About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
As a Technical Deployment Lead on the Forward Deployed Engineering team, you will lead the delivery of custom agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers. You'll own high-value engagements where we collaborate directly with customers to build and deploy agents into their most critical business processes
Each engagement runs from SOW through production deployment. Forward Deployed Engineers build the technical solution; you drive the delivery plan, product scoping, stakeholder relationships, and the organizational complexity of deploying agents into complex enterprise environments.
You need to be credible in architecture conversations with engineering leads and equally comfortable running executive briefings with C-suite sponsors. You won't write production code, but you'll pressure-test technical decisions and make real-time trade-offs on scope and priority when things go sideways on an engagement.
This is also a builder's role. We're in the early innings of an emerging motion - the playbooks, the delivery patterns, the repeatable IP that makes the next engagement faster and better don't exist yet. The TDLs who thrive here are the ones who get that codifying what works is as important as the engagement in front of them right now.
Responsibilities
Own the technical delivery plan for each engagement. Work from the signed SOW to a sequenced roadmap with clear milestones, dependencies, success criteria, and value hypotheses that FDEs execute against.
Lead delivery discovery. Map customer workflows and constraints in depth, pressure-test the scoped MVP against what you find, and shape the solution architecture with the FDEs.
Run day-to-day engineering execution. Drive delivery across Anthropic and customer teams. Keep progress unblocked and sequenced. Make real-time trade-offs on scope and priority to protect the critical path.
Own product scoping during delivery. Author requirements, prioritize the engineering backlog, manage scope against success criteria, and hold the bar for what good looks like for the people and enterprises who will use the product.
Own the customer relationship throughout delivery. Lead executive briefings, manage stakeholder communications across technical leads and procurement, and represent Anthropic's technical credibility with senior business and engineering leaders.
Own value measurement and ROI. Define impact hypotheses, set baselines and KPIs, run pre- and post-deployment measurement, and report outcomes to executive sponsors.
Contribute reusable delivery patterns. Capture what works on your engagements and feed field signal to the Programs Leads, Product, and Research.
Navigate enterprise and regulatory complexity. Security reviews, legal approvals, procurement processes, compliance requirements, and organizational dynamics.
Manage scope and change. Handle evolving requirements, set expectations, negotiate contract modifications, identify risks early, and escalate with clear context when needed.
Run engagement-level delivery operations: sprint ceremonies, milestone reviews, and engagement reporting that feed the team's post-sales cadence and dashboards.
Travel to customer sites. Build relationships, unblock delivery, and accelerate adoption. (up to 25–50% travel expected).
You May Be a Good Fit If You
Have led AI/ML engagements/deployments, whether as a founder, data scientist, engineer, researcher, or in a professional services or consulting role.
Operate like the CEO of your engagement. You take initiative without a mandate, make decisions with incomplete information, and lead rather than wait for instructions.
Have delivered AI, ML, or LLM-based agentic solutions into production. You understand solution patterns, integration approaches, and what breaks in real environments.
Have experience in a specialized vertical (life sciences, pharmaceutical, retail, mining, agriculture, etc.).
Can navigate architecture discussions with engineering stakeholders, evaluate technical trade-offs, and pressure-test technical decisions. You won't write production code, but you will own the technical direction of engagements alongside FDEs.
Have a track record delivering complex, high-stakes technical projects for enterprise clients where outcomes depended on tight coordination and fast decision-making - ideally across multiple workstreams in regulated industries.
Have executive presence - polished, credible, and comfortable representing Anthropic to senior leaders in high-stakes environments.
Thrive in ambiguity and bring structure where none exists.
Have a builder's mindset - you're here to create a function, not just join one.
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About HIVE
HIVE is a new business center on the full 14th floor of i-Rise Tower in Barsha Heights. 119 private offices,
four meeting rooms, a podcast studio, a café and a 30-seat lounge, all run by one team at one address. Our
promise to members is simple: everything you need to work, nothing you need to worry about. We open in
December 2026, and we are hiring the people who will make the first impression.
About the role:
We are looking for a senior and junior front desk & member experience to join our team. As a
front desk & member experience, you are the first person every member and guest meets, and the person who keeps the floor running everyday. You run the front desk, look after members from their first visit to the day they move out, support sales
with tours, take payments, and make sure every room, service and request is handled the way a good hotel
would handle it. This is a hospitality job in a business setting. The senior role also covers for the manager,
prepares proposals and focuses on client work. The junior role focuses on phones and general admin. You
work in HIVE own app and CRM, so everything you do is recorded and paperless.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and visitors
Welcome every member and guest by name where you can; offer water and tell them what happens next.
Register visitors in the app, issue visitor passes and let the member know their guest has arrived.
Keep the reception desk, lobby and lounge presentable all day: tidy, quiet and ready for a tour at any moment.
Handle after-hours guest access requests and the building’s visitor and parking registration.
Phone, WhatsApp, e-mail and call answering
Answer the main line within three rings; reply to WhatsApp, e-mail and website enquiries the same working day.
Answer calls for members who use the call-answering service, in their company name and with their greeting; take the message and log it in the app so the member gets it by app and e-mail.
Log every new enquiry in the CRM with source, needs and next step; never leave a lead without a follow-up date.
Bookings: meeting rooms, podcast studio and zoom cabinets
Take and confirm bookings in the app; explain prices and the 8 included hours a month to members.
Prepare each room before the booking (screen, cables, water, clean table) and reset it after.
Send quotes for guest bookings and studio sessions; follow up until confirmed or released.
Check no-shows and late cancellations and record them for billing.
Sales support and tours
Show offices to walk-ins and booked visitors when the manager is busy; know every office type, view and price.
Send the offer from the CRM after the tour and hand the lead to the manager to close.
Keep the availability list current so nothing is offered that is already reserved.
Support brokers and agents who bring visitors: register the referral in the app before the tour.
New members: move-in
Guide new members through the online steps in the app: company details and identity check (KYC), signing, payment.
Check identity documents against the originals at handover and confirm it in the app.
Hand over the office with the move-in checklist and photos; issue access cards to each team member.
Explain the house rules on day one: no food or drinks inside offices (pantry, café and lounge only), noise, visitors, parking.
Members day to day
Receive and log mail and courier deliveries; notify the member the same day and keep a signed hand-over record in the app.
Handle team changes: add and remove people, issue and deactivate cards, replace lost cards (and charge the card fee).
Take requests for extras (parking, phone line, printing, team time, IT tasks, café on account) and record them so they reach the monthly statement.
Write down what members ask for or complain about and tell the manager, so problems are fixed before they grow.
Politely remind members of the house rules when needed and record repeated breaches for the
manager.
Payments and billing
Take payments at the desk by card machine and cash (within the cash limit) and record each one against the invoice in the app; the member gets the receipt at once.
Run the daily cash-up at closing: cash counted and card-machine total checked against what was recorded; report any difference the same day.
Help prepare the monthly statements: check room hours, printing, café and studio lines before the manager approves them.
Follow up unpaid invoices with friendly reminders, as set by the manager.
Facilities and housekeeping
Raise facilities tickets (air conditioning, lights, internet, doors, furniture) in the app and follow them until closed.
Coordinate the cleaning team (3 times a week per office) and the quarterly pest control and deep cleaning with members, giving notice in the app where possible.
Walk the floor several times a day: meeting rooms, pantry, zoom cabinets, printers, toilets and lounge; fix or report what is not right.
Keep printers stocked, check paper and toner, and help members with printing PINs.
Move-out
Confirm the last day after the member gives notice in the app; book the handback.
Do the handback checklist with photos, collect every card and key, and note damage for the deposit statement.
Opening, closing and safety
Open and close the front desk with the daily checklist: lights, screens, rooms, lounge, doors and alarms.
Know the emergency plan: fire exits, first aid, evacuation, and who to call for building issues.
Never give access, keys or information to anyone not authorised in the app.
Team time and community
Deliver & ‘‘team time’’; requests for members (bookings, travel, sourcing, small admin tasks) and log the hours.
Help run the monthly members; evening and small events.
Cover the café counter for short breaks when the barista needs help.
Experience in admin, customer service and client care. Where you learned it does not matter.
Warm, calm and well presented. Problems get solved with a smile.
Fluent spoken and written English. Arabic is a strong advantage.
Confident with software: bookings, invoices, a CRM. Quick to learn new tools.
Happy to show a space and talk about prices; you like people and you like a tidy floor.
Based in the UAE and able to start within four weeks.

3 days per week in our London office
BUILD YOUR ENTERPRISE SALES CAREER AT N8N
n8n is growing rapidly at the intersection of AI, automation and enterprise software. More than 1.7 million active builders use n8n each month, and we’re scaling our enterprise business as more organisations look for ways to connect AI with the systems, data and workflows that run their businesses.
We’re building our SDR team in London and looking for a Sales Development Representative to join us.
You’ll partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to break into some of the largest organisations in the SEMEA region. This isn’t about maximising email volume. You’ll take a thoughtful, account-based approach: researching strategic companies, identifying the right stakeholders, understanding their priorities, and creating relevant conversations around automation and AI.
If you’re succeeding in an SDR/BDR role and want greater exposure to enterprise selling, strategic account planning, technical buyers and a genuine path towards AE, this could be a great next step.
WHY YOU WILL THRIVE AT N8N?
Serious momentum. n8n has grown rapidly into a major player in workflow automation and AI, with more than $100M in ARR, 1,400+ enterprise customers, and a $5.2B valuation following strategic investment from SAP.
Build towards AE. We want the SDR role to be a platform for your next step. High-performing SDRs can develop through our structured SDR → AE programme, with live deal exposure, discovery and MEDDPICC coaching, call reviews, and opportunities to take greater ownership of real opportunities alongside experienced AEs.
Learn enterprise selling. Work alongside Enterprise AEs on account strategy, stakeholder mapping, messaging, discovery and opportunity creation - gaining exposure to how complex enterprise deals are built from the start.
Sell where the market is going. You’ll engage technical and executive buyers around AI, automation and some of the most important technology challenges businesses are tackling today.
Use AI to sell smarter. Experiment with AI, n8n and modern sales technology to research accounts, understand buyers, personalise outreach and improve how you work. You don’t need to be an engineer - but you should be curious about technology and excited to learn.
WHAT YOU’LL DO;
- Build enterprise pipeline: Prospect into a focused set of strategic accounts and create qualified opportunities.
- Develop account strategies: Partner with Enterprise AEs to identify priority companies, stakeholders, challenges, use cases and engagement strategies.
- Research your prospects: Understand the business and technical priorities of stakeholders across IT, DevOps, SecOps, Engineering and related teams.
- Create outreach that gets attention: Develop thoughtful, personalised messaging tied to real account priorities rather than generic sequences.
- Prospect across channels: Engage prospects through email, phone, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Lead early-stage discovery: Understand business needs, technical environments, priorities, urgency and potential fit with n8n.
- Continuously improve: Use Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, AI tools, coaching and performance data to sharpen your approach.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR;
We’re looking for someone with a strong SDR foundation who wants to develop into an excellent enterprise seller.
You’ll likely be a good fit if you have:
- SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS, software or technology
- Experience generating pipeline through outbound prospecting within mid- market or enterprise accounts
- A strong sales track record against your targets
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) + fluent/bilingual (C1) French is beneficial
- Confidence engaging senior business and technical stakeholders
- A thoughtful approach to account research, personalisation and qualification
- Curiosity about technical products, automation and AI
- Resilience, consistency and ownership of your results
- The ability to work from our London office three days per week
Bonus points if you have: experience prospecting into technical audiences; familiarity with buying committees, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo or MEDDPICC; experience using AI or automation in your own sales workflow.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Success here is about quality, not just activity.
You’ll build a deep understanding of your accounts, identify the right stakeholders, create messaging that earns attention and generate qualified enterprise opportunities that can turn into meaningful revenue.
Along the way, you’ll build experience in enterprise account strategy, technical selling, discovery, AI and automation, and complex B2B sales - giving you a strong foundation for the next stage of your career.
INTERESTED?
You don’t need to meet every requirement to apply.
If you have a strong foundation in outbound sales, you’re curious about technology, and you’re excited by the opportunity to help build n8n’s enterprise business while developing towards your next step in sales, we’d love to hear from you.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.
Our company language is English.

About the Role
As a Technical Deployment Lead on the Claude Agentic Solutions team, you will lead the delivery of custom AI agent solutions for enterprise customers in highly regulated industries. You'll own high-value engagements where we collaborate directly with customers to build and deploy agents into their most critical business processes.
This is a founding team: you will help us to build technical playbooks and define the processes and repeatable patterns needed for us to scale this emerging motion. You will champion our mission in the field, ensure world class delivery, and bring insights back to our product and research teams on a regular basis.
You'll own engagements end-to-end, from SOW through production deployment. You'll work alongside Forward Deployed Engineers who build the technical solution, while you own product scoping, stakeholder management, value measurement, and the organizational complexity that comes with deploying AI agents in enterprise environments. You need to be technical enough to hold architecture conversations with engineering stakeholders and polished enough to run executive briefings with C-suite sponsors.
Responsibilities
Own the technical delivery plan for each engagement.
Structure SOWs with clear scope, milestones, dependencies, success criteria, and value hypotheses. Translate customer business objectives into a sequenced roadmap that FDEs execute against.
Lead technical discovery:
map customer workflows, identify constraints, define MVP scope, and shape the solution architecture for custom agent deployments.
Run day-to-day engineering execution and delivery
across Anthropic and customer teams. Keep progress unblocked and sequenced. Make real-time trade-offs on scope and priority to protect the critical path.
Own product scoping for field engagements: d
efine the MVP, author requirements documentation, prioritize the engineering backlog, and manage scope against success criteria as requirements evolve.
Own the customer relationship throughout delivery.
Lead executive briefings, manage stakeholder communications across technical leads and procurement, and represent Anthropic's technical credibility with senior business and engineering leaders.
Own value measurement and ROI:
define impact hypotheses, set baselines and KPIs, run pre- and post-deployment measurement, and report outcomes to executive sponsors.
Codify reusable solution patterns, evaluation frameworks, and technical playbooks. Extract what works across engagements and feed field signals back to Product and Research to improve our platform and models.
Navigate enterprise and regulatory complexity: security reviews, legal approvals, procurement processes, compliance requirements, and organizational dynamics.
Manage scope and change: handle evolving requirements, set expectations, negotiate contract modifications, identify risks early, and escalate with clear context when needed.
Run delivery operations: sprint ceremonies, milestone reviews, and progress reporting.
Travel to customer sites to build relationships, unblock delivery, and accelerate adoption (25–50% expected).
You May Be a Good Fit If You
Have 5+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership — this could be technical engagement management, technical program management, or technical product management, founders/startups, technical-adjacent backgrounds, professional services, consulting, or enterprise software.
Have delivered AI, ML, or LLM-based agentic solutions into production. You understand solution patterns, integration approaches, and what breaks in real environments.
Can lead architecture discussions with engineering stakeholders, evaluate technical trade-offs, and pressure-test technical decisions. You won't write production code, but you will own the technical direction of engagements alongside FDEs.
Have a track record delivering complex, high-stakes technical projects for enterprise clients where outcomes depended on tight coordination and fast decision-making, ideally across multiple workstreams in regulated industries.
Have executive presence — polished, credible, and comfortable representing Anthropic to senior leaders in high-stakes environments.
Thrive in ambiguity and bring structure where none exists.
Have a builder's mindset — you're here to create a function, not join one.
Strong Candidates May Also Have
Experience in financial services, healthcare/life sciences, or pharmaceutical verticals.
Background at a Forward Deployed Engineering company or professional services and consulting firms.
Exceptional understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations.
Experience with regulated industries and compliance requirements.
Experience managing delivery teams with embedded engineers at customer sites.
Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, tool use patterns, and orchestration architectures.

Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Wolt is a technology company that makes it incredibly easy to discover and get the best restaurants, grocery stores and other local shops delivered to your home or office. Wolt works together with over 30,000 restaurant and retail partners as well as with over 60,000 courier partners across 23 countries and 129 cities.
Our apps (iOS and Android) have the industry’s highest reviews, largely because of our customer-centric approach to how we build our products and operations. For example, our customer service team responds in a matter of seconds, in the customer’s own language.
We’ve raised more than €707M in financing from renowned U.S. and European based investors, such as ICONIQ Capital, Tiger Global, DST, Prosus, KKR, Coatue, 83North, Goldman Sachs, Highland Europe and EQT Ventures & EQT Growth, among others. We've also been fortunate enough to receive some appreciation and recognition for our hard work along the way: Apple selected Wolt’s app as their Editors' Choice, Wired named the company one of the "Hottest Startups in Europe," Forbes included our CEO Miki Kuusi on its 30-under-30 in Consumer Tech list, and the Nordic Startup Awards named Wolt Company of the Year.
In 2020, the Financial Times named us Europe’s second fastest growing company. We’re still expanding rapidly and are looking for more talented individuals to join us. If you are passionate about cutting-edge technology, great food, and making an impact in your city, then Wolt just might be for you.
Wolt is more than just a food and retail delivery operation – in fact we are built upon a solid foundation of state-of-the-art technology. Our internal tooling enables us to ramp up new cities efficiently and provide excellent customer service, our own logistics platform allows us to optimize our couriers' work to get you the food you want as fast as possible, and our restaurant platform allows restaurants to offer exciting food experiences for our customers in an optimal way.
We work in small teams with high ownership, with each team focusing on a key area of the Wolt product stack. Every one of our product team members has a say in where we are going and what solutions we implement. We work with a passion, but we haven't forgotten how to have fun along the way!
We’re now looking for a driven, charismatic, and commercially minded Ads & Promo Sales Specialist (SMB) to join our team in Israel. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end sales journey for Small and Medium Businesses, acting as a trusted partner who combines strong sales execution with media understanding and analytical thinking. This is a high-impact role with real ownership, visibility, and opportunity to shape how merchants grow on Wolt.
What you’ll be doing

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Lead strategic planning, translating business priorities into clear roadmaps, resources and milestones.
Own OKRs, KPI tracking and business reviews, turning insights into actions that improve performance.
Run Operations leadership forums, ensuring clear decisions, ownership and follow-through.
Align local, global and cross-functional teams on strategic priorities, processes and policies.
Improve workflows and implement scalable processes that strengthen efficiency and accountability.
Partner with People and Operations managers on career frameworks, training and team development.
Lead AI adoption, automation and new initiatives from business case through launch and evaluation.
Our humble expectations*
7+ years in strategy and operations, consulting, operational excellence, organization and methods, or strategic program management, ideally in a fast-growing business.
Proven experience leading complex initiatives, strategic planning and performance management across teams.
Strong analytical skills and business judgment, translating data into actionable recommendations.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
A structured approach to managing priorities, dependencies and risks, with experience driving process improvements and organizational change.
Practical experience with AI tools and automation.
High ownership, discretion and confidence working independently and with senior leadership.
Fluent in Hebrew and English.
Next steps*
If you enjoy combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and want to help shape the future of Courier Operations at Wolt Israel, we’d love to hear from you.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
