ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Senior GRC Engineer (Security)
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Product Security
- Reports to: VP Product Security
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As Senior GRC Engineer (Security), you'll mature ICEYE's Security Governance, Risk and Compliance program across a multi-country, multi-regulator footprint, including Finland, Germany, Spain, Poland, the UK and Greece amongst others. ICEYE operates at the intersection of commercial space technology and sovereign defence, so our compliance posture (ISO 27001, NIS2, NIST, and national frameworks) has to be credible to customers who include governments and defence agencies. You'll be the person who keeps that posture accurate, current and audit-ready, maps client and national requirements to internal ICEYE requirements, as a senior individual contributor. This role will be working closely with all the ICEYE Security team domains, ICEYE IT, ICEYE product management and the Program Management Office, Engineering and Sales.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
The position will evolve according to the needs of the company and the growing team. Initially, the position has two main aspects, which are adjacent and many initiatives will cross both, especially in terms of overlapping requirements and compliance evidence:
- Product requirements and compliance:
- Ensure clients’ and their national security requirements are at all times clearly translated accurately to ICEYE internal requirements across product, IT, and other ICEYE functions, and we can clearly communicate those towards existing and new clients.
- Ensure ICEYE has evidence of fulfilling and complying with the requirements, preferably as compliance-as-code whenever possible.
- Support ICEYE’s Product, the Missions business line, PMO and Sales on client requirements. Produce material to support accreditation and acceptance requirements.
- Wider Iceye and regulatory compliance:
- Continuously improve ICEYE's ISO 27001 ISMS, including risk assessments, the risk register, Statement of Applicability, internal audits and certification/surveillance audit cycles.
- Track and operationalise NIS2, CRA and other EU product security obligations across ICEYE's in-scope entities, translating regulatory requirements into concrete policies, controls and evidence.
- Prepare clear, concise compliance and risk reporting for senior leadership, including status against certifications, audits and remediation plans.
- Maintain information security policies, standards and supporting documentation, ensuring they stay practical and enforceable rather than shelfware.
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for external auditors, certification bodies and regulators on GRC matters.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Eligible for being cleared for a Personal Security Clearance as necessary as well as a citizenship or a permanent residency in the European Union.
- Technical skills that allow you to interpret compliance requirements towards the product function; this includes being able to fluently discuss modern software architecture and development, deployment and release concepts.
- Proven hands-on experience running ISO 27001 (implementation, internal audit, or certification maintenance) in a real organisation, not just theoretical knowledge or external auditing experience.
- Working knowledge of NIS2, CRA, and how their obligations translate into practical controls and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence product management, engineering, IT, legal and leadership without formal authority.
- Experience building or maintaining a risk register and running quantified risk assessments.
- Comfortable operating independently across multiple countries and regulatory regimes.
- Awareness of emerging AI governance frameworks (ISO 42001, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, EU AI Act) as well as NIST frameworks
Nice to haves:
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor.
- Experience in defence, space, aerospace or another regulated/sovereign-sensitive industry.
- Exposure to classified information handling frameworks (EUCI, NATO equivalents, or national security clearance regimes).
- A well-rounded skillset of using language models for automation.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Initial screening call with Talent Acquisition
- Technical/competency interview with the VP Product Security
- Scenario-based exercise on requirements discovery, mapping and prioritisation
- Final interview with senior stakeholders including a behavioural interview

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
As an AV Production Specialist, you'll own the day-to-day operation of the event technology behind how Anthropic communicates — the all-hands, the executive presentations, the live broadcasts. You are the owner of these productions: accountable for their technical outcome from the moment a request arrives through to the follow-up after the room clears, and the technical partner our executives, events team, and communications partners rely on to make them land.
This is an operations role with engineering depth behind it. You'll work across the same technology stack as our broadcast engineering practice with your center of gravity in execution and service. You'll keep our event spaces in a state of readiness through preventative maintenance, and be the calm, capable presence that executives, comms partners, and event producers learn to trust. Your work directly enables the collaboration and transparency that advance our AI safety mission.
Responsibilities
Live Event Production & Run-of-Show
Own the technical execution of live and hybrid events, from small executive presentations to company-wide all-hands broadcasts reaching thousands of participants
Serve as technical director for live productions across the full range, up to and including executive presentations and company-wide broadcasts Operate production systems during live events including video switchers, audio consoles, camera systems, playback, and streaming encoders
Build and run the technical run-of-show: cue sheets, source lists, rehearsal schedules, and backup plans
Direct contractors and onsite technicians during productions, delegating clearly under time pressure
Troubleshoot and escalate complex production issues with clear diagnostic context
Communicate status, risk, and resolution to non-technical stakeholders in clear, calm, jargon-free language
Handle confidentiality and access requirements for sensitive sessions, including recording and streaming controls
Event Intake, Scoping & Scheduling
Own the event technology intake process end-to-end: request triage, technical scoping conversations, and staffing
Right-size production approach to event type, translating stakeholder goals into an equipment and staffing plan that fits the constraints and scope of our team’s SLA
Take on genuinely novel events and leave a repeatable standard behind — a template, runbook, or gear list that makes the next one easier than the first and repeatable by the team
Maintain the event technology calendar and coordinate coverage across the AV Operations team
Partner with Events, Internal Communications, and Workplace teams on lead times, expectations, and readiness
Support Operations & Room Health
Execute preventative maintenance programs and recurring room sweeps across event spaces and conference rooms
Maintain and test inventory of equipment including wireless microphones, cameras, and portable production gear pre event, following event production framework
Contribute to runbooks, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base documentation
Surface recurring operational pain points to AV Engineering as candidates for systemic fixes
You May Be a Good Fit If You:
Have 8+ years of hands-on experience in AV operations, live event production, or technical event support
Have owned the technical side of live productions end-to-end — not just operated a single position
Bring working fluency across event audio, video, camera, and streaming systems, with enough depth to diagnose problems rather than only report them
Are energized rather than drained by being the front-facing technical partner to executives and event producers
Bring structure to ambiguity by building systems for repeatable events
Strong Candidates May Also Have:
Technical direction for corporate broadcasts, conferences, or multi-camera productions
Q-SYS DSP platform, including reading and reasoning about existing audio/video routing and control designs
PTZ and professional camera systems, camera control units, and multi-camera workflows
Video conferencing platforms and hardware including Google Meet, Zoom Rooms, and hybrid meeting technologies
Live streaming workflows including encoders and encoding settings, contribution and delivery protocols (RTMP, SRT, HLS)
Network fundamentals for AV-over-IP including multicast, VLANs, QoS, and bandwidth management
Ticketing and workflow systems such as Jira, and building intake or request workflows within them
Coordinating AV contractors, integrators, and labor for event coverage
Role Specific Location Policy:
This role will be based in our San Francisco HQ
This role is expected to be in office 5 days per week
Occasional evening and early-morning coverage is expected around major events
4-6 weeks of travel annually will be expected for this role for distributed event support as needed
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.

We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

- Comfortable operating in motion
THE ROLE
As Marketing Counsel, you will be an essential legal partner to OnePay’s fast-growing marketing organization — turning ambitious, creative go-to-market ideas into launches that are compliant, ddefensible, and fast. This role will impact OnePay’s vision by providing the legal foundation for a marketing function that is a sophisticated, high-velocity engine for growth and brand awareness.
You will be the go-to counsel across a wide range of subject matters, advising the business in real time while partnering with legal teammates to draft and negotiate the agreements that make marketing run. You will work closely with the Marketing, Brand and Design, Paid Media, and Product teams.
It is well-suited for a strategic legal operator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can navigate intensity, ambiguity, and imperfect processes with steady judgment.
This role is responsible for
- Advising across the marketing lifecycle. Serve as the primary legal partner to marketing, brand, design, paid media, and product teams, providing practical, real-time counsel that keeps creative and campaigns moving.
- Ad tech, privacy, and consumer data. Guide the responsible use of advertising technology, tracking, and consumer data — advising on the state privacy law patchwork (CCPA/CPRA and beyond), PII, targeting, and required disclosures across the ad stack.
- Social media, creators, and influencers. Structure and paper creator, influencer, and brand-collaboration relationships, advising on FTC endorsement and disclosure rules, usage and content rights, and platform terms.
- Rewards, sweepstakes, contests, and promotions. Design and review rewards programs, sweepstakes, contests, and promotions, including official rules, registration and bonding, and multi-state regulatory compliance.
- Affiliate marketing. Advise on and paper affiliate and partner-marketing programs, including disclosures, tracking, and payout structures.
- Production and content development. Support production and content development end to end — talent and releases, music and licensing, rights clearances, and production and vendor agreements.
- Claim development. Partner with marketing and product on claim development — substantiation, puffery, comparative claims, and disclaimers — to keep messaging both compelling and defensible.
- Scaling with AI and better systems. Bring hands-on fluency with AI tools to accelerate contract review, marketing review workflows, knowledge management, and issue-spotting, while maintaining appropriate controls and confidentiality. Build lightweight, stage-appropriate processes and self-serve guidance that let marketing move fast and stay compliant as volume and complexity grow.
- Additional duties as assigned by your manager.
You bring
- J.D. and active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar.
- 8+ years of legal experience, including at a leading law firm and/or in-house, with at least 6 years focused on marketing, advertising, and/or ad tech law.
- Deep, hands-on command of the marketing-legal landscape: advertising and consumer-protection law (FTC Act, UDAAP), promotions and sweepstakes, endorsement and influencer rules, affiliate marketing, and advertising-related privacy (CCPA/CPRA, the state privacy patchwork, PII, and ad tech/tracking).
- A demonstrated history of working directly with C-suite and other executive leadership — influencing decisions, earning trust, and communicating clearly at the highest levels.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills across agency, vendor, talent, and marketing-partnership agreements, with a strong eye for detail.
- AI-forward: proficient with AI tooling and genuinely excited to use it thoughtfully to improve the team’s velocity and quality.
- An act-like-an-owner mentality. We have a bias toward taking action.
- A practical, business-first mindset with the ability to weigh legal risk in the context of product, brand, and commercial realities, and to drive toward creative, business-oriented results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Clear, concise communication across creative, technical, and non-legal audiences, with the ability to influence decision-making at multiple levels.
- Intellectually curious, comfortable with ambiguity and risk, and energized by dynamic change. Low ego, high ownership, and strong collaborative instincts — no task is too big or too small.
Preferred
- Prior tech, fintech, or financial services experience, and familiarity with marketing in a regulated industry.
- In-house experience at a high-growth consumer brand or platform.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match

At the same time, we’re breaking into programmatic advertising with the intelligent bidding system of adjoe Ads. Together, this ecosystem connects app developers to over 600 million users worldwide for scalable growth. Backed by a $100 million investment from Bertelsmann and operating from offices in Hamburg, Boston, Singapore, and Tokyo, adjoe is defining the next stages of app and ad experience – right now. Join us.
We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to support the product and technical dimension of adjoe’s most critical enterprise relationships. Acting as the "Technical Lead" for our top-tier partners, you will merge complex partner roadmaps with our modern stack – powered by Golang and Native SDKs – to drive technical excellence for over 100 million daily users.
Your mandate is to bridge the gap between our technology team in Germany and the partner’s vision. You will collaborate with senior product and engineering counterparts, acting as a point of contact for all technical discourse. This is a role of deep technical empowerment: You have direct access to our entire cloud infrastructure – from real-time monitoring and logging to our extensive data lakes – to maintain a comprehensive, full-picture view of the system state. From investigating complex architectural issues to supporting the rollout of new, high-impact features, you ensure our stacks evolve in perfect sync.
Working as a key collaborator with our internal Product and Tech departments, you will act as the technical gatekeeper and advocate for our largest enterprise accounts.
What You Will Do:
- Technical Strategy & Execution: Act as the primary consultant for enterprise partners, architecting the technical path to success. You will play a key role in guiding the co-creation of new products in partnership with our Germany based tech team, validating and optimizing technical solutions directly with our top partners to ensure they are battle-tested before reaching full-scale production.
- Orchestrate the Joint Technical Roadmap: Support the technical lifecycle of the partnership, leading complex feature rollouts and managing integration timelines.
- Root-Cause Architecture & Proactive Mitigation: Put on your "detective hat" to lead high-stakes troubleshooting by going beyond the surface of mobile app code to conduct deep-dive root-cause analysis, proactively identifying and solving integration blockers before they impact the partner’s revenue.
- Data-Driven Consultancy: Leverage SQL and Python (or others) to aggregate and visualize complex datasets, translating raw data into technical narratives that help partners reach their KPIs.
- Voice of the Customer: Translate partner feedback into precise technical requirements for internal Product teams to unlock global scalability.
- Enterprise Account Ownership: Serve as the dedicated technical point of contact for key enterprise accounts, owning relationships with senior stakeholders across product, engineering, and leadership. You will support executive-level technical discussions, manage escalations, and proactively drive account health.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical-client-facing role in AdTech, Big Tech, or SaaS (TAM, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture), with some exposure to the mobile ecosystem.
- Must have: Professional fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
- Proven enterprise account experience: You have directly managed key enterprise accounts, navigating complex stakeholder environments and acting as a trusted technical advisor to senior client contacts.
- The Tech-Architect: Expert at translating high-level requirements into specifications. You are equally comfortable discussing SDK initialization and REST endpoint latency with a Senior Product Owner as you are debugging HTML/JavaScript.
- Analytical Powerhouse: Proficient in SQL and data visualization. You have extensive experience using analytics dashboards such as Grafana, Tableau, QuickSight, or Kibana to find the "why" behind the numbers and drive strategic technical decisions.
- Mobile & App Native: (Huge Plus) Familiarity with Java or experience building/supporting mobile apps with a "sixth sense" for debugging SDK integration issues.
- Cross-Functional Catalyst: A natural collaborator who can navigate internal Engineering & Product teams to find solutions in high-pressure environments.
- Nice to have: Experience with Software Development.
Fuel for the Journey: Benefits to Support Your Ambitions:
- Health & Dental Insurance: Comprehensive healthcare coverage provided through Care Plus (SOHO30 and ODONT20 plans).
- Life Insurance: Company-provided life and disability insurance coverage to support you and your family.
- Meal / Food Allowance: Monthly flexible allowance that can be used at restaurants, supermarkets, delivery services, and more.
- Transportation Allowance: Monthly support to help cover commuting costs.
- Wellhub (Gympass): Access to the Wellhub platform with exclusive corporate discounts on gyms and wellness services.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP): SupportLinc is available at no cost to you and your family, offering confidential support and resources to promote well-being and work-life balance.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

The R&D team at Chainalysis is inspired by solving the hardest technical challenges and building products that establish trust in cryptocurrencies. We're a global organization that thrives on challenging work and doing it alongside exceptionally talented teammates. Our industry evolves rapidly, and our mission is to build a flexible, AI-driven platform that automates entity resolution, optimizes data labeling pipelines, and creates predictive models that identify illicit patterns before they escalate.
Our data and solutions have been used to solve some of the world's most high-profile criminal cases and grow consumer access to cryptocurrency safely. Now, by pairing the industry's most trusted blockchain data with agents that reason, investigate, and act, we help our customers scale their workflows as the cryptocurrency economy becomes increasingly mainstream.
Chainalysis data has helped solve some of the world’s highest-profile criminal and national-security cases and made it safer for people everywhere to access crypto. The Global Intelligence Team produces the attribution at the heart of that data — connecting on-chain activity to the real-world entities behind it, across the global crypto ecosystem. It’s the intelligence data moat beneath every Chainalysis product, and what investigators, sanctions authorities, and national-security agencies rely on to follow the money and disrupt threats.
Few threats test that mission harder than North Korea and China. Through Lazarus Group, the DPRK has stolen billions in crypto — via exchange and DeFi hacks and IT-worker schemes — to fund its weapons program, then laundered it through mixers, cross-chain bridges, and Chinese OTC networks. China, in turn, sits at the center of global crypto money laundering — from guarantee marketplaces and underground banking to scam compounds, fentanyl vendors, and cartel-linked laundering. The two are deeply intertwined, and making that activity visible on-chain is one of the most consequential problems in crypto intelligence today.
As our DPRK- and China-focused intelligence analyst — the team’s subject-matter expert on North Korea and China — you’ll own that problem end to end. This is a depth role: while our analysts cover the breadth of the crypto-services ecosystem, you’ll go deep on a single, high-stakes domain — becoming the person, inside Chainalysis and increasingly across the industry, who understands how DPRK and Chinese actors use crypto and can prove it on-chain. You’ll own the attribution for their crypto footprint, map how these networks actually operate, turn that into finished intelligence customers act on, and be the expert voice representing Chainalysis on DPRK and China crypto threats.
Who you’ll work with
You’ll join a fast-moving, globally distributed team — analysts, threat-domain SMEs, data scientists, and engineers — collaborating across time zones, async and in real time. We move fast, hold each other to a high bar, and back each other up across regions. As the DPRK & China SME, you’ll be the single point of depth for the domain and a force multiplier for everyone working adjacent to it.
In this role, you’ll:
- Own DPRK & China attribution end to end — the threat-actor entities, their definitions, and the accounts, addresses, and infrastructure they operate: Lazarus Group and DPRK state-sponsored theft and laundering, DPRK IT-worker networks, Chinese-language OTC and underground-banking networks, guarantee marketplaces (e.g., Huione-style platforms), scam-compound and pig-butchering laundering infrastructure, fentanyl and precursor vendors, and Chinese money-laundering organizations.
- Lead the attribution response to DPRK- and China-related sanctions events — when OFAC or allied authorities designate DPRK actors, exchange-hacking units, or Chinese laundering networks, drive the rapid, high-visibility on-chain attribution that turns those designations into coverage in our data, often against the clock.
- Map the networks on-chain — trace how stolen and illicit funds move through mixers, cross-chain bridges, no-KYC swaps, OTC brokers, and off-ramps, following DPRK hack proceeds into and through Chinese laundering infrastructure, and keep that picture current as they adapt to pressure.
- Produce finished intelligence — advisory notes, customer and partner briefings, and contributions to flagship publications (the Crypto Crime Report and beyond) that make DPRK theft/laundering and Chinese money laundering legible and actionable.
- Be the named external expert — represent Chainalysis on DPRK and China crypto threats at conferences, on panels, with the press, and in briefings to public- and private-sector partners.
- Help set the DPRK & China collection agenda — surface what data we need on these networks and feed those requirements into our collection process and priority intelligence requirements; you direct collection for the domain, but it runs through the team’s apparatus and prioritization, not you alone.
- Translate typologies into detection — turn what you learn about DPRK and Chinese methods into guidance that our products and our customers can operationalize.
- Build with AI — design and tune the automation that scales your analysis and the team’s, and handle the hard cases automation can’t.
- Level up the team — raise the bar on DPRK, China, and money-laundering tradecraft broadly, and partner closely with analysts, other SMEs, data science, and engineering.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Deep, demonstrable DPRK and/or China expertise — real command of DPRK state-sponsored crypto operations (Lazarus Group, exchange and bridge hacks, IT-worker schemes) and/or Chinese-language money laundering, OTC and underground banking, guarantee marketplaces, and organized-crime finance. This is the core of the role, and we’ll expect you to show it.
- On-chain tracing ability against DPRK/China targets — direct experience following DPRK hack laundering or Chinese OTC/laundering networks on-chain, or deep DPRK/China threat-finance expertise paired with proven blockchain-tracing skill you can bring to bear here from day one.
- A national-security or threat-finance background — intelligence, sanctions, counter-threat-finance, or investigations, from the IC, Treasury/OFAC, law enforcement, the military, a think tank or research institution, or private-sector CTF/sanctions work.
- Regional fluency — a strong grasp of the DPRK and Chinese illicit-finance ecosystems and regional money-laundering flows. Mandarin and/or Korean language ability is a significant plus.
- Elite potential and a proven track record — exceptional aptitude, judgment, and work ethic; you’ve led hard problems end to end and you raise everyone around you.
- Excellent writing and communication — this is an outward-facing expert role; your intelligence has to land with analysts, customers, and senior audiences alike.
- AI-forward instincts — you build automation to scale your work and others’, not just use it.
- Comfort working with data; blockchain forensics experience strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant analytic, intelligence, or threat-finance experience for a Senior hire; 8+ years and recognized domain authority for a Staff hire.
You might also have:
- Mandarin and/or Korean language ability.
- Direct experience with OFAC sanctions, designations, or the designation process — especially involving DPRK or Chinese entities.
- A record of published research or public speaking on DPRK crypto theft, Lazarus Group, or Chinese money laundering.
- Familiarity with cross-chain bridge and mixer laundering, guarantee marketplaces (e.g., Huione-style platforms), or Chinese OTC and underground-banking networks.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
About Chainalysis
Chainalysis is the blockchain data platform, making it easy to connect the movement of digital assets to real-world services. In this role, you will work daily with sales dynamics and margin performance across markets, suppliers, and partners. It is not just about reviewing numbers — it is about understanding what stands behind them: which processes, decisions, and business factors drive the trends. You will identify the root causes of performance changes, develop well-reasoned recommendations within existing pricing models, and support their implementation together with the commercial team. This position requires a data-driven mindset, confidence in working with large data sets, and the ability to structure information and make balanced decisions. The role involves a high level of autonomy and personal responsibility for the accuracy of conclusions and their financial impact on the business.

Analyze multiple core metrics in combination to get a comprehensive picture.
Work confidently with large datasets; identify key events and business changes behind the numbers and graphs.
Deeply immerse yourself in business processes and identify root causes for metric changes.
Develop solutions that drive positive trend-level changes.
Collaborate with other teams to implement agreed-upon decisions, provide well-reasoned justification for proposed measures, build action plans, and monitor results.
Present results clearly using charts and numbers.
Defend the company’s interests and provide well-reasoned refusals under pressure, when required.
Communicate daily with the commercial team, dive into the specifics of each market, collect feedback, structure and aggregate received information, and present it in summary form.
Ensure the quality of collected data, clarify and verify suspicious or potentially inaccurate information with related teams.
Process internal requests regarding price discrepancies with competitors, verify data accuracy, make pricing decisions, and issue discounts.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in analytics, pricing, revenue management, commercial analytics, or related functions.
English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher (both spoken and written).
Strong analytical skills: ability to work with multiple metrics and analytical tools simultaneously, understand business processes behind the numbers, pay close attention to details and identify root causes of changes.
Advanced Excel skills (cubes, pivot tables, complex formulas, charts).
Basic SQL skills: ability to read and modify existing queries, write simple queries to extract data from multiple tables.
Experience working with large data sets, high attention to detail, and structured/systematic thinking.
Experience with BI tools is a plus.
Benefits
Flexible schedules and the opportunity to work remotely.
An ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together.

In this role, you will be driving and shaping how our largest customers adopt GitLab's intelligent DevSecOps platform to achieve their business goals and realise meaningful, long-term outcomes. You will be working closely with customers after the sale to turn pre-sales command plans into clear success plans, guide them through their customer journey, and drive adoption, utilization, and technical maturity. You will also be directly influencing renewal and expansion decisions through your post-sales engagements with executive-level decision makers in the account.
This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone who has already led high-stakes pre or post sales customer engagements in large complex accounts across multiple industry domains to drive quantifiable business outcomes..The individual is comfortable operating with ambiguity, and can credibly advise VP- and C-level stakeholders on business transformation, application modernization, platform strategy, architecture, and organizational DevSecOps transformation. You'll bring deep technical expertise in CI/CD, cloud platforms, multi-cloud, hybrid architecture and enterprise DevSecOps practices. You will use that expertise to shape customers' long-term platform strategy, apply best practices, configure GitLab for their environments and stay current with platform capabilities. In your first year, success will look like establishing yourself as the trusted senior advisor across a portfolio of flagship accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, materially improving and increasing platform maturity, leading retention and renewal conversations, increasing customer satisfaction across your portfolio and contributing to the broader CSA team's technical standards and ways of working.
