Workplace: Hybrid
Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Search is being rebuilt in real time. Millions of people now start with a question to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity, and the answer they get decides which products they try. When someone asks how to build an app, a website, or a tool for their business, Replit needs to be the answer.
We're hiring an AEO/GEO/SEO Lead to own how Replit gets discovered, across AI-generated answers and traditional search. This is a zero-to-one role. You'll define the strategy, then execute it yourself with AI-leveraged production, agency partners, and cross-functional teams behind you. You'll work daily with our Web, Growth, Brand, Content, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
The fastest-growing AI-native companies have already turned AI answers into a primary acquisition channel. Your mandate is to do the same for Replit: grow AI referral traffic into one of our largest sources of new builders, keep our traditional search presence compounding, and make Replit the platform AI assistants recommend when anyone wants to build software.
Replit moves fast. We ship continuously, experiment relentlessly, and aim to make every builder more productive and creative. We're looking for someone who thrives in that environment: part strategist, part operator, part scientist of a channel that changes every month.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the AEO/GEO Strategy Define where Replit must show up across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, for which prompts and buyer intents, and build the playbook to win those answers. Set targets, sequence the roadmap, and defend the strategy with data.
- Win Citations Across the Open Web LLMs cite what they trust: Reddit threads, YouTube videos, high-authority publications, community content, and well-structured owned pages. Build durable programs on each of these surfaces, understand the half-life of an AI citation, and keep Replit ranked as models retrain and retrieval systems shift.
- Run SEO End to End Own keyword strategy, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content-driven organic growth in partnership with our Head of Web. Protect and grow search equity through a major site relaunch, and coordinate with our paid search team on keyword coverage.
- Build the Content Engine Produce and direct content designed for two readers at once: LLM crawlers and humans. Blogs, comparison pages, videos, and structured resources, created at volume with AI-assisted workflows and held to a high quality bar. The durable human work here is judgment: strategy, editorial quality, and distribution.
- Stand Up Measurement Build reporting for a channel that lacks perfect attribution: AI referral traffic, share of voice in AI answers, citation tracking, and downstream signups and revenue. Run controlled experiments, isolate what actually moves citations, and teach the rest of the company what you learn.
- Direct Agencies and Tools Own our agency and vendor relationships across search and AI visibility, plus the tool stack that powers tracking and production. Write the briefs, hold the quality bar, and decide what stays in-house.
YOU'LL BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:
- Have 4+ years in growth marketing, SEO, content, or technical marketing (SaaS, technology, or developer-focused businesses a plus)
- Have owned a channel end to end and can walk through what you built, what moved, and the numbers behind it
- Have taught yourself a new channel or skill from zero and turned it into shipped results
- Use AI daily as a builder (automations, agents, dashboards, small apps you can show) and are forming your own point of view on how AI assistants find and cite sources
- Have working technical SEO literacy (crawling, indexing, structured data, site architecture) and the appetite to go much deeper
- Write clearly and quickly, and can direct people, agencies, and AI tools to produce content that earns citations
- Have a founder mindset: you identify gaps and fill them, move quickly, don't wait for someone else to define the playbook, and dig into the details with low ego\\
Bonus Points:
- Shipped AEO/GEO work with results you can show, especially if you helped make AI answers an acquisition channel
- Earned presence on surfaces you don't own: Reddit communities, YouTube, digital PR
- Hands-on with AI visibility and citation tracking tools (Profound, Peec, Ahrefs Brand Radar, or similar)
- Programmatic SEO at meaningful scale
- You've built with Replit or other AI building tools and understand our audience firsthand

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv.
We're looking for a Designer, Growth (Product Marketing) to sit at the intersection of brand, performance marketing, and generative media. This is not a brand systems or campaign concepting role — it's a high-volume, output-driven design role. You'll own the visual execution of paid and performance marketing across video, motion, and static formats, producing assets that are on-brand, well art directed and built to convert. You'll report to the Creative Director of Product Marketing.
Your work will directly shape how people first encounter and engage with Runway's products. That means producing scroll-stopping video ads, designing static and animated assets for paid social and display, and using generative tools — including Runway's own — as a core part of how you work. You'll partner closely with product marketing, growth, and creative teams, and you'll be measured on craft, throughput, and performance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and produce high volumes of performance marketing assets across video, motion, and static formats — paid social, display, YouTube and beyond
- Use Runway to ideate, create and iterate on video and image assets that are on-brand and well art directed — not just technically functional
- Own the visual execution of ad creative from concept through final delivery, working from briefs or generating your own directions when needed
- Produce motion graphics and animated ads that communicate product value quickly and compellingly
- Partner with the Product Marketing and growth team to develop integrated ad concepts where copy and design work together
- Build and iterate on creative variants for A/B and multivariate testing — adapting formats, hooks and visual treatments based on performance data
- Maintain a consistent visual language across all performance touchpoints without letting assets feel templated or stale
- Collaborate with product marketing on go-to-market launches, translating new product capabilities into visual stories that resonate with target audiences
- Hands-on experience designing for the major paid channels (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc) with fluency in each platform's native specs, aspect ratios and ad formats, and a real point of view on what works where.
- Own updates to GTM assets and templates, keeping them current and on-brand across campaigns. Bring hands-on experience building and automating deck design systems, so our presentations stay consistent without manual rework each time.
- Contribute to a growing library of on-brand design components, motion templates and generative prompting strategies that raise the team's overall output velocity
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing design, motion design, or a related role at a tech or consumer company
- A portfolio that shows range across video ads, motion graphics and static performance creative — with clear evidence of craft and art direction judgment, not just execution
- Strong motion design skills — you're fluent in After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent, and can produce polished animated and video assets independently
- Solid graphic design fundamentals — typography, layout, color — applied to high-converting ad formats, not just editorial or brand work
- Hands-on experience using AI image and video generation tools with an art director's eye — you know how to prompt, iterate and finish work that looks intentional
- Comfort with performance data — you can look at creative metrics and know what visual changes to make next
- Ability to operate at high velocity across multiple simultaneous campaigns without sacrificing quality
- Experience working closely with growth marketers and product teams in a fast-moving environment
- Experience in AI, creative tools or developer-adjacent products is a strong plus
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

The way data practitioners write, debug, and ship dbt code is changing fast — and you'll be the person shaping what that experience looks like at the frontier of AI-assisted development.
As the Product Manager for Developer Experience, you will own the end-to-end developer workflow in dbt Cloud: the
Studio IDE
,
Developer Agent
(our AI coding assistant), the
Cloud CLI
, and the
dbt VS Code Extension
. Together, these surfaces are the primary daily touchpoint for tens of thousands of data practitioners worldwide — from seasoned analytics engineers writing complex SQL to newer practitioners who rely on AI to help them move faster and with more confidence.
This role sits at the intersection of developer tooling and leading-edge AI. You will work in close partnership with the
Fusion team
— the engine powering dbt's next-generation compilation, intelligence, and platform capabilities — to ensure that our developer surfaces fully leverage Fusion's capabilities and that developer needs are represented in the Fusion roadmap. The tight feedback loop between Developer Experience and Fusion is core to how dbt Cloud will evolve, and you'll be a key architect of that relationship.
This is a role for someone who has thought deeply about what makes IDEs and developer tools great, and who is excited to reimagine those workflows in an era where AI can lower the floor for new practitioners while raising the ceiling for experts.
This is a full-time position based out of our New York, NY office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
In This Role, You Will
Own the developer experience roadmap
across Studio IDE, Developer Agent, Cloud CLI, and the VS Code Extension — from near-term iteration to long-term vision.
Partner deeply with the Fusion team
to align on capabilities, surface Fusion-powered intelligence (SQL comprehension, compute, context) through developer-facing UX, and co-define the boundary between platform and product.
Lead AI-native product development
for Developer Agent — defining what a best-in-class AI coding assistant looks like for the full spectrum of dbt users, from expert analytics engineers to practitioners who are newer to code. This includes agentic workflows, context-aware suggestions, natural language interactions, and guided development experiences that meet users where they are.
Drive IDE and tooling strategy
informed by a deep understanding of modern development environments — think about what VS Code, Cursor, and other leading IDEs get right, and translate those instincts to the dbt Cloud context.
Define and execute cross-functional collaboration
with engineering, design, and GTM teams to ship high-quality developer experiences on a predictable cadence.
Build tight feedback loops
with the dbt community and enterprise customers to continuously improve developer tools, with particular attention to power users and technical practitioners.
Conduct market and user research
to understand the competitive landscape for developer tooling and AI-assisted development, and bring sharp external perspective into the roadmap.
Align developer experience investments
to broader company goals, product-led growth metrics, and the Fusion platform strategy.
What Success Looks Like
Developer satisfaction and engagement metrics (activation, session depth, feature adoption) trending up across Studio, Canvas, CLI, and Developer Agent.
Developer Agent is a differentiated, well-regarded AI coding experience for data practitioners — not just a feature, but a product.
The Studio IDE and Canvas deliver a cohesive, fast, and intelligent development workflow powered by Fusion capabilities.
Strong, trust-based execution partnership with the Fusion team: shared roadmap visibility, clear API contracts, and coordinated shipping.
The Cloud CLI is a first-class product that developers actively choose, not a fallback.
You're a Good Fit If You Have
5+ years of product management experience
, with meaningful time spent on developer tools, IDEs, or technical platforms.
Direct experience managing IDE or developer environment products
— you have an informed point of view on what makes development tools excellent and where modern IDEs fall short.
Demonstrated engagement with AI-powered development tools
— you've used, studied, and formed strong opinions about AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, Devin, etc.) and how they change the development experience.
A strong technical foundation that allows you to work fluently with engineering partners, reason about system architecture, and contribute meaningfully to technical decisions.
Experience conducting user research and translating developer feedback into prioritized, scoped product work.
Excellent written and verbal communication — you can write a crisp spec, give a compelling demo, and synthesize complex tradeoffs for diverse audiences.
Comfort working asynchronously as part of a distributed, remote team.
You'll Have an Edge If You Have
Hands-on experience with dbt or similar SQL-first transformation frameworks.
Prior experience building or shipping AI agent features (agentic UX, multi-step LLM workflows, context management).
Familiarity with LSP (Language Server Protocol), tree-sitter, or other IDE infrastructure primitives.
Experience with CLI tooling and developer workflow automation.
Background in open source software development or strong engagement with developer communities.
Knowledge of modern data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, etc.) and the analytics engineering ecosystem.

Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
This is a full-time position based out of our Denver, CO office.

Application Platform is part of Product Platform within Figma’s Infrastructure organization. We build shared foundations that help engineers ship backend product work quickly, safely, and reliably. The team owns a large Ruby application that powers Figma’s REST APIs, asynchronous jobs, and workflow orchestration. Our systems sit on critical production paths and shape the day-to-day experience of backend engineers across Figma.
We’re looking for an experienced backend engineer with meaningful production Ruby experience who enjoys building for other engineers. You don’t need to be a Ruby language specialist. You should be comfortable making informed tradeoffs in a substantial shared codebase and turning recurring problems into durable systems, tools, and paved paths that improve engineering velocity across the company.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Design and evolve shared Ruby frameworks for REST APIs, asynchronous jobs, workflow orchestration, and data access
Improve the availability, reliability, scalability, and performance of backend systems that support critical product functionality
Modernize a large Ruby codebase through safe architectural changes, including moving REST APIs from Sinatra toward Rails and introducing stronger endpoint abstractions and type safety
Make backend development faster by improving hot reloading, local workflows, test infrastructure, CI reliability, debugging tools, and iteration speed
Strengthen the scalability, isolation, observability, and recovery capabilities of Figma’s asynchronous job platform
Partner with product engineers—your customers—and Infrastructure teams to identify recurring pain points and turn them into reusable platform capabilities
Establish pragmatic engineering practices through shared libraries, APIs, documentation, tooling, code review, and technical guidance
Mentor other engineers and contribute to a culture of thoughtful execution, high technical standards, and shared ownership
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Bring 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years building production systems with Ruby
Build, maintain, and evolve large Ruby applications and shared backend codebases that support multiple engineering teams
Design reliable distributed systems at production scale, including APIs, background processing, testing, observability, and operations
Improve complex, established systems through architecture, modularization, migrations, performance, reliability, or developer tooling
Create scalable abstractions, navigate technical tradeoffs, and collaborate with and mentor engineers across teams
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience with background-job or workflow systems, including retries, idempotency, scheduling, backpressure, isolation, and failure recovery
Experience with AWS services such as SQS and EKS, workflow systems such as Temporal, or infrastructure tools such as Kubernetes and Terraform
Experience improving test performance, local development environments, CI systems, or large-scale code migrations

About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights.

You have worked closely with cross-functional teams with design, research, product, and engineering. Preferably, you work at a tech company and are heavily involved in engineering operations, with a deep understanding of how engineering processes work under the hood and how to take them to the next level.
We want you to bring your passion for problem-solving, experience in the tech world, and the drive to help us get to the next level, and have some fun along the way.

Oversee operations for your respective global group, with a particular focus on increasing efficiency, stability, and effectiveness in delivering their strategic objectives.
Act as a strategic partner for the global group leader regarding short and long-term vision, planning (quarterly and annual), and execution, as well as establishing and tracking engineering OKRs and KPIs. All this with consistent alignment with engineering-wide policies and practices.
Maintain the engineering process library and improve it in collaboration with process owners, other operations managers, the PMO, engineering leadership, and leadership of partnering departments such as Product, Analytics, and Design.

A data-driven and action-oriented mindset with excellent planning, analytical, problem-solving, project/program management, organizational, and leadership skills.

You are recognized as a go-to expert in one or more engineering operations domains (e.g., System Design, Data Architecture, Infrastructure Management, including cost management, Quality) and use that expertise to drive innovation in how your global group approaches them - not just facilitate conversations, but shape and influence the technical direction of SDLC and process decisions.
Stays current on industry trends and business developments relevant to engineering operations, and applies that context to inform recommendations and decisions.
