About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As an Enterprise Account Executive for Digital Native Business based in Tokyo, you'll drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI technology across Japan's fastest-moving technology companies. This is a greenfield, new business role: you'll build your territory from the ground up, owning the full sales cycle from first outbound touch to close across Japan's internet services, gaming, e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, and media companies. You'll work directly with founders, technical leaders, and product teams to help them build with Anthropic's AI as a core part of their products and operations.
Key responsibilities
Own and exceed revenue targets by winning net-new logos across Japan's digital native companies, including internet services, gaming, e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, and media
Build a greenfield territory from scratch: develop your own account list, generate pipeline through self-sourced outbound prospecting, and create repeatable plays for landing new accounts
Run fast, consultative sales cycles with founders, CTOs, CPOs, VPs of Engineering, and Heads of AI, positioning Claude as the foundation for AI-powered products and competitive differentiation
Land new accounts quickly and set them up for expansion, working closely with technical buyers and developer teams who evaluate hands-on
Orchestrate internal teams (Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Partnerships) to win technical evaluations and accelerate time to production for customers building on our models
Preferred qualifications
8+ years of sales experience in Japan with a clear track record as a hunter: consistently winning net-new logos and generating the majority of your own pipeline through outbound prospecting
Experience selling to digital native, internet, or high-growth technology companies, and comfort engaging technical buyers such as engineering and product leaders, not just business stakeholders
A track record of opening greenfield territories or segments with little existing brand presence, building pipeline and closing revenue from zero
Proven experience exceeding revenue targets driven primarily by new business, with the ability to manage high-velocity cycles alongside larger strategic deals
Strong commercial instincts for usage-based and consumption models, and the ability to connect product adoption to revenue growth
A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality. You are a true team player who thrives in ambiguous, startup-like environments
A strategic, analytical approach to territory and account prioritization combined with high-energy, persistent execution
A passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems. You feel strongly about ensuring frontier AI systems are developed safely and responsibly for broad benefit
Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English
What we offer
Competitive base salary and commission structure commensurate with experience
Equity participation
Comprehensive benefits package
Hybrid work model with flexibility
Access to cutting-edge AI technology and world-class research team
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Strong client and stakeholder skills, including the confidence to push back on unrealistic briefs with evidence.
Disciplined operator — keeps ATS, CRM, and pipeline data clean without being chased.
Comfortable working with AI-powered matching and sourcing tools.

Familiarity with modern ATS platforms and recruiting automation stacks.
Benefits

LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Deployed Engineering team works directly with companies building and running AI agents in production, helping turn ideas and prototypes into systems teams can rely on.
This is a hands-on, highly technical team that partners closely with customer engineers across the full lifecycle, from pre-sales evaluations to post-deployment advisory work. The focus is on achieving the technical win, co-designing agent architectures, and helping customers operate agents reliably at scale using the LangChain suite.
Deployed Engineers sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market, shaping how LangChain is adopted in the field and feeding real-world insights back into the platform.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Deployed Engineer…You’ll work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI — not demos, not research, but systems that real teams depend on in production. The feedback loop is fast, the impact is visible, and the work you do directly shapes how AI agents are built in the real world.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams
- Own the technical win in pre-sales by designing POCs, answering deep technical questions, and guiding evaluations
- Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications such as conversational agents, research agents, and multi-step workflows
- Advise customers post-sale on architecture, best practices, and roadmap-level decisions
- Run technical demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences
- Surface field feedback and contribute reusable patterns, cookbooks, and example code that scale across customers
- Occasionally contribute code upstream when it meaningfully improves customer outcomes
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years in a relevant technical role (software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, founding/product engineering), ideally in a startup or scale-up
- Strong Python, JavaScript and systems fundamentals
- Have designed agent-based or LLM-powered applications beyond simple API calls, including multi-step workflows, orchestration, and failure handling
- Are comfortable working directly with customers during POCs, architecture reviews, and technical evaluations
- Can explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build trust with developer audiences
- Take responsibility for outcomes, not just recommendations
- Have a bias toward action and enjoy figuring things out as you go
- Are excited about operating AI agents in production, not just building demos
NICE TO HAVE’S:
- You’ve deployed AI agents in production, especially using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Worked with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
- Have experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and basic Kubernetes concepts
- Have shipped and operated production software and are comfortable owning systems under real-world constraints
COMPENSATION
Annual OTE range: $165,000–$380,000 USD

We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. In 2026, we launched Computer, the defining product for the new era of agentic AI. Millions of people now use Perplexity to transform knowledge into action, and the Growth team owns the product loops that help them discover, adopt, and build lasting habits around our most important AI experiences.
As a growth engineer at Perplexity, you'll work across the full funnel — activation, onboarding, SEO, lifecycle, conversion, retention, and paid upgrade moments — while also building the applied AI systems that make those experiences smarter. Engineers are responsible for end-to-end projects from training and productionizing classifiers to identify high-intent users, personalizing value discovery, shipping contextual onboarding experiments, or wiring new AI capabilities into measurable adoption and revenue outcomes.
Growth at Perplexity goes beyond incremental funnel optimization. The team sits close to the core product - we translate behavioral signals, model outputs, and fast experimentation into durable product surfaces used across consumer and enterprise workflows. You'll move fast, run many experiments in parallel, and own the outcome end-to-end.
Tech Stack: TypeScript | Next.js | React | Python | PostgreSQL | Eppo | AWS
WHY PERPLEXITY IS DIFFERENT
- Craftsmanship. We build high quality, tasteful products targeting both the AI native and AI curious.
- Ownership. You identify the problem, design the solution and ship it.
- Entrepreneurship. We think like founders, act with urgency, and hustle to deliver for each other and our users.
- Scholarship. Work among highly talented peers, pursuing knowledge and truth, upleveling ourselves, our teams, and our products.
- Partnership. We amplify each others' strengths, break down silos, and give selflessly to help our colleagues deliver excellence.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design, build, and own growth surfaces across the full funnel — activation, onboarding, SEO, lifecycle, conversion, retention, and paid upgrade moments — for Computer and every Perplexity product.
- Lead experiments end-to-end, from hypothesis and instrumentation through implementation, analysis, and rollout, shipping many in parallel and learning quickly from each.
- Build applied AI systems that power growth: classifiers for high-intent segments, personalization for value discovery, and AI-driven onboarding and recommendation surfaces.
- Launch vertical-specific experiences (e.g., students, enterprise organizations) that connect new AI capabilities to measurable adoption and revenue outcomes.
- Hill-climb on the metrics that matter: activation rate, paid conversion, retention, and habit formation, instrumented with clean data and trustworthy experiment readouts.
- Partner closely with Product, Design, Data Science, Monetization, Marketing, and Applied AI to translate behavioral signals and model outputs into durable product surfaces.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience (we're open to strong junior and mid-level candidates with a track record of shipping).
- Full-stack engineering skills, with comfort across a modern web stack (we use Next.js, React, TypeScript on the frontend and Python on the backend).
- Strong execution: you ship many experiments and product improvements in parallel and drive them to a clear outcome.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation platforms (Eppo, Statsig, Optimizely, or in-house equivalents).
- Comfort with SQL and data-informed decision-making — you can pull, segment, and interpret your own funnel data.
- Strong product judgment; you translate user behavior and growth opportunities into simple, effective technical solutions.
- Self-motivated with strong ownership instincts; you propose experiments, ship features ahead of schedule, and drive improvements without asking for permission.
- Genuine interest and adoption of AI products and willingness to learn quickly.
NICE TO HAVE
- Direct experience on a growth, activation, conversion, retention, or lifecycle team at a consumer or PLG/self-serve SaaS company.
- Experience training and productionizing ML models (classifiers, ranking, personalization) and connecting them to product surfaces.
- Experience with SEO, lifecycle marketing tooling, or paid acquisition surfaces.
- Familiarity with subscription and/or usage based billing products, paywalls, or paid upgrade experimentation.
- Experience shipping for both consumer and enterprise audiences.
- Time spent at a fast-growing startup or on a high-ownership engineering team.
- Familiarity with mobile development - Swift/Objective-C/Kotlin/Java, in-app payments, mobile release cycles, Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store guidelines, and rollout monitoring

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp's Strategic Finance team sits at the center of how the company allocates its time and resources. We're hiring across three complementary tracks — and looking for people with sharp financial instincts, a builder's mindset, and the drive to take on a large scope quickly. WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Use data to influence key strategic decisions across Product, GTM, and business leadership
- Lead planning analyses for cross-functional teams, evaluating tradeoffs across growth, efficiency, and resourcing
- Identify and develop KPIs; build dashboards to monitor performance and communicate insights to stakeholders
- Partner closely with business leaders to translate strategy into execution and drive accountability
- Help run bi-annual budgeting and headcount planning cycles
- Manage company performance against financial targets — identifying where to course-correct and where to accelerate
- Build and maintain internal tools that reduce manual work and improve data accuracy across the finance org
WHAT YOU NEED
- 4+ years in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, VC/PE, or Corporate Finance at a top-tier technology company
- Excellent financial modeling and quantitative / data analysis skills
- Extreme attention to detail with a high regard for precision
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Track record of developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners
- A "get things done" mentality — you dissect complex problems, find solutions, and drive them to completion with a high degree of autonomy
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities
NICE TO HAVES
- Expertise with Looker, SQL, and/or Python
- Systems thinking — you design processes to be reliable, scalable, and maintainable
- Curiosity about AI tools — prior experience is a plus, but not required
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Voice of the Customer (VOC) Program Manager to build and run a company-wide VOC program at Figma. Sitting within the Product Support org, this role is responsible for pulling insights from across Figma's customer-facing surfaces, Support, Sales, NPS, community, and more, and translating them into fast, actionable signals for Product, Engineering, and Support. This isn't just a reporting role: you'll own the full insight loop, from surfacing and prioritizing the biggest customer pain points to tracking whether they're being addressed and bringing wins back to customer facing orgs and our product partners. You'll work cross-functionally across Support, Sales, Research, Marketing and Product, and leverage AI to move faster than ever. It's a rare opportunity to build something that matters at company scale.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Own the rhythm of VOC reporting and define the mechanisms that feed into the program, including launch insight reporting and ensuring insights are visible, shareable, and easy to act on across the org
Surface and prioritize the biggest customer pain points, align with Product and Engineering on roadmap prioritization, and advocate for customer needs – bringing wins back to Support and Sales to demonstrate program impact
Monitor and report on customer sentiment from pre through post-product launches, providing recommendations across Product, Support, and Sales on where to act — from unresolved pain points and product gaps to process improvements and sales blockers
Set shared, data-backed goals with Product and Engineering partners and monitor progress to help keep those goals on track
Work directly with Sales to bring customer problem statements into the VOC program and ensure field insights inform priorities
Integrate signals from NPS, Research, Sales, and community alongside Support data into a unified narrative that reaches Product and Engineering swiftly
Strategically implement AI workflows to build scalable processes that generate and deliver insights faster
Communicate customer insights across a range of audiences, from frontline support to Product leadership, with clarity and a strong point of view
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Experience building and running a VOC program, as a PM or Manager, with a strong POV on what good looks like
A background in a customer-facing function (Support, Success, or Sales – Support preferred)
Demonstrated ownership mentality — a track record of identifying problems, driving solutions, and ruthlessly prioritizing when capacity is limited
Fluency in AI workflows and demonstrated ability to build lightweight, scalable processes quickly
Strong analytical and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate data into compelling customer narratives, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive action across a range of audiences
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Previous experience with Figma products
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
