ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The next chapter of Ramp's growth runs straight through the customers we already have: 80,000+ finance teams who adopted us for one thing and haven't yet seen what the rest of the platform can do for them. Account Management owns that opportunity - and this role owns the team building the motion to capture it.
You'll lead a group of 5-8 Account Managers, each carrying a book of ~300 Mid-Market customers with real latitude over how they grow it. This is a build role, not a maintain role: the playbooks, coaching systems, and performance bar you set are the ones this team runs on next year. Your ceiling is set by how well you turn individual AM judgment into a repeatable, scalable motion that grows the segment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and run a high-performing team of 5-8 Account Managers - setting the bar for culture, morale, and daily execution.
- Get embedded in the relationships that matter. Engage directly with key customers and top accounts alongside your team, especially where trust is being built or repaired.
- Own the number. Manage quota performance and pipeline generation across your team to hit spend activation, product activation, retention, and expansion goals.
- Forecast and report team performance to senior leadership with clear-eyed visibility into what's working and what isn't.
- Hire and develop the next generation of AMs - training on product, buyer personas, competition, and tooling through role-plays, game film, and real deal work.
- Coach relentlessly. Run daily 1:1s, dissect call feedback, lead enablement sessions, and build career paths for every rep on your team.
- Turn what works into a system. Continuously refine team processes and tooling to improve output and efficiency as the segment scales.
- Represent Account Management cross-functionally, partnering with Sales, CX, CSM, Risk, and Product to remove blockers and drive outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Minimum 3 years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience as an individual contributor, with a proven, consistent track record of exceeding goals (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years building and leading account management or sales teams, with a track record of exceeding goal (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Prior success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS or AI companies
- A genuine passion for hiring, with a thoughtful approach to team planning and development
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value to customers, including executive leaders
- Strong track record negotiating, structuring, and executing complex agreements
- Proficiency with data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, Excel) and a bias toward using data to drive decisions
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, backed by excellent communication and presentation ability
- High agency and adaptability - no two days are the same, and the only constant is change
- A desire and willingness to jump headfirst into complex, challenging problems for the good of the business.

LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
About the Position
Niger submitted a request to Gavi for support in optimizing Cold Chain Equipment (CCEOP). This submission includes a renewal and equipment allocation plan at the operational level over five years, from 2017 to 2021.
With UNICEF’s support, Niger updated the inventory of cold chain equipment in May 2017. The update revealed gaps in geographic coverage, storage capacity, and conservation capacity both at district levels and service delivery points, including Integrated Health Centers (CSI) and health posts (HP). The platform will enable the country to improve its supply chain and cold chain by increasing coverage with certified refrigerators and contribute to efforts to strengthen vaccination coverage and equity.
The Directorate of Immunization (DI) is responsible for implementing the Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) across its five components. DI must guarantee the supply and quality of vaccines up to the last mile of the supply chain, to ensure continuity of vaccination services. Vaccines are biological products requiring the availability and functionality of cold chain equipment (CCE) to ensure their effectiveness. Niger has adopted a policy promoting the use of new technologies, including solar-powered refrigerators, refrigerators with cooling jackets, and freezers for which this CCEOP support request was submitted to Gavi in October 2016.
The updated inventory documented that at the service delivery level, 3,767 structures were recorded, including 1,361 Integrated Health Centers (CSI) and 2,409 other service delivery structures (health posts, clinics, and hospitals) that provide vaccination services. Among these structures, 2,491 (66%) have equipment, including 1,322 CSIs (35%) and 1,169 other structures (31%). Furthermore, a total of 1,279 structures (34%) has no cold chain equipment (refrigerator), including 39 CSIs (1%) and 1,240 other structures (33%).
Of the total 4,046 cold chain equipment units:
2,899 (72%) are solar refrigerators,
950 (23%) are electric
197 (5%) are gas-powered.
Among these, 279 units (7%) must be discarded due to obsolescence or irreparable complex failures.
In implementing this project, UNICEF plays an important role in managing procurement, from ordering to installation of equipment at districts and CSIs. UNICEF, through its supply center, handles procurement and has contracted two manufacturers (represented in Niger by two service providers), to implement the equipment operational deployment plan submitted by DI.
To support this effort, the U.S. State Department, through the LEAP project, is providing the Directorate of Immunization with a National Technical Assistant (TA) to help implement the CCEOP2 operational deployment plan, oversee installation and user training, support GEV preparation, and monitor vaccine management for a period of at least one year. The Advisor will support the Immunization Directorate in carrying out life-saving humanitarian assistance (LHA) service delivery in full alignment with the new Presidential Executive Order (EO) directives.

About the Role
The next chapter of Ramp's growth runs straight through the customers we already have: 70,000+ finance teams who adopted us for one thing and haven't yet seen what the rest of the platform can do for them. That is the largest untapped growth opportunity in the company, and Account Management owns it.
This is a build role, not a maintain role. You'll carry a book of high-value customers and real latitude over how you grow it. This means deciding which plays to run, which executives to get in front of, which products to lead with. Your ceiling is set by your judgment, operating rigor and urgency. Ramp’s expansion motion is a critical part of our long-term strategy and success, and this role represents an opportunity to help define what that looks like at a world-class business.
What You’ll Do
- Own growth across a portfolio of 300+ high-value customers - retention, adoption, expansion, and net-new spend on the platform.
- Build real relationships with the finance leaders who make the decisions, and connect what they're trying to accomplish to what Ramp can actually do for them.
- Generate your own expansion pipeline. The best AMs here don't wait for a buying signal - they create the reason for the next conversation.
- Lead Executive Business Reviews that change how a customer thinks about Ramp: from one vendor in the stack to the system their finance function runs on.
- Launch new products into your book. Ramp ships relentlessly, and every launch is a reason to open a conversation you couldn't have had last quarter.
- Quarterback outcomes across implementation, product, engineering, and CX - on new deals and on escalations, where trust is either earned or lost.
- Set the standard. Account Management is still being built here. The playbooks you write and execute are the ones this team runs next year, and that level of ownership translates into more opportunities in the business.
What You Need
- Minimum 3 years of “hunter” sales experience; either new sale, or hunting within an existing book
- Ability to anticipate customers’ needs to identify growth opportunities across various types of accounts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
- Organizational, project management, and time management skills
- Fluency in AI sales tooling
- Ability to self-correct based on core KPIs and innate understanding of performance
- High agency and adaptability - no two days are the same, and the only constant is change

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Experience with financial services sales
- Experience at a high-growth startup
- Expertise in using Salesforce, Outreach, or other productivity tools

About the Position
As part of the implementation of the MOU between the Government of Niger and the Government of the United States, specialized technical assistance is envisioned to support the strengthening of the health system, particularly through the Health Information System and digital health.
The Directorate of e-Health plays a central role in coordinating, providing technical guidance, harmonizing, documenting, securing, and monitoring digital initiatives in the health sector. It must ensure that digital platforms and solutions are coherent, interoperable, secure, sustainable, and aligned with national priorities.
The Ministry currently has several platforms and business systems used for data collection, reporting, analysis, and utilization. However, significant challenges remain including fragmentation of solutions, insufficient documentation, interoperability needs, variable data quality, difficulties in user support, insufficient ongoing training, and the need to strengthen data sovereignty and protection.
The recruitment of an Advisor in HIS and Digital Health will strengthen the operational capacities of the Directorate of e-Health, providing cross-cutting support to technical directorates and programs, particularly for needs related to maternal and child health and malaria, without replacing the structures responsible for the programs.
The Advisor will support the e-Health Directorate in carrying out life-saving humanitarian assistance (LHA) service delivery in full alignment with the new Presidential Executive Order (EO) directives.
Responsibilities
Support the Directorate of e-Health in coordinating digital initiatives, preparing technical meetings, notes, reports, presentations, and monitoring documents.
Support the implementation of the e-Health master plan, roadmaps, action plans, annual priorities, and partner-supported activities.
Support the technical and functional monitoring of priority platforms such as DHIS2, eCHIS/CommCare, OpenClinic, mSupply/eLMIS, STELab, dashboards, and other solutions adopted by the Ministry.
Contribute to the mapping of data flows, indicators, and organizational units, the documentation of workflows, and the progressive application of interoperability standards.
Support the improvement of data quality, analysis, visualization, and use for decision-making, particularly in the areas of maternal health, child health, and malaria.
Contribute to addressing requirements related to data protection, cybersecurity, classification of digital interventions, service continuity, and digital sovereignty.
Support the establishment of sustainable mechanisms for training, e-learning, helpdesk services, knowledge base, user documentation, and skills transfer.
Produce and maintain guides, procedures, terms of reference, technical notes, reports, training materials, and knowledge capitalization documents.
Expected Results
The Directorate of e-Health has close, structured, results-oriented technical support.
Digital initiatives are better coordinated, better documented, and better aligned with the master plan.
Priority platforms, data, and interoperability workflows are better monitored.
Security, data protection, and digital sovereignty requirements are better addressed.
The capacities of national teams and users are sustainably strengthened.
Improved HIS for maternal and child health and malaria.
Expected Deliverables
Technical assistance work plan;
Technical notes, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations supporting the Directorate of e-Health;
Mapping platforms, data flows, interoperability needs, and prioritization matrices;
Contributions to Terms of Reference, specifications, guides, SOPs, procedures, and action plans;
Training materials, skills transfer documents, and knowledge base content;
Monthly or quarterly technical assistance reports, with operational recommendations.

Qualifications
University degree at Master's level (Bac+5) or higher in computer science, information systems, public health, statistics, epidemiology, data management, digital health, systems engineering, or an equivalent field.

BUILD YOUR ENTERPRISE SALES CAREER AT N8N
n8n is growing rapidly at the intersection of AI, automation and enterprise software. More than 1.7 million active builders use n8n each month, and we’re scaling our enterprise business as more organizations look for ways to connect AI with the systems, data and workflows that run their businesses.
As we grow our US business, we’re building our SDR team in Boston and looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join us.
You’ll partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to break into some of the largest organizations in the US. This isn’t about maximizing email volume. You’ll take a thoughtful, account-based approach: researching strategic companies, identifying the right stakeholders, understanding their priorities, and creating relevant conversations around automation and AI.
If you’re succeeding in an SDR/BDR role and want greater exposure to enterprise selling, strategic account planning, technical buyers and a genuine path towards AE, this could be a great next step.
WHY N8N?
🚀 Serious momentum. n8n has grown rapidly into a major player in workflow automation and AI, with more than $100M in ARR, 1,400+ enterprise customers, and a $5.2B valuation following strategic investment from SAP.
📈 Build towards AE. We want the SDR role to be a platform for your next step. High-performing SDRs can develop through our structured SDR → AE programme, with live deal exposure, discovery and MEDDPICC coaching, call reviews, and opportunities to take greater ownership of real opportunities alongside experienced AEs.
✏️ Learn enterprise selling. Work alongside Enterprise AEs on account strategy, stakeholder mapping, messaging, discovery and opportunity creation - gaining exposure to how complex enterprise deals are built from the start.
🤖 Sell where the market is going. You’ll engage technical and executive buyers around AI, automation and some of the most important technology challenges businesses are tackling today.
⚡Use AI to sell smarter. Experiment with AI, n8n and modern sales technology to research accounts, understand buyers, personalize outreach and improve how you work. You don’t need to be an engineer- but you should be curious about technology and excited to learn.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build enterprise pipeline: Prospect into a focused set of strategic US accounts and create qualified opportunities.
- Develop account strategies: Partner with Enterprise AEs to identify priority companies, stakeholders, challenges, use cases and engagement strategies.
- Research your prospects: Understand the business and technical priorities of stakeholders across IT, DevOps, SecOps, Engineering and related teams.
- Create outreach that gets attention: Develop thoughtful, personalized messaging tied to real account priorities rather than generic sequences.
- Prospect across channels: Engage prospects through email, phone, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Lead early-stage discovery: Understand business needs, technical environments, priorities, urgency and potential fit with n8n.
- Continuously improve: Use Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, AI tools, coaching and performance data to sharpen your approach.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone with a strong SDR foundation who wants to develop into an excellent enterprise seller.
You’ll likely be a good fit if you have:
- SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS, software or technology
- Experience generating pipeline through outbound prospecting into mid- market or enterprise accounts
- Strong sales track record against your targets
- Confidence engaging senior business and technical stakeholders
- A thoughtful approach to account research, personalization and qualification
- Curiosity about technical products, automation and AI
- Resilience, consistency and ownership of your results
- The ability to work from our Boston office three days per week
Bonus points if you have: experience prospecting into technical audiences; familiarity with buying committees, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo or MEDDPICC; experience using AI or automation in your own sales workflow.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Success here is about quality, not just activity.
You’ll build a deep understanding of your accounts, identify the right stakeholders, create messaging that earns attention and generate qualified enterprise opportunities that can turn into meaningful revenue.
Along the way, you’ll build experience in enterprise account strategy, technical selling, discovery, AI and automation, and complex B2B sales- giving you a strong foundation for the next stage of your career.
INTERESTED?
You don’t need to meet every requirement to apply.
If you have a strong foundation in outbound sales, you’re curious about technology, and you’re excited by the opportunity to help build n8n’s US enterprise business while developing towards your next step in sales, we’d love to hear from you.

Director of Paid Media
Marketing · Full-time · Remote (US) · Core hours 9-5 EST
About Nysonian
Nysonian is a $250 million dollar consumer products company built around two brands:
NOBL
and
Flo Pilates
. We grew revenue 8x in 2025 and are building the next phase of the US-based business across physical products, software, and subscription experiences.
NOBL is a functional travel brand built around a simple idea: travel products should solve real problems, not just look better. Every feature is designed to eliminate friction from the travel experience — from seamless organization and easy access, to tracking, connectivity, and protection.
Flo Pilates brings studio-quality Pilates into the home through connected fitness hardware, content, and subscription experiences.
Across both brands, we're building product ecosystems that deepen the customer relationship beyond the initial purchase and create recurring value over time. We're looking for builders who want autonomy, speed, and the ability to shape products at scale.
The Opportunity
Nysonian is hiring a Head of Paid Media to own acquisition performance across NOBL and Flo, personally managing paid channels at scale and driving profitable growth. This role reports to Daniel (Co-CEO) and works closely with the performance creative and data teams.
What You'll Own
Hands-on media buying across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and AppLovin; Launching campaigns, analyzing performance, and making spending decisions daily across all brands.
Landing-page creation and testing: turning campaign insights into page variants tailored to specific ads, audiences, and offers. You'll execute this yourself, not request it from others.
Deep account analysis: connecting ad performance to landing-page behavior, conversion data, and funnel dynamics to diagnose what's working and what's broken.
Hypothesis development and testing: forming your own theories about platform dynamics and account optimization, then running live tests to validate them.
Scaling strategy and execution: determining how much incremental spend each channel and campaign can absorb, where to redirect budget, and when to cut or consolidate.
Performance monitoring and autonomous decision-making seven days a week. Accounts need attention on weekends, and you won't hand off buying responsibility because it's Saturday.
Skills & Qualifications
Recent, hands-on media-buying experience: you personally launched, analyzed, and scaled campaigns in Meta Ads Manager. A management title or big brand on your résumé doesn't count—we need evidence you did the actual work.
Personally managed at least $1 million per month in media spend that you controlled directly.
Direct-response copywriting and landing-page creation: you've written hooks, offers, objections, and proof points, and built and tested landing-page variations yourself.
Deep Meta knowledge and obsessive attention to platform dynamics, including original thinking about campaign structure, targeting, and scaling approaches.
Strong analytical foundation: you understand CAC, new-customer ROAS, attribution limits, and how to move beyond "ROAS is down" to diagnose root causes.
Ability to connect acquisition performance to creative, offers, funnels, and landing pages—you see the full customer journey, not just ad-account metrics.
AI workflow already in active use: you have a demonstrated, concrete workflow showing how AI helps you analyze, write, build, or test faster.
Comfort with autonomy and influence: you propose the next move, don't wait for us to decide it.
This Role Is Not a Fit If
You've never personally created and tested landing pages yourself, or you treat landing-page, copy, and offer improvements as someone else's responsibility.
You stop analyzing at "ROAS is down" and can't dig through the ad, page, and conversion process to identify the likely problem and recommend a specific change.
You wait for direction on what to test or where to adjust spending instead of proposing priorities yourself and expecting to execute on your own call.
You won't personally manage the accounts on weekends or you view this as a nine-to-five role where account coverage ends Friday.
Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The expected total compensation range for this role is: USD $200,000 to $250,000. This role also offers a performance-based bonus tied to business impact (OTE $300-350k).
Why You'll Love Working at Nysonian

We invest in tools and management practices that help colleagues do their best work
Our products are used by customers globally
AI is intentionally embedded in how we work, create, and scale

Across both brands, we're building product ecosystems that deepen the customer relationship beyond the initial purchase and create recurring value over time. We're looking for builders who want autonomy, speed, and the ability to shape products at scale.
The Opportunity
Nysonian is hiring a Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) to own the end-to-end design of our digital product experiences — app, web, and subscription/account flows — across NOBL and Flo Pilates.
This role reports to VP of eCommerce and works closely with eCommerce, engineering, and brand creative.
What You'll Own
Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for digital product experiences — from early concept and wireframes through high-fidelity design and shipped product — across web, app, and connected hardware interfaces (Flo Pilates).
Own the design system and component library, ensuring consistency and speed of execution as both brands scale.
Translate ambiguous product and business problems into clear, tested design solutions — running (or partnering closely on) user research, usability testing, and iteration based on real usage data.
Partner directly with engineering to ensure design intent survives implementation, and with product management to shape roadmap priorities from a user-experience lens.
Balance two brands with distinct customer bases and product types (physical/travel vs. connected fitness/subscription) without diluting either brand's design identity.
Mentor or provide design direction to other designers/contractors as the team grows.
Skills & Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in product design (UI/UX) for consumer-facing digital products, ideally at a DTC, subscription, or connected-hardware company.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership — from research and problem framing through shipped, measurable outcomes, not just polished mockups.
Experience designing for both web and mobile app, and comfort designing for connected hardware/IoT product experiences is a plus.
Fluency with modern design tooling — e.g. Figma, FigJam, Framer, or similar for prototyping — and analytics/testing tools (e.g. Amplitude, Mixpanel, Maze, Hotjar) to validate design decisions with data.
Experience building or maintaining a design system at scale.
Comfortable working daily with LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) — for research synthesis, copy drafting, rapid prototyping, or workflow acceleration. You don't need to be an AI expert, but you should already have this in your workflow, not be learning it on the job.
Prior experience designing for two distinct brands or product lines simultaneously is a plus.
This Role Is Not a Fit If
You're primarily a visual/UI designer without research, testing, or data-informed iteration experience — this role requires owning outcomes, not just interfaces.
You need a mature, fully-built design system and established design ops to plug into — this is being built and refined as you go.
You're looking for heavy creative-review layers before shipping — this team expects senior designers to make and defend their own calls.
Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The expected total compensation range for this role is: USD $130,000 to $160,000.

BUILD YOUR ENTERPRISE SALES CAREER AT N8N
n8n is growing rapidly at the intersection of AI, automation and enterprise software. More than 1.7 million active builders use n8n each month, and we’re scaling our enterprise business as more organisations look for ways to connect AI with the systems, data and workflows that run their businesses.
We’re building our SDR team in Berlin and looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join us.
You’ll partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to break into some of the largest organisations in the DACH region. This isn’t about maximising email volume.
Experiment with AI, n8n and modern sales technology to research accounts, understand buyers, personalise outreach and improve how you work. You don’t need to be an engineer - but you should be curious about technology and excited to learn.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build enterprise pipeline: Prospect into a focused set of strategic accounts and create qualified opportunities.
- Develop account strategies: Partner with Enterprise AEs to identify priority companies, stakeholders, challenges, use cases and engagement strategies.
- Research your prospects: Understand the business and technical priorities of stakeholders across IT, DevOps, SecOps, Engineering and related teams.
- Create outreach that gets attention: Develop thoughtful, personalised messaging tied to real account priorities rather than generic sequences.
- Experience generating pipeline through outbound prospecting within mid- market or enterprise accounts
- A strong sales track record against your targets
- Fluency in German (C1 level- fluent or bilingual)
- Confidence engaging senior business and technical stakeholders
- A thoughtful approach to account research, personalisation and qualification
- Curiosity about technical products, automation and AI
- Resilience, consistency and ownership of your results
- The ability to work from our Berlin office three days per week
Bonus points if you have: experience prospecting into technical audiences; familiarity with buying committees, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo or MEDDPICC; experience using AI or automation in your own sales workflow.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Success here is about quality, not just activity.
You’ll build a deep understanding of your accounts, identify the right stakeholders, create messaging that earns attention and generate qualified enterprise opportunities that can turn into meaningful revenue.
Along the way, you’ll build experience in enterprise account strategy, technical selling, discovery, AI and automation, and complex B2B sales - giving you a strong foundation for the next stage of your career.
INTERESTED?
You don’t need to meet every requirement to apply.
If you have a strong foundation in outbound sales, you’re curious about technology, and you’re excited by the opportunity to help build n8n’s enterprise business while developing towards your next step in sales, we’d love to hear from you.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.
Our company language is English.

THE ROLE
We are bringing our people systems in-house on Workday, and we are hiring our first dedicated Workday Analyst to make it excellent. You will join while the implementation is underway, ramp alongside our deployment partner, and own the tenant from go-live onward. This is a hands-on configuration role: you will build business processes, manage security, load data, and test releases yourself, and you will teach others on the People team to do the same as we grow. If you want to shape a Workday environment from its first day in production instead of inheriting years of someone else's decisions, this is that rare opening.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own day-to-day Workday configuration: business processes, security groups and roles, custom reports, calculated fields, and tenant settings
- Build and run EIB loads for data changes, mass updates, and audits
- Own the twice-yearly Workday release cycle: evaluate new features, regression-test, and roll out changes safely
- Shadow the implementation build, then take over tenant ownership at go-live
- Monitor integrations and triage issues with our IT team and vendors
- Support payroll configuration in partnership with our Accounting team and payroll services provider
- Field and resolve system requests from employees, managers, and the People team
- Mentor teammates so Workday administration becomes a team capability, not a single point of failure

- Deep Workday HCM core: business process configuration, security administration, and Report Writer
- Fluent with EIBs and comfortable owning data loads end to end
- Have shipped multiple Workday releases and know how to test them
- A builder's temperament: you do the configuration yourself and like it that way
- Clear written communication for documentation and change notes
- Excitement about a pace that's faster than anywhere you've worked before
- You'd rather improve on your old playbooks than reuse them as-is, and you're interested in AI tools that help you do it
NICE TO HAVE
- Workday Payroll configuration experience
- Workday Benefits module configuration (plan and enrollment event setup)
- Workday Absence Management configuration (time off and leave plans)
- Workday Pro or similar certifications
- Commutable to our San Francisco or New York office
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

- Support day one and San Francisco week one onboarding program, including coordinating with managers and buddies, room booking and coordination of start location
- Partner with IT and Workplace so new hires have the right access, equipment, and desk waiting on day one

- Bring ideas for making the day-to-day run smoother, from automating a task to fixing a clunky step
- Handle sensitive employee information with discretion
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-4 years in a high-volume coordination or operations role - People function preferred
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented, with a tactical, get it done approach, where tasks don't get dropped on your watch
- Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity
- Extremely clear written communicator
- Based in San Francisco and able to work in the office 3+ days per week
NICE TO HAVE
- Comfortable presenting to groups and facilitating engaging onboarding sessions for new hires as needed

- Strong spreadsheet skills, including comfort working with formulas and organizing complex data.
- Experience at a fast-growing startup

About the role:
You'll own fraud and abuse detection across our cashback, credit, promo, and referral mechanics — building the monitoring that keeps these programs profitable and safe.
What you'll do:
- You'll be the dedicated fraud and abuse analytics owner for loyalty, cashback, credit, and referral programs across Salmon Bank.
- You'll work directly with Risk, Product, and business teams — moving from a suspicious pattern to a tested hypothesis, an investigation, and a permanent monitoring rule.
- The schemes you catch and the controls you build directly shape how much abuse costs the business, and how fast we close each gap.
What you'll own:
- Monitor transactions and customer behavior across cashback, promo, referral, and credit products to catch abuse patterns as they emerge.
- Build and maintain SQL/Python-based reports and monitoring across large transactional datasets.
- Form and test hypotheses on potential abuse schemes, then investigate flagged cases and assess their financial impact.
- Calculate the economics behind each case — potential and actual losses, revenue impact, cost of abuse — to prioritize what gets fixed first.
- Work with business and product teams to close the gaps: propose changes to product terms, promo rules, or cashback mechanics.
- Turn every closed case into a permanent alert or trigger, and revisit past cases on a regular basis to check whether the pattern has returned.
What makes you a strong fit:
- Experience investigating and preventing abuse in banking or financial programs — cashback, credit cards/credit lines, promotions, referral programs, loyalty programs, or quasi-cash/transaction abuse.
- You don't need to have covered every category above — what matters is hands-on experience building continuous monitoring, not one-off analysis.
- Strong SQL and Python (or equivalent scripting), comfortable working directly with large transactional databases.
- A track record of turning a hypothesis into a working monitoring system, not just a one-time report.
What we offer:
Ownership and flexibility
- Fully remote work with core collaboration hours from 12:00 to 6:00 PM Manila time (UTC+8)
- Company-provided tools and equipment
Health and time off
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
Growth and team experience
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia

As a Product Operations partner for Ramp Procurement, you will help build and scale the workflows that enable customers to manage their procurement processes with speed, accuracy, and control. You will improve both the requester and approver experience while shaping product quality through data, customer feedback, and tight partnership with customer-facing internal teams.
Beyond your product vertical, you will also contribute to Product Operations process improvement and product building that allows our Product and Engineering teams to scale. You will use AI tools to improve release management, collect customer feedback, and enable internal teams to support customers and troubleshoot issues.
Our main goal is to reduce customer friction, measured by support tickets per active user and customer NPS.
*Please note that this Product Operations role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at our NYC HQ (located near Madison Square Park) at least 2 days/week*
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the voice-of-customer loop for Procurement — systematically capture, analyze, and prioritize feedback from CX, Sales, and direct customer channels
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements and specs
- Own launch operations for new Procurement features as they move from Alpha to GA, including AI-native experiences that require strong customer and internal enablement
- Directly ship product improvements (UX fixes and paper cuts) using AI tools — owning your own backlog of customer friction reduction, not just feeding the engineering backlog
- Use AI to automate processes and build products that enable teams to ship faster while maintaining a high quality bar
- Build scalable operating systems for release readiness, internal enablement, supportability, and issue escalation across Procurement workflows
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3+ years in product operations, product management, or a customer-facing analytical role supporting B2B SaaS; experience with procurement, intake and approval workflows, spend management, or financial operations preferred
- Proficiency using data to size opportunities and analyze adoption, support trends, payment flow performance, and customer friction
- Ability to translate qualitative feedback into crisp requirements and operational processes
- Comfort working in ambiguous, technically complex spaces and driving clarity across multiple stakeholders
- Strong problem solving, prioritization, and communication skills; bias to ship improvements quickly and measure impact
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate your work and directly make product improvements
