How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Web Designer to own the design of Perplexity's marketing and landing pages. You'll be the person who makes sure every page we ship looks and feels like it belongs to one of the most exciting AI products in the world — clear, beautiful, and fast.
You're a great designer first and foremost, with the visual taste to set the bar for our web presence. But you also understand how modern web pages get built and maintained. As page volume grows across consumer and enterprise, a big part of this role is making our landing page system more self-serve internally: you'll create and own the design side of our CMS so the rest of the company can spin up on-brand pages without a designer in the loop every time.
You'll report into the Brand/Creative Studio team and work closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Brand, and our front-end engineers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the design of marketing pages, landing pages, and growth surfaces end-to-end — you're the DRI for web craft
- Create and own the CMS design system: the templates, components, and patterns that let teams build on-brand pages themselves
- Partner with Growth and Product Marketing to translate business goals into compelling, high-converting page designs
- Work with Brand to keep visual consistency across every web touchpoint
- Collaborate directly with front-end engineers to ship pages quickly and at a high quality bar, including the ongoing migration off Framer
- Bring a strong point of view on layout, typography, motion, and interaction design for the web
- Raise the floor on self-serve page creation so the design team can focus on the highest-craft work
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A strong portfolio of web and marketing design work — landing pages, campaign pages, product marketing sites — that shows you're a designer first
- Excellent visual design skills with a clear sense of brand, typography, and composition
- Hands-on experience designing within and for CMS / templating systems, and an instinct for building scalable, self-serve page systems
- Experience at the intersection of brand and growth — you understand conversion without sacrificing craft
- Comfort working fast and iterating in real time alongside engineers
- Fluency in Figma and a solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and web performance
- A clear opinion on what makes a great web page, and the ability to articulate why
NICE TO HAVE
- Front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, and enough JS to prototype, tweak, and ship)
- Background in brand or marketing design at a consumer tech company
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and how design decisions affect discoverability
- Motion design skills for web interactions and micro-animations

Carazo Group is a luxury distribution business operating across 10+ countries. We work with premium brands and build long-term trade partnerships across international markets.
As we expand our international reach, we are looking for a B2B Trade Development Specialist to identify and develop new distributor and wholesale relationships across assigned territories. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role for someone who is genuinely good at prospecting — someone who builds pipelines from scratch, not someone who manages inbound leads.
You will work directly with the Head of Sales and report to senior leadership, with real visibility and impact from day one.
What you will own:
Prospecting & Business Development
– Identify and approach new distributors and wholesalers through digital research, LinkedIn outreach, and cold outreach campaigns
– Build and manage a structured pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools
– Convert prospect relationships into active trade partnerships
Relationship Management
– Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and new trade partners
– Present and promote the premium product portfolio to potential and current clients
– Manage ongoing communication and commercial development of your partner accounts
Market Coverage & Reporting
– Monitor territory performance and report on sales activity, pipeline status, and market trends
– Identify market opportunities, competitor activity, and emerging trends within the territory
– Attend international trade fairs and industry events to represent the company and develop leads
Internal Collaboration
– Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and compliance teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and servicing
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in FMCG, tobacco, or a related trade industry
Proven prospecting skills — confident working through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and CRM tools without relying on inbound or a support team
Experience building and managing relationships with distributors or wholesalers
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with experience handling commercial agreements
Comfortable tracking KPIs, pipeline health, and territory performance
Fluent English, minimum C1 level (written and verbal)
Comfortable working fully on-site in Belgrade
Good to haves:
Previous international B2B sales experience across multiple countries or regions
Willingness to travel occasionally for trade fairs and client visits
Knowledge of German or Spanish
Experience with premium goods, luxury products, or tobacco
What Success Looks Like
A growing pipeline of qualified distributor and wholesale prospects from day one
New trade partnerships signed and successfully onboarded
Consistent CRM hygiene and accurate territory reporting
Expanding territory performance over the first 6–12 months
This role is not the right fit for you if your experience is exclusively in B2C or retail and you have never sold to distributors, or if you rely on inbound leads, a support team, or a lead generation function to fill your pipeline.
Benefits
We offer:
International Exposure
Work with trade partners and stakeholders across multiple countries, with real visibility into how a premium international distribution business operates.
Direct Access to Leadership
Work closely with the Head of Sales and senior leadership, with your results directly reflected in the company's growth.
Compensation
Competitive package based on experience and performance based commission.
Environment
International business exposure across 10+ markets
Structured, performance-driven culture
Opportunity to shape your territory and grow with the role

You'll work alongside some of the world's best AI researchers while tackling problems that matter for human health and scientific understanding. If you're excited about turning your computational biology expertise into model capabilities, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Build and ship agentic tools and integrations that let Claude execute real life science workflows — bioinformatics pipelines, database queries, analysis notebooks, literature review
Design and build evaluation benchmarks that measure model capabilities on biology tasks — figure interpretation, bioinformatics, protocol reasoning, literature synthesis

Minimum Qualifications
Experience applying ML and software engineering to biological problems — computational biology, bioinformatics, protein ML, genomics, or similar
Experience working in drug discovery or development at a biotech or pharma company, or conducted fundamental research in an academic setting — with an understanding of what real scientific workflows look like and where they break down
Strong software engineering skills: comfortable building production-quality Python, working in large codebases, and owning infrastructure end-to-end
Hands-on experience training or fine-tuning ML models (LLMs, protein language models, or other deep learning architectures)
A track record of shipping computational tools or pipelines that biologists actually use
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and defining problems in a rapidly evolving research environment
Able to work independently while collaborating tightly with research, product, and domain-expert teams
Results-oriented with a bias toward rapid iteration and measurable impact
Passionate about using AI to accelerate scientific discovery while maintaining high ethical standards
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience applying ML and software engineering to biological problems — computational biology, bioinformatics, protein ML, genomics, or similar
Ph.D. in computational biology, bioinformatics, bioengineering, CS, or a related quantitative field — or equivalent industry experience
Experience with LLM post-training: RLHF, RL from verifiable rewards, SFT data curation, or eval-driven development
Direct experience with therapeutic discovery pipelines — target identification, lead optimization, ADMET modeling, or clinical data analysis
Familiarity with bioinformatics tooling and pipelines (sequence analysis, structure prediction, single-cell, variant calling, etc.)
Experience building agentic systems or tool-use environments
Published research in ML for biology, or open-source contributions to computational biology tools
Fluency with biological databases (UniProt, PDB, Ensembl, NCBI) and the ability to reason about their schemas and failure modes

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The Computer Use team teaches Claude to see and operate computer interfaces, and builds the agent harness and end-user products that turn that capability into real tools. The team sits inside Anthropic's research organization and closes the loop between product and model.
As a Product Engineer on this team, you'll own end-to-end delivery of our computer-use and browser-control product surfaces. You'll build across the full stack, from the user interface to the agent runtime to the backend services behind it. You'll work directly alongside researchers, with no layers between you and the model or the user.
This is a dynamic role in which priorities evolve frequently. Success depends on a high tolerance for ambiguity, the adaptability to shift focus as needs change, and the agility and discernment to continuously prioritize the highest impact work.
Key responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of computer-use and browser-control product surfaces: scope, build, ship, measure, and iterate
Diagnose and resolve reliability and robustness issues in the computer-use agent harness that block real-world usage
Partner with computer-use researchers
Partner with the Claude Cowork team on shared surfaces, integrations, and knowledge-worker workflows
Instrument products and use usage data to drive prioritization and measure progress
Translate fuzzy user pain points into concrete, shippable features for knowledge workers
Minimum qualifications
Experience building and shipping a product from zero to one with end-to-end ownership, as a founding or early engineer at a startup or with equivalent ownership inside a larger company
Strong full-stack engineering skills, including production web frontend and backend development
Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, prompting, or agent frameworks
A track record of shipping to external users and iterating based on their feedback
Preferred qualifications
Strong product design instincts and the ability to produce a clean, usable interface without a dedicated designer
Experience with browser automation, desktop automation, or robotic process automation systems
Experience building evals or quality harnesses for machine learning systems
Comfort with lightweight data analysis, such as SQL, notebooks, and defining and tracking product metrics
Experience designing agent loops, tool integrations, or guardrails for LLM-based systems
Representative projects
Own and resolve the top reliability and robustness issues on the computer-control and browser-control product surfaces, with measurable improvement in task success rate
Take a net-new computer-use powered workflow from concept to external users, including instrumentation and a readout on usage
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
