ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.

- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.

More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.

What you’ll bring
A strong sense of ownership over the quality and stability of complex systems.
The ability to navigate incomplete requirements and find the information needed to move forward.
A practical approach to problem-solving, with a focus on resolving issues independently.
A collaborative mindset for working closely with developers and other cross-functional teams.
An eye for spotting risks, missing scenarios, and areas for process improvement.
A willingness to guide and support less-experienced engineers.
What you’ll need
An extensive background in software quality assurance and test automation.
Strong programming skills to develop, maintain, and debug UI tests.
Proficiency with testing frameworks like JUnit or TestNG.
The proven ability to investigate and troubleshoot failures across products, infrastructure, and environments.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
What success looks like
You’ve established a reliable, stable testing infrastructure for the Core team, significantly reducing test flakiness and improving diagnostic capabilities. You proactively identify quality risks before releases, keep developers unblocked, and ensure the junior engineers you mentor are confidently taking on more complex tasks.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- GTM technical expert: Design and demo Sierra’s incredible Agent product, offering technical solutions to solve for our customer’s needs, and answering technical questions about our solutions.
- Cross-functional work: You will work directly with our Sales, Product and Agent Engineering teams to both drive our GTM function, as well as continuously improve our Agents through our customer-driven product development philosophy.
- Lead & support our customers: As a GTM and technical leader in the earliest conversations with our future customers, you will both understand and anticipate their needs to continue our industry-leading AI solution.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5-7+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or customer-facing technical sales.
- Past experience in demo building, and presenting, and working with customers or clients in the GTM function.
- Experience in relationship-building with potential customers, including executives and technical leaders.
- Experience in leading the sales process with Enterprise customers.
- Ability to connect a prospect’s specific business problems and Sierra’s solutions and explain them to both a technical and non-technical audience
- Ability to leverage AI tools efficiently as a regular part of your technical sales motion — discovery prep, solution design, demo and prototype building, technical proposals. With that, you know where these tools can help and where human judgment still is required. Importantly, you own the accuracy of anything you put in front of a customer, whether or not AI helped you build it. This ownership looks like us not saying "[AI tool of choice] built this", but "I built this with [AI tool of choice]."
- Bachelor's Degree or above; bonus if in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience translating code, technical logic and user requirements to product and engineering requirements.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

So if you're someone who thinks big, moves fast and wants to make an impact right from day one, then get ready to join our industry-changing team.
Your mission
As Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy, direction and outcomes for Swap and other products. You will identify opportunities, prioritise investments and deliver continuous improvements that create measurable customer and business value.
You will combine product management expertise with practical knowledge of DeFi and Swap. Working closely with Engineering and other cross-functional teams, you will translate customer and business needs into clear product priorities, requirements and outcomes while respecting Engineering’s ownership of technical architecture and implementation. You will use Cursor AI, Dune and other relevant tools to accelerate research, analyse data and support evidence-based decisions.
Success will be measured through achievement of product strategy and roadmap objectives, the growth and health of key product KPIs, the quality and pace of product optimisation, effective stakeholder alignment and the delivery of measurable customer and business value.
What you’ll do
Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for Swap and other products, translating company goals, customer needs and market opportunities into prioritised initiatives and measurable outcomes.
Define differentiated DeFi value, balance short-term optimisation with long-term development and make investment decisions based on customer value, business impact, feasibility and risk.
Apply your knowledge of DeFi markets, liquidity, routing, pricing, execution quality and blockchain transactions to address the needs of traders, liquidity providers, market makers, developers and other users.
Track protocols, competitors, user expectations and blockchain developments to identify opportunities and manage security, market, protocol and operational risks.
Use AI tools, including Cursor AI, for market intelligence, competitor analysis, customer research, discovery and performance analysis, building repeatable workflows that combine evidence, data and expert judgement.
Turn insights into prioritised optimisation proposals with clear hypotheses, success measures and expected outcomes, validating AI-generated information against accuracy, security, privacy, confidentiality and governance standards.
Lead product discovery through customer research, data analysis, experimentation and market validation.
Own and prioritise the roadmap and backlog with Product Owners and Engineering, defining requirements, acceptance criteria and outcomes while managing dependencies, delivery risks and continuous optimisation cycles.
Use Dune and other analytics tools to monitor on-chain activity, product KPIs, customer behaviour and business performance.
Work across Engineering, Design, Product, Data, Operations, Marketing, Business Development and Executive stakeholders to understand technical trade-offs, communicate priorities and risks, align competing needs and make timely, accountable decisions.
Who you are
You have at least six years of product management experience, including ownership of complex digital products or platforms.
You have a proven ability to define product strategy, prioritise investments and deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
You have a strong practical understanding of DeFi and Swap products, including liquidity, routing, pricing, execution quality and blockchain transactions.
You have experience using market, competitor, customer and product data to guide product decisions and continuous optimisation.
You have advanced practical experience using Cursor AI and other AI-enabled tools responsibly across research, discovery, analysis and delivery.
You have practical experience using Dune to analyse on-chain activity, customer behaviour, market trends and product performance.
You understand APIs, indexers, data flows, routing systems and blockchain integrations well enough to work effectively with Engineering without owning the technical architecture.
You have strong experience in product discovery, roadmaps, prioritisation, experimentation, Agile delivery and cross-functional leadership.
You bring strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management and decision-making skills, particularly in complex or ambiguous environments.
Nice to haves
Experience with product analytics, A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
Experience introducing AI-enabled working practices across a product organisation.
Experience managing products serving traders, liquidity providers, market makers or developers.
