ABOUT THE ROLE
Ruby labs is looking for a Senior CRO Manager – someone who lives and breathes conversion optimization and delivers measurable results. In this role, you'll have a clear mission: deliver 15% conversion rate growth in a quarter.
Unlike companies where CRO specialists simply make recommendations, you'll drive the entire process: from data analysis and hypothesis generation to creating high-fidelity mockups, collaborating with developers on implementation, and ultimately owning the performance outcomes.
We've built a compensation structure that directly rewards those who exceed targets – top performers see substantial financial growth tied directly to their impact. If you're ready to apply your optimization talents in an environment where excellence is expected and rewarded, we want to talk to you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end optimization cycles: research → hypothesis → design → testing → rollout.
- Perform deep funnel analysis and competitive benchmarking to uncover high-impact opportunities.
- Design high-quality UI/UX mockups that clearly communicate your vision and maintain brand integrity.
- Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and deployment.
- Maintain uncompromising attention to detail and quality throughout the process.
- Analyze test outcomes with statistical rigor, making confident scaling decisions.
- Document learnings and build a systematic testing roadmap for continuous conversion growth.
- Present insights and results clearly to stakeholders, building alignment and momentum.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven CRO Results: 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels, with documented performance lifts.
- Design Sensibility: Strong UI/UX understanding , able to create compelling, detailed mockups.
- Analytical Expertise: Skilled in platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Growthbook (or similar).
- Execution Excellence: Remarkable attention to detail with a bias for action in fast-moving environments.
- Ownership Mentality: Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable being fully accountable for performance outcomes.
- Communication: Clear, persuasive communicator with strong English skills (written and spoken).
- Fluent English: Strong written and verbal communication skills
NICE TO HAVE
- Exposure to marketing attribution models, UTM parameters, and ROAS measurement.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
WHAT WE OFFER TO HIGH PERFORMERS
We value ambitious professionals who deliver results. We offer:
- A merit-based environment where performance directly impacts compensation
- Substantial bonus structure tied to exceeding KPI targets
- Rapid career advancement for those who consistently deliver
- Autonomy to implement your vision without bureaucratic barriers
- Opportunity to work with a team that moves fast and values excellence
If you're a CRO professional who thrives on measurable impact, loves owning the full optimization process, and wants compensation directly tied to your performance, we want to talk. This role is for someone who doesn't just want to suggest improvements – but wants to create them, implement them, and be rewarded for their success.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are building a category-defining document management platform. We are way past the MVP stage, battle-tested in production, recently profitable, serving hundreds of thousands of customers globally.
We are rapidly scaling with multiple products and new funnels. Currently, we are looking for a Senior CRO Manager who thrives on ownership, speed, and building things that scale. Not a 9-5. Read on if you want challenge, autonomy, and fast growth.
This isn't a hand-off role. You'll own the full optimization loop end-to-end: deep funnel analysis, hypothesis generation, high-fidelity wireframes and visual specs, working directly with engineers, and the performance outcomes that follow.
We are not just looking at landing page optimizations, in this role you'll be working across the entire user journey, from acquisition through activation, retention, and monetization. The pace is fast and iterative. We ship in days, learn, and keep the engine running.
We've built a compensation structure that directly rewards people who exceed targets. Top performers see meaningful financial upside tied to their impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own end-to-end optimization cycles: research → hypothesis → design → test → rollout, while keeping the cycles short.
- Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, ideation, design, analysis, and documentation. This is core to how we work, not an afterthought.
- Perform deep funnel and product analysis across the full user journey - acquisition, activation, retention, monetization - plus competitive benchmarking to surface high-impact opportunities.
- Design high-fidelity wireframes and visual specs that clearly communicate your vision while protecting brand integrity. We're a code-first team - design is built in Next.js and TailwindCSS, not Figma.
- Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and rapid deployment.
- Analyze results with statistical rigor and make confident scaling decisions.
- Document learnings and maintain a continuously prioritized testing roadmap.
- Present insights and results clearly to stakeholders, building alignment and momentum.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven CRO results: 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels, with documented performance lifts.
- Funnel + product thinking: You don't just optimize landing pages. You think about the full user journey and how product decisions compound with funnel decisions.
- AI-native workflow: You actively integrate AI into your daily process - prompting, prototyping, analyzing, drafting - and have opinions about what actually works. Almost a must.
- Design taste: Strong UI/UX sensibility and the ability to recognize and create ideas that convert. You can build compelling, detailed visual specs yourself.
- Speed and iteration: Bias for shipping. You'd rather get two well-designed tests live today than one perfect test in a week, and you keep the cycle moving.
- Analytical depth: Skilled in Mixpanel, GrowthBook, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Execution excellence: Remarkable attention to detail in fast-moving environments.
- Ownership: Self-driven, proactive, fully accountable for outcomes.
- Fluent English: strong written and verbal communication.

For more information, visit xsolla.com.
THE ROLE
We are hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer for two platform products:
Xsolla ID is the identity and authentication platform behind sign-in, account management and SSO across Xsolla products.
Xsolla ZK is Web3 wallet infrastructure: smart wallets and account abstraction on a zkSync-based L2.
Both products sit on users' most sensitive flows: logging in and signing transactions.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
The frontend of your product area end to end: shaping tasks with Product and Design, implementation, release and production monitoring
Technical decisions for that frontend. You make them and justify them in writing, rather than only implementing someone else's
The architecture of frontend applications and the shared UI library / SDK that other teams build on
Measurable frontend quality: performance, reliability and security of user flows
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design and build user flows: sign-in, account management, wallet onboarding and transaction signing
Track how these flows behave in production (errors, performance, drop-offs) and act on what you see
Make architectural decisions for frontend applications and document them
Develop the shared component library and frontend SDKs used by other Xsolla teams
Agree API contracts with backend engineers, including error handling, retries and edge cases
Own performance budgets: Core Web Vitals and bundle size
Improve the engineering environment: build, linters, tests, CI
Review code
Set up and maintain AI tooling in the repositories (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor: rules, context, harness) so the team uses it effectively
Nice to have
Language and platform
5+ years of commercial frontend development
TypeScript in strict mode: generics, utility types, discriminated unions, typing module boundaries and external data
JavaScript at the platform level: event loop, asynchrony, closures, memory. You can find a leak and explain its cause
Frameworks and state
Deep experience with React: rendering model, profiling, eliminating unnecessary re-renders
Separating local, server and global state, and justifying the choice of tool; reasoning about when SSR is worth it
UI quality and performance
Semantic, responsive, cross-browser layout; modern CSS (CSS Modules, CSS-in-JS)
Accessibility: ARIA, keyboard navigation, screen reader support
Performance analysis: profiling, bundle analysis, Core Web Vitals
Integration and security
REST API integration: error handling, retries, request cancellation, contract alignment with backend
Web security fundamentals: XSS, CSRF, CSP, secure handling of tokens, sessions and user data
Engineering practices
Testing at the right level: unit, integration, E2E
Git, CI, Docker, linters and formatters
AI-assisted engineering
Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) for development and review, including configuring them for a repository
English
Reading technical documentation in English
Experience in security-sensitive domains: authentication and identity (OAuth2/OIDC flows on the frontend), payments, crypto wallets
Web3 frontend: wallet integration (embedded and browser wallets), EIP-1193, EIP-6963, EIP-712; viem, wagmi, ethers.js
Next.js or Nuxt, SSR in production
Design systems and component API design, UI kits
Hybrid applications: WebView, React Native
HOW WE WORK
Decisions in writing. Significant technical decisions are written up as an RFC or ADR that lays out the options and trade-offs. We discuss the document, not a blank whiteboard.
AI is part of everyday engineering. We use AI coding tools for development and review, and we treat configuring them for a codebase as real engineering work.
HOW WE HIRE
Intro call. Your background, your motivation and the role.
Technical interview. Built directly on the What you will own and Required sections above. We won't ask about anything this posting doesn't promise.
Bar raiser. An engineer from outside the hiring team checks that you raise the overall engineering bar.
THE TEAM
You will work alongside product managers, designers, frontend and backend engineers, and QA.
BENEFITS
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes medical, dental, and vision, PTO, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally. Together, we're not just building a business; we're cultivating a community that values creativity, collaboration, and the transformative power of play.

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly systematic Senior Creative Producer to own the ad creative engine for one of our core D2C subscription products in the consumer AI category. You will be fully responsible for the full concept-to-performance loop, generating the angles, driving production volume, running structured tests, performing competitor research, and turning creative-level data into the next round of winning concepts.
This is a high-impact role. Your ad creatives will be the primary performance lever: your work moves CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS directly, and you are accountable for those numbers alongside the User Acquisition team. The bar is high and so is the upside; performance here is directly and significantly rewarded.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative Strategy & Concepting
- Own the creative angle strategy: Define which hooks, pains, and value propositions get tested next
- Develop creative concepts: demo-led ads, UGC-style video, statics, and AI-generated formats
- Translate product features and capabilities into concrete, scroll-stopping propositions for target audiences
- Build and maintain a documented library of proven angles, hooks, and creative patterns
PRODUCTION & TESTING VELOCITY
- Own the creative pipeline across ad networks (Google, YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Applovin, etc) shipping new concepts every week
- Structure systematic A/B testing frameworks, isolate variables, and analyze the results to bring solid conclusions.
- Produce clear creative briefs for designers to execute high-performing concepts aligned with the brand.
PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS & ITERATION
- Own creative-level metrics: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS
- Generate testable hypotheses from performance data and retire underperforming angles quickly
- Identify winning patterns, codify why they work, and scale them into new concept batches
- Deliver structured creative performance reviews with clear recommendations for the next cycle
MARKET RESEARCH & COLLABORATION
- Run systematic competitor creative research across ad libraries and creative intelligence tools
- Track emerging formats, platform policy shifts, and creative trends in the consumer AI category
- Communicate daily with User Acquisition Managers, taking briefs on which angles need more volume
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have Experience
- 4+ years producing performance ad creative for D2C or subscription consumer products
- Proven track record of high-volume output, shipping and live-testing multiple new concepts weekly
- Deep working knowledge of the major ad network ecosystems (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc).
- Demonstrated fluency with an AI production stack across image, video, voice, and scripting tools
- Ability to read creative-level performance data independently and act on it without an analyst in the loop
- Experience building structured creative testing frameworks, not ad-hoc one-off tests
- Strong portfolio of ads with verifiable performance results. (Applications must include a CV and a portfolio of ad creative you personally produced).
Leadership Attributes
- Systematic operator. You build repeatable creative processes, not one-time wins
- Fully accountable for performance outcomes, not just delivery of assets
- Fast and decisive under volume. Comfortable killing your own concepts when data says so
- Treats User Acquisition as a working partner, not a downstream recipient of files

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⚡ THE CORPORATE TEAM AT ALAN
You will join Alan's Corporate team, the unit that covers legal, privacy, governance, risk, compliance and security as Alan scales.
Alan wants to be in 10 countries within five years, and that only works with corporate processes built to scale with it. This is a newly created role, and your job is to make Alan's regulated development seamless and integrated with how we build product.
You will benefit from close mentorship and structured support, you won't be left on your own, and the deep legal, privacy, and security expertise stays in the team around you. At Alan, roles evolve, so you will have real opportunities to expand your scope across topics and countries as you grow.
🤝 YOUR MISSIONS
Corporate protects Alan and its members, but regulated work can still be slow, manual and disconnected from how we build. You are here to build the compliance product that fixes that: processes and tooling that hold as Alan grows, and that make regulated work lighter on both sides, for the teams you serve and for the experts you work with.
- Make regulated work scale. Alan's regulatory load grows with every new member, market and product. You build the layer that absorbs it, so Corporate's load stops climbing in lockstep with the company: a clear path from each request to the right owner, and tooling that takes on the recurring work.
- Rebuild processes end to end. You find the painful process, work out what people are really doing to get around it, and redesign it so it is faster for everyone. You stay on it after launch, watch how it is used, and keep improving it until it becomes the way people work.
- Build practical automation and AI-enabled workflows from end-to-end. You identify where no-code, low-code, AI tools or other forms of automation can remove repetitive work, improve consistency and help people make better decisions. You design workflows that combine tools, data, controls and human judgment appropriately.
- Spot the next bottleneck before it bites. You design solutions that keep Alan compliant and fast at the same time, rather than trading one for the other.
- Measure what you ship. You set clear goals and check them, so every change makes life easier on both sides: the Corporate team you work with and the people they serve.
In your first six months, you will have:
- Shipped a first system that gives the teams you serve one simple, fast way to get what they need from Corporate.
- Owned at least one process from problem to a live, automated solution that people actually use.
- Become a trusted, pragmatic builder for the Corporate team and for the people they serve.
- Established a clear approach to measuring adoption, quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.
🚀 PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
What you bring
- You have built things people kept using. You have turned manual, repetitive work into automated or self-serve solutions with no-code, low-code and AI tools, whether at work or on your own projects. You can explain what you built, why you built it and how people used it.
- You understand AI-enabled workflows. You are familiar with current AI tools and have experimented with using them to improve research, decision-making, knowledge work or operations. You are interested not only in using AI tools, but also in combining them into reliable workflows that solve real problems.
- You are drawn to regulated work. You want to understand why these processes exist and where they create friction, and you ramp up fast on a domain that is new to you. Hands-on experience in one of these areas is a plus that speeds your ramp-up, not a requirement.
- French and English (professional level).
Qualities we look for to join our team
- Builder mindset: You can operate independently, make progress with incomplete information, prioritise ruthlessly, involve the right experts and bring a project to a useful outcome without waiting for perfect certainty.
- Explorer mindset: You are curious about a vague problem, dig deep to frame it well, stay solution-oriented, and escalate early.
- Systems thinking: You look beyond isolated tasks and understand how people, processes, tools, data and controls fit together.
- Appetite for regulated complexity: The complexity of regulated work energises you as much as the tooling does, and you approach it with a try-and-retry, challenger mindset.
- Sound judgment: You sense where a shortcut would break a legal, privacy, security or compliance requirement, and you know when to stop and ask.
- Project ownership: You drive projects end to end, from user research and planning to delivery, and you own what happens after launch: adoption and continuous improvement.
- Clear communication: You are proactive and clear with stakeholders, you show progress, and you explain why.
For this role we are looking to hire within the C0-C1 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
Location: You must be legally eligible to work from France, Belgium or Spain.
