As a Strategic Account Executive for Financial Services, you will own a focused book of named financial services accounts — including banks, asset managers, exchanges, insurance carriers, and fintech platforms. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle: from identifying new use cases and building executive relationships to negotiating and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a technical sales environment and wants to be a foundational part of building ClickHouse’s strategic sales motion in one of the most demanding verticals in the world.
What You’ll Do
- Own a named account list of strategic financial services organizations and develop deep, multi-threaded relationships across technical, business, and executive stakeholders
- Drive net new ARR and expansion revenue through a consultative, value-based sales approach
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, including procurement, legal, security review, and multi-product negotiations
- Partner closely with Solutions Architects to ensure technical alignment and long-term customer success
- Understand and articulate ClickHouse’s technical differentiation — including performance benchmarks, architecture, and deployment models — at a level of depth that earns credibility with data engineers, architects, and CTOs
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, identifying expansion opportunities and mapping the political landscape within each account
- Represent the voice of the customer internally, shaping product roadmap priorities and go-to-market strategy for the financial services vertical
- Travel to customer sites, conferences, and team offsites as needed (approximately 25–40%)
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 3 years selling to financial services organizations (banking, capital markets, insurance, fintech, or asset management)
- Demonstrated track record closing large, complex deals ($500K+ ACV) with long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Experience selling technical infrastructure products — databases, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or similar — is required; you must be able to engage credibly in technical conversations
- Deep understanding of the financial services technology landscape, including data architecture patterns common in FS environments (real-time risk, fraud, trading analytics, regulatory reporting)
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build trusted advisor relationships at the C-suite and VP level
- Experience working in a high-growth, early-stage or scaling startup environment is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or similar enterprise sales methodologies
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
Nice to Have
- Prior experience selling open-source or consumption-based products
- Experience with real-time analytics, time-series databases, OLAP, or columnar data systems
- Existing relationships with data/technology buyers at major financial institutions

ABOUT TENKI
We started Tenki on the belief that compute is the new digital oil. As global demand for compute power accelerates, scalable and tradable compute is set to become one of the most valuable markets of our lifetime. Our goal is to become the leaders in harnessing, refining, and trading compute-unlocking a new asset class for the world’s most important digital resource.
Tenki connects producers of compute with a growing universe of consumers. Producers get transparent pricing, predictable settlement, and access to global demand. Consumers get simple, developer-friendly access to high-quality compute at competitive prices.
We’re currently building the consumer side, starting with GitHub Actions, enabling developers to offload workflows directly through Tenki. Soon, we’ll expand to a broad suite of cloud services like Virtual Machines, Databases, AI Agents, and more.
As we expand, our focus will broaden beyond consumers to include the supply side, enabling producers to offer compute through Tenki and later the development of financial instruments that support a more efficient and tradable compute market.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Golang Engineer to join a small but talent dense team building the future of compute markets. Although the role is remote, we need team members who can reliably work within our core time zones in LATAM (GMT-3) or the Philippines (GMT+8), and you should be fully comfortable communicating in English across our globally distributed team. This Position will report to the Tenki Engineer Manager.
In this role, you’ll help build the core infrastructure that powers Tenki’s. You will:
- Architect, maintain, and evolve our core gRPC API services, based on ConnectRPC
- Design and operate a private, programmable microservices fabric that securely connects our microservices across the platform
- Manage identity services on top of the Ory stack: Kratos, Keto, and Hydra
- Develop DDoS mitigation strategies - anticipating and countering adversaries.
- Build high-performance Golang gRPC services from the ground up, built to scale to millions of users - and eventually billions.
- Define and implement infrastructure following immutable principles, enabling full tear-down, failover, and rapid reconstruction.
- Drive ideas from concept to reality by writing clear Engineering Requirement Documents and translating them into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with our Applications (TypeScript) and Platform teams to expose robust, well-designed APIs for internal and future external consumers.
ABOUT YOU
- You are a proficient Golang engineer: You have deep experience building high-performance, concurrent applications and know how to squeeze performance out of the language when scaling to millions of users.
- You live and breathe APIs: You have a strong track record of architecting and maintaining gRPC services (bonus points for ConnectRPC) and creating robust, documented contracts for internal and external consumers.
- You understand Identity & Auth: You have implemented or managed identity services (Ory stack: Kratos, Keto, Hydra, or similar OIDC/OAuth2 providers) and understand the complexities of securing user data.
- You have a "Systems" mindset: You aren’t just an application developer; you understand the underlying overlay networking (e.g., WireGuard, service mesh) that connects microservices securely.
- You build for resilience and security: You have experience anticipating adversarial behavior (DDoS) and implementing mitigation strategies, perhaps leveraging eBPF or traffic shaping techniques.
- You practice Immutable Infrastructure: You design systems where servers are cattle, not pets - enabling full tear-down, failover, and rapid reconstruction without manual intervention.
- You define the standard: You don't just write code; you drive the engineering process by writing clear Engineering Requirement Documents and translating abstract concepts into actionable technical plans.
- You implement with care: You build the monitors, define the error boundaries, and document operational expectations so that the platform remains maintainable by others long after you’ve pushed the code.
- You thrive in ambiguity: You can set direction in an early-stage environment where priorities shift and clarity must be created, not awaited.
- You bring grit and ownership: You dive deep into problems, ship pragmatic solutions, scale them as demand grows, and replace them when the time comes.
We are building a startup within a startup. Tenki was born within Luxor http://www.luxor.tech as we expand our vision from mining compute to generalized compute. Learn more about how we work and our principles here https://www.notion.so/Luxor-Culture-ed37647662cd4060834afb9db7f543a1?pvs=21.
At Tenki we believe that meaningful contributions can be made by anyone. Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender perception or identity, national origin, age, marital status, protected veteran status, or disability status. Tenki welcomes all!
Tenki does not accept unsolicited headhunter and agency resumes. Tenki will not pay any third-party agency or company that does not have a signed agreement with Tenki.
HOW WE USE AI IN OUR HIRING PROCESS
We use AI tools to support certain parts of our hiring process, and we believe in being transparent about how they’re used.
During your application, AI may assist in reviewing CVs, qualifications, and assignments by providing additional insights, but it does not make decisions, every application is evaluated at each step by a member of our hiring team.
We also use AI to transcribe interviews so our team can stay focused on the conversation rather than note-taking. Any voice recordings are automatically deleted within 15 days.
In addition, AI helps us keep candidates informed about their application status and helps us understand how our process is working so we can improve it over time.
In all cases, AI is used to support efficiency and consistency, not to replace human judgment. If you have any questions about how we use these tools or your data, or if you would prefer to opt out of any of these features, please include them in the dedicated section of the application form, and we’ll follow up accordingly.

Job Summary:
The Platform Engineering team is a close-knit group of highly senior engineers focused on building software products for developers — from internal APIs and services to developer tooling, CI/CD frameworks, and Kubernetes-based abstractions. We treat our platform as a product — prioritizing usability, adoption, and developer experience as first-class concerns. You will spend a significant portion of your time writing code — building platform services, APIs, and developer tooling used across engineering teams. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside highly experienced engineers on meaningful software problems where your ideas and expertise truly matter. The team operates in Hybrid, focusing office time for meaningful collaboration.
Platform Engineering exists to empower product engineering teams to build, deploy, and operate healthcare software faster, more reliably, and more securely. We solve complex cross-functional problems through well-designed software systems — building APIs, services, and developer-facing applications that reduce cognitive load so development teams can focus on delivering value to clinicians and patients. We may not own every part of the stack, but we engineer the APIs, abstractions, and interfaces that piece it together meaningfully — and we own the design, implementation, testing, and lifecycle of what we build through sound software engineering practices and SRE principles
Key Responsibilities
1 · Design, build, and maintain platform services, APIs, SDKs, and internal tools used across engineering teams
2 · Own platform services end-to-end — from design and implementation through production operation and continuous improvement, writing high-quality, testable code throughout
3 · Design and improve CI/CD workflows and developer automation with a focus on usability and efficiency
4 · Apply distributed systems and backend engineering principles to design scalable, resilient services and APIs
5 · Production ownership of the services and tools you build — including observability, debugging, and incident response
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js building production-grade APIs, services, developer tools, and developer-facing UIs (React or similar), with strong automated testing practices (unit, integration, E2E)
Strong software engineering fundamentals — distributed systems, API design, and production backend services, with a proven ability to make pragmatic trade-offs across scalability, reliability, and developer experience
Working proficiency with observability (metrics, logging, distributed tracing, SLI/SLO frameworks) and production ownership of services you build — including incident response and post-mortems
Strong proficiency with Kubernetes — building software abstractions and APIs, extending capabilities through custom controllers and operators
Strong proficiency designing and building CI/CD pipelines optimized for security, compliance, and developer experience
Working proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi), GitOps practices, and cloud-native environments
Strong communication, influence, and documentation skills — able to drive adoption of platform patterns, translate technical complexity for diverse audiences, and produce ADRs, runbooks, and developer- facing documentation
Preferred:
Experience building internal developer platforms or platform-as-a-product initiatives, including developer portals and self-service tooling
Experience with AI/ML integration: LLM APIs, intelligent automation, AI-assisted developer tooling, and agentic patterns
Working proficiency with cloud security practices (IAM, secret handling, encryption), compliance tooling (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST), or cloud cost optimization (FinOps)

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a AI Search Strategist to help our customers succeed in the new era of AI-driven search. In this role, you’ll work closely with leading brands and agencies, onboarding new clients and advising them on how to improve their visibility across search engines, AI assistants, and emerging generative surfaces. You’ll combine deep SEO expertise with a consultative approach, analyzing websites and search performance, running strategic advisory sessions, and translating business goals into actionable organic growth strategies. Working closely with Sales, Growth, and Product, you’ll also help shape how we enable customers and define best practices for succeeding in AI-powered search.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Onboard and activate new key clients, and educate them on how to best leverage Peec AI to become top-ranked in AI search
- Review websites, content, and search performance of key clients to identify AI-search-related opportunities across platforms (search, AI assistants, and emerging generative surfaces)
- Run advisory sessions with leading brands and agencies, turning their growth and brand goals into actionable GEO strategies and roadmaps
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Growth, and Product to refine activation journeys, case studies, and customer enablement programs
- Consult our mid-sized and enterprise clients on GEO-related topics, from overall strategy to hands-on operational execution
- Own the growth and retention of your client portfolio, proactively identifying expansion opportunities and partnering with Sales to convert them into upsells
- Monitor account health and usage signals to spot churn risk early, and drive retention through timely, value-focused interventions
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years of hands-on SEO or organic growth experience, ideally at a top-tier SEO agency
- Deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, search intent, and how organic performance translates into business outcomes
- Strong consulting skills: you’re used to advising clients, presenting strategic recommendations, and constructively challenging their thinking
- Ability to explain SEO concepts in simple, actionable language for marketing and brand teams
- Excitement about the shift from “10 blue links” to generative search, and motivation to be at the frontier of that change
- Confident verbal and written communication skills in English for high-quality client calls, workshops, and written recommendations
BONUS POINTS
- Experience building frameworks: SEO playbooks, content strategies, or measurement models for clients
- Initial experience with AI search
- Background working with enterprise and other high-touch clients
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS or marketing tech environment
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category
