We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer to take full ownership of paid acquisition for an international business operating in the adult creator economy.
This is a hands-on position for a performance marketing specialist who knows how to scale campaigns in restricted verticals, manage substantial advertising budgets, and optimize traffic based on actual customer revenue.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of paid traffic acquisition, with Meta as the primary advertising platform, while developing additional acquisition channels through Google Ads, native advertising, and adult ad networks
- Plan, launch, test, and scale campaigns targeting the US, UK, and Australian markets, managing budgets and optimizing performance across the entire customer journey
- Develop and improve acquisition funnels connecting advertising campaigns, landing and bridge pages, private chat interactions, and paid conversions, including subscriptions, PPV purchases, and custom content
- Focus campaign optimization on commercial performance, tracking cost per chat, cost per first purchase, customer payback periods, and 30-day customer value rather than relying solely on CTR, CPM, or other top-of-funnel metrics
- Establish a structured creative testing and scaling process, evaluating different concepts, defining performance thresholds, allocating test budgets, and identifying opportunities for profitable growth
- Maintain stable advertising operations in restricted verticals through compliant account structures, careful budget scaling, proactive account management, and appropriate recovery procedures following restrictions or suspensions
- Build and manage the tracking and attribution infrastructure, including tools such as Keitaro, server-side conversion events, and postbacks, ensuring reliable reporting and accurate campaign optimization
- Collaborate with creative and customer engagement teams to improve messaging, landing pages, conversion quality, and monetization throughout the funnel
- Monitor advertising profitability, investigate performance discrepancies, and continuously refine acquisition strategies based on revenue and customer behavior
- Work directly with the founder on acquisition priorities, performance reviews, and growth opportunities, with the potential to mentor and lead junior media buyers as the function expands
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or media buying, including substantial exposure to such advertising verticals as adult, dating, nutra, or gambling
- Proven track record of personally managing monthly advertising budgets of $100,000 or more on Meta within adult, dating, nutra, or gambling verticals, including successfully scaling at least one offer from initial testing to this spending level
- Advanced expertise in Meta Ads, covering campaign structure, creative testing, budget allocation, optimization, and scaling strategies
- Practical experience with Google Ads and at least one native or adult advertising network, with an understanding of how acquisition approaches differ between traffic sources
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing economics, including acquisition costs, first-purchase conversion, payback periods, customer value, and revenue-based campaign evaluation
- Experience maintaining advertising account stability in policy-sensitive industries, including account preparation, gradual scaling, appeals, and legitimate recovery from suspensions
- Ability to design and execute systematic creative testing strategies, make data-backed scaling decisions, and discontinue underperforming campaigns efficiently
- Hands-on experience configuring tracking platforms such as Keitaro, Voluum, RedTrack, or similar, including server-side conversion tracking, postbacks, and attribution troubleshooting
- Strong analytical skills, commercial judgment, and the ability to independently manage substantial budgets and campaign performance
- Ability to demonstrate previous campaign results and personally managed advertising accounts or dashboards during the assessment process, with sensitive information anonymized where necessary
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English for business communication and daily work
What's in it for you
- Fully remote work with the flexibility to work from any time zone
- Competitive senior-level base salary
- Direct collaboration with the founder and significant influence over paid acquisition strategy and commercial results
- Opportunity to build and develop the media buying function, with potential to take on team leadership responsibilities as the business grows

You will turn complex workflows into scalable processes, make sure our hiring data is reliable, and give leaders the insights they need to plan headcount with confidence.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to
Own the configuration, administration, and optimization of our ATS and wider recruiting tech stack, including integrations
Evaluate, implement, and retire tools, and manage the vendors behind them
Build automations that remove manual work from talent team members' days
Design, document, and continuously improve end-to-end hiring workflows, from requisition approval to onboarding handoff
Keep hiring practices consistent across regions and compliant with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
Build dashboards and reports on funnel conversion, time to hire, source effectiveness, and pipeline health, and keep ATS data reliable
Translate data into recommendations for Talent and business leaders, including support on headcount planning
Maintain guides, templates, and training so recruiters and hiring managers can self-serve, and lead change management for new tools and processes
Mentor more junior team members and make sure every candidate gets a smooth, respectful process
Support recruitment as needed, particularly during peak hiring periods
Must-haves:
5+ years in recruitment operations, talent acquisition, or People Ops, with significant hands-on ATS administration (Lever or a comparable ATS)
Proven experience building recruiting reports and turning the data into clear recommendations
Proven experience building automations or integrations that remove manual work from recruiting workflows
Proven experience leading change management and delivering enablement, including training and documentation
Working knowledge of data privacy requirements in hiring (e.g., GDPR) across regions
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional stakeholders
Excellent written communication and documentation skills; business-fluent English
Skilled in using AI to improve recruiting workflows and reporting while protecting candidate data and mitigating bias
Good to have:
Experience with Notion, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Metaview
Experience with workflow automation tools
Experience in a fast-moving environment such as a startup or scale-up
Additional languages alongside English

Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
We're looking for a Senior Android Engineer or Tech Lead who thinks like a product builder — someone who cares deeply about the "why" behind what they're building, not just the tickets in the backlog.
You'll be embedded in a cross-functional domain team (Backend, Mobile, ML/AI, QA, Design, and Product) and own the end-to-end development of features that genuinely matter: company accounts and cash flows, banking transactions, card issuance and management, and AI-enabled accounting. You'll help shape architecture decisions, raise the bar on engineering quality, and mentor the engineers around you.
If you're energized by working at the intersection of great mobile engineering and real product impact — this is the role.
What You’ll Do
Design and build new features for our Android application, used daily by business owners across Europe.
Architect and implement reliable, intuitive solutions for:
Multi-account cash flow management
Banking transactions and payments
Physical and virtual card issuance, activation, and control
AI-powered accounting automation
Build polished, responsive UIs using
Jetpack Compose
.
Take ownership of code quality, performance, and stability — automated testing and thorough code reviews are non-negotiable.
Collaborate closely with Backend, QA, Design, and Product — you'll be shaping solutions end-to-end, not just implementing specs.
Drive technical decisions within your domain, challenge assumptions when needed, and proactively identify opportunities to build better.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, tooling, and mobile best practices across the team.

(FCM, Analytics, Crashlytics).
Experience with
Feature-module architecture
in production.
Confidence with

.
A builder's mentality — you care about the product, the users, and the outcomes, not just the code.
Clear, concise communication in English across technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have
Background in fintech or experience with financial products — you understand the stakes.
Solid grasp of mobile security best practices (especially critical in our domain).
Experience profiling and optimizing UI performance — reducing overdraw, improving recomposition efficiency in Jetpack Compose, and hitting smooth 60/120fps rendering.
Hands-on work with performance tooling:

Perfetto
,

, or similar.
Published apps on
