About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own institutional partner products such as Custody, Brokerage, and Fees & Incentive Programs (including MM/MT structures, VIP tiering, and rebate frameworks). Final scope will weigh your background, but the mandate is consistent: build institutional-grade products that compete on infrastructure, economic design, and reliability — and translate that into measurable growth in client adoption, trading volume, and revenue. You will partner with engineering, operations, sales, compliance, and external service providers to ship complex changes that institutional counterparties trust and rely on.
What You’ll Be Doing
Clearly define product direction and roadmaps for Custody OES, drive its evolution and turn client and partner requirements into shipped features. Grow the client and partner base. Optimize operations through self-service portals and process automation.
Own the fee schedule and incentive programs (MM/MT, VIP tiers, rebates), balancing market dynamics, competitor moves, and institutional needs against company strategy, revenue, and competitive position. Build and continuously evolve AI agents for competitor intel, liquidity analysis, fee and rebate simulation, and program operations.
Own the commercial logic of your product lines. Build ROI-grounded business cases for product and partnership investments; quantify revenue and AUM impact to drive prioritisation;
Articulate strategy, progress, and trade-offs to internal leadership and external institutional clients.
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, and legal to ship complex changes. Navigate multi-jurisdictional regulatory constraints (HK, SG, EU, US) and balance trade-offs between speed, scalability, and compliance.
What We Look For In You
PM experience at a crypto exchange on Custody OES, or at a custody, or background from traditional finance on Collateral / Tri-party / CCP solutions. Deep market knowledge and an end-to-end grasp of how counterparties, custody, execution, and settlement connect.
Solid understanding of liquidity dynamics and how institutional crypto markets actually work. Prior hands-on experience managing fee schedules or designing incentive programs (MM/MT, VIP tiers, rebates) is a strong plus.
Proven experience of leading strategic business reviews, facilitating on-site requirement discovery, and converting client feedback into prioritized product initiatives. Strong track record of partnering with Sales, BD, and Relationship Management teams in a B2B institutional setting.
Proven ability to bring structure and clarity to complex problems, align senior stakeholders across functions, and drive decisions and execution. Able to communicate complex strategies and trade-offs with clarity and influence, producing high-quality strategy documents, product plans, roadmaps, and executive-level presentations. Demonstrated effectiveness leading and influencing globally distributed teams across time zones and diverse cultural contexts.
Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for market research and product operations. Building automated workflows, using AI for data analysis, or prototyping AI-powered features.
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Product Director (P7-1). Experience building a zero-to-one product is a strong plus.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

About the Opportunity
OKX is going all-in on AI-native localisation. The field has long been stuck on one trade-off: you can have translation quality, or you can have scale, but not both. And the real question was never "is this translation accurate?" — it's "can the user actually understand it and get through the flow?"
Web3 is the hardest place to solve this. The vocabulary reinvents itself constantly, with new tech jargon, protocol names and memes appearing every week. It sits next to dense, high-stakes trading terminology, where a single mistranslated word can mislead a user or move money. And every market has its own fast-moving regulations, so the "right" translation is a moving target that must stay compliant across jurisdictions in real time. If you want a localisation problem that is genuinely unsolved — high ambiguity, high stakes, high velocity — this is it.
We're going to break the trade-off with agents. You will own the 0-1 build and launch of two things:
A frontier
agentic translation system
that localises every market (20+ languages) with a human-in-the-loop mechanism.
A self-improving
agentic QA product
that autonomously evaluates translation and end-to-end localisation quality, flags its own failures, and closes the loop.
This is a build-the-frontier role, not a manage-the-vendor role.
This role does not require a linguistics or translation background, multilingual ability, or algorithm engineering skills. We're looking for a PM leader who can build a frontier agentic translation and QA system from 0 to 1 — and make the whole organisation share responsibility for localisation quality.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will lead a squad of product managers and developers, and work hand-in-hand with language managers, to ship the translation and QA systems into production. You set the product direction and quality bar; your PMs and engineers build the agents, harness and evals; and the language managers ground the system in what "good" actually means in each market. Your job is to make these three groups operate as one team — and to make localisation quality something the whole organisation owns, not just the language team.
Own the agentic translation system
Architect and ship it end to end, from 0 to 1, across all markets and 20+ languages — where models carry the work and humans set the standard and make the final call. Break the cost curve: hold quality flat while coverage scales across languages, content and release velocity, so cost stops growing linearly with the business. Make the system interoperate cleanly with OKX's existing localisation stack and content pipelines, rather than living as an island.
Build the agentic QA and quality automation
Stand up an autonomous QA agent that evaluates translation and localisation quality at scale — catching regressions before release, monitoring in production, and self-verifying every fix, using LLM-as-a-judge and eval harnesses rather than manual review. Evaluate not just accuracy and fluency but cultural fit, bias and safety — especially on regulated and financial content, where a wrong or non-compliant phrasing is a real risk. Make quality measurable: define and drive a hard quality signal — human-acceptance rate, or the edit effort needed to reach shippable quality (e.g. Translation Time-to-Edit) — so quality is a metric the system optimises against, not a subjective call. And protect the funnel: conversion on key user journeys should never be adversely affected by language or localisation issues.
Make it self-improving
Drive a sustained reduction in severe and recurring production issues — every escape becomes a new guardrail, and the system gets smarter with every release.
What We Look For In You
PM leader who has taken a frontier agentic product from 0 to 1, beyond translation.
Proven ability to ship genuinely novel products at the edge of LLM capabilities—and repeat that success here.
Accountable for business outcomes and measured on business metrics, not delivery volume.
Deep hands-on experience building large-scale, frontier-LLM agentic systems from 0 to 1.
Experience with harness/orchestration layers, multi-agent workflows, and LLM-as-a-judge or automated evaluation pipelines.
Has built quality systems, automated evaluations, or release gates that enable confident autonomous-system launches.
International product experience serving users across multiple languages and regions.
Nice to Haves
Built an agentic system from scratch
Shipped agentic / LLM applications in production
Finance, payments or another highly regulated industry.

Your Purpose
At Bitso, the Software Engineer on the Nexus Squad owns the reliability, scalability, and evolution of our mission-critical pay-in and pay-out systems, the financial backbone that moves billions of dollars worldwide.
You will design and deliver event-driven, high-throughput solutions that ensure every pay-in and pay-out is fast, accurate, and resilient.
Working closely with product, infrastructure, and compliance stakeholders, you will shape the technical direction of a domain where the bar for quality is exceptionally high, resilience is built through continuous learning, and every millisecond of performance matters — for the millions of retail users and the businesses that rely on Bitso to power their financial operations.
Reports To
This role reports to the Nexus Engineering Manager.
Who You Are
You are experienced in Java backend development, with a proven track record of shipping production systems at scale.
You are familiar with event-driven architecture patterns (event sourcing, CQRS, sagas) and have hands-on experience operating Apache Kafka in high-throughput, real-money environments.
You have designed and implemented distributed, fault-tolerant microservices that handle financial or similarly critical transactional data.
You have solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), including schema design, migrations, and query optimization.
You are comfortable with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or equivalent), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
You communicate complex technical concepts clearly in English, written and spoken, to engineering peers, product managers, and senior leadership.
You work with a high degree of autonomy and ownership — you identify problems, propose solutions, and see them through to production.
You are familiar with AI-assisted development flow and tools (Cursor, Claude, CodeRabbit).
You have a strong sense of urgency and are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes fintech environment.
Financial Domain (nice to have):
Familiarity with payment rails, reconciliation or idempotent transaction processing in financial systems is a strong plus.
What You Will Do
Own pay-in and pay-out systems: design, build, and maintain the core infrastructure that processes financial transactions and moves billions of dollars worldwide.
Architect event-driven solutions: design Kafka-based pipelines and workflows that guarantee correctness, ordering, and resilience at scale.
Drive technical decisions: lead architecture discussions, define and use patterns, and set standards for the pay-in and pay-out domain in collaboration with the Nexus team.
Deliver high-quality code: write clean, well-tested, high-performance Java code and champion engineering best practices through code reviews.
Embrace AI-assisted development: leverage tools like Cursor, Claude, and CodeRabbit as part of your everyday workflow, contribute to skills and guardrails development, and apply Spec-Driven Development (SDD) practices to ensure solutions are well-defined, reviewable, and aligned before implementation begins.
Ensure system reliability: proactively monitor, debug, and resolve production incidents with a focus on root-cause analysis and lasting fixes.
Collaborate cross-functionally: partner with Product, Compliance, and Finance stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into sound technical solutions.
Mentor and uplift: share knowledge with fellow engineers, contribute to internal tech talks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the squad.
Improve observability: instrument services with comprehensive metrics, logs, and traces to enable rapid diagnosis and confident deployments.

At Bitso, we value diversity and your unique strengths could be just what we're looking for. If this role excites you but you don't match every point in the description, we still want to hear from you.
Location: Mexico City, Cuauhtémoc, Mexico
Your Purpose
We're looking for a resourceful, analytical, and execution-obsessed B2B Growth Marketing Specialist to become the operational backbone of our marketing team. This is a hybrid role that spans demand generation, event operations, campaign execution, and marketing ops, all with a relentless focus on pipeline growth and efficiency.
You'll own programs end-to-end: from building the strategy and managing vendor relationships to tracking budgets, analyzing results, and iterating fast. Events are an important part of the mix, but so are ABM plays, content-driven lead gen, partner marketing, and everything in between.
We need someone who doesn't wait for instructions. You see a gap, you fill it. You use AI tools daily to multiply your output. You're as comfortable building a campaign report in HubSpot as you are negotiating a venue contract or writing a landing page brief. If you thrive in fast-paced, "do more with less" environments, this role is for you.

you manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders without dropping balls.

Manage the end-to-end logistics of B2B marketing events: trade shows, hosted dinners, executive roundtables, webinars, virtual summits, and partner activations.
Source, negotiate, and manage external vendors (venues, A/V, catering, booth production, swag, event platforms) and own all related contracts and payments.
Build pre-event, during-event, and post-event engagement strategies to maximize pipeline impact from every event dollar spent.
Capture and repurpose event content (recordings, insights, testimonials) into downstream marketing assets.
Budget, Vendor & Project Management
Own and manage marketing budgets across events and campaigns: forecasting, PO tracking, invoice reconciliation, and ROI reporting.
Manage multiple vendor and agency relationships simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are on time, on budget, and on brand.
Maintain rigorous project management practices across all workstreams — timelines, briefs, status updates, and stakeholder alignment.
Marketing Operations & Analytics
Be able to manage workflows, lead scoring, email automation, campaign attribution, list segmentation, and reporting dashboards on HubSpot.
Ensure data hygiene across the CRM: proper UTM tagging, lead source tracking, duplicate management, and lifecycle stage accuracy.
Build and maintain performance dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into marketing's impact on pipeline and revenue.
Analyze campaign and channel performance to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to the team.
AI-Powered Productivity & Automation
Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, Notion AI, etc.) daily across the workflow — content drafting, data analysis, creative production, vendor research, reporting, and process automation.

Stay on top of emerging AI-powered martech tools and proactively bring recommendations to the team.
Be a force multiplier — consistently deliver the output of a much larger team by working smarter with technology.
Content & Creative Collaboration
Collaborate with content and design teams (or lead directly when needed) to produce campaign assets: landing pages, emails, social content, one-pagers, presentations, and sales enablement materials.
Write clear, compelling briefs for creative and content requests, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand standards.
Support thought leadership efforts by coordinating webinar content, blog topics, and industry POV pieces with subject-matter experts
Cross-Functional Alignment
Work closely with Sales to ensure marketing programs/events are aligned with pipeline goals, territory plans, and target account lists.
Partner with Product Marketing to translate product narratives into demand gen campaigns and event messaging.
Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to leadership.

At Bitso, we value diversity and your unique strengths could be just what we're looking for. If this role excites you but you don't match every point in the description, we still want to hear from you.
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
We are an international financial group founded in 2016, regulated by CySEC and the Central Bank of Cyprus, combining the personalized approach of a family office with the infrastructure of a modern financial institution. With over €350 million in assets under management, the Group operates across Cyprus, the UAE, Switzerland, and the United States.
As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Finance team and looking for a Financial Analyst to support the CFO with financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across the Group. This role is not about maintaining what already exists; we are building our analytics and reporting infrastructure largely from scratch, and we need someone who can own that process end to end.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain strong exposure to group-wide financial strategy, work closely with senior leadership, and build a clear career path within Finance.
What You Will Do
Assist the CFO with financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting across multiple business lines
Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning
Design and build dashboards that pull data automatically from source systems (1C, accounting platforms, banking/crypto platforms), rather than relying on manual data entry
Set up and maintain automated data extraction, cleansing, and reconciliation processes across systems, ensuring data accuracy from the ground up
Prepare and present financial reports and materials for management, with clear, well-designed data visualization
Collaborate with other departments to gather data, analyze performance, and report on operational effectiveness
Own a range of reports, including financial performance, budget variance analysis, and ad hoc reporting
Calculate transfer pricing and assess the efficiency of business units
Build data cubes and optimize data reporting structures for group-wide analysis, including consolidation across multiple business lines
Use BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and SQL/Power Query for data visualization and automation
Proactively identify where manual processes can be automated and bring solutions, not just flag the problem
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role, with recent, active experience, ideally within the last 2-3 years, in building reporting and analytics (not just managing a team that does)
Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
Practical experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar), Power Query, and/or SQL; comfort pulling and transforming data from multiple systems rather than working from pre-built reports
Experience with 1C is a strong advantage
A genuine interest in using AI tools and automation in day-to-day financial work, not just awareness that they exist
Ability to work independently within a given task: plan your own approach, know who to ask for what, escalate when needed, and deliver a complete result without being micromanaged
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple reporting deadlines across different business lines
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Good to Know
At interview stage, we'll ask you to walk us through real examples of your work, dashboards you've built, automations you've set up, so please come prepared to show, not just describe
Based in Limassol, Cyprus is preferred, but we're open to remote candidates (CIS, Europe, Middle East) for the right fit, with an initial on-site visit expected at the start and periodic visits afterward
Benefits
Competitive salary
Annual performance bonus
Access to our Limassol offices, including daily drinks and snacks, as well as parking facilities
Working hours are from 9:00 to 18:00, with a shorter day on Fridays until 16:30
24 working days of paid annual leave, in addition to statutory public and bank holidays in Cyprus
14 working days of paid sick leave per calendar year
Work permit sponsorship and full support with all related arrangements
The opportunity to participate in corporate sports activities and events, and receive corporate gifts

We admire the importance of innovative social media strategies and are committed to connecting talented individuals with great companies that need their unique skills. Our mission is to provide great jobs to gifted people, regardless of location.
About the Client
Our client is a multi-brand e-commerce and digital marketing business focused on growing brands through channels such as TikTok Shop, creators and affiliates, Meta Ads, Shopify, Amazon, and organic social. The company operates in a fast-moving environment where multiple brands, campaigns, and marketing functions need to stay aligned. This role is focused on bringing structure, accountability, and operational efficiency to that growth environment.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager to bring structure, organization, and accountability to projects across our marketing and creative teams. Operating across multiple brands, departments, and marketing channels, we need someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and moving pieces simultaneously.
The ideal candidate has a background managing marketing projects for
U.S.-based DTC marketing agencies or in-house DTC brands
. They should have experience overseeing complex, multi-channel initiatives with a minimum of
$1 million in monthly marketing or advertising budgets
across the projects they manage.
Projects should include experience across key DTC channels and platforms such as
Amazon, TikTok, and Shopify
, with a strong understanding of how these channels, teams, and campaigns work together.
This person will ensure projects stay aligned and on track by establishing clear deliverables, ownership, timelines, and priorities. They will help the team maintain visibility, follow through on commitments, and identify potential blockers before they become problems.
We are not looking for a generic corporate Project Manager.
We want someone who has been close to marketing, creative, DTC, creators, paid media, e-commerce, or agency work and understands the pace and complexity of this environment. Experience simply managing tickets, scheduling meetings, or updating project boards is not enough. The ideal candidate has worked somewhere with multiple brands, campaigns, departments, and deadlines moving at the same time—and knows how to bring order to that environment.
Responsibilities
* Manage multiple projects across multiple brands and departments
* Create clear timelines, deliverables, owners, priorities, and deadlines
* Keep projects and team members aligned, accountable, and on track
* Follow up on outstanding tasks and make sure important work gets completed
* Identify blockers, missed handoffs, and potential delays before they become problems
* Keep leadership updated on project status, priorities, and risks
* Improve internal processes, workflows, and organization
* Coordinate across marketing, creative, creators, paid media, social, e-commerce, and leadership
* Help ensure launches, campaigns, and important deadlines do not fall through the cracks
AREAS YOU WILL WORK ACROSS:
• TikTok Shop • UGC & creative strategy
• TikTok creators / affiliates • Trybe / creator programs
• Shopify • Organic social / social management
• Meta Ads • Creative production
• Amazon • Product launches & campaigns
* You do not need to personally execute every channel, but you should understand how modern digital marketing and
creative teams operate.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
* Everyone knows what they are responsible for and what matters most
* Priorities and deadlines are clear and visible
* Leadership can quickly understand where projects stand
* Blockers are identified early instead of becoming last-minute emergencies
* Teams communicate and execute effectively across departments
* Processes continuously improve as the company grows
* The organization becomes more structured without becoming slower or overly corporate
Requirements
3+ years of experience managing marketing projects for a U.S.-based DTC marketing agency or in-house DTC brand.
Experience managing complex, multi-channel projects involving a minimum of $1 million in monthly marketing or advertising budgets.
Hands-on experience with projects across Amazon, TikTok, and Shopify.
Comfortable managing multiple projects, stakeholders, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, paid media, creative, and cross-functional workflows.
Extremely organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and strong at follow-up.
Able to establish ownership, maintain accountability, and ensure deliverables are completed on time while maintaining strong working relationships.
Able to identify inefficiencies and help improve systems, processes, and project workflows.
Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and operating in a fast-moving environment.
Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Notion, or similar project management tools.

About Xenon7
Where elite tech talent meets world-class opportunities! At Xenon7, we work with leading enterprise clients and innovative startups on high-impact projects across Data, AI, Cloud, and Software Engineering. Our expertise in AI solution architecture and specialized technical talent allows us to partner with enterprise leaders on transformative initiatives, driving innovation and business growth.
Job Summary
We are seeking a high-caliber
Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE)
to sit at the intersection of enterprise AI platforms and executive Finance business functions for our Fortune 100 enterprise client. This role bridges advanced AI platform engineering with direct business impact—translating ambiguous financial challenges into working AI applications, deploying them into regulated client environments, and iterating in tight loops to drive measurable ROI.
Rather than building static models or waiting for formal spec sheets, you will operate as a product-minded technical lead. You will prototype user-facing tools in days, deploy agentic and RAG workflows on top of enterprise data stacks (Databricks Genie), and ensure high adoption across FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, and CFO leadership.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End AI Application Prototyping & Delivery
Own the full lifecycle of AI solutions for Finance business units—from initial discovery with CFO stakeholders to production deployment, user adoption, and ROI measurement.
Rapidly prototype vertical applications using Streamlit, Databricks Apps, FastAPI/Flask, or lightweight React interfaces within 1–2 weeks to gather real user feedback.
Handle "last mile" execution: edge cases, data quirks, business rule exceptions, and user training to turn prototypes into sticky enterprise products.
Agentic Systems & LLM Engineering
Build production-grade vertical AI tools leveraging Databricks Genie (Genie Spaces, semantic models).
Construct robust RAG pipelines incorporating advanced chunking, vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Azure AI Search, Cortex Search), retrieval evaluation, grounding, and citation.
Implement LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex) and apply rigorous prompt engineering with hallucination and accuracy evaluation discipline.
Enterprise Data & Regulated Integration
Deploy applications inside heavily regulated enterprise environments, adhering strictly to RBAC, data residency, audit, and compliance constraints (SOX, GxP).
Connect solutions to governed datasets, semantic models, and core enterprise platforms (SAP, Workday, Coupa, ERP) via secure REST APIs.
Instrument all deployed apps with usage metrics, telemetry, and business outcome tracking from day one.
Strategic Stakeholder Advisory & Pattern Extraction
Work directly with senior Finance leadership (CFO office, FP&A, Controllership) to translate ambiguous operational friction into crisp technical roadmaps.
Extract reusable code components, prompt templates, evaluation harnesses, and retrieval patterns into shared enterprise assets for broader deployment.
Requirements
Experience & Mindset
Experience:
5+ years of hands-on software development and full-stack AI application deployment.
Product-Shaped Builder:
Strong bias for action; comfortable shipping rough prototypes in Week 1 over polished spec documents in Week 4.
Ambiguity Tolerance:
Proven ability to navigate vague business problems without predefined specifications.
Stakeholder Communication:
Outstanding ability to interface directly with senior business leaders without requiring intermediary Business Analysts.
Must-Have Technical Stack
Languages & Frameworks:
Python, FastAPI/Flask, SQL, and UI frameworks (Streamlit, Databricks Apps, React).
AI Platforms:
Direct hands-on experience with
Databricks Genie
.
LLM Engineering:
Production experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, vector search engines, and prompt evaluation harnesses.
Cloud & DevOps:
Deep working knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable), modern Git workflows, CI/CD, and basic MLOps awareness (observability, versioning via LangSmith, Datadog, etc.).
Domain Competency (Finance Focus)
Solid foundational understanding of core Finance business processes (FP&A, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, close cycles) and common financial metrics (OPEX, EBITDA, gross margin, working capital).
Nice-to-Haves & Certifications
Prior FDE, Solutions Engineer, or Field Engineer experience at high-growth AI/Data companies (Palantir, Databricks, OpenAI, Anthropic).
Industry background in Life Sciences, Pharma, Healthcare, or CPG enterprise Finance.
Experience with enterprise Finance software (SAP S/4HANA, Veeva, Workday Adaptive, Oracle Financials).
Certifications: Databricks Certified, or Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102).
What This Role Is NOT
Not a pure Data Scientist or ML Researcher:
You will not be training or fine-tuning foundation models from scratch; you are applying existing models to business problems.
Not a non-coding Architect:
This is a 100% hands-on builder role.
Not a pure Backend or MLOps Engineer:
You must be comfortable owning the user-facing interface and direct business interaction.
Location: Madrid, Spain; Lisbon, Portugal; Sofia, Bulgaria; Podgorica, Montenegro; Belgrade, Serbia
CloudLinux builds Linux infrastructure and security products. You will join our Automation & Management Services cell, working closely with Technical Program Manager to solve problems across teams and services: cloud-cost data, infrastructure inventory, network policies and capacity workflows.
Check out our website for more information
https://cloudlinux.com/
We are looking for a
Senior Automation Engineer
to join the Infrastructure team. You will independently own agreed outcomes—from clarifying the need with engineering teams, Finance or Security to delivering and operating a useful system. The work includes new development, improvements, repairs and maintenance. There is no traditional on-call rotation; you respond to alerts from your own systems during working hours.
What you will do
Turn an incomplete brief into an agreed result and workable plan. Track cross-team dependencies, explain tradeoffs, raise blockers early and communicate changes to estimates. Confirm completion with the users.
Build maintainable software and cloud/infrastructure API integrations. Handle credentials, pagination, retries, partial failures and repeated execution so unattended workflows remain safe and reliable.
Transform billing, usage and inventory data into repeatable outputs. Reconcile totals and periods, apply agreed allocation rules and make missing or uncertain mappings visible.
Extend inventory, network-policy and capacity automation using existing systems. Retain necessary human decisions and verify the operational result.
Deliver changes through version-controlled code and CI. Understand live state, test recovery and release safely; diagnose failures across code, Linux, APIs, data and networking.
Own monitoring, actionable alerts, documentation and maintenance. Leave systems another engineer can operate, and use coding agents while remaining responsible for design, code, tests and outcomes.
Requirements
Must have
Senior-level experience, typically 5+ years in software, infrastructure, platform or automation engineering. You can explain your own design decisions, implementation and operational results.
Strong production Python, software design, testing, debugging and API integration skills. You can understand unfamiliar code and improve existing systems.
Hands-on AWS experience and solid Linux/networking fundamentals, including diagnosis across host, service, network and cloud boundaries.
Practical SQL and data validation: joins, units, periods, ownership mappings and reconciliation. You distinguish evidence from assumptions.
Safe infrastructure delivery through IaC and CI: state, drift, idempotency, dependencies and rollback, using tools such as Terraform/OpenTofu and Ansible.
Demonstrated advanced coding-agent workflows for real engineering tasks. You plan and delegate substantial work, supply context, run agents without continuous supervision within defined permissions and stop conditions, and independently explain, debug, test and verify their output.
Autonomous delivery and clear collaboration: investigate problems, obtain decisions, challenge unsafe or unnecessarily complex approaches and follow through. English B2 or higher for technical discussions, written decisions and internal customer communication.
Nice to have
Experience with cloud billing or FinOps tooling (e.g. AWS CUR/FOCUS, Athena), inventory or event-driven integrations (e.g. NetBox or similar), network policies, flow monitoring, identity and access management, capacity tooling, additional cloud platforms, OpenNebula, Kubernetes, Go, or self-service systems.
Our environment includes Python, Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, GitLab CI/CD, Grafana, and related observability tools. Prior experience with every tool or domain is not required. We value the ability to quickly learn unfamiliar technologies, products, and internal business rules.
Benefits
What's in it for you?
A focus on professional development.
Interesting and challenging projects.
Fully remote work with flexible working hours, which allows you to schedule your day and work from any location worldwide.
Paid 24 days of vacation per year, 10 days of national holidays, and unlimited sick leaves.
Compensation for private medical insurance.
Co-working and gym/sports reimbursement.
Budget for education.
The opportunity to receive a reward for the most innovative idea that the company can patent.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.

The Enterprise CSM, Bill Pay & Procurement Specialist, ensures Ramp’s upmarket customers quickly unlock value from our AP Automation and Procurement products.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Technical Consultants are on the frontlines working to establish partnerships with Ramp customers, and act as a liaison between customers and our internal technical teams. You’ll be partnering with Customer Activation & Account Management teams to identify, prioritize and build financial solutions for new and existing customers so that Ramp continues to scale with their needs.
You will act as the technical and financial subject matter expert for our customers, and design solutions that address the customer’s needs through Ramp and partner integrations. You will partner with Post-Sales teams to drive Product, Design and Engineering teams’ roadmaps to evolve Ramp to better serve our customers at scale and offer increasingly higher value to the customers.
You will define the customer’s financial & technical success criteria from onboarding through activation and expansion. You will represent Product, Design and Engineering externally and will operate with deep conviction and understanding of Ramp’s technical capabilities. The role requires technical skills necessary to understand and educate on robust accounting features, and integrate them across all the touchpoints and surface area of a customer.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a technical advisor to customers and Ramp’s internal teams while supporting high-value implementations and expansion opportunities by guiding integration, configuration, and system design
- Partner with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to assess customer requirements and propose scalable solutions; particularly involving ERP, HRIS, and API integrations
- Collaborate with onboarding specialists and implementation leads to support technical workstreams (not run them), ensuring faster time-to-value and customer success
- Work with customers to problem-solve technical hurdles and propose effective product implementations for each customer with a deep understanding of the full range of integration and configuration options
- Participate in technical discovery to understand customer systems and workflows, and recommend best-fit Ramp architecture. This includes when and how to use Ramp’s API
- Be a subject matter expert across our HRIS and Accounting integration partners, partnering with Sales, Product and partners to advocate for integration development in-line with customer needs
- Troubleshoot integration blockers and guide customers through complex configuration decisions without writing code directly
- Contribute to internal documentation and tooling that scales Ramp’s ability to support integration use cases across a growing customer base
- Influence Ramp’s product roadmap by channeling customer pain points and feedback to the Product and Engineering teams
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field
- 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in a SaaS or fintech environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Fusion) and finance/accounting workflows
- Comfort working with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture and being able to explain those concepts to finance and operations stakeholders
- Strong communication skills: able to translate complex technical solutions into business value, guide customers toward scalable approaches, and diplomatically steer conversations when requests are misaligned with best practices or product capabilities
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
- Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills, with a bias toward action and a high level of ownership
- Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments; adaptable and resourceful as we scale Ramp’s upmarket motion
For candidates located in NYC or SF, the pay range for this role is $167,000 - $220,000. For candidates located in all other locations, the pay range for this role is $150,000-$206,000.
