment to know when to reach for which.
Ownership instinct. You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tickets. When something's broken or unclear, you move toward it.
Ability to drive cross-team collaboration, managing complex dependencies and competing requirements without losing momentum.
Excellent problem-solving skills, and comfort operating with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication. You can explain a complex technical trade-off to an engineer and to a non-technical stakeholder, and land it with both.
Genuine interest in crypto or fintech, and in building things that make money move better.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Canvas Core team builds and maintains the foundational platform that powers Mural’s visual thinking experience. This includes the infinite canvas, key editor components, document editing behaviors, asset management, real-time collaboration, and the systems that enable fast, reliable, and intuitive interaction on the canvas.
We’re also responsible for the Mural UI, the real-time message protocol that enables seamless remote collaboration, and the developer-friendly APIs that internal teams use to build features like diagramming, workshops, presentations, integrations, and AI-enabled product capabilities.
Our mission is to ensure the Mural editor is fast, reliable, intuitive, and easy to build on.
We prioritize performance, simplicity, developer experience, and platform quality, enabling teams across the company to ship quickly and safely on top of Canvas Core.
YOUR MISSION
As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll help design, build, and improve the Canvas platform so that the Mural editor remains reliable, high-performing, and intuitive for our users.
You’ll work on the systems that power real-time collaboration, shared document editing, spatial interactions, rendering and interaction performance, asset management, developer APIs, and AI-enabled product capabilities across the Mural editor.
Your role will be to reduce platform complexity, improve the quality and speed of Canvas development, and help teams ship high-quality editor experiences quickly and safely. You’ll partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and other stakeholders to turn ambiguous product and platform problems into clear, maintainable technical solutions.
Senior Engineers at Mural lead by example through strong technical execution, thoughtful design, high-quality implementation, and collaborative problem-solving. They help raise the bar for their team through design discussions, code reviews, mentoring, documentation, and pragmatic improvements to engineering practices.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own and deliver new Canvas platform capabilities and improvements from problem definition through implementation, release, measurement, and iteration
- Partner with Product and Design to shape high-quality user experiences, balancing pragmatic technical delivery with long-term platform needs
- Design and build maintainable Canvas platform systems, with accountability for quality, performance, reliability, and developer experience
- Contribute to developer-friendly APIs, service boundaries, and platform contracts that internal teams can build on quickly and safely
- Use AI-assisted tools and agentic workflows as part of your engineering practice to prototype, implement, test, document, and measure work effectively
- Strengthen the team through technical design reviews, demos, code reviews, mentoring, and improvements to engineering practices
- Build and evolve canvas systems with rich document and object models, including hierarchical scene or document structures, spatial indexing and querying, layout behavior, asset management, and selection mechanics
- Work on large-scale concurrent and real-time collaboration systems that keep shared documents synchronized across users, contributing to design decisions around event ordering, latency, conflict handling, and failure-mode management
- Help design, build, and integrate AI-enabled product capabilities where they intersect with the canvas, document model, real-time collaboration systems, or developer platform
- Improve performance through profiling, bottleneck analysis, architectural simplification, targeted optimization, and moving expensive work out of critical interaction paths so systems remain responsive as document complexity and user activity scale
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Fluency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, with familiarity in React, Node.js, or comparable modern frameworks
- 6+ years building and shipping large-scale production software as part of an agile engineering team
- Strong engineering judgment, with experience designing and delivering scalable, reliable, high-performance systems and developer-facing abstractions that balance simplicity, developer experience, and long-term maintainability
- Experience designing clean API contracts and service boundaries, including thoughtful data models, versioning, validation, error handling, documentation, and long-term maintainability
- Experience building distributed, concurrent, collaborative, or low-latency systems, such as collaboration tools, MMO games, shared-state systems, messaging protocols, or other low-latency user experiences, with familiarity across synchronization, consistency, event ordering, latency, failure modes, and performance trade-offs
- Exposure to complex systems with rich object models, including hierarchical scene or document structures, spatial indexing and querying, layout behavior, asset management, selection mechanics, and performance-sensitive user interactions is a strong plus
- Interest in AI-enabled product capabilities, or hands-on experience building or integrating them in production, such as intelligent editing, automation, recommendations, semantic document understanding, or collaboration features powered by AI
- Performance optimization experience, including profiling, bottleneck analysis, memory and CPU efficiency, latency reduction, and responsiveness as document complexity and user activity scale
- Familiarity with parallel processing, off-main-thread architectures, rendering pipelines, background computation, or other multithreaded systems is a plus
- Practical experience using AI-assisted tools to prototype, implement, test, document, and measure engineering work
- Communication and collaboration skills, with a low-ego approach to working with Product, Design, and Engineering, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to technical discussions, collaborate across teams, and help improve team engineering practices
- Comfort operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments or scale-ups is a plus
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As a Senior Commercial Account Executive, you will own a focused territory of strategic high growth accounts and existing customers with 501-2,500 employees, with an emphasis on Fortune 1000 organizations. Your mandate is to create new executive relationships, build qualified pipeline, win complex multi-product platform opportunities, expand 1Password’s strategic footprint across an existing book of business and secure new logos to add to our customer base.
This is not a transactional or single-product sales role. You will lead an enterprise-wide security conversation, starting with a customer’s most urgent problem and building the strategic case for Unified Access across humans, AI agents, and machines. You will engage and multi-thread with CISOs, CIOs, IT and security leaders, IAM teams, DevOps and platform teams, engineering leaders, security architects, finance, procurement, and other executive stakeholders.
The Senior Commercial Account Executive role also requires experience selling to financial-services organizations headquartered in or operating from New York City. You will bring sector fluency and demonstrated experience and understanding of how to navigate and win within complex financial institutions.
This is a remote, field-based opportunity. Candidates must be based in the New York metro area and should expect regular in-person customer meetings, industry events, and travel throughout the territory, including travel to New York City as required.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- 6+ years experience selling to Fortune 1000 organizations and high growth companies spanning 501-2,500 employees, with 2+ years of substantial cybersecurity sales experience.
- A consistent record of exceeding $1.5M+ annual quotas, including experience carrying quotas in the $1.5M-$3M+ range and closing complex, multi-product opportunities.
- Multiple years of elite sales performance and company recognition, such as President’s Club or equivalent top-performer awards.
- Demonstrated success selling multi-product platforms and broader solution transformations, rather than only transactional or standalone point products.
- Experience selling identity, Zero Trust, cloud security, endpoint security, privileged access, developer security, or adjacent cybersecurity platforms.
- Established, credible relationships with enterprise CISOs, CIOs, senior security and IT leaders, IAM leaders, and identity/security architects within the territory or relevant named-account segment.
- Proven ability to engage IAM, IT security, DevOps, platform engineering, and engineering leaders and connect their technical priorities to an executive business case.
- A record of winning net-new strategic logos and expanding existing accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and multi-year platform agreements.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate credibly with C-suite leaders and deeply technical audiences.
- Rigorous account planning, pipeline creation, opportunity management, forecasting, and negotiation skills.
Bonus points for:
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management, privileged access management, credential security, machine identities, agentic AI security, SaaS governance, device trust, or secrets management.
- Experience competing and winning against major enterprise identity and cybersecurity platform providers.
- Proficiency with MEDDPPICC, Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and AI-enabled sales tools.
- Experience developing opportunities through channel partners, cloud alliances, systems integrators, or technology partners.

Sell the full platform story
- Elevate conversations from an individual point-product need to a strategic Unified Access vision spanning people, AI agents, and machines.
- Connect 1Password’s capabilities to measurable outcomes, including reducing credential and access risk, eliminating standing privilege, governing SaaS and shadow AI, protecting developer and machine workflows, strengthening device trust, and improving auditability.
- Land with the customer’s most urgent use case, then build an executive-backed roadmap for adoption and expansion across Enterprise Password Manager, SaaS Manager, Credential Broker, Device Trust, and Privileged Access.
- Translate complex identity, access, cloud, endpoint, developer, and AI-security concepts into clear business value for executive and deeply technical audiences.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Orchestrate 4-6+ month sales cycles involving security, IAM, IT, DevOps, platform engineering, application engineering, finance, legal, procurement, and executive sponsors.
- Build consensus across large buying groups and establish clear business, technical, economic, and decision criteria.

- Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, product specialists, and services teams to create adoption and expansion plans tied to measurable outcomes.
Operate as one team
- Collaborate closely with BDR, Solutions Engineering, Channels, Alliances, Customer Success, Onboarding, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Deal Desk.

- Maintain accurate opportunity data, next steps, forecasts, and account plans in Salesforce.
- Use AI and modern selling tools thoughtfully to improve research, preparation, coaching, and execution while creating more time for customer engagement.
New York financial-services expertise:
- Significant experience selling complex cybersecurity platforms to major banks, capital-markets firms, insurers, asset managers, fintech companies, or other financial institutions headquartered in or operating from New York City.
- Ability to build a network of CISO, CIO, CTO, security, identity, infrastructure, cloud, engineering, architecture, risk, and procurement leaders within New York financial-services accounts, relationships you can confidently activate to open strategic conversations.
- Strong familiarity with financial-services buying cycles, including security and architecture review, third-party risk management, regulatory and compliance requirements, procurement, legal review, testing, implementation planning, and executive approval.
- Working knowledge of the technology stacks and infrastructure common to large financial institutions, including hybrid and multi-cloud environments, identity and privileged-access systems, endpoint controls, developer platforms, legacy infrastructure, and highly regulated production environments.
- A demonstrated record of mapping complex stakeholder groups, building internal consensus, navigating incumbents and competitive dynamics, and winning large, multi-year cybersecurity agreements within New York financial-services accounts.
How you work:
- You lead with curiosity and strong discovery, uncovering the broader security and business problem rather than stopping at the initial product request.
- You create a compelling platform narrative while keeping the customer’s priorities, maturity, and path to value at the center.
- You combine strategic thinking with operating rigor; your account plans, pipeline, forecasts, and close plans are current, specific, and dependable.
- You are resilient, accountable, collaborative, and motivated by ambitious targets and complex opportunities.
- You hunt daily for new opportunities and consistently hit pipeline generation targets.
- You leverage AI daily to expedite your administrative work and identify strategic opportunities across your book.
- You are coachable, apply feedback quickly, and continuously improve your craft.
- You thrive in a remote, field-based environment and prioritize meaningful in-person customer engagement.

As a Product Manager focused on Enterprise Privacy, you'll collaborate with Privacy Engineering, Infrastructure, Trust and Safety, Legal, Security, GTM, enterprise and platform product teams, and our cloud partners to evolve and extend the controls that enterprises, regulated industries, and governments require in order to bring their most sensitive work to Claude. You will synthesize complex and fast-changing business needs and partner closely with the teams that retain, protect, and govern customer data across Anthropic's first-party platform and Claude on AWS, GCP, and Azure. Together, you will ensure that privacy guarantees are enforced by our systems and are verifiable by our customers.
This is a high-visibility role with substantial scope. Anthropic offers layered controls over how customer data is retained and accessed, and you will build the product surface that lets customers understand, govern, and verify these controls. This includes retention and access controls, access logs and compliance reporting, customer-managed keys and custody, data residency, and self-serve user interfaces. Your stewardship of these privacy capabilities earns the customer trust that is essential to Anthropic's mission.
Key responsibilities
Deeply understand external customers with strict data handling requirements, from a bank's CISO to a healthcare system's compliance team to a government contractor's auditor, and the internal Trust and Safety, Legal, and GTM stakeholders whose needs pull in different directions.
Partner with Privacy Engineering to ship controls that unblock regulated customers, balance impact against engineering cost, and deliver at Anthropic speed.
Co-develop solutions with design-partner customers and their compliance teams, so shipped changes pass real audits, not just hypothetical ones.
Work with engineers to steer architecture and investment decisions with a long-term lens: balancing build versus buy versus rely-on-the-cloud-provider, and sequencing custody, residency, and transparency across clouds that ship on their own timelines.
Define success metrics for privacy controls, from preventing configuration incidents by design, to the speed at which customers can independently answer questions about their own data.
Define and iterate on the self-serve experience for compliance and security teams, expanding what an organization can check about its own posture, settings, and access history without having to wait on support tickets.
Gather and assess competing stakeholder needs and communicate prioritization trade-offs clearly to senior leadership, balancing privacy risk, safety requirements, legal exposure, and commercial impact. When something goes wrong, own what customers hear from us and when.
Work with engineering leads to decide how retention, access, residency, and custody controls are enforced, so that our infrastructure keeps the promises we make.
Minimum qualifications
Experience taking a new product area from ambiguity to a durable roadmap, and shipping controls that enterprises or regulators depend on.
A track record of driving platform capabilities that balance the needs of multiple customer segments and internal stakeholders.
The judgment to make prioritization trade-offs between customer demand, risk, and engineering cost, and the clarity to communicate them.
The ability to internalize how privacy, safety, legal risk, and commercial impact interact, and translate that understanding into a coherent product vision.
Experience building highly collaborative and effective relationships with engineers and key cross-functional stakeholders. You have equal credibility providing design doc feedback to engineers, negotiating a control with a CISO without losing the relationship, and explaining a risk trade-off to leadership.
Preferred qualifications
8+ years of product management experience, with deep exposure to privacy, security, or compliance products.
Built or scaled audit logging, key management, data residency, retention, or access governance products for regulated customers.
Shipped controls across multiple cloud providers or partnered with AWS, GCP, or Azure at the platform level.
Worked with certification, attestation, or trust center programs (SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP).
Used Claude, Claude Code, or comparable agentic tools and formed opinions about the data controls they should offer.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$305,000

Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the role
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will design, implement, and evolve product capabilities while solving high-scope backend problems and influencing the technical and product direction of our teams. You will move beyond "assigned work" to actively improve the quality, reliability, and performance of our systems. You will work across product, frontend, infrastructure, data, and security boundaries, making sound architectural trade-offs, communicating complex ideas clearly in an asynchronous environment, and helping define the standards for a high-scale, global product.
Why you’ll love this role
High Impact:
You aren't just shipping features; you are shaping the architecture of a global platform used by millions.
Technical Agency:
You will influence team objectives, technical direction, and long-range goals, helping us solve problems of high scope and complexity.
Innovative Culture:
You will get to experiment with and integrate agentic AI into production engineering workflows, moving beyond simple prompt engineering to build resilient, AI-assisted systems.
Autonomy:
Operational Excellence:
Diagnose and prevent performance/reliability issues at scale. Participate in incident response and act as a technical owner where appropriate.
AI Integration:
Use AI in production engineering work to improve outcomes, evaluate its effectiveness, and coach others on responsible, high-judgment use.
What you’ll bring
Deep Backend Expertise:
A strong command of backend architecture, APIs, data systems, and performance tuning in a complex product or service environment.
Adaptability:
Proficiency in modern backend languages and a deep understanding of systems programming. We value the ability to learn and adapt over mastery of a single language.
Architectural Judgment:
Experience designing or evolving modular backend boundaries, bounded contexts, and migration-safe architectures.
Influence:
Ability to lead through influence, technical judgment, and clear written communication, effectively bridging the gap between product needs and technical reality.
Agentic AI Expertise:
Proven experience building or operating agentic systems in production—moving beyond prompt engineering to architecting loops, tool-use, and error-handling strategies that ensure reliability at scale.

This is a cross-channel role where you will be responsible for identifying, reaching, and converting mortgage brokers primarily through performance digital channels, while also amplifying impact through PR, events, and referral initiatives.
Reporting into the Head of Partner Advocacy & Growth, you will be the chief digital evangelist of the Growth Partners value proposition – using paid media, SEO, email, and automation to drive a predictable, scalable pipeline of new broker partners.
Key Responsibilities
Digital-First Broker Acquisition Strategy
Design and execute a multi-channel acquisition plan to drive a steady pipeline of new mortgage broker partners.
Own and optimise the full funnel – from awareness through to application.
Develop a referral initiative that includes digital tracking, automated incentives, and broker-friendly sharing tools.
Performance Marketing & Optimisation
Manage acquisition budgets with a CPA focus, continuously testing ad creative, landing pages, audience segments, and offers.
Implement retargeting campaigns to nurture brokers who have shown interest but not yet joined.
Work with analytics teams to set up conversion tracking.
Run regular A/B tests on messaging through deep understanding of our value proposition
Test channel mix to improve conversion rates.
Channel & Campaign Integration
Work closely with the PR team to amplify trade media coverage – using earned media as fuel for paid and owned campaigns.
Partner with the Events Manager to create hybrid event strategies: identifying where to be seen and how to maximise our presence.
Spend time with internal partnership and sales teams to map the broker’s digital journey from first click to first completed application.
Own the Growth Partners website landing pages for acquisition, optimising for SEO and conversion (CRO).
Develop a compelling narrative around the Growth Partners community and create acquisition-focused digital assets and content to drive engagement
Performance Reporting & Optimisation
Track, measure, and report on digital acquisition KPIs: new broker sign-ups, CPA, CTR, conversion rate (landing page to application), ROI by channel, and referral conversion rates.
Produce weekly dashboards for the Head of Partner Advocacy & Growth, making data-backed recommendations to reallocate spend.
Feed digital learnings back into the broader growth strategy to continuously improve broker acquisition efficiency.
Key Skills and Experience
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a digital marketing or performance marketing role.
Proven track record of growing memberships or acquiring partners preferably in a professional services environment.
Hands-on experience with: Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email marketing platforms and content management tools.
Demonstrable success in creating innovative acquisition campaigns across multiple channels.
You are digitally obsessive and commercially savvy: You love data and can model LTV:CAC and argue for incremental budget based on channel performance.
A collaborative operator, you’ll enjoy working as part of a team whilst being equally at home leading a solo project.
