ABOUT YOU
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to help define, build, and scale the Xsolla Money Account. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex problem spaces, enjoys working hands-on with engineering and partners, and is motivated by turning ambiguity into shipped, high-quality products.
The Xsolla Money Account is a strategic initiative to build embedded financial services for gamers, creators, and developers. The product spans wallet capabilities, card issuing, payouts, and future financial tools that remove friction from how value moves across the gaming ecosystem. Sitting at the intersection of fintech and gaming, the Money Account enables new business models, creator monetization, and deeper player engagement.
You will own critical parts of the Money Account roadmap and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver intuitive, reliable, and scalable financial products. Success in this role requires strong product judgment, technical fluency, the ability to navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities, and consistent follow-through from concept through launch and iteration. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys staying close to execution and takes pride in seeing complex work through to completion.
This is a high-impact product area operating in a dynamic, evolving environment with meaningful technical, regulatory, and partner complexity. The opportunity is to shape foundational financial infrastructure that will scale globally and directly influence how money flows through the gaming economy.

Balance user experience, technical feasibility, regulatory considerations, and partner constraints when shaping solutions.
Product Definition & Delivery
Translate product strategy into clear, high-quality PRDs that provide context, rationale, and actionable requirements.
Partner closely with UX/UI designers to craft intuitive, trustworthy end-to-end user experiences.
Work with engineering teams using Jira and Confluence to manage scope, priorities, and delivery.
Drive features from ideation through build, testing, launch readiness, and post-launch iteration.

Experience & Background
8–12+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, embedded finance, or e-commerce.
Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional Fintech products from concept to launch.
Experience with digital wallets, card issuing, payouts, or BaaS platforms.
Strong technical fluency and comfort working closely with engineering teams and APIs.

Comfortable giving and receiving feedback and reassessing assumptions as new information emerges.
A proactive, can‑do mindset with a bias toward action—someone who rolls up their sleeves, tackles problems head-on, and looks for ways to move work forward rather than waiting for perfect conditions.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and change, maintaining momentum even as priorities evolve.

Familiarity with fraud management, risk, chargebacks, or compliance considerations.
Experience in gaming, digital goods, and creator platforms.

Drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making across workstreams, ensuring teams are unblocked and launches stay on track
Partner closely with Research PMs and engineering leads to sequence work, manage dependencies, and navigate technical tradeoffs
Track and communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders
Build strong relationships with technical stakeholders, earning trust through deep engagement with the details
Coordinate with research teams to understand upcoming model capabilities and prepare launch plans accordingly
Navigate tradeoffs between speed, quality, and scope, helping teams make informed decisions under pressure
Develop and improve launch processes, playbooks, and operational frameworks that scale with our growing complexity
Create and maintain documentation of launch processes, decision logs, and cross-functional dependencies
You may be a good fit if you
Have several years of experience in technical program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional programs

Have experience managing programs with significant external dependencies and multiple stakeholder groups
Excel at translating between technical teams and stakeholders, making complex tradeoffs understandable
Can thrive in ambiguous situations, bringing structure to complex technical challenges
Have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple parallel workstreams effectively
Are comfortable operating at a fast pace where priorities shift and new challenges emerge quickly
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
Build trust quickly and maintain strong relationships even under pressure
Are passionate about Anthropic's mission and interested in the challenges of bringing frontier AI capabilities to users safely

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring the next generation of product managers. AI has collapsed the work that used to sit between an idea and a working version of it, and for the first time, PMs can be true builders. The PMs who win in this era do not manage the work. They build the product, every day, with their own hands.
A Staff Product Manager operates and drives vision across product areas. You own a problem space that spans multiple surfaces, or one so foundational that getting it right shapes how everything else at ClickUp works. You still build. The strategy is sharper because you are prototyping the cross-cutting workflow yourself, reading data wherever it shows up, and sitting on customer calls that span the whole problem. You scale impact by inventing leverage that other PMs adopt, wiring up AI workflows that keep you current on more signals than any one person could manually track. The scope is wide on purpose, and you find new ways to cover it.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and own a cross-functional problem space or a foundational platform area whose quality shapes outcomes across multiple product surfaces.
- Drive strategic alignment across product areas. Identify the decisions that unblock the most work and make them.
- Synthesize signals from customer calls, data, support trends, and partner feedback across your entire scope, not just your immediate surface.
- Prototype cross-cutting workflows and concepts yourself. The strategy is more credible when you have already tested it.
- Identify leverage and share it. Build AI workflows, frameworks, and patterns that other PMs on the team can adopt.
- Mentor and stretch Senior PMs. Raise the floor of the function, not just your own output.
- Represent the product voice in senior leadership conversations and contribute to decisions that span multiple teams.
- Contribute to how the PM function operates, including how we run discovery, define quality, and measure success.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 6-8+ years in product management, with a clear record of operating across multiple product areas or owning a foundational platform.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment without authority, across engineering, design, data, and GTM.
- Systems thinker. You see second-order effects and account for them before they become problems.
- Able to hold strategy and execution at the same time. You do not hand off the detail when the scope gets bigger.
- Track record of mentoring and elevating other PMs, not just shipping your own work.
- Strong data instincts. You can pull your own analysis, define the right metrics, and spot when a number is telling the wrong story.
- Experienced with AI tooling and actively finding new ways to scale your own coverage through it.
- Proven communicator at the executive level. You can frame a complex problem crisply and land a recommendation with senior stakeholders.
AI PROFICIENCY
- Generate artifacts that accelerate alignment. Leverage AI to draft PRDs, map user flows, validate product launch readiness, synthesize research and customer feedback, produce competitive analyses, and write release notes.
- Prototype and iterate with AI coding tools. Build functional prototypes independently of design and engineering using tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
- QA your own work. Use browser automation tools to test flows, verify edge cases, and confirm what shipped matches what was specced.
- Stay current and apply it. Familiarity with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Figma AI, and MCP integrations is expected. Actively experiment and fold new capabilities into your workflow.
