📍 Manila, Philippines | Relocation required
Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines. In three years, we’ve grown to 7M+ app downloads, 2M+ monthly active users, 7,000+ partner stores, and US$310M+ raised from top-tier investors.
You get real ownership from day one, high standards, and direct communication. You’ll work alongside a team that combines deep local knowledge with experience scaling regulated financial companies from scratch.
About the role:
Salmon operates across the Philippines, Singapore, and Abu Dhabi (ADGM), and our tax position has to hold up in all three at once. You’ll own that.
You report to the Head of Group Tax and work independently across corporate income tax, withholding and indirect taxes, international taxation, structuring, and transfer pricing. Transfer pricing is a core part of the mandate, but not the whole job — you’re the Group’s go-to technical voice on tax, full stop.
This is a hands-on seat for someone who can take a complex tax question, work it through alone, and land on a position the business can act on. You’ll work directly with the Head of Group Tax on live, cross-border problems that shape how Salmon expands — not theoretical tax exercises — with real autonomy and a direct line to the decisions your work informs, across finance, product, and tech.
What you’ll do:
- Research and resolve complex tax questions independently, and translate them into clear positions finance, product, tech, and commercial teams can act on.
- Own tax compliance across corporate income tax, withholding, and indirect taxes — partnering with local teams and external advisors to hit deadlines and document positions properly.
- Evaluate tax implications of new-market expansion, holding structure and capital optimization, profit repatriation, and any future M&A.
- Advise on permanent establishment risk, withholding taxes, indirect tax exposure, and treaty applications, including RMC No. 5-2024 on services performed by non-residents.
- Coordinate with external consultants to build a global transfer pricing framework covering intercompany service agreements, IP/tech licensing, and financial transactions.
- Lead preparation of Local Files, Master Files, and Country-by-Country Reporting, and keep them audit-ready.
- Manage benchmarking studies run by external consultants and confirm they’re applied correctly and kept current.
- Partner with Tech and Product on the tax implications of new launches and geographic expansion.
- Lead technically during BIR or other tax authority audits, including transfer pricing, and build the defense file.
- Monitor intercompany transactions monthly and quarterly against transfer pricing policy, and confirm they’re properly invoiced and documented.
What you’ll own:
- The Group’s technical tax position across three jurisdictions — nothing routes around you on tax.
- Transfer pricing documentation and defense, end to end.
- Tax input on every new market, structure, or product decision that touches tax.
- The BIR audit relationship and defense when it comes.
What makes you a strong fit:
- 6–10 years of broad tax experience spanning corporate income tax, international tax, structuring, and transfer pricing, with a track record of owning complex matters end to end.
- Big 4 tax practice at Manager level, or in-house tax at a fintech, is the ideal path here.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Law; a professional certification is a strong plus.
- Deep working knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and BEPS 2.0, plus BIR and IRAS regulations.
- Can turn dense tax concepts into a straight answer a non-tax stakeholder can act on.
- Comfortable owning ambiguous, competing priorities with minimal oversight.
- Thrives founder-led and high-pressure, and builds process from scratch rather than waiting for one to exist.
What we offer:
Ownership and flexibility
- Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
- Hybrid-first work environment
- Company-provided tools and equipment
- Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila — a modern, walkable district at the centre of the Philippines’ growing tech scene
Health and time off
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
- 105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave for employees relocating to Manila
Relocation and family support
- Relocation support for you and your family — including flights, two weeks of accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics
- Reimbursement of eligible pet relocation expenses
- USD 2,500 per year for flights home
- Baby and family stipends for employees relocating to Manila: USD 1,000 per month for each child under two and USD 500 per month for each child aged two to 18
Growth and team experience
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia
We believe strong teams are built by people with different backgrounds, experiences, and points of view. Salmon is an equal opportunity employer, and we make hiring decisions based on skills, experience, and potential.

We’re looking for a Founding ML Engineer at Senior or Principal level to lead the transition of Newton, Aghanim’s AI product for partners, from proprietary model APIs to models we control.
Newton already runs in production on frontier models. You’ll own the model layer end to end: data collection, evaluation, post-training, serving, and rollout. The goal is to preserve the quality partners rely on while reducing cost, improving speed, and keeping partner data within our infrastructure.
You’ll work closely with the product to understand its behavior and partner expectations, then independently define the technical approach and priorities. Decisions about training, routing, and model replacement should be backed by production data and evaluations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build production data pipelines that capture versioned instructions, tool calls, outputs, costs, and outcomes, with anonymization, partner-level deletion, and expert corrections.
- Develop benchmarks, regression tests, and code-based and LLM-judge evaluators using real Newton runs to measure factual accuracy, tool use, answer quality, cost, and latency.
- Compare frontier and open-weight models, route tasks to suitable models, and identify where prompting, distillation, or post-training delivers the best results.
- Train and adapt models using distillation, SFT, LoRA/QLoRA, and DPO on accepted trajectories and expert feedback; use RL where simpler approaches fall short.
- Deploy models behind Newton’s existing interface, validate them through shadow runs, and manage rollout based on quality benchmarks and serving economics.
Tech stack: Python, TypeScript, SQL, self-hosted Langfuse, TRL / Unsloth / Axolotl or managed training platforms, vLLM, serverless GPUs, GCP / Modal; open-weight models including Qwen, Gemma, DeepSeek, and GLM.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience post-training LLMs and shipping them to production using SFT, LoRA/QLoRA, DPO, and distillation.
- Experience building evaluation systems from production data, including offline benchmarks, regression and behavior tests, and code-based and LLM-judge evaluators.
- Understanding of agentic systems, including tool calling, multi-step trajectories, structured outputs, and the impact of changing the underlying model.
- Practical experience serving models with vLLM or similar tools, quantization, and GPU deployment, including latency, cold-start, and cost tradeoffs.
- Strong production Python and SQL skills, with enough TypeScript proficiency to modify product code and instrumentation independently.
- Ability to understand product behavior and user expectations, translate them into measurable quality requirements, and decide when training is justified.
- Experience independently owning a technical area, setting priorities, and working across an unfamiliar codebase and its design documents.
- Regular use of AI coding agents, with a clear approach to verifying their output.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience migrating a production product from proprietary model APIs to self-hosted or open-weight models.
- Experience with RL for LLMs, particularly GRPO with automatic verifiers.
- Familiarity with Langfuse, Braintrust, or similar tracing and evaluation tools.
- Experience with GCP, including Vertex AI, Cloud Run GPU, and BigQuery.
- Interest in game monetization and analytics.
WHY JOIN US

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE MISSION OF THE UNION RELATIONS LEAD
Unions and social partners play a central and legitimate role in how social protection is designed, negotiated and implemented in France. We're looking for a Union Relations Lead to build and animate Alan's relationships with unions, their federations, and the broader paritariste ecosystem, making Alan a trusted, substantive and well-known interlocutor of French social partners, and supporting our Enterprise & Public Sector teams across large private employers and public institutions.
⭐ WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE GENUINELY UNIQUE

- You'll operate at the highest levels of the paritariste ecosystem: confederal leadership, sector federations, IP boards, organisations patronales.
- You'll shape the strategy, not just execute it. Alan is at an early stage of building this capability (the playbook is yours to define)
- You'll work directly with Founders, Public Affair as well as Public Sector and Enterprise leadership.
- Real ownership from day one, in one of the fastest-growing tech unicorns in Europe.
⭐️ YOUR ROLE
Relationships & Presence
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with the organizations that represent employees and members across the sectors that matter to Alan (unions, federations, and the structures that convene them).
- Map the ecosystem, prioritize interlocutors, and design the engagement strategy at confederal, federal and branch level.
- Represent Alan in federations, working groups, congrès and paritariste institutions where our sector’s future is discussed.
- Be the credible consistent Alan voice social partners recognise
Partnership with Alan's Enterprise & Public Sector work
- Be a partner to our teams serving large private employers and public sector clients, briefing them on the social partners context and how Alan’s offer speaks to their priorities
- Introduce the right contacts at the right moment in the commercial cycle, turning Alan’s ecosystem relationships into concrete commercial leverage.
- Share Alan’s content with social partners to help them assess Alan on its merits and form their own view.
Sector Engagement & Anticipation
- Follow the dialogue at branch level and across the paritariste ecosystem and turn that understanding into internal clarity.
- Represent Alan in the federations and working groups where our sector's future is discussed, contributing a constructive and recognizable voice.
- Be a sharp, early internal voice on where social dialogue is heading and on the implications for Alan's strategy.
Build & Scale
- Knowledge base: Build and maintain a knowledge library on social partner positions, branch agreements, and paritariste institutions shared with Enterprise and Public Sector deal teams to increase win rates.
- Framework & tools: Implement processes and AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of our social partner engagement and documentation.
- Collaboration: Share best practices with the broader Enterprise & Public Sector team and contribute proven methodologies to their scaled commercial operations.
- Market intelligence: Provide competitive intelligence on how social partners and competitors position themselves in our key markets.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll be a great fit for the Union Relations Lead role at Alan if you:
- Have at least 8 years of total experience in social partner relations: in a union organization, a branch federation, a paritariste institution, or in an external affairs role at a mutelle, IP or insurer
- Have legitimate credibility at federation level: ability to engage federation leadership as a peer, built through a personal representative past or years of substantive engagement at federation level on employer side.
- Have deep knowledge of the paritariste ecosystem: branch agreements, confederal mandates, protection sociale reforms, and how institutions at each level function
- Have proven ability to build trust with social partners from the employer/state side
- Have outstanding stakeholder management: calm, long-game, trustworthy, discreet, able to represent Alan substantively without making it about yourself.
- Have ability to translate Alan’s product and strategy into compelling narratives for social partner audiences
- Demonstrable impact from prior social-partner work on an organization’s commercial and strategic outcomes
- Are a self-starter: comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Brokers play a structural role in how large and very large employers select, negotiate, and manage their health and prévoyance coverage. Partnership with Alan's Enterprise & Commercial work
- Be a partner to our Enterprise Sales and KAM teams on every broker situation: drive strategic decisions deal by deal and turn ecosystem knowledge into commercial leverage.
- Introduce the right broker contacts at the right moment in the commercial cycle, transforming relationship capital into pipeline access on large and very large accounts.
- Share Alan's value and positioning with broker partners to help them understand, represent, and actively promote Alan within their client portfolios.
- Hold the line on our non-negotiables while finding creative ways to make the collaboration work for both sides.

- Be a sharp, early internal voice on where the broker market is heading and on the implications for Alan's strategy, including on consolidation, regulation, and competitive dynamics.
Build & Scale
- Knowledge base: Build and maintain a knowledge library on broker positions, portfolio footprints, engagement history, and contractual frameworks shared with Enterprise Sales and KAM teams to increase win rates.

- Collaboration: Share best practices with the broader Enterprise & Commercial team and contribute proven methodologies to their scaled commercial operations.
- Market intelligence: Provide competitive intelligence on how brokers position Alan vs. incumbents, how they advise clients on insurer selection, and where we are perceived as "difficult to work with" — and feed that back into product, pricing, and GTM strategy.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll be a great fit for this opportunity if you:
- Have at least 8 years of total experience working with or inside the broker ecosystem: at a broker or in an external partnership or distribution role at a health insurer or mutuelle

- Demonstrate commercial impact from prior broker-related work: broker relationships that translated into material deal flow, pipeline access, or portfolio migration
- Are a self-starter: comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with limited process and real autonomy
- Are ego-free and lever-minded: you accelerate others, you don't seek the spotlight

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. Wrike’s Work Intelligence Unit is building the foundation for a work delivery platform for humans and agents. MCP gives AI assistants secure, permission-aware access to Wrike, Skills help them use that access effectively and GraphQL provides a structured foundation for retrieving and acting on work data.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the product direction for Wrike’s AI Platform & Ecosystem, including MCP, Skills and GraphQL. You will make Wrike easier for AI assistants and agents to understand, use and extend.
This is a platform role with broad leverage. You will lead the core MCP team, help other Wrike teams create their own MCP tools and Skills where they hold domain expertise and give the GraphQL engineering team clear product direction on how its capabilities and tools should evolve. You will also own the publishing and ongoing quality of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant AI marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft.
Role Scope:
You will own the strategy and roadmap for Wrike’s agent-facing platform, working closely with the core MCP and GraphQL engineering teams complemented by Architecture, Security, customer-facing and product teams across Wrike.
MCP, Skills and GraphQL Strategy:
Lead the core MCP team and define the roadmap for how external AI assistants and agents securely interact with Wrike.
Define MCP standards and enable other Wrike teams to create high-quality tools for the domains where they have expertise.
Lead the discovery and creation of Skills that help agents and AI assistants use Wrike effectively, while establishing standards that other teams can follow.
Set the product direction for GraphQL and the tools built on top of it, ensuring its evolution improves the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core.
Ecosystem, Quality and Distribution:
Own the publishing, maintenance and evolution of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft.
Create a clear approach to MCP quality, reliability, governance, documentation and developer experience.
Work with customers, partners and internal teams to identify the highest-value agent workflows and improve them through feedback and usage data.
Translate technical trade-offs into clear product decisions; hands-on coding is not required.
What You Will Help Shape:
A scalable MCP and Skills ecosystem that lets AI assistants and agents securely understand and act on work in Wrike, while enabling Wrike teams to contribute their domain expertise.
GraphQL capabilities and tools that broaden the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core for MCP, Skills, and future agent experiences.
A strong marketplace presence and high-quality plugin experience across the AI assistants where customers want to use Wrike.
Your Impact:
Make Wrike a trusted, useful system of action for AI assistants and agents working across customers’ existing ecosystems.
Give customers reliable, permission-aware ways to let AI assistants retrieve context and take action in Wrike.
Turn customer needs, ecosystem signals and technical constraints into a focused roadmap for MCP, Skills and GraphQL.
Enable other teams across Wrike to contribute agent-ready tools and Skills while maintaining shared standards for quality and governance.
Your Qualifications:
5+ years of PM experience in technical, platform, AI, developer, or enterprise software.
Experience with MCP and Skills, including how agents use tools and guidance to act effectively.
Technical fluency in AI agents, MCP, Skills, permissions, reliability, and developer experience; hands-on engineering is not required. GraphQL experience and an understanding of structured product data is a major advantage.
Use customer research, adoption data, experiments, and feedback to set priorities and improve outcomes.
Explain complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, customers, partners, and senior stakeholders.
Proactive and can-do: take ownership, solve problems, and adapt as you learn.
Why This Role Is Unique:
You will help define how Wrike becomes a trusted platform for AI assistants and agents, not just a destination where work is stored.
You will work at the intersection of agentic AI, developer experience, enterprise permissions, platform strategy and customer value.
The role is remote across the European Union, with a preference for Prague, Czech Republic and Cyprus.
