ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a mid-level Infrastructure Vulnerability Management Engineer with a strong background in Cloud Security, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC). In this role, you will bridge the gap between security, compliance, DevOps, and Platform engineering teams. You will identify infrastructure misconfigurations, secure multi-cloud environments, and manage continuous vulnerability lifecycles across cloud workloads, containers, and data repositories to satisfy strict regulatory compliance frameworks. You will also serve as a technical infrastructure responder during security incidents, deploying real-time cloud or network countermeasures to protect our production ecosystem.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Infrastructure Scanning & Triage: Perform continuous security scanning across our cloud posture and workloads. Review, validate, and prioritize flaws and misconfigurations based on CVSS scores, real-world exploitability, and infrastructure network exposure.
- Posture Management & Visibility: Own and optimize Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), Kubernetes Security Posture Management (KSPM), and Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) tools to ensure uniform compliance, prevent data leakage, and maintain hardened baselines.
- Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) Security: Configure, tune, and embed automated IaC security scanning tools into CI/CD pipelines to identify architectural risks (e.g., overly permissive IAM, public S3 buckets/Cloud Storage) before they are deployed to production.
- Workload & Container Security: Manage the continuous vulnerability scanning lifecycle for container images, registries, and Virtual Machines (VMs), partnering with SRE and Platform teams to build automated base-image patching and rolling upgrade pipelines.
- Compliance-Driven Tracking: Track, document, and manage infrastructure vulnerabilities according to strict compliance SLAs (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS). Maintain audit-ready evidence of infrastructure remediation timelines and exception approvals.
- Executive Reporting & Alerting: Escalate and report critical production exposures directly to the CISO and senior leadership. Maintain dashboards and alerting mechanisms that visualize infrastructure risk trends and cloud compliance posture.
- Remediation Collaboration: Partner with SRE, DevOps, and Platform teams to provide clear infrastructure mitigation paths. Assist in writing, reviewing, or modifying cloud configuration templates directly when necessary to resolve security flaws.
- Incident Response Support: Assist Incident Response teams during active cloud or host-level breaches. Help develop and implement immediate, real-time cloud, network, or IAM configuration countermeasures to contain threats.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience: 5 years of experience in Cloud Security, DevSecOps, or Systems Engineering roles.
- Cloud Infrastructure Depth: Strong foundational experience working with multi-cloud environments (Deep GCP expertise preferred, with working knowledge of AWS or Azure).
- Posture Management & Scanning Tooling: Hands-on experience operating modern infrastructure security platforms such as Wiz, Orca, Prisma Cloud, Lacework, or cloud-native options (GCP Security Command Center).
- IaC and Automation Fluency: Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code platforms (Terraform, Pulumi) and GitOps deployment workflows. Ability to evaluate and configure IaC scanners like Checkov, Tfsec, or KICS.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Deep understanding of Docker/container security and Kubernetes architectures (e.g., GKE, EKS), including runtime security, network policies, and workload identity.
- Compliance Awareness: Understanding of how infrastructure configurations and vulnerability management map to security compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, CIS Benchmarks, or NIST.
WHAT WE VALUE
- Systems Thinking: The ability to see the "big picture" and understand how security decisions impact the entire stack.
- Technical Influence: The ability to drive technical alignment across the organization through expertise and collaboration rather than direct authority.
- Autonomy: Comfortable leading major technical initiatives and driving outcomes with minimal oversight.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A passion for breaking down complex security challenges into elegant, scalable engineering solutions.

ABOUT YOU
You are a strategic partner marketing leader who has built programs that generate real demand, and you have the relationships, instincts, and drive to do it again at Constructor. You genuinely enjoy developing deep, lasting relationships with partners: you invest in understanding their business goals, earn their trust over time, and become the person they call when they’re thinking about what’s next. You are equally energized by the internal side of the job, aligning with partnerships, sales, and the broader marketing team to build programs that actually move the needle, not just check a box. You thrive in high-growth environments, bring fresh ideas and a bias toward outcomes, and have the cross-functional chops to make Constructor the most sought after partner for ecommerce search and product discovery across North America, APAC, and LATAM.
ABOUT US
Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We’re passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so.
Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.
We’re a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing and works in close collaboration with the partnerships, sales, and the broader marketing team to translate partner relationships into tangible revenue impact.

- Strong cross-functional collaborator with a track record of working closely with Sales, Product, and Partnerships teams to align GTM strategy with partner and customer needs
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to set, track, and report on partner marketing KPIs tied to pipeline, revenue, and partner engagement

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As part of our growing Data Science and Analytics team, you will play an instrumental role in our company’s mission of building safe and beneficial artificial intelligence by driving data-informed decision making across our organization. You bring experience from high-bar teams and are eager to help shape the norms and best practices of a growing data science team as Anthropic continues to scale. In this unique company, technology, and moment in history, your work will be critical to informing our strategy as we deploy safe, frontier AI at scale to the world.
You’ll be the senior data science leader embedded in our Developer Platform product team and a strategic thought partner to its product leads. You’ll help set product direction for the Claude Developer Platform, spanning our core API, agent orchestration, tool and MCP integrations, and knowledge management capabilities. You’ll bring a point of view on where to invest, how to grow our platform business, and how to deliver more value for the developers and enterprises building on Claude. As a tech lead manager, you’ll also manage a small team of Product Data Scientists, setting their agenda and raising the bar for how data shapes product decisions.
Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic thought partner to Developer Platform product leads, helping shape product strategy, roadmap priorities, and the major bets the team makes
Set the data science agenda for Developer Platform, deciding where the Product Data Science team can have the most impact and what it should deprioritize
Manage and develop a small team of Product Data Scientists, coaching them to move from answering questions to shaping decisions
Frame the most important and ambiguous questions facing the platform, from how developers and enterprises adopt it to how AI agents are being built and deployed at scale, size the opportunities, and make clear recommendations, including when they challenge the current direction
Define how Developer Platform measures success, establishing the core metrics and measurement frameworks that align teams and leadership on what matters
Set the standard for experimentation and causal inference across Developer Platform, including where API and B2B products make clean experiments hard, and personally lead the highest-stakes analyses
Turn complex analyses into clear narratives and recommendations that drive decisions with senior leadership and cross-functional partners, including go-to-market teams
Establish foundational data practices and shape the analytics infrastructure Developer Platform needs to support rapid iteration and decision-making as our products grow
You may be a good fit if you:
Have extensive experience in data science, including leading analytics for a product area at significant scale
Have 3+ years managing data science teams, including setting team direction and developing senior data scientists
Have been a trusted partner to senior product and business leaders on API or developer-facing products, with clear examples of changing a roadmap or high-stakes decision
Bring strong product sense and business judgment for developer and B2B products, including the ability to frame the right question and take a position with incomplete information
Have deep expertise in experimental design, causal inference, and statistical modeling at high scale, with enough fluency in Python and SQL to stay hands-on and guide others’ technical work
Communicate clearly in writing and in presentations, including to executive audiences
Have a bias for action and thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where you must create clarity and drive progress
Care about the company’s mission of building helpful, honest, and harmless AI
Strong candidates may also have:
Experience with AI/ML products, large language models, or developer tools in the AI/ML ecosystem
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

Annual Salary:
$285,000
—
$380,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
For roles performing work in California:
We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
