We’re a team of experts pushing the limits of what’s possible, united by our common goal to unlock true freedom through digital ownership, making technology accessible for all. We believe in a world where users, creators and enterprises manage their value with ownership and freedom. Our curiosity drives us to innovate, empowering individuals on a global scale. We believe change is constant and our team moves forward as one, with a culture of problem-solving where every employee is empowered and supported to challenge tradition and create solutions. Our mission is simple: to make self-custody accessible and give people the keys to their own financial futures. If you want to make a true impact, we want you to join us at Ledger.
At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. With our headquarters in Paris, and offices in Vierzon, Grenoble, Montpellier, London, Portland, Geneva, Zurich and Central Singapore, we have a team of around 600 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 7.5 millions units already sold in 200 countries.
The team
To sustain the company's growth, Ledger is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Cloud Wallet team. This team is responsible for the backend services that power blockchain account management, transaction processing, and on-chain data aggregation across all Ledger wallet surfaces, from Ledger Live to the Ledger Enterprise platform. We believe in the power of functional programming to build robust and scalable platforms. We take time to share, challenge, and grow together through bi-weekly knowledge-sharing sessions, meetups, conferences, and open source contributions.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and grow your team. Own hiring, onboarding, performance management, and the professional development of your engineers. Run regular 1:1s, support career growth, and build a high-performing, engaged team.
- Drive technical delivery. Own the team's roadmap and PI planning commitments. Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across the team's service portfolio and ongoing architectural initiatives while coordinating across dependencies with Coin Integration, Ledger Enterprise, Ledger Live, and Infrastructure teams.
- Maintain operational excellence. Own SLIs/SLOs for team services. Lead incident response posture and observability standards for production-critical systems.
- Architect for scale and reliability. Partner with tech leads and staff engineers to drive sound technical decisions on a polyglot stack (TypeScript, Scala) handling high throughput, multi-chain complexity, and strict reliability requirements. Review ADRs and ensure architectural coherence.
- Champion engineering practices. Drive strong standards on CI/CD, testing (including end-to-end on testnets), code review quality, technical debt management, and AI-assisted engineering workflows.
- Contribute to org-level initiatives. Participate in cross-BU architectural working groups, PI planning, and engineering efficiency programs.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with:
- The Blockchain platform team for data model alignment, indexing and event streaming
- The Coin Integration team for coin module ownership and new blockchain integrations
- The Ledger Enterprise team for enterprise wallet features and operational alignment
- The Ledger Live / Wallet XP teams as consumers of the team's backend APIs
- The Infrastructure and SRE teams for platform reliability and scalability
- The Product team for roadmap prioritization and customer-driven requirements
- The Security team for vulnerability analysis and compliance
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience (3+ years) managing backend engineering teams in a product-driven, distributed environment
- Strong technical background in backend systems. You can credibly challenge architectural decisions, review design documents, and unblock engineers on hard technical problems
- Experience operating services at scale and familiarity with high-availability architectures, event-driven systems, and observability tooling (RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, Flink, NATS, Datadog or equivalent)
- Comfortable with polyglot stacks. The team works across TypeScript and Scala; you don't need to be an expert in both but need enough depth to lead effectively
- Track record of navigating complex multi-team dependencies and influencing across organizational boundaries without direct authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bonus points: exposure to blockchain or crypto infrastructure (account indexing, transaction lifecycle, UTXO vs account-based models), and a genuine interest in the Web3 space

OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
As our People Intelligence/Apps Technical Product Manager within the People Strategy & Insights team, you'll be a critical part of developing our agentic enablement platform and responsible for building and shipping the People applications that power how we hire, develop, and grow our team — from workforce planning tools to AI-augmented performance and org design solutions.
Reporting to our Director of People Strategy & Insights and collaborating closely with People Partners, Leaders, FP&A, IT, and AI and Platform Engineering, you'll translate complex People domain challenges into elegant, scalable products that make a real difference in how we operate. At Taxfix, we're building an AI-native company — and this role sits right at the heart of that mission.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a deep understanding of the employee as “Builder” concept, and map the requirements different parts of the organisation have to unlock the capability of Engineers and non-Engineers to ship agentic workflows.
- Design and implement AI-augmented tools and human-AI collaboration patterns, experimenting with emerging techniques to push the boundaries of what's possible in People operations.
- Build, iterate, and continuously improve People applications using no-code and low-code platforms such as Claude Code, Notion, n8n, Google Cloud Apps, and other AI tools — owning the full product lifecycle from concept through delivery and optimisation.
- Lead the continued adaption of Product mindset and ways of working across the People function, including the development and on going refinement of the People Products Roadmap.
- Translate stakeholder needs into a prioritised People applications roadmap, balancing day-to-day operational demands with longer-term strategic initiatives and a clear build-vs-buy framework.
- Build and maintain integrations across the People tech stack — including HiBob, Ashby, Peakon, and Postgres — ensuring seamless data flows, strong data integrity, and reliable automation via n8n.
- Lead change management for new applications and features, creating documentation, training materials, and enablement sessions, then gathering feedback to iterate rapidly.
- Partner with PSI leadership, People Partners, Workforce Planners, and FP&A, while collaborating with IT and Engineering to ensure all solutions meet IT security and privacy standards.
YOUR PROFILE
- You bring 5+ years of experience in technical product management or a closely related role, with a proven track record of building and shipping internal tools end-to-end.
- You have hands-on experience building with AI tools such as Claude, GPT, or Google AI Studio, and you think naturally about how to design effective human-AI collaboration patterns.
- You are a curious PM that is not afraid to challenge the status quo in a pragmatic and constructive way.
- You are thinking in systems, understanding the economical aspect of internal processes and products and how those can create value.
- You are technically fluent, comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, SQL, and cross-system data flows, and you know when to bring in Engineering versus when to build it yourself.
- You have a product mindset: you manage roadmaps, prioritise ruthlessly, and deliver incremental value in fast-paced environments, all while keeping the end user's experience front and centre.
- You are highly proficient with no-code and low-code platforms, Notion, n8n, AppSheet, Google Cloud Apps, or similar, and you're comfortable designing data models that support complex business logic and reporting.
- Experience in People or HR tech, workforce planning, or org design is a strong plus, as is a background in high-growth startup or scale-up environments where ambiguity is the norm, not the exception.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.

In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Role background
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity, and earnings to neighborhoods around the world. Since 2014, we’ve grown from delivering restaurant food to delivering (almost) everything, now operating in over 500 cities across 34 countries. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash, continuing to dream big and expand globally.
The role you’re looking at is part of Wolt Market, our fast-growing grocery delivery service. Wolt Market stores are “dark stores”- designed purely for delivery rather than walk-in shopping. Customers across Greece can order groceries online and have them delivered to their doorstep at lightning speed. Our focus is on customer-first product selection, ultra-fast delivery, and shaping the future of grocery shopping. This role is key to our growth in Greece.
We are looking for a full-time Store Manager to lead one of our Athens region dark stores. You’ll hire, train, give daily feedback, and hold 1:1s twice a year to develop your team. You’ll play a central role in shaping how Wolt Market operates locally and drives growth.
What you’ll be doing
Leading, growing and motivating a team. Creating an environment where your colleagues can do their best work and have fun while working. You’ll get to plan team events with your team - something we aim to do a couple times a year.
Your main goal will be to consistently improve the way our stores operate with help from the Operations Team. Fast delivery and fluent operations consist of a large field of things, this is one of the key day to day operational tasks you’ll be working with.
Continuous participating in internal and external meeting
The role also includes a good collaboration and communication with other functions at Wolt to make sure we have a good selection & right products on sale.
Monitoring shrink levels and control the amount of food that goes to waste.
Managing shift scheduling.
Handling incoming goods and order of the store.
Overseeing everything the store and colleagues need to enable fast growth. This includes everything from ordering office supplies or IT-devices to a complete set of new fridges.
What we’re hoping you’ll bring
Leadership experience and demonstrate the ability to motivate others.
Experience from working in a grocery store is a plus.
A fast learner with the ability to multitask.
Proactive and service-minded are words that describe you.
You have a can do-attitude and enjoy the idea of working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
You are tech savvy.
You are able to work both during the day, evenings and weekends.
Data-driven and analytical, you understand data to help improve and develop.
A fluent level of Greece and knowledge of English is required.

We are currently launching a new strategic project — a digital bank in France.
About the Project
This is a greenfield project: there is no product, team, license, or infrastructure yet — all of it needs to be built from the ground up. We are looking for a director who will take full end-to-end ownership of the project: from strategy, licensing and team building to the first customer and scaling.
Key Responsibilities
Leading the turnkey launch of a digital bank: from concept to operational go-live:
Product and operating strategy
: retail products, SME, payment services, cards, online channels.
Fintech architecture
: designing the architecture and managing development of the bank's digital platform.
Licensing
: managing the banking license application process — liaising with the regulator, consultants, and auditors.
Operating model
: building risk management, compliance, KYC/AML, and customer service processes.
Team
: building and leading the team, hiring key executives and experts.
Finance and planning
: financial and strategic planning, budget formation and execution control.
Representation
: representing the company to regulators, partners, and investors.
Negotiations and partnerships
: negotiating with vendors, fintech providers, and payment systems.
Requirements
Proven experience launching a bank/neobank/fintech product from scratch, preferably in Europe.
Understanding of French or European banking regulation (ACPR, ECB, PSD2, AML5/6, GDPR); experience obtaining a banking or EMI license is a strong plus.
Experience building a team from the ground up (hiring key executives, organizational structure).
Background in digital banking/fintech in a senior management role (COO, startup CEO, Head of Digital Banking, Country Manager, etc.).
Understanding of technology: core banking systems, BaaS providers, payment infrastructure, mobile development (deep understanding of product and architecture, not necessarily hands-on technical expertise).
Fluent in French and English (French is critical for working with the regulator and hiring the local team).
Entrepreneurial mindset: ready to work in startup mode — from strategy to operational details.
Nice to Have
Personal network of contacts at ACPR/Banque de France or among licensing consultants.
Experience working with BaaS platforms or partner banks in France.
Experience raising investment/capital for a fintech project.
Benefits
Competitive salary and bonus scheme — the exact figure to be finalized at the final stages.
Operational and business support from our operating hub in achieving the project's goals.
A key leadership role in a strategically important project for the group — with real influence over architecture, product, and launch outcomes.
Backing and resources of an established international investment group: the holding's legal, financial, HR, and IT infrastructure.
The chance to build a bank and a team from a blank slate — a rare full-cycle launch experience for a professional at this level.
