HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE ROLE: PRODUCT LEAD, GROWTH ⭐️
We are looking for a proven product leader to lead the next phase of Alan’s growth.
Our self-serve business now brings in €1M of incremental ARR every week. We got there with a funnel that was ahead of the market for years, built for health insurance, one country and one way of buying.
That playbook will not get us to the next 10x. Alan is moving to many products, many countries and new segments, and prospects are starting to buy through AI assistants. We need someone who has scaled growth before to write the next playbook and lead the product team that delivers it.
About the Growth area
The Growth area owns Alan’s self-serve business: every member and company that signs up without a sales account executive.
- It covers individuals (freelancers, retirees, etc) and small companies.
- It covers everything that happens before someone becomes a member: how prospects find Alan, how they decide we are right for them, and how they start.
- On the go-to-market side, segment leaders own offer, pricing and channels for their segments, and marketing teams run paid, SEO / GEO, partnerships, brand and more.
- On the product side, product crews build. Conversion owns the flows and referral surfaces that turn prospects into members. Growth Infrastructure owns the website, marketing measurement and marketing ops.
As Product Lead for Growth, you will lead the product side of the area and partner with our business and marketing leaders to accelerate growth.
A subset of hard questions to answer:
- One funnel to many: how do we make launching a new funnel for a new product, country or partner as easy as writing a prompt? How do we empower business owners to iterate on the conversion flows?
- Experience before signing: how does a prospect get to try Mo, the Clinic and the Shop before signing, without slowing down their decision?
- The comparison moment: how do we become the place people compare insurance on fit and value, when comparison sites rank only on price?
- Buying through AI: when the journey starts in ChatGPT, how do we become the answer it cites, and the product people can buy right there?
- Channel leverage: how do we use technology to make each acquisition channel faster, cheaper and smarter, and how do we decide spend on incrementality?
- Cross-sell at acquisition: how do we sell more than one product from the first signature?
We have strong convictions on some of these and open questions on others. We expect you to bring your own view and to change ours.
What you will do:
- Set the vision. You will own the multi-year growth product vision, turn it into a small number of big bets, and align the roadmaps behind them. You will also decide what we stop doing, so that we both invest in incremental optimization and big bets.
- Build an experimentation engine that compounds. We have a baseline of A/B testing and a shared bar for what counts as a win. You will take it to the level covering velocity, rigor, incrementality and learning loops.
- Make Growth AI-native. You will lead conversational AI in our sales flows, AI-native acquisition surfaces and Alan’s presence in LLM ecosystems. You will also build the AI tooling our marketing teams need to scale their output (content, landing pages, campaigns, lead qualification) without scaling headcount at the same rate.
- Lead and grow the team. You will manage the PMs in the area and help lead Design, Engineering and Data in the area.
- Go deep yourself. At Alan, everyone is also an individual contributor, and AI makes that more true every month. We expect you to personally drive selected initiatives to kickstart or unblock them.
- Partner with business leaders. You will work with segment leaders and marketing as a peer, and you will own growth outcomes jointly with them.
⭐️ ABOUT YOU ⭐️
- You have 6+ years of experience leading product teams, with a track record of moving the numbers at scale. You have led growth for a product with significant self-serve or B2C acquisition, and you can point to the curves you bent.
- You have led growth teams. You have managed PMs directly and you have handled hiring, coaching, hard feedback and performance calls.
- You set the vision. You have a track record of setting the direction and balancing optimizations and big bets. You have brought business, marketing and engineering leaders along with you.
- You coach. People you hired and coached have grown into strong PMs and leaders, and you raise the craft bar of the people around you.
- You deep dive. You open the funnel analysis yourself, challenge an experiment read, question attribution and spot a vanity win before anyone else.
- You are data-driven. Experimentation, incrementality and attribution are your native language, and you can push a data team to a high standard.
- You have worked across a portfolio of products and countries, ideally by building shared platforms rather than one-off flows. This is a strong plus.
- You have an opinionated view of where AI is taking acquisition and buying journeys (LLM discovery, conversational selling, agentic commerce), and you have turned that kind of view into shipped product.
- You talk to prospects and members often, you enjoy it, and what you hear changes your mind.
- You care about healthcare. Alan’s mission has to matter to you, and for us this is essential.
- You are fluent in English. French is a nice-to-have.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the F or higher level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

Overview
Nex is looking for a Senior Producer, External Japan to drive our externally developed game projects on Nex Playground in the Japanese market. Sitting in the Publishing organization and reporting to the Japan General Manager, this is a pivotal role as we expand beyond our internal development capacity, and a unique opportunity to tap into Japan’s world-class game development ecosystem and its rich landscape of iconic IP.
You will own the external product pipeline from ideation through launch and sustain phases, working with a wide range of Japanese game developers, from major studios to mid-size and boutique teams, as well as leading IP holders spanning anime, manga, character, and entertainment franchises, to bring bar-raising experiences to Nex Playground.
The Senior Producer, External Japan will partner closely with internal game development teams, QA, BD, Legal, and the Japan GTM team, while collaborating with the US Publishing organization to ensure Japan’s external content pipeline is aligned with the global roadmap and platform standards.
The Role
Your core focus is managing Japan’s external game development pipeline end-to-end, from identifying and onboarding the right developer and IP partners, through green light, production, launch, and live operations. That includes:
Owning the full production pipeline for externally developed experiences in Japan, from developer pitch and selection through GTM and sustain.
Building and managing relationships with Japan-based game developers of all scales, from major studios to mid-size and boutique teams, as second-party development partners.
Negotiating and managing partnerships with Japanese IP holders, including anime, manga, character, and entertainment licensors.
Serving as the primary Japan-side partner to the US Publishing team, ensuring Japan’s external content pipeline is integrated into the global roadmap.
Reporting to the Japan General Manager and representing Japan’s external development strategy in global publishing forums.
What You’ll Do
Game Quality & Creative Direction
Develop a deep, inside-out understanding of each externally developed title, its gameplay systems, creative vision, target audience, and quality bar, so that all feedback and decisions are grounded in a clear view of what the game needs to be.
Set the destination clearly for each project, defining the quality bar and creative vision, while leaving how to get there to the developer and their Director. The Producer’s role is to bring out the best in the development team, not to do their job for them.
Conduct regular, structured playthroughs and build reviews throughout the development cycle, providing sharp, meaningful, and timely feedback through questions and commentary that motivate the team and elevate quality without overriding the developer’s creative ownership.
Continuously assess whether each project is tracking toward the right vision, not just technically complete, but genuinely fun, polished, and right for the Nex Playground audience, and course-correct early when it is not.
Recognize that a project requiring the Producer to take over creative direction is already in trouble; intervene early through clear communication, targeted feedback, and escalation before a project reaches that point.
Exercise the Producer’s ultimate authority decisively and with sound judgment when necessary, including recommending a change of Director or, in extreme cases, replacing the Developer entirely. Knowing when and how to make that call, and having the courage and clarity to act on it at the right moment, is one of the most critical responsibilities of this role.
Budget, Schedule & Green Light Management
Drive the green light process for each Japan external project, proactively coordinating with BD, Finance, Legal, and US Publishing to gather required inputs, align stakeholders, schedule green light reviews, and secure formal approval to proceed.
Own the milestone approval process end-to-end: prepare milestone review materials, schedule and facilitate approval meetings with relevant internal stakeholders, manage pre-meeting alignment, and ensure decisions are documented and communicated clearly.
Manage the full budget for each Japan external development project, tracking costs against approved budgets, processing milestone payments, managing change requests, and flagging financial risks to the Japan GM and Finance team.
Define, maintain, and enforce project schedules and milestone plans for all Japan external titles, holding developers accountable to agreed timelines and proactively identifying and resolving schedule risks before they become blockers.
Escalate budget overruns, schedule slippage, or unresolvable quality concerns to the Japan GM and US Publishing team promptly, with clear context and recommended actions.
External Production Pipeline Management
Oversee the entire production pipeline for Japan externally developed experiences, including developer pitch and selection, green light, project planning, milestone tracking, and launch readiness.
Build out production frameworks and implement tracking mechanisms to manage the Japan external pipeline from pre-green light through GTM and sustain phases.
Foster a collaborative, problem-solving approach with Japan development teams to drive high-quality games and experiences that meet Nex Playground’s bar.
Work with the internal Development team to support Japan external projects as needed, ensuring smooth integration with Nex Playground’s platform and technical standards.
Developer Relationships & Onboarding

An overview of this role
As a
Customer Success Operations Manager
at GitLab, you will own the operational processes, reporting, and programs that support our Customer Success Management (CSM) function. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales & CX Operations, you will partner closely with CS leadership, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Finance, and Sales to build the foundations that help our CS team operate effectively at scale.
This is a role for a sharp, curious operator who thrives in ambiguity, connects dots across teams, and moves quickly from problem to solution. You will work in GitLab's all-remote, values-driven environment where documentation, iteration, and cross-functional partnership are core to how we work.
What You’ll Do
Own the core operational cadences that support the CS organization, including pipeline and renewal reviews, customer health reporting, and book of business management.
Translate ambiguous business questions from CS leadership into clear problem statements, then drive them to resolution through process, reporting, or systems changes.
Partner with Revenue Technology and Revenue Analytics to evolve the systems, data, and reporting CSMs rely on day to day.
Build cross-functional alignment with Sales, Finance, and other Revenue Strategy & Operations teams to operationalize go-to-market changes that affect Customer Success.
Identify friction in existing processes and lead improvement efforts end to end, from diagnosis through rollout and adoption.
Support CS leadership in planning cycles, including capacity modeling, segmentation, territory and coverage planning, and target setting.
Contribute to broader Revenue Operations initiatives where the CS perspective is needed.
What You’ll Bring
4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, management consulting, strategy, or a similar analytical and problem-solving role.
Strong critical thinking and structured problem solving. You can break down ambiguous problems into clear workstreams and move them forward.
Bias toward execution. You move from analysis to action quickly and follow through to outcomes that stick.
Systems thinking. You understand how a change in one part of the go-to-market motion ripples through to others, and you design solutions accordingly.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You build trust with stakeholders at all levels and influence without direct authority.
Curiosity and aptitude to pick up new domains, tools, and concepts quickly. We care more about how you think than which specific tools you have used.
Comfort operating in a scaling environment where not everything is defined and structure must be created.
About the team
The Sales and CX Operations team sits within the Revenue Operations function at GitLab and is responsible for the processes, data standards, and operational programs that enable our Sales, Customer Success, and Renewals teams to operate at scale.
This team works in close partnership with other Revenue Strategy & Operations teams, CX field teams, Finance, and Sales to ensure operational alignment across the full customer lifecycle. We value clear documentation, thoughtful iteration, and practical solutions that help our go-to-market teams move with confidence and clarity.

About the Role
We are seeking a Director, Strategic Enterprise Partnerships to own adjoe’s most critical enterprise relationships. This is not a maintenance role; it is a commercial strategy role. You will act as the “General Manager” for a portfolio of our top-tier partners, responsible for merging their long-term goals with adjoe’s tech innovation to build a shared path to growth and profitability.
Your mandate is to align adjoe’s technology with the partner’s long-term vision, ensuring our stacks evolve together. You will define and execute ambitious commercial goals, treating each account as a joint venture where you set the targets, forecast the growth, and engineer the technical strategy required to hit them.
Reporting directly to our Managing Director, Supply and working closely with regional VPs of Revenue, the wider adjoe leadership team, and our Product and Tech departments, you will act as the gatekeeper to our largest enterprise accounts.
What You Will Do:
- Ambitious Commercial Strategy: You systematically identify new revenue opportunities for our partners, launch large-scale campaigns, or lead high-stakes renegotiations, securing long-term exclusivity
- Joint Strategic Roadmap: You don’t just deliver features; you orchestrate the joint technical roadmap. You drive integration timelines, manage feature testing, and facilitate QBRs or workshops
- C-Level Navigation: You move beyond day-to-day managers and build relationships with CROs, CTOs, or Heads of Monetization to align adjoe’s roadmap with our partners’ long-term business goals
- Product Loop & First Line of Defense: You are the bridge between the market and adjoe’s Product teams. You translate partner feedback into actionable product features that unlock scalability while proactively solving technical or performance blockers before they impact revenue
- People Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence: You directly lead and develop a small, high-impact team while also guiding and aligning senior cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Tech, Revenue, and Leadership to drive shared outcomes
Who You Are:
- 5-7 years in AdTech, Big Tech, or SaaS Strategic Account Management, specifically handling enterprise clients and ideally with some exposure to the mobile ecosystem and core metrics such as CPI, eCPM, ARPDAU, etc.
- Tech-Commercial Hybrid & Communication: Outstanding communication skills that allow you to bridge the gap between product and business, with fluent English required for daily collaboration with global stakeholders. You can discuss API limitations with a CTO in the morning and revenue growth opportunities with a CEO in the afternoon with equal fluency
- Proven success in Solution Selling: Experience sitting down with product teams to scope out custom technical solutions or roadmaps, not just selling off-the-shelf inventory
- Strategic Vision: Ability to look 6–12 months ahead. You aren’t worried about yesterday’s numbers; you are worried about next Q3’s product release
- Commercial Acumen and Excellence: You own the revenue targets for your account. You don’t settle for “maintenance mode”; you actively identify opportunities to expand & set ambitious goals, strengthening the partnership.
- Location: Based in Boston
Our Commitment to Your Success:
Invest in Your Future: You’ll join a high-performing, rapidly scaling global company with a clear vision, while directly influencing the company’s trajectory and sharing in its success. We’re committed to your growth through regular feedback, mentoring, and our development programs. You’ll expand your skillset and build a long-term career at adjoe.
Easy Arrival to adjoe: From signing to settling in Boston, we’ve got you and your family covered, including a relocation package and personal support to help you build your life here, making your move smooth and stress-free.
Live Your Best Life, at Work and Beyond: Flexible hours, remote Fridays, and 30 vacation days. You’ll also have three weeks of remote work each year, wellness reimbursement, and mental health support through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Future & Financial Health Package: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans as well as 401K match program.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.
