We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer to take full ownership of paid acquisition for an international business operating in the adult creator economy.
This is a hands-on position for a performance marketing specialist who knows how to scale campaigns in restricted verticals, manage substantial advertising budgets, and optimize traffic based on actual customer revenue.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of paid traffic acquisition, with Meta as the primary advertising platform, while developing additional acquisition channels through Google Ads, native advertising, and adult ad networks
- Plan, launch, test, and scale campaigns targeting the US, UK, and Australian markets, managing budgets and optimizing performance across the entire customer journey
- Develop and improve acquisition funnels connecting advertising campaigns, landing and bridge pages, private chat interactions, and paid conversions, including subscriptions, PPV purchases, and custom content
- Focus campaign optimization on commercial performance, tracking cost per chat, cost per first purchase, customer payback periods, and 30-day customer value rather than relying solely on CTR, CPM, or other top-of-funnel metrics
- Establish a structured creative testing and scaling process, evaluating different concepts, defining performance thresholds, allocating test budgets, and identifying opportunities for profitable growth
- Maintain stable advertising operations in restricted verticals through compliant account structures, careful budget scaling, proactive account management, and appropriate recovery procedures following restrictions or suspensions
- Build and manage the tracking and attribution infrastructure, including tools such as Keitaro, server-side conversion events, and postbacks, ensuring reliable reporting and accurate campaign optimization
- Collaborate with creative and customer engagement teams to improve messaging, landing pages, conversion quality, and monetization throughout the funnel
- Monitor advertising profitability, investigate performance discrepancies, and continuously refine acquisition strategies based on revenue and customer behavior
- Work directly with the founder on acquisition priorities, performance reviews, and growth opportunities, with the potential to mentor and lead junior media buyers as the function expands
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or media buying, including substantial exposure to such advertising verticals as adult, dating, nutra, or gambling
- Proven track record of personally managing monthly advertising budgets of $100,000 or more on Meta within adult, dating, nutra, or gambling verticals, including successfully scaling at least one offer from initial testing to this spending level
- Advanced expertise in Meta Ads, covering campaign structure, creative testing, budget allocation, optimization, and scaling strategies
- Practical experience with Google Ads and at least one native or adult advertising network, with an understanding of how acquisition approaches differ between traffic sources
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing economics, including acquisition costs, first-purchase conversion, payback periods, customer value, and revenue-based campaign evaluation
- Experience maintaining advertising account stability in policy-sensitive industries, including account preparation, gradual scaling, appeals, and legitimate recovery from suspensions
- Ability to design and execute systematic creative testing strategies, make data-backed scaling decisions, and discontinue underperforming campaigns efficiently
- Hands-on experience configuring tracking platforms such as Keitaro, Voluum, RedTrack, or similar, including server-side conversion tracking, postbacks, and attribution troubleshooting
- Strong analytical skills, commercial judgment, and the ability to independently manage substantial budgets and campaign performance
- Ability to demonstrate previous campaign results and personally managed advertising accounts or dashboards during the assessment process, with sensitive information anonymized where necessary
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English for business communication and daily work
What's in it for you
- Fully remote work with the flexibility to work from any time zone
- Competitive senior-level base salary
- Direct collaboration with the founder and significant influence over paid acquisition strategy and commercial results
- Opportunity to build and develop the media buying function, with potential to take on team leadership responsibilities as the business grows
- A dynamic environment with opportunities for professional development and long-term growth

About the role
Advertising is one of OLX's most important revenue lines - and one of its biggest opportunities. Today, our advertising business spans multiple markets, formats, and platforms, but it needs a product leader who can take it to the next level: from foundational ad-tech infrastructure to new revenue surfaces powered by AI.
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the global advertising product end-to-end. This means everything from the ad-core stack (serving, auction, targeting, measurement) to growing revenue beyond listings through self-serve advertiser tools, programmatic demand, and retail-media formats. You'll also shape how advertising integrates into AI-native surfaces — balancing monetisation yield against buyer experience.
This is a role for someone who has built advertising products at scale, understands the programmatic ecosystem, and is excited about using AI to create new advertising experiences. You'll work closely with business and commercial stakeholders to grow revenue, while ensuring our advertising never compromises the trust our users place in the platform.
This role reports to the Head of Product.

Own the global advertising product end-to-end: ad-core stack (serving, auction, targeting, measurement) across all marketplaces and platforms
Drive growth of advertising revenue beyond listings, including self-serve advertiser tools, programmatic demand, and retail-media formats such as sponsored listings, native, and video
Own integration of ads into AI-native surfaces such as AutoIQ and agentic search, balancing yield against buyer experience
Define and track advertising success metrics: revenue, fill rate, eCPM, advertiser ROI, buyer experience impact
Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Commercial, and Sales teams to build the product capabilities that unlock revenue growth
Represent the advertising product at the leadership level, presenting strategy and results to executive audiences
What we're looking for
Significant product management experience in digital advertising, ad-tech, monetisation, or revenue product at scale
Proven track record of building and scaling advertising products — programmatic ads, third-party ads, billing systems, or ad-serving platforms
Experience taking advertising or monetisation products from early-stage to meaningful revenue
Ability to balance monetisation yield with user experience — making evidence-based trade-offs between revenue and buyer trust
AI-native: you build with AI, not just use it for productivity. You experiment with AI tools outside of work and bring that curiosity into your product craft
Zero-to-one: you see opportunities, not just optimisations. You spot problems, build prototypes, and ship
Comfortable with ambiguity: you don't wait for perfect clarity — you create it
Strong stakeholder management across commercial, engineering, and executive audiences
Preferred:
Experience with retail media, sponsored listings, native advertising, or video ad formats in a marketplace or e-commerce context
Familiarity with AI-native product surfaces and how advertising integrates with AI experiences

Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
As a Staff Engineer (Payment Processing) at Checkout.com http://Checkout.com, you will set the technical direction for our Gateway, Routing and Payout platforms. Every payment and payout we process passes through these systems, from the merchant's API request to the routing decision that sends it to the right acquirer, payment method or payout rail. Correctness matters on every transaction, and small changes in availability, latency or routing quality show up directly in our merchants' approval rates and revenue.
This is a role for engineers who are energised by scale and by the hard trade-offs that come with it: latency budgets on the authorisation path, failure domains and blast radius, consistency and idempotency across regions, and the operational reality of running critical infrastructure around the clock.
You will operate as a force multiplier across multiple teams - shaping architecture, raising the engineering bar, and turning ambiguous, business-critical problems into designs that can be delivered incrementally. We're looking for individuals with deep technical judgement, strong ownership, and a pragmatic approach to breaking big problems into smaller iterations that deliver value continuously.
How you'll make an impact
- Own the architecture of high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems, defining the service boundaries, data models and integration patterns that let them scale by an order of magnitude
- Design for resilience from first principles - redundancy, graceful degradation, backpressure, idempotency and recovery - so that partial failures never become customer-facing outages
- Set and defend the non-functional requirements that matter: availability targets, latency percentiles, throughput ceilings, data durability and recovery objectives
- Lead the hardest technical decisions end to end, from problem framing and design review through to production rollout, migration and decommissioning of what came before
- Drive operational excellence by improving observability, alerting, capacity planning, load and chaos testing, and incident response, and by closing the loop on the root causes you find
- Raise the engineering bar across teams through design reviews, code review, pairing and mentorship, growing the senior engineers around you
- Partner with product, platform and other engineering teams to sequence delivery, remove blockers and keep multi-team programmes aligned on a single technical direction
- Make pragmatic build-versus-buy and refactor-versus-rewrite calls, and communicate the reasoning and trade-offs clearly to both engineers and senior leadership
Experience and qualifications
- Significant experience building and operating distributed backend systems in production, with a track record of technical leadership across multiple teams
- Demonstrable experience designing for high throughput and low latency, and a strong intuition for where systems break under load
- Deep understanding of resilience patterns in distributed systems: idempotency, retries and backoff, circuit breaking, queueing and backpressure, consistency and failure modes
- Strong proficiency in either .NET or Java, and the ability to write clear, production-ready code that others can maintain
- Experience with event-driven and streaming architectures, and with relational and non-relational data stores at scale
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based application development (we use AWS & Azure), containers, orchestration and infrastructure as code
- Experience owning production systems on call, with a strong sense of ownership for observability, monitoring and incident response
- Experience leading complex migrations or re-architectures of live, business-critical systems with no loss of availability or data integrity
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence without authority, write clear design documents, and express technical trade-offs to engineering and non-technical audiences alike
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in payments, financial services or another domain with strict correctness, auditability or regulatory requirements
- Experience with multi-region or active-active architectures, including data replication and failover strategies
- A history of mentoring engineers into senior and staff-level roles

About the Team:
Netlify’s Data team helps the company understand and improve the full product-led growth journey, from activation and engagement through conversion, retention, and monetization. We partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth to uncover opportunities, evaluate investments, and understand what drives customer and business outcomes.
We’re hiring a Senior Staff Data Scientist to deepen how data shapes our product and growth strategy. You’ll develop an end-to-end understanding of the PLG journey, proactively identify opportunities, and turn complex data into hypotheses, experiments, and recommendations that influence where we invest and what we build. This is a highly autonomous role for someone who can move from identifying an important question to shaping the approach, defining success, and driving toward an answer.
What You'll Do:
Own the analytical understanding of Netlify’s PLG performance across activation, engagement, conversion, monetization, and retention, identifying opportunities before they become requests
Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to turn behavioral insights into product bets, defining what to test, how to measure it, and what the results mean
Lead experimentation from hypothesis through decision, including study design, methodology, success metrics, guardrails, analysis, and recommendations
Apply statistical rigor where it matters while recognizing when there is enough signal to make a decision and move forward, and help teams develop that same judgment
Build scalable analytical systems like semantic models, trusted metrics, proactive monitoring, and AI-powered agents that surface opportunities without waiting to be asked
Use AI to investigate faster, automate recurring analytical work, and test more hypotheses without sacrificing the judgment that makes the output useful
Identify gaps in measurement, event instrumentation, and metric definitions, and partner with Data and Product Engineering to close them
Serve as a trusted analytical partner to PLG leadership, using evidence and product judgment to influence investment decisions and roadmap priorities
Influence product strategy through evidence, product instincts, and a clear point of view, without relying on formal authority to do it
What You'll Bring:
8+ years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or data science, with a track record of high ownership and measurable impact on PLG or consumer product outcomes
Deep understanding of product and growth dynamics across activation, engagement, conversion, monetization, and retention
Demonstrated ability to turn behavioral data into product hypotheses and carry them from insight through experimentation and measured outcomes
Deep experimentation expertise: study design, statistical reasoning, causal inference, and the judgment to know when an experiment has told you what you need to know
Experience building analytical systems such as metrics layers, monitoring frameworks, or semantic models that teams can rely on over time
An AI-native approach to analysis: you use AI tools actively to accelerate investigation, automate repetitive work, and surface patterns faster
A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and product direction through analytical reasoning, clear recommendations, and sound judgment
Comfort operating with significant autonomy in ambiguous problem spaces, including determining which questions are most important to answer
Strong written and verbal communication skills in distributed environments, with the ability to make complex findings clear and recommendations actionable
This Role is a Great Fit If:
You're energized by finding the opportunity before anyone thought to ask - proactive discovery is how you naturally work, not a mode you shift into
You think like a product person who happens to be exceptionally rigorous with data, not a data person who occasionally weighs in on product
You thrive when the problem isn't handed to you - you'd rather define the question worth asking than answer the one that landed in your queue
You get excited about building systems that keep working after you've moved on to the next problem
You're comfortable making a call with imperfect information and can articulate clearly why you made it
You enjoy being a thought partner to senior leaders - shaping how they think about investment and opportunity, not just supporting decisions already made
You work well in a remote-first, async environment where written clarity and self-direction matter more than proximity
You're drawn to roles where the measure of success is outcomes, decisions made, bets tested, metrics moved, not volume of output produced

About Cantina:
Cantina Labs is a social AI company, developing a suite of advanced real-time models that push the boundaries of expression, personality, and realism. We bring characters to life, transforming how people tell stories, connect, and create. We build and power ecosystems. Cantina, our flagship social AI platform, is just the beginning.
About the Role:
Cantina is expanding, and we're looking for a Research Scientist to join our growing Singapore team! In this role, you will drive foundational research on video generation models, taking ownership across the full research cycle and driving post-training research. Furthermore, you'll collaborate closely with data, infrastructure, and adjacent modeling teams to translate research findings into durable model improvements.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain scalable systems for ingesting, preprocessing, and delivering large-scale video data for model training
- Design and scale distributed data pipelines for preprocessing, dataset generation, and repeated dataset refreshes
- Own workflow orchestration, job scheduling, monitoring, and failure recovery for large-scale data processing jobs
- Implement and maintain containerized pipeline infrastructure using Kubernetes or equivalent orchestration systems
- Optimize cloud-based data storage and movement across providers (AWS, GCS, or Azure) for cost, throughput, and operational efficiency
- Define and implement best practices for dataset storage layout, versioning, caching, retention, and access patterns
- Build tooling to support deduplication workflows at scale, including near-dedup pipelines over large video corpora
- Research and develop distillation methods for large-scale diffusion and flow-based video generation models, including guidance distillation and adversarial distillation, with a focus on preserving or improving generation quality while reducing inference cost
- Develop reward models and preference-based fine-tuning pipelines that align video generation quality with human judgments across dimensions such as aesthetics, motion quality, and prompt adherence
- Analyze the relationship between base model behavior and post-training outcomes, and work with the foundation model team to inform pretraining decisions accordingly
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong hands-on experience building or scaling large-scale data systems or pipelines for machine learning workflows
- Experience with distributed data processing frameworks such as PySpark or Ray, and orchestration tools such as Airflow or equivalent
- Familiarity with containerization and container orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience working with cloud-based data storage and compute (AWS, GCS, and/or Azure), including tradeoffs around cost, throughput, storage layout, and access patterns
- Familiarity with video and media processing tools such as FFmpeg, PyAV, DALI, or OpenCV
- Familiarity with multimodal or media data, including video, image, text, and audio
- Strong research background in post-training methods for large-scale diffusion or flow-based generative models, with deep hands-on experience in distillation across both inference efficiency and quality preservation
- Experience with reward modeling or preference-based fine-tuning for generative models, including RLHF, DPO or equivalent alignment approaches
- Solid understanding of the interplay between pretraining and post-training, and how base model properties affect distillation and fine-tuning outcomes
- Proficiency in Python and modern machine learning frameworks, with a strong preference for PyTorch or JAX
- Track record of independent research, with the ability to drive projects from initial idea through experimental validation
- Publications at top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV) preferred
- Good understanding of the practical challenges involved in building reliable, scalable, and reproducible data workflows for machine learning systems
Benefits We Offer:
- Competitive salary and generous company equity
- Personal time off and paid holidays
- Health insurance
- Global travel insurance: Covers you when traveling internationally
- Monthly spending stipend: $500 (~S$635)
- Equipment: All equipment needed for your home office

OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
ROLE SUMMARY
You own the marketing-technology layer behind Taxfix's growth: the conversion signals that tell ad networks who converted, the customer data that powers CRM, the consent flows that decide what we may share and with whom, and the referral program, one of the growth mechanics the team owns end to end. This is a senior individual-contributor role with no direct reports. You set direction for a small engineering team (a tech lead plus 3–4 engineers, two-week sprints) that supports four products across three markets, with Paid Acquisition, CRM, Brand and Creative as internal customers. A typical week mixes debugging a missing ad-network event, scoping a referral reward, settling a data-sharing question with Legal, and explaining trade-offs to leadership. All work, including across markets, happens in English; German is not required.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own conversion-signal engineering for paid acquisition: client-side and server-to-server events into Singular, Firebase/GA4, Google Ads and TikTok, including synthetic events, revenue values and predicted-LTV signals.
- Run the referral program as a product: reward mechanics, eligibility and fraud rules, voucher infrastructure (Voucherify), the in-app voucher wallet, entry points, and the experiments that tune them.
- Grow push and marketing-consent opt-in through permission primers, iOS/Android OS permission flows and notification preferences.
- Keep CRM data trustworthy: Braze attributes and events, Snowflake-to-Braze syncs, event-loss monitoring, and moving legacy messaging (SendGrid, Firebase) onto Braze.
- Turn consent and privacy requirements into product behaviour, and work with Legal on what data can go to which partner.
- Adapt tracking, CRM attributes and attribution to company launches, such as new subscription pricing tiers, without breaking downstream campaigns or reporting.
- Turn stakeholder requests, support escalations and spike findings into tickets engineers can start on, and decide what goes into the sprint.
- Weigh roadmap work against platform upkeep: pipeline migrations, security fixes, end-of-life SDKs.
- Design A/B tests (Eppo) and read the results for marketing and consent opt-s, and referral changes.
- Report progress, risks and trade-offs in writing to marketing leadership, including VP and C-level.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Several years as a product manager owning martech, growth infrastructure or data products, setting your own roadmap with senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on mobile and web attribution: an MMP (Singular or comparable), server-to-server events, and ad-network conversion setups (Google Ads, TikTok).
- Event-tracking depth: you can define an event schema, write a tracking spec, and trace a missing or duplicated event through Segment, Google Tag Manager and the receiving platform.
- CRM data platforms, ideally Braze: custom attributes, event-triggered segmentation, data ingestion and sync quality.
- Working knowledge of EU consent and privacy: GDPR, consent mode, iOS App Tracking Transparency, and how push permissions behave on iOS and Android.
- Experimentation: framing hypotheses, choosing and configuring metrics, judging when a result is real.
- Precise writing: specs that engineers (and AI coding agents) can start on without a meeting, and concise updates and decision memos for leadership.
- Enough technical fluency to work through trade-offs with engineers across mobile apps (React Native), backend services and data pipelines, and to triage production incidents.
NICE TO HAVE
- Performance marketing experience with the main app and web acquisition channels (e.g. Google Ads, TikTok).
- Referral, loyalty or voucher programs; Voucherify specifically.
- Predicted-LTV or value-based bidding signals (e.g. Churney).
- Deep linking and deferred deep linking across ad networks.
- AI-driven CRM orchestration (Aampe) or creative asset tooling (Frontify, AI creative tagging).
- Building AI agents or automation for product and engineering workflows.
- Querying data yourself in SQL (Snowflake), and familiarity with dbt and Airflow.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.
