Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Humanoid is seeking a Head of Solutions Engineering to turn customer operational needs into feasible, commercially compelling robotics solutions. Based in Boston, you will partner with the Commercial, Product, Engineering and Deployment teams to lead technical discovery, define customer requirements and build a clear path from initial evaluation to scaled deployment.
Initially, you will be the core individual contributor: personally visiting customer sites, designing solutions, developing technical proposals and creating the pre-sales material the Commercial team needs. As demand grows, you will establish and lead the Solutions Engineering function across the UK/EU, US and MENA, hiring and developing regional engineers while retaining direct involvement in strategic opportunities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Customer discovery and requirements:
- Lead customer site visits and operational assessments to understand workflows, volumes, layouts, materials, shift patterns and constraints; identify repeatable, high-value use cases for humanoid robotics.
- Align customer Operations, Engineering, IT, Safety, Procurement and executive stakeholders on the problem to solve and measurable success criteria, including throughput, availability, accuracy and human intervention.
- Build credible business cases and fleet-sizing models covering utilisation, labour assumptions, total cost of ownership, payback and sensitivity to performance and deployment ramp-up.
- Solution design and Product partnership:
- Define solution concepts, workflows, layouts, robot configurations, infrastructure and interfaces with customer systems such as WMS, MES, ERP and existing automation.
- Work with Product and Engineering to validate feasibility, distinguish demonstrated capabilities from development requirements, and agree capability gaps, owners, validation plans and realistic timelines.
- Translate customer demand into prioritised Product requirements, balancing commercial value, engineering effort and the potential to reuse capabilities across customers.
- Identify safety, cybersecurity and deployment compliance requirements, coordinating with the relevant specialists and documenting the actions needed for customer approval.
- Technical pre-sales and commercial enablement:
- Own the technical content of proposals, solution specifications, statements of work, RFI/RFP responses and customer technical due diligence, working with Commercial and Legal on commitments.
- Provide technical cost and resource estimates to support pricing, deployment planning and commercial risk assessment.
- Create and maintain the full pre-sales technical library: capability and performance evidence, use-case descriptions, technical presentations, reference architectures, layouts, integration guides, FAQs, demonstration assets, business-case models and requirements/SOW templates.
- Train Commercial colleagues and relevant partners to qualify use cases, gather the right site data and communicate approved technical capabilities consistently.
- Use operational modelling and simulation to assess suitability and deployment economics, including Humanoid AnalitIQ where appropriate.
- Validation, acceptance and deployment handover:
- Define the technical scope of demonstrations, proofs of concept and pilots, including baseline measurements, test conditions, resources, milestones, pass/fail criteria and the evidence required for acceptance.
- Work with Commercial to connect each evaluation to a measurable long-term business case and a credible path to larger fleet or multi-site deployment.
- Coordinate technical input to trials with Product, Engineering and Deployment; evaluate results, resolve gaps and translate learning into revised requirements and reusable material.
- Build and lead the global function:
- Define the Solutions Engineering operating model, ownership, technical review process and engagement with regional sales teams, Product, Engineering and Deployment.
- Develop a phased hiring and coverage plan across the UK/EU, US and MENA, aligned to pipeline value, opportunity complexity, travel demand and delivery capacity.
- Recruit, onboard, coach and lead regional Solutions Engineers, establishing consistent standards for discovery, solution design, technical documentation and commercial judgement.
- Establish the tools, CRM discipline, knowledge base and reporting needed to track requirements, feasibility decisions, proposal progress, technical risks and team performance.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years of proven experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales Engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally within robotics, industrial automation or complex hardware solutions.
- Solid understanding of industrial workflows, automation systems and integrations with platforms such as WMS, MES and ERP.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience building business cases, ROI models, fleet-sizing estimates, TCO assessments and deployment cost models.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, Engineering, Deployment and customer stakeholders to validate feasibility, manage technical risks and align on delivery commitments.
- Direct experience with humanoid robotics, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), industrial robotics or AI-driven automation.
- Familiarity with operational modelling, simulation tools and robotics deployment economics.
- Experience scaling a Solutions Engineering or technical pre-sales function in a high-growth technology company.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and work closely with teams and customers across the UK/EU, US and MENA.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

Capital.com is expanding into new products, payment methods and jurisdictions, and our financial crime controls need to stay ahead of that growth. As VP, Financial Crime, you will own first-line financial crime across the business, from how investigations run day to day to the systems and controls behind them.
You will lead two senior direct reports: the Head of Financial Crime Operations, who runs our investigations and casework, and the Head of Financial Crime Product, who owns the systems and controls the function relies on. Together you will cover the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, customer due diligence, risk assessment, screening, fraud, transaction monitoring, investigations and offboarding.
You will set the strategy, shape the leadership team and give senior stakeholders a clear view of how well our controls are working. This is a senior role with a clear mandate and real scope: build a financial crime function ready for a much larger, more complex business.
This is a new position based in Dubai or London, reporting directly to the Group Chief Operating Officer
Responsibilities
Set the first-line financial crime strategy and delivery plan. Shape the organisation, capacity and delivery model as the business grows, and track whether investment delivers the intended control and operational improvements.
Build and lead the financial crime leadership team across Operations and Product. Develop managers, set clear accountability, align priorities and resolve delivery dependencies.
Own the effectiveness of first-line controls across your remit. Work with Compliance and entity leadership to identify gaps, agree improvements and show that the changes address the underlying risk.
Oversee operational performance, balancing investigation quality, timely decisions, customer experience and cost. Step in where recurring problems call for a change to the operating model or technology.
et priorities for financial crime technology. Guide build-or-buy decisions using evidence of risk reduction, customer impact, delivery effort and ongoing cost.
Prepare the function for new products and jurisdictions. Define the controls, systems and operational capacity each launch needs, and bring unresolved risks and readiness gaps into launch decisions.
Lead the use of automation and AI where they improve outcomes, with proper testing, human oversight, ongoing evaluation and clear ownership of decisions and performance.
Give senior leaders a clear view of control effectiveness, performance, material issues and the decisions required. Support audits and regulatory reviews, and lead the operational response to material issues with Compliance and local leadership
Requirements
A track record of leading first-line financial crime (fraud, AML, sanctions) at a fintech, neobank or bank operating at scale across several jurisdictions.
Hands-on experience building financial crime controls and products from an early stage, covering deposits, withdrawals and the wider payments lifecycle.
Experience leading leaders: managing managers across operational and product or technical teams, with clear accountability and measurable results.
A strong grasp of operational performance management, including backlogs, SLAs, quality assurance, capacity planning and cost, and of how these trade off against customer experience.
Experience setting financial crime technology priorities and making build-or-buy decisions based on risk reduction, cost and delivery effort.
Sound judgement across AML, sanctions and fraud, including how policy and risk appetite translate into workable first-line controls, and a clear view of where Compliance's and the regulated entities' accountabilities begin.
A practical, well-governed approach to automation and AI in financial crime operations, including model testing, human oversight and performance monitoring.

We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Strategic Finance lead to be the CFO's right hand on the decisions that shape Humanoid's path from pilots to mass production and, ultimately, the public markets. You'll own the models behind how we price, build, fund and grow, and turn them into clear recommendations for the leadership team and the board.
Reports to: Chief Financial Officer Location: London (One Triton Square, Regent's Place), with travel to our labs in Boston, San Diego and Vancouver and to customer and manufacturing sites.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Unit economics

service, uptime and cost per effective hour versus human labour.
- Track the cost-down path across product generations and tie engineering and supply-
chain decisions to margin impact.
- Model customer payback and lifetime value by segment, use case and contract
structure.
Pricing and packaging
- Design pricing for Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) and outright purchase, including volume
tiers, multi-year step-downs, service levels and software add-ons.
- Build deal models for large enterprise contracts and support commercial teams
through negotiation.

structures (e.g. lease versus service).
M&A and strategic transactions
- Run financial analysis on acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships and
supplier investments: valuation, synergies, structuring and accretion/dilution.
- Support diligence, build board materials and track post-deal performance against the
case.
Debt and capital modeling
- Model venture debt, term loans, equipment and fleet financing, and working-capital
facilities, including covenants, amortisation and headroom.
- Build the integrated capital plan linking equity rounds, debt and runway, and support
fundraising with investor-grade models and data rooms.
Budgeting and forecasting
- Own the annual budget and rolling forecast, with a driver-based, three-statement
model that ties production ramp, headcount, capex and cash.
- Run monthly business reviews with budget owners, explain variances and keep burn
and runway visible to leadership and the board.
- Lead scenario planning on production volumes, component costs, pricing and timing of
capital.
Manufacturing finance
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain and our contract manufacturers on capacity
plans, capex, inventory, standard costing and supplier terms.
- Build make-versus-buy, should-cost and capacity investment cases as we scale toward
mass production
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, corporate development or investment banking,
with at least 3 years in a high-growth, venture-backed company.
- Hands-on experience scaling a startup through rapid growth: you've built finance
processes from scratch while the business doubled around you.
- Manufacturing or hardware experience: you understand BOMs, standard costing,
capex, inventory and contract manufacturing, ideally in robotics, automotive, EV,
aerospace or industrial technology.
- Proven track record on unit economics and pricing, including recurring or usage-based
models.
- Direct experience with M&A or strategic transaction analysis, from valuation through
to board approval.
- Strong debt modeling: you've modeled and helped negotiate venture debt, term loans
or asset-backed facilities, including covenants.
- Ownership of budgeting and forecasting cycles, with a driver-based three-statement
model you built yourself.
- Expert Excel / Google Sheets modeling; comfort with ERP and planning tools.
- Clear communicator who turns complex analysis into crisp recommendations for
founders, boards and investors.
- Thrives at high pace and with ambiguity: you move fast, prioritise ruthlessly and stay
accurate under pressure

You take a project from idea to a finished, approved, multi-market asset set, and you bring a real feel for what people stop on, share and screenshot.
You report to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design, who gives you direction, feedback and cover in reviews. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. Senior here means craft and speed leadership: you set the bar for paid video on the team, work with AI-enabled processes, collaborate closely with other Krakenites in and outside the team, and are the person others come to with video questions.
- Own paid video for Kraken Consumer across product launches, campaigns, promotions and always-on activity.
- Build for channels like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X. You know what wins where, and you build to each platform’s specs and native feel.
- Concept and cut performance video so campaigns ship as complete cross-format sets.
- Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video, and know when AI is the fastest route to a great ad and when it isn’t. Keep your tooling current as the models change, and build repeatable workflows the rest of the team can reuse.
- Bring ideas to briefs rather than executing them literally. Pitch culturally timely, internet-native concepts that nobody asked for, including experimental ones alongside BAU work, and build the winners into creative pillars we can keep using.
- Version and localize video at scale across markets, languages, formats and regulatory requirements. In a typical month you’ll have roughly a dozen workstreams in flight at once, most spanning several formats and several markets.
- Build creative with testing in mind. Performance Marketing owns test design, cadence and readouts. You own the creative response: reading the results, forming a point of view on why a variant won, and turning that into the next round of hooks, concepts and cuts.
- Flex into AI-assisted paid static when a campaign calls for it, working from the team’s brand baselines.
- Partner with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams to get work approved without losing the idea.
- Hold a high craft bar on your own work and keep your files clean enough for other people to build on.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years in performance video creative at a high-volume in-house team or performance agency, ideally in fintech, crypto, gaming or another regulated category.
- A portfolio submitted with your application. Paid video above all, with the brief or objective alongside the work and the result where you’re able to share it. Include two or three full video cuts, at least one AI-generated or AI-assisted piece with a short note on what was tooling and what was you, and one concept you tested where you can talk us through what the data said and what you changed.
- Real video skills, from concept to finished, sound-designed cut.
- High-level command of gen AI video and image tooling, with shipped work to show for it.
- Platform-native instincts across Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You can explain why the same idea needs a different build on each one.
- Experience inside a structured creative testing program. You’re fluent in the metrics your creative moves (thumb-stop rate, hook rate, CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS), you can tell a real winner from low performers, and can translate test results into a creative decision.
- Fluency in internet and meme culture, with comedic instincts and a feel for what’s about to feel dated.
- Speed without sloppiness. Comfortable with fast turnarounds, several review rounds and late changes.
- Comfort working inside regulatory constraints, with work that survives risk warnings, disclaimers and market-specific requirements.
- A solid copywriting instinct for scripts and on-screen text. Plain language, value first, no hype and no jargon.
