ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Billing team at Supabase. Billing owns the monetization and revenue systems that turn platform usage into accurate customer charges and finance-ready revenue data. The team’s scope includes plans, subscriptions, usage-based billing, invoices, payments, credits, coupons, taxation, dunning, collections, pricing mechanics, entitlements, marketplace and partner billing paths, and integrations with providers such as Stripe and Orb.
Billing sits at the intersection of engineering, product, finance, data, support, and partnerships. The systems are revenue-critical and trust-critical: they must remain correct, predictable, supportable, observable, and extensible as Supabase grows and introduces new products, pricing models, and partner channels.
This is a people, delivery, and technical leadership role. We don’t expect managers to contribute production code directly, but we do expect you to participate in architecture and design discussions, challenge plans with sound technical reasoning, and set a high bar for correctness, reliability, and operational maturity.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Team & People
- Build a healthy, high-trust team culture in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.
- Run 1:1s, performance management, career development, and onboarding for your direct reports.
- Coach engineers working across backend application code, data pipelines, external integrations, and operational workflows.
- Build durable ownership across the team so critical billing knowledge, access, and incident response do not depend on one person.
- Handle people administration, including leave and time off, for your team.
Hiring
- Own the hiring plan for the Billing team and act as Hiring Manager and first-round interviewer for roles on the team.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to source, interview, and close strong candidates with the right mix of billing-domain depth and engineering judgment.
- Contribute to headcount planning, org design, and the evolution of engineering leadership at Supabase.
Delivery, Roadmap & Partnerships
- Own the Billing roadmap and project management in Linear, driving accountability, clear milestones, and predictable delivery.
- Balance new pricing and product capabilities with investments in system correctness, resilience, supportability, and technical debt.
- Manage workflow intake and Slack triage, deciding what should be routed, prioritized, sequenced, or pushed back on.
- Own weekly updates and keep stakeholders aligned without creating unnecessary overhead.
- Surface risks, dependencies, tradeoffs, and revenue or customer-impact concerns early and clearly to leadership.
Incident Commander
- Train as an Incident Commander and lead coordination, resolution, customer-impact assessment, and post-incident follow-up.
- Lead blameless post-incident reviews.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have 5+ years of engineering background, with enough depth to be credible with engineers building complex systems.
- Have 3+ years managing remote engineering teams.
- Have managed a billing engineering team at a cloud, SaaS, or developer tools company. Experience with developer tools or databases is a strong preference, but we'll consider any sufficiently technical background where you can demonstrate the ability to ramp on a new domain.
- Have managed remote, globally distributed teams that work asynchronously across disparate time zones.
- Are technical enough to be credible with strong engineers, but genuinely passionate about people management. This is the work you want to do, not a track you're settling for.
- Build psychological safety and a feedback culture: you give feedback often and in the moment, ask for it back, and create space for the team to do the same.
- Operate as a multiplier. Focused on helping individuals achieve more than they could alone, not on being the best technical voice in the room.
- Coach rather than direct. Remove blockers, connect people to context and resources, and trust your engineers to own how the work gets done.
- Have a real track record of performance management and can speak to specific examples of difficult conversations and how you navigated them.
- Are comfortable with ambiguity and capable of building structure where there isn't much.
- Communicate clearly and write well. You're default async, default written, set context proactively, and surface risks early.
- Are collaborative, low-ego, and adaptable. You thrive working with high-autonomy, senior ICs who have strong technical opinions and don't need to be the smartest person in the room.
RELEVANT BILLING DOMAIN & TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
You should bring experience across most of the following areas:
- Subscription lifecycle and monetization mechanics: plans and packaging, billing cycles, upgrades and downgrades, proration, upfront and in-arrears charges, add-ons, credits, coupons, discounts, refunds, taxes, dunning, collections, disputes, and chargebacks.
- Usage-based billing at scale: converting raw product and infrastructure telemetry into billable usage; defining meters and dimensions; applying quotas and pricing; handling late-arriving data; and supporting deterministic reruns, backfills, and reconciliation.
- Payments and billing-provider integrations: production experience with Stripe, Orb, or comparable providers, including APIs, webhooks, invoice lifecycle, payment failures, event ingestion, sync engines, rate limits, provider SLAs, and graceful degradation during outages.
- Entitlements and pricing enforcement: separating feature access from charging, managing plan defaults and customer-specific overrides, and designing auditable controls that keep product behaviour consistent with commercial agreements.
- Cross-functional billing operations: working effectively with Finance, Data, Product, Support, Sales/RevOps, and Partnerships on revenue reporting, customer support, fraud and payment risk, marketplace billing, and new pricing launches.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Lithic is the modern card issuing and processing platform empowering ambitious financial companies to build the future of payments.
Our infrastructure powers card programs for 100+ innovative clients, from fintechs reimagining credit and digital banking to platforms transforming disbursements and spend management. Companies like Mercury, Flex, and Novo rely on Lithic's developer-friendly APIs, direct network connections, and flawless reconciliation to launch and scale card programs in weeks, not years.
We're building a future where access to better financial products materially improves people's lives, free from the constraints of 30-year-old mainframes and legacy processors. We're proud to be backed by world-class investors who share that vision, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Index Ventures, Spark Capital, Stripes, and Mastercard, along with many others.
We're a team of 170+ across 26 states and 7 countries, headquartered in New York City.
Lithic's Treasury Operations team owns the movement of money across our card issuing infrastructure — network settlement, sponsor bank transfers, and the reconciliation that keeps it all provable. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who wants to learn the inner workings of payments and fintech infrastructure, not just observe them from a reporting layer.
You'll be running a critical, time-sensitive engine every day — and at the same time, working alongside the Head of Treasury Operations to improve how that engine works as the function scales. You’ll also work cross-functionally across a wide range of teams (Finance, Treasury Engineering, Risk, Analytics, Processing, Customer Success, Bank Operations) — this role sits at the center of a lot of different workflows, not off in a silo.
What you'll do:
Execution (50%)
Own day-to-day execution of network settlement transfers (Mastercard, Visa) and related treasury transfers across sponsor banks
Operate in a time-sensitive environment where errors or delays have immediate downstream consequences
Support reconciliation and ensure transfers tie out against expected activity
Be a reliable, detail-oriented operator of an existing process — accuracy and consistency matter as much as speed
Process Optimization (20%)
Take existing workflows and make them better: fewer manual steps, stronger controls, cleaner audit trails
Identify friction or risk in current processes and propose (and build) improvements
Balance improvement work against the need for strong financial controls — nothing gets streamlined at the expense of auditability
Project Support (30%)
Support the Head of Treasury Operations on larger initiatives as the function scales
Contribute analysis, documentation, and execution support to new treasury infrastructure, reporting, or process builds
Ongoing
Run ad hoc data analysis (SQL, Excel) to answer operational and financial questions on the fly
Support downstream audit and reporting needs tied to settlement and reconciliation activity
Be available outside normal business hours in rare emergency situations (e.g., a failed settlement or bank-side issue)
What you'll learn:
This role is a front-row seat to the nuts and bolts of card issuing and payments infrastructure — network settlement mechanics, sponsor bank relationships, and the guts of how money actually moves through a modern fintech stack. You'll come out of this role with a depth of operational fintech knowledge that's hard to get anywhere else.
What you'll bring:
2–4 years of relevant experience in treasury operations, funds transfer/money movement operations, cash management, or a closely adjacent operational finance role
Experience with reconciliation and financial controls — you understand
why
the numbers need to tie out, not just how to make them tie out
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including comfort with (or willingness to learn) Google Apps Script for automating recurring workflows
SQL proficiency for querying and validating data (we use Snowflake and Metabase); Python or other scripting is a plus, not a requirement
Working comprehension of accounting concepts and financial operations / money movement (ACH, wires, card settlement, or similar) — you should be knowledgeable about how transfers and reconciliation tie back to the books
Familiarity with Jira and Slack, or similar ticketing and collaboration tools, for tracking progress and coordinating across teams
Comfort shifting flexibly between fixed process workflows and operating in an agile enrivonment (sprints, tickets, iterative process improvement)
Interest in operating in a fast-moving startup/fintech environment — this isn't a traditional back-office treasury seat
The annual US salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 plus equity. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Lithic and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance to our NYC office in Soho. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance.
Benefits for Full-Time US Employees:
Unlimited PTO
12-weeks fully paid parental leave
4-Week Fully Paid Sabbatical (earned at your 5-year anniversary)
Work From Anywhere: work from anywhere in the world 4-weeks each year
3% cashback on card purchases with your complimentary

We are looking for a product-first marketer who understands cycling, knows what makes a great bike compelling beyond a spec sheet, and can turn technical differentiation into clear consumer value. You will help shape X-LAB’s product narrative, manage go-to-market execution across our growing portfolio, and build the systems that ensure every launch is coordinated across our global organization.
This role reports to the Global Head of Marketing, and is based onsite in Los Angeles 5 days a week.

- Lead cross-functional product launches from initial planning through market introduction, coordinating Product, Marketing, Design, Ecommerce, PR, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service.
- Develop product marketing assets including product briefs, launch materials, sales tools, dealer education, FAQs, comparison guides, catalogs, and website/PDP content.
- Partner closely with the China product and engineering teams to understand the product roadmap, identify key differentiators, and ensure U.S. market needs and feedback inform future development.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, including product specifications, pricing, positioning, technology, and emerging category trends.
- Work directly with dealers, riders, media, athletes, and internal teams to gather market feedback and translate insights into actionable product recommendations.
- Support media launches, product reviews, demo programs, trade shows, dealer events, and other product-focused activations.
- Establish and maintain the product marketing calendar, launch processes, asset requirements, and cross-functional go/no-go milestones.
- Help define how X-LAB’s broader product portfolio fits together, ensuring each model has a clear role, audience, value proposition, and reason to exist.
You’re a Great Fit With:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related roles within cycling, sporting goods, outdoor, mobility, or another product-driven industry with heavy consumer touchpoints (MANDATORY).
- Proven experience bringing physical products to market and coordinating complex cross-functional launches by building and project managing a world-class product launch engine.
- Exceptional ability to translate technical product features into clear, differentiated consumer benefits and compelling storytelling.
- Strong understanding of positioning, pricing, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and go-to-market strategy.
- Experience developing product marketing materials across ecommerce, retail, sales, PR, and dealer channels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple products, launches, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience working directly with product designers, engineers, sales teams, creative teams, retailers, and senior leadership.
You’re a Spectacular Fit With:
- A genuine passion for cycling and the ability to speak credibly with everyone from a first-time rider to a bike shop owner, engineer, journalist, or WorldTour mechanic.
- Experience working with international product development or manufacturing teams, particularly across Asia and North America.
- Fluency in Mandarin or experience collaborating closely with China-based teams.
- An instinct for identifying not only what makes a product better, but why that difference should matter to someone.
Success Metrics
- Establish a repeatable, cross-functional product launch process with clear ownership, timelines, deliverables, and go/no-go milestones within the first 90 days.
- Ensure every X-LAB product has clearly defined positioning, target rider, competitive set, key differentiators, and consumer-facing value proposition.
- Deliver coordinated, on-time product launches across website, media, dealer, sales, creative, and operational channels.
- Build a comprehensive competitive intelligence system covering key products, pricing, specifications, technologies, and market movements.
- Create an effective feedback loop between U.S. dealers and riders and X-LAB’s global product and engineering teams to influence future product development.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Corporate Security at Ramp owns the security of our internal environment: the device fleet, the identity and access layer, and the AI tools employees use for their work. We are hiring a Systems Engineer to build and operate the controls across these systems.
The role is hands-on, writing code and building agentic loops wherever possible rather than solving problems manually. You will help manage device configuration and patching via configuration-as-code, authentication and authenticator policies in Okta, network and gateway enforcement in Cloudflare, and the controls around our enterprise Claude and OpenAI deployments. These systems overlap heavily in practice, and the work is largely about integrating them and automating what would otherwise be manual administration.
You will report to the Corporate Security lead and work closely with IT, Security Engineering, and AI DevX.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Maintain update policies for both OS and software, and monitor the fleet so that newly introduced applications are brought into the patching cadence
- Build automation for endpoint security agent remediation across EDR, DLP, VPN, and similar tooling — detecting missing, stale, or unhealthy agents and bringing devices back into compliance
- Maintain device configuration baselines as code, including drift detection and hardening standards
- Configure authentication and authenticator policies in Okta: SSO, MFA and authenticator enrollment, device trust, and conditional access
- Remediate identity posture gaps surfaced by ISPM tooling: stale accounts, orphaned service principals, over-scoped OAuth grants, MFA gaps, and excess privileges
- Implement and operate controls for enterprise AI usage, including identity-aware access, logging and retention, DLP where appropriate, and enforcement
- Automate across these platforms using their APIs, build reporting on control coverage, and document how the controls you build are operated
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3–5 years of experience in Client Platform Engineer/Endpoint Engineering, Identity Access & Management, or Corporate Security
- Hands-on macOS management at scale: MDM (Jamf, Fleet, Kandji, or equivalent) and macOS update mechanisms
- Working knowledge of an identity provider (Okta or similar): SSO, authentication and authenticator policies, SCIM provisioning, and conditional access
- Scripting ability in Python, Go, or Bash, and experience automating against platform APIs
- Experience with EDR and endpoint vulnerability management (CrowdStrike or similar)
- Ability to evaluate tradeoffs between technical enforcement, policy, and user friction, and to explain those tradeoffs clearly
NICE TO HAVE
- osquery and Fleet, or other query-based fleet visibility tooling
- Identity posture management (ISPM) tooling, or access review and governance platforms
- Cloudflare Zero Trust, or other proxy, DNS, or network-layer enforcement, including TLS inspection
- Exposure to AI and LLM security concerns: agent authorization, tool calls, model gateways, data leakage through AI tooling
- Infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD experience (Terraform, GitHub Actions)
- Windows fleet management alongside macOS
- Compliance frameworks (SOC 2, PCI) as they apply to endpoints and access
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
Our Trading product line builds the trading terminal and toolset spanning options, CFD, FX, equities, and crypto. We operate across both regulated and offshore environments, which means part of our roadmap carries a compliance framework.
Tasks:
Own the direction's backlog end-to-end — from idea through post-release analysis
Prioritize by numbers: a feature without a metric doesn't make it into the backlog
Design experiments and analyze results, including the ones that don't work out
Work hands-on with the domain: leverage, margin, stop-out, expirations, execution
Requirements:
3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner in trading, brokerage, or fintech handling user funds
Deep understanding of high risk instrument mechanics, not just the interface layer
Comfortable pulling and analyzing data independently — SQL or confident BI tool usage
Hands-on experience running A/B tests, with a clear grasp of the difference between "shipped" and "worked"
Fluent in Russian and B2+ English
Nice to have:
Experience with MT5 or a proprietary trading platform
Experience working under a regulator
Track record of launching a product/instrument from zero
What we offer:
On-site work model in our office in Limassol
Health insurance and mental health services
13th salary and 21 vacation days per year
Catered lunches in the office
Tuition reimbursement (kindergartens/schools)
Training and Development opportunities
Onsite Gym
Corporate events and workshops
Bonuses for special events (e.g., child's birth).
With a team of 500+ creative and tech-driven people across the globe, Quadcode is the place where ideas turn into impact, where every project is a chance to grow, innovate, and make your mark.
Join us today, and let's shape the future of fintech together!
Note: All applications will be treated with strict confidence. We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those candidates selected for interviews will be contacted.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We're looking for an amazing individual to join Fivetran's Employee Experience team as our Senior Lead, Employee Experience & Internal Communications. This role goes beyond writing great comms — you'll also help design how employees experience Fivetran day to day, from how we listen to them, to how we recognize them, to how we bring them together as a community. You'll craft compelling communications for employees around the world, build the frameworks that connect employees to one another and to our priorities, and design programs that make people feel heard, valued, and energized — all in service of our company mission.
You'll be hands-on: writing stellar communications, designing employee listening mechanisms, building recognition programs, and running culture and community initiatives. You'll also zoom out — building frameworks and cadences that scale, and using data (surveys, engagement metrics, attendance, participation) to tell a story about how the organization is doing and what to do next.
Technologies You’ll Use

Own the internal communications strategy, calendar, and multi-channel distribution framework, spanning both the People and COO organizations
Write and edit clear, engaging content for internal audiences across our internal wiki and other channels
Craft consistent messaging on company updates, initiatives, and achievements
Support leadership on change and reorg communications, ensuring transparency and buy-in
Manage and optimize internal communication channels (email, intranet, Slack, and other digital platforms)
Develop and maintain a crisis communications plan for unexpected events affecting the company and its employees
Employee Listening
Design and run an employee listening framework across employee groups (e.g., ERGs) and around key moments (e.g., reorgs), at a minimum quarterly cadence
Establish feedback mechanisms to gauge the effectiveness of communications and programs, and translate what you hear into action
Recognition
Build and document a company-wide recognition framework, pilot it with an initial team, and iterate based on results
Integrate recognition into everyday tools and processes (e.g., Slack, Workday) and align it with company values
Culture
Identify and help launch culture initiatives grounded in our top company values
Track and report on awareness and adoption (e.g., through the annual company survey)
Events & Community
Design a connection framework for events and community programming, including remote/distributed hubs
Plan and deliver company events (holiday, community, and milestone moments) with clear attendance and satisfaction goals
Data & Storytelling
Analyze and present data (survey results, attendance, engagement, participation) accurately and use it to tell a clear story that drives decisions
Skills We’re Looking For
6+ years of experience across internal communications and employee experience/engagement, with excellent, clear, simple writing
Demonstrated experience designing employee listening, feedback, or survey programs
Experience building or running employee recognition programs
Experience planning and executing company-wide events or community programming, including for distributed/remote teams
Strong ability to analyze and present data accurately, and use it to tell a story

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Systems and Software Team Lead
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organisation
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
We are looking for a Systems and Software Team Lead to own systems and software production and satellite-level testing for ICEYE's SAR satellites, from production integration through to proof that every onboard system performs reliably before a satellite ships.
Your team is responsible for onboard software loading, validation, and checkout during production, and full satellite-level functional and end-to-end system checkout, including RF testing in the anechoic chamber as part of that satellite-level test campaign. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians across systems and software, and carry the ultimate responsibility for flight readiness on the systems and software side of the build.
This is a hands-on leadership role at the core of production. You'll spend time on the floor with your team, troubleshooting, unblocking issues, and improving processes, while working alongside the Integration and Mechanical team leads to keep the overall satellite build on schedule and to the highest quality standards. ICEYE's production volumes are scaling significantly, and this role is central to building the systems, tooling, and team needed to support that growth.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Every satellite's systems and software performance is verified reliably, predictably, and to standard before it ships, including its RF/anechoic chamber test results
- Systems and software verification processes are clear, structured, and scalable
- Problems are isolated and solved at the root, not patched
- The team takes full ownership of production and verification quality and traceability
- Production and verification throughput keep pace with ICEYE's growth
WHY THIS ROLE IS INTERESTING
- You bring systems and software production and verification together under one scope, including the satellite's final anechoic chamber test
- You own the moment of truth: proving that every satellite works end-to-end before it ships
- You'll shape how production and verification are done, not just follow existing processes
- You'll work at the intersection of engineering and production, where your decisions have immediate impact

We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Control Engineer to join our Controls Team in Vancouver, focusing on SW control development and integration of robotic actuators and sensors.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and validating joint- and actuator-level controllers that deliver high precision, responsiveness, and safety for complex robotic mechanisms.
The ideal candidate has a solid background in control theory, strong software engineering skills in C++, and comfort working across the full stack from real-time embedded control up through networking, kinematics/dynamics, and browser-based debugging tooling. You will work closely with other control and hardware engineers to model, tune, and optimize the behavior of real robots and their subsystems (i.e. limbs and end-effectors).
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Low-Level Control Development
- Tune and validate actuator - and joint-space control loops (PID, feedforward, impedance/admittance, observers, state feedback) for multi-DoF systems in ROS2.
- Work across EtherCAT/CAN and Linux networking (TCP/IP, DDS discovery, time sync) to ensure deterministic, safe real-time operation.
- Implement safety and fault-handling mechanisms for dynamic conditions.
Modeling, Kinematics & System Identification
- Build and identify models of actuators, transmissions, and mechanisms — including parallel mechanisms like differential wrists/ankles — for control design and simulation.
- Apply rigid body kinematics/dynamics and numerical IK/FK methods; work from URDF/Xacro and MJCF, interpreting mechanical drawings and geometry.
Software & Systems Integration
- Write real-time-safe, object-oriented C++ (lock-free structures, thread safety) for control and diagnostics.
- Design and debug multi-layer control architectures.
- Maintain CMake build/dependency tooling and Python test harnesses; build lightweight browser-based tools (HTML/JS/WebSocket) for hardware debugging.
Sensor & Hardware Integration
- Integrate and calibrate a range of sensors (F/T sensors, tactile sensors, IMUs, etc.) with real-time acquisition and processing across the control stack.
- Hands-on hardware bring-up and debugging.
Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration
- Close the loop with mechanical/electronics engineers across sites on actuation requirements;
- Support hardware bring-up, calibration, and performance testing.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Control Engineering, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years in robotic or mechatronic systems — equivalent practical experience counts.
- Shipped real-time-safe, object-oriented C++ control software running on real hardware, in production or a serious research programme.
- Tuned and validated controllers on physical actuators, including sensor calibration and bring-up — with a story about something that behaved nothing like the model and what you did about it.
- Debugged at the fieldbus and OS layer: EtherCAT (PDO/SDO, timing constraints) or CAN, on an RTOS or real-time Linux.
- Strong control theory foundation (linear/nonlinear control, stability, observers, state estimation, feedback/feedforward, filtering, frequency-domain analysis) applied to multi-DoF mechanisms via Jacobians, numerical IK/FK, and URDF/Xacro.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- BLDC motor control (commutation, current control, torque optimization)
- ros2_control internals (hardware interfaces, controllers, controller_manager, plugins, lifecycle nodes).
- Parallel mechanisms specifically (differential wrist, parallel ankle), robotic hands, or other multi-DoF end-effectors.
- System identification toolchains and simulation environments (MATLAB/Simulink, MuJoCo, Gazebo); MJCF.
- Experience with dynamic system modeling and simulation at the actuator and transmission level.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Comprehensive extended health benefits starting on your first day, including fully paid medical and dental, virtual care, employee and family assistance, and worldwide emergency medical support.
- Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of annual leave (accrued), 15 days of paid sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- Paid end-of-year shutdown: annual company-wide holiday closure spanning Christmas through New Year’s Day.
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- Free daily catered lunch, snacks, and drinks in‑office.
- Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.
- Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Eneba is hiring an Account Manager to own a portfolio of mobile game publishers on our rewarded network. This is a commercial role with a heavy performance-marketing core: you will be the strategic point of contact for your clients, and you will personally build, launch and optimize the event reward funnels that drive their results.
The best person for this job is someone who is equally comfortable on a QBR call with a client’s Head of UA and in the dashboard at 9pm rebalancing reward tiers on an underperforming event. You will own the end-to-end performance of your accounts — the relationship, the funnel setup, the optimization, and the revenue behind it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own client relationships. Serve as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of mobile game publishers, building trusted relationships with UA managers, directors and CMOs, as well as monetization and growth stakeholders.
- Grow your book of business. Expand accounts through cross-sells (bringing additional titles from a client’s portfolio onto the network) and upsells (growing budget and spend on titles already live, and expanding into more geos).
- Set up and evaluate event reward funnels. Design reward structures using industry best practices, understanding event mechanics and payout tiers from scratch; QA them pre-launch and assess whether the funnel economics work for both the client and the network.
- Review performance and optimize events. Monitor live events against KPIs, diagnose drop-off points in the funnel, and make data-led adjustments to reward tiers, targeting, creative and pacing to hit performance targets.
- Act as a strategic advisor. Bring clients benchmarks, category insight and a clear point of view on what to run next — not just a status update on what ran last week.
- Own the invoicing and billing process. Manage the commercial back end of your accounts end-to-end, coordinating with finance to ensure accurate, on-time billing and clean resolution of any discrepancies.
- Plan and run QBRs. Schedule, prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews — virtual or in person — that translate performance data into a forward-looking growth plan.
- Drive client retention. Spot early signals of churn risk, and propose and implement retention strategies that keep accounts growing rather than lapsing.
- Own end-to-end campaign performance. Take full accountability for how your clients’ campaigns perform — from onboarding and setup through to results, reporting and renewal.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years in mobile ad tech in an account management, partner management, customer success or performance/UA role.
- Direct, hands-on experience setting up and optimizing reward funnels. This is the highest priority requirement for this role. You should be able to walk us through a funnel you built, what the reward structure looked like, what underperformed, and exactly what you changed to fix it.
- Strong performance analytics instincts. Comfortable working in dashboards and spreadsheets, and confident with the metrics that matter in this space — conversion rate, completion rate, CPI/CPA, ARPU, ROAS, retention and LTV.
- Commercial ownership. A track record of growing existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell, and comfort holding a revenue or growth number.
PREFERRED
- Rewarded network experience — offerwall, rewarded playtime, or rewarded engagement/events. This is a strong plus and will move a candidate to the top of the pile.
- Experience working directly with mobile game publishers and an understanding of how their UA teams operate.
- Familiarity with MMPs and attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) and with BI/reporting tooling.
- Exposure to the commercial mechanics of a network — margin, payout models, budget pacing and invoicing.
