ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Corporate Account Manager Lead, you'll lead a team of Account Managers across our highest-velocity, highest-volume post-sales segment. You'll balance people leadership, strategic direction, and hands-on customer impact - driving excellence in post-sales outcomes and ensuring your team consistently delivers measurable value across a large, fast-moving book of accounts.
This is a revenue-critical role at an inflection point: ElevenLabs is scaling fast, and Corporate is where that scale shows up first - more accounts, more velocity, and less room for anything that doesn't repeat well. The decisions you make around segmentation, playbook design, and how AI agents and automation get embedded into everyday AM workflows will define how this motion performs as volume keeps growing. Making ElevenAgents the agent of choice across the Corporate portfolio is a core part of that expansion playbook.
You will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Corporate Account Management team, owning team quota performance, retention, expansion, and cross sell goals across a high-volume book of business.
- Drive revenue outcomes as a core mandate - building a team culture where expansions and cross-sells are owned with the same rigor as any quota-carrying sales function.
- Design and implement repeatable, scalable playbooks for renewals, expansion, and adoption that hold up across hundreds of accounts, not just a handful.
- Embed AI agents and automation into AM workflows by default, so the team can manage growing volume without simply adding headcount.
- Champion AI fluency across the team: set expectations, build capability, and create an environment where every AM is actively experimenting with and adopting AI-powered approaches to their work.
- Set strategic direction for how the Corporate segment is structured and staffed as the business scales, partnering closely with RevOps, Comp/Finance, and CX leadership.
- Represent the voice of the customer in leadership discussions, influencing roadmap, tooling, and revenue strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or post-sales roles within SaaS, ideally with meaningful exposure to high-volume, transactional or corporate-segment books of business.
- Proven track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets (renewals, expansion, NRR/GRR, cross sell), with a clear commercial instinct.
- 2+ years of direct people leadership experience - managing AMs/CSMs, driving team quota, and developing talent through coaching and enablement. Passion for building a high-performance, feedback-driven culture grounded in accountability and customer impact.
- Deep AI fluency: you use AI tools in your own daily workflow, understand what AI agents and automation can do, and are ready to lead a team through a meaningful shift in how work gets designed and executed.
- Strong player-coach mindset: comfortable managing accounts directly while leading others to excel in their own portfolios.
- Expertise in post-sales methodologies and best practices (e.g. success planning, adoption frameworks, ROI storytelling) adapted for a high-volume, scaled motion.
- Strategic operational thinking: able to make sound calls on segmentation, playbook design, and process at scale as account volume grows.
- Strong analytical and operational skills: adept at using data to identify performance trends, optimize workflows, and forecast outcomes across a large book.
- Bonus: Hands-on with tools (ElevenLabs, Salesforce, Gong, Lemlist, Sigma) and capable of improving data quality, visibility, and usage insights across the team.
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the U.S., with the ability to operate between GMT-4 and GMT-7 timezones required. We'd love for you to be based in New York or San Francisco where you can work out of our office, but it's not a requirement.

About airSlate
airSlate is a global SaaS technology company that develops no-code workflow automation, electronic signature, and document management solutions. Our award-winning products - SignNow, pdfFiller, DocHub, altaFlow, Instapage, and US Legal Forms - serve over hundreds of millions of users and more than one million customers worldwide, helping organizations of every size digitize processes, improve efficiency, and transform how they work.
We’re in an exciting phase of growth and transformation, with teammates in more than 20 countries across three continents and main hubs in the United States, Poland, Ukraine and Philippines.
At airSlate, we’re building value for customers and a culture where growth and innovation go hand in hand. We’re looking for people eager to shape products, scale a company, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
We are looking for a hands-on leader to run Data Enablement. The team that owns how our data is modeled, trusted, and made ready for the business and for AI. You will lead analytics engineers and web analytics specialists, own the semantic layer end-to-end, and turn raw product and event data into curated, well-documented datasets that people can rely on.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Lead and grow the team.
Set priorities, coach, and keep a steady delivery rhythm across analytics engineering and web analytics.
Own the semantic layer.
Design, build and evolve SQL-based models and metric definitions so that one number means one thing across all our products.
Raise data curation and automate the routine.
Move the team from ad hoc requests to reusable, tested, documented datasets that people and our AI data assistant can query directly, with tracking checks and data-quality monitoring on autopilot.
Set standards and partner across the data organization.
Modeling conventions, version control, testing and release practices, code review; work with Data Business Partners, Data Science / ML and Data Platform on scope and ownership. Stay close to the code on critical builds.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Experience.
5+ years in analytics, data or BI engineering, including 2+ years leading a team or leading others technically.
Expert SQL and Python.
You set query and performance standards others follow, rewrite expensive queries and explain the trade-offs, handle incremental loads, deduplication and slowly changing dimensions, and own production Python components that other teams depend on.
Data modeling and pipelines.
You design warehouse and mart models that several teams build on, including a semantic layer, and choose the methodology (star schema, Data Vault or equivalent) to fit the queries it must serve. You optimize and troubleshoot pipelines on a cloud stack such as AWS (Athena, Redshift, Glue) and orchestration tools such as Airflow.
Engineering discipline.
You set branching and code review standards, require schema and data tests and CI before release, and lead risky changes with a clear rollout and rollback plan.
Data quality and data fluency.
You design validation that catches problems before stakeholders do, fix root causes rather than symptoms, set documentation standards, and investigate unfamiliar sources before trusting them.
Business impact.
You design solution options for complex problems, split cross-team work into pieces with a clear definition of done, build dashboards around the decision they support, and become a trusted partner to business leaders.
AI in everyday work.
You redesign team workflows around AI tools to drive adoption, and evaluate AI outputs for quality, privacy and bias.
Leadership and ownership.
You own complex team-level projects, make high-impact decisions from complex information, coach people by spotting skill gaps and giving regular feedback, set clear scope expectations, and turn change into actionable steps for the team.
Communication.
You clarify complex ideas, build consensus across teams and time zones, and communicate in fluent English.
Nice to have:
experience with dbt or a similar transformation framework (we may adopt one); web analytics and tracking (GTM, GA4); B2B SaaS or document-workflow / e-signature background.

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
QMO is responsible for the quality benchmark that every Hasbro project adheres to — covering requirements through closure — across AI, automation, manual, performance, security, and compatibility testing. The team is transitioning from manual and legacy scripted automation to AI-enhanced testing, involving a move to Playwright and embracing Tosca's agentic AI features.
We're hiring a Lead QA Engineer to lead our transition to AI-enhanced test automation. This is a technical leadership role without formal direct reports. You will develop the automation strategy and directly guide the daily automation and AI efforts of our offshore vendor team. You will advise the technical aspects of our Selenium-to-Playwright migration, the integration of Tosca's AI/agentic features, and test coverage across SAP, P2M, and Hasbro CLM(which is migrating to AWS). We seek someone highly skilled to help build the future of our QA processes!
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead the technical strategy for AI-enhanced test automation. This reduces dependence on manually written scripts by adopting AI and agentic automation methods, such as Tosca's agentic AI capabilities.
Lead the migration of automation suites from Selenium to Playwright, including framework architecture and standard methodologies.
Manage the daily automation and AI-related activities of our offshore vendor team, determining priorities and evaluating output quality — without formal people-management responsibility.
Take ownership for test case management and regression/defect tracking methods in qTest, ensuring they grow alongside the team's automation-first approach.
Collaborate with SAP and P2M functional teams to integrate automation coverage into their release cycles.
Support QA needs for Hasbro CLM through its migration to AWS, including planning test coverage on the new platform.
Translate business and QA strategy into concrete implementation plans — proactively identifying risk and next steps rather than completing a fixed task list.
Provide updates on automation progress, potential risks, and suggestions to QA leadership.
Required Qualifications
6+ years of QA automation experience, including demonstrated lead-level ownership of automation strategy.
Practical experience with Tricentis Tosca, including building, structuring and maintaining automation scripts
Solid practical experience with Playwright, including firsthand involvement in transitioning automation suites from Selenium.
Demonstrated experience applying AI-augmented automation approaches to reduce manual script authoring — not just traditional record-and-playback or hand-coded scripting.
Experience with qTest for managing test cases and tracking regression/defects.
Testing background across SAP and P2M platforms.
Practical understanding of or direct experience with AWS services.
Experience directing or closely coordinating the work of an offshore vendor QA/automation team.
Proven capability to convert business and test strategy into a detailed action plan, instead of merely finishing assigned tasks — showing solid responsibility and discernment.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Experience with NeoLoad or a comparable performance testing tool.
Familiarity with Azure (SharePoint Framework, Azure Functions) — Hasbro CLM's current platform ahead of its AWS migration.
Exposure to RMS and CSP platforms.
CI/CD pipeline experience (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
Scripting/programming proficiency in Selenium, JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
Experience with security and/or compatibility testing.
Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting/dashboard tools.
Effective communication abilities, including confidence in updating senior leadership on status and suggestions.
We are an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer
Hasbro is committed to equality of opportunity in all aspects of employment. We are committed to making all employment decisions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, marital status, or any other legally protected status.
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. If you have a disability and require assistance in this application process and need to request an accommodation, please contact your recruiter or coordinator.

ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual team offsite: Each year, we bring your entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia, Italy and Cancún
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
About the role
We’re looking for someone to join our Sales Strategy & Operations team and own how ElevenLabs goes to market by vertical. As we shift from a horizontal motion to a vertical-led one, you will go deep on each of our top verticals — the buyer, the use cases, the competitive landscape, and what it takes to win — and turn that into a repeatable playbook for launching and scaling each one.
As part of the Revenue Operations team, you'll sit at the center of the vertical GTM motion, working with Product Marketing, Forward Deployed Engineering, Product, and Sales leadership to define each vertical's strategy, surface product gaps, and drive cross-functional alignment until every vertical is launched and performing. This is a role for someone who wants to shape a new market from the ground up, not maintain an existing one.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Vertical Deep Dives - Own the research and strategy for each top vertical: market sizing, ICP and persona definition, buying process, priority use cases, competitive positioning, and where ElevenLabs wins.
- Vertical Launches - Run the end-to-end launch of each vertical, from strategy and segmentation through enablement, pipeline targets, and post-launch performance reviews.
- Cross-Functional Alignment - Drive alignment across PMM, FDE, Product, Sales, and Marketing on vertical priorities, owners, and timelines. Be the single thread that keeps every function moving in the same direction.
- Product Needs - Dig deep into what each vertical requires from the product — integrations, compliance, features, workflows, and translate field signal into prioritized, evidence-backed requirements for Product.
- Data-Driven Strategy - Define the metrics that matter for each vertical (pipeline, win rate, ACV, sales cycle, product adoption), build the dashboards, and use the insights to decide where to double down or pull back.
- Leadership Partnership - Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales and GTM leadership on where to invest by vertical, with clear recommendations and regular performance reporting.
Who you are
We're looking for exceptional individuals who combine technical excellence with ethical awareness, who are excited by hard problems and motivated by human impact. You’ll strive with us if you:
- Are passionate about audio AI driven by a desire to make content universally accessible and breaking the frontiers of new tech.
- Are a highly motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic. Our team is aware of this critical moment of audio AI evolution and is committed to going the extra mile to lead.
- Are analytical, efficient, and strive on solving complex challenges with a first principles mindset.
- Consistently strive for excellence, delivering high-quality work quickly and exceeding expectations.
- Take initiative and work autonomously from day one, prioritizing learning and contribution while leaving ego aside.
What you bring
- 4+ years in Sales Strategy & Operations or GTM strategy, ideally with experience building or launching a vertical GTM motion
- Proven track record of taking an ambiguous strategic question to a structured answer, then driving execution across teams.
- Deep curiosity about industries — you enjoy learning how a healthcare, financial services, or retail buyer actually operates and what they need
- Strong analytical skills, with proven expertise in SQL and data visualization using BI tools (e.g. Sigma)
- Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to align Product, Marketing, and Sales leaders without direct authority.
- Highly adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and comfort operating in a fast-moving, undefined space.
- Strong coachability and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
The Role
Every payment we process runs on infrastructure we built. At Checkout.com http://Checkout.com, the Cloud Platform team owns the cloud foundations that global payments depend on: a large multi-account AWS estate, a growing Azure platform, and the networking and connectivity that reaches card schemes and banks worldwide. We are genuinely multi-cloud, and we are looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer who is too - a strong generalist who treats infrastructure as a software problem and can deliver from week one.
This is a hands-on senior role in an established, fast-moving team. Everything we run is defined in code, deployed through pipelines, and reviewed like software. You will bring deep cloud expertise across AWS and Azure and pair it with a genuine software engineering mindset: you write Terraform modules others build on, you automate away toil rather than documenting it, and you treat the platform as a product with users, SLOs, and a roadmap.
As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you are responsible for the technical delivery of your team's services. You will work closely with your Engineering Manager to shape direction, manage dependencies across pillars, and ensure our platform meets the standards a regulated payments business demands.
What we are looking for:
Deep AWS expertise: Advanced, hands-on experience designing and operating production infrastructure in AWS at enterprise scale: multi-account architectures (Control Tower, Organizations, SCPs), IAM, KMS, and the core compute, storage, and security services that a large regulated estate runs on. You should have a proven track record of delivering resilient, multi-region architectures.
Azure experience: Real production experience with Azure alongside AWS: landing zones, VNet architectures, Entra ID, and the Azure resource and governance model. You understand where the two clouds differ and can design well for both rather than forcing one cloud's patterns onto the other.
Software engineering mindset: You treat infrastructure as software. Expert-level Terraform: reusable modules, secure state management, and disciplined code review. You are comfortable in a Git-based workflow with CI/CD (we use Spacelift), and you reach for Python or similar to automate what others would handle with a runbook. No ClickOps.
Strong cloud networking: Confident designing and debugging in a complex network estate: VPC and VNet design, hub-and-spoke and Transit Gateway or Cloud WAN architectures, DNS, private connectivity (PrivateLink, Private Link), and enough routing knowledge to own connectivity issues end to end rather than escalate them.
Kubernetes: Solid experience running containerised workloads in production, ideally on EKS/AKS: cluster lifecycle, workload deployment patterns, and the operational realities of keeping Kubernetes healthy at scale.
Security and compliance awareness: Experience operating in regulated environments. You understand why change control, least privilege, and auditability matter, and you design controls in rather than bolting them on. Familiarity with PCI DSS is a strong plus.
Engineering excellence: A focus on observability and measurement: you instrument what you build and answer operational questions with data rather than opinion.
Leadership and mentorship: A natural ability to guide and mentor peers, translate ambiguous problem definitions into actionable technical plans, and raise the bar through your code and your reviews.
Pragmatic problem solver: You understand when to move fast (creating tech debt) and when to move right (paying it off). You are a cornerstone in incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
Experience: 5+ years in cloud engineering roles with significant AWS depth. We need someone who can hit the ground running: comfortable joining a complex, established estate and delivering meaningful work in their first weeks, not their first quarter. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is useful but not required; we care about what you can build.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Lead Design & Delivery: Take ownership of large-scale platform projects end to end, from architecture through Terraform to production, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and cost-optimised.
Build the paved road: Design the platform primitives that every product team at Checkout.com http://Checkout.com builds on, so that the secure path is also the easy path.
Architectural Influence: Work with Engineering Managers and architects to refine requirements and shape the technical direction of the platform, documenting significant decisions as ADRs.
Operational SME: Act as the Subject Matter Expert for numerous team-owned services, providing advanced operational support and ensuring high availability for our global payment systems.
Evangelise Best Practices: Produce exemplary code and documentation that inspires others. You will be responsible for spreading best practices and standards across your group.
Manage Dependencies: Navigate the organisation to manage technical dependencies inside and outside your pillar, optimising for both delivery speed and business outcomes.
Foster Culture: Embody Checkout Operating Principles, using them to shape the group’s culture and acting as an example of efficiency and professional excellence.
AI Integration: Proactively explore and implement AI-driven automation to enhance infrastructure efficiency and team productivity.

Act as a trusted technical advisor for Kafka, messaging, storage-adjacent and DBRE-related platform decisions across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt.
Design durable, extensible systems and platform capabilities that can be leveraged by other engineers and teams, reducing duplicated effort and operational risk.
Lead the resolution of complex distributed systems problems, including reliability incidents, performance bottlenecks, capacity constraints, data-safety risks and production-operability gaps.
Raise the operational excellence bar for Tier-0 infrastructure through observability, automation, incident response, runbooks, operational readiness and continuous improvement.
Proactively build alignment with partner teams, including EventBus, Storage, DBRE, SRE, Data Platform and Core Infrastructure, shaping joint goals and mitigating cross-org delivery risks.
Mentor and grow engineers through technical guidance, design, feedback, code review, incident review facilitation and knowledge-sharing across the engineering community.
Evaluate emerging streaming, storage and automation technologies, including AI-enabled operational tooling where appropriate, and champion pragmatic adoption where they can materially improve quality, velocity or efficiency.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in several of these areas and the judgment to lead others through ambiguity:
Significant experience building, operating and evolving distributed systems in production, ideally for platform or infrastructure teams supporting critical workloads.
Deep hands-on experience with Kafka or comparable event streaming systems as a platform, infrastructure service or business-critical production dependency.
Strong technical leadership skills, with a track record of defining technical direction, shaping roadmaps and leading multi-engineer or cross-team initiatives.
Ability to make and own technical decisions in ambiguous situations, using data, operational signals, customer needs and long-term system health to guide tradeoffs.
Strong coding ability in Java, Go, Python or similar languages, with a focus on reliable, maintainable, observable and scalable production systems.
Experience improving production reliability through automation, observability, capacity management, incident response, operational readiness and sustainable on-call practices.
Strong distributed systems fundamentals, including Linux, networking, storage, JVM-based systems, fault tolerance, backpressure, capacity planning and performance tuning.
A force-multiplier mindset: you create leverage through reusable technical foundations, clear documentation, strong engineering practices, mentoring and removing single points of failure.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence platform, infrastructure, product and reliability teams without relying on authority.
Nice to have
Experience contributing to Kafka or related open source distributed systems.
Experience with Redpanda, WarpStream, AutoMQ, Pulsar or similar streaming technologies.
Experience with JVM tuning, diskless streaming architectures or multi-region event streaming platforms.
Experience operating Tier-0 infrastructure at large scale, including incident leadership and post-incident improvement programs.
Experience with database reliability, storage systems, data platforms or DBRE practices in addition to event streaming.
Experience using automation or AI-assisted operational tooling to improve reliability, developer experience or incident response quality.
