This is the senior product role on a small, high-leverage product team. You'll own key pieces of the product line — from how we position it, to how we price it, to how the field sells it.

The role is a senior product position on a small, high-leverage product team, responsible for owning key pieces of the product line including positioning, pricing, and sales strategy. The Director will work closely with engineering, marketing, and field teams, acting as the go-to person for product-related questions.

— Develop growth strategy for Data Intelligence products, including market positioning, target customers, and sequencing of initiatives.
— Build partnerships to develop groundbreaking products.
— Engage with customers and buyers, including inference platform teams and data platform leads.
— Participate in strategic deals.
— Manage the win/loss feedback loop to inform strategy.
— Collaborate with Marketing on product positioning and narrative.
— Support field teams with sales assets and enablement.
— Define pricing and packaging strategies for Data Intelligence products.
— Conduct competitive intelligence on AI training and inference landscape.
— Unlock partner GTM opportunities within the AI ecosystem.
— Influence product direction using customer signals, pipeline data, and competitive insights.
Требования:
— 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years focused on infrastructure, data, or AI/ML products sold to technical buyers.
— Fluency in modern AI and analytics stacks, understanding training and inference pipelines, storage tradeoffs, and build/buy decisions.
— Proven experience working with field teams on revenue-impacting deals and enablement.
— Experience partnering with marketing on narratives and external presentations.
— Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
— Excellent written communication and rigorous thinking.
— Trusted partnership with engineering teams, demonstrating technical credibility and prioritization skills.
— Experience owning or co-owning pricing and packaging decisions.
