ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect, Procurement (Pre-Sales, Enterprise) to serve as the technical and functional expert for Procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) within our Solutions organization. This role is designed for someone who brings deep procurement domain expertise, technical implementation knowledge, and architect-level solution design skills to accelerate Ramp’s most complex, high-value enterprise evaluations.
You will support enterprise Account Executives and Solutions Consultants in running sophisticated procurement cycles end-to-end — leading deep discovery, validating technical requirements, designing future-state workflows, and creating pre-sale implementation plans that ensure a seamless handoff to onboarding. You will act as Ramp’s primary procurement SME in the sales cycle and will partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Post-Sales Solutions to influence roadmap and shape how Ramp’s procurement offering evolves.
This is a highly visible, customer-facing role ideal for former P2P implementers, procurement architects, or senior-level SCs with technical depth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
LEAD TECHNICAL DISCOVERY AND SOLUTION DESIGN
- Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions on procurement workflows, vendor management, sourcing, approvals, catalog strategy, and 3-way match requirements
- Map customer procurement requirements to Ramp’s capabilities, identifying gaps and designing scalable workarounds
- Analyze ERP configurations and data structures (Vendor Master, PO, Invoice, Receipt) to ensure compatibility with Ramp’s deployment patterns
DRIVE TECHNICAL VALIDATION AND PRE-SALE IMPLEMENTATION PLANNING
- Build pre-sale implementation plans (phases, timelines, dependencies) to eliminate re-discovery during onboarding
- Conduct integration assessments, including API workflow validation, SFTP/data exchange requirements, and security/permissions modeling
- Create workflow prototypes, configurations, and proof-of-concepts when needed to accelerate technical validation
PARTNER WITH SALES TO WIN COMPLEX ENTERPRISE DEALS
- Operate as the procurement technical lead in enterprise opportunities
- Join high-value and complex P2P evaluations as the primary procurement SME, either as an overlay or as the lead SC for procurement-first deals
- Quantify customer pain, run gap analyses, and translate procurement challenges into measurable ROI and value propositions
INFLUENCE PRODUCT AND GTM STRATEGY
- Provide structured feedback to Product on gaps, customer needs, and market trends
- Help shape Ramp’s procurement roadmap and competitive positioning
- Maintain a bird’s-eye view of the procurement technology landscape to inform strategic decisions
ENSURE SEAMLESS HANDOFF TO ONBOARDING
- Document all procurement requirements, decisions, and implementation guidance in a standardized format
- Partner closely with Implementation and Technical Consulting teams to ensure they begin activation without additional discovery
- Maintain consultative availability throughout onboarding when complex escalations arise
TRAVEL
- Travel up to 30%+ for onsite discovery workshops, executive briefings, and solution validation sessions
WHAT YOU NEED
- 8+ years of experience in Procurement, P2P, ERP, or similar technical implementation roles
- Deep understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, procurement operations, vendor management, AP, bill pay, and contract workflows
- Hands-on experience designing or implementing P2P solutions (Coupa, Ariba, Zip, Ivalua, Workday, NetSuite, etc.)
- Strong technical acumen — API experience required, plus familiarity with SFTP, integrations, data migration, SCIM/SAML, and ERP financial objects
- Experience running enterprise evaluations with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex workflows into clear solutions
- Ability to design future-state workflows and build pre-sale implementation plans
NICE TO HAVE
- Certifications in Coupa, Ariba, Workday, or other ERP/P2P platforms
- SQL or scripting familiarity
- Experience working closely with Product teams to influence roadmap

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a disciplined, highly autonomous Middle Next.js Developer to build and ship product features for one of our core D2C subscription products. You will own features end to end across a TypeScript monorepo — a Next.js App Router client, a Fastify + Payload CMS API on PostgreSQL, and Cloudflare Workers at the edge — from the moment you receive a task, through breaking it down, estimating, implementing, testing, and observability, to a clean release to production and confirmation that it works for real users.
This is a hands-on engineering role suited for someone who treats production as the standard, not the finish line. Half-tested code, silent failures, and unverified AI-generated output are not acceptable. The codebase is convention-heavy — a layered Feature-Sliced Design structure with strict import rules — and you are expected to work inside those conventions rather than around them. You are accountable for every task you take on and for every area of the product you touch: if it breaks, regresses, or stays half-finished, that is yours to see through. We expect maximum autonomy and real involvement in the product — you work independently within a sprint, communicate risks before they become blockers, and escalate architectural decisions to senior engineers rather than guessing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
FEATURE DEVELOPMENT
- Build features across the Next.js client and the Fastify + Payload CMS backend according to product requirements
- Write code that follows the team's Feature-Sliced Design layering, naming, and import conventions
- Ship changes behind feature flags and A/B experiments, fully localized across every supported locale
- Integrate third-party providers — billing, email/CRM, analytics — over REST APIs and webhooks
QUALITY & RELIABILITY
- Cover functionality with unit, integration, and e2e tests at the level the team expects
- Run a thorough self-review before code review, and review teammates' code with the same rigour
- Fix bugs and perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues
- Optimize page and endpoint performance — rendering and caching strategy, database queries, bundle size
SECURITY & OBSERVABILITY
- Apply secure development practices: schema validation, access control, safe handling of secrets
- Follow observability practices — structured logging, metrics, and alerts — using existing tooling
COLLABORATION
- Break down, estimate, and ship your own tasks to production within the sprint — and stay accountable for them after release
- Own the areas of the product you work in: their stability, performance, and follow-up fixes
- Surface requirement clarifications, estimate changes, and risks early and in writing
- Escalate complex architectural decisions and critical risks to senior engineers
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of commercial React experience, including 1+ year with Next.js (App Router, Server Components, route handlers, rendering and caching strategies) and solid TypeScript
- Node.js backend experience on a typed HTTP framework (Fastify, Nest, or Express) with PostgreSQL — REST API design, schema migrations, integrations over REST and webhooks (signature verification, idempotency, retries) — plus a working understanding of HTTP/REST, auth mechanisms, and web security fundamentals
- Hands-on with the modern client stack: TanStack Query, Zustand, React Hook Form + Zod, Tailwind CSS, and a React component library such as HeroUI, MUI, or shadcn/ui
- Experience with a code-first headless CMS on PostgreSQL (Payload, Strapi, Directus, or equivalent) — collections, access control, generated types, migrations
- Testing and delivery discipline: e2e tests (Cypress or Playwright) and unit/integration tests (Vitest or Jest), Git flow, code review, working with CI
- Daily use of AI development tools (Claude Code or equivalents), including configuring them for a project — context, instructions, rules, MCP/integrations — with full ownership of the quality, security, and correctness of generated code
- English — B1+
LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES
- Owns the outcome — takes a task from requirement to production without waiting to be pushed, and stays accountable for the result and the area it touches
- Maximally autonomous and involved — needs a goal, not step-by-step instructions, and cares how the product performs, not just whether the ticket is closed
- Verifies before trusting — treats AI output, third-party responses, and your own code as unproven until tested
- Structured communicator — surfaces risks, blockers, and estimate changes early, in writing, in a remote team
- Knows the edge of their scope — escalates architectural and security decisions instead of improvising them
- Learns from incidents — fixes the root cause, not just the symptom
LOCATION

Location: Espoo; Warsaw
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Flight Software Deployment Engineer
- Location: Warsaw, Poland/ Espoo, Finland
- Department: Flight Software Build & Release Team
- Reports to: Flight Software Build & Release Team Lead
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid (3 days in the office)
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
The Build & Release team owns the path from source to flight-ready software across growing satellite constellations. This role exists because every artifact that reaches satellites in orbit must be reproducible, traceable, and verifiable. A bad update is not a simple rollback, it could mean a satellite becomes at risk.
This is not a generic SRE or DevOps role, the production environment is composed of satellites flying 500 km above our heads, and the software artifacts are cross-compiled embedded binaries. The role is in the realm of half build engineering and half embedded Linux development, you need to be willing to work at both ends.
Satellites are treated to OTA updates regularly which our team must make sure are built and deployed the right way, utilizing software development best practices.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hands on software engineering of our satellite on-board updating system, built to deploy software and firmware updates: features, maintenance, tests and documentation.
- Contribute to the build layer across the flight software domain, so every repository is built, versioned and packaged the same way.
- Enforce immutable releases and harden the packaging and signing pipelines: least-privilege permissions, pinned workflows and dependencies, approvals, and proper signing key management.
- Work with the Linux platform team on how updates land on the satellite on-board computers, covering packaging format, filesystem layout and access control, making sure what we build installs cleanly and safely.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Embedded software engineering experience, with hands-on embedded Linux development: cross-compilation for ARM or similar targets, kernel configuration, device tree overlays, root filesystem and image construction.
- Production CI/CD experience for compiled artifacts, not only containers or web deployments. GitHub Actions specifically is required, and workflow hardening experience is valuable.
- Working proficiency in C and C++ build environments, and in Python and Bash for automation.
- Experience implementing release integrity controls, immutable artifacts storage. Signing key management, PKI and trust chains, AWS object-lock storage and cloud key management are all valuable here.
- Shipping software to embedded devices already in the field with a package-based update mechanism, ideally opkg, under controlled release processes, quality gates and formal sign-of
Nice to haves:
- Command of CMake, including multi-repository setups, toolchain files, and shared build infrastructure that other teams consume. Buildroot experience is relevant here.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Conversation with talent acquisition (~30 min).
- Screening with the hiring manager (~60 min).
- Technical test - take home task to be completed in 3 to 5 working days.
- Technical deep-dive (~90 min).
- On-site office visit & director interview (~60 min).

At ICEYE, you’ll join a diverse and highly engaged team united by the ambition to make the impossible possible. - Drive effective teamwork: Create psychological safety, invite different perspectives, and build inclusive teams. There are no bad questions.

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
ABOUT THE ROLE
ClickUp is hiring a Strategic Solutions Engineer to accelerate partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue across the APAC region. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise pre-sales, partner enablement, and solution architecture. You will serve as the technical force multiplier that enables upmarket partners (Solution Partners, GSIs, and enterprise resellers) to independently acquire, implement, and expand ClickUp within their customer base, driving ARR growth and net retention.
Your primary mandate is to increase the volume and quality of revenue that flows through partners, working alongside Partner Managers and Account Executives. You are a builder-scaler: standing up enablement programs from a proven playbook, iterating on them, and scaling them to drive repeatable partner-led revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner Enablement & Technical Development: Design and deliver structured enablement programs (workflow mapping, narrative decks, AI Agents, AI workflows, business process mapping, competitive positioning), coach partners on discovery, demos, solution design, and pricing, and drive partner certification and self-sufficiency across APAC.
- Co-Selling & Revenue: Serve as technical lead on partner-sourced deals from discovery through POC to post-sales handoff, coach partners to run standard deals independently, and tie all activities to measurable revenue outcomes (partner-sourced and partner-influenced iARR, win rate, deal velocity).
- Direct Customer Engagement: Support Account Executives on strategic direct opportunities, leading discovery, solution design, demos, and technical evaluations alongside the partner motion.
- Partner Acquisition & Development: Lead technical demonstrations and deep-dives for prospective partners, support recruitment as the technical closer, and elevate existing partners by showcasing new platform capabilities that expand their practice opportunity.
- AI & Certified Agents: Enable partners to identify, scope, and sell Certified Agent opportunities, deliver AI transformation workshops, and serve as the regional bridge between the internal AI/Agent team and the partner ecosystem.
- Events & Marketing: Lead or support partner-driven events (workshops, in-market tours, executive dinners), develop enablement content, and contribute to partner case studies and proof points.
- Reseller-Model Support: Support partner-owned billing, procurement, and renewal workflows, enable partners on expansion motions, and coordinate with Professional Services on co-delivery oversight and escalation paths.
- Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Professional Services, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and global Solutions Engineering teams to resolve technical questions, assist with RFPs, and feed partner insights back into product and process improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise pre-sales, solutions engineering, sales engineering, solutions consulting, or a comparable customer-facing technical role.
- 2+ years supporting or enabling channel partners, VARs, system integrators, or working in a partner-led go-to-market motion.
- Demonstrated ability to build programs from scratch (not just execute existing ones).
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to connect product capabilities and technical details to business outcomes for different audiences.
- Experience designing or explaining solutions involving APIs, web services, automation, integrations, workflow configuration, or lightweight technical validation.
- Strong background in business process mapping, including the ability to analyse, document, and improve complex business processes across diverse environments.
- Ability to create credibility with partners, AEs, and customers, handle objections thoughtfully, and act as a trusted advisor.
- Hands-on experience with AI & LLMs, integration platforms (Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat), web services, and APIs.
- Strong commercial judgment, structured problem-solving, and comfort managing multiple concurrent priorities with urgency and limited supervision.
- Up to 50% of travel is required for this role.
LOCATION
- This role is open to candidates across Australia, with Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane preferred.

first line of technical assistance
for our customers and internal stakeholders. We not only resolve technical issues but also focus on
advocating for customers, enhancing support tools, improving documentation, and collaborating closely with engineering teams
to elevate the overall experience.
The team works closely with
product and project engineering teams
to deliver the
best possible experience to our customers at scale
, ensuring that solutions are not only reactive but also continuously improved for long-term impact.
What You Will Do
Triage and troubleshoot support issues, when required escalate to project or product engineering teams.

Observability and Monitoring Tools: Experience in utilizing observability platforms for metrics, logs, and tracing to pinpoint root causes in microservice architectures.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of customer issues through to resolution.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Fluent in English.
A customer-first mindset—empathetic, responsive, and solutions-driven.
A humble attitude, an eagerness to help others, and a desire to pick up whatever knowledge you're missing to make both your team and our customers succeed.
Being adept at frequent context switching and working on multiple projects at once with expansive ownership, and ruthlessly prioritize.
You might thrive in this role if
You prefer short projects where you can go deep and chase a problem down vs. building long-term solutions over many months. You enjoy seeing multiple use cases, understanding the broad landscape, all while going deep on specific issues.
You have previous experience in the insurance or InsurTech space.
You are proficient with customer support platforms (e.g., Jira, Zendesk).

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role:
As part of Anthropic’s Global Safety, Intelligence, and Security (GSIS) team, the Security Technology Deployment Engineer will own the validation, standardization, and deployment of physical security technology across Anthropic’s rapidly expanding global office portfolio. This role bridges the gap between technology selection and production-ready operation — ensuring that every security platform deployed is rigorously tested, properly integrated with enterprise infrastructure, fully documented, and built for scale.
You’ll define the installation standards, configuration baselines, and deployment processes that the broader team executes against — from access control migrations and intercom replacements to AI analytics onboarding and new application integrations. You’ll work across InfoSec, IT, Networking, and Identity Management to ensure every security application passes review, integrates with SSO, and is supported within Anthropic’s infrastructure before going live. Your work will directly determine whether Anthropic’s security technology stack scales reliably as the company grows from dozens of locations to a global enterprise footprint.
Responsibilities:
Validate and deploy new and replacement security technology platforms including access control systems, intercom solutions, video management, visitor management, and AI/analytics tools across all Anthropic locations
Build and maintain staging environments for pre-production testing and validation of all security applications, hardware, firmware, and system configurations
Define installation standards, configuration baselines, licensing structures, update procedures, and maintenance requirements for every deployed security platform
Deploy integrations between security applications, validating that platforms communicate and share data correctly before transitioning to production
Support colleagues’ security applications through InfoSec review processes, ensuring new tools meet Anthropic’s information security and compliance requirements
Coordinate SSO integration for newly deployed security applications with Identity Management and IT teams
Transition applications requiring custom integration or data pipeline development to the IT Engineering team with documented technical requirements for roadmap inclusion
Initiate onboarding of deployed hardware and systems into Anthropic’s health monitoring platform to ensure operational visibility from day one
Develop standardized deployment playbooks, checklists, configuration templates, and handoff documentation that enable repeatable installations across all current and future sites
Evaluate security platforms for scalability, identifying capacity constraints, single points of failure, and architectural limitations before they impact operations at scale
Coordinate with Networking, IT Infrastructure, and Facilities teams to ensure all infrastructure prerequisites (network, power, rack space, cloud resources) are met prior to deployment
Execute structured handoffs to Project Management (for site programming), Break-Fix Support (for maintenance), and Access Control Administration (for ongoing system management), ensuring each team has the standards and documentation to execute independently
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 5+ years of hands-on experience deploying, validating, and managing enterprise physical security technology across a large or rapidly growing organization
Have deployed security technology across 50 or more sites, or have demonstrated experience in a high-growth environment where deployment velocity and repeatability were essential
Have built standardized deployment processes, playbooks, and configuration templates that enabled others to execute installations independently and consistently
Have experience working across InfoSec, IT, Networking, and Identity Management teams to onboard and integrate security applications into enterprise environments
Have supported SSO integration, InfoSec reviews, and enterprise application onboarding workflows for security tools
Possess broad technology experience across access control, video management, intercoms, visitor management, AI/analytics, and alarm monitoring platforms
Are a strong technical communicator who can define standards clearly enough that PMs, integrators, and service teams execute against them without ambiguity
Have experience with IP networking, VLANs, PoE, and infrastructure requirements for security devices
Are comfortable with 25% travel for site deployments, commissioning, and validation
Strong candidates may have:
Previous experience at a hyper-growth technology company or managing security technology programs for high-profile corporate environments
Experience with Anthropic’s specific technology stack: Genetec Security Center, Axis cameras, Wavelynx, Commend Symphony Cloud,
Alcatraz.ai
,
Ambient.ai
, SureView, Envoy
Industry certifications: Genetec, Axis, CCNA, PSP, CPP, or PMP
Experience with OSDP, modern credential technologies, and encryption protocols for physical security systems
Familiarity with scripting or automation (Python, PowerShell) for configuration management and deployment automation
Experience with health monitoring and observability platforms
Knowledge of SOC 2 compliance, GDPR, and physical security compliance frameworks
Experience with change management, configuration control, and version-controlled infrastructure documentation
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
