Partner with Content and Product Marketing to adapt or build webinar content that lands with EMEA audiences
Build and optimize registration pages, forms, and workflows for EMEA campaigns
Audience growth & promotion
Execute multi-channel promotional plans across email, social, and partner channels for EMEA audiences
Collaborate with Demand Gen, Marketing Ops & Sales to ensure EMEA lead capture, routing, and follow-up happen correctly and quickly
Manage attendee communication throughout the event lifecycle
Performance & optimization
Track EMEA event performance - pipeline, revenue, deal acceleration, and event engagement
Share insights and recommendations to continually improve ROI and attendee experience across the region
Maintain documentation, templates, and repeatable workflows that make running EMEA events smoother and more scalable
Partner with ops to ensure clean attribution and accurate reporting across systems

Based in the UK or Ireland
(London or Dublin ideal)
4+ years in event marketing within B2B SaaS
Experience running in-person events across formats (field events, hosted experiences, conferences), ideally across multiple EMEA markets
Experience running webinars, and real excitement about doing both: a busy in-person calendar plus about one webinar a month
Strong project management skills - you juggle timelines, tasks, and teams (and time zones) with ease
Experience collaborating with Sales and supporting event-driven follow-up
Comfortable with marketing automation tools (

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
At Wizards of the Coast, we connect people around the world through play and imagination. From our genre-defining games like Magic: The Gathering® and Dungeons & Dragons® to our growing multiverse, we continue to innovate and build new ways to foster friendship and connection. That’s where you come in!
We’re looking for a Creative Lead to join our Digital Ventures team, reporting to the Head of Franchise Development. You’ll guide the creative direction of a slate of video games based on Wizards IP, built with external developers across mobile and PC/console. The role covers a range of creative and management skills: strategy development, project leadership through external partners, incubation and prototyping.
Because this work spans several projects at once, it depends on relationships: earning the trust of partner studios and Wizards teams and leading with integrity on both sides. You’ll bring a clear point of view on the IP and the quality bar and share it in a way partners can build on.
This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week in our Renton, WA office, with occasional travel.
What You’ll Do:
Set and maintain the creative vision for each game, grounded in what players love about our brands, from early concept through launch.
Lead and manage projects through multidisciplinary partner teams across game design, narrative, UX, art and audio, with clear feedback, reviews, and approvals.
Advocate for quality by setting creative intent and world-class standards for each project.
Incubate and prototype new play experiences with our IP, and champion them inside Wizards, from early concepts and pitches through development.
Translate franchise direction into materials partners can build from, such as aspirational targets, kickoff guides, guardrails and franchise bibles.
Help develop strategy for Wizards IP in games, including which opportunities to pursue, which partners to build them with, and the frameworks Wizards uses to evaluate and support them.
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years of director-level creative leadership (creative, design, UX, or a similar role) working with internal and external partners to ship titles on mobile or PC/console.
A developer’s understanding of how games are made, from design methodology to craft, and the hands-on design, narrative or art skills to contribute directly when a project needs it.
A track record of managing projects through external developers and building strong relationships with them, adapting your direction across studios, cultures, time zones, and matrixed organizations.
Sharp judgment on authenticity and quality, and the ability to explain them clearly to partners and leaders.
A working knowledge of game industry trends, market analysis, and emerging technology (including AI).
Experience turning existing IP into new game concepts and familiarity with Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, or both.
Comfort moving between blue-sky concepting, incubation and prototyping, strategy and execution.
A self-directed multi-tasker with strong organizational skills and a healthy relationship with feedback.
Nice to have:
Experience on the licensor or publisher side of a game partnership.
Experience with live-service games.
A love of our fandoms and the communities around them.
Interest in using and learning AI tools like Claude.

As VP, Campus Construction Manager at Galaxy's Helios campus in Afton, TX, you will own construction execution across all active and future phases of the campus. You will lead a team of senior construction managers, each accountable for a phase or scope, and set the standards, cadence, and accountability that keep the campus aligned on safety, schedule, cost, and quality. You will be the single point of accountability for construction at Helios, from preconstruction handoff through commissioning and turnover to operations. At peak, the Helios campus workforce on site is expected to exceed 2,000 people.
Lead and Develop the Campus Construction Team: Directly manage the on-site construction team on active and future phases at Helios, which will include project management, QA/QC, commissioning, MEP, and CSA leaders, as well as field construction managers. Set clear expectations, coach for performance, and build bench strength as the campus grows.
Own Campus-Level Delivery: Provide integrated oversight of construction across all phases, resolving cross-phase conflicts in resources, laydown, site logistics, access, utilities, and sequencing.
Manage Schedule and Progress: Own the campus master schedule view. Monitor progress against baseline, identify critical-path threats early, and direct recovery and mitigation plans before they affect milestones.
Drive Safety Culture: Set and enforce Galaxy's safety standards across the campus. Partner with Galaxy EHS and contractor safety leadership to sustain a zero-incident environment, and hold the team accountable for leading indicators as well as outcomes.
Oversee Contractors and Trade Partners: Manage executive-level relationships with general contractors and key trade partners. Ensure alignment on milestones, quality, safety, staffing, and commercial performance.
Control Cost and Change: Provide leadership oversight of pay applications, change orders, forecasts, and budget tracking for each phase. Ensure disciplined change management and accurate cost reporting to leadership.
Manage OFCI Integration: Work closely with Pre-Construction and OFCI procurement and logistics teams to ensure UPS, generators, chillers, switchgear, and other owner-furnished equipment arrive, are set, and are installed without impacting the construction schedule.
Lead Commissioning and Turnover: Partner with on-site commissioning manager, 3
rd
party Cx agent, and operations teams to ensure systematic testing, closeout, and clean turnover of each phase to operations.
Ensure Quality: Establish and enforce Galaxy's QA/QC standards across the campus. Escalate and resolve systemic quality issues.
Advance Lean and Prefabrication: Drive Galaxy's modularization, prefabrication, and lean delivery initiatives, and capture lessons learned so each phase is more repeatable than the last.
Manage Regulatory and Community Relationships: Work with local authorities, inspectors, utilities, and consultants to ensure compliance with codes and permit requirements.
Report to Leadership: Provide frequent status updates to the Co-Heads of Data Center Construction, and communicate campus status, risks, and forecasts clearly to Galaxy executive leadership and internal stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
12+ years of experience delivering large-scale mission-critical projects with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple project leaders or concurrent projects.
Demonstrated success leading multi-phase or campus-scale developments.
Deep understanding of construction delivery models (including GMP), risk management, and contractor oversight.
Technical fluency across MEP, commissioning, civil, and structural systems.
Proven track record managing OFCI equipment integration and commissioning.
Strong command of cost control, change management, and schedule analysis.
Familiarity with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and SharePoint.
Full-time, on-site presence at Helios (Afton, TX)
Bonus Points:
A track record of leading and developing high-performing construction teams.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technial and executive stakeholders.
Sound jugement under pressure and a bias toward early, honest escalation.
A commitment to safety, quality, and executional excellence.
A passion for building world-class infrastructure that supports the growth of the digital economy.

This role is a great fit for entrepreneurial, customer-facing technical professionals who want a front-row view into how modern companies adopt AI at scale, and who enjoy working across technical discovery, solution design, demos, deployment scoping, and hands-on customer implementations, in close partnership with Sales and Engineering.
RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS
- AI/ML background and the ability to credibly discuss AI/ML topics with technical stakeholders.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills, including the ability to run structured discovery and clarify ambiguous requirements.
- Technical depth to scope solutions, without needing to write production code.
- Ability to script and prototype as needed, including comfort “vibe coding” to move quickly in technical workflows.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience running or supporting benchmarks for ML inference deployments.
- Familiarity with infrastructure tradeoffs relevant to inference performance and cost (for example GPU selection and latency versus throughput tuning).
- Experience serving as a cross-functional technical lead for customer POCs, including coordination across Sales and Engineering.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave

What We Value:
We are a diverse team of free thinkers, and fast movers united to help investors and creators energize the global economy. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a culture of builders and overachievers and embrace high performance, transparent feedback, and a mission-first approach. Our culture shapes our way of working and gets us where we want to be.
Seek Excellence.
Be Selective To Be Effective.
Be Highly Aligned, Loosely Coupled.
Disagree Transparently.
Encourage Independent Decision-Making.
Build Dream Teams.
Who You Are:
The TradFi/Settlement Principal Lead is the specialist voice on how traditional financial infrastructure actually works, and what it takes to rebuild it for digital assets. This is a deep-domain role, not a generalist PM function: you need hands-on experience on both sides — settlement, custody, and post-trade flows inside a TradFi institution, and the equivalent flows inside a digital asset or blockchain environment (tokenization, on-chain settlement, digital custody). You understand the full institutional trade lifecycle end to end, and how it maps — and doesn't map — onto digital asset rails.
You will partner directly with DIS leads on the vision and strategy for our custom build engagements, co-own product direction for those builds, and translate complex institutional requirements into specs that engineering can execute against without guesswork. You are comfortable challenging assumptions — client-side and internal — and pushing back when a requirement doesn't hold up against how the lifecycle actually operates, on either side of the TradFi/digital asset divide.
This is a client-facing role. You will run discovery directly with Tier-1 institutional stakeholders, from operations and engineering teams to senior executives, and you will be the person in the room who can tell the difference between a real settlement constraint and an assumed one — in both the TradFi world and the digital asset world.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with DIS leads on the product vision and strategy for custom build engagements, owning prioritization and direction as the work moves from concept to delivery
Serve as the team's specialist on settlement, clearing, and post-trade flows across both TradFi and digital assets — bring deep, current knowledge of the institutional trade lifecycle (custody, settlement cycles, corporate actions, reconciliation) and how it translates on-chain, into every requirement
Translate institutional and regulatory requirements into clear, buildable specs and acceptance criteria that engineering can execute against with minimal rework
Run discovery and requirements sessions directly with client stakeholders, from engineers to senior operations and technology leaders, and define success in their terms
Challenge ideas and assumptions — both the client's and the team's — pressure-testing every requirement against how TradFi infrastructure actually behaves today and where it needs to change for digital assets
Partner closely with the Architect and engineering leads to make sure product decisions hold up technically, and stay in the details when it matters
Serve as the voice of the client internally and the voice of the roadmap externally, keeping delivery and client expectations aligned as requirements evolve
Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI tools to improve team performance, decision-making, and output quality
What We’re Looking For:
Deep, hands-on TradFi experience with settlement systems, post-trade flows, and the full institutional trade lifecycle — custody, clearing, settlement, reconciliation
Equally deep, hands-on experience with digital asset or blockchain infrastructure — tokenization, on-chain settlement, digital custody. This role requires genuine fluency in both worlds; a TradFi background alone, or a digital-assets background alone, is not sufficient
Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Lead who has shipped complex, regulated financial infrastructure, not just consumer or generic B2B products
Comfort operating as a specialist rather than a generalist — real depth in one domain matters more here than breadth across many
Client-facing experience with Tier-1 financial institutions; credible in working sessions with engineers and in briefings with senior stakeholders
A strong point of view and the willingness to challenge requirements, assumptions, and even senior stakeholders when the details don't hold up
Ability to translate ambiguous, cross-functional institutional requirements into structured specs engineering can build against
Experience partnering closely with technical leadership on vision and strategy, not just backlog execution
Bonus Points:
Background at a custodian, clearinghouse, prime broker, or other post-trade infrastructure provider on the TradFi side, or a digital asset custodian/exchange on the crypto side
Formal product management experience inside a regulated fintech or capital markets environment
Fluency in payments rails and trading systems alongside settlement
Experience having personally led a build that bridged a TradFi institution onto digital asset rails (e.g., a tokenization pilot, on-chain settlement project
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Hybrid/Flexible Working Arrangements
Flexible Time Off (paid)
3% 401(k) company contribution
Company-paid health and protective benefits for employees, partners, and other dependents
Generous paid Parental Leave
Competitive family planning benefits for US employees
Opportunities to learn about the Crypto industry

ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, RURAL MARKETS
About the Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for expanding Clipboard’s presence across rural communities throughout the United States. You’ll identify new opportunities, build relationships with Long-Term Care facility leaders, sign new facility partners, and help them successfully adopt our platform.
Most of your prospecting and relationship-building will happen remotely through phone, email, and video. However, success in this role also requires getting into the field. You should expect to travel approximately one week per month to rural communities for in-person facility visits, customer meetings, and local market development. Travel will often involve multiple facility visits across a region and may require overnight stays.
Your success will be measured primarily by the revenue generated from new customers, along with your ability to build a strong and sustainable pipeline in the markets you own.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Prospect, pitch, and close new Long-Term Care facility partners through a combination of inside sales and in-person relationship building
- Travel approximately one week per month to rural communities for facility visits, customer meetings, and market development
- Build relationships with facility administrators, clinical leaders, operators, and other key decision-makers
- Create new demand in markets where Clipboard may have limited brand awareness or an early-stage presence
- Develop thoughtful travel plans that maximize the number and quality of facility visits within each region
- Attend relevant conferences, Clipboard-hosted events, and other industry functions
- Develop a deep understanding of the Long-Term Care landscape, our customers’ operational challenges, and the competitive environment
- Partner with internal teams to ensure new customers receive an excellent experience and successfully adopt the platform
- Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and opportunity data in our CRM
- Own your territory and consistently deliver against new-business revenue goals
WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU BRING
We’re building a team with a range of experience levels. You may already be an accomplished field seller, or you may be earlier in your career and ready for a role with significant autonomy, travel, and growth potential.
You bring:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across both clinical and business audiences
- Comfort initiating conversations, walking into facilities, and building relationships in person
- A willingness to travel approximately one week per month, including overnight trips to rural communities
- Curiosity, persistence, resourcefulness, and a bias for action
- The ability to create opportunities rather than relying solely on inbound interest or an established pipeline
- Strong organization and autonomy in managing your schedule, territory, travel, and sales pipeline
- Comfort working remotely while remaining highly accountable for your results
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, healthcare, staffing, hospitality, or another relationship-driven environment
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to meet the transportation requirements associated with regional facility visits
Experience selling into Long-Term Care or another healthcare setting is helpful, but it is not required. More important is your ability to learn the industry, earn trust, and consistently generate new business.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary and uncapped commission
- Insurance benefits and 401(k) options
- Unlimited PTO and flexible holidays
- Reimbursement for approved mileage and business travel expenses
- Remote flexibility when you are not traveling
- Meaningful ownership over your markets and customer relationships
- A clear growth path into senior individual contributor or management roles
Please note: We are currently accepting applications only from candidates based in PST/MST. This role requires you to be located in PST (UTC-8) time zone.

About WorkOS 🚀
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations.
We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Data team at WorkOS plays a central role on the company operations to ensure information and insights are accurate and available from any surface, whether that's a visualization tool or an agent's response, to accelerate company growth and scale. The team owns WorkOS's internal data platform end to end: ingestion, orchestration, the Snowflake warehouse, dbt transformations, governance and access controls. We also own the consumption layer: the reverse-ETL syncs that land data in Salesforce and Slack, the semantic views that agents query, the definitions that keep reporting consistent across the company, and the visualization tooling the company uses (ask us about Flashboards https://workos.com/blog/reporting-tool-with-no-editor).
We run on an agent-first operating system: we are a lean team that moves fast, we document so agents can execute, and AI agents query the warehouse, run our runbooks, and open pull requests alongside us. We trust each other's expertise, we work out loud and in the open, and not opposed to rapid experimentation to get to the right solution for the business.
We're hiring a Data Engineer to own and evolve the systems that move, transform, protect, and serve data across our internal warehouse. This is a high-ownership role on a lean team: you will be the DRI for the platform and its core data models, partner directly with Product Engineering, RevOps, Finance, GTM Engineering, and Security, and raise the bar on reliability, correctness, and operational rigor. The role spans the platform and what runs on it. You will own ingestion, orchestration, and access governance; the dbt models and metric definitions that depend on them; and how AI is applied across the data stack, so that trusted data is easy for both people and AI agents to discover, understand, and work with.
You don't need to have done this exact job before. The best data engineers at WorkOS are the ones who notice in a Slack thread that a number doesn't match, trace it from the dashboard through the Gold model to the connector, fix the connector, and confirm the definition with its owner before the weekly review. When a business team asks for a field in Salesforce, they don't hand it off; they build the model, write the sync, and add the test. They would rather automate the runbook than run it a third time. They enjoy collaboration with different parts of the business and can find simple, scalable solutions to ambiguous problems. If that sounds like how you work, we want to talk.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the reliability, freshness, and scaling of the ingestion and orchestration pipelines that land source data in Snowflake, including monitoring, alerting, runbooks, and backfill and reprocessing patterns
- Design, build, and scale the core dbt models (Bronze, Silver, Gold) for billing and usage, CRM, product events, and GTM funnel reporting
- Partner with Product, Finance, RevOps, and GTM to define metrics and codify them in the warehouse, and diagnose and resolve data quality and freshness issues at source, not just downstream
- Own Snowflake RBAC, dynamic masking, and PII classification for humans, agents, and service accounts, so sensitive data is protected without blocking legitimate use, and review DDL and access requests from Engineering and GTM
- Own the reverse-ETL layer and the runbooks that deliver warehouse data to Salesforce, Slack, and internal agents
- Extend the semantic views, context, and evaluations that let agents answer business questions accurately, and expand what agents can operate directly, from runbooks and ingestion to pull requests
- Build and advance the CI/CD review gates in the data-platform monorepo, including the automated review that agent-authored pull requests pass through
- Own the infrastructure the data platform runs on: the compute, deployments, secrets and access patterns, and environments behind ingestion and orchestration, with attention to availability and failure modes, in partnership with our infrastructure engineers
Example problems you might work on, possible paths rather than a fixed roadmap:
- Standardizing how Postgres and SaaS sources are ingested, and consolidating end-to-end pipeline deployment and orchestration in Prefect
- Managing Snowflake RBAC, resource management, and masking policies as code with Terraform
- Using query history to improve analytics tables and semantic views, and to keep agent answers accurate and consistent as data grows and metrics shift
- Automating masking coverage as new data sources arrive, so adding a new table no longer needs a human in the loop
- Automating near-certain matches in the Identity Graph
- Pseudonymizing product data in the ingestion path, alongside compliance and data-deletion policies
- Extending transcript aggregation across sources, including PII detection before transcripts enter the warehouse
- Building the reverse-ETL framework and runbooks that deliver data to other tooling and agents
- Running self-hosted data services on Kubernetes and managing their AWS resources (IAM, storage, secrets) as code with Terraform

ABOUT SUPABASE

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Postgres Deployment Engineer to join our team and elevate our PostgreSQL offerings.
You'll work hand-in-hand with the PostgreSQL team and play an instrumental role in technical decision-making and refining internal methodologies.
The focus of this role is around owning stability and deployment of our products. This role involves ongoing contribution and co-responsibility for builds/deployments via our public supabase/postgres GitHub repository. This repository bundles an array of features/products into docker images and AWS AMIs, giving users the ability to run Supabase on our cloud and locally. This role will function has developed as a bridge between product and infrastructure teams to improve the reliability of product deployments and upgrades.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Packaging software into our supabase/postgres https://github.com/supabase/postgres repo to using either nix language with flakes, or debian packaging depending on our required target
- Supporting the expansion of knowledge in Supabase toward our platform release system so that developers can self service more and more over time.
- Expanding on our github actions, our team tooling, and our testing/release approaches
- Timely PostgreSQL major, minor, and extension upgrades.
- Engaging in proactive identification and resolution of production issues in customer deployments.
- Contributing to the creation/maintaining of best practices, tools, and tests to ensure enhanced stability and decreased deployment risks over time.
What we need
This role demands the following pivotal qualities:
1. PostgreSQL Expert: A profound understanding of PostgreSQL and its associated tools. Familiarity with extensions, performance optimization, and best practices is essential.
2. Infrastructure: Proven expertise in infrastructure management, tooling, and optimization.
3. Self-directed & Initiative: At Supabase, we value independence and proactive problem-solving. We anticipate you to be a dynamic self-starter, thriving in asynchronous collaboration across diverse teams. Your knack for spotting areas of improvement and commitment to realizing those enhancements will be key.
What you’ll do
- Improve the utility and efficiency of our PostgreSQL offerings.
- Work with relevant teams to understand the issues around postgres stability, and apply those insights to the build/test/deploy AMI and Docker releases.

- Exposure to public cloud platforms and deployment methodologies.
- Eagerness to improve and expand our development tools/stack.
- Comfortable with regular interactions with customers

We have successfully laid the foundation for integrating conventional and Nix-based systems, with carefully validated choices including using flakes, etc. So, you must be willing to work within and help optimize this paradigm toward our platform development.

An overview of this role
As a Staff Renewals Operations Manager at GitLab, you'll help own the operational engine that makes renewals predictable, measurable, and efficient at scale. Reporting to the Director of CX Operations, you'll be the Renewals team's go-to business partner for processes, tooling, forecasting and insights, consumption and subscription data, and the steps required to quote and close a renewal. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. You'll lead through ownership and influence, connecting teams and workflows, turning ambiguous problems into clear next steps, and driving improvements that others across the revenue organization depend on.
What you'll do
Own and continuously improve the end-to-end renewal operating model; from renewal identification, assignment through risk management, quoting, through to close and post-renewal data hygiene processes.
Develop and improve the operating cadences that guide the renewal business, with a focus on efficiency and process improvement.
Define, maintain, and evolve retention reporting with cross-functional partners, including gross and net retention, churn and downgrade analysis, and the drivers behind each.
Partner with Revenue Technology, Revenue Analytics, Finance, and other stakeholders to improve Salesforce and the systems and data flows supporting customer relationship management (CRM), subscription and entitlement records, quoting, orders, billing, and reporting. Translate business needs into requirements, validate solutions, and strengthen data quality and operational controls.
Simplify and scale the renewal motion through automation, standardized workflows, alerts, playbooks, and self-service insights that reduce manual effort and improve execution consistency.
Support renewals planning and capacity management, including segmentation implementation, coverage models, productivity assumptions, capacity modeling, supporting target setting, and scenario planning.
Own and mature the Renewal Operations case-management program, including intake, triage, routing, service-level visibility, resolution, and root-cause analysis. Requests may include user migrations, de-duplication, Renewal Manager ownership changes, compensation exceptions, and Salesforce or data issues.
Raise the operating standard in your domain by documenting processes, mentoring others on how the renewal motion works, and contributing to broader Revenue Operations initiatives that need the renewals perspective.
What you'll bring
Experience in Renewals Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, management consulting, strategy, or a similar analytical and problem-solving role, with ownership of operational improvements and cross-functional initiatives.
Hands-on experience with both consumption and subscription renewal motions, including renewal forecasting, retention reporting, and the contractual and process mechanics that govern how renewals close.
Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills. You can break down ambiguous problems into clear workstreams and move them forward.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills. You're highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, can build and validate models from scratch, and can translate analysis into clear recommendations and action. Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) or equivalent data-querying tools is preferred, not required.
Systems thinking and experience using Salesforce for pipeline and renewals reporting. You understand how changes in one part of the go-to-market motion affect others, including how CRM, subscription or entitlement records, quoting, and billing relate to one another, and you design solutions accordingly.
Sound commercial judgment and an understanding of renewal complexity, including co-terming, amendments, expansions, downgrades, price changes, multiyear agreements, auto-renewals, procurement requirements, and approval policies.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You build trust with stakeholders at all levels, including field teams and senior leadership, and influence without direct authority.
Curiosity, sound judgment, and a bias toward action. You learn new domains and tools quickly, move from insight to implementation, and follow through until improvements are adopted and sustained.
About the team
You'll work within CX Operations, partnering closely with Renewals and Customer Success leadership, Sales, Finance, Revenue Technology, and Revenue Analytics. These partnerships connect renewal execution with the processes, systems, and data that support it. In GitLab's all-remote, values-driven environment, documentation, iteration, and cross-functional partnership are core to how you'll work.

The Solutions Architect is the specialist who has actually built and scaled TradFi systems, and who can carry that hard-won architectural judgment into the design of digital asset platforms. This is not a generalist solutions-architect role — it requires true fluency in the concepts of system design and architecture as they apply to both worlds: how a custody ledger is structured, how settlement systems are architected for resilience and finality, and how those same principles translate (or don't) when assets move on-chain.
You understand tokenization at a mechanical level — how assets are represented, issued, transferred, and settled — and you can architect a full digital asset platform end to end: custody, tokenization, settlement, and trading, not just one component of it.
This is a client-facing role. You will sit across the table from Tier-1 institutional engineers and executives, defend design decisions under real scrutiny, and make the hard architectural calls when there is no obvious right answer.
What You’ll Do:
Own the technical architecture for custom build engagements spanning custody, settlement, tokenization, and trading infrastructure
Design and articulate how a full digital asset platform is architected end to end — from asset issuance and tokenization through custody, settlement, trading, and reporting
Bring deep TradFi systems experience into digital asset architecture decisions — identifying where legacy patterns transfer directly and where they need to be reinvented
Serve as the primary technical and architectural point of contact for Tier-1 institutional stakeholders, running technical discovery and defending design decisions with client engineers and executives
Partner with the Product partners to translate requirements into sound architecture, and with engineering to set the technical bar and make hard design calls
Explain and defend tokenization mechanics — how assets are represented, issued, transferred, and settled on-chain versus off-chain — to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Stay hands-on: review designs and code, prototype where it de-risks a decision, and remain credible with the engineers doing the build
Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI tools to improve team performance, decision-making, and output quality
What We’re Looking For:
Proven track record building and scaling TradFi systems at meaningful scale — at a bank, exchange, custodian, or major financial infrastructure provider
Deep, applied understanding of system design and architecture principles as they apply to both TradFi and digital asset systems
True fluency in tokenization — able to explain and design how it works mechanically, and how it fits into a broader institutional platform
Experience architecting a full digital asset platform (custody, settlement, tokenization, trading), not just a single component
Specialist-level technical depth; comfortable being the senior-most technical voice in the room on architecture
Client-facing experience with Tier-1 institutions, fluent from a whiteboard session with engineers to a C-suite briefing
Founder-grade agency and low ego — comfortable making hard design calls in ambiguous, high-stakes settings
Bonus Points:
Hands-on experience building blockchain infrastructure or tokenization platforms
Prior architecture leadership at a custodian, exchange, clearinghouse, or Tier-1 bank
Hands-on production LLM or AI agent experience
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Hybrid/Flexible Working Arrangements
Flexible Time Off (paid)
3% 401(k) company contribution
Company-paid health and protective benefits for employees, partners, and other dependents
Generous paid Parental Leave
Competitive family planning benefits for US employees
Opportunities to learn about the Crypto industry
Smart, entrepreneurial, and fun colleagues
Free daily snacks and weekly breakfasts/lunches
Employee Resource Groups
Free coaching and counseling sessions through Headspace
Apply now and join us as we grow the economy that runs on code.
The base salary ranges included below will be commensurate with candidate experience, expertise and local market. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise. At Galaxy, we maintain a total compensation philosophy which consists of a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and equity incentives.
Base Salary Range

We will endeavor to make a reasonable accommodation to the known limitations of a qualified applicant with a disability unless the accommodation would impose an undue hardship on the operation of our business.
