About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team. You will own Software Factory, a new product area that puts AI agents on every stage of the development loop — triaging an issue, planning it, writing the code, and checking the result — while keeping people on the judgment calls. Human time and human attention have become the bottleneck, and the opportunity is to move towards automation of continuous software maintenance and improvement. You will define how agents help fix bugs, implement features, improve performance, mitigate security issues, improve code quality, and increase test coverage. You will report to the Product Lead and will be located in San Francisco, CA (hybrid).
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Software Factory.
Define the workflow model — how work moves through classification, analysis, implementation, and review, and where the handoff back to a person belongs
Own the trust and quality bar: evals, verification, retry behavior, and what the factory is permitted to touch without human approval
Define how factories integrate with where engineering work already lives, including GitHub and Linear, and with agent harnesses such as Codex and Claude Code, as well as new dedicated surfaces for interacting with factory agents.
Shape the memory and context model that lets a factory accumulate real knowledge of a repository over time
Work directly with design partners and Enterprise customers adopting factories against their own codebases
What you need
You've worked on developer tooling products, ideally CI/CD, code review, developer productivity, or AI coding tools
You have deep hands-on experience with coding agents and a substantiated point of view on where they succeed and where they fail today
You have the technical depth to reason about agent orchestration, evals, context management, and sandboxed execution
You have owned a platform area that other product teams build on, and set technical direction others adopted
You have experience with products whose output is probabilistic, including defining acceptance bars and measuring quality over time
You have experience working directly with design partners or Enterprise customers on adopting new engineering workflows
Bonus if you
Have worked on multi-agent systems or agent orchestrators.
Have worked on evals or systematic measurement of AI output quality
Have worked on products adopted bottom-up by individual developers before spreading to teams
Have run or operated a large open-source project
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.

Senior Software Design Lead, IDEO San Francisco
In a nutshell:
IDEO San Francisco is in search of a
Senior Software Design Lead
who will architect the human and technical systems behind the digital products and AI experiences we design, build prototypes that behave like real production software, and be the technical voice client CTOs trust. You'll pick up design at IDEO along the way.
Why is this role important for IDEO’s work?
Software design makes the biggest impact by turning a product vision into something a client can actually build, and by testing ideas in working code rather than static screens. Their skillset is critical to our business because the work has evolved from designing interfaces to designing systems: how people, software, and AI agents behave together. We count on them to understand data models, APIs and agentic infrastructure from first principles, and speak credibly on technical choices with executives and engineering leaders.
Once here you will:
Work with product designers, product strategists and design researchers on 8–12+ week digital product engagements that may span from product vision and strategy to full end-to-end build. You will play a key role in turning human insights into technical architecture: data, APIs, integrations and the agentic layer.
Build early prototypes with real data, real models and real integrations, so we learn quickly and lower the risk of big bets.
Advise client executives and engineering teams on tech stack choices, build-vs-buy, evaluating APIs and LLMs, and feasibility.
Design how agents and systems behave on a human's behalf, including guardrails, failure states and how the system stays legible to both people and machines.
Raise the craft bar inside IDEO. Create reusable starter kits and toolkits so teams stop building from scratch, and coach designers who prototype in code.
Help shape proposals and scope technical work in business development.
What does IDEO offer you?
IDEO is a place where you can solve diverse, complex challenges for our clients and their organizations, alongside thoughtful, intelligent individuals who lead with curiosity, empathy, and humility. We intentionally craft moments that allow our community to pause, create, and connect. We encourage our community to bring their whole selves to work, respect the need for work-life balance, and allow for autonomy in the design process and your career.
As a Software Designer in San Francisco, we provide the opportunity for you to:
Learn design from a leading design and innovation firm
. IDEO's founders designed Apple's first mouse and the first laptop. Since then, we've kept people at the center of design through every wave of technological change. You'd learn to do field research with real people, synthesize insights and tell compelling stories, and work alongside some of the best designers in the world.
Work across many problem spaces
. In one year you might redesign a retail or finance app, prototype new ideas in media and entertainment, and take on systemic challenges in health and education. Working across clients and industries stretches your thinking. A good solution isn't only technically sound: it has to fit real people, real businesses and the constraints they work within.
Be in the room for the "why" before the "how."
You'd shape the question from day one instead of receiving a spec after decisions have been made. And you’d help build this practice at IDEO to shape how next generation digital products are designed and built in the era of AI.
Some previous projects to check out:
Straight Arrow News
: a redesigned news app and website with features like See All Sides, Sources and Media Landscape views. App page views grew 1,170% and active users 700%. This role would design the content and data model underneath and prototype with real feeds.
Gates Foundation – Last Mile Money
: human-centered design for 100+ digital financial products serving 34M underserved users. This role would work on architecture for low-connectivity settings and evaluate partner platforms and APIs.
Jack Technology – Aitu
: AI-enabled industrial sewing machines and a humanoid robot, designed around how they work with factory workers. This role would work on system behavior: how the AI signals what it's doing and how humans stay in control.
Relevant experience and mindset:
Must-haves:
6-8+ years as a software engineer shipping production software, ideally at growth-stage or established tech companies where speed and scale both mattered. You've taken products from concept to launch.
1-2+ years as an engineering lead or solutions architect: scoping, estimating and planning projects, and making architecture decisions others build on. You think at a systems level.
Deep software fundamentals, including systems design, data modeling, APIs, and tradeoffs around performance, security and scale, plus fluency in a modern stack (e.g., TypeScript, React, Python, Node; AWS, GCP, Azure).
Hands-on building with LLMs (tool use, agents, retrieval, evals) and advanced prototyping. You turn concepts into working software quickly, using real data and integrations, with quality that holds up beyond vibe coding.
A track record of working closely with product, design and data, plus curiosity about people and a desire to learn how the craft of software intersects with product and design. You use prototypes as a way to think, not just to deliver.
Strong communication and storytelling: architecture diagrams, system maps and presentations that make technical recommendations clear and persuasive to executives and engineering leaders.
Nice-to-haves:
Comfort with Figma, design systems and front-end craft
Client-facing or consulting experience, or taking part in UX research
Experience with hardware or connected devices (Arduino, IoT)
Pop quiz, Hot Shot:
A client's CEO wants "an AI agent in the app by Q2." What's your first question for the CEO?
What's a piece of software that's beautifully built under the hood, not just on the surface? What makes it good?
Application requirements and instructions:
Résumé, LinkedIn + Cover Letter (Optional)
GitHub or two to three work samples (code, architecture docs, side projects or technical writing)
A short response of about 300 words: "Tell us about a technical decision you made that shaped how people experienced a product. What were the tradeoffs, and what would you do differently today?”
Payscale & Benefits
IDEO is committed to paying its employees, contractors & vendors equitably, regardless of gender identity or race/ethnicity/cultural identity.
The salary range for this role is $130,000-150,000 USD. Final offers may vary based on candidate experience, location, and other factors. As a full-time position, this role is eligible for employee benefits.
In addition to base compensation, IDEO offers a rich benefits package including the following:
Hybrid Model: Team members based in the San Francisco Bay Area are expected to work in the studio on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with flexibility based on client travel, project needs, and deliverables. Candidates based outside the Bay Area are not expected to be in the studio regularly, but should be available to travel as needed for IDEO and client work.
Health Benefits: Vision, Dental, Healthcare
Financial Benefits: 401K with Employer Contribution
Family & Caregiving: Parental Leave, Adoption Assistance, Fertility Assistance, Transgender Medical Assistance, Breastmilk shipment, Back-up/Dependent Care, Pet Insurance
Other Benefits: Flexible Work, Flexible Time Off, Paid Holidays, Annual Education Stipend, Home Office Stipend, Commuter Reimbursement, and Phone & Internet Reimbursement
Commitment to Diversity
At IDEO, we are committed to the work of advancing diversity, equity and inclusion within our organization and in the world. Our purpose of having disproportionate, world-changing impact through design is directly connected to our ability to bring many different perspectives
to the table. This applies to our candidates, the people we hire, the clients and customers we serve, and the communities we learn from in our research.
Please note that the successful candidate must be based in the United States and have the unrestricted right to work in the US. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. IDEO proudly supports flexible work.

About Niantic Spatial
AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It doesn’t know where things are, how spaces fit together, or what changes over time.
That’s one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it’s the one we’re solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are.
In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That’s why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right.
Our team built some of the world’s most widely used maps. Now we’re building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us.
About the Real-World Test Lab (RWTL)
Physical AI doesn't get graded on a leaderboard. It gets graded on a factory floor at shift change, in a substation with no GPS, on a site where the lighting is wrong and the stakes are real.
The Real-World Test Lab closes the gap between the benchmark and the field. We bring the customer's world inside our walls — their devices, their environments, their hardest conditions, and their definition of success — and make it the bar every release has to clear.
As Niantic Spatial's first and most demanding customer, we push our reconstruction, localization, and spatial understanding to their limits, find where they shine and where they break, and turn that into evidence that shapes what we build next. It's a new team at the frontier of physical AI, and you'll help invent how the job is done.
About the Role
We're hiring a Hardware Operations Engineer with a robotics specialism, reporting to the Director of the Real-World Test Lab, to own the physical layer of our evidence. You'll manage our fleet of capture devices and robots, engineer the test environments and the instrumentation inside them, support the captures our data programs depend on, and run physical test sessions, including the real-robot side of our sim-to-real work.
A physical run only counts as evidence if the hardware is characterized, the environment is controlled, the ground truth is trustworthy, and someone can reproduce the run months later. You'll build what makes that possible: fixtures, ground-truth references, calibration and data-offload tooling, and the integrations that feed physical runs into the same automated evaluation system as everything else.
You engineer the conditions, not just the setup. When a physical result didn't match expectations, you've worked out whether the hardware, calibration, environment, or system under test was responsible. Then you built the rig, reference, or logging that kept the question from coming back. You know an uninstrumented physical test is an anecdote, and in the Lab you'll be the person who can say with authority whether a strange result is real.
What Success Looks Like
- 30 days: Fleet inventory and characterization baseline complete, safe operating procedures defined for current spaces, and first instrumentation gaps identified.
- 60 days: First physical robot run executed with ground-truth instrumentation, documented well enough to repeat, with results in the Lab's evaluation system.
- 90 days: Test environments in regular use with controlled, documented conditions; capture support running smoothly with our data acquisition team; and the physical side of sim-to-real running on a standing instrumented protocol.
What You'll Do
- Own and Characterize the Fleet - Manage our capture devices, sensors, and robots end to end: inventory, calibration, firmware, maintenance, logistics, and spares. Characterize what each platform can and cannot do, so a device's limits are a known quantity rather than a surprise inside a result.
- Engineer the Physical Test Environments - Design, build, and operate the spaces we test in, covering layout, lighting control, markers, obstacle configurations, and survey-grade ground truth references, across our office, rented or workplace-services-supported space, and partner or customer sites. Make each environment a controlled variable rather than an improvisation.
- Build the Instrumentation - Create the rigs, mounts, references, and measurement setups that turn a physical run into quantitative data: trajectory ground truth, positional accuracy references, timing and synchronization across sensors, and automated condition logging.
- Integrate Physical Runs Into the Evaluation System - Work with the AI Automation Engineer so physical results flow into the same scorecards and comparisons as software-only evaluations, through automated data offload, run metadata, and structured condition capture rather than a spreadsheet and a folder of files.
- Run the Physical Test Sessions - Execute robot runs and device-in-the-loop tests: robot bring-up, teleoperation, scripted trials, and the repetition that makes a result statistically meaningful rather than anecdotal.
- Own the Physical Half of Sim-to-Real - When a scenario has been evaluated in simulation, engineer and execute its physical counterpart so the comparison is valid, matching environment, route, lighting, sensor configuration, and robot setup, and instrumenting the run so divergence is explainable rather than mysterious.
- Own Safety - Define and maintain safe operating procedures for robots and powered equipment in our test spaces, and coordinate with workplace services, IT, Legal, and site owners on access and safety requirements.
- Automate Your Own Work - Script the repetitive parts, including configuration, calibration checks, data offload, and condition logging, so setup time falls and a colleague can run a session without you.
What You'll Bring
- Hands-on engineering experience with robotic hardware, covering bring-up, integration, teleoperation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Mobile or wheeled platforms preferred.
- Built test rigs, fixtures, or instrumentation that produced quantitative measurements of a physical system's behavior.
- Designed and run structured physical experiments, including ground truth methodology, and documented conditions rigorously enough for someone else to reproduce them.
- Worked with sensor calibration, multi-sensor synchronization, and coordinate frame conventions, and understand how errors in each propagate into a result.
- Strong Python and command-line proficiency, with a track record of automating hardware configuration, data offload, or test execution.
- Managed hardware fleets operationally: inventory, firmware, calibration schedules, logistics, and repair coordination.
- Practical safety experience operating powered equipment or robots around people.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
- Worked with ROS or ROS 2, including writing nodes or integrating sensor drivers.
- Operated NVIDIA Isaac Sim or Isaac Lab as a user, running scenarios someone else authored.
- Worked with professional capture hardware such as terrestrial laser scanners, NavVis or Leica systems, LiDAR, 360 cameras, or drones.
- Established survey-grade or motion-capture ground truth for localization or navigation evaluation.
- Supported photogrammetry, Gaussian splat, or 3D reconstruction capture workflows.
- Run test operations at customer or partner sites, with the coordination and discretion that requires.
Competencies
- Engineering judgment about physical systems. You reason about error sources: calibration drift, timing offsets, mounting rigidity, lighting variation, floor surface. When results disagree, you form a hypothesis and design the measurement that settles it.
- Hands-on and unfazed. You'd rather be in the space with the robot than reading about it. Cables, mounts, batteries, firmware, and a session that starts at 7am are all part of the job.
- Meticulous about conditions. You instrument rather than remember. You know the value of a physical test lives in how precisely its conditions were captured.
- Safety-minded without being slow. You take real responsibility for operating robots around people, and you build procedures where the safe path is also the fast path.
- Builds for other people. Your fixtures, scripts, and procedures get used by colleagues without you in the room.
- Comfortable in an unfinished environment. Much of this does not exist yet. You'll be selecting equipment, designing the first rigs, and defining how a space gets configured, with support but without a playbook.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range of $142,200 to $193,000. Compensation also includes an annual bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and more.
Location & Work Model
This role is based in our San Francisco office, with three days per week in office.
Inclusive Application
We know the strongest candidates don't always tick every box. If you're excited about this role and believe you could do it well, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every qualification listed - you may be exactly who we're looking for.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Data Center Security Engineering (DCSE) owns physical security across Anthropic's data center footprint: the sites, the hardware inside them, and the supply chain that delivers it. The Security Fusion Platform is where physical security signals from across that footprint are correlated and put in front of the analysts who act on them. It carries continuous monitoring, audit evidence, metrics, and analyst response, along with the classification and analytics pipelines that turn sensor data into events. You'll build and own the platform analysts work from.
This is a foundational role. You'll build the software platform that carries a signal from source to analyst decision, ship its first versions, and keep them running in production. The sensors and systems at each site belong to other DCSE engineers; you define the event contract their owners deliver to, and you build the classification and analytics pipelines that run over what those sources produce. Physical security systems engineers own the operations spaces; you own the software that runs in them. You'll work alongside engineers focused on the sites themselves. What you lead, you own end to end: the design, the technical approach, and the result in production.
You'll work with external vendors and integrators, setting requirements and acceptance criteria for what you own and deciding what the team builds itself. We use Claude throughout our engineering workflow and expect you to as well.
This role involves regular travel to data center sites. No security clearance is required. These are critical services, and you'll take part in on-call for them.
Key responsibilities
Design and build the event bus and normalized event schema:
source identity, sequencing, health state, and the adapter contract that owners of each sensor and system feed build to, plus adapters where needed
Build correlation and alerting:
the rules and services that turn events from independent sources into alerts an analyst can act on
Build the classification and analytics pipelines:
computer vision and multi-sensor fusion, with results landing on the event bus
Build analyst surfaces:
the queue, escalation tooling, dashboards, camera viewers, and video wall content a 24/7 watch works from, plus video analytics integration so camera streams arrive on the bus as events
Deliver audit evidence:
durable, tamper-evident event history, evidence exports, and the retention and access controls around them
Instrument metrics and self-monitoring:
detection rates, nuisance ratios, alert aging, time to resolve; heartbeats and loss-of-telemetry alarms on every feed, tested fail-secure behavior, and change audit on every rule
Deploy across sites:
site-local components, central services, and the sync that keeps configuration, rules, and state consistent, then commission each site and hand over to the analysts
Specify the compute the platform runs on
(servers, storage, and the platform's network segment) to the team's segmentation and hardening baseline
Write requirements and acceptance criteria
for what vendors and integrators deliver, review deliverables against them, and make the call on accepting or rejecting the work
Minimum qualifications
Have built and run event-driven backend systems in production
Are proficient in at least one backend language such as Python, Go, or Rust, and have worked with a message bus or event streaming system such as Kafka
Have owned a system end to end: set the design, made the tradeoffs, shipped it, and answered for it in production
Have integrated with external systems you did not control (vendor APIs, on-prem appliances, video platforms, building systems) and designed for a life beyond any one vendor
Have directed vendor or integrator work: written requirements and acceptance criteria, reviewed deliverables against them, and decided what gets accepted
Design for the failure you won't see coming (a silent feed, a lost network path, a replayed event, a de-tuned rule), know how your system behaves when a source lies or goes quiet, and test for it
Build tools for people who use them under pressure and iterate with those operators
Preferred qualifications
Experience building or operating a security operations platform (SOC, physical security operations, or the detection engineering behind one)
Experience building ML or computer vision inference pipelines over video and sensor streams
PSIM (physical security information management) or VMS (video management system) integration experience, or familiarity with physical access control and building systems data
Experience producing evidence for auditors or assessors: log integrity, retention, chain of custody
Experience using AI-assisted development tooling as a core part of your workflow
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$405,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the Role
We are hiring a Staff Software Engineer to own the smart wallet and account abstraction layer of XsollaZK, Xsolla's Web3 platform on a zkSync-based L2. This is an individual contributor role with a large technical scope. You are the technical anchor for how millions of players get an on-chain account they never have to think about.
The product. Every player who signs in with Xsolla ID receives a deterministic, non-custodial smart account. The account is derived from their identity claim, is identical on every device, and its private keys never leave the client. It is not a separate wallet screen: it is the player's inventory. It backs:
minting and gifting;
trading on our Bazaar marketplace;
Merkle-based reward airdrops;
gas sponsorship;
an in-app dApp browser that exposes the same signer to third-party applications through an EIP-1193 provider.
Responsibilities
The technical strategy and architecture of the smart wallet platform: account model, signing, session management and gas abstraction at scale
The smart account and permissioning model, evolved to meet both product and compliance needs
The security model where our signer meets third-party applications: what a player is actually approving, and proof that the UI shows it
The custody and recovery roadmap, from today's interim mechanisms (including raw key export) to
MPC
-based custody
Cross-team technical decisions on account architecture, SDK contracts, data modeling and platform reliability, with buy-in from the wallet, marketplace, SDK, mobile and security teams
Engineering standards in the Web3 domain
Production escalations in the wallet and account abstraction domain
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design and evolve the
ERC
-4337 user operation lifecycle (prepare → sign → submit → confirm),
EIP
-7702 delegation, deterministic address derivation from identity, and the session-key and permission primitives (including origin-bound Smart Sessions) that let players act without a prompt on every transaction
Set the paymaster and gas-sponsorship strategy: what we sponsor, how we meter and cap it, how we defend it from abuse, and how it degrades when sponsorship is unavailable
Define
EIP
-1193 /
EIP
-6963 provider behavior, origin-bound and policy-versioned sessions, trust tiers, and the transaction and signature confirmation flow
Design recovery paths (passkeys, guardians, social recovery) that a non-crypto-native player can complete without losing assets
Identify systemic risks (key management, signature phishing, reorgs and indexer staleness, bundler and
RPC
dependencies, contract upgrade paths) and lead initiatives that resolve them before they become incidents
Write RFCs and design docs; review critical code, contracts and designs
Work with product, security, legal and infra teams to align on the roadmap and turn business and regulatory needs into well-scoped technical plans
Create leverage for the engineering org through documentation, tooling and mentorship
Serve as the escalation point for complex production issues: a stuck user operation, a drained paymaster, a signing prompt a player didn't understand
Set up and maintain AI tooling in the repositories (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor: rules, context, harness) so the team uses it effectively
REQUIRED
Experience
8+ years of engineering in the Ethereum ecosystem working with crypto wallets and smart wallets
Designing or operating a production smart wallet or account abstraction system serving real users and real value

How We Work
Decisions in writing. Significant technical decisions are written up as an RFC or ADR that lays out the options and trade-offs. We work across time zones, so a design has to stand on its own.
AI is part of everyday engineering. We use AI coding tools for development and review, and we treat configuring them for a codebase as real engineering work.
HOW WE HIRE
Intro call. Your background, your motivation and the role.
Technical interview. Built directly on the What you will own and Required sections above. We won't ask about anything this posting doesn't promise.
System design. You design part of a wallet or account abstraction platform end to end and walk us through the trade-offs.
Bar raiser. An engineer from outside the hiring team checks that you raise the overall engineering bar.
Benefits
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes medical, dental, and vision, PTO, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally. Together, we're not just building a business; we're cultivating a community that values creativity, collaboration, and the transformative power of play.

Founding Tech Lead (GrowthBricks)
Are you a hands-on engineer who loves zero-to-one challenges? Do you want to build systems with real context and memory that do more than reason, use tools, and drive actual business outcomes?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
GrowthBricks is a new project at JetMinds, backed by JetBrains, designed to give GTM teams and AI agents a shared business brain. Business context usually gets fragmented across CRMs, documents, dashboards, and people's heads. GrowthBricks brings that context together so agents and people can make decisions and execute effectively across the sales, marketing, and product stack.
About GrowthBricks
GrowthBricks is a shared business brain for GTM teams and AI agents.
It brings together the context that usually lives across CRM, docs, dashboards, tools, and people’s heads: who we sell to, why customers buy, what matters now, what we tried, and what worked. Agents and people use that context to decide what to do next and execute across the GTM stack.
GrowthBricks is a new project at JetMinds, backed by JetBrains.
About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on Founding Tech Lead to build GrowthBricks from zero.
You’ll work directly with the product founder and own the technical side of the product: architecture, core systems, integrations, and the agent layer.
The core challenge is turning fragmented, changing business context into reliable memory and agent actions across tools and measuring whether those actions actually drive business outcomes.
You’ll write a lot of the early code yourself, make the key technical decisions, and shape the product as we learn what works.
What you’ll work on
Design the core architecture: business context, agents, tools, integrations, and feedback loops.
Build agentic workflows that can reason over company context and act across CRM, sales, marketing, and product systems.
Build context extractors from GTM team artifacts like sales calls, emails, internal documents, CRM state, marketing campaigns, etc.
Work on prompting, context management, memory, tool use, and orchestration.
Connect GrowthBricks to the existing GTM stack rather than rebuilding everything around it.
Decide where to use MCP, APIs, frameworks, or third-party tools and where a custom solution is worth it.
Prototype fast, discard weak ideas, and turn the useful ones into product primitives.
We expect that you
Are a strong hands-on engineer who enjoys zero-to-one work.
Have built with LLMs, agents, or agentic workflows used by real people, and improved them based on failures, evaluations, and user feedback.
Understand how context, prompting, tools, and agent behavior fit together.
Can design backend systems, APIs, data models, and integrations.
Are comfortable making decisions before all the answers are known.
Prefer simple, pragmatic solutions over unnecessary complexity.
We’re especially interested if you
Have worked in solution engineering, sales engineering, pre-sales, or built software for GTM teams.
Understand the modern GTM stack: CRM, enrichment, outbound, automation, and product signals.
Have automated sales or marketing workflows, ideally with agents or LLMs.
Have owned a technical product from a blank repo to something people actually used.
GTM experience is not mandatory, but if you already understand how sales and marketing teams work, that is a strong advantage.
What we offer
A competitive salary and strong benefits package.
The runway and resources of an established company, with startup-level autonomy.
A founding role with direct influence over both product and architecture.
Real users and real workflows from day one.
Freedom to choose the stack, tools, and technical approach.
A chance to help define what an agent-native GTM product should look like.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
The Growth Engineering team builds the experiences that connect people to our ecosystem for the first time — and keeps them coming back. We design and ship the systems behind our marketing funnels, signup and KYC flows, and the key engagement features that help new users fund their accounts and explore our products. It’s a team with direct influence on company growth, global reach, and user engagement at scale. Our products serve millions of users globally.
HOW WE WORK
- We give engineers ownership and trust them to ship high-impact work with craftsmanship and accountability.
- We move quickly, experiment often, and learn fast from data and feedback.
- We work asynchronously across time zones, supporting each other with open communication and shared goals.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Every feature you build will have a visible impact on how people discover, trust, and engage with our products globally. The Growth Engineering team operates at the intersection of product, marketing, and infrastructure — turning ideas into measurable results. If you’re an engineer who enjoys solving business problems through code and believes engineering excellence drives growth, this role is built for you.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Senior Product Engineer within the Growth team, you’ll take on complex, high-impact problems that blend product thinking and engineering excellence. You’ll work across web and mobile platforms, collaborating with design, data, and product teams to deliver features that drive measurable business outcomes. This is an ideal role for engineers who use their technical skills to create real-world impact — translating high-level business goals into engineering solutions that improve activation, retention, and monetization worldwide.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and analysts to identify growth opportunities and turn them into high-quality, data-driven engineering solutions.
- Implement reusable services and components that power marketing campaigns, onboarding, KYC, and first-funding experiences across web and mobile.
- Collaborate on distributed systems that handle large volumes of global traffic while maintaining high performance and reliability.
- Participate in design and architecture discussions, balancing user impact, scalability, and maintainability.
- Measure, experiment, and iterate — using data and experimentation frameworks to understand what drives user behavior.
- Uphold and improve engineering standards, performance, and security practices across the stack.
SKILLS YOU SHOULD HODL
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including building and maintaining production systems at scale.
- Proficiency in building full-stack applications using one of the following: TypeScript, Rust, Go, Python, or Ruby, and React or React Native.
- Understanding of distributed systems, performance optimization, debugging, and secure software design.
- Familiarity with infrastructure and tooling such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, or GitLab CI/CD.
- A product mindset — you care about how your work moves key metrics, not just about the code itself.
- Ability to operate autonomously in a globally distributed, remote-first environment.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with A/B testing, analytics instrumentation, or experimentation platforms.
- Background in growth engineering, user funnels, lifecycle, or conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools or experimentation frameworks.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

The Account Abuse team is tasked with ensuring Anthropic's computing capacity is allocated fairly, minimizing resources available to bad actors and preventing them from coming back. As a software engineer on this team, you will build the machine learning systems that help us detect and stop abuse at scale. The ideal candidate can see things from opponents' perspectives, understand their means and motives, and anticipate their responses to countermeasures.
We're looking for full stack machine learning engineers with experience across model training, productionization, and evaluation. You'll also look for ways to use Claude to speed up how these models get built and maintained.
This is classical ML on structured and behavioral data. You do not need a deep learning background or knowledge of LLM internals. What matters is that you have trained and shipped models where the stakes are real, and that you care about building robust production systems as much as the model itself. A false positive here is a legitimate customer locked out, so measurement, precision, and safe rollout are part of the job.
Key responsibilities
Build and operate a feature computation platform that serves both model training and real-time scoring, with point-in-time correct training data and low-latency online retrieval
Train, evaluate, and deploy models that detect account-level abuse and fraud, running them both offline and online
Build tooling that automates more of the model development lifecycle, including using Claude to speed up feature development, training, and evaluation
Make backtesting, shadow deployment, and staged rollout the default path to production, with monitoring for training / serving skew, drift, and adversarial adaptation
Work with our data scientists and our Policy & Enforcement team to improve label coverage and quality
Partner with product and platform teams to gather signals and integrate model decisions with minimal impact on their systems' latency, stability, or overall architecture
Minimum qualifications
Proficiency in Python and SQL
Experience training machine learning models and deploying them to production
Experience building data pipelines with a batch processing engine (e.g., Spark, Beam) and a workflow scheduler (e.g., Airflow)
Working understanding of point-in-time correctness and training / serving skew, and how to prevent both
Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred qualifications
Experience building or operating a feature platform such as Chronon, Feast, or Tecton
Experience with stream processing engines such as Flink, Beam / Dataflow, or Kafka Streams
Experience training ML models in a production setting with demanding serving requirements, such as fraud, risk, or ranking
Experience with tree-based models on tabular data
Experience building unsupervised, clustering-based or graph-based detection systems to surface coordinated account abuse
Experience in integrity, spam, fraud, or abuse detection
Experience working with scarce, delayed, or noisy labels
Experience with AutoML or other approaches to automating the ML workflow
Care about the societal impacts of AI and want your work to make powerful systems safer

Your safety matters to us.

About Cantina:
Cantina Labs is a social AI company, developing a suite of advanced real-time models that push the boundaries of expression, personality, and realism. We bring characters to life, transforming how people tell stories, connect, and create. We build and power ecosystems. Cantina, our flagship social AI platform, is just the beginning.
If you're excited about the potential AI has to shape human creativity and social interactions, join us in building the future!
About the Role:
Cantina is a place where people create AI characters and the videos those characters star in, and the catalog grows far faster than anyone can browse. Search and recommendations are what turn that catalog into a product: they decide which characters a new user meets in their first minute, which creators get discovered, and what appears in every feed, leaderboard, and discovery surface we ship. We are hiring a Senior Staff Software Engineer to own that area end to end — retrieval, ranking, relevance quality, and the roadmap for all three. This is the first dedicated hire for search and recommendations, so you will inherit a real production system serving live traffic along with a large amount of unclaimed ground, and you will set the technical direction rather than execute someone else’s.
What you'll do:
- Own the architecture and roadmap for search and recommendations end to end — query understanding, retrieval, ranking, and the surfaces they feed: search, discovery, the home feed, and our trending and creator leaderboards.
- Make relevance a measured discipline rather than an opinion: define the quality metrics per surface, build the offline evaluation and golden-set tooling, and run the online experiments that decide whether a ranking change ships.
- Design and evolve the ranking stack — engagement signal pipelines, decay and freshness models, and the pattern we use to combine pre-computed index-time signals with live re-ranking at query time.
- Own OpenSearch in production: index and mapping design, reindex and cutover safety, query performance, cost, and the operational headroom of the clusters behind every discovery surface.
- Build candidate generation and personalization for recommendation surfaces, and partner with data and ML on the feature pipelines and models behind them.
- Work directly with Product and Trust & Safety on what “good” means for each surface — quality gates, cold-start behavior for brand-new creators and characters, and what must never be recommended.
- Set the engineering standard for the area: instrumentation, flag-gated rollouts, and runbooks that let other teams change ranking behavior without breaking it.
- Act as the technical point of contact for discovery across backend teams, and mentor the engineers whose work touches it.
What you'll bring:
- 10+ years building production software, with substantial depth in search, ranking, recommendations, or ML-driven relevance on a consumer-scale product.
- Hands-on expertise with a production search engine — OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, Lucene, Vespa, or similar — covering index and analyzer design, relevance tuning, and operating the cluster, not only querying it.
- A rigorous approach to relevance measurement: you have owned offline evaluation, golden sets, and A/B or interleaving frameworks, and you can explain what moved a metric and why.
- Fluency across the recommender stack — candidate generation, feature pipelines, embedding retrieval, re-ranking — and a working understanding of the serving constraints that make an offline win fail online.
- Strong distributed systems and backend fundamentals, with production experience in Go or a comparable systems language, and comfort in the data layer behind it (SQL warehouses, streaming and batch pipelines).
- Demonstrated ownership of an ambiguous area: you have picked up something with no dedicated owner, decided what mattered, and can show the result.
- Clear written communication and the judgment to work with Product on real tradeoffs between relevance, freshness, safety, and latency.
- Preferred: experience with AI-generated or rapidly growing content catalogs, severe cold-start conditions, or ranking under trust-and-safety constraints.
Compensation:
The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is between $250,000 - $320,000 (USD). When determining compensation, a number of factors will be considered, including skills, experience, job scope, location, and competitive compensation market data.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary and generous company equity
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance – 99.99% of premiums covered by Cantina
- 42 days of paid time off, including:
- 15 PTO days
- 10 sick days
- 15 company holidays
- 2 floating holidays
- Generous parental leave & fertility support
- 401(k) retirement savings plan
- Lifestyle spending account – $500/month to use however you’d like
- Complimentary lunch and snacks for in-office employees
- One Medical membership, and more!

THE ROLE
ClickHouse is the fastest, most resource-efficient open-source database for real-time analytics, and ClickHouse Cloud is growing across every region and segment. Our Solution Architects (SAs) are the technical heart of that growth: They run the proofs of concept, defend the architecture, and win the room against the largest data platforms in the world.
You will be the single owner of global technical sales enablement and SA onboarding at ClickHouse. You are integral in deciding what a ClickHouse SA needs to know, say and do in order to be successful, and you wholly own the build out of the programs to get them there. You will measure everything, incorporate AI, and drive real results that time to revenue impact. You are the connective tissue between Product, Product Marketing, Sales leadership, SA leadership, and the field.
This is a Principal-level individual contributor role. You lead through influence, the systems you build, and the credibility you earn.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
GLOBAL SA ONBOARDING
- Design and run the end-to-end onboarding program for new SAs across AMER, EMEA, and APJ. These include but are not limited to: Technical foundations, ClickHouse architecture and internals, demo and POC craft, discovery and objection handling, competitive positioning, and our sales process.
- Define and certify ramp. Set clear 30/60/90-day milestones, build the certification and shadow-to-lead progression, and publish time-to-productivity as a metric leadership can see and trust.
- Make onboarding regionally real. Adapt the global program to how each theater sells, and coordinate cohort schedules, mentors, and live sessions across time zones.
TECHNICAL SALES ENABLEMENT STRATEGY AND EVERBOARDING
- Own the global technical enablement plan and its calendar. This includes the quarterly priorities, the programs behind them, and the communication that keeps SA and Sales leadership aligned on what is shipping and why.
- Run product-launch readiness for the field. Partner with Product and PMM so SAs have talk tracks, demo environments, hands-on labs, and competitive positioning before General Availability.
- Build the competitive and architecture curriculum. Deep dives, battlecards, and objection-handling playbooks against the platforms we meet most (cloud data warehouses, search and observability stacks, and incumbent OLAP systems).
- Extend enablement to adjacent technical roles as needed: Account Executives on technical fundamentals, Support on the sales motion, and partners on positioning.
DIAGNOSE, THEN PRESCRIBE
- Start from signals, not requests. Use call recordings, CRM data, win/loss, POC outcomes, certification results, and conversations with SA leaders to find the skill gaps that actually cost us deals, then classify and prioritize them with data.
- Pick the right modality for the gap: hands-on lab, self-serve path, live workshop, AI role-play, peer teaching, or in-the-moment coaching. Measure behavior change and deal outcomes.
- Close the loop. Systematically capture what is breaking in the field (friction, lost deals, recurring objections) and route it to Product, PMM, and Sales leadership as actionable recommendations.
BUILD AT SCALE
- Own the enablement toolchain: the LMS or learning hub, content repositories, certification tracking, and reporting. Keep a single source of truth for what is current.
- Activate SME communities. Identify and support the SAs who are already the best at something, and give them the structure to teach it peer-to-peer across regions.
STAY IN THE FIELD
- Spend roughly 10% of your time in customer-facing moments by joining POCs, account reviews, and live coaching.
- Facilitate. You will personally deliver live sessions, virtually and in person, at onboarding cohorts, regional kickoffs, and Kickoff events.
OPERATE LIKE AN OWNER
- Report on readiness. Define the KPIs (ramp time, certification rates, POC win rate, technical win contribution, workshop effectiveness) and present them in monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Manage the portfolio. Run multiple programs in parallel, protect the plan from ad-hoc drift, and say no with a reason and an alternative.
- Expand the charter. This role will grow, potentially into hiring and leading a team, owning SKO technical tracks, partner enablement, or a technical certification program for customers.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THE FIRST YEAR
- Every new SA worldwide goes through one global onboarding program with a defined ramp, and time-to-first-solo-POC is measured and trending down.
- SAs are enabled on every major launch before GA, with demo environments and competitive positioning ready on day one.
- Technical enablement priorities are set from field data and reviewed with SA and Sales leadership on a fixed cadence, and leadership can point to the deals and metrics that moved.
- A living competitive and architecture curriculum exists, is current, and is used by SAs and, increasingly, by AEs.
- SA leaders describe you as part of their extended leadership team, not a service desk.
WHAT YOU BRING
REQUIRED
- 3+ years in a quota-carrying role. You have owned a number as an Account Executive, quota-carrying Solutions Engineer, or equivalent, and you know what it feels like when the quarter is on the line.
- 8+ years total across solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, or technical enablement at an enterprise software or data infrastructure company, including experience building and running enablement or onboarding programs.
- Deep hands-on data fluency: strong SQL, knowledge of OLAP/analytical databases, data warehousing architectures, streaming and ingestion pipelines, and at least one major cloud. You can run a demo, debug a lab, and read a query plan.
- You have been the engineer in the room. You have run POCs, handled objections live, and defended a technical position against a well-funded competitor.
- Proven program design and delivery: Needs analysis, curriculum design, facilitation (virtual and in person), certification, and measurement for a technical, global audience.
- A self-starter with a bias for building. You create the plan when there is none, you ship version one before it is perfect, and you improve it from evidence.
- Leads through influence. You can secure sponsorship from VPs, align cross-functional peers, and hold the field to a standard without a reporting line.
- Data-driven and operational: comfortable pulling your own CRM and call-intelligence reports, defining KPIs, and debating the numbers with stakeholders.
- Exceptional communicator. You make complex technical concepts accessible without dumbing them down, in writing and on stage.
- Global mindset. Experience working across AMER, EMEA, and APJ time zones, and willingness to travel up to ~25% for cohorts, kickoffs, and field time.
NICE TO HAVE
- Hands-on experience with ClickHouse.
- Experience at a high-growth infrastructure company through a major product launch or rapid SA headcount expansion.
- Background in both pre-sales and post-sales technical roles.
- Demonstrated use of AI tooling to automate content creation, build internal tools, or scale enablement beyond live delivery.
- Familiarity with a structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar) and with adult-learning or instructional-design principles.
- Experience building SME networks, peer-learning cohorts, or technical certification programs.
PERKS

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Almost any company can produce training video at scale today. Almost none can tell you whether it actually made someone better at their job. We're building the product that closes that gap: an agentic, real-time experience where people practice live, dynamic scenarios, and where organizations finally get genuine signal on readiness, instead of a metric tied to course completion. This is a zero-to-one bet on what comes after content, which is practice, and proof.
You'll own one of two of the domains inside that bet, Surveys and Guidance, from strategy through ship.
WHY NOW
Real-time, agentic AI has only just become good enough to hold a convincing live scenario, and to make sense of what happens inside one. The window to define this category is open now, and we intend to own it.
THE PROBLEM YOU'RE SOLVING
Today, the most a company can do to check whether someone has genuinely learned something is watch them complete a module or pass a quiz. The behaviors that matter in real roles, in real moments, are rarely tested reliably, and what comes back to the business is a thin, lagging signal.
We have the underlying technology to change that. What we need is a product manager who can turn it into something an enterprise will use to prepare its people, and that an end user actually wants to engage with, across two connected domains:
- Surveys - capturing structured, trustworthy signal at scale: how people feel, how they're performing, and where the gaps are.
- Guidance - giving people direction in the moment they need it, live and in context, rather than as a debrief after the fact.
Both sit inside the same bet: give organizations proof of readiness, not just proof of attendance.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Owning the multi-quarter strategy for Surveys and Guidance, setting the direction, identifying the right problems to solve, and making the trade-offs needed to deliver against them.
- Defining and evolving the success metrics for both domains, and connecting product outcomes directly to commercial results: retention, expansion, and revenue impact.
- Getting close to the customers who matter most: understanding how they think, where current tools leave them exposed, and translating that into a product direction others can act on.
- Driving a shared understanding of where these product areas are going and why. Engineering, design, R&D, and commercial counterparts should all be able to articulate the strategy and the reasoning behind it.
- Producing written narratives, strategy docs, and PRDs, that move decisions forward and give your team the context to build the right thing without a follow-up conversation.
- Balancing short-term delivery with long-term product health: scoping to reflect execution risk, hitting milestones predictably, and iterating based on evidence rather than opinion.
- Contributing to improvements in product practice across the team, and actively participating in PM hiring.
WHO YOU ARE
You've owned a critical product domain before, one where the stakes were real and the strategy was yours to set, not just execute. You're comfortable operating with autonomy on the what, not just the how, and you have a track record of connecting product decisions to commercial outcomes.
You understand that zero-to-one products in complex domains require you to hold two things at once: the discipline to deliver predictably in the short term, and the judgment to make the right long-term bets while the evidence is still forming. You don't wait for a clean brief. You identify the right problems, form a view, and bring others along.
You're a strong written communicator. Engineering and design partners, commercial leads, and senior leadership should all come away from your docs and updates with a clear understanding of where the domain is going and why, without needing to ask.
You care about the quality of the experience. Real-time, agentic products are unforgiving, and you hold a high bar for what "good" feels like, for the user in the moment and for the customer looking at outcomes.
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU BRING
- Significant experience in product management, with direct experience owning a critical product domain: setting strategy, not just executing it.
- A track record of connecting product outcomes to commercial results: ARR, retention, expansion, or equivalent.
- Experience with zero-to-one product development in a complex, experience-driven space. You've navigated the ambiguity of a zero-to-one build and have the scar tissue to show for it.
- Experience building agentic or AI-powered products. You understand what makes real-time AI interactions feel natural, and what breaks them.
- Strong written communication: strategy docs, PRDs, and decision memos that others can act on without a follow-up conversation.
- Experience working alongside enterprise buying motions. You'll be close to the commercial team, and that context matters.
We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every point above. Strong candidates rarely match a list exactly, and we'd rather hear from you.
