Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
About The Role:
We're an advertising company that lives or dies by how well we connect to the outside world. We integrate with the major social and ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snap, and more) and wire them into our internal systems for billing and reporting. Data moves constantly and in both directions, at scale, and a meaningful part of our estate is legacy. You'll own the technical direction that keeps all of this coherent, resilient, and evolvable — and you'll stay close enough to the code to prove it.
This is the top of our individual-contributor ladder. You won't have direct reports; your leverage comes from setting direction, building the hard parts yourself, writing the decisions down, and getting engineers and leadership to build behind them. This is not a role that only draws diagrams — you'll ship production code on the riskiest paths, cut the spike that de-risks a migration, and go deep in the incidents nobody else can crack. We work across PHP, Go, Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript; PHP and Go are both first-class and here to stay, and the right tool for a problem can land in either. You'll be the person who decides where new capability lands, how legacy gets retired, and how we absorb the constant churn of third-party APIs without breaking delivery.
What You'll Own:
The integration architecture for ingesting from and pushing to external ad/social platforms — versioning, rate limits, backfills, idempotency, webhooks, and graceful degradation when a partner API changes underneath us.
The data architecture for information flowing between platforms and internal systems: pipelines, reconciliation, contracts between services, and the path from operational data to reporting.
A pragmatic strategy for modernizing the legacy estate — strangler-fig migrations, clear service boundaries, and sound judgement about which language and pattern fit each problem — carried far enough into code that teams can follow the pattern.
The engineering bar for integration and data work: the reference implementations, patterns, and standards the org builds against, ratified through the technical committee.
What You'll Do:
Set the technical direction for new products and major changes, and stay the technical decision-maker through build and post-launch — with the authority to course-correct when implementation drifts, and the habit of being in the codebase to catch the drift early.
Build the hard parts yourself.
Write production code on the riskiest, highest-leverage paths; prototype the uncertain approach to turn an argument into evidence; build the reference implementation others extend.
Turn intangible trade-offs — partner API risk, team capability, long-term scalability, cost of change — into clear, written decisions (ADRs) that leadership and the technical committee can sign off on.
Define service and data contracts, integration patterns, and resilience strategies that survive third-party API deprecations and outages.
Go deep when it breaks: lead diagnosis on the gnarliest production incidents and performance regressions, and land the fix and the systemic follow-up.
Identify the infrastructure (compute, data, messaging, observability) needed to meet current and near-future goals.
Raise the bar through others:
mentor engineers and tech leads, set the standard in code review, and drive cross-functional decisions across engineering, product, security, and operations — through influence, not line management.
Evaluate third-party and vendor solutions against our integration and data requirements.
Monitor systems against performance and business benchmarks and escalate with concrete recommendations.
What We're Looking For:
Substantial experience as a staff/principal engineer (or equivalent) on
integration-heavy, data-heavy systems
— ideally where you didn't control the external APIs.
Still hands-on.
You lead by building, and you're demonstrably strong in production code, not only in design.
Depth in at least one of
PHP, Go, or Python
, and comfort across a polyglot estate (TS/JS on the front).
A track record of
modernising legacy systems incrementally
without halting delivery.
Fluency in integration and data patterns: idempotency, eventual consistency, rate limiting, queuing, backfills/reconciliation, API versioning.
A history of
driving technical decisions through influence rather than authority
— getting senior leadership and peer engineers to commit to a direction, and backing it with working code.
Nice To Have:
Experience with ad/martech platform APIs (Meta Marketing, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.).
Data warehouse / analytics pipeline experience (e.g. BigQuery).
Multi-region, multi-currency, or high-volume billing/reconciliation backgrounds.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. We value partnership and communication because we believe it takes a group of people to achieve great things. We are energized by our ever-changing industry, our curiosity keeps us learning and seeking out new opportunities.
We stay flexible and adaptable, and believe in moving with the speed of change. We encourage everyone to strive for more, providing our internal talent with growth opportunities and the ability to learn together.

Staff/Senior Java Engineer, OKX Wallet (Web3)
Who We Are
OKX Wallet is OKX's self-custody wallet, built for users worldwide to securely and conveniently store, manage, and use their on-chain assets. The wallet backend operates in a multi-chain, multi-asset, high-concurrency environment shaped by on-chain state uncertainty and strict fund-security requirements — combining the complex-systems challenges of traditional internet backends with the transaction, signing, and on-chain interaction problems unique to blockchain.
We're looking for a Senior Java Engineer with roughly 5–10 years of backend experience: someone with strong engineering fundamentals who can independently own core modules, exercise sound judgment on complex problems, and proactively coordinate across upstream and downstream teams to drive work to completion.
What You'll Do
Own core wallet backend modules.
Build and continuously improve address management, asset synchronization, transaction construction, broadcasting, on-chain confirmation, gas estimation, nonce management, and transaction-state tracking. Understand each module's role in the full wallet flow, and keep stability, performance, and maintainability front of mind. For complex requirements, break the problem down before choosing an implementation rather than stacking code or reusing old designs.
Build transaction and on-chain interaction scenarios.
Work on transfers, token approvals, contract interactions, cross-chain, swaps, DApp connections, and signature-request handling. Understand a transaction's full lifecycle — from initiation through construction, signing, broadcasting, on-chain confirmation, and final state update — and diagnose issues like stuck transactions, duplicate submissions, state inconsistencies, and on-chain success that isn't reflected in the business system, using logs, on-chain data, and call traces.
Support multi-chain and new-chain integration.
We already support EVM, Tron, and Solana, and continuously onboard new public chains, Layer 2 networks, and asset standards. Contribute to technical research, integration design, and feature development, accounting for differences in address models, account systems, transaction structures, signing methods, fees, and confirmation mechanisms — as well as node stability, asset sync, exception compensation, monitoring, and security boundaries.
Ensure stable operation.
Contribute to day-to-day stability work — monitoring, alerting, rate limiting, graceful degradation, retries, compensation, data reconciliation, and troubleshooting. When incidents occur, help investigate, narrow scope, and fix root causes; for recurring issues, drive systemic fixes such as added monitoring, stronger fallbacks, or design improvements.
Drive your projects to delivery.
Take ownership of the modules and projects you're responsible for. On work spanning product, QA, frontend, infrastructure, or other backend teams, proactively sync information, surface dependencies and risks, and drive issues to resolution. When requirements are unclear or opinions diverge, lay out the context, offer your own judgment, and help build consensus.
Continuously raise engineering quality.
Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and system optimization. Spot unreasonable designs, duplicated logic, and latent risks, and propose actionable improvements. Document technical decisions, post-incident learnings, and best practices, and help less-experienced teammates.
Apply AI in daily development.
Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc.) to assist with code comprehension, scaffolding, unit tests, code review, troubleshooting, refactoring, and documentation — validating AI output for correctness, project conventions, performance, and security rather than using it unchecked.
What We're Looking For
Solid Java backend fundamentals.
~5–10 years of Java backend experience with a strong grasp of collections, concurrency, thread pools, the JVM, network communication, and common performance issues. Proficient with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis, or comparable stacks, able to independently design and build medium-to-large backend modules and reason about the mechanics behind the frameworks you use.
Strong system design ability.
Experience with complex or high-concurrency systems; comfortable with idempotency, retries, compensation, caching, message queues, distributed locks, data consistency, rate limiting, and service degradation. Able to own module- or service-level design and clearly explain the core flow, failure scenarios, and key trade-offs.
Cognitive ability and judgment.
Able to understand context and goals on ambiguous problems, separate symptom from root cause, and choose a fitting solution based on business value, user experience, stability, cost, and security — rather than reflexively adding complexity.
Drive and ownership.
Able to independently own a module or project end to end, from design through development, testing, and launch. Proactively communicates and resolves dependencies, risks, and blockers, and follows through on launch outcomes rather than stopping at code merge.
Blockchain or wallet experience.
Experience with wallets, blockchain, trading platforms, on-chain data services, or related systems. Understands addresses, public/private keys, mnemonics, transaction signing, broadcasting, on-chain confirmation, gas, and nonce; familiar with the transaction mechanics of at least one of EVM, Tron, or Solana, and with token standards such as ERC-20 and TRC-20. (Strong backend fundamentals and fast learning can offset gaps in blockchain coverage.)
High security awareness.
Sensitive to private-key, signing, permission, and user-asset security; familiar with replay protection, API authentication, tamper resistance, sensitive-data protection, and least-privilege principles. Actively considers malformed input, duplicate requests, privilege bypass, and data-leak risks when building transaction features.
Independent production troubleshooting.
Able to diagnose live issues via log analysis, metrics monitoring, distributed tracing, and thread/memory analysis; can form hypotheses and narrow scope even with incomplete information. Hands-on experience with performance degradation, timeouts, message backlogs, data inconsistencies, memory issues, or unstable third-party services.
Engineering in the AI era.
Willing to use AI coding tools to improve daily efficiency and able to judge whether AI output meets real business requirements before shipping it. Has a basic understanding of prompts, context management, RAG, AI agents, and MCP, or a genuine willingness to keep learning — treating AI as an engineering tool, not requiring an algorithm/model-training background.
Nice to Have
Integration work on new public chains, new asset standards, or cross-chain protocols
Familiarity with WalletConnect, DApp Browser, or signature-request handling
Knowledge of MPC, multisig, hardware wallets, or TEE-based key-security schemes
Experience with Swap, staking, cross-chain bridges, or DeFi aggregation
Address risk detection, allow/deny lists, anti-fraud, or wallet risk-control experience
High-concurrency transaction systems, blockchain node services, on-chain data indexing, or transaction-state-tracking systems
Familiarity with RPC calls, block scanning, chain reorgs, transaction compensation, and reconciliation mechanisms
JVM performance tuning, stability governance, or complex production-incident experience
Cross-team collaboration with a track record of driving projects to delivery
Real projects built with AI — e.g. AI code review, development agents, MCP servers, intelligent troubleshooting, or knowledge bases
Follows developments in AI coding assistants and LLM applications and shares practical takeaways with the team

About The Opportunity
We're looking for a hands-on product manager to drive growth across our platform's trading and asset business — spot, perpetuals, TradFi, and beyond. You'll ship the product features behind our growth programs, run the campaigns (including token-listing campaigns) that power them, and grow the trading volume and assets they generate — owning the full lifecycle from requirements and delivery through launch, execution, data, and iteration.
What You’ll Be Doing
Drive product feature delivery.
Own the end-to-end delivery of related product features — requirement grooming, UI/UX reviews, tracking dev and QA progress, and launch acceptance — to ship on time and at high quality.
Run campaigns end-to-end.
Set up, configure, and manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns — including token-listing campaigns, new-token Staking, and related Campaigns — ensuring each integrates smoothly with the underlying product features.
Grow trading volume and assets through campaigns.
Use campaigns and incentives to grow trading volume across the platform's asset categories (spot, perpetuals, TradFi); design and rapidly iterate growth mechanics with clear hypotheses, validate them against real data, and tailor the lever to each category's users and mechanics.
Own channel
attribution
and analysis.
Build and maintain channel attribution — breaking trading volume down by channel, campaign, and incentive — and use data analysis to run volume breakdowns, channel ROI, and user segmentation to find the highest-leverage opportunities and guide resource allocation.
Monitor and optimize.
Track real-time data during launches and campaigns — user engagement and conversion funnels — respond quickly to anomalies and risk-control alerts, and produce regular retrospective reports.
What We Look For In You
3+ years in product management, growth, or campaign operations — ideally with trading or fintech products.
Strong data analysis skills; able to reach conclusions independently from data and turn them into decisions.
Solid understanding of trading products (spot, derivatives, TradFi) and their users.
Comfortable driving execution across functions and keeping many moving parts on track.
Fast and decisive under ambiguity; a clear communicator who can turn complex data into recommendations leadership can act on.
Nice-To-Haves
Crypto-native or fintech background.
Genuine interest in trading, with hands-on trading experience.
Global market growth experience.
Comfortable leveraging AI tools to boost output.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!
Please note that Hong Kong is a group-level service hub, and OKX does not carry on a business of operating a virtual asset trading platform in Hong Kong.

We are seeking a Senior Business Strategy & Growth Manager to help solve some of the Singapore business's most important and ambiguous growth problems.
This is not a traditional strategy role where the work ends with a recommendation, nor an operations role where established playbooks already exist. You will be given problems where the answer — and sometimes even the path to finding it — is unclear.
You might be asked to determine how we acquire a new high-value customer segment, redesign the end-to-end sales lifecycle, understand why customers are not adopting a product, or test a completely new growth channel. You will be expected to figure out what data matters, develop hypotheses, design the solution, and personally drive implementation until we know whether it works.
The environment is closer to a startup within a global company: high autonomy, significant resources to leverage, but few predefined answers. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure from ambiguity, challenges conventional approaches, and is equally comfortable thinking at a strategic level and getting into the operational details required to make something work.
What You’ll Be Doing
Solve Ambiguous Growth Problems
Take loosely defined commercial problems, determine the right questions to ask and data to analyse, and develop clear hypotheses and recommendations grounded in evidence.
Identify and size new growth opportunities across customer segments, acquisition channels, product adoption and monetisation, translating insights into experiments and executable business plans.
Design and test new approaches quickly, using results to decide whether to iterate, scale or stop rather than relying on established playbooks.
Build & Optimise Commercial Engines
Design and continuously improve end-to-end sales and customer lifecycles, from segmentation and lead prioritisation through outreach, conversion, activation and ongoing engagement.
Work closely with Relationship Managers and Commercial teams to identify funnel leakage, improve coverage and outreach models, develop practical sales enablement tools, and increase conversion and customer value.
Build the data, metrics and operating mechanisms required to understand what is working, diagnose problems and systematically improve commercial performance.
Drive Product Adoption & Customer Growth
Identify why different customer segments adopt (or fail to adopt) OKX products, combining behavioural data, customer insights and market intelligence to uncover barriers and opportunities.
Design and execute initiatives that improve product discovery, activation, engagement and cross-sell across the customer lifecycle.
Develop differentiated approaches for priority segments.
What We Look For In You
Exceptional structured problem-solving and commercial judgement,
with the ability to take ambiguous problems, determine what matters, develop hypotheses, and arrive at practical answers from first principles.
-Strong ownership and execution orientation.
You stay attached to problems from initial analysis through solution design, implementation, and measurable outcomes, and are willing to personally step into execution gaps rather than hand work off.
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working hands-on with data
to size opportunities, diagnose problems, test hypotheses, and measure results.
- Demonstrated ability to design and improve commercial or operational systems,
rather than simply execute within established processes.
- Creative and intellectually curious,
with a willingness to challenge assumptions, experiment with new approaches, and operate effectively without an established playbook.
- Strong communication and influencing skills,
with the ability to drive outcomes across senior and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Direct experience working in or closely with Sales/Commercial teams, including customer segmentation, pipeline management, sales effectiveness, or revenue growth, is strongly preferred.
Experience in digital assets, fintech, or financial services is a plus.

Benefits

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. Wrike’s Backend Reliability (BRE) team is the backbone of our backend infrastructure and the guardian of our uptime. Our mission is to achieve and sustain 99.99% availability while building the tools, components, and safety nets that the entire engineering organization relies on. As a Senior / Staff Backend Engineer on this team, you won’t just close tickets - you’ll architect core reliability solutions that shape how Wrike scales, performs, and recovers from failure.
Your Impact:
Design, build, and maintain critical reliability components such as HTTP rate limiters, internal DB schema migration tools, circuit breakers, and distributed Redis-based caching.
Troubleshoot complex production issues, optimize PostgreSQL usage, and ensure our distributed systems remain performant and stable under high load.
Lead preliminary investigations during severe production incidents: identify likely root causes, assess impact, and propose mitigation options. The long-term fixes are then implemented by the owning team, based on your findings.
Create scalable, reusable tools and frameworks that help other engineering teams build more resilient services.
Leverage AI-powered tools and coding agents to accelerate development, analyze architectures, and automate repetitive or error-prone tasks.
Influence reliability best practices across engineering by sharing knowledge, reviewing designs, and setting high technical standards.
Your Qualifications:
Strong expertise with Java/JVM, building scalable, high-performance backend systems; open to leveraging other languages when appropriate.
Solid understanding of distributed systems concepts, including high availability, CAP theorem, and fault tolerance.
Deep experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and key–value / non-relational storages (Redis).
Practical experience with containerization and cloud-native environments, including Docker and Kubernetes.
Hands-on experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using critical thinking to question assumptions and validate your own decisions.
Strong written and spoken English skills suitable for collaborating in an international engineering environment.
Standout Qualities:
Background in infrastructure engineering or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), including infrastructure-as-code practices.
Experience leading technical initiatives, driving cross-team projects, and mentoring other engineers while remaining an individual contributor.
Familiarity with observability and monitoring stacks (e.g., Graylog, Zabbix, Grafana) and/or data analytics tools such as BigQuery.
A strong interest in how complex systems fail and a track record of designing them to recover gracefully.
Team Dynamics:
You will join the Backend Reliability (BRE) team, a small, highly specialized, senior group focused solely on Wrike’s reliability. The team operates as an internal “reliability task force,” partnering closely with product and platform engineering teams across the company. You’ll collaborate with other senior engineers who value autonomy, deep technical discussions, and rigorous engineering practices. The culture is ownership-driven: you are trusted to manage your time, make architectural decisions, and drive initiatives to completion.
Our Work Style:
The BRE team works on core backend and infrastructure services that support millions of users. We operate in a collaborative environment that values clear communication, thoughtful design, and fast feedback loops.
Tech focus areas include: Java/JVM-based services, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ/Kafka, and observability/monitoring tools.
We encourage the use of modern AI-based tooling and coding agents as part of daily development and troubleshooting workflows.
Work is organized with an emphasis on impact and reliability goals rather than ticket volume, giving you room for deep work and long-term improvements.
