About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.

During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Preferable to have someone near an office in NYC or San Francisco, but open to hiring around the world for the right candidate.
Runway Creative is an all-in-one platform giving creators and businesses endless ways to generate and edit video, images, and audio. Our user base spans across professional creatives, as well as business owners and enterprise marketing and merchandising teams that come to Runway to generate videos, ads and other content to promote their products and services.
We're hiring for a Senior Product Manager to build agent products. You’ll own new product development end-to-end, from customer and technical discovery, to product shaping and viability, to quality and feedback loops that make these products better. You’ll work at the frontier of agentic product development, shaping how Runway Agents help our customers grow their businesses.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Represent the customer: develop deep understanding of creative and marketing workflows through frequent customer engagement; synthesize findings on agent performance and behavior, and lead a team with clarity and conviction.
- Lead Agent Development: run user interviews, competitive research, eval analysis, and prompt experimentation. Shape your findings into new product offerings that solve customer problems in new and novel ways.
- Own agent quality: create eval infrastructure, monitor regressions, and ensure that agents improves with every release.
- Shape the scope: scope ruthlessly to deliver exceptional user value on a fast paced release.
- Ship, hands-on. ship your own PRs to improve the product experience. You'll be in the details daily and shipping regularly.
- Create compelling launch moments: enable sales, support, and marketing with the context they need to communicate new agent capabilities effectively
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 8+ years in the software industry, with direct ownership of an AI or LLM powered product in a product management or engineering leadership role. A track record of moving revenue and adoption metrics, not just shipping features.
- You thrive in an environment with rapid pace and a high accountability culture. You move very fast, make decisions with incomplete information, and instinctively gravitate towards shipping today, not writing docs for tomorrow.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping agent-products - you understand tool use, planning loops, multi-step reasoning, and how and why agents fail. You have deep familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. You can make a sharp, written argument and tell a compelling launch story. You confidently assess the state of the business, call out challenges and articulate your plans to solve them.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

Build Dream Teams.
Who You Are:
You are a senior construction executive who has delivered multiple phases of large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure and knows what it takes to run a campus, not just a project. You lead leaders. You build teams that execute safely and predictably, and you hold contractors and partners to a high standard. You are equally comfortable walking a live site and presenting schedule, cost, and risk to executive stakeholders. You believe the digital economy depends on infrastructure delivered right, and delivered on time.
What You’ll Do:
As VP, Campus Construction Manager at Galaxy's Helios campus in Afton, TX, you will own construction execution across all active and future phases of the campus. You will lead a team of senior construction managers, each accountable for a phase or scope, and set the standards, cadence, and accountability that keep the campus aligned on safety, schedule, cost, and quality. You will be the single point of accountability for construction at Helios, from preconstruction handoff through commissioning and turnover to operations. At peak, the Helios campus workforce on site is expected to exceed 2,000 people.
Lead and Develop the Campus Construction Team: Directly manage the on-site construction team on active and future phases at Helios, which will include project management, QA/QC, commissioning, MEP, and CSA leaders, as well as field construction managers. Set clear expectations, coach for performance, and build bench strength as the campus grows.
Own Campus-Level Delivery: Provide integrated oversight of construction across all phases, resolving cross-phase conflicts in resources, laydown, site logistics, access, utilities, and sequencing.
Manage Schedule and Progress: Own the campus master schedule view. Monitor progress against baseline, identify critical-path threats early, and direct recovery and mitigation plans before they affect milestones.
Drive Safety Culture: Set and enforce Galaxy's safety standards across the campus. Partner with Galaxy EHS and contractor safety leadership to sustain a zero-incident environment, and hold the team accountable for leading indicators as well as outcomes.
Oversee Contractors and Trade Partners: Manage executive-level relationships with general contractors and key trade partners. Ensure alignment on milestones, quality, safety, staffing, and commercial performance.
Control Cost and Change: Provide leadership oversight of pay applications, change orders, forecasts, and budget tracking for each phase. Ensure disciplined change management and accurate cost reporting to leadership.
Manage OFCI Integration: Work closely with Pre-Construction and OFCI procurement and logistics teams to ensure UPS, generators, chillers, switchgear, and other owner-furnished equipment arrive, are set, and are installed without impacting the construction schedule.
Lead Commissioning and Turnover: Partner with on-site commissioning manager, 3
rd
party Cx agent, and operations teams to ensure systematic testing, closeout, and clean turnover of each phase to operations.
Ensure Quality: Establish and enforce Galaxy's QA/QC standards across the campus. Escalate and resolve systemic quality issues.
Advance Lean and Prefabrication: Drive Galaxy's modularization, prefabrication, and lean delivery initiatives, and capture lessons learned so each phase is more repeatable than the last.
Manage Regulatory and Community Relationships: Work with local authorities, inspectors, utilities, and consultants to ensure compliance with codes and permit requirements.
Report to Leadership: Provide frequent status updates to the Co-Heads of Data Center Construction, and communicate campus status, risks, and forecasts clearly to Galaxy executive leadership and internal stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
12+ years of experience delivering large-scale mission-critical projects with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple project leaders or concurrent projects.
Demonstrated success leading multi-phase or campus-scale developments.
Deep understanding of construction delivery models (including GMP), risk management, and contractor oversight.
Technical fluency across MEP, commissioning, civil, and structural systems.
Proven track record managing OFCI equipment integration and commissioning.
Strong command of cost control, change management, and schedule analysis.
Familiarity with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and SharePoint.
Full-time, on-site presence at Helios (Afton, TX)
Bonus Points:
A track record of leading and developing high-performing construction teams.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technial and executive stakeholders.
Sound jugement under pressure and a bias toward early, honest escalation.

Who You Are:
The TradFi/Settlement Principal Lead is the specialist voice on how traditional financial infrastructure actually works, and what it takes to rebuild it for digital assets. This is a deep-domain role, not a generalist PM function: you need hands-on experience on both sides — settlement, custody, and post-trade flows inside a TradFi institution, and the equivalent flows inside a digital asset or blockchain environment (tokenization, on-chain settlement, digital custody). You understand the full institutional trade lifecycle end to end, and how it maps — and doesn't map — onto digital asset rails.
You will partner directly with DIS leads on the vision and strategy for our custom build engagements, co-own product direction for those builds, and translate complex institutional requirements into specs that engineering can execute against without guesswork. You are comfortable challenging assumptions — client-side and internal — and pushing back when a requirement doesn't hold up against how the lifecycle actually operates, on either side of the TradFi/digital asset divide.
This is a client-facing role. You will run discovery directly with Tier-1 institutional stakeholders, from operations and engineering teams to senior executives, and you will be the person in the room who can tell the difference between a real settlement constraint and an assumed one — in both the TradFi world and the digital asset world.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with DIS leads on the product vision and strategy for custom build engagements, owning prioritization and direction as the work moves from concept to delivery
Serve as the team's specialist on settlement, clearing, and post-trade flows across both TradFi and digital assets — bring deep, current knowledge of the institutional trade lifecycle (custody, settlement cycles, corporate actions, reconciliation) and how it translates on-chain, into every requirement
Translate institutional and regulatory requirements into clear, buildable specs and acceptance criteria that engineering can execute against with minimal rework
Run discovery and requirements sessions directly with client stakeholders, from engineers to senior operations and technology leaders, and define success in their terms
Challenge ideas and assumptions — both the client's and the team's — pressure-testing every requirement against how TradFi infrastructure actually behaves today and where it needs to change for digital assets
Partner closely with the Architect and engineering leads to make sure product decisions hold up technically, and stay in the details when it matters
Serve as the voice of the client internally and the voice of the roadmap externally, keeping delivery and client expectations aligned as requirements evolve
Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI tools to improve team performance, decision-making, and output quality
What We’re Looking For:
Deep, hands-on TradFi experience with settlement systems, post-trade flows, and the full institutional trade lifecycle — custody, clearing, settlement, reconciliation
Equally deep, hands-on experience with digital asset or blockchain infrastructure — tokenization, on-chain settlement, digital custody. This role requires genuine fluency in both worlds; a TradFi background alone, or a digital-assets background alone, is not sufficient
Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Lead who has shipped complex, regulated financial infrastructure, not just consumer or generic B2B products
Comfort operating as a specialist rather than a generalist — real depth in one domain matters more here than breadth across many
Client-facing experience with Tier-1 financial institutions; credible in working sessions with engineers and in briefings with senior stakeholders
A strong point of view and the willingness to challenge requirements, assumptions, and even senior stakeholders when the details don't hold up
Ability to translate ambiguous, cross-functional institutional requirements into structured specs engineering can build against
Experience partnering closely with technical leadership on vision and strategy, not just backlog execution
Bonus Points:
Background at a custodian, clearinghouse, prime broker, or other post-trade infrastructure provider on the TradFi side, or a digital asset custodian/exchange on the crypto side
Formal product management experience inside a regulated fintech or capital markets environment
Fluency in payments rails and trading systems alongside settlement
Experience having personally led a build that bridged a TradFi institution onto digital asset rails (e.g., a tokenization pilot, on-chain settlement project
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Hybrid/Flexible Working Arrangements
Flexible Time Off (paid)

ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, RURAL MARKETS
About the Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for expanding Clipboard’s presence across rural communities throughout the United States. You’ll identify new opportunities, build relationships with Long-Term Care facility leaders, sign new facility partners, and help them successfully adopt our platform.
Most of your prospecting and relationship-building will happen remotely through phone, email, and video. However, success in this role also requires getting into the field. You should expect to travel approximately one week per month to rural communities for in-person facility visits, customer meetings, and local market development. Travel will often involve multiple facility visits across a region and may require overnight stays.
Your success will be measured primarily by the revenue generated from new customers, along with your ability to build a strong and sustainable pipeline in the markets you own.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Prospect, pitch, and close new Long-Term Care facility partners through a combination of inside sales and in-person relationship building
- Travel approximately one week per month to rural communities for facility visits, customer meetings, and market development
- Build relationships with facility administrators, clinical leaders, operators, and other key decision-makers
- Create new demand in markets where Clipboard may have limited brand awareness or an early-stage presence
- Develop thoughtful travel plans that maximize the number and quality of facility visits within each region
- Attend relevant conferences, Clipboard-hosted events, and other industry functions
- Develop a deep understanding of the Long-Term Care landscape, our customers’ operational challenges, and the competitive environment
- Partner with internal teams to ensure new customers receive an excellent experience and successfully adopt the platform
- Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and opportunity data in our CRM
- Own your territory and consistently deliver against new-business revenue goals
WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU BRING
We’re building a team with a range of experience levels. You may already be an accomplished field seller, or you may be earlier in your career and ready for a role with significant autonomy, travel, and growth potential.
You bring:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across both clinical and business audiences
- Comfort initiating conversations, walking into facilities, and building relationships in person
- A willingness to travel approximately one week per month, including overnight trips to rural communities
- Curiosity, persistence, resourcefulness, and a bias for action
- The ability to create opportunities rather than relying solely on inbound interest or an established pipeline
- Strong organization and autonomy in managing your schedule, territory, travel, and sales pipeline
- Comfort working remotely while remaining highly accountable for your results
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, healthcare, staffing, hospitality, or another relationship-driven environment
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to meet the transportation requirements associated with regional facility visits
Experience selling into Long-Term Care or another healthcare setting is helpful, but it is not required. More important is your ability to learn the industry, earn trust, and consistently generate new business.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary and uncapped commission
- Insurance benefits and 401(k) options
- Unlimited PTO and flexible holidays
- Reimbursement for approved mileage and business travel expenses
- Remote flexibility when you are not traveling
- Meaningful ownership over your markets and customer relationships
- A clear growth path into senior individual contributor or management roles
Please note: We are currently accepting applications only from candidates based in PST/MST. This role requires you to be located in PST (UTC-8) time zone.

Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
About the role
We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to help shape and build the next generation of our network automation platforms.
Our challenge is one of scale, complexity and criticality. We operate a massive global network supporting PlayStation Network, spanning more than 40 interconnection locations and 20+ data centres worldwide. Operating infrastructure at this scale safely and efficiently requires us to move beyond specialist-driven workflows and individual automation tools toward reliable, declarative software platforms.
You will help make that transition. You will work on software that turns complex network and infrastructure operations into reliable, API-driven and increasingly self-service capabilities. This includes building control-plane services, declarative APIs and intent-based controllers that manage production infrastructure safely and consistently across our global footprint.
This is a Staff-level engineering role with significant technical influence. You will combine hands-on engineering with setting technical direction: defining architectures, solving complex cross-system and distributed-systems problems, writing designs, driving alignment with senior engineers and architects, and mentoring engineers across the team.
Your work will directly influence how one of the world's largest gaming networks is operated and automated, while establishing engineering patterns and platforms that can be reused across multiple network domains and services.
What
you'll
do
Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for network automation and infrastructure control platforms, treating the self-service network API as a product by working with users and partner teams to define outcomes, establish clear expectations for API behavior and reliability, align on team responsibilities, and ensure those commitments are met.
Use domain-driven design with network experts, software engineers and API consumers to establish shared language and bounded contexts, then turn those agreements into versioned, testable contracts.
Design and build APIs, services, controllers and reconciliation workflows that manage production infrastructure safely at scale.
Build on the Kubernetes API, including custom resources and control loops that continuously converge actual state toward declared intent.
Own the operational Kubernetes path: CRD rollout, RBAC and admission, controller health, Helm packaging, deployment drift and incident diagnosis.
Design distributed workflows that operate correctly under eventual consistency, at-least-once delivery, concurrent writes and partial failure, with idempotency and safe recovery as fundamental properties.
Design stable APIs, schemas and data models used across team boundaries, including versioning and backwards compatibility.
Develop patterns for multi-tenant infrastructure platforms, including tenant isolation, authorization, policy enforcement and safe automation boundaries.
Establish strong approaches to testing, observability and change safety for software that changes live infrastructure.
Improve software delivery practices through automated CI gates, versioned artifacts, controlled promotion, and safe deployment and recovery strategies.
Lead complex migrations and modernization of existing automation, services and data models, evaluating when components should be evolved, replaced or rewritten, and ensuring safe coexistence, behavioral compatibility and retirement of legacy paths.
Drive technical alignment across software engineering, networking, operations and architecture teams; lead decisions within your area of accountability, contribute constructively to decisions owned by others, and make technology choices based on long-term company and product value.
Mentor engineers, lead technical and design reviews, and raise software engineering standards across the wider organization.
What
we're
looking for
Must have
Deep expertise in a backend language such as Python, Go, Rust or Java, including asynchronous concurrency, static typing, data modelling and validation, API development, packaging and tooling.
Strong experience building Kubernetes controllers or operators, including custom resources and reconciliation/control-loop patterns.
Strong experience building event-driven distributed systems, particularly eventual consistency, at-least-once delivery, idempotency, optimistic concurrency and partial-failure handling.
Experience designing and building self-service, multi-tenant platforms, including tenant isolation, policy and access control.
Strong API and schema design skills, including versioning and schema evolution for interfaces consumed by other teams and systems.
Demonstrated technical leadership across team boundaries, including driving architectural designs, building agreement among senior technical stakeholders and mentoring other engineers.
A track record of taking ambiguous, technically complex problems from architecture through to reliable production systems that manage large-scale infrastructure, such as networks, compute or cloud resources.
Nice to have
Networking fundamentals, particularly BGP, IP fabrics and VXLAN/EVPN/L3VPN.
Working knowledge of Go, sufficient to understand and contribute to adjacent services and controllers.
Experience designing testing and observability strategies for production infrastructure automation, including systems and backends that cannot be fully reproduced in CI.
Experience with graph databases, or with source-of-truth systems that model infrastructure and its relationships.
The impact
You will help establish the architecture and engineering practices behind a new generation of network automation, moving from individual scripts and specialist-driven workflows toward declarative, model-driven and reliable platforms.
At Staff level, your impact is expected to extend beyond the code you personally deliver. You will help shape the APIs and designs other teams build on, develop other engineers, and establish technical patterns that can be reused across multiple network domains and services.
Please note, Sony Interactive Entertainment conducts background checks at the offer stage for all new employees (which may include criminal background checks for some roles) and will need to process personal information to support these checks.

You will own customer interactions from initial inquiry through resolution, ensuring customers feel heard, supported, and valued. Your focus will be on building trust, resolving concerns, preventing avoidable churn, and strengthening long-term customer relationships.
This role goes beyond traditional customer support. You will proactively understand customer needs, identify opportunities to improve their experience, and use customer insights and operational data to help increase satisfaction and customer retention.

Our customer operations run 24/7 to support customers across different markets and time zones.

Shift assignments may change based on business needs, team coverage, and operational requirements. Candidates must therefore be flexible and willing to move between shifts when required.
This role is onsite in Islamabad and requires reliable attendance according to the assigned shift schedule.

Proactively identify customer concerns, churn risks, and friction points, taking appropriate action to strengthen retention and lifetime value.
Own customer issues end-to-end, investigating complex cases, resolving concerns effectively, and escalating high-priority matters when required.
Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions, resolutions, feedback, and relevant insights to ensure clear cross-functional visibility.
Identify recurring customer issues, trends, and feedback, translating insights into actionable opportunities to improve the customer journey.
Partner with Customer Success, Operations, Marketing, Product, and other teams to resolve complex customer needs and address root causes.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that reduce customer friction, strengthen service quality, and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Customer Experience, or a related function, preferably within US/UK retail or e-commerce.
Proven experience driving customer retention, loyalty, relationship management, and overall customer satisfaction.
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to handle complex, sensitive, and high-impact customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate root causes, exercise sound judgment, and drive effective resolutions.
Hands-on experience with CRM and customer support platforms, with Gorgias preferred; familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce ecosystems is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, 24/7 environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining service quality and accountability.
Highly adaptable and customer-focused, with strong ownership, follow-through, and the ability to work across assigned shifts while delivering against CSAT, response quality, resolution, and retention KPIs.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.

An overview of this role
As a Staff Renewals Operations Manager at GitLab, you'll help own the operational engine that makes renewals predictable, measurable, and efficient at scale. Reporting to the Director of CX Operations, you'll be the Renewals team's go-to business partner for processes, tooling, forecasting and insights, consumption and subscription data, and the steps required to quote and close a renewal. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. You'll lead through ownership and influence, connecting teams and workflows, turning ambiguous problems into clear next steps, and driving improvements that others across the revenue organization depend on.
What you'll do
Own and continuously improve the end-to-end renewal operating model; from renewal identification, assignment through risk management, quoting, through to close and post-renewal data hygiene processes.
Develop and improve the operating cadences that guide the renewal business, with a focus on efficiency and process improvement.
Define, maintain, and evolve retention reporting with cross-functional partners, including gross and net retention, churn and downgrade analysis, and the drivers behind each.
Partner with Revenue Technology, Revenue Analytics, Finance, and other stakeholders to improve Salesforce and the systems and data flows supporting customer relationship management (CRM), subscription and entitlement records, quoting, orders, billing, and reporting. Translate business needs into requirements, validate solutions, and strengthen data quality and operational controls.
Simplify and scale the renewal motion through automation, standardized workflows, alerts, playbooks, and self-service insights that reduce manual effort and improve execution consistency.
Support renewals planning and capacity management, including segmentation implementation, coverage models, productivity assumptions, capacity modeling, supporting target setting, and scenario planning.
Own and mature the Renewal Operations case-management program, including intake, triage, routing, service-level visibility, resolution, and root-cause analysis. Requests may include user migrations, de-duplication, Renewal Manager ownership changes, compensation exceptions, and Salesforce or data issues.
Raise the operating standard in your domain by documenting processes, mentoring others on how the renewal motion works, and contributing to broader Revenue Operations initiatives that need the renewals perspective.
What you'll bring
Experience in Renewals Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, management consulting, strategy, or a similar analytical and problem-solving role, with ownership of operational improvements and cross-functional initiatives.
Hands-on experience with both consumption and subscription renewal motions, including renewal forecasting, retention reporting, and the contractual and process mechanics that govern how renewals close.
Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills. You can break down ambiguous problems into clear workstreams and move them forward.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills. You're highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, can build and validate models from scratch, and can translate analysis into clear recommendations and action. Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) or equivalent data-querying tools is preferred, not required.
Systems thinking and experience using Salesforce for pipeline and renewals reporting. You understand how changes in one part of the go-to-market motion affect others, including how CRM, subscription or entitlement records, quoting, and billing relate to one another, and you design solutions accordingly.
Sound commercial judgment and an understanding of renewal complexity, including co-terming, amendments, expansions, downgrades, price changes, multiyear agreements, auto-renewals, procurement requirements, and approval policies.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You build trust with stakeholders at all levels, including field teams and senior leadership, and influence without direct authority.
Curiosity, sound judgment, and a bias toward action. You learn new domains and tools quickly, move from insight to implementation, and follow through until improvements are adopted and sustained.
About the team
You'll work within CX Operations, partnering closely with Renewals and Customer Success leadership, Sales, Finance, Revenue Technology, and Revenue Analytics. These partnerships connect renewal execution with the processes, systems, and data that support it. In GitLab's all-remote, values-driven environment, documentation, iteration, and cross-functional partnership are core to how you'll work.

Customer Technical Advisor:
Build trusted relationships with customer technical stakeholders across data engineering, analytics, AI, infrastructure, platform, security, application, and operations teams. Guide customers toward informed architecture decisions.
PoC Ownership and Delivery:
Plan and conduct customer PoCs from initial scope through final technical review. Agree on success criteria, design and deploy the solution, integrate the required data stack components, build representative use cases, run functional and performance tests, troubleshoot issues, document results, and drive the PoC to a clear outcome and production plan.
Customer Success Beyond the Win:
Partner with Customer Engineering, Product Management, and Engineering to help customers move from PoC to production and expand adoption across additional workloads and teams.
Ecosystem, Enablement & Field Operations
Cloud-Native and Kubernetes Guidance:
Provide technical leadership on Kubernetes, containers, automation, and deployment patterns across private, public, and hybrid cloud environments.
Solution Integration:
Work with customer teams and technology partners to integrate data sources, ingestion and streaming tools, processing and analytics engines, AI platforms, identity systems, observability tools, and infrastructure components.
Technical Presentations and Enablement:
Deliver architecture presentations, whiteboard sessions, demonstrations, workshops, and technical enablement for customers, partners, and internal teams.
RFP, RFI, and Technical Response Support:
Lead or contribute to technical responses covering the full data platform, including architecture, integrations, security, scalability, performance, and operational requirements.
Product Intelligence & Market Expertise
Product and Engineering Feedback:
Capture customer requirements, PoC findings, integration needs, and field feedback. Work with Product and Engineering teams to resolve gaps and inform priorities.
Competitive and Market Expertise:
Stay current on object storage, data lakehouse, AI infrastructure, analytics, Kubernetes, cloud, and competing data platforms. Explain technical differentiation in the context of customer use cases.
Your Skills and Experience:
