Our Story
At thinkcell, we create powerful software solutions that help professionals be more efficient and productive. Founded in 2002 and based in Berlin, our tools integrate seamlessly with Microsoft Office to help users create presentations, charts, and diagrams with ease. Our dynamic, international team values creativity, collaboration, and technical excellence.
What You Will Do
thinkcell is hiring a Customer Success Manager for our North America Account Management team in Denver. This is a new, program-building role focused on creating deeper engagement across roughly 20 of our largest customers, each with thousands of thinkcell users. You will build user communities and champion networks within those organizations, establish and maintain executive relationships, and expand the breadth of teams we reach. You will work in close partnership with the Account Manager who retains full commercial ownership of each account—you build the engagement and relationships that help create future commercial opportunities.
This is not a quota-carrying or account ownership role. You will not own renewals, revenue targets, or a book of business; your success will be measured by the strength of the customer programs you build, including active communities, developed champions, executive access, and broader engagement across each organization. You will be part of the North America Account Management team and collaborate closely with Customer Enablement and Solution Consulting in a tech-driven, startup-style environment backed by an established product.
Key Responsibilities
Stand up user communities inside assigned accounts: user groups, internal champion networks, practice-area forums
Find power users and develop them into champions through content, recognition, early access, and a direct line to our product team
Run the recurring programming that keeps a community alive between renewal cycles, from roundtables and showcases to office hours and onsite events
Map the executive landscape in each account and maintain the relationship plan with the Account Manager
Broker executive conversations: connect thinkcell leadership to the right customer executives and help orchestrate those meetings
Take us beyond the primary contact: map departments, find teams not yet using thinkcell, and open doors the Account Manager then works commercially
Track engagement depth per account and flag where we're single-threaded
Coordinate onsite engagements, workshops, and training programs with Customer Enablement and Solution Consulting
Keep stakeholder maps, engagement plans, and activity current in Salesforce
Your Profile
You have built customer programs: a user community, a customer advisory board, a champion program, or an executive engagement program.
6+ years of experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, strategic customer success, or field engagement, ideally at an enterprise software company.
Bachelors degree
Proven ability to create outcomes in accounts you do not own: you influence and orchestrate, working through account owners rather than around them.
Strong executive presence, with the ability to build credibility with senior customer stakeholders and set up conversations for others to lead.
Strong program management skills, with the ability to run parallel workstreams across roughly 20 accounts without dropping threads.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills in both virtual and in-person settings.
Comfortable using go-to-market tools such as Salesforce and Gong.
Willingness to travel periodically for onsite customer engagements, workshops, and executive meetings.
Appreciation of our product and a willingness to develop a strong understanding of thinkcell's capabilities and customer use cases. Previous experience with thinkcell is a plus.
Based in Denver with the ability to work on-site at least three days per week, Tuesday through Thursday.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
We believe in a human hiring process, every application is personally reviewed.
Our Values
As part of our team, you will embody and help shape the following principles that define us:
Forward Thinking:
We embrace change and challenge the status quo.
Ownership:
We take pride in our work and learn from our mistakes.
Customer First:
We prioritize delivering lasting value.
Unified Team:
We foster collaboration, respect, and integrity.
Strive for Excellence:
We set ambitious goals and pursue quality.

Compensation: thinkcell believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture. For this role, we anticipate paying an OTE of $130-$155k per year. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be dependent upon the key aspects of each case, which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Chainalysis is the blockchain data platform. We provide data, software, services, and research to government agencies, financial institutions, cybersecurity companies, and more to help detect and prevent cryptocurrency crime and ensure compliance. Backed by top-tier investors, we are building the foundational data infrastructure for the future of finance.
The Finance and Strategy team at Chainalysis are strategic financial advisors to our leadership team and the Company. We strive to grow our processes, operations, and team to meet the rapidly expanding needs of the business. We seek to match the pace of innovation of the business and to deliver real time and meaningful insights to decision makers.
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Strategic Finance to join our Finance team at a critical inflection point in the company's growth. Reporting directly to the VP Head of Finance, you will be a key thought partner to senior leadership — supporting our long-term financial model, evaluating growth opportunities, driving capital allocation decisions, creating comprehensive pricing analyses, and building the analytical frameworks that guide how we invest across the business. The position blends rigorous analytics with clear executive communication and strong stakeholder management. It is a high-visibility, high-impact individual contributor role. You will work closely with the CFO, Finance leadership, and leadership throughout the Company on our most consequential strategic decisions.
In this role, you will:
Lead valuation work and TAM analyses and market research. Drive overall market analyses and competitive intelligence analyses
- Analyze current pricing and packaging models. Develop a deep understanding of market pricing trends related to AI and consumption. Learn the nuances of our public and private sectors, geographies, products, segments, etc. in and influence our pricing strategy
- Enhance and own the company's long-range financial model. Understand key business and industry drivers to build dynamic models that allow leadership to rapidly evaluate the financial impact of strategic decisions. Lead sensitivity analysis around macro factors relevant to the blockchain/crypto industry
- Scale the model and build it into our planning tool
- Create sophisticated financial models, and drive scenario analyses that inform major capital allocation decisions, including M&A, partnerships, and new market entry.
- Synthesize scenario outputs into clear, executive-ready narratives and recommendations
- Track post-investment performance against underwriting assumptions and surface learnings back into the planning process
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on high-stakes questions. Understand the long-term impact of near-term decisions in order to make recommendations to leadership and the executive team
- Be operationally savvy. Understand the operational impacts of strategic work, and partner with the business to ensure suggestions are operationally feasible. Assist with the implementation of operational changes resulting from strategic decisions
What you need:
- 6–9 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical role
- Strong executive presentation skills - an ability to clearly and succinctly present complex topics to a C-level audience. Possess an investor mindset; ability to synthesize complex business dynamics into clear investment theses and risk-adjusted recommendations
- Strong business intuition — you connect financial outcomes to operational drivers and can tell the story behind the numbers
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and making high-quality decisions with incomplete information
- Entrepreneurial orientation: eager to define and develop the strategic finance function, not just execute within it
- Excellent financial modeling skills, including the ability to work with large data sets in both Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience working at a SaaS, data, or technology company preferred. Familiarity with the blockchain, crypto, or Web3 industry is a strong plus but not required
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
The IT Operations team keeps Anthropic running — we make sure every employee can do their best work without friction. We're seeking an IT Support Engineer who combines deep technical skills with a genuine service mindset and sound judgment.
Anthropic is growing fast, and our IT operations need to keep pace. That means onboarding at scale, automating repetitive processes (including with Claude), and continuously improving the employee experience. You'll handle support challenges across our primarily macOS environment while contributing to the operational improvements that help us scale. You'll work closely with IT Engineering and Security, with opportunities to grow into more technical infrastructure work over time.
Responsibilities
End-User Support
Triage and resolve issues across hardware, software, networking, and accounts — primarily through our ticketing system, with additional support via Slack and in-person
Diagnose and resolve issues across macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, and our core SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Atlassian)
Troubleshoot device issues, including enrollment, configuration profiles, and policy enforcement
Support access management and employee lifecycle workflows (onboarding, offboarding, reorgs)
Handle escalations requiring cross-team coordination
Participate in an on-call rotation for urgent issues outside business hours
Provide hands-on support for user technology, AV systems, conference rooms, and printers
Communication & Documentation
Communicate clearly with users of all technical levels
Write and maintain internal documentation including runbooks, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles
Identify patterns in support requests, surface recurring issues to the team, and identify opportunities for automation or systemic solves
Operational Improvement
Help streamline onboarding and other high-volume operations as the company scales
Contribute to automation efforts
Maintain and improve device management, identity, and access systems
Assist with scripting (Bash, Python) to automate repetitive tasks
You may be a good fit if you
Have 7+ years of hands-on IT support experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
Are an excellent communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people solve problems
Have strong troubleshooting skills and are methodical, curious, and persistent
Demonstrated experience supporting macOS endpoints and comfortable supporting ChromeOS, iOS, and Android
Have significant experience with Google Workspace administration
Have experience with Slack administration — workspace management, permissions, and troubleshooting
Have substantial experience supporting and administering additional SaaS tools
Understand identity and access fundamentals — SSO, MFA, directory services
Are familiar with MDM fundamentals and endpoint management concepts
Have experience with basic scripting (Bash or Python) for automation
Take ownership of problems and follow through until they're resolved
Think beyond the immediate fix — you ask "why did this happen?" and "how do we prevent it?"
Are organized enough to manage competing priorities without things falling through the cracks
Propose solutions when you see a process that doesn't scale
Are looking to develop deeper technical skills and take on more complex systems administration challenges over time
Strong candidates may also
Be familiar with zero-trust security concepts and endpoint security tooling
Have experience with networking basics — DNS, DHCP, VPNs, networking fundamentals
Have contributed to IT projects beyond day-to-day support (migrations, tool rollouts, process redesigns)
Have experience using AI tools to improve personal or team productivity
Location
This role is based in our San Francisco, Seattle, New York or Washington DC office and there is a 4 day/week in office expectation.
What Makes This Role Unique
You'll be joining a high-impact IT team supporting some of the world's leading AI researchers and engineers. The pace is fast and you'll have real ownership over your work. This isn't a role where you follow rigid scripts — you'll be trusted to use your judgment, improve our processes, and grow with the team. Because we're scaling rapidly, you'll have meaningful opportunities to shape how IT operations work at Anthropic.
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are looking for an M&A Tax Director to join our Tax Team at Anthropic. As the company pursues an active and growing pipeline of acquisitions, acqui-hires, data center investments, joint ventures and other strategic transactions, this role will be a core member of our transactions tax function, working closely with our M&A Tax Lead. You will support and lead tax workstreams across the deal lifecycle, from initial evaluation through post-closing integration, and serve as a trusted resource for our Corporate Development, Legal, and Finance teams. Beyond transactions, this role will support a wide range of strategic and operational tax matters. This is a high-impact role with significant ownership and a front-row seat to some of the most consequential transactions and tax planning work happening in AI today. If you're excited to help build a function from the ground up at a company working on one of the most important challenges of our time, we'd love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities
Lead and manage tax workstreams for acquisitions, mergers, acqui-hires, asset and stock purchases, corporate reorganizations, financing transactions, and minority investments, including tax due diligence, risk identification and quantification, and deal structuring analysis
Partner with Corporate Development on deal pipeline evaluation, providing early-stage tax input to inform go/no-go decisions and deal economics
Draft and review tax provisions in transaction documents, including purchase agreements, merger agreements, and ancillary deal documents
Support post-acquisition tax integration planning, including entity rationalization, intercompany restructuring, and tax attribute analysis
Advise on tax considerations for data center investments, build-to-suit arrangements, leases, and related infrastructure transactions, and coordinate with relevant team members on incentives, credits, and indirect tax matters
Advise on the tax structuring of joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and REIT-related investment structures, including real estate and data center joint venture arrangements
Help build and maintain transactions tax playbooks, due diligence checklists, and internal processes
Coordinate with the tax compliance and provision teams to ensure clean handoff of closed transactions, including documentation of structure, elections, tax attributes, and reporting positions
Prepare technical tax memoranda documenting transactions, material tax positions, and risk assessments to support internal sign-off, financial statement audit, and tax return filing positions
Minimum qualifications
JD or CPA
M&A and transactional tax experience gained at a large law firm, Big 4 M&A tax practice, or in-house transactions tax team
Strong technical expertise in federal and state tax rules governing corporate transactions, including Section 338, Section 368 reorganizations, and asset and stock acquisitions
Experience running tax due diligence workstreams and quantifying tax exposures in transaction contexts
Experience drafting and negotiating tax provisions in M&A transaction documents
Experience supporting post-acquisition integration from a tax perspective, including entity rationalization and intercompany restructuring
Preferred qualifications
7-10 years of tax experience, with significant M&A and transactional tax exposure
LL.M. in Taxation or MST
Experience providing general tax advisory support, including advising on commercial contracts, operational matters, and cross-functional tax questions
Experience with joint ventures, partnerships, minority investments, revenue-sharing arrangements and financing transactions
Experience with REITs, including REIT qualification and tax considerations for REIT joint ventures and real estate investment structures

About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to build ElevenLabs' public sector business across France. The Public Sector Partnerships Lead will identify and build relationships with government institutions across France, bridging the gap between government and our GTM team to drive adoption of ElevenLabs' products and grow government into a strong, durable revenue stream for the company. The role also involves building strategic partnerships with policymakers, industry associations, and coalitions, as well as monitoring regulatory developments and supporting policy campaigns and impact initiatives.
In this role, you will:
Drive government adoption and revenue (primary)
- Identify government partnership opportunities across France — from healthcare and education to transport, public banks, and other state-owned enterprises — and bridge the gap between government institutions and the GTM team to drive adoption and deployment of ElevenLabs' products.
- Build and maintain a wide network of relationships across French government institutions — spanning ministries, agencies, établissements publics, and SOEs — not limited to regulatory or policy counterparts.
- Promote government adoption of ElevenLabs products and services in partnership with the GTM team.
Build strategic partnerships (secondary)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and civil society groups.
- Represent ElevenLabs at conferences and industry events, advancing the company's public policy goals.
Monitor and advise on policy (tertiary)
- Lead ElevenLabs engagement with government bodies and officials across France, with a focus on AI governance, safety, copyright, privacy, transparency, data protection, competition, and/or digital rights.
- Monitor, analyze, and advise on emerging regulations impacting the company — including EU-level developments given France's influence in shaping EU AI policy.
- Support the development of internal policies by our Legal, Safety, Security, and other teams.
- Provide strategic counsel to company leadership on regional policy trends and their business implications.
- Define and implement policy campaigns and impact initiatives that advance company objectives.
Who you are:
- You're genuinely interested in the future of AI and emerging technologies, bringing curiosity and enthusiasm to your role.
- You stay up-to-date on AI regulation and industry trends, and are eager to apply this expertise to cutting-edge products.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, working cross-functionally with teams across the organization to support and scale a growing business.
- You're comfortable working independently and handling ambiguity, excelling in situations where you must make informed decisions quickly.
- You bring a proactive, solution-oriented approach to each project, focused on moving the business forward.
What you bring:
Primary requirements
- 10+ years' experience in public and private sector (in-house, firm) roles, with a track record of building relationships with government that led to commercial or technology-adoption outcomes — not solely policy or regulatory roles.
- A wide, current network of contacts across French government institutions — spanning ministries, agencies, établissements publics, and SOEs, including in healthcare, education, and transport. Prior government or grands corps experience is a plus but not required if network breadth is strong.
- Experience identifying and opening doors for technology partnerships with government institutions is strongly preferred.
- Contacts or experience navigating EU institutions or other major European markets is a plus.
Also required
- Strong knowledge of the French and EU AI policy landscape, including general AI governance, safety, copyright, privacy, transparency, data protection, competition, and digital rights.
- Demonstrated success in designing, advocating for, and influencing policy outcomes, as well as coalition building.
- Public policy experience across France.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including when briefing government officials and other policymakers.
- Fluency in English and French.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE

We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
As a Software Engineer, Network Automation - WAN & Edge, you will design, automate, and operate resilient connectivity between data centers, cloud environments, external networks, and the internet. Your work will span routing, firewalls, traffic engineering, and production troubleshooting.
This is a hands-on role for an experienced network engineer who can build, test, debug, and review production-grade automation. Networking depth and strong software-engineering judgment matter more than familiarity with any particular language, platform, or tool.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and evolve resilient inter-site, cloud, and internet connectivity for large-scale AI infrastructure.
- Own external BGP policy and traffic engineering at the edge, including route filtering, failover, and capacity planning.
- Build API-driven automation for edge routing, firewalls, VPNs, carrier connectivity, and network segmentation.
- Coordinate with carriers, cloud connectivity providers, colocation partners, and vendors on design, provisioning, incident escalation, and service improvement.
- Design safe change workflows with automated validation and resilience testing, staged rollouts, observability, rollback, and recovery.
- Participate in on-call rotation, troubleshoot active WAN and edge incidents, restore service, and turn root causes into lasting improvements.
- Review designs and code, explain networking trade-offs, and help raise network engineering quality across the organization.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Deep, hands-on WAN and edge networking experience across internet connectivity, data-center interconnect, private WAN, or cloud networking.
- A track record of taking external BGP designs from whiteboard to production and debugging them during production incidents.
- Experience integrating and troubleshooting stateful firewalls, NAT, asymmetric routing, and redundant edge designs on at least one major routing or firewall platform.
- Experience building or operating production network automation using network-management APIs and data models. You understand desired state and idempotency; relevant technologies might include REST, NETCONF, gNMI/OpenConfig, Ansible, or Terraform.
- Strong software-engineering fundamentals in a general-purpose language. You can design, test, debug, and review production systems and are willing to become productive in Go.
- Operational troubleshooting experience using routing and flow state, packet captures, link health, telemetry, and logs to diagnose production incidents.
- Clear, pragmatic communication and effective stakeholder management. You can translate technical needs into connectivity designs and provider requirements, define acceptance criteria and service-level expectations, and provide technical leadership.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with FortiGate, FortiManager, or comparable edge and firewall platforms.
- Deeper specialization in external connectivity, such as public-cloud or hybrid-cloud interconnect, or internet transit and peering.
- Exposure to edge security and scale techniques such as RPKI and route-origin validation, DDoS mitigation, or global traffic engineering.
- Familiarity with streaming telemetry, network source-of-truth systems, and configuration-compliance tooling.
- Experience reading, reviewing, or contributing to Go code.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes controllers, operators, or other declarative, reconciliation-based systems.

WHO WE ARE
Help Scout started in 2011 with a simple premise: support software should treat customers like people, not tickets. 3+ billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use Help Scout to grow relationships with customers of all types, from clients to patients and beyond.
Now we’re in a new chapter: not only building AI that gives teams more space to focus on the customer experience, but also reimagining how we operate in an AI-native world. That means shipping and learning faster, without compromising on craft. Great work here carries a strong opinion and sweats the details, regardless of the tools we use to drive it.
We’ve been a fully remote team https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/remote-culture/ since day one, with 120+ teammates now all over the world. It’s a culture where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career.
If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we’d love to meet you.
YOUR IMPACT
Help Scout has earned something most software companies never get: genuine trust. 10,000+ businesses use us because we've always believed that customer relationships are the business, and that every interaction should feel like it came from someone who cares. That trust took a decade to build, and now it's the foundation for something bigger.
The support industry is changing shape. AI will take on more of the tedious work so humans can lean into the relationship part. At Help Scout, the place where that relationship actually happens is the Conversations product group, which spans two product lines. Inbox is the workspace: every channel and every conversation in one place, built for the people who spend their whole day inside it. Copilot is AI working alongside them: drafts ready to review, context at their fingertips, and the tedious parts handled so every reply is faster and better.
Conversations is the most-used surface we have. This is where every user spends most of their day, so speed, reliability, and craft are the product. It's also where the rest of the platform becomes real: Agent hands conversations to humans at the right moment, customer context shows up right where the work happens, and every one of those moments either builds trust or spends it. You'll be accountable for bringing it all to life with clarity and impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll own the Conversations product group end to end: vision, roadmap, monetization, and results for the Inbox and Copilot product lines. You'll report to Scott Rocher, our Chief Product Officer, and you'll be accountable for the revenue growth of the group. This is a player/coach role.
Inbox and Copilot are the surfaces our customers touch most, the core of the business today and the front door to everything we build next. You'll do the strategic product work on them yourself: deciding what needs to get built next, how the workspace and its AI evolve together, and where investment in craft pays off. As the group grows, you'll hire and manage a team of PMs.
Note: This role is open to US-based applicants only.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set the vision and strategy for the Conversations group, and decide how Inbox and Copilot evolve together as one experience where AI makes every support pro faster without breaking their flow.
- Drive the Inbox roadmap hands-on: the workspace where every channel comes together and where our users spend their time in the product. This surface is held to a bar where speed, reliability, and polish are a differentiator.
- Drive the Copilot roadmap hands-on: integrations, contextual summaries, suggestions, and in-the-moment assistance that make each person on a support team meaningfully better at their job.
- Own how your products are monetized. Conversations spans seats and AI usage, and you'll design the packaging that makes each seat more valuable as Copilot does more. You'll collaborate with partners across Help Scout to model the impact of the products you ship.
- Partner deeply with the Autonomy group. Significant parts of Copilot run on the agent platform, and likewise, Agent hands conversations to humans in your workspace. The seams between the two groups are owned jointly, and making them invisible to customers is part of the job.
- Spend real time with customers, understanding how support pros and their leaders actually work, where AI helps, and where it gets in the way
- Partner with GTM and CS so the Conversations story is clear, the adoption motion is tight, and customer feedback loops back into the roadmap
- Build and manage the Conversations PM team as it grows, coaching for judgment and raising the bar for product craft across the group
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You've owned a core product at scale, the kind people spend their whole workday in, and you're as fluent in the commercial side of product as you are in features and user experience
- You've shipped AI-powered products and you understand how they succeed and fail
- You collaborate well across ownership lines. Copilot ships on technology the Autonomy group builds, and you know how to co-own a product surface with a peer and keep the seams invisible to customers
- You think in outcomes. Time to resolution, drafts accepted, teams that get more efficient as they use more of Help Scout .
- You care about craft. You notice the details that make daily-use software feel fast, calm, and reliable, and you hold a roadmap accountable to them
- You have strong monetization instincts. You can package a product line that spans seats and outcomes, and explain the tradeoffs.
- You've managed product managers before and still love doing the work yourself. You know how to coach without taking over, and you know when a decision is yours to make
- You're data self-sufficient. You pull your own data, run your own analyses, and use numbers to pressure-test direction
- You're technically fluent enough to build genuine trust with engineers. You can hold a meaningful conversation about system architecture and make better decisions because of it
- You're fluent with AI tools and treat them as part of your craft, for research synthesis, strategy testing, rapid prototyping, and customer signal analysis. You have a point of view on where these tools are heading and how they're changing the shape of product work
- You understand that when execution is cheap, judgment is the bottleneck. Your highest-leverage hours go to strategy and prioritization, defining what's next and what's not
- You're an excellent writer. Help Scout runs on writing, and you make your thinking visible in one-pagers, briefs, and narratives that move decisions forward
- You've worked in B2B SaaS and understand the difference between building for support teams and building for end consumers

ABOUT VOODOO
Founded in 2013, Voodoo is a tech company that creates mobile games and apps with a mission to entertain the world. Gathering 800 employees, 7 billion downloads, and over 200 million active users, Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in terms of downloads after Google and Meta. Our portfolio includes chart-topping games like Mob Control and Block Jam, alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz.
TEAM
The Engineering & Data team builds innovative tech products and platforms to support the impressive growth of Voodoo's gaming and consumer apps, keeping us at the forefront of the mobile industry. The team plays a key role in Voodoo's long-term strategy: it accelerates product diversification and provides a state-of-the-art growth engine to distribute and scale our games. We create solutions that drive growth with a pragmatic approach, ranging from simple search to complex machine learning systems.
Within Engineering & Data, the Central Data & Analytics team makes data a reliable guide for the whole company. Data engineers, analytics engineers, data analysts and a product data PM work side by side to build and grow the foundations behind every critical business and product decision at Voodoo.
This position is hybrid and requires 3 days/week in our Paris office.
ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our Engineering & Data team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for a wide array of topics such as:
- Build and operate robust data pipelines that keep pace with ever-evolving business needs, ensuring the architecture supports them cleanly.
- Contribute to the codebase, ship and maintain your changes in production, and champion strong coding and data engineering practices.
- Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, and whatever comes next) as a core part of your daily workflow — to move faster on pipelines, migrations, tests and documentation — while staying fully accountable for what you merge.
- Look for opportunities to put AI inside our data platform, not just around it: LLM-assisted data quality checks, semantic layers, natural-language access to datasets, agent-driven internal tooling.
- Take ownership of projects from initial discussions to release: feature estimation and scoping, architecture design, benchmarking of new technologies, product feedback.
- Work in a very agile environment with a fast decision process.
- Collaborate directly with back-end engineers, data scientists, mobile game and consumer app teams, product and marketing.
PROFILE
- Extensive experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
- A proven track record of building and optimizing data pipelines for massive volumes of data (at scale).
- Strong experience with scalability, reliability, and security topics.
- Hands-on experience coding with AI assistants and agentic tools — you know how to give them the right context, break work down for them, and review their output critically rather than trusting it blindly.
- Genuine curiosity about modern tooling and practices: you follow how the data and AI ecosystem is evolving, try new tools on real problems, and form your own opinion instead of following hype. You can explain why you adopted something — or why you dropped it.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with unstructured datasets.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services.
- Result-oriented and focused on the value your work creates.
- Curious about business needs and keen to build innovative, pragmatic solutions that grow the business through data.
- Excellent communication skills (you can speak and write English).
- Experience with LLM-based systems (RAG, evals, prompt and context engineering) is a strong plus.
- Experience in gaming, advertising, or another fast-growing company is a plus.
- Familiarity with Voodoo's ecosystem: gaming, apps, advertising, analytics.

- Amazon Web Services; Python; Spark; Scala; Terraform; SQL (Athena, StarRocks); DBT;; Airflow; Kubernetes; AI-assisted development tooling (Claude Code, MCP-based internal tools)
BENEFITS
- Competitive salary based on experience

- Gymlib (100% covered by Voodoo)
- Premium healthcare coverage with SideCare, 100% covered for you and your family
- Wellness activities in our Paris office

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly systematic Senior Creative Producer to own the ad creative engine for one of our core D2C subscription products in the consumer AI category. You will be fully responsible for the full concept-to-performance loop, generating the angles, driving production volume, running structured tests, performing competitor research, and turning creative-level data into the next round of winning concepts.
This is a high-impact role. Your ad creatives will be the primary performance lever: your work moves CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS directly, and you are accountable for those numbers alongside the User Acquisition team. The bar is high and so is the upside; performance here is directly and significantly rewarded.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative Strategy & Concepting
- Own the creative angle strategy: Define which hooks, pains, and value propositions get tested next.
- Develop creative concepts: demo-led ads, UGC-style video, statics, and AI-generated formats.
- Translate product features and capabilities into concrete, scroll-stopping propositions for target audiences.
- Build and maintain a documented library of proven angles, hooks, and creative patterns.
PRODUCTION & TESTING VELOCITY
- Own the creative pipeline across ad networks (Google, YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Applovin, etc) shipping new concepts every week.
- Structure systematic A/B testing frameworks, isolate variables, and analyze the results to bring solid conclusions.
- Produce clear creative briefs for designers to execute high-performing concepts aligned with the brand.
PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS & ITERATION
- Own creative-level metrics: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Generate testable hypotheses from performance data and retire underperforming angles quickly.
- Identify winning patterns, codify why they work, and scale them into new concept batches.
- Deliver structured creative performance reviews with clear recommendations for the next cycle.
MARKET RESEARCH & COLLABORATION
- Run systematic competitor creative research across ad libraries and creative intelligence tools.
- Track emerging formats, platform policy shifts, and creative trends in the consumer AI category.
- Communicate daily with User Acquisition Managers, taking briefs on which angles need more volume.
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years producing performance ad creative for D2C or subscription consumer products
- Proven track record of high-volume output, shipping and live-testing multiple new concepts weekly.
- Deep working knowledge of the major ad network ecosystems (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc).
- Demonstrated fluency with an AI production stack across image, video, voice, and scripting tools.
- Ability to read creative-level performance data independently and act on it without an analyst in the loop.
- Experience building structured creative testing frameworks, not ad-hoc one-off tests.
- Strong portfolio of ads with verifiable performance results. (Applications must include a CV and a portfolio of ad creative you personally produced).
LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES
- Systematic operator. You build repeatable creative processes, not one-time wins.
- Fully accountable for performance outcomes, not just delivery of assets.
- Fast and decisive under volume. Comfortable killing your own concepts when data says so.
- Treats User Acquisition as a working partner, not a downstream recipient of files.
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
