WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is based in New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
This role sits on Notion’s Creative Studio, a small team of designers, illustrators, and filmmakers. Our work tells the story of our offering in a way that reflects the products themselves: smart, refined, and with a dash of wit on the side.
As a Brand Designer, you’ll work on high-impact brand initiatives and campaigns: setting direction from early strategy through final execution, partnering closely with stakeholders and executives, and raising the bar for craft and systems. You’ll be asked to define approaches, resolve ambiguity, and influence both project outcomes and how the team works.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Concept, art direct and design high-visibility moments from brand campaigns, product launches, and events, developing approaches that can scale across a broad range of surfaces, moments, and channels.
- Contribute to our brand systems and develop standards and tooling that improve velocity and consistency for teammates near and far.
- Mentor and raise the bar for other designers and creative partners through feedback, critique, and patterns that make great work repeatable.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- 10+ years in an agency or in-house environment, with demonstrated leadership on ambiguous, complex, high-impact work.
- A strong portfolio of work that’s culturally resonant and visually diverse, and that showcases your ability to tell stories across many channels.
- A deep commitment to systems thinking, typographic excellence, and sensitivity to small details.
- Experience working with a broad range of makers. You’ve teamed up with illustrators, animators, copywriters, filmmakers, photographers, and beyond to bring your ideas to life.
- Excellent partnership skills. You can work hand-in-hand with cross-functional stakeholders, drive alignment, and make pragmatic tradeoffs.
- A tinkerer’s mindset. You're curious about how your tools are evolving and have a strong perspective on how AI can expand creative expression and drive production. You’ll actively experiment with new AI workflows to concept, prototype, and push our design systems further.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic’s Infrastructure organization is responsible for the systems that train our models, serve our products, and support our engineering teams. That includes datacenter operations, capacity planning across cloud providers and our own facilities, accelerator cluster management, production serving infrastructure, developer tooling, data pipelines, and networking. It’s a lot of surface area, and the demands on it are growing fast.
We’re hiring a TPM leader to own program management across this whole ecosystem from compute provisioning through to production workloads. We’re bringing up new datacenters, scaling multi-cloud compute across AWS, GCP, and Azure, managing datacenter construction, and building the software infrastructure to keep pace. The team is growing very quickly, and we’re looking for a senior leader with experience at scale to build and scale this team to support Anthropic’s rapid growth. You’ll report to the Head of TPM, partnering closely with various engineering leaders on technical strategy, roadmapping, and aligning TPM support where it is most impactful.
You’ll personally drive 2–3 critical programs while leading your teamin parallel. This is a role where you need to be comfortable doing the work yourself before you can hand it off.
What you'll do:
IC Program Leadership
Own and drive 2–3 of the highest-priority programs across infrastructure while you build the team
Run the actual programs—datacenter bring-up timelines, capacity scaling plans, infrastructure migrations, cross-team reliability efforts, or whatever the most pressing needs are
Build the processes and playbooks as you go—figure out what works by doing it, then codify it for the team
Earn credibility with engineering leads through solid execution, not just strategy
Team Building & Development
Set the standard for what good TPM work looks like in this domain through your own output
Coach and develop TPMs
Transition programs to your team as you hire
Grow the team with excellent TPMs by defining roles, writing JDs, sourcing candidates, and closing hires
Planning & Prioritization
Work with various engineering leads to identify work that would most benefit from TPM support
Make real tradeoffs about what to staff vs. what to skip given limited TPM capacity during the build phase
Maintain portfolio-level visibility across programs—status, risks, dependencies, blockers
Represent the team in planning cycles and leadership reviews
Cross-functional Coordination
Coordinate across Infrastructure and partner teams (Research, Product, Security, Finance, Legal) on programs that span organizational boundaries
Drive alignment on programs that cross the hardware/software line—e.g., capacity plans that feed into training schedules, or efficiency work that spans accelerator kernels and serving systems
Own executive communication on program status, risks, and resource needs
You May Be a Good Fit If You:
Have 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with 7+ years directly managing TPMs and ideally some experience leading larger TPM organizations
Have built a team or function from scratch before—you know the difference between hiring for a defined role vs. figuring out what the roles should be
Have scaled TPM teams to support rapidly-growing, fast-moving company environments
Have worked across physical and software infrastructure—datacenters, networking, hardware ops, distributed systems, cloud platforms, developer tooling. You don’t need to be deep in all of it, but you need to be conversant enough to ask the right questions and spot the real risks.
Have run large-scale compute or infrastructure programs—capacity planning, cluster deployments, datacenter build-outs, cloud migrations, or similar
Can communicate complex programs clearly to senior leadership without losing the important details
Are good at context-switching between doing the work and managing people, and don’t see the IC work as beneath you
Are comfortable making staffing and prioritization decisions without perfect information
Deadline to apply:
None, applications will be received on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$365,000
—
$565,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Comfort with designing systems from scratch and owning the product development process end-to-end
Strong written communication skills and experience working in a remote, async-first team that’s spread across time zones
The annual US salary range for this role is $160,000 to $200,000 plus equity. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Lithic and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
At Sentry, Finance plays a critical role in helping the company understand where we're investing, what we're getting in return, and where we can operate more effectively.
We are looking for an FP&A Manager who will help build Sentry's FP&A function while focusing on establishing best-in-class FinOps practices. You'll partner across the business on forecasting and financial analysis, with a significant focus on cloud infrastructure, AI costs, vendor spend, and other areas where better financial visibility can translate directly into better decisions.
You will be expected to understand the economics behind our infrastructure, build the financial models and reporting needed to manage it, identify meaningful opportunities, and work with Engineering and other partners to turn those insights into action.
You'll also operate as a generalist FP&A partner and play an important role in building the processes, models, and operating rhythms that Finance will use as Sentry grows.
You will report to the Director of FP&A.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Own forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis for significant areas of Sentry's operations, with particular emphasis on cloud infrastructure, AI-related spend, software, vendors, and other major cost categories.
- Partner closely with Engineering and infrastructure leaders to understand the drivers of cloud and AI spend, translate technical consumption into financial forecasts, and identify opportunities to improve unit economics and gross margin.
- Develop reporting that makes cloud and infrastructure costs understandable and actionable, including trends, cost allocation, unit costs, utilization economics, commitments, and significant variances.
- Help evaluate cloud commitments, reserved capacity, vendor agreements, and other commercial decisions by modeling their financial implications and tradeoffs.
- Build and operate a scalable company-wide expense-management process that gives budget owners clear visibility into their spend, forecasts, and accountability.
- Partner with functional leaders on budgets, forecasts, business cases, and ongoing financial performance.
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting, including budget-to-actual analysis, variance explanations, forecast updates, and accrual inputs in partnership with Accounting.
- Support company-wide planning, headcount forecasting, management reporting, and other corporate FP&A work alongside the Director of FP&A.
- Develop models and analyses to answer important business questions, particularly around efficiency, cost structure, gross margin, and resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve source data, and replace manual or fragmented finance processes with scalable ones.
- Work cross-functionally with Accounting, Engineering, Procurement and business leaders to ensure financial information leads to action rather than simply producing another report.
YOU'LL LOVE THIS ROLE IF YOU
- Are a self-starter who likes owning a problem from messy data through recommendation and implementation.
- Get genuinely interested in understanding why a cost moves rather than simply reporting that it moved.
- Enjoy working with technical partners and can translate infrastructure or product concepts into financial drivers.
- Like building processes, models, and reporting from scratch and making them simpler each time they run.
- Have strong financial instincts but aren't afraid to get into large or imperfect datasets to find the answer.
- Are comfortable moving between detailed cost analysis and broader company FP&A work.
- Know that good cost management is about helping teams make smarter tradeoffs—not simply telling them to spend less.
- Are comfortable with the pace, ambiguity, and ownership that comes with a growing company.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, technology finance, or a related analytical finance role.
- Experience owning budgets, forecasts, budget-to-actual analysis, and financial partnership with business leaders.
- Demonstrated experience building or materially improving financial models, planning processes, cost-management processes, or business-partnering cadences.
- Experience analyzing cloud infrastructure, hosting, AI/LLM, or other usage-driven costs is strongly preferred. Direct FinOps experience is a plus but is not required.
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Experience with NetSuite and modern FP&A or spend-management platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with FinOps concepts including cost allocation, showback/chargeback, commitments, and cloud cost optimization is a plus; FinOps Certified Practitioner or similar training is welcome but not required.
- Strong communication and business-partnering skills, particularly the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance audiences and turn analysis into action.
Not sure you meet every qualification? We encourage you to apply anyway. We're interested in people who are excited about the opportunity, have demonstrated an ability to learn quickly, drive change, and want to help us build a great finance function.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.
If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, you may contact us at accommodations@sentry.io.

Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role:
As a Scale Growth Account Executive at Anthropic, you'll own a portfolio of roughly 6-8 of our most strategic and fastest-scaling AI-native startup customers, driving expansion and retention by helping them harness the transformative potential of safe, frontier AI. Working closely with GTM, Applied AI, product, and marketing teams, you'll identify expansion opportunities while ensuring our customers get maximum value from Anthropic's solutions.
The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with executive relationship management skills, focusing on growing large accounts through strategic expansion while maintaining high retention rates in a competitive market. By driving expanded deployment of Anthropic's products at the companies defining what AI-native looks like, you will help them scale their AI capabilities while advancing its safe and ethical development.
Responsibilities:

Build and maintain trusted relationships with founders, board members, and executive stakeholders, as well as the technical leaders (CTO, VP Engineering, Head of AI) who own model decisions
Lead strategic account planning including executive business reviews, health checks, usage and forecast reviews, and renewal negotiations
Partner with customers to identify new use cases, workloads, and products that expand their AI capabilities with Anthropic
Navigate complex commercial conversations — multi-stakeholder deals, evolving usage patterns, and competitive evaluations — in partnership with Applied AI and product teams
Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and conveying market needs to inform our product roadmap
Develop and execute account strategies that align Anthropic's solutions with customer business objectives
Proactively identify and mitigate retention and competitive risks while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Must Have Qualifications:
11+ years of experience in sales or account management roles, with a proven track record of growing large, complex accounts and exceeding retention and expansion targets
Success as a strategic business advisor to founders and executives, deeply understanding fast-scaling startup needs and creating solutions that align with their vision
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, working with technical stakeholders, and negotiating strategic deals
Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to build relationships across all customer levels, from ICs to founders and C-level executives
Analytical approach to understanding customer needs and usage combined with creative solutions to drive expansion
A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality
Passion for emerging technologies like AI, with interest in ensuring they are developed safely and responsibly
Experience running executive business reviews and managing executive relationships
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling or expanding usage- or consumption-based API, infrastructure, or developer-platform products
Experience selling to technical founders, CTOs, and engineering leaders at AI-native or developer-first companies
Fluency in the LLM/AI market — model providers, capabilities, pricing models, and how AI-native companies evaluate and switch between them
Experience structuring larger commercial agreements (usage commitments, multi-year terms, enterprise contract terms) with fast-growing customers

Be cautious of emails from other domains. directly for confirmed position openings.

- The Role
As an Enterprise Solutions Architect at ClickHouse, you'll own the technical side of the sales cycle for enterprise accounts across Greater China. You'll engage with data platform engineers, architects, SRE, and the VP who owns the standard — and your job is to design something that satisfies all of them and then prove it at production scale.
This is a role for engineers who want the hard version of the problem: real scale, real constraints, and an incumbent to displace. Prior pre-sales experience helps but isn't required — technical depth is non-negotiable.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own the technical evaluation for enterprise accounts across Greater China — from discovery through POC or competitive bake-off, architecture sign-off, security review, and first production workload.
- Engage across a wider set of stakeholders than a single team: data platform engineers, architects, SRE, security, and the executive who owns the standard. Design solutions that hold up with all of them in the room.
- Design for production scale — sizing, sharding and replication strategy, ingestion topology, tiered storage, cost modeling, and what happens when something fails at 3am.
- Win competitive displacements against Elasticsearch, Splunk, Snowflake, BigQuery, Druid, Pinot, and homegrown systems, using benchmarks the customer's own team can reproduce.
- Own the migration plan — sequencing, dual-run, validation, and cutover — so the customer's team can see exactly how they get to production.
- Clear the security and procurement path: questionnaires, compliance artifacts, network and identity architecture, data residency requirements, and BYOC or private deployment requirements.
- Partner closely with Enterprise AEs to progress and close opportunities — you own the technical win, they own the commercial close. Build the TCO case against the incumbent/competition together.
- Advocate for customer needs internally with Product and Engineering — you're the voice of the technical buyer inside ClickHouse.
- Contribute reference architectures, benchmark harnesses, migration guides, and objection handling material that help the team scale what's working.
What You Bring
- Professional fluency in Mandarin and English, written and verbal. You can run a deep technical workshop in Mandarin and represent the same architecture to a global internal audience in English.
- Deep technical foundation in data infrastructure — built through experience as a data engineer, platform engineer, software engineer, DBA, or solutions architect.
- Production experience with analytical databases (ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Druid, Pinot, Vertica) and with operating them, not just querying them.
- Distributed systems judgment: partitioning, replication, consistency trade-offs, query execution, and a felt sense for where things break under load.
- Fluency across the modern data stack — Kafka and CDC pipelines, orchestration, object storage, BI tools, and at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud) at architecture level.
- Experience running a technical evaluation against a named competitor and winning it, including designing the migration off the incumbent and the parts of it that are genuinely hard.

- Strong written and verbal communication. You can whiteboard with a staff engineer in the morning and present to a VP of Engineering in the afternoon.
- Comfort with longer cycles and more stakeholders. Enterprise evaluations don't close in three weeks, and you know how to keep one moving without letting it stall.
- Willingness to say ClickHouse isn't the right tool for a given workload when that's true.
Bonus Points for:
- Experience selling or supporting technical sales into the Greater China market
- Familiarity with the local cloud and data ecosystem (Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Huawei Cloud) and how enterprises there build around it.
- Open source community experience, including engaging developer and engineering audiences in the region.
- Experience effectively working remotely in a global, distributed organization..

Anthropic has an ambitious mission with high stakes and tight timelines. In some cases, the talent we need to achieve our vision can't be accessed through traditional recruiting alone. That's where M&A comes in, and this role is what keeps it running smoothly.
We're looking for a
Recruiting M&A Program Specialist
to join our Talent team and coordinate the interview experience behind our acquisition hiring. You'll be a key point of contact across Corporate Development, Legal, People, and the technical organization, coordinating interviews and guiding candidates and incoming employees from first conversation through to their start date. Your work will be challenging and unique, and it directly supports Anthropic's efforts to remain on the frontier.
Role required to work out of the Anthropic San Francisco Office - Relocation available.
Responsibilities
Program manage recruiting activities across Corporate Development, Legal, People, and technical leadership, keeping everyone informed, bringing solutions on what needs attention, and keeping the process moving.
Educate and enable deal sponsors and cross functional partners on standard approaches for M&A recruiting, interviewing and processes.
Operationalize the playbooks and processes that keep acquisition hiring organized and consistent, and partner closely with recruiting systems and analytics to evolve the program over time.
Scope and run the recruiting workstream for each deal, from first conversation through start dates.
Be a primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a warm, high-touch, and discreet experience from first conversation through their start date. Make sure people going through a sensitive transition feel supported and informed at every step.
Use AI tools (e.g., Claude) as a core part of your daily workflow as we build toward a more automated way of recruiting.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information and conversations with discretion.
Take on other high-priority recruiting and operations projects as needed and grow within the role over time.
You may be a good fit if you have
4+ years of program management, recruiting coordination or high-volume scheduling experience, ideally including confidential, executive, or M&A/acquihire hiring, and familiarity with modern recruiting systems
Track record of creating, documenting and educating on evolving hiring approaches - proven experience in building and developing these over time.
A track record of delivering an excellent candidate experience and partnering closely with recruiters
Experience with confidential or sensitive work where discretion, trust, and sound judgment are essential
Strong organizational instincts and comfort creating structure in ambiguous, fast-moving situations
Comfort working efficiently with AI tools; experience with Claude
A genuine interest in Anthropic's mission and the role M&A plays in supporting it
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

Annual Salary:
$120,640
—
$145,600 USD

LEAD PRODUCT MANAGER – PAYMENTS RISK
OUR PURPOSE
At Xero, we’re here to supercharge small businesses. By making small business more efficient every day, connecting them with big business technology and empowering a community behind them, their potential is limitless. When that happens, we’re not only helping small business, we’ll be building a stronger economy that can change the world.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
As a Lead Product Manager – Payments Risk, you’ll build the risk capabilities that enable Xero customers to accept payments securely, reliably and with as little unnecessary friction as possible.
You’ll own product strategy and execution across two core areas:
Merchant risk — including KYB/KYC, merchant eligibility, underwriting, risk segmentation, financial exposure management and ongoing merchant monitoring.
Transaction risk — including fraud detection and decisioning, transaction monitoring, disputes and chargebacks, reserves and holds, payout risk and payments loss management.
This is a Product Management role focused on payments risk, not a Risk Operations or Compliance role. You’ll partner closely with Risk, Compliance, Engineering, Data and Operations to turn risk strategy and policy into scalable product capabilities.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
BUILD XERO’S PAYMENTS RISK CAPABILITIES
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for merchant and transaction risk.
- Build capabilities for merchant eligibility, underwriting, risk segmentation, financial exposure management and ongoing monitoring.
- Build transaction fraud detection, monitoring and decisioning capabilities using signals, rules, scoring, velocity and limits.
- Develop controls for disputes, chargebacks, reserves, holds, negative balances and payout risk.
- Build the tooling and workflows needed to support investigation, review and risk operations.
BUILD RISK AS A SCALABLE PLATFORM CAPABILITY
- Develop reusable capabilities for risk decisioning, rules, signals, limits, monitoring, alerts and case management.
- Partner with Engineering and Data on APIs, data models, architecture and decisioning systems required to operate risk at scale.
- Design capabilities that can support multiple processors, payment methods and markets.
- Evaluate build-versus-partner decisions and determine where Xero should own risk capabilities versus rely on processors or specialist risk providers.
MAKE THE RIGHT RISK TRADE-OFFS
- Translate risk appetite and policy into product controls and customer experiences.
- Use data to balance fraud and financial loss against merchant friction, transaction conversion and operational cost.
- Establish clear risk metrics and continuously improve decision quality, false-positive rates and loss performance.
- Identify emerging merchant, fraud and loss patterns and evolve controls as risks change.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING WITH YOU
Deep, hands-on payments risk product experience is essential for this role.
We’re looking for someone who has built and operated risk capabilities within a payments platform, PSP, acquirer, PayFac, marketplace or similar payments environment.
You should have meaningful Product Management experience across both:
- Merchant risk: KYB/KYC, merchant onboarding, eligibility, underwriting, merchant risk assessment, financial exposure management and/or ongoing monitoring.
- Transaction risk: fraud detection and decisioning, transaction monitoring, disputes and chargebacks, reserves and holds, payout risk and/or payments loss management.
You’ll also bring:
- Significant Product Management experience in a technically complex payments or fintech environment.
- Strong understanding of how merchant risk, transaction risk and the movement of money create financial exposure.
- Experience building risk decisioning capabilities using rules, signals, scoring, limits and data-driven models.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using fraud, transaction and loss data to make product decisions.
- Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Data Science, Risk, Compliance and Operations.
- Experience working with payment processors, acquirers and/or third-party risk providers.
- Strong product judgement and the ability to make decisions where customer experience, growth and risk are in tension.
We’re particularly interested in candidates whose experience extends beyond KYC/compliance or consumer identity fraud into broader merchant and transaction risk within a payments environment.
SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Legitimate merchants can accept payments with minimal unnecessary friction.
- Higher-risk merchants and transactions are identified and treated appropriately.
- Fraud, chargebacks and payments losses remain within Xero’s agreed risk appetite.
- Risk capabilities and decisioning can scale across processors, payment methods and markets.
COMPENSATION & TOTAL REWARDS
At Xero, we value the impact and skills you bring to the team. We don’t just hire for a role; we invest in people. We believe in a Total Package philosophy - which means your value isn't just a single number on a paycheck. While base salary is a core component, we look at your compensation through a holistic lens that includes equity, performance incentives, and world-class benefits.
The expected base salary range for this role in:
- California: $212,200 – $265,200 USD
Individual pay is determined by various factors, including geography, level of experience, and the specific skills you bring to the role.
In addition to base pay, Xero’s roles are eligible for the following forms of variable compensation:
- Variable Pay: Permanent employees are eligible to participate in our annual bonus and equity (RSU) programs. You may also be eligible for performance-based cash or equity (RSUs) incentives depending on your role level, and company performance.
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and 21 days PTO, 10 days of Wellbeing leave, 5 days of Xtra Leave, 1 volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, paid parental leave. Further information included on our Xero Perks https://careers.xero.com/inside-xero/benefits-wellbeing/ page.
Xero uses AI to help screen applications based on job-related qualifications. These tools assist our recruiters but do not make automated hiring decisions. A human recruiter reviews all candidates before any hiring action is taken.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Business Systems Engineer to own and evolve Ramp’s Quote-to-Cash systems. You’ll build and maintain Ramp’s Salesforce-based quoting platform, contract workflows, and Billing/Core integrations that turn complex commercial agreements into accurate, supportable customer outcomes—from quote creation and approvals through order forms, provisioning, billing, renewals, and amendments.
This is not a Salesforce CPQ implementation role. Ramp uses an in-house Quote-to-Cash platform built on Salesforce, so we’re looking for a strong Salesforce engineer with experience in quoting, pricing, contracts, billing, subscriptions, or other complex commercial workflows.
This role sits in Growth Engineering’s Business Systems Engineering team and partners closely with Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, Billing Engineering, Product, and GTM teams. You’ll combine hands-on Salesforce engineering with systems design and strong commercial judgment to make high-stakes revenue workflows reliable, scalable, and easier for teams to use.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design, develop, test, and deploy applications on the Salesforce Platform.
- Design, build, and operate Ramp’s Salesforce-based Quote-to-Cash platform and the integrations between Salesforce, Ironclad, Billing/Core, and adjacent business systems. Own data contracts, idempotency, error handling, reconciliation, and safe lifecycle changes for quotes, contracts, and subscriptions.
- Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using in-house services and approved automation platforms.
- Drive architecture, tooling, and design decisions that keep commercial systems fast, reliable, and scalable.
- Write and communicate technical specifications, including architecture diagrams, data models, process flows, and sequence diagrams.
- Own data integrity and the operating assumptions for your domain; continually improve them.
- Partner with the rest of the team on code reviews, operational support, debugging, and solution design.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 7+ years building applications on the Salesforce Platform.
- 5+ years of systems architecture and integration experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and asynchronous processing.
- Working knowledge of another programming language, such as Python.
- Strong API and integration-design skills, including reliable handling of retries, duplicate events, partial failures, and data reconciliation.
- Experience with Quote-to-Cash domains such as quoting, pricing, approvals, contract lifecycle management, billing, subscriptions, renewals, or amendments. Experience with Salesforce CPQ is welcome but not required.
- Familiarity with the broader GTM stack beyond Salesforce, such as Gong, LeanData, contract lifecycle management, billing, or revenue systems.
- Strong knowledge of synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns, streaming APIs, and publish/subscribe architectures.
- Working knowledge of data pipelines, CI/CD, Salesforce platform limits, code coverage, and unit-testing practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex commercial requirements into simple, durable system behavior with non-engineering partners.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully and evaluating their output.
NICE TO HAVES
- Snowflake/DBT
- Kafka experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies
