A key part of the role is turning insight into action. You will translate analysis into clear, proportionate policies and operational responses that protect platform integrity and customer outcomes, while remaining practical to implement and appropriate for the markets in which we operate. You will work closely with Legal, Public Policy, Product, Data Science and Operations to navigate complex legal and regulatory considerations and ensure our approach is effective, fair and robust.

Ensure policy approaches are developed with appropriate consideration of legal, regulatory, compliance and reputational implications.
What you’ll be doing
Build a deep understanding of our courier/rider operating models, incentive structures and end-to-end journeys to identify where fraud or abuse risk may arise, using data, operational knowledge and structured, hypothesis-led analysis.

Partner closely with Legal, Public Policy, Product, Data Science, Trust and Operations teams to shape business requirements, implement agreed responses and resolve complex trade-offs.
Establish effective ways of working across Wolt and Deliveroo so that emerging trends, priority risks and lessons from policy performance are identified early and shared with relevant stakeholders.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
We are looking for an experienced Manager, Tax Technology to lead tax platform projects for Wolt and Deliveroo within our growing Tax Team. As Wolt and Deliveroo onboard onto the global unified tax platform and a single tax calculation engine (Vertex), this role owns the functional tax leadership that turns business and VAT requirements into configured, tested, live capabilities, and leads the offshore Wolt & Deliveroo implementation team delivering that work day to day. As DoorDash continues to grow its international footprint, we are looking for a candidate with deep, hands-on experience in VAT regimes who can lead a team, collaborate cross-functionally, and own the delivery of tax features and new-platform feature / new-market / new-partnership launches across Wolt and Deliveroo.
About the Role
You will report to the Senior Manager of the Tax Calculation Platform & Mx Operations and lead tax platform and business projects for Wolt and Deliveroo. You will manage a team to deliver day-to-day VAT configuration and testing, and partner closely with Tax Engineering, the Wolt and Deliveroo Tax teams, Tax Product, and other stakeholders — gathering business and VAT requirements, translating them into tax-system functional requirements for configuration and testing, and reviewing Technical Design Documents (TDDs) to provide functional tax expertise back to Tax Engineering.
The primary focus of this position is end-to-end delivery of VAT tax solutions across the Wolt and Deliveroo platforms — new product, market, partnership launches and legislative changes, roadmap alignment with Wolt and Deliveroo's international expansion, and day-to-day leadership of the team executing that delivery — with an understanding of how data flows from upstream systems through the tax engine to downstream reporting. Rather than handing off requirements to the Vertex Center of Excellence team, you will apply your own Vertex knowledge to help influence the functional design and determine the specific Vertex configuration a solution requires. Familiarity with US sales and use tax, food and beverage, and retail tax context is valuable for alignment with the broader platform.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Lead tax platform and business projects across the Wolt and Deliveroo platforms, including new product, market, partnership launches, and legislative changes.
Gather business and VAT requirements and translate them into tax-system functional requirements for configuration, testing and delivery.
Review BRDs, PRDs, and TDDs for VAT tax-system implications and provide functional tax expertise back to Tax Engineering.
Define testing requirements and oversee validations across unit, integration, E2E, shadow, and post-launch phases.
Align tax engine priorities and the integrated delivery plan with the Wolt and Deliveroo international market roadmaps, and represent tax platform status updates to Tax and Engineering leadership.
Trace VAT-relevant data from upstream systems through Vertex to downstream reporting and compliance.
Serve as the senior functional tax leader for Wolt and Deliveroo, escalating risk and driving cross-functional alignment across Tax, Product, Engineering, and Data.
Manage and develop a team supporting this area, allocating workload, establishing QA checkpoints, and providing structured knowledge transfer on complex processes.
We’re excited about you because…
You have 8+ years of indirect tax or indirect tax technology experience, with several years working directly in VAT regimes.
You are familiar with VAT tax requirements and can translate them into system requirements.
Hands-on experience implementing or configuring Vertex O Series, and ability to review Vertex configurations and testing documentation and provide feedback.
Hand-on experience implementing or configuring ERP tax integration (e.g. Netsuite) with Vertex tax engine.
Experience with multi-country VAT implementations and EU VAT compliance; familiarity with non-US indirect tax regimes more broadly is a plus.
Demonstrated people-leadership experience, including managing, coaching, workload delegation, and quality oversight.
You can review technical design documents and provide functional tax expertise to engineering and product.
You have familiarity with US sales and use tax, food and beverage, and retail tax context.
You understand how tax data flows from upstream transaction systems through a tax engine to downstream reporting, including both in-house systems or ERP system integration flows.
Program or project management experience across dependent teams, including building plans, milestones, and dependency maps, and driving them to completion.
Comfort operating cross-functionally and building trust with partner teams without always holding formal authority over their roadmaps.
Experience in use of SQL or Snowflake for data self-serve, issue investigation or testing validation.
Experience in use of API testing tools like Postman, SOAP UI and ability to read XML and JSON logs.
Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Computer Science degree.
You are fluent in leveraging multiple AI tools on the market (e.g., Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor) on a daily basis across all of your assigned tasks, and you actively look for creative ways to apply them to enhance processes and create efficiency gains.
Nice to Haves
Familiarity with Marketplace Facilitator laws.
Experience managing offshore teams across time zones.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own up leveling the design of our core experiences across our worker and workplace apps.
You'll partner closely with product and engineering to define vision, build roadmaps, and solve real problems for our customers. You'll talk to customers regularly and use what you learn to form a clear point of view on how to build solutions for their needs. You'll explore multiple directions, design user flows, visuals, and interactions, build detailed prototypes to test them with customers, and iterate until what ships is polished, intuitive, and impactful.
This is an opportunity to build products in an industry that delivers real impact for our workers and workplaces and, enables better care outcomes for their patients. Beyond the features you own, you'll be working with other designers to dramatically raise the craft of everything we build. Sharper visual design, tighter interactions, more consistency across surfaces, and more care in the details throughout the experiences our customers use every day.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own design for core features end to end across the worker and facility apps, from research and problem definition through specs and launch.
- Serve as the primary experience voice for your team, framing ambiguous problems clearly enough that partners can see the vision and build from it.
- Partner with PMs on planning and prioritization, using user needs and business context to decide what gets built and when.
- Set a high bar for craft and push visual and interaction quality across everything you design in our products.
- Build detailed, high-fidelity prototypes that show how an experience looks, moves, and feels.
- Design within our design system and contribute back to it, working with other designers and engineers to get new components and patterns built into the codebase.
- Talk to customers regularly to understand their problems, and use research and data to shape the experiences that solve them.
- Integrate AI throughout your process, from synthesizing research and analyzing competitors to generating concepts, writing copy, and building working prototypes.
- Take accountability for quality at every stage of a project, and above all for what ships.
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED
- 5+ years of product design experience and a portfolio of shipped work that shows strong visual and interaction craft and clear end-to-end thinking.
- Experience owning a product area with little oversight, taking ambiguous problems from definition through launch and iteration.
- Deep attention to typography, layout, hierarchy, color, spacing, motion, and interaction detail.
- Fluency in Figma and AI-powered prototyping tools, with experience designing for iOS, Android, and web.
- Experience working within and contributing to a design system, including partnering with other designers and engineers to get changes built in code.
- Strong systems thinking, with the ability to design for interconnected flows and complex existing systems.
- Experience talking directly to customers, and using research and product data to inform design decisions.
- Credibility with engineering and product partners, built on clear communication and the ability to explain design rationale and influence direction.
- Clear, proactive written and verbal communication, with the ability to present work confidently and explain design rationale.
- Fluency with AI tools and a track record of using them to speed up your design work.
- Openness to feedback, with the ability to take critique, adjust, and keep work moving.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with two-sided marketplaces, or products where both sides of a transaction depend on each other.
- Experience designing for healthcare, operations-heavy, or other high-stakes real-world domains.
LOCATION
- Preferred: San Francisco CA/Bay area
- Open to: US remote

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are looking for a State and Local Affairs Lead to engage with state and local governments in the Western United States, advancing AI policy, legislation, and regulation that supports Anthropic's mission of ensuring that the world safely makes the transition through transformative AI.
In this role, you will report to Anthropic's Head of Western State and Local Affairs and coordinate with our Policy leadership, Communications, and Legal teams. You will own Anthropic's relationships and legislative and regulatory work across many Western states, including a support role in California —engagement with state legislatures, governors' offices, attorneys general, state agencies, and local governments. You will travel regularly across the region.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a track record of political strategy and execution—with specific examples of how you have contributed to complex policy campaigns, built durable relationships with elected officials and community leaders, supported legislative and regulatory outcomes, and executed with accountability and focus in fast-moving environments.
Anthropic is equal parts research lab, policy think-tank, and technology startup. We care deeply about safe development of AI systems, and build partnership with governments through proactive, opinionated, substantive policy conversations. We recognize that our approach to AI policy is distinctive—grounded in honest assessment of technological trajectories and authentic concern for safe scaling—and we need a regional lead who can bring that positioning to life at the state and local level.
This role offers an opportunity to be part of building a high-impact state affairs operation at a critical moment for AI policy. You will be responsible for executing on strategic priorities across your region, building relationships with government stakeholders, and contributing to the broader state affairs function.
Key responsibilities
Serve as Anthropic's lead for state and local government affairs across many Western states, working in close coordination with the Head of Western States and other Regional State and Local Affairs Leads
Build and maintain relationships with state legislators, legislative staff, governors' offices, attorneys general, and state agency leaders across your region
Engage directly with local officials whose decisions affect Anthropic's work—mayors, city councils, county commissions, and economic development boards
Track state and local legislation and regulatory proceedings affecting AI and the technology sector, provide analysis and intelligence to inform company strategy, and represent Anthropic's positions
Build durable partnerships with local and regional organizations, including chambers of commerce, economic development groups, labor organizations, universities, and school districts
Represent Anthropic at legislative hearings, regional events, and public forums, including with audiences who are skeptical of AI
Work with the Communications team to develop clear, accurate messaging for regional policy campaigns
Translate Anthropic's technical research and policy positions into engagement strategies tailored to Western state political environments
Manage the outside advisors and registered lobbyists who support Anthropic's work in your region
Coordinate with Anthropic's policy, communications, legal, and executive teams to ensure that regional activity aligns with company-wide positioning
Minimum qualifications
Align with our mission and embrace the imperative of policy impact and change
Have experience in state and local government affairs, political strategy, or legislative roles, with demonstrated success contributing to legislative and regulatory outcomes
Have existing relationships with state and local leaders in the West, including legislators, governors' offices, attorneys general, or county and municipal officials
Understand how state legislatures and executive branches work—committee processes, legislative and regulatory procedures, and how to move policy forward—and understand where local authority begins and ends
Have a track record of executing on strategic objectives and delivering measurable outcomes in government affairs roles
Are prepared to travel regularly across the region
Preferred qualifications
Have 8+ years of experience in state and local government affairs, political strategy, or legislative roles
Have experience building partnerships with external organizations including chambers of commerce, economic development groups, labor organizations, and universities
Have exposure to technology policy or emerging technology regulation; you understand the unique challenges of navigating policy for rapidly evolving technologies
Demonstrate understanding of how to build coalitions and identify aligned constituencies to advance shared objectives
Can manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships across different states and adapt to different political environments
Can work well under time pressure and manage competing demands
Can translate complex technical topics into clear, accessible language for policymakers and residents alike
Have experience working with communications teams to develop effective messaging for policy campaigns
Are comfortable being honest about tradeoffs, including in rooms where people disagree with us
Are drawn to working with an organization that approaches AI policy with intensity and intellectual honesty
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience

Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Working at Bitso
Bitso is Latin America's largest crypto-powered financial services platform. Bitso Business serves corporates,
liquidity providers, importers and exporters, credit companies and payment firms that move money across
borders and settle at scale. We are building the most recognized FX franchise for corporates in the region, on
rails that are faster and more transparent than the correspondent banking system they replace.
Your Purpose
The Senior Sales Executive owns a corporate portfolio end to end: sourcing, structuring, closing and growing FX
and cross-border payment relationships. This is a quota-carrying, individual-contributor role for someone who
has sold spot and forward FX, SPEI and mass-payment flows to treasurers and CFOs, and who is comfortable
explaining stablecoin settlement rails to a compliance committee the same week they quote a USD/MXN
spread to a trading desk.
Reports To
Head of Sales
Who You Are
Must have
10+ years of B2B sales experience in fintech, payments, FX or banking institutions, with a consistent record
of carrying and beating quota.
Demonstrable experience selling FX - spot and forward - to corporate clients, including pricing
conversations with treasurers and trading desks.
Demonstrable experience selling SPEI and Mexican domestic payment flows, including mass payments and
collections.
Strong network among corporates, financial institutions or payment companies in Mexico.
Ability to structure complex, multi-product deals and navigate procurement, treasury, legal and compliance
in parallel.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
Fluency with CRM discipline and data-driven pipeline management.
Strongly desirable
Prior experience at a crypto exchange, digital-asset platform or blockchain-native company.
Working knowledge of Bitcoin, stablecoins and on-chain settlement, and the ability to explain them credibly
to a non-crypto CFO.
Experience with cross-border corridors involving the US, LatAm, Europe or Asia.
Exposure to regulated environments - IFPE, SOFIPO, VASP or equivalent licensing regimes.
Soft skills
Collaboration: works naturally with Trading, Compliance, Product, Operations and Legal - treats them as
partners in the deal, not obstacles to it.
Teamwork: shares intelligence, mentors less experienced sellers and contributes to team targets beyond
personal quota.
Performance under pressure: stays composed in volatile markets, live pricing situations and tight
settlement windows.
Ownership: operates autonomously, commits to numbers and reports honestly when they are at risk.
Clarity: communicates with precision in front of a CFO, a regulator or an internal committee.
What You Will Do
Commercial ownership
Carry and exceed an individual quota for FX volume, payment volume and net revenue across an assigned
corporate portfolio.
Build and maintain a disciplined pipeline in the CRM - accurate stages, next steps, close dates and a monthly
forecast within plus or minus 10%.
Originate new logos through outbound prospecting, industry networks, chambers of commerce, brokers and
referral partners.
Negotiate pricing, spreads, credit terms and commercial agreements in coordination with Trading, Treasury
and Legal.
Client management and structuring
Act as the trusted commercial counterpart to CFOs, treasurers, controllers and heads of payments at
corporates and financial institutions.
Diagnose client flows - currency pairs, corridors, volumes, timing, settlement constraints - and structure the
right combination of FX, SPEI, cross-border payments and stablecoin settlement.
Grow existing accounts through wallet-share expansion, new corridors and additional products; own
quarterly business reviews with top clients.
Coordinate onboarding with Compliance, Operations and Implementation so time-to-first-transaction is
measured in days, not months.
Market and product
Bring structured market intelligence back to the business: competitor pricing, bank behaviour, corridor
dynamics and regulatory shifts.
Work with Product to translate recurring client needs into roadmap input, and be an early voice on new FX
and payment capabilities.
Represent Bitso Business at industry events, panels and client forums in Mexico and the region.
Compliance and risk
Sell within Bitso's regulatory perimeter at all times; partner with Compliance on KYB, onboarding and ongoing
due diligence rather than working around it.
Escalate risk signals early and maintain complete, auditable records of client interactions and commercial
terms.
What we offer
A category-defining seat: Bitso is the largest crypto-powered financial platform in Latin America, and the
corporate franchise is the fastest-growing part of it.
Competitive base salary plus uncapped variable compensation tied to revenue and volume.
Direct access to the Head of Sales and FX business leadership, and real influence on product direction.
A regulated, compliance-first operating environment - you sell on solid ground.

We are looking for a Dev Manager to lead the engineering team responsible for integrations between our product and external systems, including the Integrations Store. You will combine engineering leadership with hands-on technical expertise to deliver secure, reliable integrations that fit our customers' workflows.
What you'll do:
Lead and develop a team of engineers, providing technical direction, mentoring, and regular feedback.
Own delivery outcomes within the agreed scope, provide practical estimates, and make capacity and priority tradeoffs visible.
Delegate ownership to engineers and, as the team grows, team leads; distinguish near-term delivery from long-term capability development. Keep the role to no more than three clearly defined focus areas, with team leads taking ownership as capacity grows.
Work with Product Management to define priorities, plan delivery, and translate customer needs into integration capabilities.
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of integrations, including:
- Connectors to third-party applications and services.
- An Integrations Store for discovering and managing available integrations.
- Data mapping, validation, and synchronization between systems.
- Authentication, authorization, and secure credential handling.
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and recovery from integration failures.
Guide technical decisions within the assigned domain from solution design through development and production rollout, coordinating cross-cutting architecture and security decisions with their designated owners.
Establish reusable integration patterns that handle retries, rate limits, duplicate events, and API version changes reliably.
Own automated pipelines for building, testing, validating, and deploying integrations.
Improve integration reliability, performance, and observability, and guide the team in resolving production issues.
Coordinate with other engineering teams and external partners to manage dependencies and compatibility.
Apply AI technologies where they improve integration development, testing, or support, with appropriate validation of outputs.
Requirements
What we're looking for:
Experience leading software engineers and owning the delivery and operation of production systems.
Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to contribute to technical problem-solving.
Excellent knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Experience building and operating AWS services in production.
Hands-on experience designing and maintaining APIs and integrations with external systems.
Understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous processing, data consistency, and failure recovery.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling, aggregation, and query performance.

Strong communication skills and the ability to align engineering work with product priorities.
Professional working proficiency in English for leading an English-speaking team and collaborating across functions.
Nice to have:
Experience writing automated integration and contract tests.
Proficiency in SQL.
Experience with runtime isolation and sandboxing for sensitive execution.
Experience in B2B SaaS, security, compliance, or data governance.
Experience building high-load products with numerous endpoints.
Experience maintaining integrations across multiple third-party API versions.
Benefits
Fully remote work with flexibility to support your work-life balance.
A collaborative environment that empowers you to own your domain and implement best practices.
Stable income, benefits, flexible working hours, and opportunities for career advancement.
Friendly, professional colleagues who are eager to support you and help you grow.
Engaging challenges and opportunities to make a meaningful impact.
