At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
The Operations Associate, Courier Community acts as the heartbeat of the courier partner support ecosystem. Serving as the first line of human support beyond frontline Customer Support, this role is the critical bridge between Wolt and its courier partners.
In this role, you will balance deep empathy with efficient, high-volume problem-solving — handling complex escalations, localized communications, sensitive account situations, and workflow automations that keep courier partners informed, supported, and valued.
Key Responsibilities
Inbox Management & Advanced Support
Manage courier inbox channels to handle complex, partner-submitted requests.
Resolve escalated tickets transferred from Support that fall outside frontline scope, including complaints, bug reports, and sensitive account updates.
Maintain team SLAs by keeping inbox tasks within a target 72-hour reply rate and resolving open board tickets efficiently.
Content Ownership & Localization
Localize regional and global courier-facing communications for specific country languages and cultural contexts.
Maintain and continuously update localized courier platforms, including country FAQs, educational content, and operational resources.
Proactively maintain information accessibility so couriers can easily self-solve issues without contacting support.
Cross-Functional Communication & Enablement
Coordinate ad-hoc courier announcements (e.g., weather-related boosts) in alignment with Communications and Supply Activation teams.
Create macros, guidance documents, and tools for Customer Support to empower frontline agents to resolve cases independently.
Assist onboarding teams with document verification, profile activations, and country-specific onboarding tasks.
Community Engagement & Feedback Loops
Drive community engagement by supporting local feedback initiatives and courier events.
Capture operational insights from courier feedback and translate them into process, documentation, and tool improvements.
AI & Process Automation
Leverage AI tools day-to-day to generate clear, empathetic response templates and reduce manual workloads for routine inquiries.
Utilize AI and self-service tools to summarize ticket escalations, maintain up-to-date knowledge bases, and build smart routing workflows.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Impact
Courier Satisfaction: Measured through feedback scores, response quality, and communication empathy.
Time to Resolution (TTR): Fast, efficient, and accurate resolution for complex tickets passed from Support or directly from courier partners.
Inflow Reduction: Lower overall ticket volume achieved through scalable documentation, improved Support macros, and self-service automation.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.

Second, you will work with stakeholders to develop, productionalize, and enhance custom apps built on this foundation. Third, you will act as a trusted advisor to engineering leadership, shaping policy and governance for how non-engineers should use AI to safely develop, productionalize, and deploy apps.
This position sits at the crossroads of software engineering, platform architecture, and AI-assisted development. You will partner closely with business stakeholders and engineering platform teams across the company, translating a fast-moving, experimental "everyone builds" culture into production software held to a high standard of security, reliability, and maintainability.

Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
About the role
Merchant Configuration sets up how our merchants process payments, and those changes go straight into our live production systems. A mistake here isn't a typo. It can have a financial or compliance cost. That's why this team works to a standard of 99.5%+ accuracy and completes 95% of cases within 24 hours.
You'll join our new Mexico City team as its third analyst, part of a global Merchant Configuration team of around 25. You'll support our US merchants, setting up, updating and closing merchant accounts in Salesforce. About 70% of the work follows defined processes. The other 30% calls for judgement, especially when a merchant asks for something unusual and the right answer is "that won't work, here's what will."
What you'll do
- Set up, update and close merchant accounts accurately, following defined processes to the letter
- Check your own work before it goes live. Accuracy here is the job itself, not a nice extra
- Handle complex, non-standard merchant requests, and push back with a better solution when a request won't work
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand what they need and get cases resolved quickly
- Contribute to team projects such as card scheme mandates (for example, Account Funding Transaction setups)
- Build deep knowledge of our configuration products, so that within 90 days you can handle full end-to-end setups on your own
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in an operations role where accuracy and following process mattered, for example payments operations, product operations, risk/KYC, or implementation. Recent graduates with strong, relevant internships are welcome to apply.
- A track record of detailed work, with examples you can talk through: errors you caught, quality checks you built, processes you improved
- Very good written and spoken English. All work and communication is in English
- You take feedback well and act on it, stay steady under pressure, and work well in a team
- You've used AI tools in practical ways to work faster or more accurately, and can explain how
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the payments lifecycle, or experience at a payment processor, fintech or e-commerce company
- Experience with Salesforce
This role is not for you if:
- You don't have the right to work in Mexico. We are not able to sponsor a visa for this role
- You can't be in our Mexico City office Tuesday to Thursday every week
- You aren't open to switching to US West Coast hours if the business needs it. The role normally works Mexico hours, but contracts include this flexibility
- You prefer to approximate and move on. This team has no room for "close enough"
What we offer
- Two to three months of structured training and shadowing before you work on your own
- A clear career path: Analyst I → Analyst II → Senior Analyst → Team Lead, with promotion based on performance rather than time in role
- A founding seat on a new team in one of our newest locations

- Stakeholder Influence: Strong analytical skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams without direct authority. You must communicate clearly across technical, operational, and executive audiences.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- End-User Product Experience: Experience supporting or launching end-user facing product capabilities, digital assets, or regulated payment implementations.
- Advanced AI & Automation: Proficiency with AI tools/platforms (e.g., Claude, Codex, custom agents), workflow automation, process mining, or operational analytics.
- Process Methodologies: Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, or structured transformation frameworks.
- Cross-Functional & Governance Operations: Experience across multiple operational functions (Risk, Compliance, Merchant) and establishing governance, operating procedures, and control frameworks.

About Wolt
The Associate Operations Manager for Supply Activation & Acquisition plays a pivotal role at Wolt. As Central scales at an unprecedented pace, your mission is to keep courier supply ahead of demand - both in the moment and over the medium term. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of 3, ensuring that intraday activation (weather-driven boosts, DxGy and ARC / radius adjustments) and courier acquisition (job boards, application attainment, reactivations and sign-ups) are tightly coordinated across all Central markets.
In this role, you will own two of Central’s most closely tracked supply KPIs - undersupplied hours and GOV loss - reported weekly to senior leadership, alongside a multi-million euro activation and acquisition budget. Your leadership extends beyond day-to-day activation calls; you will be the primary bridge to higher management on supply health, escalating risks early and proposing structural fixes such as mobilizer strategies and special events planning ahead of demand spikes (holidays, weather events, local events). Your ability to translate data into fast, defensible calls will be key to keeping Central’s ADT, UH% and GOV loss on plan.

Fin
, now part of Salesforce, is on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences.
Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system.
Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
At Fin, we believe AI agents and human support teams will work symbiotically as one team in one system, increasingly directed by AI, with humans elevated to higher-level roles and engaging directly with customers only in complex, high-stakes moments. So we built Fin to be natively integrated with the Intercom helpdesk, and are completely rethinking what a Helpdesk product should be when Agents do 90%+ resolution. We’re also building exciting new products and capabilities around how human teams collaborate with, are assisted by, and supervised by the AI agent so that they can deliver great customer experiences.
This PMM role will lead PMM for our Intercom helpdesk, loved by over 30k customers, and lead on how to market new capabilities that help human support teams deliver great experiences, with help and guidance from AI Agents. You'll shape how we talk to the 25,000+ businesses already using Intercom, build the narrative for an AI-first helpdesk era, and establish Intercom as the obvious choice for teams who want their AI agent and their human support layer working as one
You'll work directly with product, engineering, sales leadership, and the wider marketing team. This is a builder role for someone who wants to work fast, think from first principles, and help shape the future of PMM at Fin.
What will I be doing?
Shape the ICP and audience for the Intercom helpdesk and additional products for teams - who we're talking to, what their pains are, and what makes them choose us
Own core messaging and drive cross-functional alignment on what we're saying, why, and how it shows up everywhere - from the website to the sales deck to the customer email
Define and build the external narrative for the AI-first Helpdesk - what it means, why it matters, and why Fin is uniquely positioned to deliver it - and bring it to market in a way that reshapes how buyers think about the category
Partner with Product, GTM and Lifecycle on how we communicate product investment and progress to existing customers - turning roadmap momentum into customer confidence that retains and expands accounts
Build crisp, high-impact enablement that sales and customer success teams actually use to sell with confidence. Work closely with GTM teams to ensure messaging lands with the customers who need to hear it most
Be deeply customer-obsessed - sit with customer support teams, study how they evaluate and adopt, and turn signal into clear insight that shapes what we say
Lead launches and go-to-market moments for new products and capapbilties releases, working across the company to deliver impactful launch moments that drive mindshare and pipeline
Create high-quality core PMM assets yourself: web pages, first call decks, narratives and scripts launch materials. And maintain the core ‘brain’ of PMM context that feeds our AI-first approach
What we're looking for
This role is for someone who is a hybrid: part strategist, part storyteller, part technologist. You move between customer insight, product detail, competitive analysis, and creative expression without friction.
You've done this before
5+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B with a track record of shaping how complex products are understood in market
You've owned a core product area end-to-end - from ICP and positioning through to launches and field enablement
You've worked in fast-moving environments where the product ships faster than the messaging can keep up - and found a way to move at that pace without losing quality
Experience with customer retention or expansion motions is a strong plus
You think and write with precision
Excellent written communication - you write crisp briefs, sharp narratives, and synthesis memos that drive alignment
Strong editorial judgment - you know the difference between a sharp positioning statement and marketing language that means nothing
You push back on vague claims and force specificity - in your own work and in others'
You're product-obsessed and technically engaged
You read the docs, use the product, and dig into the tech before you craft a single message
You're genuinely curious about AI - not just as a talking point, but as something you think about, experiment with, and engage with constantly
You use AI tools fluently in your own work and are always looking for new ways to move faster and think sharper
You operate at the intersection of strategy and execution
You don't hand off strategy and wait - you take it all the way to the asset, the launch, the field
Strong judgment and the ability to work independently on large, high-stakes initiatives
A systems thinker who builds messaging architectures and frameworks others can use, not just one-off assets
You work well across functions, build trust quickly, and make the people around you more effective
Attributes we're looking for
Ambitious and competitive
- you set a high bar, think big, and want to win. You'll go the extra mile and you're motivated by building something that leads the market.
Confident and decisive
- you back yourself, optimise for progress over consensus, and value momentum. You ask for forgiveness, not permission.
Curious and intellectually engaged
- you're always learning, experimenting, and asking why. You keep up with AI's pace and use it to improve how you work.
Tasteful and creative
- you understand what connects emotionally with people and draw on design, culture, and craft to create ideas that resonate.
Impatient and change-oriented
- you hate slow and work to fix the root cause. You thrive in ambiguity and love building something new.
Benefits
We are a well-treated bunch, with awesome benefits! If there’s something important to you that’s not on this list, talk to us!
Competitive salary and equity in a fast-growing start-up
We serve lunch every weekday, plus a variety of snack foods and a fully stocked kitchen
Regular compensation reviews - we reward great work!
Unlimited access to Claude Code and best-in-class AI tools; experimentation & building is encouraged & celebrated.
Pension scheme & match up to 4%
Peace of mind with life assurance, as well as comprehensive health and dental insurance for you and your dependents

Paid maternity leave, as well as 6 weeks paternity leave for fathers, to let you spend valuable time with your loved ones
