HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐THE PRODUCT LEAD ROLE ⭐
The Product Lead for Armenia will drive Alan's product strategy and execution in supporting the transformation of healthcare in Armenia. This role involves leading dedicated product teams (designers, engineers) while coordinating with global product areas and a local operations team to deliver on Alan's contractual obligations and member experience goals.
📈KEY OUTCOMES📈
1. Develop and execute a product strategy that serves both the government's public health objectives and the members' experience, supporting our targets in terms of coverage rollout, member satisfaction, and operational reliability under the concession's contractual commitments.
2. Lead product crews to deliver product enhancements and new features, demonstrating effective leadership and prioritization across parallel workstreams with shared dependencies.
3. Collaborate with global product areas to ensure the Armenian system benefits from global innovations, adapting them as necessary to fit the B2G model and local healthcare context.
4. Partner with the local operations team, government relations, customer care, and the national health IT platform to align product development with operational readiness and regulatory expectations.
5. Implement data-driven decision-making processes, utilizing analytics to inform product strategy and measure the impact of product changes on member access, operational efficiency, and government trust.
6. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team, encouraging experimentation and learning from both successes and failures.
⭐IS IT WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR?⭐
️
YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT AT ALAN IF YOU HAVE:
- At least 10 years of experience in a product-related role (Product Manager, Founder, Business strategy) with a track record of delivering complex systems at scale.
- A history of working on software products that delight users in a fast-paced environment from ideation to release.
- Proven experience in product management, ideally involving B2G, public sector, or regulated environments where the end user and the paying entity are different stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable product strategies under high uncertainty and political sensitivity.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders ranging from engineers to government officials.
- Fluent in English. Proficiency in Armenian is a strong plus.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or government services is a plus, but not required.
- (As a plus) Ability to work with distributed teams and coordinate efforts across different geographical locations.
We are looking for someone who wants to build something meaningful from the ground up, with a high level of ownership and a lot of room to shape the role.
We hire people, not roles. If this opportunity speaks to you, we would love to hear from you.
Location: New York; New Jersey
Workplace: hybrid
About the Role:
The hiring problem you'd be solving
We build AI systems that enterprises run their business on. Production systems inside banks, insurers, and health systems, where our engineers embed with the client, learn the work, and own the outcome. We call them Forward Deployed Engineers and Forward Deployed Executives. These people hold design conversations with a Chief Data Officer on Tuesday and ship to production next Monday.
We are hiring a Recruiter to help us scale our FDE/FDX, Product, and GTM teams. Beyond filling roles, you will help build the community around Provectus. You'd own our US talent community strategy.
Five open reqs at a time, none of them generic. We would rather you run five properly than twenty badly.
Location:
Hybrid, New York: 2-3 days onsite
Type:
Full-time (W2) or contract
What You'll Do:
Full-cycle hiring across the US
for Forward Deployed Engineers (software, AI/ML, architects, leads), Forward Deployed Executives, Product Owners, and Business Development Managers. Intake to offer.
Direct sourcing
as the primary channel. LinkedIn, GitHub, community channels, referrals. Passive candidates doing the most consequential AI work, not the ones already looking. You'll build and keep the talent maps for these profiles in financial services, insurance, healthcare, and life sciences.
Partnership with the hiring managers.
You'll run calibration with them and bring market data when a scorecard doesn't match what exists.
Architect and execute Provectus's talent community strategy in the US.
Meetups, workshops, hackathons, university programs, and the AI/ML communities our candidates actually spend time in, so the engineers we want know who we are before we reach out. You don't need to have run events before. You need to want to help with that, and there's a budget and support from marketing when you do.
The US hiring picture.
Talent market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and how we position Provectus against the companies competing for the same engineers.
What you'll bring:
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally somewhere technical, fast-moving, or consulting-shaped
Proven track record hiring senior technical profiles — AI/ML engineers, software engineers, architects, or consulting leaders
Direct sourcing as a real skill. You can build a market map from scratch and write outreach a senior engineer actually answers.
You already use AI in your own workflow. Come ready to show us what and how. This is one place where being early in your career is often an advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized and comfortable with ambiguity in a distributed, global team
Based in the New York / New Jersey area and able to be onsite [2-3] days a week
Nice to have:
experience at a consultancy or embedded delivery model, GTM or sales hiring, prior event or community building.
Where this goes:
This is a growing US function. The person who does this well takes on more of the community mandate, more senior searches, and a path toward owning the US talent function. We'll talk about that trajectory.
What We Offer:
Direct impact on Provectus's growth in the US market with direct visibility to leadership.
Access to the Provectus Learning Hub, Claude Code certification support, and access to Anthropic's frontier models as part of our Strategic Partnership
Collaborative culture that rewards ownership, curiosity, and continuous learning
B2B contract model or Full-time W2 model.
Base $120-150k. Final offer reflects experience, skills, and market data.
Health, vision, and dental insurance; 401(k) matching; unlimited vacation; 401(K) matching plan (in case W2).
About Provectus:
Provectus
is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner working at the front edge of applied AI. We help enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable outcomes through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory work. We focus on Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences, with offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
Hiring process:
30-minute intro call with Head of Talent Acquisition
60-minute deep dive into your experience and a conversation about one of our live reqs and how you'd approach that market
30-minute call with a Head of People Operations
On-site meeting with the CEO
Location: Berlin, Germany; Helsinki, Finland; Stockholm, Sweden
About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Who We Are
Global Marts builds the technology behind DoorDash's own grocery and retail operations across DashMart, Wolt Market, and Deliveroo Hop.
Our systems decide what products our stores stock, how much inventory to purchase, which vendors to source from, how warehouses execute orders, and what prices customers see.
We build everything from forecasting and replenishment systems to vendor management, warehouse execution, labor scheduling, space optimization, and pricing. Our in-house forecasting platform has replaced third-party solutions and now powers production globally.
This isn't a traditional CRUD backend environment. Much of our work involves designing new systems that solve complex operational problems at global scale.
What You'll Do
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll work primarily with Go or Kotlin and take end-to-end ownership of production systems and complex technical initiatives.
You'll:
Design, build, and operate backend systems that support inventory, purchasing, warehouse operations, pricing, and fulfillment.
Own technical solutions from problem definition and design through implementation, deployment, monitoring, and production operation.
Work on data-heavy systems where software engineering meets forecasting, optimization, and operational decision-making.
Turn complex and sometimes ambiguous business problems into pragmatic, scalable technical solutions.
Make and influence architectural decisions, balancing scalability, reliability, development speed, and long-term maintainability.
Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, data scientists, and operations teams to shape solutions and technical direction.
Improve the reliability, observability, scalability, and operational excellence of the systems you own.
Support and raise the engineering standards of the team through technical discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
Use AI-assisted development tools effectively while applying strong engineering judgment to validate their output, improve development velocity, and identify opportunities where AI can create additional leverage.
How We Work
Autonomy & Ownership:
Engineers have end-to-end responsibility for their services, from design and implementation to production and on-call.
Collaboration:
Architecture and technical direction are shaped together. Senior engineers are expected to contribute actively to decisions and help others arrive at strong solutions.
Scalability & Simplicity:
We value pragmatic solutions that solve today's problems while providing a sustainable foundation for tomorrow.
Impact:
We work closely with Product, Data Science, and Operations, connecting technical decisions directly to real-world retail and operational outcomes.
Our Tech Stack
Our primary backend languages are Go and Kotlin.
We also use Kafka, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Snowflake, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, gRPC, GitHub Actions, and modern cloud infrastructure.
You don't need experience with every technology in our stack. We're more interested in strong backend and distributed systems fundamentals and your ability to learn and make sound technical decisions.
Our Humble Expectations
We're looking for engineers who:
Have strong experience designing, building, and operating production backend systems.
Have professional experience with Go, Kotlin, or another modern backend language.
Have experience owning services end-to-end, including design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, reliability, and production operations.
Have strong knowledge of backend and distributed systems fundamentals, including APIs, databases, asynchronous processing, failure handling, testing, and observability.
Are comfortable working with data-heavy systems and technologies such as Kafka, Snowflake, or similar streaming and data infrastructure.
Can navigate ambiguous problems, break them into actionable steps, make appropriate technical trade-offs, and deliver incrementally.
Can influence technical decisions beyond their immediate tasks and collaborate effectively with engineers and cross-functional partners.
Communicate technical concepts and decisions clearly and concisely.
Use AI-assisted development tools effectively in their everyday engineering workflow while critically evaluating generated solutions and taking full ownership of the resulting code and technical decisions.
Look for opportunities to use AI to improve engineering productivity and solve problems more effectively, while understanding where human engineering judgment remains essential.
Nice to Have
Experience in one or more of the following is a plus:
Forecasting, optimization, scheduling, recommendation, or decisioning systems.
Grocery, retail, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse technology.
ERP, vendor management, procurement, or workforce management integrations.
Replacing third-party or legacy platforms with internally built systems.
High-throughput event-driven or streaming architectures.
Why Join Us?
You'll help build the technology that powers DoorDash's global grocery and retail business, solving complex operational challenges across inventory, forecasting, fulfillment, pricing, and supply chain.
You'll have significant ownership over the systems you build and the opportunity to influence technical direction while working closely with experienced engineers, product managers, data scientists, and operations teams across multiple markets.
📍 This role is based in our tech hub in Helsinki or Stockholm. We work in distributed teams, but may not be able to support fully remote work or relocation.
Next Steps
We're reviewing applications on an ongoing basis, so don't wait to apply. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

And beyond.
⭐ YOUR MISSION
We are building Alan's Care function in Saudi Arabia, and you will be the person who makes sure every member trusts Alan when they need us most. You'll build the function from zero: process, tooling, quality bar, then scale it, while handling the conversations that matter most yourself.
Founding the function
- Handle directly the member contacts that stay in-house: admin requests, escalations, complex cases.
- Write the scripts, guidelines, and documentation that make Care work in Saudi from day one.
- Shape the operating model on the ground together with the GM Saudi and the global Care community: opening hours, shift coverage, tooling setup (Intercom and others), and how traffic splits between in-house and externalized support.
What success looks like: a documented, working Care operation that can pass regulatory scrutiny and handle real member conversations from launch.
Owning quality on externalized support
- Own the quality bar for everything we externalize: review calls and tickets in Arabic, coach our outsourcing partner's agents, and close the loop between what members experience and what we improve.
What success looks like: externalized conversations meet Alan's quality bar, and gaps get caught and fixed before they become member complaints.
Owning regulatory accountability
- Own the complaint-handling policy and the regulatory SLAs on complaints.
- Prepare the documentation and readiness for the Insurance Authority inspection.
What success looks like: Alan passes Insurance Authority inspection with a clear, accountable answer on every complaint-handling question asked.
You won't be building this alone. You'll have the full support of Alan's global Care Ops team on process design, tooling, forecasting, and planning, the same team behind our Care launches in France, Belgium, and Canada. You bring the on-the-ground execution and Arabic-language expertise; they bring the playbooks and cross-market experience.
👀 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You are a founding operator. You've built an operational function from scratch before, or you're ready to do it for the first time with real ownership.
- You are hands-on in ambiguity. You're happy to answer tickets yourself on day one while designing the system in parallel. Some decisions on coverage model and tooling are still being finalized, and you'll help make them.
- You are AI-first. You're excited to work on automation and tooling, not just process.
- You lead with ownership and directness. You hold an outsourcing partner accountable to a quality bar without hesitation.
- You are genuinely energized by great customer experience. When a member is frustrated, you don't just close the ticket, you make sure they walk away feeling cared for.
- You understand the member's stakes. Ideally, you've seen pre-authorization, claims, or member frustration points up close, in health insurance, health services, or a comparable regulated environment.
⭐️ REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
Must-haves
- Saudi national.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written. Both are mandatory: Arabic for the QA work on Arabic-language conversations, English for collaboration with the global Care community and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable operating with significant ambiguity: building the system and doing the work at the same time.
- Strong ownership and directness, including holding an external partner accountable to a quality bar.
- Genuine interest in AI-first tooling and automation.
Nice-to-haves
- Health insurance, health services, or financial services background; understanding of pre-authorization, claims, and member frustration points in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience building or scaling an operational/support function from scratch.
- Familiarity with the Saudi regulatory environment (Insurance Authority requirements).
Level target: B1-C1 on Alan's level grid.
⭐ WHAT WE OFFER
- A world-class team to lean on: you won't be alone. You'll have the full support of Alan's global Care Ops team, and the full team's playbooks from launching Care in France, Belgium, and Canada.
- Real ownership and impact from day one, on a function you build yourself.
- As the team scales, this role has the potential to grow into leading a local team.

About the role
🤓
Data trust is becoming one of the most important challenges in the era of AI analytics.
Self-service analytics has always required strong foundations. Now, with the rise of LLMs and AI agents, the opportunity is bigger, but so is the risk. Pointing an AI assistant at a warehouse can create a false sense of precision if the underlying data model, definitions, documentation and ownership are not clear.
As a Data & AI Governance Specialist at seQura, you will help build the foundations that allow teams to find, trust, understand and apply data and AI safely, autonomously and responsibly.
You will work at the intersection of business, data, AI, legal, privacy and security teams, translating complex requirements into clear workflows, usable standards and technical solutions.
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
Collaborate with domain stewards and analysts to maintain a unified data dictionary, clear business metric definitions and AI model documentation.
Partner with Core Data, Data Science & AI, Business and Engineering teams to implement automated data quality checks across pipelines, health and performance monitoring dashboards/alerts.
Manage and improve the data catalog, AI model inventory and model registry so assets are organized, searchable, well documented and easy to understand.
Help Data Champions and AI Owners succeed by giving them clear templates, training, tooling and documentation rather than relying on manual approval gates.
Act as the operational bridge between Legal, Privacy, Security and Data & AI teams to support GDPR, SOC 2 and EU AI Act readiness.
Champion a culture where quality and responsible AI are collective responsibilities, supported by automation, ownership and practical enablement.
About the Data team
🧩

What we own
You will join the Data & AI Governance vertical, working closely with the Data Governance Lead, the wider Data & AI team and business stakeholders across seQura.
This team owns the foundations that make self-service analytics and responsible AI possible: metadata, documentation, ownership, quality standards, lineage, data and model discoverability, access governance and AI risk workflows.
How we work
Data is treated as a product
, with clear ownership, quality standards, and consumers.
Governance acts as an enablement layer
, rather than a blocker.
Self-service systems are prioritized
over manual approval processes.
Close collaboration with domain experts
helps turn business knowledge into reusable, trusted data assets.
What to expect in the next 90 days
🏁
Month 1
You will onboard into seQura’s Data & AI organization, understand how our data model, access groups and governance practices work today, and start researching the semantic layer foundations needed to support reliable AI-assisted analytics.

Strong communication skills across business stakeholders, technical data teams and legal or privacy teams.
Strong analytical ability to trace data quality issues back through pipelines, models or workflows and support root-cause resolution.
A self-service mindset: you prefer clear standards, automation and enablement over manual approval gates.
Nice to have:
Practical understanding of AI and ML lifecycles.
Experience with Generative AI application patterns.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
The Model Performance organization at Baseten is looking to hire our first Technical Program Manager. This is a zero-to-one role in a team that is responsible for building the core algorithms and methods that power Baseten’s high performance inference stack. You won't inherit an existing program framework, you'll build one from the ground up: the planning structure, execution processes, metrics and the cross-functional alignment that a fast-growing organization needs. Your contributions will directly impact how fast our performance R&D gets productized. If you can drive turning a set of ambitious but loosely defined initiatives into a predictable, well-governed program, this role is for you.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
Take a look at these blog posts written by members of our Model Performance team:
- How to build a day-0 API for Kimi K3 https://www.baseten.co/blog/how-to-build-a-day-zero-api-for-kimi-k3/
- How we built the new fastest API for GLM-5.2 https://www.baseten.co/blog/how-we-built-the-new-fastest-api-for-glm-52/
- Inference engineering for DeepSeek V4 Pro 0813 https://www.baseten.co/blog/inference-engineering-for-deepseek-v4-pro-0813/
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own execution across Model Performance's active project portfolio, freeing the team's technical leads to focus on technical direction rather than tracking.
- Design and stand up the planning structures, operating cadences, and status reporting mechanisms that best fits the team’s DNA.
- Coordinate model release and optimization programs end to end, including day-zero launches, sequencing the work across performance engineering, infra, and release stakeholders.
- Drive cross-team alignment as scope expands from Model Performance Core into Model APIs and the inference production stack (BIS).
- Surface risks and dependencies early, and keep leadership informed with clear, honest status.
- Partner with engineering leads to design team structures and ownership boundaries as the org scales.
REQUIREMENTS
- Deep technical program management experience - you're already running programs of this scope at an organization of similar or greater complexity.
- Experience program-managing model performance or inference optimization work - you understand how engines like vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, SGLang, or NVIDIA Dynamo fit into a production serving stack and can engage credibly with the engineers building on them.
- Demonstrated comfort with ambiguity and zero-to-one program building, not just executing an existing framework.
- Proven ability to influence without authority across engineers, managers, and leadership who don't report to you.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to make deeply technical programs legible to any audience.
- High agency decision making that demonstrates ownership, accountability and a strong desire to get things done.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience coordinating model release programs, including day-zero launches (ideally for large-scale models).
- Prior hands-on software engineering background.
- Deep learning performance optimization background, in training or inference, with inference preferred.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The AI Acceleration team’s mission is to make Perplexity the best place to build and ship software with AI agents. We build the infrastructure that engineers and agents rely on, and develop new ways for agents to write, test, review, and ship code. Our work helps teams move from an idea to production faster, without compromising quality or reliability.
We own the end-to-end development experience at Perplexity, from the environment where code is written to the systems that ship it to production. That includes local and cloud coding environments, build and test infrastructure, code review, and release management. We’re also building autonomous software development systems, where agents take on increasingly complex engineering work with explicit evaluation, verification, and safety controls. We own both the infrastructure these systems depend on and the workflows that make them useful.
As an AI Acceleration Engineer, you’ll turn emerging agent capabilities into dependable systems used across Perplexity. You’ll work directly with engineers to understand where development slows down, experiment with new approaches, and take promising ideas through to production. This role combines systems engineering, developer experience, and hands-on agent development, with a direct measure of success: helping teams spend less time on delivery overhead and more time building products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver the highest-impact opportunities to accelerate how Perplexity builds and ships software with AI.
- Work directly with engineering and business teams to understand their workflows, constraints, and bottlenecks, and build solutions that address how they actually work.
- Build and operate the infrastructure that engineers and agents depend on, including development environments, build and test systems, code review, and release tooling.
- Make our codebases, systems, and internal knowledge easier for agents to navigate, understand, and use through better tooling, interfaces, documentation, and context.
- Take agent-driven workflows from prototype to production, building the evaluations, verification, and controls needed to delegate increasingly complex engineering work safely.
- Improve delivery speed and software quality together. Measure the impact of your work on development time, review effort, and production reliability, and use those results to guide what comes next.
- Evaluate emerging models, tools, and approaches through hands-on experimentation. Turn the evidence into clear technical decisions, and drive adoption of the technologies that prove useful.
- Use AI extensively in your own engineering work, share what works, and help colleagues adopt effective practices. Partner with engineering leadership and recruiting to strengthen how we hire and develop engineers who work effectively with AI.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with substantial work in infrastructure, platform engineering, or developer productivity in technically complex environments.
- Daily, hands-on use of AI models and coding tools, with practical judgment about where they perform well, where they fail, and how to verify their output.
- Strong proficiency in one of the languages – Python, Go or Rust, along with the willingness to learn other languages as the work requires.
- Broad familiarity with the systems used by AI product and applied research teams, including cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, data pipelines, and ML tooling. You don’t need deep expertise in every layer, but you should understand how they fit together.
- An ability to understand how engineers and researchers across disciplines work, paired with curiosity about the needs of business and operations teams. You build tools around users’ actual workflows and constraints.
- A drive to make codebases, systems, and processes easier to understand, operate, and change. You look for ways to replace brittle workflows and implicit knowledge with clear interfaces and reliable automation.
- Sound technical judgment about when to experiment, when to commit, and when to ship a pragmatic solution. You can balance immediate delivery with investments that make future work faster and more reliable.
