That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
Your main goal will be to empower n8n enterprise users to treat automation as software, enabling them to develop, deploy, and scale mission-critical workflows with absolute confidence.
To do so, you’ll own product strategy and execution for n8n’s Enterprise team, focused on application lifecycle management, developer tools, and production-grade workflow operations:
WORKFLOW LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT
- Define how teams move workflows from development to production with clear environment separation and promotion paths.
- Shape capabilities for workflow version history, rollback, branching, and conflict resolution.
- Build product experiences that help engineering teams safely manage changes across mission-critical automations.
ENTERPRISE DEVELOPER EXPERIENCE
- Own Git-based source control workflows that make n8n fit naturally into modern software development practices.
- Work closely with Engineering and Design to deliver powerful yet intuitive tools for technical teams.
- Translate complex developer workflows into product experiences that feel reliable, scalable, and easy to adopt.
PRODUCTION OPERATIONS AND OBSERVABILITY
- Build visibility into workflow performance, usage, and reliability across environments and instances.
- Define how enterprise teams manage external secrets, variables, and configuration across deployments.
- Help customers operate n8n at scale through multi-instance management and cross-instance visibility.
PRODUCT DISCOVERY AND CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP
- Deeply engage with enterprise customers, engineering leaders, admins, and developers to understand their software delivery needs.
- Prioritize ruthlessly across technical depth, usability, enterprise readiness, and long-term platform leverage.
- Align Engineering, Design, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and leadership through clear strategy, specs, and communication.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- Proven product management experience: You’ve shipped complex technical products in enterprise environments and can point to lessons learned that shaped your craft.
- Strong developer empathy: You understand how engineering teams build, test, version, deploy, and operate software in production.
- Thrive in ambiguity: You bring structure to fuzzy technical problems and prioritize clearly across many possible directions.
- Exceptional product sense: You anticipate edge cases, second-order effects, and enterprise-grade reliability needs without needing perfect information.
- Ownership and bias for action: You fix what’s broken, ship, learn, and iterate rather than over-plan.
- Influence without authority: You align engineering, design, data, sales, solutions engineering, customer success, and docs through clarity and trust.
- Technical product judgment: You’re comfortable making tradeoffs across usability, scalability, security, reliability, and implementation complexity.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Git and source control experience: You’ve worked on or closely with products involving Git, branching, versioning, pull requests, or conflict resolution.
- Enterprise security experience: You understand secrets management, environment variables, access control, or secure configuration patterns.
- Observability experience: You’ve worked on products involving monitoring, usage insights, performance visibility, or operational dashboards.
- Coding or SQL skills: You can code, write SQL, or go deep enough technically to partner effectively with engineers on architecture-level discussions.
- Remote work experience: You’re familiar with remote-first work environments and can collaborate effectively across time zones.
- Entrepreneurial or early-stage experience: You’ve worn many hats and can navigate in many areas at once.
Why join us?
At n8n, your work won’t disappear into a slide deck. You’ll shape how engineering teams build, version, deploy, and operate mission-critical automations at scale — turning n8n into the platform where automation is treated with the same rigor as software. You’ll join a fast-growing, remote-first team with high autonomy, strong technical ambition, and direct visibility into enterprise customer impact.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Location: Limassol, Cyprus
We are a digital-asset infrastructure group. We build institutional custody technology and operate regulated entities in Cyprus (CySEC MiCA CASP licence), Switzerland (VQF SRO membership), the UK and the UAE. A new entity in Georgia is being set up now.
The first part of the role is executive support to the CEO: calendar, meetings, decisions and follow-ups. The second part is operations support across the group, working with the COO: keeping company documents in order, preparing document sets and KYB packs, and taking on practical tasks that need to be done, collected or coordinated.
Responsibilities
Executive support
Calendar and meetings.
Run the CEO's calendar: scheduling, priorities, conflicts, travel. Prepare materials before meetings and make sure the right people and documents are in the room.
Decisions and follow-up.
Record decisions, assignments and deadlines from meetings. Follow up with owners and report status back to the CEO. Nothing agreed in a meeting gets lost.
Personal matters.
Handle personal administration for the CEO within an agreed scope: appointments, documents, travel, payments.
Operations support
Company documents in order.
Keep an up-to-date set of documents for each legal entity: certificates, constitutional documents, licences, structure chart, registers of directors, shareholders and UBOs, lists of accounts and signatories. Keep the folder structure and naming rules and make sure the latest version is easy to find.
KYB packs and questionnaires.
Keep a ready KYB pack for each entity and answer requests from banks, EMIs, exchanges and partners within an agreed time. Fill in KYC, KYB and KYT questionnaires from counterparties.
Deadlines.
Keep a calendar of documents and contracts with an expiry date and flag them in time so nothing lapses. Order new certificates, apostilles and translations when needed.
Tasks and coordination.
Take practical tasks from the CEO and COO and get them done: prepare a document set, collect signatures, find information, coordinate between teams and providers, track to completion.
Drafting.
First drafts of letters, memos and replies to counterparties from agreed templates.
Weekly status.
A short weekly status to the CEO and COO: open items, upcoming deadlines, expiring documents, problems.
Requirements
3+ years as an executive assistant, ideally in a group with several companies or a regulated financial company.
Experience with company documents and KYB packs for banks and EMIs. Cyprus is a strong advantage.
Very organised and self-directed: calendars, registers and follow-up lists are your normal way of working.
Good written English: you can draft a letter or a memo that needs little correction.
Able to move tasks forward through people who do not report to you, including senior ones.
Absolute discretion: you will see the CEO's calendar, personal matters and confidential company data.
Comfortable with task trackers (ClickUp or similar) and shared document systems.
Strongly preferred: experience in a regulated environment (CySEC, MiCA or VQF); exposure to bank or EMI onboarding from the client side.
Benefits
Competitive salary;
Annual performance bonus;
Access to our Limassol offices, including daily drinks and snacks, as well as parking facilities;
Working hours are from 9:00 to 18:00, with a shorter day on Fridays until 16:30;
24 working days of paid annual leave, in addition to statutory public and bank holidays in Cyprus;
14 working days of paid sick leave per calendar year;
Work permit sponsorship and full support with all related arrangements;
The opportunity to participate in corporate sports activities and events, and receive corporate gifts.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Employee Lifecycle team makes sure every Ramp employee has a great experience, from their first day through their last and through every change in between. As Sr. Analyst, Employee Lifecycle Data, you'll own and look after the employee data behind all of it. You'll keep our Workday data accurate and well structured, and you'll make sure it flows correctly into the systems that depend on it.
This is a new role in its current scope. You'll own employee data changes from start to finish, manage the data structure that shapes our org, and set up reconciliation and error reporting across our integrations. We're looking for someone who gets the details right, finds the root cause when data breaks, and builds processes that scale as Ramp grows.
We're moving to Workday on January 1, and we want this person on board before go-live so they can run our employee data changes from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Employee data changes
- Process and approve role changes like transfers, promotions, manager and title changes, plus relocations (using our comp calculator for basic geo adjustments and partnering with Global Mobility on more complex moves)
- Own intake and completion of one-off data changes through Serval (our ticketing system) tickets, meeting SLAs and giving employees a clear, helpful experience
- Review and approve data change transactions to protect data quality
- Support internal mobility cycles and position management in Workday (and Ashby)
Bulk changes
- Own bulk data changes from start to finish, including reorgs, comp cycles and mass updates: prepare and validate the data, run the loads and confirm the results
- Build review steps and checklists that make large changes repeatable and low-risk, and partner with HRIS on EIB templates and system-level controls
Data quality, reconciliation and stewardship
- Build and run regular reconciliation between Workday and downstream systems, including benefits providers and international payroll
- Monitor integration errors, find root causes and fix data and process gaps with HRIS, Payroll, Benefits and vendor partners, escalating system or integration fixes to HRIS with clear root-cause analysis
- Define and document data standards, ownership and controls for employee data, and run regular audits to find and fix issues in partnership with HRIS team
- Be the go-to expert on how employee data works at Ramp, and help teammates and partners understand it
WHAT YOU NEED
- 2-5+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or HR data roles
- Experience with data changes in Workday HCM, including the ability to manage employee data throughout the full employee lifecycle - processing employee changes, organizational updates, job changes, and audits.
- A solid understanding of payroll and benefits data, and of how HRIS integrations feed those systems.
- A track record of building reconciliation, audit or error-reporting processes from scratch
- Strong attention to detail, a habit of checking your work before and after changes, and sound judgment with sensitive, confidential employee data
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis, validation and reconciliation, plus sound judgment when using AI tools—knowing when to rely on them and when human review is essential
- Clear communication with employees and stakeholders at every level
- A process-improvement mindset: you fix the underlying cause of what breaks repeatedly, and build scalable processes that uphold data standards while enabling the business
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience at a fast-growing company where the org structure changes often
- Experience with Serval, JIRA, or similar service desk tools
- Experience with Workday reporting
- SQL skills

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sentry’s AI capabilities span infrastructure, product features, design, and data ingestion. We’re hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to connect this work across teams, helping them make decisions, manage dependencies, and deliver a cohesive product experience.
Our AI/ML team is building a modular platform for model routing, agent execution, and evaluations. Issues Platform owns customer-facing experiences such as issue details, activity feeds, and notifications. Product Design shapes how these experiences work together, while Ingest provides the underlying data pipeline.
You’ll lead the program across these teams: clarifying ownership, sequencing work, managing integration risks, and coordinating release readiness. You’ll partner with team leads to connect their plans and resolve gaps between roadmaps.
You’ll also improve how engineering changes reach teams across Engineering, Product, and Design, along with Documentation and Support. Your goal is a lightweight process giving partners the information and preparation time they need before changes reach customers.
You’ll join an early TPM team and help shape how the function works at Sentry. Success means helping teams deliver together through technical judgment, clear communication, and practical coordination.
This role is based in San Francisco, with three days per week in the office.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
AI DELIVERY
- Connect roadmaps across AI/ML, Issues Platform, Product Design, and Ingest into a shared delivery plan.
- Sequence platform capabilities, product features, and design work so teams address dependencies before they delay a release.
- Help teams assign accountable owners, resolve open decisions, and communicate commitments.
- Partner with engineering and product owners to define release readiness, including evaluation results, staged rollouts, eligibility, and access requirements.
- Bring ingestion and reliability dependencies into roadmap discussions so teams understand the risks behind delivery commitments.
- Drive risk mitigation with clear owners, contingency plans, and timely escalation.
- Give teams and leadership an accurate view of progress, dependencies, decisions, and risks.
CHANGE READINESS
- Build a lightweight process for identifying changes affecting other teams, notifying partners, and confirming readiness before release.
- Include documentation and support preparation in delivery planning, starting with AI features.
- Establish concise updates showing what is changing, when, and who needs to act.
- Review communication and readiness gaps with the teams involved, then improve the process.
- Keep the effort proportional to the change and remove steps which don’t improve delivery.
HOW YOU WORK
- You help teams bring structure to complex programs with unclear ownership or no established process.
- You listen to different perspectives, make tradeoffs visible, and help teams resolve competing priorities.
- You engage with technical details and connect architectural decisions to delivery risks and product outcomes.
- You raise risks early, propose practical responses, and follow through.
- You adapt processes to teams’ needs and simplify them when the value is unclear.
- You respect team ownership while helping cross-team decisions reach resolution.
- You share information clearly so partners have the context they need to contribute.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience leading complex technical programs from problem definition through launch.
- Experience coordinating delivery across multiple engineering teams with separate roadmaps and leadership.
- Technical understanding to review design proposals, discuss architectural tradeoffs with engineers, and identify integration risks and downstream effects.
- A track record of managing dependencies, driving risk mitigation, and adapting plans as conditions change.
- Experience creating or improving processes which teams adopted and sustained.
- Clear written communication, including program updates, decision records, and escalations with explicit next steps.
- Experience building alignment across engineering, product, and design through sound judgment and follow-through.
Relevant experience might come from technical program management, software engineering, or another role involving ownership of cross-team technical delivery.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Shipping AI/ML or LLM-backed features, including evaluations, quality checks, and staged rollouts.
- Partnering with product design to coordinate design and engineering work.
- Working with data pipelines, ingestion, or streaming infrastructure.
- Building developer tools or technical B2B products.
- Improving release communication across engineering, documentation, and support.
Experience in every preferred area is not required.
TEAM PRINCIPLES
- Make work visible. Keep plans, ownership, decisions, and next steps clear and current.
- Raise risks early. Give teams time to respond before delivery is affected.
- Reduce friction. Build practices which help teams get work done.
- Respect ownership. Support informed decisions and help accountable owners resolve open questions.
- Keep partners informed. Communicate changes to scope, timing, and readiness before they affect others.
The base salary range Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $150,000 to $240,000 USD. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage).
You’ll own AI-assisted coding within Sentry’s Platform Engineering organization, building the systems and workflows AI coding agents need to contribute reliably to our codebase. Your work will span engineering teams, with Developer Infrastructure as your home base.
Your first focus will be making internal developer systems accessible to agents. Many workflows currently depend on human interaction through a UI. You’ll identify the most valuable gaps, expose those capabilities through APIs, and connect tools such as Claude Code to complete development workflows.
From there, you’ll improve the quality of AI-generated pull requests and automate recurring engineering work, including dependency upgrades, minor bug fixes, and maintenance. You’ll build the context and execution environment agents need: relevant repository information, tools and permissions, state management, tests, logs, recovery mechanisms, and evaluations.
You’ll partner with engineers across Sentry to understand where agents succeed, where they fail, and which changes improve the development process. This role combines technical direction with hands-on implementation, from choosing the problems to solve through building, measuring, and improving the solutions.
This role is based in San Francisco, with three days per week in the office to work closely with Platform teams and engineering leadership.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Set priorities for AI-assisted development at Sentry, using engineer feedback and workflow data to identify where agents would provide the most value.
- Make internal developer systems accessible through APIs and build integrations enabling agents to complete workflows across those systems.
- Build context systems and agent execution tooling, including tool access, permissions, checkpoints, retries, and logging.
- Develop automated checks, evaluations, and feedback loops to improve the correctness, maintainability, and review readiness of AI-generated pull requests.
- Automate recurring work such as security dependency upgrades, minor bug fixes, and routine maintenance.
- Improve supporting developer workflows, including issue triage and CI/CD, where they limit agent effectiveness or create repetitive work for engineers.
- Lead changes across engineering teams, build agreement on priorities, and measure whether the tools reduce manual work and improve delivery.
HOW YOU WORK
- You’ve used AI coding agents on real development work and have informed views on their strengths, limitations, and failure modes.
- You bring structure to ambiguous problems, choose a practical starting point, and follow through on delivery.
- You move comfortably between infrastructure, backend systems, and developer tooling.
- You know when to build, integrate an existing tool, involve another team, or stop work with limited value.
- You combine data with direct feedback from engineers to assess whether a solution improves their work.
- You explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build alignment across teams and senior leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on ownership of production systems.
- Experience building developer tools, infrastructure, or automation used by engineering teams, such as CI/CD systems, internal APIs, code review tooling, or agent workflows.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools and agents, with an understanding of how context, tool access, and validation affect their output. Prior machine learning experience is not required.
- Strong software engineering and system design fundamentals, including experience building reliable integrations across systems.
- A track record of leading cross-team technical initiatives from problem definition through implementation and adoption.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining technical decisions and recommendations to senior engineering leaders.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building agent harnesses, context systems, evaluations, or automated pull request workflows.
- Experience with code review tooling, static analysis, or automated testing.
- Experience measuring and improving developer experience or engineering productivity.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems or monolith decomposition.
- Public contributions to developer tooling or AI-assisted development projects.
The base salary range that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $220,000 to $400,000 USD, plus an annual performance bonus of up to 15% of base salary.
