About WorkOS 🚀
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations.
We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE SECURITY PLATFORM TEAM
The Infrastructure Security team provides and supports the primitives that enable engineering to securely build applications and meet compliance obligations, while abstracting away the underlying complexity for the best possible developer experience.
Our work centers on workload identity and authorization: how internal applications authenticate to each other and to the services they depend on, and how that access is granted and enforced. We're replacing static secrets with short-lived identity credentials, bringing identity-based authentication to the services engineers use every day, and unifying how authorization is managed across the company.
We're a platform engineering team with a security mission. We measure success by the security outcomes we enable and by how much engineers enjoy building on what we ship — the secure path should be the easiest path.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A platform builder. You love building infrastructure that other engineers rely on every day, and you sweat the developer experience details that make adoption effortless.
- Fluent in service-to-service auth. You know authentication and authorization deeply: JWTs, X.509 certificates, and when to reach for each.
- A systems thinker. You reason carefully about bootstrapping, circular dependencies, availability, and failure modes, especially for infrastructure that everything else depends on.
- A pragmatic migrator. You know that shipping the primitive is half the job. You can drive adoption across many teams, meet them where they are, and retire the legacy path.
- A strong partner to engineering. You build trust with engineers by understanding their priorities and making security frictionless.
- Excited about AI. You're embracing AI and automation to scale platform work and reduce toil.
- Curious and humble. You ask the basic questions, enjoy untangling complex systems, and bring others along with you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build workload identity infrastructure. Make short-lived identity credentials a default part of every application's runtime environment, in partnership with application platform owners.
- Bring identity-based authentication to internal services. Work with the owners of major internal dependencies to support identity certificates, make them the golden path for newly onboarding applications, and drive migration of existing ones.
- Eliminate static secrets. Replace all static passwords and service tokens with short-lived identity credentials, and build identity-authenticated egress proxies and API abstractions that inject and automatically rotate managed secrets for the external dependencies that still require them.
- Unify authorization. Build a single interface and framework through which authorization policies are centrally managed and enforced.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on security-related platform, infrastructure, or distributed systems.
- Strong working knowledge of secrets management, fine-grained authorization, and workload identity systems.
- Familiarity with the Kubernetes ecosystem and authentication/authorization technologies such as JWTs, X.509 certificates, PKI, cert-manager, SPIFFE/SPIRE, and OPA.
- Experience building and operating production infrastructure that other teams depend on, with attention to availability and failure modes.
- Proven ability to drive cross-team adoption of platform capabilities or lead large-scale migrations.
Benefits and Perks (US Only) 💖
At WorkOS, we offer resources that emphasize personal and familial well-being. We offer healthcare coverage for you and your family, including medical, dental, and vision. We offer parental leave, paid-time off and fully remote working arrangements.

We are comfortable in code and collaborate often with engineering to create products that are secure by default.
Who we’re looking for
- Risk-focused and pragmatic. You excel at identifying and reasoning about security risk in real-world contexts. You prioritize ruthlessly, always asking: what's the most effective way to reduce risk right now and in the long term?
- A builder who can break things. You're comfortable reading and writing code, and you have a passion for deeply understanding the products you secure. You think like an attacker to find subtle, high impact vulnerabilities and like a defender to design pragmatic, effective mitigations.

Responsibilities
- Lead secure design efforts. Partner with engineering teams on secure design and code reviews. Identify and prioritize risks early in the product lifecycle.
- Build secure by default systems. Develop paved paths that systemically reduce risk and make secure development the easiest path for engineers.
- Perform offensive security testing. Conduct penetration tests and code audits on new and existing products from an adversarial lens.
- Improve our security tooling. Integrate and improve our static analysis, supply chain security, and vulnerability management capabilities across engineering pipelines.
- Operate our responsible disclosure program. Run and improve our program by furthering automation, validating submissions, and coordinating remediation.
- Improve our products. Write and ship code to remediate vulnerabilities in production systems and improve the security posture of WorkOS products.
- Work directly with customers. Help build our customers' trust by directly engaging with their security-related questions and concerns.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a security engineering or security-focused software engineering role.
- Ability to execute across a wide range of security functions such as security assessments, penetration testing, responsible disclosure, security tooling integration, etc.
- Familiarity with and experience using common industry tooling.
- Proven ability to identify vulnerabilities in software, demonstrated through CVEs, bug bounty, blog posts, or prior work experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in partnering with engineering teams.
- Comfortable reading and writing code, and able to effectively leverage AI during the process.
- Bonus: Experience in the authentication and identity domain.
- Bonus: Experience writing production level code, especially developing security features.

LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
About the Position
The Directorate of Maternal, Child, Adolescent and Youth Health (DSM/E/A/J) is responsible for implementing public health policies related to maternal and child health. Its core mandate is to reduce maternal, neonatal, infant morbidity and mortality. Infant and neonatal mortality remain a constant concern in the country despite ongoing efforts by the government and its partners. Continuous availability of medicines and inputs for maternal, neonatal, and child health is a fundamental pillar for reducing maternal, neonatal, and infant morbidity and mortality.

Accordingly, these Terms of Reference have been developed to recruit a high-level technical assistant who will support DSM/E/A/J in the effective use of the QAT tool and in strengthening mechanisms for planning, storage, distribution, and the continuous coordination of the system.
The Advisor will support the e-Maternal, Child, Adolescent and Youth Health Directorate in carrying out life-saving humanitarian assistance (LHA) service delivery in full alignment with the new Presidential Executive Order (EO) directives.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to DSM/E/A/J in the overall management, operational monitoring, and strategic optimization of the supply chain for maternal and child health medicines and health products—from needs planning to last-mile delivery.
Quantification and Review:
Provide technical support for annual quantification exercises for maternal and child health products using the QAT tool and lead periodic revisions based on actual consumption data and available stocks.
Order Management and Follow-Up:
Coordinate with partners on order management and ensure rigorous monitoring of delivery timelines to prevent stockouts
Strengthen strategic use of logistics data for decision-making
Support the institutionalization of QAT as the national reference tool for forecasting and supply planning
Develop mechanisms for validation, triangulation, and quality control of logistics data
Support performance monitoring of warehousing and distribution carried out by ONPPC
Develop dashboards and supply chain performance indicators
Develop SOPs, guidelines, and standardized tools
Support the formalization of processes
Organize capacity-building sessions
Contribute to the progressive autonomy of national teams
Document achievements and institutionalized mechanisms.
Expected Results
Through this support, DSM/E/A/J aims to achieve:
Sustainable improvement in the quality of logistics data

As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
About the Position
Niger submitted a request to Gavi for support in optimizing Cold Chain Equipment (CCEOP). This submission includes a renewal and equipment allocation plan at the operational level over five years, from 2017 to 2021.
With UNICEF’s support, Niger updated the inventory of cold chain equipment in May 2017. The update revealed gaps in geographic coverage, storage capacity, and conservation capacity both at district levels and service delivery points, including Integrated Health Centers (CSI) and health posts (HP). The platform will enable the country to improve its supply chain and cold chain by increasing coverage with certified refrigerators and contribute to efforts to strengthen vaccination coverage and equity.
The Directorate of Immunization (DI) is responsible for implementing the Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) across its five components. DI must guarantee the supply and quality of vaccines up to the last mile of the supply chain, to ensure continuity of vaccination services. Vaccines are biological products requiring the availability and functionality of cold chain equipment (CCE) to ensure their effectiveness. Niger has adopted a policy promoting the use of new technologies, including solar-powered refrigerators, refrigerators with cooling jackets, and freezers for which this CCEOP support request was submitted to Gavi in October 2016.
The updated inventory documented that at the service delivery level, 3,767 structures were recorded, including 1,361 Integrated Health Centers (CSI) and 2,409 other service delivery structures (health posts, clinics, and hospitals) that provide vaccination services. Among these structures, 2,491 (66%) have equipment, including 1,322 CSIs (35%) and 1,169 other structures (31%). Furthermore, a total of 1,279 structures (34%) has no cold chain equipment (refrigerator), including 39 CSIs (1%) and 1,240 other structures (33%).
Of the total 4,046 cold chain equipment units:
2,899 (72%) are solar refrigerators,
950 (23%) are electric
197 (5%) are gas-powered.
Among these, 279 units (7%) must be discarded due to obsolescence or irreparable complex failures.
In implementing this project, UNICEF plays an important role in managing procurement, from ordering to installation of equipment at districts and CSIs. UNICEF, through its supply center, handles procurement and has contracted two manufacturers (represented in Niger by two service providers), to implement the equipment operational deployment plan submitted by DI.
To support this effort, the U.S. State Department, through the LEAP project, is providing the Directorate of Immunization with a National Technical Assistant (TA) to help implement the CCEOP2 operational deployment plan, oversee installation and user training, support GEV preparation, and monitor vaccine management for a period of at least one year. About the Position
As part of the implementation of the MOU between the Government of Niger and the Government of the United States, specialized technical assistance is envisioned to support the strengthening of the health system, particularly through the Health Information System and digital health.
The Directorate of e-Health plays a central role in coordinating, providing technical guidance, harmonizing, documenting, securing, and monitoring digital initiatives in the health sector. It must ensure that digital platforms and solutions are coherent, interoperable, secure, sustainable, and aligned with national priorities.
The Ministry currently has several platforms and business systems used for data collection, reporting, analysis, and utilization. However, significant challenges remain including fragmentation of solutions, insufficient documentation, interoperability needs, variable data quality, difficulties in user support, insufficient ongoing training, and the need to strengthen data sovereignty and protection.
The recruitment of an Advisor in HIS and Digital Health will strengthen the operational capacities of the Directorate of e-Health, providing cross-cutting support to technical directorates and programs, particularly for needs related to maternal and child health and malaria, without replacing the structures responsible for the programs.
The Advisor will support the e-Health Directorate in carrying out life-saving humanitarian assistance (LHA) service delivery in full alignment with the new Presidential Executive Order (EO) directives.
Responsibilities
Support the Directorate of e-Health in coordinating digital initiatives, preparing technical meetings, notes, reports, presentations, and monitoring documents.
Support the implementation of the e-Health master plan, roadmaps, action plans, annual priorities, and partner-supported activities.
Support the technical and functional monitoring of priority platforms such as DHIS2, eCHIS/CommCare, OpenClinic, mSupply/eLMIS, STELab, dashboards, and other solutions adopted by the Ministry.
Contribute to the mapping of data flows, indicators, and organizational units, the documentation of workflows, and the progressive application of interoperability standards.
Support the improvement of data quality, analysis, visualization, and use for decision-making, particularly in the areas of maternal health, child health, and malaria.
Contribute to addressing requirements related to data protection, cybersecurity, classification of digital interventions, service continuity, and digital sovereignty.
Support the establishment of sustainable mechanisms for training, e-learning, helpdesk services, knowledge base, user documentation, and skills transfer.
Produce and maintain guides, procedures, terms of reference, technical notes, reports, training materials, and knowledge capitalization documents.
Expected Results
The Directorate of e-Health has close, structured, results-oriented technical support.
Digital initiatives are better coordinated, better documented, and better aligned with the master plan.
Priority platforms, data, and interoperability workflows are better monitored.
Security, data protection, and digital sovereignty requirements are better addressed.
The capacities of national teams and users are sustainably strengthened.
Improved HIS for maternal and child health and malaria.
Expected Deliverables
Technical assistance work plan;
Technical notes, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations supporting the Directorate of e-Health;
Mapping platforms, data flows, interoperability needs, and prioritization matrices;
Contributions to Terms of Reference, specifications, guides, SOPs, procedures, and action plans;
Training materials, skills transfer documents, and knowledge base content;
Monthly or quarterly technical assistance reports, with operational recommendations.
REPORTING

Strong command of digital health standards, principles, and frameworks, including the classification of digital interventions, architecture frameworks, interoperability standards, and data governance best practices;

Practical command of issues related to health platforms: DHIS2, eCHIS/CommCare, OpenClinic, mSupply/eLMIS, STELab, dashboards, and other national solutions;
Ability to translate business needs into clear, realistic, and actionable functional and technical requirements for service providers and technical teams;
Ability to produce professional documents: Terms of Reference, specifications, technical notes, reports, procedures, user guides, and training materials;

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

preference for candidates with a strong partnership and relationship-management background
Strong communication skills:

English (professional fluency)
Language Preference:
Additional proficiency in French, Portuguese, Arabic, or other languages is a plus

How You'll Contribute:
● Project & Workflow Coordination:
○ Coordinate day-to-day project management across campaigns, product launches, and ongoing brand initiatives — timelines, input tracking, and deliverable oversight
○ Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders (brand, marketing, product) on timelines, status, and deliverable logistics, routing creative or strategic discussions to the Creative Director
○ Triage and route incoming creative requests in collaboration with the Creative Director, keeping workload realistic and sustainable
● Systems & Asset Management:
○ Administer and maintain the creative team's internal systems, including project boards, file naming conventions, production templates, and internal DAMs
○ Manage Xometry's digital asset library, keeping files current, accurately tagged, and accessible

○ Trace vendor invoices against approved estimates and record expenditures in departmental budget trackers as needed
○ Assist with light content production tasks — formatting decks, resizing assets, basic copy edits — as needed
● Process Improvement:
○ Work with the Creative Director to identify recurring operational inefficiencies and develop systematic, repeatable solutions in partnership with the broader creative team
What You'll Bring to Xometry:
● Experience: 1–3 years in creative operations, studio coordination, or production support within a creative or marketing environment
● Creative Workflow Fluency: Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within a creative team, with a working understanding of design workflows and common operational pain points
● Process Building: Experience developing internal creative workflows
● Tools: Proficiency with Jira and other project management systems, and working familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva
● AI & Technical Fluency: Proficiency with AI tools, particularly Claude, to research and build time-saving systems, including custom AI skills and other AI learning protocols
● Brand Sensibility: Strong ability to identify quality or consistency issues and communicate findings clearly
● Organization: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the capacity to adapt when priorities shift
● DAM Experience: Experience operating digital asset management systems is advantageous
Preferred:
● Prior experience supporting an in-house creative or brand team, as distinct from agency or broader marketing operations contexts
● Familiarity with templating tools or self-serve asset platforms
● Exposure to content scheduling or campaign coordination processes

We're looking for a detail-oriented Creative Operations Associate to provide structured operational support within the Creative department. You'll be the essential partner to designers, brand leads, and content creators — keeping projects moving, production logistics coordinated, and assets organized so the creative team can focus on producing high-quality work efficiently and consistently.
Reporting directly to the Global Creative Director, this role is embedded within the creative team and is accountable for process efficiency, not creative oversight.
● Production Support:
○ Support photo and video shoot logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site logistics
○ Assist with booking and managing freelancers — scheduling, onboarding, and tracking deliverables against scope

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About The Role
As a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager at Fivetran + dbt Labs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the market perception of Fivetran+dbt Labs: building compelling narratives, driving product adoption, and shaping how our products are used and understood by our enterprise customers. This is a highly cross-functional, generalist technical PMM role that will support key product areas as needed and help scale technical product marketing across the organization. This role ensures our marketing efforts align with the technical depth, clarity, and value our customers expect. Technical Product Marketing Managers at Fivetran+dbt Labs stay current on the evolving data and analytics landscape, modern data infrastructure, and emerging trends such as AI. This role is perfect for someone who’s as comfortable digging into the details of our features and our users’ needs as they are with telling a big-picture story about where our platform and industry are headed.
This is not a Product Marketing role focused solely on executing requests from the product or sales teams. Product Marketing at Fivetran+dbt Labs is highly strategic and cross-functional, collaborating across product, marketing, GTM, customer success, and executive teams to shape the direction of our product offerings and deliver customer impact. If you are passionate about driving strategy, fostering cross-functional partnerships, and contributing to transformative initiatives in the data and AI space, we’d love for you to apply.
What You’ll Do
Content Development & Messaging: Create high-impact technical collateral across the Fivetran platform, including architecture diagrams, demos, white papers, blogs, pitch decks, technical guides, and other customer-facing content. Develop thought leadership that translates complex technical concepts into clear, value-based messaging for technical audiences. Review and edit materials across the product portfolio to ensure technical accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment.
Customer & Market Insights: Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics across the modern data ecosystem to inform product positioning and messaging. Partner closely with Product Management to deeply understand features, technical capabilities, and customer use cases across multiple product areas. Develop how-to guides, demo videos, case studies, and technical whitepapers that support adoption and expansion across key products.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a technical marketing partner to GTM Product Marketers, Demand Generation, Regional Marketing, Sales, and Enablement to support launches, campaigns, webinars, field events, and sales plays across priority product areas. Collaborate with Partner Marketing to showcase integrations and ecosystem partnerships through joint initiatives such as webinars, workshops, and hands-on labs.
Technical Expertise: Operationalize technical product marketing best practices across teams. Stay up to date with trends in data integration, cloud data platforms, AI, deployment models, governance, etc. Serve as technical SME on the Fivetran platform, articulating how it fits into customers’ broader data stacks and workflows. Provide best practices, reference architectures, and technical validation to support sales cycles and customer conversations.
Thought Leadership: Represent Fivetran as a platform expert through events, presentations, webinars, and hands-on labs. Support analyst relations and strategic conversations by providing detailed technical insights and validating product innovation across the portfolio. Help position Fivetran as a foundational component of modern, scalable data infrastructure.
Skills We’re Looking For
2-4 years of experience in product marketing, data engineering, product management, sales engineering, and/or data and analytics consulting
Data industry experience and expertise: Either hands-on work with or knowledge of data engineering with a focus on data integration, databases, data warehouses, and related technologies (e.g. SQL, dbt, python, Spark).
Technical aptitude and a desire to learn more: Knowledge of modern data infrastructure and tools, particularly in relation to data lakes and their role in analytics and storage. Has a keen interest in all things data integration and cloud destinations and a willingness to work on new product areas as they arise.
Experience working with multiple different teams: Proven experience partnering and coaching across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams to deliver impactful results.
Strong in-person, virtual, and written communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of adapting messaging for different technical personas and mediums.
Highly-organized with an excellent project management track record: Strong project management skills to juggle multiple initiatives and projects, maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
An understanding of our target customers: The ability to gain a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of data engineers, data scientists, data architects, and technical stakeholders.
