What you will do
Launch new products on Product Hunt and manage content production.
Execute SEO strategies to reach 50k monthly organic traffic.
Test new marketing channels and drive 10x growth through creative initiatives.
Manage marketing analytics and GTM strategies to optimize CAC, LTV, and ROMI.
Build and lead a marketing team from the ground up.
Utilize no-code tools like Webflow to implement and edit marketing assets.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably within talent marketplaces.
Strong data-driven mindset with deep expertise in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Proven experience in scaling SEO through content or programmatic approaches.
Proficiency in Semrush, Webflow, Hubspot, Airtable, and Figma.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
Must be willing to relocate to Palo Alto, US.
