BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page https://www.kraken.com/culture to understand what drives us and how we work.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken's Compliance Operations teams, including the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), investigations and enhanced due diligence, are the front line of how Kraken detects and responds to financial crime. The systems they run on sit within Core Services Product, alongside the engineering teams who build them. That covers alert ingestion, case management, investigator tooling and a growing set of automation and AI tools.
This role owns the product for that investigation platform. That means how an alert is created, enriched, grouped and suppressed. How it becomes a case. How an investigator reaches and documents a decision. And how every step is evidenced to a regulator or auditor. You'll start with the FIU, where the workflows are most complex and the audit bar is highest, then extend the platform across Compliance Operations.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own the investigation-platform roadmap end to end. Sequence it and defend it, and re-sequence it when a regulator or the RCO raises a P0.
- Define "done" before build starts. Write phased deliverables and acceptance criteria that Compliance signs off, and hold the line when scope moves.
- Get requirements in before engineering starts. Build the intake between Compliance policy, monitoring rules and case management so that changes don't reach investigators before their workflows are ready.
- Understand the process before building. Reconcile policy and SOPs against what investigators actually do and what the system actually does. Know the difference between a process fix and a technical one, and say which requests are in scope for engineering.
- Understand the pipeline well enough to challenge it: ingestion, profile and transaction resolution, suppression and grouping logic, and reconciliation between vendor output and case management. Be able to walk an auditor through it with live examples.
- Make auditability a first-class requirement: audit trail, data lineage, evidence retention, reviewer attribution, change-management controls, and validation of filtering and suppression logic.
- Ship automation and AI into regulated workflows with controls that hold up in Compliance, IT and privacy audits. That means human-in-the-loop design, explainability and ongoing monitoring.
- Run the operating rhythm: a shared forum with engineering and adjacent product managers, a regular stakeholder update, and one delivery status that everyone reads the same way.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4+ years of product management, including 2+ years on financial-crime systems such as transaction monitoring, investigations, case management, KYC/EDD or sanctions screening.
- Working knowledge of how an AML programme is examined, including the questions regulators, internal audit and model validation ask about monitoring, filing and control systems.
- The technical fluency to go deep on data flows and system design with engineers, and to spot when a design won't meet the requirement.
- A track record of shipping internal tools or operational platforms that measurably changed how an operations team works.
- Clear, concise writing, from PRDs and phase plans to audit walkthroughs and executive updates.
- The judgement to tell a senior stakeholder a timeline isn't realistic because the requirements aren't written yet, and to keep the relationship intact.
NICE TO HAVES
- Direct FIU experience, such as alert disposition, SAR/STR filing or leading investigators.
- Crypto or digital-asset experience, such as blockchain analytics, wallet-level transaction analysis or focal vs counterparty logic.
- Experience shipping AI or ML into a regulated investigative workflow, including the control design.
- Build-vs-buy and vendor evaluation for monitoring or case-management tooling.
- Experience with programmes that span jurisdictions (UK, EU/MiCA, US).
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.

We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
About the role
n8n is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to own and grow a defined enterprise territory across Northern Europe (UK&I, Nordics & Benelux) building pipeline, landing net-new logos, and expanding strategic accounts.
You’ll run a full-cycle, consultative enterprise motion (FTE 2,500+): uncovering technical and business needs, aligning multiple stakeholders, guiding evaluations, and closing high-impact six/seven-figure deals.
This role is ideal for someone who can sell to technical buyers (developers are our ICP), thrives in fast-growing environments, and uses a structured methodology (e.g., MEDDIC/MEDDPICC) to drive predictable outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
🎯 Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across a defined Northern Europe enterprise territory
🧭 Build pipeline proactively (≥50%+ sourced by you) through outbound prospecting and smart territory/account planning
🔎 Run deep discovery and qualification using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC—uncovering pain, impact, decision process, decision criteria, and confirming real evidence before you forecast
🧱 Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end: discovery, demos, technical validation/evaluation, proposals, procurement, and negotiations
🧠 Translate technical value into business outcomes—aligning n8n’s automation + AI capabilities to measurable efficiency, risk reduction, and speed-to-delivery
🤝 Orchestrate multi-threaded deals across stakeholders (champions, technical evaluators, security, procurement, and economic buyers) to keep momentum and reduce stall risk
📝 Create and drive mutual action plans with customers—clear next steps, milestones, and shared accountability from first meeting to signature
📈 Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and account notes in CRM (Salesforce) communicating clearly and early about risks and next steps
🔗 Partner tightly with Solutions Engineering, SDRs, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to accelerate deals and ensure strong handoffs for expansion
🌍 Represent n8n at events and in-market—building credibility with technical communities and enterprise leaders across Northern Europe (with customer travel as needed)
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
🏆 Enterprise SaaS sales track record: 5+ years in quota-carrying roles with consistent overachievement in enterprise segments
🌍 Northern Europe market expertise: Existing network and proven success selling into Northern Europe enterprises (plus relevant languages)
🧩 Complex deal leadership: Proven ability to close multi-stakeholder deals with longer cycles, procurement/legal steps, and high scrutiny
🔎 Methodology-driven execution (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC): You use structured qualification to build high-confidence pipeline and accurate forecasts
🗣️ Executive + technical buyer fluency: You can engage C-level stakeholders and also win credibility with technical audiences (DevOps, SecOps, IT Ops etc.)
🧠 Consultative selling: You lead with customer outcomes, ask sharp questions, and tailor your narrative to the customer’s reality—not a generic pitch
📊 Operational discipline: Strong CRM hygiene, forecast rigor, and a habit of using evidence to drive next steps and internal alignment
🤝 Collaboration mindset: You work smoothly with SE/CS/Marketing/RevOps and elevate the whole deal team, not just your own activity
NICE-TO-HAVES
🧑💻 Open-source / community experience: You’ve sold in or alongside open-source ecosystems and understand bottoms-up adoption and PLG signals
🧪 Selling technical workflow/automation products: Experience with integration, API-first platforms, DevOps/SecOps/IT Ops, or adjacent categories
🚀 Early-stage / scale-up experience: You’ve helped build pipeline and playbooks in a fast-growing environment where process is evolving
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.

We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten is growing fast, and how we hire shapes what we become. As our Recruiting Operations Program Manager, you'll find where the recruiting team is losing time or quality, confirm it with data, and build and run the program that fixes it. Some of that work is quick, like a data pull for leadership or an Ashby answer for a recruiter. Some of it spans months and needs executive buy-in.
You'll identify, build and own programs end to end, from redesigning core recruiting processes to building and shipping AI-powered tools that change how our recruiters work every day. You'll work across Ashby, Notion, Slack, and Claude, and treat AI as a core part of how recruiting runs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Break large, ambiguous problems into clear phases, owners, and deadlines, and drive them through to adoption, not just launch.
- Lead large-scale recruiting programs end to end: secure leadership buy-in, manage timelines across stakeholders, and use data to decide what to change and how to measure it.
- Analyze interview plans, pass-through rates, stage timing, and interviewer load in Ashby, and turn findings into concrete recommendations.
- Own data hygiene and job setup consistency across the pipeline so leadership can trust recruiting reporting, and build the dashboards and reports the team relies on.
- Support operational asks from recruiters and leadership, and turn repeated asks into self-serve tools or documented answers.
- Build, pilot, and iterate on Claude-powered tools and workflows that solve recurring pain points across the recruiting team.
- Keep recruiting documentation – including interview guides, playbooks, SOPs, and training material – current, monitored, and easy to find.
- Propose and roll out process changes that make recruiting faster and more consistent, including the comms and training that make them stick.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years in recruiting operations, program management, or a related operations role at a fast-growing company.
- Track record of running cross-functional projects end to end, including getting buy-in from senior leaders.
- Comfort pulling, analyzing, and presenting data, and turning it into clear recommendations.
- Clear, concise writing, including for executive audiences.
- Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to balance long-running programs with day-to-day asks.
NICE TO HAVE
- Hands-on Ashby experience, especially reporting and dashboards, or deep experience with another ATS, including using data and metrics to drive decisions and set priorities.
- Experience building workflows or tools with AI (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar).
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

We're looking for a Senior Manager, Business Systems to lead our Salesforce development and administration team and drive the architecture, roadmap, and day-to-day operational health of our Salesforce instance. This is a hands-on technical management role: you'll manage a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, stay close to code and configuration, and also own a small set of adjacent RevOps tools that round out the GTM systems stack. You'll report to the Director, Business Systems and partner closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Security leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, including hiring, performance management, career development, and day-to-day prioritization of their work
- Own the Salesforce platform roadmap across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and integrated third-party systems, balancing production support, technical debt reduction, and net-new delivery
- Stay hands-on with architecture and code review for Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow automation, and platform security, guiding your team's technical decisions rather than delegating them entirely
- Own the Salesforce DevOps and release management lifecycle: Gearset administration, source control, testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, deployment governance, and production change management, including planning around end-of-quarter production freezes
- Pair heavily with the Technical Architect to execute against their architectural roadmap, with dotted-line accountability for delivering their priorities through your team while retaining direct management authority over your reports
- Maintain governance over Salesforce data architecture, security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and integration/service account hygiene across connected systems
- Own or co-own supporting integrations between Salesforce and platforms
- Own a set of adjacent RevOps tools outside Salesforce (e.g., Gearset, Gong, Loom) and coordinate with other owners
- Manage Agentforce, Slackbot, AI skills, and other AI-driven Salesforce offerings, and evaluate new AI-driven workflow opportunities on the platform
- Partner with GTM stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions delivered by your team
- Set team standards for documentation, testing, and change management, and enforce operating rules for high-risk changes (e.g., Closed/Won opportunity edits, ownership changes) to protect data integrity and downstream automation
- Escalate and resolve complex production issues, serving as the team's senior technical point of contact
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years total hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments and people management
- Deep expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Flow automation, and platform security
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and billing systems
- Experience with RevOps or quote-to-cash processes
- Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices (Gearset or similar)
- Experience working in high-growth SaaS or technology companies, ideally supporting a globally distributed GTM organization
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; comfortable balancing people management with hands-on technical work
NICE TO HAVE
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, or Salesforce Administrator certification
- Familiarity with NetSuite and quote-to-cash business processes and Mulesoft
- Familiarity with data warehousing, analytics, or AI-driven workflows
- Experience supporting global sales organizations
WHAT TO EXPECT
FIRST 30 DAYS:
- Meet your direct reports and the broader Business Systems team; build 1:1 cadences
- Assess team workload, skill gaps, and open production support items
- Get up to speed on the Salesforce instance, code base, best practices, and current roadmap
- Introduce yourself to cross-functional stakeholders the Salesforce team supports
FIRST 60 DAYS:
- Dive deep into the technical architecture to evaluate performance and identify refactor opportunities
- Establish a regular working cadence with the Technical Architect to align on roadmap priorities and execution ownership
- Engage with key stakeholder leaders across the organization
- Establish or reinforce best practices to keep the instance performant, secure, and scalable
ONE YEAR OUTLOOK:
- Have a high-performing, well-supported team delivering to roadmap independently
- Own the Salesforce ecosystem as it relates to third-party tooling, integrations, and upstream/downstream dependencies
- Be the go-to subject matter expert for the Salesforce instance and its surrounding systems
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
Wolt's Shared Service Center in Budapest is home to a team of 40 people who keep our operations running across markets. Ten of them focus on one mission: getting German merchants to live on Wolt quickly and correctly. They own the onboarding journey from the moment a partner signs to the day they start receiving orders. Now we're looking for someone to lead them.
As Onboarding Team Lead, you'll be based in Budapest and work closely with our Onboarding Operations team in Germany, reporting to the Global Head of Business Process Outsourcing Management. You'll lead a team of 12 FTE, own the German onboarding pipeline, and make sure every partner gets a smooth, high-quality start on Wolt. The team is experienced and established, and it's ready for a leader who can raise the bar on speed, quality and process, while being its biggest advocate.
What you’ll be doing
You'll be responsible for how quickly and how well German merchants are onboarded onto Wolt. That means leading the people, owning the pipeline, and keeping a close eye on the numbers. You'll build a solid understanding of the full onboarding landscape, including POS integrations, gear workflows, commission changes and offboarding. You'll also be the go-to person when things get stuck.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Lead, coach and develop a team of 12 FTE onboarding specialists, support them daily, and spot knowledge gaps and training needs.
Own the onboarding pipeline so it always reflects reality. New venues are assigned the same day, follow-ups and on-hold reasons stay up to date, and stalled cases get escalated or offboarded instead of left open.
Track the team's key onboarding KPIs, such as time to onboard and new live venues, so you always know where the team stands and can flag deviations early.
Work with Sales, Account Management, Product and the Onboarding Operations team in Germany to escalate blockers early and improve how we onboard.
Keep data quality high by validating issues yourself before escalating, sharing bug reports daily, and making sure partner information is accurate and complete.
Plan team capacity ahead of holidays, business trips and short weeks so no partner is ever left without an owner.
Our humble expectations
You have at least 2 years of experience leading a team of 8 or more people, including setting clear performance expectations and following up on them.
You have 3+ years of experience in operations in a fast-paced environment such as a marketplace, e-commerce or a shared service center.
You're fluent in both German and English, written and spoken, because you'll work daily with German partners and stakeholders.
You're comfortable working with data and use KPIs and dashboards to understand performance and make decisions.
You're structured and detail-oriented, and you keep pipelines, timelines and data accurate without being chased.
You take ownership, spot opportunities to improve processes, and drive changes independently.
What we offer
A key leadership role shaping how merchants in one of Wolt's biggest markets join the platform.
A team that's already up and running, so you can focus on raising the bar rather than starting from scratch.
Close collaboration with teams across Germany and Budapest, plus visibility across Sales, Account Management and Product.
Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing company, backed by comprehensive internal training.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

- Proven track record of leveraging executive stakeholders throughout deal cycles, effectively multi-threading opportunities, and securing in-person meetings with key decision-makers.
- Experience conducting regular in-person customer engagement multiple times per month, with a willingness and ability to travel within your region for client meetings and industry events.
- Proficient skills in:

- Written and verbal communication skills across email and communication tools such as Slack and Zoom, with the demonstrated ability to make technical concepts accessible to non-technical parties.

- Resilient, self-motivated, and committed to achieving targets while thriving in a remote and fast-paced environment where products and value propositions evolve rapidly, including comfort selling against future vision while products are still in development.
- Demonstrated success managing high workloads and competing priorities without sacrificing quality of execution.
- A proven team player, eager to collaborate and achieve shared goals rather than working in isolation.
- Curious and coachable, with a proven ability to apply feedback, adapt, and continuously improve.

- Experience with the MEDDPPICC sales methodology or other rigorous qualification frameworks preferred.
