Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
Figma’s distribution partnerships team is passionate about unlocking new sources of revenue and hyper-scaling growth through the power of strategic alliances. This includes accelerating go-to-market (GTM) efforts, driving adoption of Figma’s platform, and unlocking new use cases via our suite of AI tools. We are looking to hire an experienced business development and partnerships professional to scale our efforts with agencies, systems integrators, consultancies, and commercial partners (resellers) across the globe. This includes driving revenue growth and supporting customers across North America in both commercial and public sectors (government).
This is not a channel sales role - we are focused on new critical initiatives and analyzing how partnerships best serve the long-term needs of Figma’s business. This is an exciting opportunity to join an emerging team at Figma where you will play an active role in shaping our long-term partner strategy. You will build new revenue-focused partner programs from scratch and scale our existing motions to better serve customers as Figma’s platform continues to evolve.
This is a full-time role that can be held from our New York City or San Francisco hub - or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Identify, evaluate, and execute new strategic distribution opportunities that require complementary GTM partners, and onboard qualified organizations into Figma’s formal partner program
Manage and grow relationships with service and commercial partners across AMER — including public sector and Federal clients — driving partner-influenced revenue and aligning on mutual success plans, critical metrics, and documented wins
Partner with Figma’s GTM teams to source, scope, and progress partner-influenced opportunities, while identifying new co-marketing and co-selling motions that expand reach and unlock new use cases
Evaluate and mature indirect sales motions in the context of Figma’s established sales model, recommending improvements that streamline execution and support long-term growth
Educate and enable the partner ecosystem on Figma’s products, services, and AI capabilities, while building strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Product, and other internal partners
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
10+ years of professional experience in partnerships, business development, channel, or related GTM roles
3+ years of experience handling external GTM partners (e.g., SIs, agencies, consultancies, ISVs, resellers, marketplaces, or referral partners)
Proven experience building partner programs or strategies from inception to execution, including defining important metrics and revenue goals
Experience managing multiple strategic partner relationships simultaneously and driving measurable revenue outcomes
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience working with partners to influence or capture business within the U.S. Federal government
Worked at a service organization or channel partner in a direct GTM capacity
Sold to product, design, or technical audiences
Familiar with UX/UI design principles, collaboration tools, or digital product development workflows
Exposure to a sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, Command of the Message)
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

As the Engineering Manager for Observability, you'll lead the team building the systems that show Figma how its platform and its AI products actually behave in production. That spans our core observability stack, meaning metrics, logs, and distributed tracing, as well as a fast-growing new frontier: the AI observability pipeline that turns traces, conversations, and model outputs into the classification and evals that make Figma's AI features measurably better. You'll set strategy across both, raise the bar on instrumentation and data quality, and push into AI-driven approaches to anomaly detection and operational automation. Observability was an unowned space at Figma until recently, so this is a rare chance to shape an early-stage, high-leverage platform that every engineering team here depends on.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Lead and grow a 6 engineer team responsible for the reliability, scalability, and evolution of Figma's observability and AI observability platforms.
Own and evolve the AI observability ecosystem: a privacy-safe telemetry pipeline that aggregates trace, conversation, and model data, runs classification, and lets teams run evals to measure and improve AI feature quality.
Own Figma's core observability stack, including platforms like Datadog, ensuring high availability, strong data quality, and a healthy signal-to-noise ratio across metrics, logs, and traces.
Set the technical strategy for the instrumentation standards, libraries, agents, and operators that monitor services across the company.
Explore and ship AI-driven approaches to anomaly detection, root cause analysis, signal correlation, and operational automation.
Partner across infrastructure, product engineering, finance, and security to give teams clear visibility into system health at scale, including cost efficiency as the team's scope grows.
Coach and develop engineers through career growth, feedback, and technical leadership, building a culture of ownership and high-quality execution.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
4+ years of experience leading and growing engineering teams in infrastructure, observability, platform, or AI systems, with a track record of delivering reliable production systems at scale.
A strong foundation in distributed systems and a platform mindset: you build systems other teams adopt and rely on, not just for your own team.
Hands-on depth in observability, AI systems telemetry, or both, whether that means metrics, logs, and distributed tracing, or the traces, classification, and evals that power AI products.
Fluency with the modern tooling in your area, such as Datadog, OpenTelemetry, and Prometheus, or LLM tracing, prompt and model versioning, and eval workflows.
A high operational bar (instrumentation and data quality, SLO design, incident response) and the ability to set technical direction and drive cross-functional alignment in complex environments.
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Breadth across both classic observability and AI observability, or the curiosity to grow into whichever is newer to you.
Experience creating AI Telemetry-assisted improvement feedback loops for services, in particular for AI products and features.
Experience improving infrastructure efficiency, including cost attribution, forecasting, vendor negotiation, and usage modeling.
A track record designing company-wide observability standards, shared libraries, and agent or operator-based integrations.
Experience applying AI or machine learning to anomaly detection, root cause analysis, or operational automation.
Experience scaling and mentoring high-performing teams through platform expansion or major architectural change.

Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead the design and delivery of production-grade AI agents: You’ll manage and grow a team of engineers building highly performant, reliable, and intuitive AI agents that are central, mission-critical, and directly drive Sierra’s growth. These aren’t prototypes—they are powerful, scalable systems running in production environments across industries like finance, healthcare, and commerce. You’ll ensure technical excellence, operational reliability, and high customer impact.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC): You’ll guide your team through the full lifecycle—from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration—coaching engineers to set and maintain the standard for ADLC best practices. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, meet customer needs, and scale effectively in production environments.
- Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups: You’ll collaborate with leaders at some of the world’s largest enterprises to understand their most pressing business challenges, and guide your team in building AI agents that transform how they operate at scale. You’ll also work with innovative startups in Europe, embedding AI agents across their entire business stack to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Shape the future of the platform: Your team’s direct work with customers will guide the evolution of Sierra’s core platform. You’ll surface unmet needs, prioritise initiatives, and collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to shape the future of AI agent development and Sierra’s product.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience leading engineering teams that build and scale end-to-end production systems
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to guide teams through ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- A leadership style that blends high standards with empathy, fostering both speed and quality
- Proven ability to work closely with customers and translate business needs into technical deliverables
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
EVEN BETTER...
- AI-related experience (experience developing AI agents a plus).
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production
- Background as a founder, engineering lead, or startup builder with high ownership and urgency
- Familiarity with tools for today’s AI agents: eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering
- Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go
- Experience interfacing with customers or leading technical projects with external stakeholders
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits

Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US

Perplexity is AI for people who expect more. This role brings that standard to how we understand our users, shape our product, and decide what to build next.
We're looking for a data scientist who can turn product questions into clear decisions. You'll work across product, engineering, growth, design, and user research to understand user behavior, define metrics, design experiments, and identify the highest-leverage opportunities for the company.
The data team is AI-native by default. We use AI to accelerate analysis, write and review code, explore hypotheses, document data, generate first drafts, and automate recurring workflows. But the core of the role is still judgment: asking the right question, choosing the right metric, designing the right test, and knowing when the answer is strong enough to act on.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop product insights - analyze user behavior to inform product roadmap, accelerate adoption, and identify opportunities to improve the user experience.
- Design and analyze experiments - form hypotheses, define success metrics, run A/B tests, interpret results, and turn findings into product recommendations.
- Define the metrics that matter - build the metrics, guardrails, dashboards, and reporting workflows that help teams understand product and company health.
- Partner across functions - work closely with engineering, product, growth, design, and user research to answer ambiguous questions and drive decisions.
- Build reusable data assets - create tables, models, and documentation that make analysis faster, more consistent, and easier for humans and AI systems to use.
- Use AI to scale data science - automate recurring analysis, build AI-assisted workflows, improve documentation, and turn one-off investigations into repeatable systems.
- Tell the story clearly - communicate findings, assumptions, uncertainty, and recommendations in a way that helps teams make decisions.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6+ years of experience as a data scientist or closely related role.
- Strong product sense - you understand user behavior, product tradeoffs, and how to connect analysis to decisions.
- SQL expertise - you can navigate a complex data warehouse on your own, reason about grain and joins, and debug data issues when something looks wrong.
- Experimentation depth - you have significant experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests.
- AI-native working style - you use LLMs and AI tools to move faster without outsourcing analytical judgment.
- Metrics and dashboard experience - you've built useful reporting in tools such as Omni, Mode, Hex, Looker, or similar, and know how to turn metrics into better product decisions.
- Comfort with ambiguity - you can take an open-ended question, structure it, execute the analysis, and make a clear recommendation.
- End-to-end ownership - you take responsibility for the work from problem definition to stakeholder adoption.
BONUS
- Experience with dbt, data modeling, or analytics engineering.
- Python experience for analysis, automation, or internal tools.
- Experience with Snowflake, especially performance and cost-aware querying.
- Experience combining qualitative user research with quantitative product analysis.
- Experience as one of the first data scientists at an early or growth-stage company.
- ML experience or experience working across multiple product surfaces.
WHY THIS ROLE
- Define data science at Perplexity - you'll help set the bar for how an AI-native data science team operates.
- Work on questions with no playbook - AI-native products are too new for established benchmarks. What engagement, retention, and user success look like for AI products that answer questions and get real work done is still an open question, and you'll help define it.
- Use AI where it actually matters - you'll use frontier tools to make analysis faster, more repeatable, and more useful.
- Direct impact - small team, high ownership, and work that shapes product and company direction.

Back in 2017, Belkins started as an appointment-setting agency with just one service offering. Fast forward to today, and we’ve transformed into Belkins Group—a vibrant ecosystem of services and products that define the cutting-edge landscape of the SalesTech and MarTech industries. Among our successes are ambitious start-ups like Revit, which have evolved into standalone powerhouses, as well as innovative products such as Folderly.
At Revit, we believe in a future where high-end, results-driven lead generation services are accessible and adaptable to companies of all sizes and life stages. We’re a rapidly growing company (“startup” by energy but “matured company” by expertise and seniority) working with SMB clients and helping them grow through outbound campaigns.
With a team of over 20 extremely talented people on our main team and with more extensive support from other companies of Belkins’ group of companies, our 2026 goal is to double in size and find a way to keep scaling while keeping high-quality across the board - from having the best people on the team to onboarding the right clients matching our values and value proposition.
This is not a place for everyone but if you’re looking for a World-Class culture and opportunity to grow, build your career, make an impact, then you are likely to enjoy being a part of Revit and building the future together with us!
This is an extremely fast-paced and dynamic environment. We move quickly, iterate constantly, and expect our team to keep pace without hand-holding.
This is not a traditional "Account Management" role - it is a performance-heavy role where you own the delivery of an outbound engine.
We don’t just need executors; we need experts. We expect you to come to the table with a strong, informed opinion on "what works." You are here to lead the strategy, not just follow a checklist. We provide the platform for you to go from Great to Excellent, but you must start at a high level of mastery from Day 1.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Be the Project Owner:
Manage
4–5 projects
as the lead strategist. You aren't just the contact person;
you are the driver of the vision and the primary decision-maker
for project success.
High-Volume outreach:
Oversee 12–20 campaign launches total per month. This includes
crafting high-converting copy
and building complex templates based on your deep understanding of market triggers.
Drive the numbers:
With 2,000–3,000 contact imports per project monthly, your focus is sharp:
booking 5+ high-quality appointments per project.
Consultative leadership:
Lead weekly client calls.
You aren’t just a reporter; you are a growth partner
who provides
expert recommendations
and challenges the status quo when necessary.
Lead your crew:
Guide
your dedicated Researcher
to ensure data accuracy and keep the project on schedule.
Master the tech stack:
Handle the technical backend of multiple campaigns (managing dozens of mailboxes, ensuring deliverability, and mastering HubSpot/spreadsheet integrations).
WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE?
3+ years in performance-driven sales:
You've spent real time in BDR, SDR, BDM, or AM roles
where numbers mattered
. You don't need to have started in research, but you know how to build and scale a sales motion that actually works.
Strategic confidence:
You can defend your strategy to stakeholders and back up your recommendations with data that moves the conversation forward.
Deep tech fluency:
You're a power user of CRM and automation tools. You understand the technical side of cold outreach and can troubleshoot tool stacks on the fly without filing a support ticket.
High-Stakes Client Management:
You've managed senior client expectations and led strategic sessions in professional, pressure-heavy environments.
Speed & Leadership under pressure:
You thrive in fast-moving environments. You stay organized when things get chaotic and you're ready to step up as a mentor and leader when the team needs it.
Fluent English (C1/C2):
Clear, persuasive, and confident communication is second nature to you. You write tight recaps, lead sharp calls, and present strategy like you've done it a hundred times.
Analytical by default:
When KPIs dip, you don't wait for instructions. You dig into the data, find the lever, and adjust the approach before anyone has to ask.
Note:
If you're looking for a slow-moving, relationship-first role, this isn't it. We want someone who's already a strong operator in the sales process and ready to level up.
At Belkins Group, we care deeply about our team members, and we prove it through:
Competitive Pay: Your dedication deserves more than recognition; it deserves compensation that matches your expertise.
