ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a builder's role, where you'll own both the technical depth and commercial outcomes for some of ElevenLabs' most exciting customers across the UK & Ireland region, sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, and revenue.
You'll get ahead of the problem. You'll dig into how customers deploy ElevenLabs across web, mobile, and their systems, spot the problems before they do, inspire new use-cases and own the solution end to end. WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE DAY TO DAY
You'll run onboarding, enablement, and growth across ElevenLabs' full platform, core speech models, creative tools, and Agents. You'll advise customers on production deployment, not just theory, digging into usage and performance data to catch friction early and keep adoption moving.
You'll also own commercial outcomes for a defined book of business against clear targets: Gross Revenue Retention, Net Revenue Retention, cross-sell, and net expansion. You'll spot expansion opportunities early, own renewals and upsells end to end, and work closely with Sales, Engineering, and CS leadership to turn technical wins into revenue.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management or Technical Account Management experience supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in the UK & Ireland region
- Proven experience of owning and managing a defined Book of Business
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience working across the UK & Ireland market. Knowledge of the landscape and cultural nuances
- Familiarity and experience with building and deploying AI agents
- Strong builder mindset - you thrive in ambiguity and being a pioneer, finding ways to innovate across a full region or market to drive revenue outcomes
- Familiarity and experience with API Integrations, and comfort and knowledge of navigating SDKs
- Proven experience working cross functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams
- Proven experience driving revenue outcomes, including owning a revenue quota and identifying, qualifying, and closing cross-sell opportunities along with renewals
- Excellent problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills to address customer needs and concerns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels of an organization
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or distributed team environment
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the UK or Ireland.

Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of most roles. How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.

Developer Interfaces builds the tools developers and AI agents use to work with 1Password from code. We own the 1Password CLI and we are building out the SDKs and the public developer API experience. Our goal is to make every one of those surfaces feel like one product that is fast, consistent and secure by default. - Familiarity with OAuth 2.0 or other authentication flows
- Experience with developer docs, OpenAPI specs or static site generators
- Interest in how AI agents use developer tools

At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged at 1Password—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of most roles. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.

BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $169 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
About the team
The Fraud Countermeasures team is part of Data Science, and it's how Wealthsimple grows safely. We balance fraud losses with client friction, so legitimate clients can use their money without jumping through hoops. We work in small pods that pair a fraud countermeasures lead with a data scientist and an analytics developer, and we sit alongside Product and Engineering on every new feature launch. We use data to make every decision, and we use AI tools to move faster. If you want to work on hard problems with people who care about craft, you'll fit right in.
About the role
Card fraud is one of the highest-stakes problems at Wealthsimple, and this role owns the strategy for it. You'll set direction for how we prevent application, transaction and account takeover fraud across our card products, and you'll do it independently, with real accountability for the outcome. This is a Staff individual contributor role with manager-level impact: you'll lead through expertise and influence, not direct reports. It's open to candidates in any timezone in Canada.
What you'll do
- Own fraud strategy and execution across application, transaction and account takeover fraud for Wealthsimple's card products.
- Manage the card fraud loss budget as our volumes grow, and guard against the fraud attacks that can blow a budget up.
- Design, backtest, ship and tune detection rules, and set decision thresholds on ML risk scores.
- Weigh fraud losses prevented against operational cost and client experience before you recommend an approach.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to build controls that stop fraud without blocking legitimate clients, like step-up authentication instead of a hard decline.
- Guide the data scientists and analytics developers in your pod, and mentor junior teammates on strategy, rule building and problem-solving.
Skills you bring
- 6+ years of experience in fraud prevention, including 3+ years working directly on card fraud (prepaid or credit) at an issuer, fintech or payments platform.
- Hands-on ownership of card fraud strategy across application, transaction and account takeover fraud.
- Advanced SQL. You write complex queries against transaction-level data yourself, without waiting for an analyst to pull it.
- A track record of building, backtesting, shipping and tuning fraud rules, and explaining the precision, catch rate and approval rate impact of each.
- Experience quantifying fraud savings against operational and client experience costs to make a clear recommendation.
- Experience using AI tools in your daily work, and examples of where they changed your output.
- The ability to influence Product, Engineering, credit risk, operations and external vendors toward a decision without direct authority.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of Visa and Mastercard network rules, dispute processes and chargeback rails.
Who you are
- You set direction on your own and take ownership over outcomes for your space, from fighting fraud attacks to minimizing client friction.
- You make decisions with numbers behind them, and you're honest about what the numbers can't tell you.
- You lead through influence. You can get a roadmap conversation to go your way by rallying others around shared objectives.
- You use AI to aide in your workflow, and know when to question it’s outputs
- You share what you know, and you make the people around you sharper

Technology & Innovation at Wealthsimple: We move quickly and build thoughtfully. That means we're always looking for better ways to work — whether that's new tools, AI, or rethinking how we approach a problem. We don't expect you to have all the answers, but we do expect curiosity and a willingness to evolve alongside the products we're building.
Inclusion Statement: We're building products for a diverse world, and we need a diverse team to do it well. We strongly encourage applications from everyone, regardless of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability status.

AI in Hiring: We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of our hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. ABOUT US
Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We’re passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so.
Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.
We’re a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things.
Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.
ABOUT THE POSITION
You'll be designing the future of product discovery. Constructor powers search and recommendations for some of the world's largest retailers and your work will shape how we show that to prospective customers. You'll own the demo experience: how big brands first see what's possible, and how they imagine their own shoppers using it. You'll also work on onboarding helping customers go live faster with less friction. It's a mix of vision work and practical tooling, with real impact on how Constructor grows.
ABOUT YOU
You're a product designer who owns problems, not screens. You're comfortable with ambiguity, can partner with PMs to shape direction, and know how to translate research insights into production-ready interfaces, working closely with engineers. You ship work that matters.
Beyond being a thoughtful designer, user advocate, and strong collaborator, here are a few things we really value:
- A goal-oriented, iterative mindset — You focus on solving high-impact problems and are comfortable learning, improving, and shipping quickly.
- Practical experience with research — You’ve led user interviews, usability tests, and data analysis.
- Experience designing for unfamiliar problems — You’ve worked on products where you had to understand complex workflows outside your own experience—especially in B2B contexts.
- Experience turning ambiguity into structure — You spot patterns, define systems, and design scalable, reusable solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Visual Strategy: Defining a bold, new design aesthetic for the e-commerce demo site that visually represents “Product Discovery 2027.”
- Interaction Design: Mapping out user flows and interactions for new, cutting-edge features that leverage AI/LLMs (details to be provided in the project brief).
- High-Fidelity Mockups: Delivering final mockups and assets for all key pages and states (homepage, search results, product detail page, filtering/sorting experience, etc.).
- Component Library: Ensuring all new designs are scalable and align with the existing/evolving Constructor design system.
BENEFITS
🏝️ Unlimited vacation time - we strongly encourage all of our employees take at least 3 weeks per year
💰 A competitive compensation package including stock options
🌎 Fully remote team - choose where you live
🛋️ Work from home stipend! We want you to have the resources you need to set up your home office
💻 Apple laptops provided for new employees
🧑🎓 Training and development budget for every employee, refreshed each year
👪 Maternity & Paternity leave for qualified employees
🧠 Work with smart people who will help you grow and make a meaningful impact

STAFF PRODUCT MANAGER, PRODUCT DISCOVERY ENGINE
ABOUT US
Constructor powers product search and discovery for some of the largest retailers in the world. We serve billions of requests every week, and you’ve probably seen our results somewhere and used our product without knowing it. We differentiate ourselves by focusing on metrics over features, and reinventing search and discovery from the ground up as a machine learning challenge with the specific goal of improving metrics like revenue. We’re approximately doubling year over year despite the market slowing down and have customers in every eCommerce vertical. We’re a passionate team of technologists who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they think is best can lead to great things.
JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for a systems-minded Staff Product Manager to take Constructor’s search and discovery to the state of the art — and keep it there — across every retail industry we serve. This is a highly technical, high-leverage role at the core of our Product Discovery Engine chapter: the teams responsible for how we retrieve, understand, and rank the right products for every shopper, on every query, for every customer.
Your job is to raise discovery quality and, through it, our customers’ business metrics. You won’t be measured on features shipped — you’ll be measured on relevance and business outcomes, like conversion, revenue per visit, and search-attributed GMV, moving up.
You’ll start embedded with our Search Quality team, owning its strategy and roadmap and getting deep into the systems that decide what shoppers actually see. Over time, your mandate grows to setting direction for the entire Product Discovery Engine chapter — deciding where we’re heading and why across recall, ranking, query understanding, personalization, and the ML infrastructure underneath. This is a Staff role today with a clear path to Director as you take on chapter-wide leadership.
Search at Constructor is fundamentally a machine learning problem, so this role lives and breathes ML. You’ll partner closely with ML, data science, and engineering to turn the latest research into production wins, keep us ahead of both commercial competitors and academic state of the art, and be the connective tissue that aligns multiple teams — ML Recall, ML Infra, and, over time, teams like CORE, SABR, and Catalog Management — behind a single, coherent vision for great discovery.
If you’re excited about driving innovation across dozens of the world’s largest retailers, being held to relevance and business outcomes, and pushing an already best-in-class product further ahead, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own business impact, not features. Drive measurable lift in search-attributed conversion, revenue per visit, and GMV alongside relevance across our customer base.
- Deliver across every retail industry. Move quality and business metrics across all the verticals we serve, accounting for the differences in catalog, language, and shopper intent.
- Keep us at the state of the art. Continuously translate the latest ML / IR research and competitive moves into production wins, and ship SOTA ML / LLM-assisted capabilities that beat our previous best on relevance.
- Set chapter vision and strategy. Define the multi-quarter direction for the Product Discovery Engine — where we’re heading and why — tie it directly to customer business outcomes, and rally teams behind it.
- Lead Search Quality first. Own its strategy and roadmap, driving measurable improvements in the relevance and correctness of results.
- Orchestrate across the pipeline. Unify recall, ranking, query understanding, and personalization behind one definition of quality and one set of business metrics, so improvements compound instead of colliding.
- Turn ML research into production wins. Partner deeply with ML and data science to take models — from candidate generation and recall to LLM-assisted interpretation — from idea to production, balancing accuracy, latency, and cost.
- Make quality measurable and explainable. Build the metrics, evaluation frameworks, and tooling the whole chapter uses to measure, attribute, and explain discovery quality and its business impact.
- Own quality under pressure. Lead investigation and triage when issues arise, and design durable, systemic fixes rather than one-off patches.
- Grow the mandate. Expand into chapter-wide leadership spanning ML Recall, ML Infra, and — over time — teams like CORE, SABR, and Catalog Management.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Within your first year, you will have:
- Driven measurable lift in search-attributed conversion and revenue per visit — moving business metrics, not just quality metrics.
- Driven measurable business-metric lift (conversion, revenue per visit, GMV) and relevance lift across every major retail vertical we serve.
- Shipped at least one state-of-the-art ML / LLM-assisted capability into production that beats our previous best on relevance.
- Won head-to-head quality benchmarks against every major competitor in the verticals we compete in, with a repeatable, defensible methodology.
- Taken core quality metrics to best-in-class levels and kept them improving quarter over quarter.
- Stood up an evaluation framework and tooling that ties model and system investments directly to customer business outcomes.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Extensive product management experience (typically 8+ years) in search, discovery, ML, or NLP-heavy products, including time operating at a senior or staff level.
- A track record of moving business metrics at scale — conversion, revenue, engagement — not just shipping features, and of setting strategy across multiple teams.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end search pipeline: query interpretation → recall / candidate generation → ranking → reranking → personalization → delivery.
- Strong ML product depth — owning production models and reasoning about tradeoffs between high-capacity (LLM / batch) and low-latency (real-time) approaches — and a habit of staying current with state-of-the-art research.
- Fluency with retrieval and recall, query understanding (tokenization, synonyms, spelling correction, multilingual support), and search evaluation frameworks.
- A rigorous, measurement-first mindset that ties every quality investment back to business outcomes.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership — able to align teams with different goals behind a shared definition of quality and a shared set of business metrics, working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, data science, and ML Ops.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity, setting direction where none exists yet, and leading through clarity and credibility rather than the org chart.
BENEFITS
- Unlimited vacation time — we strongly encourage all of our employees to take at least 3 weeks per year.
- A competitive compensation package including stock options.
- Company-sponsored US health coverage (100% paid for employee).
- Fully remote team — choose where you live.
- Work-from-home stipend! We want you to have the resources you need to set up your home office.
- Apple laptops provided for new employees.
- Training and development budget for every employee, refreshed each year.
- Parental leave for qualified employees.
- Work with smart people who will help you grow and make a meaningful impact.

Design, launch and improve automated lifecycle journeys for sellers, buyers and, where relevant, professional users, supporting acquisition, activation and retention for each brand in each market.
Grow the addressable base (consented, reachable contacts) as a category KPI, and pass consent and data-quality gaps to the CRM function head.
Design, run and read tests (in-channel and incrementality), explain the business impact, and scale proven solutions across the category's markets.
Set weekly priorities with the category's Strategy, Planning and Operations Lead and report results against the category's outcomes.

User-centric: turn insights into end-to-end consumer journeys.
Intrapreneurial: comfortable building completely new solutions, and working in a matrix with a good degree of ambiguity.
Use AI in day-to-day CRM work, for example to draft and localise copy, build segments, personalise journeys and speed up analysis.
Fluent business English to work smoothly with colleagues across several countries.
Location: based in Barcelona.
Our benefits:
Competitive salary and an annual bonus (15%)
Training and conference budget
Health insurance (Cigna)
A high degree of autonomy, as OLX believes in empowering people
