About the Role
We're looking for a technical lead who can own the frontend across OKX's core crypto business verticals. You'll be deeply involved in the full frontend delivery lifecycle across Trading, Web3, Payment, and beyond — not just writing code, but helping teams and products find the right direction, make the right calls, and execute with speed and precision.
This role demands the rigor of an engineer, the strategic thinking of a product manager, and the market instincts of a crypto practitioner. You don't need to carry a full-stack title, but you must genuinely understand frontend, have enough backend fluency to hold your own in architecture discussions, and — above all — understand the business.
Core Responsibilities
Business & Team Leadership
Own the overall frontend team across core business verticals including Trading and Payment, covering hiring, development, and pipeline building. Partner effectively with Product, Backend, Security, and Compliance — driving cross-functional outcomes through technical judgment, not just execution.
Product Delivery & Technical Execution
Lead technical design and delivery for core business features including trading system frontend experience, wallet and asset management, AI-powered trading products, payment gateway integrations, and KYC/AML frontend implementation. Stay deeply sensitive to business metrics and user experience, making sound trade-offs between speed and quality.
Product & Engineering Thinking in the AI Era
Demonstrate deep understanding of how AI is reshaping product paradigms — changing user expectations, product form factors, and R&D efficiency. Integrate AI into product decisions and design, not merely as a productivity tool.
Technical Judgment & Standard-Setting
Drive tech stack alignment and evolution. Proactively identify and address technical risk. Establish high engineering quality standards in complex crypto security contexts — private key security, frontend attack prevention, compliance auditing, and more.
Cross-Team Influence
Build dual technical and business influence at the company level. Communicate technical value and business judgment clearly to engineers, product managers, and senior leadership alike. Participate in industry engagements to attract high-potential talent who are genuinely passionate about crypto.
Requirements
Baseline
Bachelor's degree or above in CS or related field; 10+ years of engineering experience including 5+ years managing technical teams; solid full-stack capabilities with frontend depth
Deep command of core frontend technologies (React/Vue internals, engineering toolchains, performance optimization, cross-platform solutions), with enough backend and API fluency to drive substantive technical discussions
Proven track record leading frontend for products with DAU 1M+ in high-concurrency, high-availability environments
Demonstrated experience driving cross-team collaboration and standard adoption through technical influence rather than organizational authority
Industry Background (Partial Core)
(Core)
Genuine understanding of and enthusiasm for crypto — familiar with CEX/DEX trading mechanics, Web3 wallet and signing mechanisms, and mainstream payment gateway ecosystems
Experience owning frontend delivery for trading, fintech, payments, or crypto products; comfortable navigating the tensions between compliance, security, and user experience
Familiarity with the Web3 frontend ecosystem (ethers.js / wagmi / viem, WalletConnect, EVM contract interactions, etc.)
Global product experience — understands the complexity of multi-language, multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction compliance requirements
Engineering Competencies for the AI Era (Core)
Deep understanding of how AI is reshaping product design; can integrate AI into product decisions rather than treating it purely as a development accelerator
Strong ability to model and frame complex problems; defines the right problem boundaries and system abstractions before reaching for solutions
Proven ability to constrain, guide, and evaluate AI outputs — decomposing complex engineering requirements into AI-executable task sequences
Experience establishing team-level AI working patterns; familiar with and having practiced AI Spec-Driven Development
Maintains high standards for code quality and system design integrity alongside — not despite — AI-assisted development
Soft Skills (Core)
Strong ownership: treats team goals as personal goals — proactive, accountable, clears obstacles without being asked
Sound judgment: makes high-quality decisions under incomplete information — decisive and accountable
Execution muscle: makes things actually land, not just live in decks and proposals
Fast learner: thrives in a fast-moving industry; rapidly absorbs new technologies, business dynamics, and regulatory shifts and converts them into team action
Bilingual: fluent English for technical discussions, documentation, and international collaboration (written and verbal at working proficiency)

At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.

OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.
Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a VP of AI Strategy & Transformation — a hands-on technical leader who combines deep AI expertise with the strategic vision and executive influence to drive AI adoption across every business unit. This is not a research role or a traditional engineering management position. We need someone who has personally built and shipped production AI systems, understands the frontier of foundation models and agentic AI, and can translate that expertise into company-wide transformation.
The ideal candidate is, first and foremost, a deeply technical AI practitioner — someone who has architected and deployed AI systems at scale, and who can channel that credibility into driving AI adoption across every function of the organization. Not a theorist, not a people-manager-only — a builder-leader who ships and who makes others ship.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Company AI Strategy & Transformation
Own the company’s AI roadmap end-to-end — from foundation model selection to business-unit-specific deployment plans:
Define and continuously refine the enterprise AI strategy, aligning it to revenue goals, product differentiation, and operational efficiency targets.
Conduct rigorous build-vs-buy-vs-partner analysis for foundation models, AI tooling, inference infrastructure, and data platforms.
Establish an AI governance framework covering model risk, data privacy, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
Serve as the primary AI advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team; translate frontier AI developments into actionable business implications.
Build and maintain a rolling 6/12/24-month AI transformation roadmap with clear milestones, investment thresholds, and go/no-go decision points.
Identify and evaluate strategic AI acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities.
2. System Building & Technical Execution
Architect and deliver production-grade AI systems that create measurable business impact — not just prototypes:
Lead the architecture of LLM-powered applications including RAG systems, agentic workflows, fine-tuning pipelines, and prompt engineering frameworks at enterprise scale.
Design and implement AI-native infrastructure: model serving, automated evaluation, A/B testing frameworks, version control for prompts and models, and continuous monitoring for quality and drift.
Build and optimize AI agent systems, multi-model orchestration, tool-use chains, and autonomous workflow engines that solve real business problems end-to-end.
Build robust evaluation and benchmarking systems for AI outputs — measuring hallucination rates, task completion accuracy, latency, safety, and end-user satisfaction.
Personally prototype and review critical AI system designs; maintain hands-on technical credibility with the engineering team.
3. Organizational AI Enablement & Adoption
Drive AI adoption across every business unit — making AI a core competency for the entire organization, not just the engineering team:
Design and execute a company-wide AI literacy program segmented by role: executive leadership, product managers, engineers, operations, customer-facing teams, and support functions.
Create internal AI tooling, templates, and playbooks that make it radically easy for every business unit to leverage AI capabilities (prompt libraries, no-code/low-code AI interfaces, internal copilots, AI-assisted workflows).
Establish an AI Center of Excellence that serves as the hub for best practices, reusable components, and cross-functional AI project incubation.
Implement a structured AI use-case intake and prioritization process: partner with each business unit to identify high-ROI AI opportunities, scope them properly, and execute with embedded AI support.
Build an AI talent strategy: define hiring profiles for AI engineers and applied AI roles, design technical interview processes, and develop retention programs for top AI talent.
Foster a culture of responsible AI experimentation: psychological safety to try and fail fast, coupled with rigorous post-mortems and knowledge sharing across BUs.
What We Look For In You
10+ years in AI / deep learning, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director+ or equivalent at a top-tier tech company, high-growth startup, or leading AI lab).
Demonstrated track record of shipping production AI systems that directly impacted business outcomes at scale (revenue, engagement, efficiency).
Deep expertise across the modern AI stack: large language models, transformer architectures, RAG, fine-tuning, RLHF/DPO, prompt engineering, and agentic AI frameworks.
Strong publication record, open-source contributions, or recognized thought leadership in the AI community (conference talks, technical blog posts, courses, or widely-adopted tools).
Exceptional communication skills: ability to present complex technical concepts to board-level audiences and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
Nice to Haves
Experience in fintech, crypto/blockchain, or regulated industries with complex compliance requirements.
Hands-on experience building AI-native products in consumer-facing, high-throughput environments (millions of daily active users).
Track record of driving company-wide AI adoption initiatives — not just team-level, but organization-wide cultural and process transformation.
Experience building or contributing to open-source AI tools, frameworks, or educational content adopted by the broader community.
Familiarity with AI regulatory landscapes across multiple jurisdictions (US, EU AI Act, APAC frameworks).
Published author or recognized educator in AI (books, widely-read technical blogs, MOOCs, or workshops).

Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances

Be Selective To Be Effective.
Be Highly Aligned, Loosely Coupled.

Build Dream Teams.
Who You Are:
You're a product leader who has spent years in the trenches with institutional clients, guiding them through complex technical integrations — and you've come out the other side knowing where those efforts succeed, stall, or fall apart. You understand the client journey across sales, testing, and eventually go live.
As Director, Product Manager Institutional Platform, you will own the end-to-end experience of enterprise clients integrating with Galaxy's institutional custody and trading services. You'll work hand-in-hand with clients' technical and operations teams, as well as Galaxy's engineering, trading, operations, and client service organizations, to make every integration smoother, faster, and more predictable than the last — and you'll turn what you learn into documentation, tooling, and support resources that scale.
What You’ll Do:
Own the product experience for enterprise clients using Galaxy's institutional custody and trading platform, from initial technical scoping through go-live and steady-state usage.
Act as the primary product point of contact for clients during integration, translating their requirements across market data, order entry, trade reconciliation and settlement, and post-trade reporting into clear technical and product specifications, always keeping an eye towards best in class UX and repeatable processes.
Partner directly with client engineering and operations teams to troubleshoot integration issues, unblock technical dependencies, and keep complex, multi-workstream onboardings on track.
Collaborate closely with engineering, trading, operations, and compliance to ensure the platform's APIs, workflows, and tooling meet the real-world needs of institutional clients integrating for custody, staking, and trading.
Identify recurring friction points across client onboardings and drive the roadmap for internal tools and platform improvements that reduce integration time and support burden.
Own and continuously improve Galaxy's client-facing documentation — API references, integration guides, runbooks, and FAQs — so clients can self-serve wherever possible.
Define and track metrics for onboarding health (time-to-integration, support ticket volume, client satisfaction) and report progress and blockers to product and business leadership.
Represent the voice of the client internally, ensuring product and engineering prioritization reflects real integration/usage pain points and institutional client needs.
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of experience in product management, solutions engineering, or a related technical role, with a meaningful portion of that in digital assets.
Direct, hands-on experience managing enterprise clients through technically complex integrations.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
We're building the foundational infrastructure that will define how the world thinks about and deploys AI, and we want the sharpest, most curious people to help us do it. As a Lead Data Scientist on our Analytics and Data Insights team, you'll tackle problems that don't have textbook answers yet; shaping go-to-market strategy for technology that's still being invented, designing the experiments that prove or kill our biggest bets, and helping enterprises understand what foundational AI actually means for their bottom line. You'll own the full analytical lifecycle, from framing the right questions and building the models, to leading a team that delivers answers leadership can act on.
As a Lead Data Scientist, you will:
- Drive the mission forward.
- Own the science: design and lead experimentation programs including A/B tests, multi-armed bandits, causal inference studies, that directly map to product and go-to-market decisions.
- Build predictive models that matter: develop and deploy models for forecasting, segmentation, propensity scoring, and opportunity sizing across Cohere's core business lines.
- Lead and grow a team: manage a team of analysts and data scientists. Set the technical bar, mentor aggressively, and create an environment where exceptional people do their best work.
- Act like an owner: no waiting around. You'll define analytical priorities, allocate resources, and push initiatives from question to production.
- Shape strategy: partner across product, research, sales, and finance to define how Cohere grows. Your team's work will get built into products and implemented into strategy.
You may be a good fit, if you have:
- Strong command of SQL, Python, and Git, alongside deep expertise in statistical inference, experimental design, and predictive modeling
- A proven ability to turn ambiguous business questions into rigorous analytical problems, with clear and compelling recommendations to match
- Experience leading analytics or data science teams, with a track record of making smart people faster
- Familiarity with modern data stack tools such as BigQuery, dbt, Looker, or Airflow (nice to have, not essential)
- Genuine excitement about AI - you follow the research, have opinions, and enjoy being in the weeds
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, managing complex multi-workstream roadmaps, and distilling insights into a concise, actionable narrative
- A leadership style grounded in empathy as much as in data
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs.
We may use AI-enabled tools to screen and assess applicants against the criteria for this position. This helps our recruiters identify potentially qualified candidates, but it doesn't limit the applications our recruiters may review or consider.
Beware of Scams: Cohere will never ask for payment or third-party services (e.g., CV writing) as part of our hiring process. All legitimate roles are listed on the Cohere careers page and LinkedIn only, with all communications from Cohere employees coming from an @cohere.com or @cw.cohere email alias. Our client is seeking a Senior Accounting Associate based in Latin America to handle the day-to-day execution of core accounting functions for a fast-growing, multi-site U.S. manufacturing company. Identify and flag errors, inconsistencies, or gaps in transaction processing and documentation. Prepare audit and tax schedules, pull supporting documentation, and respond to auditor and tax preparer requests. About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Wolt’s AdTech & Promotions team is building the systems that power how restaurants and brands grow on our platform. From campaign creation to optimization and forecasting, we develop tools that help advertisers make smarter decisions and drive measurable results. As we expand our offering, we are investing in new capabilities that combine real-time data, scalable systems, and intuitive user experiences to unlock the next phase of growth.
We’re looking for a
Staff Engineer
to join the Wolt AdTech & Promotions organization, who can drive technical direction across this space and help us build reliable, scalable systems that directly impact revenue and advertiser success.
What you’ll be doing
Drive the technical vision and architecture for Wolt’s AdTech and Promotions platforms, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and high-performing.
Provide technical leadership across multiple teams and projects, bringing architectural consistency to complex, large-scale systems.
Work across the
end-to-end domain
, contributing to backend services, data pipelines, and advertiser-facing tools.
Design and evolve systems that support
campaign execution, targeting, ranking, allocation, and reporting
in real-time or near real-time environments.
Partner with engineering, product, and data stakeholders to align priorities, improve campaign performance, and manage trade-offs in a revenue-driven environment.
Lead large cross-team projects, guiding them from concept to rollout across multiple regions and time zones.
Ensure strong operational excellence, including observability, reliability, and incident readiness for revenue-critical systems.
Promote best engineering practices, mentor engineers across teams, and support their growth in scalability and system design.
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical colleagues, ensuring clarity and alignment across functions.
Contribute to the technical roadmaps of AdTech and Promotions platforms by collaborating with other senior engineers.
This position is based in
London
Our humble expectations
Technical Expertise
Proven track record designing and scaling
large distributed systems in production environments
.
Strong understanding of system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.
Experience working with
data-intensive and real-time or near real-time systems
.
Familiarity with AdTech concepts such as
targeting, ranking, attribution, or experimentation
is a strong plus.
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and languages; while many of our services are written in Kotlin and Go, we are looking for someone language-agnostic.
Ability to dive quickly into new domains and navigate complex system interactions.
Familiarity with modern cloud-native tools and data systems (e.g., Kubernetes, Kafka, MongoDB).
Communication & Influence
Strong communicator with the ability to influence, align, and build consensus across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a global environment across
US and international teams
.
Skilled at translating complex technical decisions into clear direction for technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience mentoring and coaching engineers, helping raise the technical bar across teams.
Strong sense of ownership combined with a collaborative mindset
, able to work effectively across team boundaries to deliver shared outcomes.
Proactive in identifying opportunities and gaps across teams
, and driving alignment to solve problems holistically rather than locally.
What we offer
At Wolt, this role provides a rare opportunity to work on
challenging AdTech problems at scale
, where technical decisions directly impact revenue and user experience.
Our compensation follows a
total compensation model
, combining a competitive base salary with DoorDash RSUs.
You will play a key role in
building and evolving the next generation of advertisement tools and platforms
, shaping how advertisers create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Wolt. This is not just about maintaining systems, but about
defining and scaling new capabilities in a fast-growing domain
.
As a Staff Engineer, you will have
end-to-end ownership and high autonomy
, with the ability to influence architecture, product direction, and engineering practices across teams. Your work will have
clear, measurable business impact
, directly contributing to revenue growth and advertiser success.
You’ll be part of a
global company operating at scale
, collaborating with teams across Europe and the US, and solving problems that span multiple markets, use cases, and customer segments.
This role also offers strong opportunities for
career growth and scope expansion
, whether through deep technical leadership, cross-domain influence, or progression toward more senior individual contributor roles.
Alongside the technical challenge, you’ll work with talented engineers and leaders in a
diverse and international environment
, shaping both our systems and engineering culture while mentoring and learning from others.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

team turns insight into action. We uncover customer, product, and business insights and translate them into tools and decision systems embedded directly into GTM workflows.
AI has unlocked an entirely new generation of internal tools for our GTM teams. We’re evolving from static dashboards to LLM and agent-powered workflows that

This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, is energized by solving complex real-world problems, and is motivated by seeing their work translate into tangible business impact.
What You’ll Do
Design, evaluate, and ship AI-powered internal tools

Work end-to-end:
Own the full lifecycle, from problem definition and data modeling to building production-ready tools, including writing Python backends and React frontends.
Prototype fast, ship to learn:
Rapidly build with users, then productionize quickly to iterate and deliver impact.
Instrument for adoption and outcomes:
Define success through real usage and measurable business impact (e.g., improved win rate, conversion, expansion).
Evangelize and enable:
Document playbooks, run enablement sessions, and help leaders operationalize new tooling across teams.
What You Bring
Proven track record of applied data science with measurable GTM impact - you’ve shipped models or tools that moved metrics like conversion, cycle time, or retention.
LLM/ML application experience - familiarity with RAG, prompt and tool design, vector search, evals and have leveraged AI for development.
Excellent SQL skills and fluency in Python or R, with experience applying analytical and statistical methods to business problems.
Experience with orchestration tools (e.g., DBT, Airflow) for deploying reliable data workflows.
Strong communication and empathy - ability to translate complex data concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborative
product mindset
- comfort working closely with Sales and Success teams to turn ambiguity into clear deliverables.
