HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
MARKETING OPS IS ONE OF ALAN'S HIGHEST-LEVERAGE FUNCTIONS.
It sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, data, and technology — turning systems into growth engines and ensuring every touchpoint with prospects and members is timely, relevant, and scalable.
Alan is growing fast across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. But today we're leaving value on the table. On the prospect side, we drive more traffic but can't convert it properly: no scoring, no intelligent routing, no nurturing that adapts to buying intent. On the member side, messaging is one of our primary touchpoints for engagement, retention, and trust — yet nobody operates it strategically. Personalization stays shallow, communication pressure goes unmonitored, and shipping a message often means filing an engineering ticket.
We need Marketing Ops leaders who can architect scalable systems, operate them strategically, and progressively embed AI into workflows — to raise quality, reduce manual execution, and unlock growth without scaling headcount linearly.
⭐️ THE MARKETING OPS JOB ⭐️
We are hiring two Marketing Operations Managers, each embedded in a different crew:
- Growth Infrastructure — focused on prospect acquisition: building a unified lead engine that captures, scores, routes, and nurtures across all channels
- Product Platform — focused on member lifecycle messaging: operating Alan's messaging stack as a scalable service across 1.7M+ profiles
Both roles share the same DNA: strong marketing ops fundamentals, data fluency, a product mindset, and the ability to be both hands-on and strategic. Crew placement will be determined based on the candidate's experience, interests, and fit during the hiring process.
Why is this role interesting?
- Speed: marketing, product, and sales teams ship campaigns and messages confidently — Marketing Ops turns bottlenecks into force multipliers across every crew
- Trust: clean data, governed attributes, proper segmentation, and enforced rules mean the right person gets the right message at the right time
- Scale: as we grow to millions of members across multiple countries, we need operators who keep our platforms clean and the user experience protected — without scaling headcount linearly
- AI at the frontier: this isn't a maintenance role — you'll identify high-priority use cases for AI agents, train and refine them to a senior marketer's quality bar, and drive real adoption
What will you do with us?
You'll be a partnership with marketers — not a service desk. You'll partner closely with engineers, data, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders (PMMs, sales, growth, product) within a PM-Tech duo crew model.
Regardless of crew, you will own a core set of capabilities:
- Marketing Automation & CRM: own and optimize our marketing stack (Customer.io http://Customer.io, CRM integrations); build automations that enable marketers to launch campaigns independently, at scale, across all geos
- Data Model & Governance: maintain CRM data quality, attribute/event design, and database hygiene as a sustained practice
- Segmentation & Lifecycle Design: design and maintain lifecycle stages, segmentation logic, routing rules, and re-engagement flows across multiple audiences and geos
- Nurturing Infrastructure: own the nurturing stack and campaign processes; make launches autonomous and compliant
- AI-First Operations: identify, build, and refine AI agents for email copywriting, lead scoring, next-best-action recommendations, and content generation — making marketers AI-powered, not replacing them
- Performance Monitoring: track the full funnel from first touchpoint to conversion; identify leakage and prioritize from data
- Documentation & Enablement: create playbooks, train teams on tools and processes, reduce the marginal cost of new campaigns
Then, depending on your crew:
Growth Infrastructure — you'll build a unified lead engine (no more tool-by-tool silos), design lead scoring and routing models, crack multi-channel activation (email, WhatsApp, Voice AI), build AI agents that pre-qualify and enrich leads, and maintain a live feedback loop with BDRs, AEs, and Inbound Sales.
Product Platform — you'll operate Customer.io http://Customer.io and back-end triggered emails as one governed system, monitor communication pressure and enforce channel rules, define and enforce recipient lifecycle paths, drive 100% Design Studio adoption, and co-own outbound messaging strategy with PMMs and product teams.
By your first year, we'll know it worked when:
- At least one AI agent is in production on a key use case (email nurturing, lead categorization, content generation), with a second scoped or live, and adoption is real
- Any marketer or product Alaner can launch a campaign or ship a message without bottlenecking through ops or engineering
- CRM data model, attributes, and segments are properly owned, documented, and clean — the data we see is data we can act on
- Every contact has a documented path through our messaging — segmentation is sharp, messaging is relevant, and pressure is monitored
- Marketing's contribution to acquisition and engagement is visible and quantifiable, from first touch to conversion
⭐️ IS IT YOU WE ARE LOOKING FOR? ⭐️
You'll be a great fit for this opportunity if you:
- Have 5+ years in Marketing operations, growth ops, CRM ops, lifecycle marketing, or lead generation in a tech environment (B2B, B2C, or B2B2C)
- Have hands-on experience managing marketing automation platforms at scale (Customer.io http://Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Have a strong understanding of CRM data models — attribute/event design and data hygiene as a sustained practice
- Can frame and implement processes for lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and personalization
- Have a product knack: you can define what's not working, identify what to build next, and see problems as opportunities to bring more value
- Bring data fluency and analytical rigor: you read platform and campaign data, surface anomalies, and draw business insights
- Can be both hands-on and think strategically — you drive the big picture while staying close to execution
- Have strong stakeholder management skills — you'll partner daily with engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams
- Can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
- Communicate with excellent written and spoken English
- Are impact-driven with a strong bias towards improving processes
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0-D level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

Our vision:

Co-Create Success Plans & Workflows:
Build scalable and highly digestible Success Plans that capture the client's transformational vision and a measurable roadmap to build it out.
Play Offense:
Actively hunt for expansion paths within your portfolio. You will not wait for renewals to talk about growth; instead, you will proactively identify new teams to land, pitch advanced AI use cases, and systematically build a high-velocity expansion pipeline in lockstep with Sales.
Commercial Growth & Retention:
Meet individual Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets by proactively identifying expansion opportunities, mapping customer growth plans, and mitigating churn risks early.
Operational Excellence:
You will continuously iterate on processes, develop new workflow playbooks, and share documented learnings across the broader organization.
Your Qualifications:
Proven GTM Track Record:
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Consulting roles within the SaaS space, with a verified track record of managing $1M+ ARR accounts.

Proven expertise in guiding large-scale organizations through complex software rollouts and operational transformations by mapping and navigating stakeholder management and building internal Centers of Excellence (COEs).
Executive Presence & Storytelling:
Highly polished communication skills with a proven capability to establish radical trust, navigate political dynamics, and present quantified business value/ROI to C-suite and VP-level technology leaders.
Commercial Acumen & C-Suite Framing:
A proven history of partnering with Sales to build joint account plans, identify upsell opportunities, and guide customers through complex buying cycles. You possess a deep understanding of enterprise procurement processes and are highly skilled at framing the business and operational value of a product to C-level audiences, translating technical features into hard cost savings, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
Workflow Consulting Expertise:
Ability to run structured, outcome-led Workflow Discoveries and reverse demos to map customer business processes directly into Wrike and identify adjacent opportunities.

Strong literacy and hands-on experience embedding practical Generative AI tools into daily operations.
Standout Qualities:

You have deep domain expertise in one or more core industry verticals (e.g., Marketing, Creative Agencies, PMOs) and can build reusable workflow playbooks for the team.
Certified Change Management Coach:
You have experience guiding organizations through large-scale software rollouts and operational change management.
Certified Project Manager:
You hold a recognized industry certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) and possess a formal understanding of project management methodologies to easily translate complex client workflows into structured, high-performing configurations.
Peer Mentor:
You naturally seek opportunities to mentor junior team members, share best practices, and contribute to the collective enablement of the Customer Success organization.
Team Dynamics:
You will join a high-performing, collaborative EMEA Customer Success team that values transparency, continuous learning, and collective growth. We work cross-functionally, sharing insights across Sales, Product, Renewals, and Support to ensure our customers have a unified experience. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:

- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're building a dedicated Strategic Accounts team to own ElevenLabs' most important customer relationships across Singapore, and we're looking for a high-impact Strategic Account Executive to be among the first hires.
This is a named-account role with a focused portfolio. You'll drive new business and expansion inside complex enterprise organizations across Singapore — building multi-threaded executive relationships and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders navigating real transformation across customer experience, product, and operations.
These aren't transactional engagements. You'll architect custom solutions that combine our technology and services, collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes, and bring field intelligence directly into our product roadmap. The region is early-stage for ElevenLabs — you're not just executing a playbook, you're writing it.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Own and grow a focused portfolio of strategic accounts for Singapore, driving both net-new business and expansion
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies across business units, geographies, and use cases — spanning enterprise segments such as FSI, Telco, technology, e-commerce, and government-linked corporations
- Identify, scope, and close large, complex deals (multi-product, multi-region, custom solutions), including in-country data residency requirements and private deployment configurations
- Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across executive, product, engineering, and business stakeholders — navigating both HQ and regional decision-making structures
- Act as a strategic advisor, educating on emerging AI voice trends and shaping customers' long-term AI roadmap in markets with rapidly evolving regulatory and procurement landscapes
- Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and FDE (Forward Deployed Engineering) to deliver and expand — coordinating closely with the Singapore-based team
- Translate patterns from bespoke deals into repeatable frameworks, offerings, and product insights relevant to the APAC market
- Feed learnings from the field — including localisation needs, compliance requirements, and competitive dynamics — into the product roadmap and broader strategic sales playbook
- Drive creative outbound and high-touch engagement strategies: executive briefings, onsites, regional events, and relationship-based approaches suited to North Asia and Singapore enterprise culture
REQUIREMENTS
- 6–10+ years of quota-carrying experience with a focus on strategic or enterprise accounts in Singapore
- Proven track record of closing and expanding seven-figure+ deals within named accounts
- Experience leading complex, multi-threaded sales cycles across large regional organizations with layered approval processes
- Strong ability to drive land-and-expand motions and long-term account growth, including navigating renewal and expansion cycles in relationship-driven markets
- Experience scoping consultative, custom deals that go beyond standard SKUs — including private deployment, on-premise, or VPC-based architectures for regulated customers
- Technical fluency — able to engage product and engineering leaders on APIs, integrations, architecture, and data security requirements
- Executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and shape long-term AI strategy
- Track record of translating customer needs into product feedback and roadmap influence, especially in markets with distinct localisation requirements
- Creative, self-driven approach to outbound and pipeline generation — comfortable operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment and building playbooks from scratch
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer engagements across the region (onsites, QBRs, executive meetings)
- Strong bias toward action, ownership, and leveraging AI in day-to-day workflows
- Fluency in English additional regional language proficiency is a strong plus
- Experience selling into Southeast Asian markets is strongly preferred
Location
Candidate must be located within Singapore.

THE ROLE AND ITS IMPACT
This newly created role establishes and leads capability development in Product & Technology, working alongside our engineering, product, design, security, and data science teams. You'll partner with leaders to architect frameworks that enable specialists to evolve their skills ahead of industry trends - solving a real business challenge: helping our 2,600+ P&T professionals grow faster, stay engaged, and accelerate their careers.
Through close collaboration with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll build a high-performance capability culture aligned with our company strategy. You'll move beyond standard training delivery, focusing instead on measurable outcomes like delivery velocity, retention, internal mobility, and how quickly new hires reach full capability. In doing this, you'll serve as a competitive advantage and embed growth directly into how we operate.
THE TEAM AND HOW THEY CONNECT
You'll join the Product & Technology Learning and Development team, a small, agile group within our broader Organisation Development function. The team fosters an inclusive environment built on psychological safety, transparency, and curiosity. You'll partner closely with other Product & Technology L&D specialists and collaborate with senior leaders across Product, Design, Engineering, and People Experience to identify capability gaps and design solutions that stick.
THE TEAM IS CURRENTLY WORKING ON
- Building the Capability Framework for Product & Technology, mapping technical and behavioural skills aligned with business OKRs
- Designing upskilling programmes around AI/ML and emerging technologies - staying ahead of what the tech stack demands
- Creating internal mobility pathways that help talent progress across different teams, disciplines, and career stages
- Establishing success metrics beyond completion rates: delivery velocity, internal mobility rate, retention, time-to-productivity, and eNPS
WHERE AND HOW YOU CAN WORK
This hybrid role can be based in Australia (Sydney or Melbourne preferred) or New Zealand. We work flexibly - some time in office based on work to be delivered. You'll have access to office spaces in Sydney, Melbourne, as well as Auckland and Wellington. You'll interact regularly with teams across these regions, with most of our engineering talent based in Auckland, Wellington, and Melbourne. We offer boost days twice a week, to bring teams together when it matters most.
HERE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You bring solid experience building or managing capability programmes, frameworks, or skill development initiatives - ideally within tech, SaaS, or high-growth organisations where you've seen programmes scale
- You understand the technical landscape enough to partner effectively: software development lifecycle, engineering trajectories, product management disciplines, AI/ML, and emerging tech all make sense to you
- You can influence without authority; build trust quickly with technical stakeholders; and navigate competing priorities with strong interpersonal skills and strategic thinking
- Your approach is grounded in data and outcomes: you measure what matters (velocity, retention, mobility, time-to-productivity, eNPS), not just participation rates, and connect learning interventions to real business impact
- You Go Together by partnering effectively across functions - collaborating with senior technical leaders, People Experience, and Group OD to build cohesive capability strategies
- You bring genuine curiosity about how emerging technologies shape capability needs, with a Go Fast mindset that balances rigorous programme design with agility to iterate based on feedback
APPLY EVEN IF YOUR EXPERIENCE ISN'T A PERFECT MATCH!
At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We're looking for a strategic Staff Web Growth Marketing Manager who combines deep expertise in web growth marketing with a hands-on execution mindset. This role is responsible for defining and driving the strategy for our highest-impact web experiences while independently leading complex initiatives from concept through launch, experimentation, optimization, and measurement.
As a senior individual contributor, you'll operate as the company's subject matter expert for web growth, partnering closely with Web Design, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and executive stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, influence priorities, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Success in this role requires balancing long-term strategic thinking with a willingness to dive deep into execution. You'll establish scalable frameworks for experimentation, measurement, and operational excellence while remaining closely connected to the work – writing requirements, analyzing data, launching experiments, and continuously improving customer experiences.
This is a hybrid full-time position based out of our Philadelphia office, with two days per week in the office.
Technologies You’ll Use
Webflow, Sanity, Optimizely, Google Analytics (GA4), Amplitude, Looker, Microsoft Clarity, Jira, Figma, and Excel/Gsheets.
What You’ll Do
Define the long-term web growth strategy across Fivetran.com, getdbt.com, and other high-impact web experiences. Align initiatives with company objectives, user needs, and measurable business outcomes.
Own high-impact web growth initiatives end-to-end, from strategic planning and requirements gathering through launch, optimization, and performance analysis. Partner with Web Design and Engineering to translate plans into real experiences.
Drive alignment across complex and ambiguous initiatives by balancing business impact, user experience, technical feasibility, and organizational priorities to make informed decisions and move work forward.
Write comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs) to translate vision into strategic implementation plans that align cross-functional teams and accelerate execution.
Leverage behavioral analytics, user research, and market trends to identify opportunities, optimize user journeys, and inform strategic decisions.
Develop and execute experimentation roadmaps across critical user journeys, including the Homepage, Navigation, Pricing, Signup, and other high-impact experiences to improve acquisition, conversion, and pipeline.
Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand, Product, Analytics, and executive stakeholders to influence priorities and deliver cohesive web experiences.
Identify emerging opportunities in AI, personalization, and web technologies, influencing roadmap direction and investment decisions that accelerate long-term business growth.
Mentor teammates and serve as a recognized subject matter expert, raising the strategic, operational, and execution maturity of the broader web and marketing organization.
