About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are hiring an Energy Scheduling & Portfolio Lead to own energy availability across Anthropic's non-cloud data center portfolio: contracted and available energy against planned compute, and the risk to it. This one central scheduling and portfolio role holds the live view of energy availability risk and energy availability need for workload management. You will be our counterpart to the LSEs, QSEs, scheduling coordinators, and suppliers in electricity and gas markets across jurisdictions; forecasting is an instrument of that view. You schedule and manage physical energy delivery — not financial instruments — including how much gas the portfolio needs to schedule, and keep energy supply and the workload plan in step with workload and site planning, energy origination, and data center operations. ESA counterparties operate the behind-the-meter plants; you manage their performance and our exposure. This role will also build processes and structures to ultimately support asset management across our energy portfolio. You are this function's first dedicated owner and will build its models and processes from zero.
Responsibilities:
Own the live view of energy availability risk and need: contracted, available, and committed energy and capacity at each site against planned load and ramp, by month and by hour where it matters; keep it current as deals sign, sites come online, and plans change, and close gaps and use surpluses with workload and site planning and energy origination.
Be the operational counterpart to our LSEs, QSEs, scheduling coordinators, and retail and wholesale suppliers in domestic ISO/RTOs, including ERCOT, and international power markets, and manage our participation in utility and ISO market programs.
Predict and track curtailment (utility, ISO, fuel, equipment, and contract-driven) for each site, and navigate shortage pricing and reliability events: ISO scarcity pricing, emergency procedures, conservation calls, and the notification and performance obligations under each ESA, PPA, utility agreement, and market program; coordinate the load response with site operations and workload planning, and track performance, compensation, and cost.
Oversee the portfolio's contracted or tariff-based load-flexibility capability and the contribution of this capability to Anthropic's ratepayer-protection commitment: curtailment and demand-response participation, flexible-interconnection and non-firm service commitments to utilities and ISOs, and the site-level playbooks for each; work with workload planning on what the compute can actually flex, and commit only where the workload plan supports it.
For the first operating sites, manage counterparty performance and Anthropic's exposure under the ESAs: outage notices, availability guarantees, liquidated damages, dispatch coordination, and the reporting behind them. Know the ESAs and utility load agreements we sign well enough to operate their scheduling, curtailment, availability, flexibility, and ratepayer-protection terms, and partner with legal and energy origination so new agreements are operable.
Determine how much gas the portfolio needs to schedule and build the portfolio's gas scheduling strategy for gas-fired behind-the-meter supply, nominations, hub and index pricing, pipeline capacity and constraints, and work through gas-plant outages and their effect on site availability, including by building relationships with external commodity partners.
Build Anthropic's energy forecasting as an instrument of the availability-risk view: consumption per site from the workload plan, site design, and ramp, and cost against ESA and PPA terms, market and natural gas prices, as the monthly and annual outputs the team and Finance need, including exposure to index-priced volume and the inputs energy origination needs to size new supply. Supply the energy-side inputs and checks that let Finance, Accounting, and Procurement Ops reconcile invoices and settlements against ESA, PPA, and tariff terms and explain the variance; this role will collaborate heavily with energy finance but will not have primary responsibility for financial management of the energy portfolio — the physical position is yours. Track the market information that moves our position — ISO/RTO prices, scarcity and reliability conditions, gas hub prices, ancillary and capacity costs, and tariff, interconnection, and market rule changes — and reflect it in the view.
Work cross-functionally: with energy finance on the financial management of the portfolio, with data center operations on site load, flexibility, and outages, and with other internal teams — workload and site planning, engineering and design, legal, procurement — so the energy position and the physical reality of each site stay aligned. Build and own the processes, data, and tooling for all of the above; partner with engineering and site operations on metering, telemetry, and load data so the availability view, forecasts, and settlements rest on measured consumption.
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 8+ years in energy markets, power scheduling, energy procurement, or utility / retail energy operations, including hands-on work with scheduling and settlement review in ERCOT, PJM, NYISO, MISO, or another ISO/RTO market.
Have worked at or directly with an LSE, QSE, scheduling coordinator, retail energy provider, or load-management desk, and know day-ahead and real-time scheduling, settlements, and curtailment / demand-response programs from the inside.
Read ESAs, PPAs, and utility large-load interconnection and service agreements fluently enough to operate their scheduling, availability, curtailment, and pricing terms and to model the exposure they create.
Can predict curtailment for a large load and navigate shortage pricing and reliability events — ISO scarcity pricing, emergency procedures, conservation calls — from experience, not from the rulebook.
Understand gas scheduling — nominations, hub pricing, pipeline constraints — and have worked through gas-fired plant outages and their effect on served load.
Have designed or operated load flexibility for a large load — curtailment, demand response, non-firm or flexible interconnection — and understand the large-load tariff provisions that protect other ratepayers (minimum demand charges, cost allocation, exit and stranded-cost provisions, study and collateral requirements) and how a load operates within them.
Have built or run energy consumption and cost forecasts for large loads — data centers, industrials, or a retail / wholesale portfolio — and can tie a forecast to contract terms and market prices.
Coordinate well across teams that do not report to you — workload planning, site operations, finance, legal, origination — and can give a clear picture of where energy availability stands against need and where it is at risk.
Have stood up a scheduling, portfolio, or operations function from scratch and built the models and processes it runs on.
Possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant domain (e.g., engineering, economics, energy, finance, data science) or equivalent practical experience.
It's a bonus if you have:
Experience with data center or other large, fast-ramping load in ERCOT, PJM, NYISO, MISO, or another ISO/RTO market.
Experience with behind-the-meter, islanded, or bridge-power configurations and how they schedule and settle differently from grid-served load, including managing counterparty performance under an ESA or tolling agreement — availability guarantees, outage reporting, liquidated damages, dispatch coordination.
Familiarity with hedging and risk management of energy cost — fixed-price, index, shaped, and block products — and with how hedges sit against physical consumption, enough to work fluently with Finance on it.
Familiarity with natural gas markets and hub pricing, with an emphasis on physical scheduling at regional basis hubs, gas-price indices, pipeline nominations and capacity.
Experience with energy data and metering systems, interval data, and building forecasting models from them.
Exposure to the regulatory and public-affairs side of large-load service — large-load tariff proceedings, interconnection rulemakings, or utility rate cases — and to utility and ISO demand-response, curtailment, and flexible-interconnection programs.
Prior experience standing up an operations or analytics function in a growing team.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
At Sentry, our Mobile team builds the next generation of observability tools for developers worldwide — processing over a billion events every single day. We're looking for a technical Senior Product Manager, Mobile to bring clarity and context to the team and help us create a delightful Sentry experience for mobile developers across the globe.
At Sentry, product managers, engineers, and engineering managers work together to help shape the roadmap and decide what to build next – with the engineering manager ultimately owning the decision. Your role will be to make sure the team deeply understands its users, the market, and how the product performs in the real world, including where it delights and where it creates friction, so the right decisions happen naturally. This position reports to the Director of Engineering..
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Turn scattered signal into clear context: Build and run a system that continuously gathers insight from everywhere it lives — users, customers, GitHub, our own product data, and the wider market (competitors, ecosystem trends, and industry shifts) — and turn it into well-framed problems, opportunities, and tradeoffs that inform the Mobile roadmap and guide prioritization. Draw out the people closest to customers (Sales, Support, Solutions) who are often acutely aware of the features we're missing, especially the ones about to cause customer churn
- Be the developer's voice: Talk to developers and engineering leaders on a steady cadence, represent them when internal decisions get made, test ideas quickly and cheaply before committing engineering, and use what you learn to keep us aligned on the top priorities for this persona
- Elevate the end-to-end mobile developer experience: Together with the Engineering Manager & Mobile engineers you will influence and improve the full user journey, from catching and surfacing a mobile issue in Sentry to resolving it automatically — across native (iOS, Android) and cross-platform (React Native, Flutter, KMP) developers alike
- Connect the dots and build trust: Partner closely not just with the engineering team, but also various internal stakeholders across the company — earning trust over time by delivering on your commitments and communicating clearly with people inside and outside the company
- Use AI to go faster and deeper: Apply strong judgment about where AI adds real leverage in discovery, synthesis, and analysis, and build it into repeatable systems rather than one-off prompts
- Measure outcomes, not output: Commit to measurable objectives tied to real customer and business value, track the metrics that matter across usage and revenue, and turn what you see into hypotheses and action
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Are relentlessly curious about users: you love talking to developers and customers, digging into data, structuring what you learn, and turning it into sharp hypotheses, problems, and bets
- Genuinely care about developer experience: you love mobile platforms and sweat the details of a great end-to-end UX
- Are technical enough to earn developers' trust: you know how software gets built, because you built or still build mobile applications yourself
- Are a high-agency self-starter who organizes their own work: you don't wait to be told what to do — you find the problems that matter and bring them to a solution
- Lead through context & collaboration, not control: energized by making a team smarter and letting them own priorities, rather than dictating the roadmap yourself
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years experience as a Mobile developer — you don’t solely rely on empathy when representing this persona, but speak from your own experience as well
- 5+ years as a Product Manager, ideally with B2B SaaS and observability products for mobile platforms — backed by a background in mobile software engineering (Apple, Android, React Native, Flutter, etc.)
- Experience talking to customers directly and running continuous product discovery — you let evidence, not opinion, shape decisions
- Strong business and product judgment with an affinity for data and metrics — you turn signals into clear hypotheses and actions
- Excellent written and spoken communication, and a track record of driving outcomes through influence rather than authority — building alignment with engineering teams and business stakeholders through evidence and a clear narrative
- Fluent with AI in your daily workflow — you use it to work faster and sharper across your PM craft, and know where it doesn't help
- You live in the Vienna area or are willing to relocate
Not sure if you meet 100% of the qualifications? We encourage you to apply anyway. We're interested in people who are excited about this opportunity and eager to grow.
We are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR €64,554,-- gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement (IT-KV).
A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.

What the Role Is
As the Senior Manager of Data Analytics for Ecommerce, Health & Supply Chain, this role will be responsible for partnering with Health, Merchandising, Inventory Management, and Fulfillment teams. You will influence the company’s strategy and help the company grow through advanced business analytics that raise data fluency and sharpen how decisions are made. The successful leader must be ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into the data, systems, and models, while working collaboratively with the team ensuring you are able to effectively partner across the organization. This highly visible role will interact with the executive team as a thought partner to bring new insights and recommendations to the table.
Who You Are
Deep eCommerce or retail analytics experience
- fluent in the core KPIs for inventory, order economics, pricing, and fulfillment/supply chain cost and efficiency (AOV, unit economics, instock rates, meat beat scores, fulfillment CPUs), and you apply proven industry practice rather than rebuilding it from scratch
Proven at balancing people management with hands-on IC work
- you can point to analysis you've owned yourself while leading a team, not just work you've coordinated
Experienced managing experienced analysts
- you bring structure and clear prioritization to a team that already executes well, so they're always on the highest-impact work
Confident partnering with VP+ stakeholders
- you've built real relationships with senior business leaders and shape priorities with them proactively, front and center with executives
Hands-on with AI-native analytics
- you've built or are genuinely curious about self-serve analytics infrastructure (semantic layers, context layers, AI-connected reporting), not just traditional dashboards
Engaged in what we're building
- you ask why before how, challenge assumptions, and contribute to direction instead of delivering dashboards in isolation
Prioritizes progress over perfection
- you scale rigor to what's at stake and ship a strong, decision-ready answer on time rather than over-polishing
8+ years of experience, ideally with experience in a Data role in a high growth consumer technology or e-commerce company; 5+ years of experience at a manager level
You naturally reach for AI in your work - at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
Strong sense of ownership, intellectual curiosity and an ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail but an equally important ability to see the big picture and evaluate analyses with strategic business context
Extensive experience in data analytics, big data technologies, and statistical modeling to drive business insights.
Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and data strategy principles.
How You Will Make An Impact
Lead and develop 5 experienced analysts and data scientists - prioritization, coaching, quarterly goal-setting, and clean handoffs with stakeholders
Own a meaningful book of actionable analysis yourself across eCommerce, supply chain, and health - you stay close to the data, not managing from a distance
Partner directly with senior leaders in each area, with regular exposure to the executive team
Define and steward the KPI and reporting standards these functions run on
Advance our AI-native analytics roadmap, including self-serve tools that connect business teams directly to our data
Set the bar for what strong, AI-forward analytics work looks like - and champion it across the team, pushing analysts to share ideas, cross-pollinate approaches, and spread unlocks org-wide
Create a culture of Data Analytics excellence where the function is viewed as a strategic partner on analytical matters, providing guidance and assistance to all functional groups as needed
Solve complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely analysis, business insights, and recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements, and influence leaders
Translate business priorities into a clear, prioritized analytics roadmap - weighing tradeoffs and making strong recommendations on what the team takes on and what waits
Why This Role
You're inheriting 5 strong analysts who are already delivering - this isn't a rebuild, it's a chance to level up and scale a team for the future growth of Babylist
This pod sits at the intersection of supply chain, health, and e-commerce, with direct exposure to senior business leaders
Babylist's data team is genuinely ahead of the curve on AI-native analytics - you'll help shape self-serve tooling most companies are just starting to think about
Real IC time is built into this role by design - you'll stay close to the work, not manage from a distance
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$228,250 to $273,900 + 20% target bonus and competitive equity

About the Role
OneDome is a UK-based property technology company on a mission to make buying, selling and financing a home simpler and faster. Our platform connects homebuyers, estate agents, conveyancers and mortgage brokers into a single digital journey, and it is scaling quickly.
We hold a great deal of data on how customers move through buying, financing and conveyancing, and very little of it can currently be queried in one place. This is our first dedicated data engineering role. You will own our data warehouse and the pipelines that feed it, decide what the data platform looks like, and become the person the business relies on for answers.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain our AWS-based data platform for a quickly scaling business.
Build and own our data warehouse and the pipelines that feed it from product, CRM and third-party systems.
Model data for analytics and reporting so analysts, product and leadership can rely on it, and keep those models tested and documented.
Contribute to architecture decisions and technical direction across the platform.
Ensure data quality, performance and scalability.
Own data protection obligations within our pipelines, including retention, deletion and subject access requests.
Collaborate with product managers, analysts and engineers across distributed teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Leverage AI-powered engineering tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining high standards of quality, security and operational excellence.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience building and running production data pipelines end to end.
Data warehouse design and modelling, including dimensional modelling, slowly changing dimensions, incremental and full-refresh builds, and schemas analysts can query unaided.
Hands-on production experience with Redshift, including loading strategies, distribution and sort key design, workload management, query tuning and cost control. An equivalent columnar warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery) is acceptable with a credible transfer story.
Experience running dbt in production, including testing, documentation and CI.
Strong SQL, including tuning analytical queries, and strong Python.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including Postgres (with JSONB) and DynamoDB or equivalent, and real experience getting analytical value out of NoSQL stores through change data capture, export patterns, denormalisation and schema drift.
Hands-on experience designing, deploying and operating data services on AWS, including S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda, EventBridge, Kinesis/Firehose, RDS, IAM and CloudWatch.
Experience with infrastructure automation and observability, including infrastructure as code (Terraform).
Experience handling regulated personal data in the UK, including GDPR, retention and subject access requests.
Comfortable using AI coding assistants (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) as part of the development workflow.
Strong communication skills in English. Russian is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Dataverse data extraction (Synapse Link, Dataverse API).
Mortgage, property or financial services domain experience.
Experience with BI tooling such as Looker or Metabase.
Familiarity with managed ingestion tools such as Fivetran or Airbyte.
AWS certification.
What We Offer
Challenging tasks with a great opportunity to level up your skills.
20 working days of paid vacation, with additional days off following the UK holiday calendar.
Working hours of 9:00-17:00 London time.
An international team spread across Ukraine and Azerbaijan.
Ready to Build?
OneDome is small enough that your work is visible and large enough that it matters. This is the first data role here, so the warehouse, the models and the standards will be yours to set. If you want to help reshape one of the biggest transactions in people's lives, we would love to hear from you.
Salary: $4,500 – $5,500

ABOUT OPENAI
OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that general-purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity. We build models and products that help people learn, create, and solve problems, and we work to do so safely and responsibly.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Our Community team builds direct relationships with people who use our technology, channels their insights back to product and research teams, and amplifies their stories so others can learn from them.
The Student Community team is building OpenAI Student Collective https://openai.com/student-collective/, a global program that equips students with community, resources, and support to help their peers build AI capability, confidence, and opportunity. Students are often among the first to discover new ways to learn, build, create, and organize with AI. Our job is to find those examples, support the students behind them, and help their stories travel.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a high-agency program operator to help run and scale OpenAI’s student community efforts across the Americas.
You will own the systems and operating rhythms that keep the program moving, coordinate execution across North America and Latin America, and help the team identify and resolve gaps as the program grows. You should be comfortable creating structure from ambiguity, managing complex details, and moving between program operations, regional coordination, and direct student support.
This person should be equally comfortable building a clean tracker, writing a weekly update, chasing down missing information, coordinating across cross-functional and external partners, or helping a Campus Lead troubleshoot a workshop on campus.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Run day-to-day program operations across recruitment, candidate review, onboarding, student support, activations, and end-of-cycle programming.
- Build, maintain, and improve Airtable and other source-of-truth systems for student recruitment, selection, onboarding, events, reporting, and feedback.
- Own dashboards and weekly reporting that show program progress, risks, blockers, decisions, and next steps.
- Help coordinate across Experience, Localization, Editorial, Strategy & Ops, agency partners, and cross-functional teams to close dependencies and keep work on track.
- Build operating rhythms, templates, checklists, documentation, and handoff processes that help the program scale.
- Partner with community managers to capture student needs, product feedback, program gaps, standout use cases, and emerging regional trends.
- Surface unclear ownership or missing support early and drive agreed next steps through completion.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of experience in program management, community operations, field marketing, campus programs, creator/community programs, or a related role.
- Strong systems thinker with hands-on experience building and maintaining Airtable, CRM, project management, or workflow systems.
- Excellent execution skills in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams across people, timelines, tools, and deliverables.
- Strong written communication skills, especially for updates, recaps, documentation, and stakeholder reporting.
- Comfort working across internal teams, agencies, contractors, and regional partners.
- High ownership, low ego, and willingness to jump into messy problems.
- Strong interest in AI and how students are using it to learn, build, and create.
- Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, Airtable, Luma, and community management tools.
BONUS
- Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency.
- Experience with student, campus, developer, creator, or education communities.
- Experience supporting programs across the US, Canada, and/or LATAM.
- Experience working with agencies or distributed global teams.
- Experience building operational systems from scratch.
- Deep curiosity and fluency with AI tools. You should be actively using tools like ChatGPT, Codex, or creative AI tools, and paying attention to how others are using them.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate is part program operator, part community builder, and part systems architect. They can bring order to ambiguity, keep a lot of moving pieces organized, and build the infrastructure that lets a small team operate like a much larger one. They are energized by students, curious about AI, and comfortable moving between strategy, operations, and execution.

- DevOps fundamentals: CI/CD security, secrets management, artifact integrity, and secure-by-default platform patterns.
- Incident response and investigation, including creating repeatable playbooks and automating response where appropriate.
- Strong programming/scripting ability (Python or similar) plus comfort with infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform) and automation.

Workplace: Hybrid
OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Taxfix is building something most companies only talk about: a fully agentic infrastructure layer that every team in the company will depend on. And right now, IT is either the foundation that makes that possible — or the bottleneck that slows it down.
As our Director of Security & IT, you are the difference between those two outcomes. This is not a traditional IT Director role. You won't be managing tickets or keeping the lights on. You'll be building a platform function from the ground up — one that gives every hybrid human-agent team at Taxfix the speed, security, and confidence to move without friction. Reporting to our Chief People Officer and working closely with our Systems Engineer and cross-functional partners across Engineering, Legal, Finance, and People Ops, you'll define the infrastructure and security foundation that turns our agentic ambitions into reality.
The best outcome in this role isn't that IT stays out of the way — it's that IT raises the bar for how the whole organization operates. You'll set standards that others build to, make calls that shape Taxfix's security posture for years, and build the infrastructure layer that our agentic ambitions depend on. This role comes with real authority and real accountability. If you want to be the person who defines what modern IT looks like at a company that's genuinely building the future of work — this is that job.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the vision and roadmap for Taxfix's internal infrastructure and tooling layer, driving the transition from IT as a ticket-resolving function to an internal platform product that enables every hybrid human-agent team to move faster and more securely.
- Lead and develop the IT team — including helpdesk, systems engineering, and the incoming Security & Platform Engineer — ensuring clear ownership, structured growth paths, and a high-performing team culture through a period of significant structural change.
- Own all core IT operations: device management (MDM), identity and access management, workplace technology, SaaS tooling, third-party network provider relationship, and hardware provisioning — maintaining reliability, cost controlling and service quality while progressively raising the bar on what "good" looks like.
- Set the security strategy and posture for Taxfix's systems and agent ecosystem, embedding security continuously into platform infrastructure rather than applying it as a gate at the end.
- Work closely with our Systems Engineers and the agentic framework team to build and document the agentic platform layer — including secure sandboxes, credential vaults, and CI/CD pipelines — ensuring infrastructure decisions support the organisation's agentic ambitions.
- Own IT-specific risk management, compliance controls, and audit readiness across internal systems and infrastructure, partnering with Legal, Compliance, and enterprise risk owners on GDPR/DSGVO, SOC 2, and applicable financial regulatory requirements.
- Manage supplier relationships and lead the build and lead the build/buy/partner evaluation, making a long-term recommendation grounded in both technical and business considerations.
- Be the business-facing voice for IT in leadership conversations — translating infrastructure and security decisions into clear business terms and building trusted relationships with Engineering, Legal, Finance, and People Ops.
- Define and track platform health metrics, service quality, and internal adoption — including establishing internal NPS for IT services as a baseline, driving measurable reductions in ticket volume and mean time to resolution, and reporting transparently on the agentic infrastructure layer.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have proven experience leading an IT or infrastructure function at a scale-up or regulated tech company — including ownership of core IT operations such as helpdesk, MDM, identity management, and workplace technology. You know what it takes to run these reliably while simultaneously raising the ambition of what the function can be.
- You have built or are capable of building a platform mindset in a team that has historically operated as a support function — you understand what that shift requires culturally, structurally, and in terms of how success gets measured.
- You bring strong enough technical depth to have credible, substantive conversations with engineers — you can interrogate technical decisions, ask the right questions, and know when to push back.
- You are security-literate and have hands-on experience setting security strategy: you understand the threat landscape, have navigated compliance and audit obligations in a regulated environment, and know what good security posture looks like at both the infrastructure and application layer.
- You have experience with agentic or AI infrastructure, or you bring genuine curiosity and a track record of fast learning in emerging technical domains — this space is moving quickly, and so are we.
- You have managed vendors and external partners, including evaluating and making build/buy/outsource decisions, and you're comfortable owning those relationships end to end.
- You are familiar with the compliance and data obligations that come with operating in a regulated environment — financial services, tax, or similar — and you've translated those obligations into practical infrastructure and process decisions.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and energised by the opportunity to help shape a function that is being designed in real time — you don't wait for a playbook; you help write it.
- You grow the people around you: you see early-career team members and ambitious engineers as people to invest in, and you create the conditions for them to do their best work.
- You are ego-light: you are comfortable with invisible success — the best outcome is that teams don't notice IT because everything works — and you are willing to tell leadership when a request isn't feasible and explain why in terms that land.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.
