1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As a Staff Security Engineer on Security Incident Response, you'll serve as a senior technical leader and builder for the team, helping shape both how we respond to incidents today and how our response capabilities evolve over time. This role is about advancing what the team is capable of, not just responding when something breaks. You'll design and build the AI-assisted systems that extend the team's reach, lead the response to the most complex incidents, and own programs that make the organization more prepared over time, from tabletop exercises and gamedays to the continued advancement of threat hunting and insider risk capabilities.
You bring engineering depth, sound incident judgment, and the ability to plan, and deliver complex work against a longer-term maturity roadmap not just execute against a queue.
This is a senior individual contributor role with organization-wide impact on how 1Password investigates, contains, and learns from security incidents.
This role reports to the Manager, Security Incident Response.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- Significant experience leading complex, high-severity security incidents across multiple environments, including serving as an incident commander or equivalent technical lead.
- Experience designing and building AI-assisted or agentic automation for security operations (triage, investigation, containment), with sound judgment about where automation should and shouldn't hold decision authority.
- Strong software engineering skills, and experience building production tooling, automation, or systems rather than only operating existing security platforms.
- Experience owning a security program or capability roadmap end to end, including planning, sequencing, and delivering multi-quarter work.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native, SaaS, and identity-driven attack techniques and response approaches.
- Experience designing and running tabletop exercises, gamedays, or comparable readiness programs and translating findings into improvements..
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to represent technical tradeoffs to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring engineers or otherwise raising the technical and investigative capabilities of a team.
How you'll work:
- You look for opportunities to build systems that scale the team's capabilities rather than relying on repeated manual effort, and you're interested in thoughtfully applying AI and automation where they can improve security outcomes.
- An experienced incident commander who brings structure to complex incidents, makes sound decisions with incomplete information, and helps teams move forward during high-pressure situations.
- You're comfortable taking ownership of a capability from strategy through execution, including defining priorities, sequencing work, navigating dependencies, and delivering against a longer-term roadmap.
- You can operate as a technical partner to leaders and cross-functional teams, independently representing technical priorities, risks, and tradeoffs.
- You value continuous improvement and contribute to an environment where teams can examine incidents, decisions, and failures openly and turn what they learn into stronger systems and practices.
What you can expect:
- Serve as incident manager and technical escalation point for complex, high-severity events, bringing structure, sound judgement, and clear decision-making under pressure.
- Design and build AI-assisted and automated systems that improve how quickly and consistently the team can triage, investigate, and contain incidents.
- Establish appropriate safety controls, approval gates, auditability, and rollback mechanisms for automated and AI-assisted actions, ensuring high-impact decisions remain appropriately human-controlled.
- Own the team's readiness programs, including tabletop exercises and incident gamedays, from scenario design and execution through debriefing and translating finishes into concrete (or measurable) improvements
- Advance the team’s threat hunting and insider risk capabilities by identifying opportunities, defining priorities, and delivering roadmap work that improves investigative depth and coverage
- Plan, sequence, and deliver multi-quarter initiatives that mature the team's capabilities, bringing project management discipline to work that doesn't fit neatly into a sprint.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to other engineers, strengthening engineering rigor and investigative judgement across the team.
- Partner with Security Operations, Product Security, and Engineering teams to close gaps surfaced through investigations, hunting, and simulations.
- Foster psychological safety and blameless learning across incident retrospectives, gamedays, and tabletop debriefs.
- Extend strong incident response practices beyond the immediate team by building reusable systems, tooling, and operating patterns that strengthen response capabilities across areas such as PSIRT, Privacy, and Engineering.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition on YouTube, ChatGPT, X, Rideshare, and Reddit, and to find new incremental channels. You'll take early experiments and turn them into measurable programs and build the operating model that makes successful channels part of Ramp's evergreen performance marketing mix.
This is a high-autonomy role. You will evaluate channel opportunities, design tests, launch campaigns, and analyze full-funnel performance. You'll work with Growth, Creative, Data, Finance, and other cross-functional partners to move quickly while maintaining a high bar for measurement & efficiency.
You’ll use AI as a practical part of the job: building systems that speed up research, campaign creation, performance analysis, and day-to-day channel operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own performance on YouTube, ChatGPT, X, Rideshare, and Reddit. Understand how conversion events, value signals, and lookalike audiences work at a technical level and use that to make channels more efficient over time.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new performance marketing channels and acquisition opportunities.
- Build the path from experiment to evergreen program: prove incremental SQLs and pipeline impact, hit LTV-to-CAC efficiency targets, and document a repeatable operating playbook.
- Own channels as they mature. Decide when a program stays with you and when it transitions to a dedicated owner so you can keep finding new ones.
- Analyze performance across the full funnel. Turn incomplete or noisy data into a clear call on what to scale, improve, pause, or stop.
- Partner with data and engineering to improve tracking, attribution, and reporting, and with Creative on messaging, format, and ad concepts across surfaces, audiences, and channels.
- Build AI agents, workflows, and tools that help the team test more ideas and operationalize channels faster.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3+ years in a performance / quantitative marketing, growth, or comparable decision-science role, where you’ve owned numbers and shaped meaningful outcomes.
- Strong analytical judgment. You can define success metrics, diagnose and isolate performance issues, and make decisions with imperfect information.
- You enjoy designing experiments and translating results into a clear call on what to fund, scale, or kill.
- You've built AI workflows, automations, or agents to improve marketing execution and you have good judgment about where AI accelerates the work and where human review is necessary.
- You move projects from ambiguity to a clear outcome with limited direction and you're detail-oriented in campaign setup, tracking, and measurement.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- B2B experience.
- Experience bringing an experimental channel into a scaled program.
- Familiarity with attribution, incrementality testing, randomized controlled tests (RCTs), MMM, and marketing measurement.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)

- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $700M in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
In 365 days we shipped 305 releases — roughly five years of work at most companies. New models, features and workflows land every week, and each one has to be explained to millions of users in a way that makes them understand it, want to try it, and remember it.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Everyone at Higgsfield is an A-player. We're looking for teammates who bring:
- High IQ, energy, and agency.
- Extreme autonomy and ownership.
- The ability to move fast, experiment constantly, and learn even faster.
- Resilience under pressure and readiness for an always-on environment.
- A balance of data-driven judgment and creative intuition.
- The drive to raise the standard for the entire team, not just yourself.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
FOOD & DAILY COMFORT
- Own everything the team eats: daily lunches, breakfasts, snacks, coffee, drinks. Choose vendors, place orders, manage delivery timing, and make sure food arrives hot and on schedule — every day, without reminders.
- Handle dietary needs and preferences, collect feedback, and rotate the menu so people actually look forward to lunch.
- Keep the kitchen and snack stock full at all times. Nobody should ever find an empty coffee machine or an empty fridge.
- Track food spend, compare vendors, and negotiate better terms as the team grows.
OFFICE MANAGEMENT
- Keep the office running end to end: cleaning, supplies, water, repairs, furniture, plants, lighting, temperature — all of it.
- Be the main point of contact for landlords, cleaning services, delivery couriers, repair crews, and other vendors. Escalate fast, follow up until things are actually resolved.
- Set up and improve workspaces: desks, meeting rooms, quiet areas, lounge zones. Make the space something people choose to be in.
- Run the logistics of team events, all-hands, and guest visits — space, food, setup, teardown.
SYSTEMS & IMPROVEMENT
- Build simple systems that make all of this repeatable: inventory trackers, vendor lists, order schedules, onboarding checklists.
- Spot recurring annoyances and eliminate them permanently instead of solving them one by one.
- Keep documents, invoices, and receipts from vendors organized and handed off to finance on time.
YOUR MUST-HAVES
- 1+ years as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or Coordinator (flexible for high-potential candidates).
- Strong organizational skills and real attention to detail — you notice the empty water cooler before anyone mentions it.
- Ability to juggle many small tasks at once and react quickly when something breaks.
- Initiative to improve and systematize processes rather than firefight forever.
- Excellent communication skills for working with vendors, couriers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, Google Calendar, and Slack.
- Fluent English.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience in startups or high-growth environments.
- Hands-on experience with laptop setup, IT inventory, or basic hardware troubleshooting.
- An existing network of reliable vendors — catering, cleaning, repairs, equipment.
- Interest in growing into Project Management, Workplace Operations, or IT Operations.
The deal
- Competitive salary in USD, reviewed as you grow;
- On-site role in our Almaty office;
- Access to Higgsfield products and the AI tools we use internally;
- Breakfast, lunch and good coffee on us;
- Full-time position with high ownership.
Location: New York, NY
Workplace: Hybrid
We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to candidates based near our NYC office or those willing to relocate.
We're looking for a Workplace Lead to own Runway's offices: where they are, how they get built and how they feel to work in.
Today that means New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, & Tel Aviv. Over the next few years it means more room in those cities and new locations elsewhere. You'll handle the real estate and the buildouts, what it costs to run each site, and the events and visits that happen in these rooms. You'll work with cross functional partners including People and Finance on how much space we need and when, and with IT and Security on what it takes to make a site usable.
Expect to be close to the work itself, not only the strategy behind it. Things are always moving quickly at Runway, so this role calls for exceptional organization and the judgment to know what needs a plan and what just needs doing.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Handle the daily operation of each office: cleaning, repairs, food, supplies, access control, and health and safety
- Own the workplace budget and the reporting behind it, from rent and capex through daily operating spend
- Run Runway's onsite programming, including all-hands, offsites, team events, screenings and visits from partners and press
- Decide how much space Runway needs in each city and by when, working from hiring forecasts with People and Finance
- Take new offices from shortlist to signed lease, working with brokers, Legal and Finance on terms
- Manage design, construction and furniture projects to move-in dates that hold
- Work with IT and Security on network, AV and physical access ahead of each opening
- Set up local vendors, services and compliance in markets where Runway hasn't operated before
- Travel occasionally to Runway's other offices, usually around an opening or a large onsite event
- Decide what good looks like for a Runway office, then keep checking each one against it, from the perspective of both the people working there and the people visiting
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 7+ years in corporate real estate, facilities or workplace operations
- Deep project management experience across construction schedules, permitting and short-notice logistics
- Hands-on lease and vendor contract experience, and a budget you personally signed off on
- Cross-functional experience with teams such as Finance, People, IT and Security
- At least one office you took from first site visit through opening day
- International real estate, employment or compliance experience is a plus
- Comfort writing the process docs, service standards and vendor scorecards a workplace function depends on
- Accountability for offices you don't sit in every day
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. We're open to candidates based anywhere in the AMER or EMEA regions.
Role Summary
We are hiring a content marketing lead to set the company-wide direction for Oyster’s editorial narrative: the category story we tell about the future of work, the arguments our executives make in public, and the original research that HR, Finance, and Legal leaders cite when making decisions.
You will operate as an AI-first functional lead rather than a traditional editorial manager. There are no direct reports, deliberately. Your leverage will come from the AI systems and governance you design—research agents, brand-voice models, fact-checking, source verification, repurposing, and evaluation—plus the senior stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, and subject-matter experts you mobilize.
We are looking for the person who wants to find out how much editorial ambition one exceptional operator with a well-built AI stack can carry, and who will set the standard for what an AI-native content function looks like. The scope is unusual for a single role: a live audience across our library, newsletter, and podcast; a leadership team that publishes and speaks; proprietary employment data from 180+ countries; and the mandate to build this function the way it should be built, not the way it has always been done.
Key Responsibilities
Own the narrative
- Define Oyster’s long-term editorial and category strategy across Marketing, executive leadership, Product, People, Legal, and customer-facing teams.
- Resolve high-stakes narrative trade-offs and establish the positions, evidence standards, and language Oyster uses consistently across business areas.
- Own a multi-year editorial roadmap and a focused portfolio of flagship research and thought-leadership bets linked to company strategy.
- Act as the final quality bar for voice, accuracy, evidence, and taste across human- and AI-produced content.
Build company-wide AI content mechanisms
- Architect and govern reusable systems for research, brand voice, fact-checking, source verification, repurposing, evaluation, and reporting.
- Define risk-based rules for where AI leads, where humans lead, and where specialist or executive approval is mandatory.
- Establish mechanisms and standards adopted across Marketing and relevant partner teams, not only within the content workflow.
- Measure leverage through throughput, cycle time, cost, adoption, quality, and business impact; evolve the system each quarter.
Lead thought leadership and executive voice
- Set the operating model for executive publishing and advise leaders on the arguments Oyster should make publicly.
- Turn proprietary employment, salary, and hiring data into a durable original-research programme that shapes external conversation.
- Mobilize newsletter, podcast, events, PR, analyst relations, Product Marketing, partner/customer storytelling, and social around shared narratives.
Own business impact
- Connect editorial and narrative decisions to company growth, customer trust, target-account engagement, earned influence, and pipeline.
- Build reporting that enables executives and teams to make better portfolio and investment decisions.
- Identify emerging market shifts early and recommend company responses before they become obvious.
Mobilize the extended organization
- Set direction for senior stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, specialists, and subject-matter experts without relying on formal authority.
- Create decision rights, operating rhythms, and shared standards that enable multiple teams to execute consistently.
- Define the long-term roadmap and future organizational shape of the capability, including what remains expert-led, becomes a system, or requires hiring.
Core Requirements
- 8+ years in content, editorial, or brand journalism, including senior ownership of a brand narrative or thought leadership programme at a B2B technology company.
- Evidence of setting a company or category narrative that changed decisions, earned external authority, and was adopted across teams.
- A portfolio of work that earned attention on merit through citations, quotations, debate, or organic sharing.
- A demonstrated AI-first practice beyond drafting, including agents, custom workflows, evaluation, QA, governance, and adoption by others.
- Exceptional English-language editorial judgment, writing, editing, sourcing, and voice control.
- Ability to turn proprietary data and complex research into clear, defensible arguments with business relevance.
- Experience making high-leverage trade-offs and setting direction across executives and multiple functions without formal authority.
- Proven ability to build scalable mechanisms, operating standards, and roadmaps that enable others to deliver consistently.
- Genuine motivation to operate as a high-autonomy IC with no direct reports and company-critical scope.
Bonus
- Domain background in HR tech, global employment, future of work, fintech, or another compliance-heavy category.
- Experience with AI search visibility — optimising for how assistants retrieve, summarise, and cite sources.
- Multimedia range: video, podcast, or design fluency.
- Experience standing up an in-house newsroom or an original research programme.
- You have worked or lived across multiple markets, or speak more than one language.
This might not be right for you if...
- You want a people-management role now rather than a high-autonomy IC remit.
- Your AI experience is primarily prompting for drafts rather than building and evaluating systems.
- You prefer high-volume production to a small portfolio of high-conviction work.
- You are uncomfortable challenging vague, unsourced, or off-voice work—including work from senior stakeholders.
- You need a tightly defined execution plan rather than shaping a function under ambiguity.
You'll also need
- A reliable home internet connection and fluency in both written and spoken English
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER AT OYSTER

We’re seeking an Intermediate Developer with a full-stack or backend-focused background to join our Enterprise Tenants and Policies team,
This team focuses on the B2B side of our Enterprise Password Manager. We build features that help large organizations manage 1Password at scale. Our team focuses on multi-tenancy and linked accounts, policies that give businesses control over how 1Password operates across their organizations, and intuitive admin experiences for managing groups, teams, and other configurations. As we continue moving from a monolithic application toward a microservice architecture, you’ll help evolve our policy services and build enterprise features that work across multiple services and codebases.
- You have 2+ years of experience in software development
- Experience with a modern backend language (e.g. Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python)
- A drive for and proven experience in software development best practices and coding standards
- You enjoy solving moderately complex problems and have demonstrated an ability to propose effective solutions
- You enjoy communicating and collaborating, with experience working effectively across teams and explaining technical concepts to non-technical cross-functional partners
- You’re passionate about testing methodologies and debugging techniques that ensure high-quality code
- You’re comfortable working across multiple services and collaborating with other teams to deliver complete, impactful solutions
Bonus points for:
- Experience with DevOps practices while also contributing to application development
- Experience working with Kubernetes and infrastructure configuration
- Experience working with microservices or distributed systems
- Experience building frontends with TypeScript and React
- Exposure to security, enterprise, or admin-focused products
What you can expect:
- Code, test, debug, deliver, and maintain production software systems for new and existing enterprise features
- Build features that support multi-tenancy, linked accounts, policy management, and the admin console experience
- Contribute to the team’s transition from a monolithic application toward a microservice architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the development cycle to ensure smooth releases
- Coordinate with partner teams working in areas such as authentication and authorization, insights, and managed service providers
- Work with your teammates and project manager to communicate technical requirements to stakeholders and solve technical problems in a scalable and realistic way
- Contribute to design and architecture documents, helping ensure solutions are thoughtfully planned and deliver their intended impact
- Mentor junior and new team members by helping them understand team expectations, providing technical guidance, sharing knowledge, and engaging in pair programming sessions
- Participate in planning by identifying major tasks and breaking down, estimating, and planning work
- Write comprehensive tests during various stages of the development cycle, ensuring code functions as expected
- Review code for others to maintain high code quality, share knowledge within the team, and support a safe environment for giving and receiving feedback
- Generate and review documentation on code and development processes to ensure scalability
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and development best practices
- Be available for on-call rotational work to ensure uninterrupted support and resolve emergencies

Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. At Aleph, we're committed to ensuring that all of our customers' and partners' data is protected and that our work complies with data protection legislation across the markets we operate in — including as AI regulation reshapes that landscape. We're looking for an experienced AI Tech and Data Privacy Associate Manager (or Manager, depending on experience), to join our global team and help manage sensitive information, support contract preparation, carry out data protection assessments, and advise on the growing intersection of AI governance and privacy compliance across our global footprint.
What You Will Do
Advise on and support the practical implementation of legal requirements across all AI risk categories (e.g., under the EU AI Act — prohibited, high-risk, limited-risk, and minimal-risk systems), including risk classification, compliance obligations, and coordination with product and tech teams.
Monitor emerging AI regulations more broadly and advise on their intersection with data protection across our markets.
Advise the business on responsible AI governance and internal AI use policies.
Advise, coordinate, and support colleagues across the business on data protection and privacy compliance issues, including in non-EU markets.
Collaborate on internal audits at Aleph Group level in the field of data protection.
Help prepare reports, presentations, and educational materials on data protection, privacy, and AI compliance topics.
Participate in data protection, privacy, and AI-related legal projects.
Promote a strong culture of data protection and responsible AI compliance across Aleph.
Support AI-related technology projects, including API integrations with third-party AI providers, ensuring data protection, IP, and contractual compliance throughout implementation.
Negotiate and draft agreements related to AI/technology procurement (vendor contracts, API and data-sharing agreements, licensing terms), including IP protection, ownership, and indemnification provisions.
Coordinate with product, tech, and other teams to assess IP, confidentiality, and data protection risks before onboarding new AI tools or vendors.
Organize and maintain data protection records and related documentation at a global level.
Support the preparation of contracts with business partners and other legal documents (for example, internal policies) in the field of data protection and GDPR compliance.
Carry out Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) together with the wider team.
Take on other ad hoc legal and compliance-related tasks as needed.
What We Are Looking For
A degree in Law.
Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in data privacy and compliance, with a strong focus on GDPR — this is not an entry-level role.
Solid expertise in data privacy laws and practices, including a deep understanding of GDPR.
Hands-on experience completing legal/compliance requirements for the implementation of AI systems across all risk categories (e.g., under the EU AI Act), including but not limited to high-risk systems — this is a requirement, not just a plus.
Working knowledge of AI-related legal and regulatory frameworks more broadly.
Demonstrated ability to research and apply data privacy requirements in non-EU markets (LATAM, APAC, and/or MEA), given our global operating footprint.
Proficient English communication skills, written and verbal — this is a must.
A tech-oriented mindset, genuine curiosity about how AI and emerging technologies intersect with privacy law, and strong motivation to continuously learn new legal frameworks and compliance tools.
Experience working in a global or regional setting, with the ability to operate confidently outside a single-market (EU-only) focus.
Practical experience negotiating and drafting technology/AI related agreements (vendor contracts, API and data-sharing agreements, licensing terms), including IP protection, ownership, and indemnification provisions.

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
Why Join Aleph
Shape data protection and AI governance practice at scale: your work will directly protect the trust of Aleph's customers and partners across a global footprint spanning Europe, LATAM, APAC and MEA.
Apply AI compliance expertise at scale: you'll drive real implementation work across the full spectrum of AI risk categories as regulation matures, not just policy-watching.
Build deep expertise fast: exposure to DPIAs, cross-border data transfers, AI risk assessments, and multi-jurisdictional privacy frameworks gives you a faster path to becoming a recognized privacy expert than most single-market roles.
Join a growing, collaborative legal team based in Warsaw that values mentorship and hands-on learning over hierarchy.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. The minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 37,000, with the final level (Associate Manager or Manager) and offer reflecting your experience, skills, and scope of the role.
In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. We are energized by our ever-changing industry, our curiosity keeps us learning and seeking out new opportunities.

You'll Thrive Here If You...
