About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
As an AV Operations Specialist, you'll be accountable for how the AV spaces perform, how support requests get resolved, and how events land in the space you're responsible for. This role will help own all areas within the AV landscape. In a given week you might execute a preventative maintenance sweep across a floor of conference rooms, work the support queue and drive a recurring failure to root cause, and then run technical coverage for an all-hands or an executive presentation that evening.
You'll be the regional presence our AV Engineering and Production teams build on — the person who catches problems before users report them, and who turns what you learn on the ground into standards the rest of the team can run from. Your work directly enables the collaboration and transparency that advance our AI safety mission.
Responsibilities
Site Ownership & Room Health
Serve as the AV owner for your office — accountable for the health, readiness, and performance of every room and event space in the building
Execute preventative maintenance programs and recurring room sweeps on a defined cadence, not only in response to tickets
Maintain accurate inventory of room systems, peripherals, wireless microphones, cameras, and portable production gear, including spares strategy and replacement cycles
Coordinate AV scope for office moves, room reconfigurations, and new-space readiness in partnership with Workplace and AV Engineering
Know your estate: maintain the room documentation, as-builts, and site-specific gotchas that make your office supportable by anyone on the team
Support Operations
Help own the AV support queue — triage, prioritization, resolution, and escalation with clear diagnostic context
Participate in the regional AV on-run rotation (West, East, or EMEA), covering AV issues during local business hours alongside the daily room-check discipline
Systematically isolate faults to a point in the signal chain rather than reaching for reboots and cable swaps
Drive recurring issues to root cause and surface them to AV Engineering as candidates for platform-level or design-level fixes
Contribute to runbooks, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base documentation that other technicians follow
Event Support & Production
Provide technical coverage for live and hybrid events in your office — from small executive presentations and team meetings through to all-hands and company-wide broadcasts
Operate event production systems including audio consoles, video switchers, camera systems, playback, and streaming encoders
Run pre-event readiness: walkthroughs, rehearsals, source checks, gear staging, and failover planning
Handle scoping conversations with requesters — translating what a stakeholder wants the event to feel like into an equipment and staffing plan that fits the team's SLA
Turn novel one-off events into repeatable standards — a template, runbook, or gear list that makes the next one easier for the whole team
Vendor Direction & Cross-functional Partnership
Direct AV integrators, contractors, and event labor on site, holding them to defined scope, SLAs, and quality standards
Partner with Workplace, Events, and IT on lead times, expectations, and readiness
Act as the regional feedback loop to AV Engineering — what's failing, what's missing, and what the standard should be
Communicate status, risk, and resolution to non-technical stakeholders in clear, calm, jargon-free language
You May Be a Good Fit If You:
Have 8+ years of hands-on experience in AV operations, workplace technology, or technical event support
Have owned a standing estate — the same rooms, the same stakeholders, week over week — and were accountable for how those spaces performed over time
Bring working fluency across room systems, event audio, video, camera, and streaming, with enough depth to diagnose problems rather than only report them
Are comfortable being the only AV person in the building, and can prioritize independently across maintenance, support, and events
Bring structure to ambiguity — checklists, intake processes, maintenance cadences, and documentation
Are energized rather than drained by being the front-facing technical partner to executives, event producers, and everyone else who walks up to you in a hallway
Take ownership end-to-end, from noticing a recurring failure to getting it permanently fixed
Thrive in a fast-moving environment where standards are being written rather than inherited
Strong Candidates May Also Have Experience With:
Q-SYS DSP platforms — comfortable navigating and reasoning about existing audio/video routing and control designs
Logitech CollabOS and Sync, Google Meet hardware, Zoom Rooms, and enterprise room system administration
Preventative maintenance and room-sweep programs across a distributed room fleet
Broadcast video switchers such as Blackmagic ATEM, Ross Carbonite, or NewTek TriCaster
Digital audio mixing consoles such as Yamaha DM7 or CL/QL series, and Shure wireless systems
PTZ camera systems and multi-camera workflows
Ticketing and workflow systems such as Jira, and participation in an on-run rotation
Coordinating AV contractors, integrators, and labor for site support and event coverage
CTS certification or equivalent demonstrated capability
Role Specific Location Policy:
This role will be based in our New York office
This role is expected to be in office 5 days per week

We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

The Mission of the Senior Software Engineer (Telemetry)
Satellite telemetry does not forgive gaps. Build the systems that make sure there are none.
ICEYE's SAR constellation generates a continuous stream of data that fleet operations depend on to function. As a Senior Software Engineer on the Fleet Automation team, you will be a key contributor to the infrastructure that makes that data usable: the pipelines, parsers, and time-series stores that translate raw satellite signals into operational state in near real-time. The scope is expanding, the ownership is real, and the engineering problems are ones you will not find anywhere else.
Who We Are
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE's world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world's largest SAR satellite constellation. As a trusted partner for defense, intelligence, security, and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE's near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. Designed for dual use, the platform also serves civil protection and commercial users for natural-catastrophe intelligence, insurance, maritime monitoring (including oil-spill detection), and finance, contributing to global security and community resilience.
ICEYE operates internationally with offices in Finland, Poland, Spain, Japan, the UAE, Greece, and the US. The company has more than 900 employees, inspired by the shared vision of improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.
Expected Outcomes and Requirements
Outcomes:
- Telemetry pipelines ingest, transform, and store satellite data from across the fleet reliably and in near real-time, with minimal manual intervention
- Telemetry data stores are performant and well-maintained, including schema design, query optimisation, capacity planning, and zero-downtime production migrations

In addition to the requirements above, we evaluate candidates on these key qualities throughout the hiring process:
Intellectual Firepower: Rapidly comprehends, structures and synthesizes complex information, draws accurate conclusions, and communicates them with clarity.
Passion and Work Ethic: Brings sustained motivation, resilience, and high personal standards to every challenge.
Ownership and Action: Assumes full accountability for outcomes, acting decisively, and ensuring commitments are delivered.
Team Player: Works collaboratively across teams, contributing to shared success, and engaging in constructive debate.

At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock and inspire performance for life. WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives.
We’re looking for a Product Manager II to join the Growth Product team and own key areas of monetization across the WHOOP business. As WHOOP expands its membership offerings and product portfolio, this role will help define how we create and capture value across products and membership experiences — driving sustainable growth while delivering compelling experiences for members.
This is a highly analytical role at the intersection of product, growth, and business strategy. You’ll identify and size monetization opportunities, develop hypotheses about customer behavior and willingness to pay, build analytical business cases to inform roadmap prioritization, and translate those insights into product experiences and experiments. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, and other Product teams to connect product decisions to measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience with mobile app development and consumer subscription businesses with multiple product lines, combining strong quantitative skills with customer empathy and product intuition to help evolve the WHOOP business model.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the strategy and roadmap for key monetization experiences, with potential areas including pricing, promotions, upsells, membership plans, product bundles, and new business model opportunities.
- Develop and prioritize the monetization roadmap using rigorous analytical business cases, balancing the size of the opportunity, customer impact, business value, level of effort, and strategic importance to determine where the team should invest.
- Own and deeply understand monetization KPIs, using quantitative analysis of customer behavior, funnel performance, unit economics, and financial outcomes to uncover opportunities and make roadmap decisions that contribute to company growth goals.
- Lead end-to-end product discovery, delivery, and iteration — partnering deeply with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing to turn ambiguous monetization opportunities into scalable, high-impact customer experiences.
- Design and run a rigorous experimentation program: form explicit hypotheses, structure A/B tests, evaluate trade-offs across conversion, revenue, retention, and customer value, and translate learnings into a compounding roadmap of wins.
- Develop a deep quantitative understanding of customer behavior across the member lifecycle, using data and customer insights to identify patterns, segment opportunities, understand willingness to pay, size potential impact, and build compelling business cases for investment across multiple products and offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3–5+ years of product management, growth, or related experience with a demonstrated track record of shipping consumer products or experiences that produced measurable business impact.
- Strong experience developing and prioritizing product roadmaps, with demonstrated ability to build analytical business cases, quantify opportunities, evaluate competing investments, and translate insights into clear product priorities.
- Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to independently structure complex analyses, develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, identify meaningful patterns in customer and business data, and translate those insights into product strategy and decisions.
- Experience working with consumer subscription businesses with multiple product lines, offerings, or revenue streams, ideally including direct experience developing mobile app products.
- Strong understanding of growth and monetization mechanics, with experience in areas such as pricing, promotions, upsells, subscription economics, experimentation, or business model development.
- Strong product intuition and customer empathy paired with a rigorous, data-informed mindset; able to form explicit hypotheses, validate assumptions, and connect product decisions to outcomes such as conversion, revenue, retention, lifetime value, and unit economics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to drive alignment across technical and non-technical partners, articulate trade-offs clearly, and operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving problem spaces.
- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience. As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, we encourage anyone who is interested in this role to apply.
WHOOP is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-verify https://www.e-verify.gov/ to determine employment eligibility. It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. An employer who violates this law shall be subject to criminal penalties and civil liability.
The WHOOP compensation philosophy is designed to attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent by offering competitive base salaries, meaningful equity, and consistent pay practices that reflect our mission and core values.
At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 - $170,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Social Media Lead to help build Circle’s social and media function from the ground up. Circle has one of the most interesting brands in the creator economy, but our social accounts don’t yet reflect the strength of the brand or reach the audience they should. This role is a chance to help change that — turning strong ideas, customer stories, partner moments, and long-form content into social content people actually want to watch and share. You’ll help build the engine: creating the content, supporting the strategy, and helping establish the rhythm and systems that make strong output repeatable. Reporting to our VP of Partnerships and Creator Growth, you’ll work closely with our founders and leadership team, as well as teammates across Community, Events, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and our Design Studio, to help Circle show up on social with more clarity, consistency, and ambition.
This is a remote role, which requires travel up to 25% of the time.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

This is a product ownership role where you'll be responsible for end-to-end technical execution of our safety systems, from architecture to deployment and monitoring. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Design and build scalable backend infrastructure for abuse detection, deploying AI/ML models into production systems
- Architect robust APIs, data pipelines, and service architectures supporting real-time and batch moderation workflows
- Implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and observability systems; establish SLIs, SLOs, and performance benchmarks
- Partner with ML engineers to translate research models into production-ready systems and integrate them across our product suite
- Drive technical decisions and contribute vision to the safety roadmap on how the next generation of platform guardrails should be built for scale and precision.
REQUIREMENTS

- Strong production backend experience: distributed systems, APIs, data pipelines, and Python expertise (asynchronous Python, backend frameworks)
- Infrastructure & DevOps proficiency: cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker/K8s), CI/CD pipelines

- Track record of taking products or systems from 0→1 with measurable impact, including deploying or working alongside ML/AI systems in production
Bonus:
- Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, or Integrity engineering experience
- MLOps experience: deployment, monitoring, and versioning of ML models

- Familiarity with React or modern frontend frameworks

We offer creators a variety of ways to engage with their fans and build a lasting business including: paid memberships, free memberships, community chats, live video, and selling to fans directly with one-time purchases.
Ultimately our goal is simple: fund the creative class. And we're leaders in that space, with:
- $10 billion+ generated by creators since Patreon's inception
- 100 million+ free memberships for fans who may not be ready to pay just yet, and
- 25 million+ paid memberships on Patreon today.
We're continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator platform with the best team in the creator economy and are looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Data Infrastructure to support our mission.
This role is remote, with optional in-person attendance in either the New York or San Francisco office.
About the Team
The Data Foundations team at Patreon builds the pipelines, models, and infrastructure that power both customer-facing and internal data products. The Data Infrastructure function within the team owns the foundational platform — streaming, batch, and data lake infrastructure — that every data pipeline, analytics workload, and ML system at Patreon runs on.
You'll join a small, high-craft team that partners across Product, Data Science, Infrastructure, and the rest of Engineering to make sure the platform underneath all of that work is reliable, scalable, and easy for other engineers to build on.
About the Role
- Architect, build, and operate large scale batch and streaming platforms that directly power Patreon product features, analytics, and experimentation.
- Stand up and scale event-driven and streaming systems (Kafka, Kinesis, PubSub, or similar) for real-time data ingestion, transformation, aggregation, and delivery to different data storage systems.
- Build self-serve data platforms that let engineers, data scientists, and analysts safely discover data, define contracts, and create and operate pipelines with minimal friction.
- Partner with the broader Infrastructure, Platform, and product engineering to drive architectural decisions across storage, compute, deployment, and orchestration to align the data ecosystem with Patreon’s roadmap.
- Build the tooling, monitoring, and observability that gives engineers confidence in the data platform's reliability and performance.
- Mentor other engineers on infrastructure and streaming best practices, and help shape the long-term data infrastructure roadmap.
What you'll need:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years focused on data or platform infrastructure.
- Deep, hands-on experience architecting both batch (Airflow, Dagster, or similar) and stream processing systems at scale (Spark, Flink, Kafka Streams, or similar).
- Familiarity with data quality, lineage, observability, and governance tooling.

RELOCATION TO GERMANY adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we’ve become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Architecting Intelligence to Optimize 200M+ Daily Decisions
As the intelligence core of our engineering organization, our Data Science team doesn’t just deploy models, we engineer the fundamental decision engine that powers our platform. At a scale of 770 million users and 100,000+ predictions per second, we are solving a multi-objective optimization problem that balances user incentives, advertiser ROI, and long-term platform health in real time. Our architecture is built on a 1PB+ behavioral data lake, providing the high-fidelity input necessary to train deep learning models that predict individual user engagement with precision. We aren’t just optimizing clicks, we are dynamically calculating optimal reward structures to sustain a global value exchange. Engineered for performance, our stack leverages Tensorflow and PyTorch for model training, NVIDIA Triton to achieve sub-100ms inference. We own the full ML lifecycle from high-level research and feature engineering to deployment and A/B experimentation. Here, you will find the autonomy, the data depth, and the massive scale required to solve the most complex optimization challenges in the adtech ecosystem.
The data infrastructure behind this runs at real scale: 2TB ingested in real time every day, 100+ Airflow jobs and data pipelines, and ML models handling p99 latency of 100ms across 100,000+ predictions per second.
As a Data Engineer on this team – you’ll be building and maintaining the infrastructure that makes them possible: the Feature Store, the data pipelines, the data quality systems, and the data architecture that data scientists depend on to move fast.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
Data engineering at ML scale. You have 5+ years in data engineering on a modern stack, with proven experience handling systems that process several TB of data per day and thousands of events per second. Flink is your default for real-time. You have hands-on experience with Apache Flink for stateful stream processing and real-time feature computation. You’ll translate Data Science requirements into high-performance streams, enable Data Scientists to contribute new features and implement features yourself when needed.
Pipeline bottlenecks don’t survive long around you. You know how to identify and eliminate inefficiencies in complex ETL jobs, whether handling high-volume batch processing or real-time streaming systems like Kafka. At adjoe, data velocity is critical: slow pipelines directly impact model freshness and prediction quality at sub-100ms inference.
You think in layers, not tables. You move beyond raw data to design robust, multi-layered data architectures using dbt, and can reason confidently about storage formats, Data Lakehouse models, and what belongs where in a 1PB+ data lake. Familiarity with Medallion Architecture is a strong plus.
The bridge between Data Science and Backend. You’ve worked closely with Data Scientists on online ML systems with low latency requirements, and understand what it takes to make experimental research production-ready. Strong Java required; Go or Python a plus.
Owns quality, not just delivery. You implement data validation, monitoring, and governance processes in production, because in a system where model inputs directly drive advertiser ROI, data integrity isn’t optional.
Experience with Airflow, Kubeflow, AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes is a strong plus.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.
