— Proven success achieving or exceeding goals and maintaining strong customer relationships.
— A passion for consultative, solution-oriented selling and helping small businesses succeed.
— Comfortable using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Finance Manager, Sales to join our Finance team. You will be a key partner to Sales and RevOps leadership, helping shape metrics-driven decision making across Sales budget and headcount, commissions, SLG bookings, quota planning, capacity, and productivity. This role will have high cross-functional visibility and will be central to building the financial discipline, operating cadence, and scalable reporting needed to support Vercel’s next stage of growth.
What you'll do
Serve as the trusted Finance partner for the CRO by delivering actionable insights through forecasting, scenario analysis, business reviews, and resource allocation recommendations
Own Sales budget and headcount planning, including bottoms-up workforce models that connect hiring plans, ramp timing, productivity assumptions, commissions, and compensation costs to bookings and revenue goals
Support SLG bookings and quota planning by partnering with Sales and RevOps on quota capacity, ramp, attainment, coverage, territory design inputs, and productivity assumptions
Support commissions planning, forecasting, and reporting in partnership with Accounting, RevOps, and Sales leadership, including commission expense, accruals, plan changes, and performance insights
Lead Sales BvA reviews and operating cadences, translating financial results into clear variance narratives, risks, opportunities, and recommendations
Improve Sales Finance reporting and tooling by building scalable dashboards, templates, and processes that reduce manual work, improve forecast accuracy, and surface key risks earlier
What you need
Commercially sharp and analytically rigorous
– You understand how Sales and RevOps teams operate and can connect SLG bookings, quota planning, pipeline, capacity, attainment, productivity, commissions, headcount, and spend to the company’s financial plan.
Anti-bureaucracy, pro-speed
– You streamline workflows, remove drag, and make decisions with clarity. You believe a 3-bullet Slack post with a clear recommendation is better than a 20-slide deck.
Tech-forward operator
– You go beyond Excel. You use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to automate, clean, and generate insights. You treat Finance like a product—always shipping improvements.
Detail-obsessed
– You know that a single error in quota capacity, ramp timing, commission logic, or start dates can swing the forecast by millions. You sweat the details so the CFO and Sales leaders don’t have to.
Strong cross-functional partner
– You can build trust with Sales leadership while maintaining financial discipline, communicating tradeoffs clearly, and driving decisions with data.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.

— оплата 100–250 тысяч рублей на руки фиксированная часть + KPI + процент от продаж;

— график 5/2, с 9:00 до 18:00.
What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 5M endpoints and 11M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
What You'll Do:
In this role, you will turn targeted outreach into qualified conversations with security and IT decision-makers. You will build trust with internal IT teams and channel partners by asking clear questions, following up honestly, and learning what matters to each prospect.
You will bring Warrior Spirit to a quota-driven role by staying resilient through changing priorities and the daily work of building pipeline. You will Give a $h*t about the details that move opportunities forward, from thoughtful outreach and timely follow-up to accurate CRM data and a clear understanding of how Huntress helps customers and partners stay protected.
Responsibilities:
Prospect internal IT departments with 50 to 3,000 employees through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Establish trust and rapport with channel partners through phone, email, and LinkedIn while learning about their solutions, team composition, territories, and ideal customer profile.
Work collaboratively with the team to create outbound prospecting strategies for channel partners and mid-market internal IT departments.
Develop and manage contact and opportunity pipelines, ensuring timely follow-up on both.
Work closely with the Account Executive team to set demos, assist with closing deals, and build a passionate understanding of Huntress products, our human-led SOC, monthly educational webinars, and competitor offerings.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas while maintaining accurate prospect and opportunity data in Salesforce and documenting all interactions.
Explore practical AI tools to support prospect research, outreach preparation, account prioritization, and follow-up while applying sound judgment to the work.
What You Bring to the Team:
You have 1+ year of outbound calling experience, preferably in cybersecurity, technology, or SaaS solutions, with a proven track record of success.
You have knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, including endpoint security.
You communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal conversations.
You can work independently and stay organized in a remote environment.
You have experience using Salesforce and sales engagement tools such as LinkedIn, Outreach, and Sales Navigator.
Familiarity with the VAR and reseller community is a bonus.
You are excited to explore AI and use it to work faster and smarter, with good judgment about when and how to apply it.
What We Offer:
100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
12 weeks of paid parental leave
Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
Life and Disability insurance plans
Stock options for all full-time employees
One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
$75 USD/month digital reimbursement
Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth

We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, genetic information, marital status, or any other legally protected status.

Summary
We're a growing B2B SaaS company. We want an operator to build a team of high performers, especially in sales and marketing. This is not a traditional HR role.
PLEASE DON'T APPLY IF:
You haven't hired sales or marketing people at a B2B SaaS company.
Your main work has been policies, benefits, compliance or HR administration.
You wait for problems to come to you.
You've never personally run the exit of an underperformer.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Performance. Set clear, measurable standards for every role. Spot underperformers early, coach them fast, and exit them within 60–90 days if they don't improve. You will run and deliver terminations yourself, with the CEO signing off.
Hiring. Build a hiring engine for account executives, SDRs, marketers and their leaders. You'll track time-to-hire, ramp time and quota attainment.
Culture. Build a culture where top performers are rewarded publicly and everyone knows the bar.
Managers. Hold managers accountable for their teams, and back them when they make tough calls.
Initiative. Bring problems and fixes to the CEO before you're asked.
Requirements
YOU ARE
An operator first, with a background in sales, RevOps, recruiting or ops leadership at B2B SaaS companies.
Someone who talks in revenue per employee, quota attainment and regretted attrition, not "engagement."
High energy, fast-moving, and willing to push back on the CEO.
Available 15–25 hours a week, US-based, and open to going full-time.
HOW IT WORKS
Paid 30-day trial. We'll judge you by what you ship: scorecards, a sales hiring scorecard and a performance review cadence.
We'll convert to a longer engagement based on results.

About Flosum
Flosum builds a Salesforce native DevOps and release management platform. Enterprise teams use us to manage deployments, data migration, backup and compliance entirely inside Salesforce, without moving metadata or data outside the platform. We work with large, often highly regulated organisations that hold Salesforce to a serious standard.
We are scaling our commercial organisation across the US and Europe, and we are bringing on a group of independent recruiters to help us do it.
How you will work with us
You will meet with our CEO at least twice a week
You will join a weekly staff meeting where you can raise questions directly and get answers in the room
You will be briefed on what to look for, what to avoid, and where not to source from, rather than being handed a requisition and left alone
Performance is visible weekly. If placements are not working out, you will see that early and so will we
What you would do
Source and build pipeline for assigned sales, account management and marketing roles
Screen candidates against our criteria and present a qualified shortlist
Manage candidate communication and scheduling through to offer
Give us direct market feedback on compensation and availability in your region
Keep candidate records current in Workable
Requirements
What we are looking for
You recruit sales roles as your primary specialism. Marketing recruiting experience alongside it is valuable, but most of this work is sales
Capacity to commit 30+ hours per week on a consulting or contracting basis
An active candidate network in the United States or Europe
Comfortable working at pace. We move quickly on decisions and expect the same
We prefer to engage individual recruiters rather than agencies
Helpful, not required
Experience recruiting into the Salesforce ecosystem: ISVs, AppExchange partners or Salesforce consultancies
Familiarity with DevOps, release management or developer tooling as a category
Experience hiring across both US and European markets in a single engagement

If you want real ownership over a region, a product that's solving a problem developers care deeply about, and the opportunity to work in a high-impact environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do:
- Own regional sales strategy: territory planning, pipeline health, deal execution across new and existing accounts
- Hire, develop, and retain high-performing AEs and build the kind of culture where great people want to stay
- Run reliable operating cadence: forecasting, pipeline inspection, deal reviews, and field execution
- Translate what you're hearing in the field (from buyers, partners, deals won, deals lost) into concrete input on product, pricing, and packaging
- Partner with Marketing, Sales Development, Deployed Engineers, Sales Operations, and Legal to run coordinated go-to-market motions
- Work with field marketing on in-person activities: executive dinners, regional events, on-site meetings that move deals forward and deepen relationships
- Build relationships with technical buyers (engineering leads, AI/ML teams, platform teams, CPOs, CTOs) as well as economic buyers (VPs, C-suite)
- Spot market opportunities early and move on them immediately.
HOW TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
- 5+ years of full cycle quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, with at least 1 year managing a team
- Consistent track record selling into the corporate, commercial, SMB, Mid-market, and Small-Enterprise segment.
- Comfortable selling into technical audiences — you don't need to write code, but you need to understand what developers care about and earn their trust
- Experience selling platforms, professional services, and broader organizational transformations, including work with SIs
- Clear, direct communicator. Equally effective with a technical buyers and executives.
