ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the open-source Postgres development platform. 10M+ developers and thousands of enterprises depend on it every day. Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime and Vector Search run on one platform: the same compute, disks, network and control plane, in each region we operate.
Supabase's hardest problems live in that platform. We run millions of databases, and the count compounds each quarter. Our customers range from a developer on a free project to a regulated enterprise that routes traffic through PrivateLink https://supabase.com/docs/guides/platform/privatelink and puts us through a security review before it signs. Reliability, capacity, cost, security and the enterprise features that close deals all come back to the same primitives. We're hiring a Product Lead to own them and build the product team behind them.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You lead product for the platform under every Supabase product: compute, disks, networking, the API gateway, capacity and regions. You also own what enterprises build and buy on top of it: read replicas https://supabase.com/docs/guides/platform/read-replicas, custom domains https://supabase.com/docs/guides/platform/custom-domains, PrivateLink, Bring Your Own Cloud, and the security and compliance controls they need before they sign. You report to the Head of Product, set direction for the platform, and work alongside the leads for our other product lines. You lead the platform's product managers, including our infrastructure product lead, and you hire and develop the PMs who grow the team.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- You build and lead the platform product team. You decide how to split the area, hire the PMs who own the rest of it, and coach them to own their roadmaps end to end. You set the bar for their work.
- You decide what gets built, what gets deferred, and what gets cut. Each quarter you choose between enterprise unlocks that open new markets, cost and performance wins for the long tail of projects, and new capabilities that change what Supabase can run. The priorities are yours, and so is defending them.
- You own reliability and security as product surfaces. You set service levels that track what customers experience and hold teams to them. You decide which security and compliance commitments we make to enterprises, and you show customers what it takes to run millions of databases.
- You talk to customers across the full spectrum: developers running one small project, startups whose bill is mostly compute and disk, enterprise architects running a network or security review, and partners building on Supabase.
- You run the platform's planning. Your PMs write problem statements, requirements and launch metrics before engineering starts. After each launch, you check whether it moved enterprise deal velocity, project economics or platform reliability.
- You keep engineering, design and leadership aligned. The platform sits under each Supabase product, region and customer tier. You write down what's coming, why, and in what order, and you raise dependencies before they block anyone.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:
- Have 8+ years of product management experience on developer tools or infrastructure, or have founded a company in this space. You can read an architecture doc and hold your own in a design discussion.
- Have built and led a team of product managers. You've hired PMs, grown them into owners of their own areas, and made the hard call when someone wasn't working out. You've led leads who run their own teams. You did it while the product grew from something you could hold in your head to a business where capacity, regions and cost set the limits.
- Have shipped cloud infrastructure as a product. You owned at least one of compute, networking, storage, or multi-region and multi-tenant systems yourself, at a cloud, infrastructure or PaaS company. You can judge the tradeoffs: instance sizing and capacity, disk and storage economics, scale-to-zero versus always-on, single-tenant versus shared, and the gap between "works in one region" and "works in twenty." Knowing how enterprises buy and security-review infrastructure (PrivateLink, BYOC, compliance, procurement) is a bonus.
- Move fast and use AI to do it. You'd rather ship something imperfect and learn from it. You hand AI the slow parts of the job (research, drafting, synthesising feedback) and spend your time on judgment calls.
- Build with what you own. You stand up a read replica, put a custom domain in front of a project, route traffic through PrivateLink and deploy onto BYOC. Your opinions come from using the product.
- Work async by default. We're fully remote. You make decisions in writing and move work forward without meetings.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As part of our growing Data Science & Analytics team, you will play an instrumental role in Anthropic's mission of building safe and beneficial AI — this time by driving data-informed decisions across the commercial customer lifecycle. This role sits at the intersection of fast-moving sales operations and rigorous statistical analysis. You will work across multiple segments and products, partnering with analytics engineers, fellow data scientists, and go-to-market leadership to turn complex commercial data into actionable strategy.
You will own measurement and analysis for new logo acquisition through activation, expansion, and retention for a rapidly scaling, consumption-based AI platform. You've worked in cultures of analytical rigor before, and you're eager to help shape the norms and best practices of a growing data science function at a pivotal moment in the company's growth.
Key responsibilities
Define key metrics, build measurement frameworks, and maintain core reporting to evaluate GTM success across segments and products
Analyze commercial and user data to surface actionable insights, size opportunities, and influence roadmaps and go-to-market strategy
Develop hypotheses and apply rigorous causal inference methods — controlled experiments, synthetic controls — to make clear, actionable recommendations
Investigate anomalies, conduct root cause analyses, and provide data-driven guidance on priorities and decisions
Build statistical models, optimization frameworks, and simulations to support and automate commercial decision-making processes
Present analyses and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including GTM leadership
Establish foundational data practices and help scale analytics infrastructure to support rapid product and commercial iteration
Minimum qualifications
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools
Expertise in experimental design, causal inference, statistical modeling, and A/B testing, particularly in high-scale technical environments
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and business audiences
Strong written communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments — comfortable creating structure and driving progress where neither yet exists
Preferred qualifications
5+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles
A strong track record in multi-segment, multi-product B2B sales or commercial analytics, especially with consumption-based revenue models
Experience with AI/ML products, large language models, or developer tools in the AI/ML ecosystem
Genuine interest in Anthropic's mission of developing safe and beneficial AI
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Building Infrastructure behind 5.5 Billion Daily Ad Requests
The Cloud Engineering team is the core of our tech unit, the underlying infrastructure that every other team depends on to ship software and grow the business. Behind rewarded ad experience, the partner-facing dashboards, the ML pipelines, and the ad delivery systems serving millions of users daily, there is one team making sure it all stays online, performant, and cost-efficient.
400 million user events daily, traffic spikes of 150,000+ requests per second, and a data lake that feeds data scientists, BIs, and real-time ML inference across the entire ad stack. To handle this reliably and cost-efficiently, the team runs Kubernetes with event-driven autoscaling and Karpenter, manages Kafka clusters for real-time streaming, and provisions everything through Terraform. Rather than defaulting to managed AWS services, the team actively replaces them with open-source alternatives like Druid, Airflow, Grafana, Prometheus, Spark, Trino, MLFlow, Jupiter Hub, Elasticsearch, and Fluentbit as part of a deliberate move toward cloud-agnostic architecture. Cost efficiency is treated as an engineering constraint, not an afterthought, including AI-based anomaly detection on infrastructure costs.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering. You've designed and operated cloud infrastructure at scale, with hands-on experience deploying and managing containerized applications in Kubernetes. At adjoe, you'll be working across a stack that includes Kafka, Druid, Airflow, Spark, Terraform, and Gitlab running on Kubernetes clusters across data centers.
- Deep in the AWS ecosystem. You have a strong understanding of AWS services (EKS, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, IAM, Lambda) and manage infrastructure as code through Terraform. You know the tradeoffs between managed AWS services and open-source alternatives, and have opinions about when each makes sense.
- Microservice event-driven architecture is your daily context. You understand how microservices communicate: topics, queues, object storage, and can support backend teams building high-performance Go services across distributed environments.
- Reliable CI/CD is a product requirement. You build pipelines that are fast, predictable, and low-maintenance, ensuring smooth delivery without becoming a bottleneck.
- Hands-on with emerging infrastructure. You're comfortable migrating existing workloads to self-hosted solutions as well as introducing new tools boost business results.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
- Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
- Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
- Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
- Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
- Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

Creating solutions that run on 13% of the world’s smartphones
The Mobile Integrations team builds the core technology that turns advertising from an interruption into a rewarded experience for 770 million users. We own the robust, lightweight, integration layer between our ad engine and the global mobile ecosystem, ensuring our technology operates with minimal overhead while reaching a massive portion of the smartphone market.
On the client side, our technology performs smoothly across 20 million daily SDK initializations. We build native Swift and Kotlin SDKs optimized for ms initialization and minimal binary overhead, with Unity, Flutter, and React Native wrappers that provide a unified API across the entire mobile ecosystem. Behind the scenes, a high-throughput Go and DynamoDB architecture handles the real-time state synchronization of millions of concurrent sessions. When your code runs on nearly one out of every seven smartphones on Earth, every millisecond of execution and every byte of memory counts.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- Documentation is your product. You have 2–4+ years in Developer Relations, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management. You own and evolve external developer documentation end-to-end: API references, SDK guides, integration tutorials, and example applications, and treat it with the same rigor as shipping code. You drive documentation standards and consistency across teams.
- You build to validate. You create lightweight demos and sample apps in Swift or Kotlin to test and support what you document. You contribute directly to documentation tooling like Docusaurus, including Markdown, frontend components, and styling. You're comfortable with mobile SDKs, APIs, HTML, and JavaScript/TypeScript to identify friction in the developer experience and fix it.
- AI-assisted, not AI-dependent. You use code copilots and LLMs to explore unfamiliar codebases, analyze SDKs, and accelerate content creation, but you validate every output for technical accuracy. You're also comfortable building and maintaining AI tools, like publisher-facing integration assistants, to reduce integration friction at scale.
- Debugging is part of the job. On the support side, you perform root cause analysis across mobile apps, APIs, and data flows, working with SQL, dashboards, and logs to investigate integration health and performance issues. You collaborate with TAMs and Growth Managers on technical escalations.
- Cross-functional and cross-regional by default. You manage multiple documentation and integration projects in parallel, work across Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing to deliver documentation at launch, and optimize resources culturally and linguistically across regions. Strong organizational skills and the ability to bring structure where none exists are a must. AdTech, mobile monetization, or SDK-based product experience is a strong plus.

The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
The Platform Behind 770 Million Users and Billions of Daily Ad Decisions
Behind the value exchange sits an ecosystem of interconnected engineering teams, each owning a distinct part of the stack. On the demand side, Go microservices evaluate 30+ targeting constraints in milliseconds, process 5.5 billion API requests daily, and integrate with ML models making 100,000+ predictions per second to decide which campaigns reach which users.
On the publisher side, native Android and iOS SDKs run on 13% of the world's smartphones, delivering rewards to 770 million users annually through a system where accuracy and latency are not optional. At this scale, product and technical decisions don't happen in isolation, every change ripples across the entire platform.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- 6+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or a leadership role where you owned the product vision. You have a proven track record of taking products from 0 to 1 or scaling from 1 to 100 in a high-growth environment, with a CS degree or equivalent hands-on mastery of system design and modern tech stacks. You think like an entrepreneur, if something is broken or missing, you fix it without waiting for a brief.
- Ships with conviction, measures with precision. You don't just ship features, you define why they're being built, how they fit the product lifecycle, and exactly how to measure success via business KPIs. You're a fast thinker who values question-and-answer efficiency over process overhead.
- Translates vision into execution. You take high-level business and product goals and turn them into actionable technical roadmaps. You drive projects by coordinating across domain areas, acting as the go-between for business stakeholders and engineering leads, and optimizing delivery processes to maintain velocity as the organization scales.
- Makes executive-level calls without hesitation. You step into technical and product meetings, unblock bottlenecks, and balance technical feasibility with product desirability. You're comfortable with ambiguity and dive into tickets, API documentation, or raw data to confirm product viability on your own.
- Tech fluency is your edge, not your identity. You understand system design and modern tech stacks well enough to make the right calls and ensure every feature maps back to measurable growth and revenue, not to write the code. You value AI as an optimizer but prioritize impact over hype.
- Manages and influences across teams. You have experience managing or mentoring people and can influence stakeholders across different departments. You articulate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences with confidence.
- Plus: Experience collaborating with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to leverage complex data models and pipelines for product-led growth decisions.

adjoe https://adjoe.io/ is a leading mobile ad platform developing cutting-edge advertising and monetization solutions that take its’ app partners’ business to the next level. Part of the applike group https://applike-group.com/ ecosystem, adjoe is home to an advanced tech stack https://adjoe.io/company/adtech-stack/, powerful financial backing from Bertelsmann, and a highly motivated workforce to be reckoned with.
Meet Your Team: Fraud Operations
Our Fraud Operations team tackles one of adtech's biggest challenges: fraud. As a specialized operational force within Anti-Fraud, we actively investigate, reproduce, and mitigate abuse to prevent fraud from impacting our partners' business.
At the core of our day-to-day work is rapid exploit analysis and telemetry forensics across Android and iOS platforms, dissecting device manipulation, hooking frameworks, and emulator-driven abuse. Partnering closely with core SDK and Backend teams, we query billions of daily events across our distributed data stores (Trino, ScyllaDB, DynamoDB) to isolate suspicious traffic anomalies in real time, translate complex attack vectors into actionable detection heuristics, and deploy pragmatic mitigations directly across our Go-based services. This means working hands-on with cutting-edge tech and adversarial forensics to continuously outsmart even the most creative tactics.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- AdTech & Anti-Cheat Domain Expertise: You understand the mechanics of digital advertising (attribution, publisher monetization, traffic quality) or bring experience from adjacent anti-abuse environments like gaming anti-cheat. You will act as the escalation point for BI, Product, and Support, translating complex abuse patterns into concrete technical solutions.
- Reverse Engineering & Exploit Analysis: You have an adversarial security mindset. While our core SDK team develops production client libraries, you understand iOS and Android internals well enough to decompile binaries, understand and use hooking of APIs and work with frameworks to root/jailbreak devices (e.g., Magisk, Xposed, KernelSU, Dopamine), and reproduce emulator- or bot-driven exploits in a sandbox environment to find the root cause.
- Large-Scale Telemetry & Data Forensics: You can query and analyze billions of daily events across distributed databases (Trino SQL, DynamoDB, ScyllaDB). Using data analysis tools and LLM-assisted workflows, you quickly isolate anomalous clusters, model suspicious traffic patterns, and turn raw telemetry into actionable detection heuristics.
- Distributed Systems Observability & Profiling: You are comfortable working with high-throughput event pipelines. Leveraging Grafana, Kibana, and distributed tracing, you monitor system health, diagnose bottlenecks across Kafka and SQS queues, and verify that detection APIs maintain low-latency response times under heavy load.
- Technical Leadership & Team Enablement: You will serve as the technical lead for our new Fraud Operations unit within the Anti-Fraud Solutions team. Partnering with the Product Lead, you will drive technical strategy, conduct meaningful code and architecture reviews, and mentor engineers. We value clear communication and pragmatic decision-making over years of formal management hierarchy.
- Pragmatic Engineering & Rapid Mitigation: You are a hands-on engineer who can read, debug, and review Go microservices without needing to be a Go purist. Working alongside Backend, Mobile, and Data Science teams, you will prototype detection logic, deploy verified mitigation rules, and automate responses to emerging attack vectors.
