ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Supabase is scaling its AWS partnership across multiple go-to-market motions, and gaming is one of the fastest-moving. This role owns the AWS gaming segment end to end, driving adoption of Supabase within game studios building on AWS, and managing the technical and commercial relationship with AWS's gaming ecosystem (GameLift, gaming ISVs, and gaming-focused SI/SA teams).
You'll work closely with our SI partner ecosystem (including gaming-focused system integrators) on feature enhancements, run co-sell motions with AWS gaming account teams, and build the pipeline that proves out gaming as a durable growth motion for the AWS relationship.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the AWS gaming segment strategy and roadmap
- Manage relationships with AWS's gaming team (GameLift, gaming ISV/partner org) and gaming-focused AWS SAs
- Drive the SI partnership motion with gaming systems integrators -- including scoping technical gap analyses (SDK coverage across Unity, Unreal, Godot), negotiating MNDAs/agreements, and managing joint GTM plans
- Build and run co-sell pipeline with AWS gaming account teams through ACE
- Identify and close gaps in Supabase's gaming-specific product story (SDK support, real-time/multiplayer patterns, missing feature parity vs. incumbents)
- Represent the gaming motion in AWS SCA/funding conversations, providing data and narrative to support investment asks
- Partner with product marketing on gaming-specific content, case studies, and launch narratives
WHO YOU ARE
- 3-5+ years in partnerships, alliances, or business development, ideally with AWS or another hyperscaler
- Experience working with or in the gaming industry (studios, publishers, or gaming-focused ISVs/SIs) a strong plus
- Track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder partner relationships (SI partners, hyperscaler field teams, internal product/eng)
- Comfortable operating with technical ambiguity -- you don't need to write code, but you need to understand SDK gaps, integration patterns, and technical GTM stories well enough to be credible with SAs and engineers
- Strong program management instincts -- this role is equal parts relationship-building and disciplined execution (gap analyses, joint plans, quarterly business reviews, and pipeline tracking)
- Proven ability to execute co-marketing and co-sell initiatives that impact the bottom line, paired with a deep understanding of partner attribution and reporting
- High degree of autonomy and external credibility—you lead your own workstreams, close loops, and represent Supabase in high-stakes partner discussions independently
- Experience with AWS Partner Central, ACE, and Marketplace mechanics is a plus.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.

- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken

Hands-on experience overseeing creative development, including treatments, scripts, casting, visual direction, editing, and final content approval.
Strong creative and editorial judgment, with the ability to critically assess concepts, provide actionable feedback, and improve content based on audience insights.
Experience developing brand-funded or brand-partnered entertainment that integrates brand objectives naturally without compromising entertainment value.
Ability to analyze YouTube performance metrics, including audience retention, engagement, and channel growth, and use these insights to refine or develop formats.
Confidence collaborating with senior brand stakeholders, presenting creative concepts, and defending strategic and editorial decisions.
Strong understanding of internet culture, emerging trends, online communities, creators, and subcultures.
Experience developing entertainment formats for international or multi-market audiences is highly desirable.
Experience working with creators, influencers, or celebrity talent, including casting and creative collaboration, is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with gaming, esports, and youth culture, particularly Gen Z and Gen Alpha audiences, is highly desirable.
Experience within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or adjacent consumer categories is a plus, but not essential.
Ability to provide examples of previously developed or managed YouTube shows, including links, specific responsibilities, and measurable results.

For management consultants and strategy professionals ready to become hands-on operators.
About Intellect
Intellect is a leading mental health benefits company, trusted by forward-thinking employers, insurers and governments to deliver care that is local, personalised and effective at scale. Today, we serve more than 4 million people across over 100 countries through our technology platform and global network of clinical providers.
Our platform supports workforces at companies including Dell, ByteDance, Visa, Shell, McDonald’s and hundreds more, enabling organisations to provide accessible, culturally relevant and high-quality mental healthcare to their people.
Driven by our mission to make mental healthcare accessible to everyone, Intellect combines technology, clinical care and local expertise to deliver meaningful outcomes across diverse markets and populations.
The Opportunity
We are hiring several exceptional management consultants, strategy professionals and other strongly trained generalists to take on high-priority strategic and operating mandates across Intellect.
This opportunity is particularly suited to people who have developed rigorous problem-solving capabilities in consulting, strategy, transformation or other demanding environments and now want to become hands-on operators.
This is not a conventional internal strategy or advisory role. You will be expected to move beyond diagnosing problems and making recommendations, working through operational detail to implement solutions, build capabilities and deliver measurable results.
This search spans several priority mandates rather than a single central Strategy & Operations team. Depending on your experience, strengths and Intellect’s needs, you may initially lead a cross-functional strategic initiative or move directly into an embedded operating role within areas such as operations, commercial enablement, business performance, market development, new product and offering development, or another critical function.
During the interview process, we will explore where your capabilities and motivations are best matched to Intellect’s priorities. Before an offer is made, we will align with you on a specific initial mandate, title, reporting line, objectives and measures of success.
Strong performers will have the opportunity to take on broader functional, market or business responsibilities based on their demonstrated impact and Intellect’s evolving needs.
Potential Mandates
Your initial mandate could involve one or more of the following:
Operations: Improving service delivery, workforce planning, quality, efficiency, automation, performance management and operating processes
Commercial enablement: Strengthening sales processes, pipeline management, pricing, proposals, commercial analytics, account planning and coordination between commercial and delivery teams
Business performance: Building management systems, KPIs and operating cadences, then leading interventions that improve functional or market performance
New products and offerings: Identifying unmet customer or market needs, developing and validating new products, services or propositions, building the business and operating case, and working cross-functionally to launch and scale them
Market development: Evaluating and developing new markets, customer segments, strategic partnerships or routes to market
Strategic initiatives: Leading high-priority, cross-functional work sponsored by Intellect’s senior leadership
Embedded operating ownership: Joining a priority function or taking direct responsibility for a defined team, capability, programme or business area where there is a strong fit
These examples illustrate the range of potential mandates rather than a fixed rotation or predetermined sequence. Each successful candidate will be hired into a defined initial role based on mutual fit and business need.
Your Responsibilities
Solve High-Priority Business Problems
Take ownership of complex priorities that materially affect Intellect’s growth, performance or ability to scale
Structure ambiguous problems, identify the questions and drivers that matter, and translate analysis into clear decisions and action
Develop practical recommendations grounded in data, frontline realities, customer needs and commercial considerations
Work directly with functional, market and senior leaders to define priorities, resolve constraints and maintain momentum
Make sound decisions despite incomplete information, competing priorities and limited resources
Move from Strategy to Execution
Own initiatives end to end, from diagnosis and business-case development through implementation and measurable results
Translate decisions into practical implementation plans with clear owners, milestones, dependencies and success measures
Work alongside the teams responsible for execution rather than handing initiatives over after the analysis is complete
Use data and frontline insight to identify constraints, test interventions and improve outcomes quickly
Track results, identify where execution is falling short and intervene directly to get initiatives back on course
Build the processes, tools, operating cadences and accountability required to sustain improvements
Build Operating Capabilities
Improve how relevant parts of Intellect plan, measure and manage performance
Build management systems, dashboards, review processes and decision frameworks that improve execution and accountability
Strengthen coordination across functions, markets and levels of seniority
Help translate strategic or commercial priorities into scalable operating models and repeatable playbooks
Build the capabilities, processes and team structures required for your area to operate effectively
Take on increasingly broad operating responsibility as organisational needs and your capabilities evolve
Requirements
You typically have approximately 4-10 years of experience, ideally including time in management consulting, strategy, transformation, professional services or another demanding operating environment
You have received strong training in structured problem-solving and can bring clarity to complex or ambiguous situations
You have strong analytical and communication skills and can independently produce work that is ready for senior leadership decisions
You want to move from advising organisations to helping build and operate one
You are energised by implementation and ownership, not only recommendations or presentations
You are commercially minded and understand how operational, customer and financial considerations connect
You can work effectively with incomplete information, competing priorities and limited resources without waiting for perfect certainty
You are highly analytical and comfortable working with data, but do not allow analysis to become a substitute for action
You can influence senior stakeholders while building trust and credibility with the teams responsible for day-to-day execution
You combine high standards with low ego and are willing to move between strategic questions and detailed operational work
You take ownership naturally, follow through reliably and maintain high standards without requiring extensive direction
You are comfortable working across functions, cultures, markets and levels of seniority in a fast-moving organisation
Experience in healthcare, technology, insurance, enterprise services or multi-market businesses is helpful but not required
Above all, you are motivated by the opportunity to become a substantive operator and build something meaningful, while helping Intellect expand access to high-quality mental healthcare.
Why Join Intellect
Work directly on consequential business problems with senior leaders in a fast-growing regional healthcare company
Move beyond advising businesses and build genuine experience owning and operating one
Take meaningful responsibility earlier than you may receive in a traditional consulting or corporate environment
Gain exposure to different functions, markets and dimensions of building and scaling a regional business
Find an initial mandate that makes effective use of your strengths while addressing a genuine business priority
Earn the opportunity to take on broader functional, market or business responsibilities through demonstrated impact
Apply your capabilities to a mission that meaningfully improves access to mental healthcare

Job Summary
We are looking for a relentless, self-generating "Hunter" to lead the full-cycle B2B sales engine for a global creative production and pitch consultancy. In this role, you aren’t just following a script—you are running your own engine within a proven system. You will own the "Tier 2" service category from first touch to close, working with executive producers, top-tier agencies, and premium global brands. If you are a high-autonomy salesperson who prefers naming your own price and owning your outcomes over being managed into action, this seat is designed for you.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end sales cycle for Tier 2 services ($2,000–$3,500 tickets), from sourcing and qualification to closing
Identify and engage high-value prospects through industry-specific channels like Shots Net and similar premium creative networks
Generate a minimum of 20 clean, qualified leads in Month 1, scaling to a consistent cadence of one Tier 2 close per day
Support high-value Tier 3 deals by opening doors and collaborating with the Director of Growth to close
Manage all CRM discipline, sequencing, and follow-ups with total precision
Seamlessly hand off closed deals to the Operations team only once the project is ready for delivery
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales specifically targeting international clients
Proven track record of high-volume outbound success with nameable, verifiable closes
Mastery of written English, with the ability to write concise, high-impact cold outreach
The "Hunter" mindset: You are accountable for what you declare and do not require an SOP to be effective
Radical transparency: Comfortable naming prices and anchors in the very first interaction
Technical discipline: Expert-level command of CRM management and outbound sequencing tools
Schedule flexibility: Ability to work a split-shift schedule designed around US, UK, and EU windows (40 hours per week)
5+ years of B2B sales experience, with significant experience owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
Proven track record as a hunter/closer, consistently generating their own pipeline rather than relying primarily on inbound leads or SDR-generated opportunities
Demonstrable experience closing new business with international clients, preferably across the US, UK, and European markets
Strong history of outbound sales success, including cold email, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, networking, and targeted account-based prospecting
Nice-to-Haves
Experience selling to creative agencies, executive producers, or VC firms.
Familiarity with the creative production or pitch consultancy landscape.
Experience working in a performance-based, high-accountability remote environment.
Benefits
🌎 Fully remote role with flexible working hours
🚀 Work with high-growth international companies
📈 Clear career progression to Account Executive and beyond

🤝 Direct hire with global clients (not outsourced)
🧠 Ongoing training, mentorship, and sales development support

About the Company
We’re working with a growing international business looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to manage qualified B2B opportunities from the meeting stage through proposal, negotiation, and close.
The ideal candidate is confident managing high-value B2B conversations with international clients and can build on momentum created earlier in the sales process without unnecessarily restarting the conversation.
Job Summary
As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll own the later stages of the B2B sales cycle — turning qualified meetings into signed clients.
You’ll work with warm, qualified opportunities, understand client needs, lead discovery and commercial conversations, present proposals, handle objections, protect pricing, and ultimately close the deal before ensuring a smooth handoff to the operations team.
This role is ideal for an experienced B2B sales professional who is commercially sharp, highly accountable, and comfortable operating independently.

Develop and present compelling proposals within agreed timelines.
Handle pricing objections and negotiations while protecting commercial value.
Maintain momentum and follow up consistently throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements
5+ years of B2B sales and closing experience, preferably selling to international clients.
Proven track record of closing meaningful B2B deals.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to hold pricing under pressure.
Excellent CRM discipline and attention to detail.
Ability to move quickly and consistently follow up on opportunities.

Proven experience closing meaningful, high-value B2B deals.
A track record of taking qualified opportunities from meeting through to signed agreement.
Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and consultative selling.
Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Commercial confidence and the ability to protect value during price negotiations.

Comfortable operating without relying heavily on scripts or constant supervision.
Experience selling services, SaaS, technology, consulting, or other complex B2B solutions is an advantage.
Able to provide professional references that demonstrate your sales track record.
